Cambridge is easy to work with. They look at the total that you have then set you up with a payment plan. It’s an affordable payment, too, versus trying to pay six or seven things at different rates. They don’t pressure you. You can do it in a way that helps pay things off without feeling overwhelmed. They also offer education. One thing that I learned was waiting to pay your bill when you get the bill is already too late. If you use a credit card and you pay it off before the statement date, you avoid interest. They don’t bombard you with emails. But when you get those emails, if you click on them and watch the little video, it does help. They do what they say they're going to do. If they say they're going to call you back, they call you back. I had trouble with one of my companies sending me a collection letter but the rep took care of it. I had an overall very good experience.

Cambridge helped me to clear up my debt. They made it easy and the payment was auto deducted. I was very satisfied.

Cambridge responded really quickly. They offered additional ways to monitor my credit and suggestions on how to improve it. That was good. It was information that I could use in the future. The program got me on track and on focus trying to stay ahead of the game and avoid as much unnecessary debt as possible. It made me more conscious of spending allocations of hard-earned funds. My experiences with the reps were always positive and encouraging. They listen to me. I work a lot so they didn't call a lot. A lot of the communication was via text or they'd send me something through email. I appreciated that.

I was very badly in debt so Cambridge put me on a plan for three years. They took 200 out of my account every month on the 6th and last month was the last. I only had a $35 payment. They helped me a lot. There were times I had to scramble 200 into my account every month, but they were very good about it. If I needed them, I’d probably use them again.

Cambridge was awesome. It gave me a great opportunity in having a direction when it came to handling some of the debt that I was dealing with at the time. About halfway through, I had hit another financial hardship, so we had to manage payments down a little bit. Once you pay an account off, that money that you're paying then goes towards the next set. They took that off altogether so I was still paying the same amount to the companies I still owe. But they said could reduce it and it helped a lot. It went down $4,200 a month. I would still be paying but we came into some money so I went ahead and paid off the money I had in collections. We had done that for one other debt that I'd had a year ago so that helped a lot cut the time down.

It was a good service. The reps were very friendly and right on top of everything. I told them everything I had and they took it from there. They got my interest rate down. I stuck right to the program every time and it worked very well for me.

Cambridge worked within my budget. It got a little more hectic during COVID, but if I needed any questions answered, I could always call. I'm finished with them now and my credit score has gone up over 80 points since I've been working with them. If I need them again, I know they are there, and they are very helpful.

Before I went with Cambridge, I had called other firms in other places to try and get help getting control of all of the debt I had and I wasn't always very inclined to do it because it didn't necessarily feel like it was the best option for me. But when I did the enrollment with Cambridge, it was easy. I felt very certain of my decision and it changed my life for the better. The gentleman who enrolled me was amazing. I didn't feel like it was anything that I couldn't do. Everything was very clear and he helped me every step of the way. He did the evaluation and I felt like we were just having a normal conversation. We came up with a payment plan and I don't recall ever having to move the date because it always worked for me. The amount that I paid was something that I was able to do. I am thankful that I was able to come across Cambridge and it's been great.

Signing up with them was really easy. From when I signed up until I was done with my last payment, it was very simple. It was a good decision that I made. It took some relief off of me to know that while I was slowly paying those bills off that the interest wasn't mounting anymore. I tell people about using Cambridge and that it was really helpful for me. I recommend them.

The overall process was really easy and it was quick. Also, the reps were good. They were always easy to get ahold of.

The reps from Cambridge took care of everything. They contacted my creditors and they each said how much they would take. Then, we set up an amount that I could afford every month and Cambridge paid it all off. It came directly out of my checkbook. It was two years ago that I started the program and it's all paid off. The fee was a little high but it was worth it. And Cambridge is accredited so, everything got paid. I'm out of debt, so I'm happy.

The guy from Cambridge was wonderful and they set everything up for me. It was over $20,000 worth of stuff and I paid a little over $500 a month or however many years it took. It seemed like it was taking forever but all of a sudden, it was great. The customer service was amazing. When all that happened, there were a lot of health problems going on, I was having to charge stuff from my mother, I had gone through a divorce, and it's only when I can pay for things. And it helped me get out of that and taught me to not do that again. If I had to charge something, I would, but I would definitely pay it off the next month. If I had to go get a part time job, I wouldn't get back in that shape.

The person I dealt with was very nice and informative in the beginning process of getting everything set up. We decided on the payment plan and that was the way it was and it remained that way throughout the whole thing. So, it was easy. By working with Cambridge, I have peace of mind. The portal that they provided was convenient and straightforward. It let you know where you were in the program, how much time you had left for your payments and how many payments you paid. It was a nice little portal.

I had a good experience with Cambridge. It was easy and manageable. They treated me well and at the end of it, they sent me a certificate saying I graduated. It was less stressful that having to worry about paying them all at the max that I had to pay. The customer service reps were polite and helpful, and answered my questions when I had them. They always sent me an email showing my payments each month, and a text too. So, it showed me how much it has gone down.

I liked the way Cambridge did things the last time and everything was good. This is my second time using them and it’s great working with them. Anytime I need something, I can call and they answer my question. I got caught up last time because I was out on medical leave and I had to use some credit cards to pay bills and stuff, which is why I'm doing it again this time. They helped with the credit cards.

The customer service reps were friendly, polite, professional and able to answer my questions. It took me from a place where I got in over my head with the fact that I had two small children, who I needed to provide daycare before and after school. And I was okay, until the person who was doing my home daycare could no longer do it. So I had to move to a center, which was much more expensive. Then I had a series of things with my car breaking down, and it was the case where things got maxed out. I was managing to stay ahead, but barely. I was one tragedy away from something putting me over the edge. So, I called Cambridge and they were able to lower interest rates and payments. It was nice to have just one payment a month to them.

Enrolling with them was super simple. They were not overbearing and they were really helpful and communicative. They really worked with my financial situation. So I was able to make payments that I could actually afford. It took me longer but I'm now debt-free because of them. The person whom I worked with, Andrew, was amazing. Cambridge is a really well-run business. They helped me get back on my feet and I appreciate it.

Cambridge saved my **. I would never have gotten out of that mess by myself. The guy who set me up stayed on the phone. He said, “Okay, tell me how much you pay for this. Do you get your nails done? How often do you get your haircut?” Every little thing, and I told him. It was a large amount that I pay every month in comparison to what money I took home. Working with them made my life 100% better. I don't have the debt hanging over me now. It's a lesson learned that I will never do that again.

They helped me with consolidating all my cards into one payment. The experience was great. They were always there when I had questions. My debt is now completely paid off. For anything that they offer, I would definitely go back to them.

It takes too long to get ahold of people over the phone. They could make it a lot quicker for the customer. But other than that, everything was good and it's a good program.

Everything about Cambridge was good. I'm finished with the program, and it worked wonderfully. It impacted my life real well. I would never have gotten my bills paid off.

Cambridge seemed to offer the most amount of help and they were very clear-cut. The guy that I dealt with, Justin, was super helpful. Laid all the plans out with me, what I needed to do to pay everything back. They were super easy to reach. If I ever had a problem, I could just shoot them an email or a call, and I would have a response within 24 hours. Most of the time, it was less than 24 hours. They were quick to get back to me if I had any questions on a payment that went out. They were super on it. Every time I would call them up, it was as if we had just been on the phone a couple of days ago. It was like we always knew what was going on with each other. They would check in with me every now and then. They would also send out emails every couple of months with a survey asking how I'm doing and my financial situation.

The communication with Cambridge is awesome. They're very friendly when I had to call them. When I asked for something, they got it right then and there by email, which was very good. I'm done now and that was a big payment. But I made it every time, so it's worked out good.

Cambridge helped me finish off some bills. They went through to see what my problem was and they took my credit cards, my Walmart bill and another bill. There were four bills they took, combined them together and made it a monthly payment. They explained to me what we would do and how much it would be for me one payment a month, and how much they would charge me, which was low. And if I had any questions or anything, they gave me a customer service number, which I could get in touch with them. And they put the payment after my check came in. The program worked well. They said it would be three years before it would end. They gave me the month it would, which it did end in that month, and I'm finished with it.

I would recommend Cambridge to anybody. Everything is plain and direct. I completed the process. They always checked in on me to make sure that everything was going fine with me. So, I was impressed with their professionalism. They're a great company. The representatives were right on top of it. It was a great experience for me.

When I talked to Cambridge, it seemed like they were willing to work with my situation. The reps were very honest. They said, "You stay the course. This is what happens. You're gonna pay everything off." I stayed the course, and I am done. I'm in a much better place financially. The experience was life-changing, and I am so appreciative of Cambridge.

I had a good experience with Cambridge. My enrollment process wasn’t bad but it was a little much when trying to figure out exactly how many cards it was that I would need to put on it. Other than that, they were understanding and they helped me to understand everything completely. Setting up the payment plan, they asked me all these questions about where I was getting my income and how often I was getting it so they can better help me to make sure these payments were made on time. The price was a little bit much but it was affordable enough for me to make sure everything was taken care of.

Cambridge is a great company. We used them, and I can't believe anybody would have a complaint about them, because they were really wonderful with us. They had very helpful people and reports. They have programs available to help the client do certain things, but unfortunately, we didn't do some of those. We were supposed to, but we didn't. We just kept making our payments, and we got through with the debt a lot quicker than if we tried to handle it ourselves.

I was with Cambridge for five years and it'd been a really long trip. But it was a good experience with them. They helped me through everything, every step of the way, so it was really helpful having them. I also used them in the past and they were the only ones that received a really good debt consolidation rating, so I decided to go with them. They were very hands on in the beginning and they laid everything out for you in a plan. A counselor is assigned to you so you have someone one-on-one explaining everything to you about monthly payments, about what's going to happen to your credit score, and about what's going to happen to your credit cards because they all closed, which most people don't realize. They also tell you how long the process is going to take. From the beginning to the end, they were really in contact with me to let me know what was going on and it was a really good program.

Everything was straightforward and simple. They didn't have many fees and I liked that. They used to call every once in a while and would send me the form every two months to see where we were at. I'm completely done and working with them was very helpful. They got all of my creditors to work with them, except for one that didn't stop charging interest. All the rest of them stopped the interest. It was zero from the time they started working with them. So that was good. They were easy to work with. I don't feel like they were just out to make money. They cared.

Cambridge combined my debts, took over certain accounts and had the accounts closed. In that way, it lowered the interest rate, and I got it paid off fairly quickly. My experience with the reps was very nice. Now, I’m finished with the program and it helped take a big debt off my shoulders.

Cambridge was very helpful. I was doing the call for my daughter. When I called them, they were nice, kind and very helpful. It was a very good experience for my daughter. It was a very good, helpful thing for her. I really appreciate it. We would get text messages and emails. This was all very simple and easy. Also, they let my daughter pick the day that she needed to do the payment in the month because of the way that she got paid. So that was not a problem from the very beginning and they never took out extra.

It was a wonderful experience with Cambridge. They were really patient and very professional. Anytime I needed a question answered, I would call them and they would answer my question. The process of me getting out of debt was so easy through them. My goal was to rebuild my credit. I did a pretty good job of that by working with them. They really helped me out with that. The people there that work with you were really nice and friendly. They take care of you. They'll try to get your credit back and get you out of debt.

Whenever I had a question and made a phone call, I always got answers that I understood. I was never disrespected in any way. I had the lowest credit score you can get and through working with them, I'm up to 608.

I had a good representative. I was really pleased with the entire program. It's well worth it. I'd recommend it to anybody.

Everything went okay with Cambridge. Communication was okay. But I wish that it was a little bit easier to pay off. When we tried to pay off everything at one time, we were being told that we couldn't, even though when I originally signed up through the program, I was told we could. So, that’s really frustrating. We also have a dashboard where you could log in and see that you made your payment. But we couldn’t see the account balances as they were being paid. But both of our credit went up pretty quickly with it.

We're all done with the program at Cambridge. It was a very proud moment when we paid everything off. It made us feel good about our finances and took the headache out of trying to manage all of these different bills that we had. We've come away feeling accomplished and empowered by the process.

They had done their job. They got me paid off and not a debt when they said they would. The cost was a little high. But if people do the job they say they're gonna do, that's worth it.

Cambridge took the time to explain. Didn't get upset if we were asking questions. They made it very easy. If we had a question about what they were going to say, what deals they were going to come up with with this particular company, they will focus on that and answer our questions.

This is the second time I've used them and everything was very good. From the beginning, they were good at negotiating the interest rates to a lower rate and getting everything organized into one payment. Then from there, it was pretty basic because it was just making monthly payments. But they did stay in touch with me. Toward the end, when we were refinancing our house, we were able to put a lump sum together to close out the program. They were really helpful with that in terms of getting the payoff amounts and issuing credits.

There was some kind of event held at one of the local schools in Baltimore City. I saw Cambridge there, got their literature, and read it. I decided to get my debts down because I was unsatisfied with what creditors were doing. If my balance was $500 and the minimum payment was $25, I would pay a separate additional $50. But that’s towards principal only. Instead of it going to the principal, they added service and finance charges. It seemed like I would never finish paying off people. So I said, “Let me get it into the hands of somebody and get this taken care of, and just be done with any kind of credit card.”

The enrollment process with Cambridge was good. The program worked out great. I like the part that they didn't allow my account to go negative before they started doing anything. They started doing stuff right away. Nothing ever went in a negative. The reps were pleasant, easy to talk to and gave me the information I asked for. Their program did me well. Both accounts were paid off.

The program was great. I didn't have to worry about everything. My credit counselor was so nice. He let me know everything that was going on. He made sure that I could still have money in my pocket, but at the same time, paying off my credit. I noticed that my credit and my pay history were getting a little better. Things were getting brighter for me. I completed the program and with all the debt that I had, I didn't have to pay a lot at all. I was shocked. It was great. Now I'm getting letters in the mail to get credit cards. I'm loving it. I feel like 100 pounds have been lifted off my shoulder. Cambridge is the best. If you want to get your life back on track, you better give them a call.

Cambridge was so quick to get back to me. Their customer service has been good. My payment plan has been completed and I don't have to worry about bills since then.

The program worked great. We paid it off about six months sooner than we were originally anticipating. The reps were all so helpful and answered every question I had. Every time I called, it was answered right away and if I needed paperwork, they emailed to me within five minutes. It was a quick and easy process. Working with Cambridge was an easy process. I loved it and I'm glad I did it. It helped me a lot. Customer service sent me my statement every month through email. If I had any questions, I would call them with regards to payments that they made or did not make. But I was a little confused as to why they were still collecting the same amount once an account got paid off. I wasn't sure if they were putting more towards another account. I would call and they would say, "Yes, we add that payment to something else so we could bring it down sooner." It took me a while to understand that because I just thought once an account was paid off, then the money will be less because the money that was already separated for that particular account was already used.

I received a phone call from a gentleman from Cambridge Credit and he enrolled me in the program. It started with the monthly deduction and that would continue for several years. Gradually, the accounts became reduced. Eventually, the funds became less and less that were drawn out of my bank account. Sometimes I would try to hasten it up by making payments on my own to get rid of the debt quicker, which helped a little. There was always someone I could contact. Several people would contact me by phone or on email to find out if I had any questions and my progress. The reps have always been very friendly, forthcoming and personable.

They're great. They communicate everything that they ever did. Especially when the COVID hit, they were flexible. Their service was outstanding. It was worth it. I got everything paid off that I need to get paid off that they were paying on. It was a done deal and I'm happy.

I was very satisfied with Cambridge Credit. I'm done with my card now. They really helped me out enough. When they charge you the finance charge and some were deleted, some were lower rated. So, I appreciated that, and that helped me out a lot as well. It gave me some relief and I was excited when I paid off one, and then just started just going on down. I'm glad they worked with me and they worked with the companies on my behalf. I really was pleased with their service.

Cambridge served their purpose for the time that they were needed. Their program was okay, initially. They assisted with getting the interest rate down. But it was still a fee attached monthly. So, I just paid the card off to avoid all fees. But if you don't have any other choice, it's a good program.

Cambridge just pays your credit card and that's it. They did exactly what I wanted. The rep was very nice and helpful. If you want to get your credit cards paid off and get out of debt, I'd recommend Cambridge.

They made it into one payment which was easier for me rather than paying multiple cards. That's one thing I really liked about it. All the representatives were very nice. They always made sure that everything was good with my account. I got monthly statements of where the money was sent to and how much. Cambridge was really professional. One of the things that Cambridge recommended in the very beginning was a budget and I did a budget for two years. Financially, it made me straighten out some of the things I was doing. The beginning counselor was very, very helpful because they made me look at a budget and decide how I was going to pay and they told me what I could expect. Cambridge was able to get a reduction in the interest charged on my credit cards. I needed that to be able to make the monthly payments. So, my monthly payments before were higher than what I ended up paying Cambridge. One of the things that Cambridge tells you is your FICO score will go up after you've been in the program but that's not true. That doesn't have anything to do with Cambridge. It has to do with credit reporting. But it would be nicer if Cambridge didn't say that.

Cambridge helped me out with one of my credit cards that was getting out of control. I was able to get ahead on it and restructured it. I got the 0% interest loan on it and was able to pay it off. It took four years and went faster than I expected. Cambridge helped get the budgeting part of my life straightened. They have a lot of good tools and a lot of good people work for them.

Cambridge is credible, reliable and they deliver. The enrollment process was easy. I just signed two documents and that was it. Services were outstanding. They reached out to me, not just left me in limbo after I signed up with them. They reached out from time to time to check up and give me an update. They also sent me emails to let me know my balance and the amount that had been paid. The program worked fine. I'm done with them. I thought it was gonna take me forever to pay my debt. I even thought that's gonna mess up my credit. But they helped me to manage it and I got it out of the way.

Working with Cambridge was easy. They have great customer service.

Their customer service was very good. It was easy to get set up with them. Very informative when I first started. Any assistance that I needed throughout the whole process was met and handled with care. If I got in that situation again, I'd definitely go with Cambridge again to get out of it. But, hopefully, I won't do that.

The payment plan was really flexible and the people I talked to were nice. I was always notified of any changes that were being made. Everything was professional and understanding. The only thing I didn't like was like, "Hey, how much more do I owe?" kind of thing. Give me like, "Oh, hey, you have at least five more payments to go." If they only had that on all the documents that were being sent to my house.

They said my consolidation would be 'til '21 and that's how it turned out to be. It was about three years. They were very nice. One time, I couldn't make my payment and they let me go for the one month.

They sent me brochures, paperwork, and things that could help me better balance my schedule and my money. They reached out to me with help and they were very good. Anytime I call them about a concern about a bill or a payment, they're very helpful. Also, it's helpful to know that I can receive my monthly statements. I can keep track of what's been paid and how much my balance is. Cambridge sends out a monthly statement every month of how much they have paid out and my balance on what I owe from the beginning. Anyone who really wants to get out of debt needs to try Cambridge.

I was recommended to Cambridge by my son-in-law and I will also refer them to other clients. He had gone through the program and said that Cambridge saved his credit. I enjoyed working with Cambridge. If I had any situations, they were ready, willing and able to help me. I was informed about everything. I got a monthly statement and if there was anything else once it was paid out, they sent me a notice telling me to call the business because I might have a refund. Everything was documented throughout the whole process. When the bills came, I could see that the payments were being made so it worked well for me. I just wish other institutions were open to the programs. Credit card companies do, but banks wouldn't take part in it. All of my debts probably would have been paid off by now if they did.

The reps at Cambridge were very helpful and explained everything very well. It sold me on the program and figured it was one way in order to get my credit back on track. Now, I know enough to pay my payments and don't let them be late.

The program was very successful. I'm completely finished with it and my credit is definitely better. Anything you needed help with, Cambridge would really do what they could to help you.

I liked that I didn't have to do all of my credit cards. I also liked that they didn't make me sign up other financial institutions that make me close out everything. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The cost was reasonable.

I set a deal up where they took out X amount of money off each card each month. They made $50 a month off of it, which is understandable. We also got notifications when this or that had been paid off. Cambridge helped out a lot and I've recommended them to several people. The drawback is you can't use your card anymore but that's the whole goal. I was very pleased with the whole process. It took a few years but I saved on interest that we weren't gonna get anywhere.

The process with Cambridge was not cumbersome. You call the 1-800 number and send in a form online. I did not necessarily pay attention to how long it took to get my debts settled but I completed the program.

Cambridge’s customer service was great. They sent updates and kept me aware of what was going on. They made sure I got my payment down on time. It was an excellent experience. They were accommodating with my schedule so that I wouldn't miss a payment. They told me what I was able to do to make sure that I gave them enough time and notice. I would recommend Cambridge to others. I was able to reach my credit score goal as well as making sure that all my debts have been taken care of.

At one point, we were trying to figure out how much longer we have left in the program and we received a prompt response.

Things went really smoothly when I enrolled with Cambridge because I had the automatic deduction. Their reps were very professional and helpful.

Cambridge's customer service was great. They were very helpful. They made the process pretty seamless. When they took over my credit, I was just making one monthly payment, and it just made everything so much easier. I would recommend them. We were drowned in the debt. We saw them all paid off and it didn't take that long either. Cambridge is trustworthy.

Everybody at Cambridge was very helpful. The payments and how they broke it between the different credit cards to make the payments were good. Enrolling was super easy. I didn't have to do much. They made everything very easily explained. I felt like they were really there to help me and not just use me to make money. I got everything paid off. It relieved a lot of stress. I was really struggling with all the multiple payments because the interest is so hard when you have three different credit cards with a higher rate. So when it was lowered, it was so much easier to manage.

Working with Cambridge got me out of debt. I didn't work with anybody in person since they're in Massachusetts and I'm in Oklahoma. I did things over the phone, and the process was very good.

I liked the way Cambridge sounded and the way they're organized. I also felt comfortable with them, so I decided to use their service. They've helped me tremendously. They paid all my bills for me and I didn't need to do it myself. It's hard for me to sit down and get everything together on paper, because I'm already so overloaded. And I liked to have them back, because I'm going on 65 years of age. I'm not getting any younger and it's getting a little more harder for me. I love Cambridge so much. They provide superior service, and their reps are friendly and respectful. I miss each and everyone of them. They’re all the same when it comes to kindness and courteousness. That’s a nice thing because in most jobs you’ll find, maybe out of 100%, you might find 95% that’s good, but 5% is not. But in that company, it’s 100% good.

The credit counselors I worked with were very professional and very accurate. You could always get them by phone or email and when there were some times where we needed to move the date a few days, there was never an issue. Their service is well-worth it and if somebody was in that kind of situation that we were, I would tell them not hesitate going with Cambridge. They are very discreet and very non-judgmental. They knew what they were talking about and what they said would happen, happened.

It was nice talking to the counselor at Cambridge and everything went well with them. I like that they are willing to go along with you and try to make it easier for you and showing you how to save your money.

I had to go with a company that was under 5,000 and I used Cambridge. They helped me take care of my bills. I had everything taken out of my account on a monthly basis until it was paid off. It took three years and I'm finished now.

I had a Wells Fargo credit card, which had a 25% interest, and I decided to put it with Cambridge so they would negotiate a lower rate. I should have taken advantage of more of the options. But they were very nice whenever I called. Working with them made my life easier because I wasn't being victimized by these ridiculous rates and it made my life happier. I'm glad I paid off the card. This was not a situation that existed when I was growing up. They did not have credit cards that did this to people. So, any help that people who are in the know could give would be great. I wish I hadn't had to pay somebody a percentage of my payments in order to negotiate my rate down. But I was very grateful that it didn't hurt my credit rating.

It was a simple process getting into Cambridge's program and that was one of the reasons that got me interested in it because it didn't take much for me. Also, the rep I worked with was very informative. I got an email or something every month checking up, seeing where I was in the program, how I was doing, and if I had any questions. Anytime I had a question, they were always available for me to get an answer and they did whatever I needed them to do to make it work. They didn't want to put me in a bigger bind and they worked with me as I was going through the program.

It was getting tough to pay the minimum balances and I didn't want to fall behind. There were a couple of my debts that I was a little bit late on. A lot of them were increasing the interest rates and the interest rates were absolutely ridiculous on some of them. Then, the late fees that they were charging were, to me, very unwilling to work with. Cambridge helped immensely with that. They eliminated the late fees and the interest rates. Some of them were over 30%. We are repeat customers and they had a system that worked for us. They were very professional and it was easy to get ahold of somebody if we had an issue. If you feel like you're in a tight spot and you're having a tough time managing your finances, give Cambridge a call and let them put a plan together for you and give it a shot because it works for me. Having that one payment every month, you know the dollar amount that you are paying, and it's very easy to manage.

The representatives were prompt when I had questions and they sent me follow-up emails about budgeting with Cambridge. The cost is about right because I had about 13 cards and I'm paying 357 a month, which was less than I would have been paying on all 13 of those cards separately. There was only one incident that I needed to change the payment plan and that was on my own. I was a victim of identity theft and I had to close my checking account completely and I had to get another one, and they worked with me with that.

I love Cambridge. They were on point with everything. They kept me updated and they made me feel very comfortable. I would refer them to everybody in the world. I just finished my consolidation and I got my certificate the other day. Cambridge took my APR's down from what they were. I appreciated that too. They really worked with me.

I've finished the program with Cambridge. It was short and sweet, and they gave me all the resources I needed. They were super easy to work with and always able to answer any questions that I had. They relieved so much stress from my life. Three years ago, I was hopeless and drowning. I was able to consolidate everything into one easy payment and now, I don’t have credit cards anymore.

I lost my husband a few years before and I was nervous about doing the debt consolidation, but the reps were extremely patient. I tried to back out a couple times, and I'd wind up going back to them. They were very understanding, and I don't remember having a bad or not good enough response or time with them. They were outstanding. I might have been fortunate and just got the great ones, but everything I got from them was fabulous.

The guy I talked to at Cambridge explained everything to me very well and walked me through the process, which was helpful. Cambridge sends me a statement every month and does check-ups periodically on how I'm doing. They expect to pay a fee every month for dispersal of the funds, which is $60, and it isn't too bad. The process is easy and quick. They've been good.

I could fully trust them with my finances and getting to this goal that we were all working together towards.

Cambridge taught me how to budget, not overspend and let go of credit cards and it was a good experience. I paid off everything that was in the program early, and I was happy with them. They really helped and now I'm out of that debt, I'm not going to get back into it again.

Cambridge was absolutely fantastic. We gave them all our information. They reached out to the credit card company to try and get a lower APR with a promise that they'd make the payments from our bank account. Once they did that, and it was in writing, they sent the information back to me and my wife and we signed it. They came up with what all the companies would settle for. If some of the APRs were something ridiculous and we'd gotten behind on the 24%, a lot of that would get dropped down to 12% with a guarantee that that credit card company is going to get paid at the same time every month. They would withdraw it from our account, and then they disperse it to the companies.

The person that I talked to during the enrollment was absolutely wonderful. The payment plan worked out. They took it right out of my bank account so I wouldn't stall on paying. Cambridge has let me accomplish what I needed to accomplish. I paid off five credit cards and two hospital bills. I feel much freer. The reps have all been really nice. I had no problem except when State Farm Bank went to UFB Bank and they had it down that I wasn't paying my bills. My credit score went way down because of that.

Cambridge took all my credit cards and they called them to see if they would join the program. Every company joined except for one, so I’m still paying it off. Signing up with the program was so easy. They just took money out of my account every month, and paid the credit card, so I didn’t have to and I wouldn’t miss a payment by accident. And I paid off in four years. I talked to a lady and she was really nice. She explained everything to me. It made me feel so much better because the payments were a lot lower than having to pay off credit cards. The program was also pretty lowkey and so low maintenance for me. I didn't ever have to call them and they never called me. It just got taken care of. I liked it.

I've spoken with quite a few representatives during the two and a half years that I was in the program and they were wonderful. They cleared off a bunch of unneeded store cards. The program was great until I got a letter yesterday saying that payments weren't received by one of the debt places that they had listed down. It could be a fluke and it's another thing I got to follow up with.

We had a good relationship with Cambridge. They were good people. They were very understanding, and everything went fine. The credit cards are all paid off now. It was wonderful because I had cancer and was sick.

And every time I called, there was not a time where I felt that they didn't want to talk to me anymore. They were willing to help me, too. They made my life easy doing the program and I'm able to keep a track of things now. I told my sister that the program worked for me, and about Cambridge's great service and great people. I also told her that they only charge you a little bit of money. So that day, she called and it saved her at least 300. She was so excited and I told her to pass the word. When she talks to people who are trying to figure it out, she should tell them that they don't have to as Cambridge will figure it out for them.

I was very satisfied with Cambridge's rep. His name was Tim and he was very direct with me. He proceeded to tell me how much he would have to take out of my account. I told him my situation, about the number of credit cards I had, and that I was primarily receiving disability. He encouraged me to go ahead and have my credit cards consolidated through them. I was under some stress because I was paying high rent where I lived but I managed to come up with the amount every month for about four years. They kept the same amount that they took out of my credit card every month and they were very consistent all through my interaction with them. I got some good advice from them, too. When I was first starting, Tim said that I could possibly have one or two credit cards. But I didn't want any credit cards at the time and decided I would not have any until I paid my debts off. Tim was awesome and I appreciate him.

I got all my debt figured out with Cambridge. It took a few years and I wish I could have done everything in one year, but that's just how they work. My experience with them have always been good but I'm trying to raise my credit score up and it doesn't look like it moved any.

Cambridge has good customer service. Everybody that I spoke with helped me out through the whole thing and everything they did was excellent. I got all my credit cards paid off which was what I wanted to do. I’m trying to talk my son in it because he's always crying about his credit card. I'm trying to tell him to do what I did and that in two years, he’ll be out of it.

Everything was extremely streamlined and easy. If I ever had any issues, all I do is make a very simple phone call. If I ask to delay this payment or if I get to skip a payment and try to pay it back, they help me with that. They didn't harass me to make sure everything was done. Every single time, the person that handled the call was friendly and polite. I'm very satisfied with the service. I'm not buried in debt, which is pretty great. It was much easier to reach that goal using Cambridge. If I ever find myself in that situation again, or if I needed it, I would absolutely 100% try them.

Getting out of debt would have taken me forever if it wasn't for Cambridge. They were able to consolidate some of my credit cards and other debts, get my interest rates down, and pay it off a lot sooner, which helped me make my credit better. My credit score’s going up. I fluctuate between 680 and 704, depending on how much I put on my one card before it gets reported back. Before, I was at the very low 600 and when I first started, I was below that. The problem was I wasn't managing my finances and Cambridge enabled me to learn how to do that. The biggest impact it had was teaching me that I needed to follow a budget and allocate my money instead of just free-falling it.

The rep was very thorough and he explained the program and was able to get us enrolled and approved. It was very smooth and the program was great. It was always excellent service. A no-brainer. They just took the payment out of our checking account every month and then we sold our house in Denver and we were able to pay off the balance two weeks ago. We really appreciate the opportunity to get everything paid off and have the worry taken off our shoulders. That's improved our life quite a bit.

Cambridge Credit was great to work with. They always respond to any questions I had. I had three credit cards and I just finished paying them off. I was very excited. I have recommended them to my friends whom I've talked about it.

It was a little much as far as the payment, but I had worked a lot of overtime in order to make up for it. I retired at the end of December, and the last payment was in February. After that, it was like a big relief.

Cambridge Credit Counseling helped me with my finances. It helped me budget better and helped me get out of the jam I was in. Everything went smoothly with the enrolment. I was happy that I joined. It wasn't too much of a large payment monthly, so I was able to maintain that every month for five years. I was able to get out of debt. Everybody was great. When I called, I got all the answers I ever needed. The gentleman that first set me up was a very nice man. He was very helpful. He helped me fill out all the paperwork and get all the accounts to him. Everything went good.

Cambridge Credit Counseling was a system and I need to be structured, and that gave me structure. It worked out great. I had a wonderful experience and I'm glad it's done.

I would recommend Cambridge Credit Counseling because they made it easy for me to get things settled. I knew when my payments were coming out and everything. Their process was pretty laid back. It wasn't super strict. Also, the representative I dealt with was super cool, super nice and laid back.

The reps were pleasant and helpful. I completed the program and it worked well.

The original counselor that I had talked to and got me enrolled was very informative. She was able to give me some insight to my situation, as far as how Cambridge does things. She was very helpful to me, and I was able to refer a couple of other people that she also helped getting their creditors. She was not judgmental. She was very caring and she never made me feel like I was beneath anyone else who may have had excellent credit.

Cambridge just gave me a number, and I said I could do that. They added it all up and they helped me pay everything off. I saved a lot of money through interest.

The reps at Cambridge answered any questions I had promptly. It was great customer service and I've never had any trouble with them. The customer service was wonderful. You pay a $25 monthly fee to be a part of the program but it was worth it because instead of paying 20% plus in interest, you paid anywhere from 9% to 12%, which was excellent. It helps you get out of debt quicker. I would recommend Cambridge to anyone. I ended up coming into a little bit of money so I paid my debts off quicker than what I had expected or what the proposed plan was. I put bulk amounts of money on it until I was able to pay it off.

I had two credit cards that were in payback and the rep told me that every month or every quarter, whatever the statements were, they would always tell me how much I had paid toward each credit card. But it did not tell me how much was left. So, when I got to the end of it, I kept calling every couple of months to find out how many more payments I have because I always forget within a month or so. But that was the only thing. The cost was not unreasonable for getting me out of the jam I was in. For what I expected from Cambridge, I had no complaints at all with my experience and I’d like to thank them for their help.

Cambridge is a good move. My only caveat would be it's not gonna decrease the monthly payment, but it's gonna decrease the overall pain with the percentage. Their cost was pretty low. Also, I got a pretty good decrease on the rates that I was paying on the credit cards and whatnot and got through it.

When I called initially, the rep, Tonya, was very kind and understanding. She let me know about the creditor information I needed and she was extremely informative. The enrolment was easy and the program was very quick, considering I was pretty concerned about the three different credit cards I had. I didn't think it was gonna be as quick as it was. Also, Tonya checked in on me, which was very nice. She's the person I went to every single time when I had issues.

The program went smooth. We did it online. It took 40 something weeks and it was $311 a month, which wasn't a huge amount. And I was able to get all of that out. Now, I have a better credit score and I know better how to manage myself.

Cambridge was a smart option. Working with them helped me get rid of all the debt in a way that was manageable for me.

So, I was going through all that with this gentleman at Cambridge that was helping me and he said that he had heard of that but that wasn't something that they were involved in. A friend of mine at church told me about Cambridge and she had good reports, so I decided to talk with them. The enrollment was a very smooth process and the payment plan that they gave me was based on how much I owed. They asked me what was comfortable for me to pay every month and it worked out well. The counselor that I worked with was very professional yet very compassionate. Other people just want to tell you what to do but he was willing to listen to me and guide me on the right path. I was very comfortable working with Cambridge and they consolidated my account together to give me a good rate. I also liked that they represented me with all the companies that I had a card with to get me a good rate. I had 0% with some of them, so it was good to have somebody who knows what they’re doing fight for you.

Cambridge was the easiest company. A lady was helping me and everything was online. The lady would tell me, “I'll send it right now in the email. Read it.” Everything was step-by-step. I liked her attitude. She explained everything and when I asked questions, she was on-point and told me exactly what was going on. If I needed to call or speak with somebody, Cambridge answered.

It was an easy process and I felt very comfortable with it. Cambridge never bothered me. I signed up, they took care of it every month, and then it was done. It was a great experience.

My wife had to go into the place for the sign-up process with Cambridge the last time but on mine, it was done over the phone. It was simple and everything was good with the rep. I’m done with the program and my last payment was last month. It was a lot of money in a short amount of time but it was a modest amount that Cambridge was taking out. There were no issues with me with what they charged. It even ought to be a little more. It was $50 a payment, which was not a whole lot, considering what was done.

It was a pretty simple and easy process. Anytime I called, I was able to speak to someone right away. We don't have any more credit cards now.

I was in Cambridge’s program for three and a half years when I first used them seven years before and this time, it’s another three and a half years. It took two different process and two different times that we have had to go through. The enrollment was simple and the reps were nice, easy to contact and set up things. I like the ease of trying to establish an account and having a good report on getting things done.

I was always incurring a late fee and then, I tried and paid what I could pay, and it wasn't enough. With Cambridge's help, I was able to lower my interest rate. All I had to do was put the money in the bank. They took the payment, whether it was exactly on time or not, and they did not charge me the late fee, then got everybody paid. It was awesome. I didn't have to think about it. I would tell the reps that I was a little bit confused and illiterate, and they would kinda chuckle about that. They always explained everything to me and it was good. The gentleman called me up and said my final payment was only 58 bucks and I was like, “Oh thank god.”

The enrollment process with Cambridge was fairly easy considering that I did everything over the phone. The reps were very professional. I reached out to them frequently so all my needs were met. But I had a couple of hiccups towards the end of the last final payments. There were three creditors that, for some reason, didn't get the last payment. They got it late so they ended up putting my account in collections. I had to call them, pay it and get it removed. I resolved it on my end.

Cambridge kept sending me the notifications in the mail, how much was left and where was going where. The program paid off my bills at a lower rate. I got a couple more that I might need to use Cambridge again, but it won't be for a while.

Everyone at Cambridge was friendly and they did exactly what I needed them to do. They took care of everything and worked out payments with the debit card companies and the two credit card companies that I had. They took my money out at the end of the month and it worked out good. It was very simple.

Initially, Cambridge went ahead and got all the interest rates reduced. Some of them were even zero. They dealt with the institution, so I didn't have to do any of that, and then, they set up a payment plan with the vendors. My payments were the same in total, but it was getting paid off a lot sooner than had I paid at the original interest rate. They also closed the accounts, which helped because then, I was not using those, otherwise, I would be tempted to use them if they were open. There was one issue with one of the creditors, and Cambridge was able to talk to them and find out what was going on for me. It was very quick and I didn't have to wait.

I was told that Cambridge specializes in credit card debt and that they could help me. And that was what they did. I never had any problems with any of the reps so it was all good.

The reps were wonderful and it was a very good experience all the way around. I'm glad to be off of that burden and I'm glad I got them paid.

I'm done with the program. A big weight was lifted from my back. I'm glad I did it. I had a wonderful experience with the counselors at Cambridge. I couldn't ask for anything better. The cost wasn't bad at all, and the service worked wonderful for me. If I have to advise someone that I know about it, I definitely would do it because I'm pretty pleased what they did for me. I have more money left on my budget now, so that's a big improvement.

They seemed very pleasant. I was very comfortable working with them. The payment plan met my budget good. Everything went nice. Working with them impacted me very greatly. It made me very, very happy.

I researched Cambridge and found that they had an acceptable approval. It was a great experience. We were able to pay off the debts that we had. We still have some left, but they're lower. That was a big help. Now, I don't have the payment coming out. That’s nice because that’s a bit of extra money. With that, I was able to buy some colorful paintings.

I had no problems once I figured out Cambridge wasn't a scam like some of them programs out there. And they paid all my collectors' debts for me. I was able to verify that. Whenever I had questions, I'd call the reps up and I got answers as quick as I could ask them. They solved my problems when I had a question. Everything went smoothly. That's the main thing I liked about it. For the quality of service, it was cheap. The only problem I had was I wish the payment would have been lower. But it would have stretched it out longer. The rep recalculated it once while I was talking to him to get it a little lower. And it wasn't that much lower, but he said that was the best he could do for me. So, I just went with it from there.

Everything was easy. To send everything in, you got to take care of it. Let me know what I need to do and pay, and how long. Everybody at Cambridge was great. I usually just did everything by email. I've got the one notification, which is great. I emailed, set this on automatic draft, and there it went. I would like to know what is my balance left on the account so I know where I'm sitting at without having to log in to the Credit Card and Services and find out. That would give me an idea of how close to my goal I was getting. Other than that, I got it all consolidated, and it is off my plate instead of feeling like I was robbing Peter to pay Paul. It was a relief, the breath of it.

Cambridge did a great job. They were able to negotiate my debt, lower it, and then consolidated it into an affordable monthly payment. It was very helpful at the time that I needed it. Their rep was always on point. He would always send me updates and notifications. If I ever had any questions, he would return my call and answer them immediately. I have completed the program. It was a really good experience.

I was at a point in my credit where all of my credit was revolving and I wasn't able to effectively get out of that myself. So I decided to seek some sort of program. I even tried to seek this out on my own by going to a local bank and seeing if they could give me a loan for my credit to pay the credit down to one payment and nobody was helpful. So I called Cambridge and they said they could get them consolidated. They explained everything to me and how everything worked. They kept everything in the light and they didn't hold any information back or anything from the situation, which was really cool.

Getting started with Cambridge was an easy process. They made it pretty simple. Their process really worked well for me.

Cambridge gave me an affordable rate to where I could do it each month. So, I was happy. The counselor was very nice. My life is a lot better now. I'm all done with it, and I have paid everything paid off.

I struggled with debt. I learned how to better manage my budget and my credit score was repaired in a short time. They have learning tools to help teach how to manage your money so you don’t fall into the debt trap!

The program was set up that Cambridge would take their fee and the money to pay the Discover card right out of the checking account. My bank went along with it and I didn't have to worry about the money going out on time. I'm the world's best forgetful person, so it’s a good thing to have something like that. It made me feel better that I was getting my debt taken care of and I didn't have somebody hassling me all the time. Discover didn’t bug me and they accepted the way it was set up. I was really surprised when the lady called me and told me that I was almost finished with it and that they were taking a fee.

This company was always reaching out to offer tips and suggested to improve my credit while I was paying my bills down. When I needed to pay in a different day, they were very kind to move the date. While this was a daunting task they did all in their power to make it happen! I can’t tell you how pleased I am to have this experience behind me!

I am very happy to have reached out to Cambridge Credit. They helped me take control of my finances. I am have better awareness of my expenses and can stay within my budget. I will definitely recommend Cambridge Credit to anyone who might be having trouble becoming debt free.

One of my friends had Cambridge for her own debt management program so she suggested them. I looked into it and said, “That'd be a great idea.” I called Cambridge. I was living overseas in Germany at the time. The process was convenient and it was really easy to get ahold of them when I needed to. Once we got everything set up, it was just auto-debited and it was good to go. It was nice to see the balances go down and super exciting once it got down to the last payment. For me, just getting it all consolidated into one payment that I could just not have to worry about anymore was totally worth it. They worked great for me.

I called Cambridge and they took care of my problem. They made it so much easier for me. They were real good and very personal. The service was good in the sense that I didn't have to worry about each month when the payment was being taken out of my account. It was an amount that I could afford and not worry about. Everything went really well. They treated me real well.

I completed the program and Cambridge Credit Counseling has excellent service.

It was wonderful with Cambridge. I was hesitant at first because it was new and I didn't know if I wanted to get into it. My ex-girlfriend told me to do it because her daughter had done it. I had put it off for probably a year and I wish I hadn't. I made the call and over the phone, they were very helpful. They explained everything to me. It took three or four years and it was difficult because it was a large amount of money. I worked two jobs and it pretty much consumed one of my paychecks. But I got done maybe seven months early because I paid off the remaining amount quickly. I'm glad that I was referred to Cambridge and I've pushed the idea to other people and encouraged them to call as well.

The rep was great. He helped me get through what I needed to get through. If I ever needed to change my date of my payment because I was unable to make the payment that month or on that day, they were always able to make a change. Everybody was real nice there. I started with Cambridge in 2014 and it took me six years to pay down $37,000 something in debt. I got it done so it was great but I asked them if they could keep it open for me if I may have to come back. I can always come back if I have to.

I did a general search for help with managing my debt, specifically credit card debt. I went to the Better Business Bureau and found good ratings on Cambridge. It was easy getting in contact with them. And they had a really quick turnaround with contacting me and requesting my financial information. That was well-done. They even did a follow-up with me to confirm that I wanted their service and that all my information was correct. It was streamlined. I like that part.

Everybody at Cambridge was very efficient and professional. The whole experience was a positive one. We've completed the program the last year and we're a lot better off than we were before.

I heard some good news of Cambridge. I had a friend who was in with them and told me about it so I looked further into it. Through my years of experience, it worked out very well with me. When I very first started out, I spoke with a woman by the name of Emma. I don't know if she left or what happened but I ended up with two or three reps that I would talk to. But they were very helpful in anything. They all gave me good responses as far as what to do with my finances and how to build it up, and what they could help me with as far as what I had there. It was very good.

I had a lot of credit card debt and I wasn't getting anywhere with the interest rates. Through the internet and reading reviews, I went with Cambridge. They were very thorough. They got all the info and then came up with a plan for me at the time. It was good. I struggled a little bit with life changes and changing jobs at times, but it all worked out in the end. I was able to get through it and I am now debt-free. That was the goal.

I wanted to pay off my credit card debt quickly and soon. I wasn't able to, the way I had budgeted it. I did some research and Cambridge Credit was the best company to do that that was why I went with them. The counselor that I worked with, initially, was very well-spoken and professional. She outlined everything that I needed to send and do so my experience was very well and I enjoyed it. Surprisingly, the costs were low. I was expecting to be paying much more for their services. I was really happy with the costs that they charged for their services. However, sometimes, when I sent emails, it took a day or two to get back to me. Texting or calling or setting up an appointment and a quicker turnaround on the responses would be better.

I found Cambridge through my boyfriend. We both bowl, and we found it through our league. The enrollment process was simple and self-explanatory. The beginning was easy. The only thing I wish they would have informed me on was when I was able to pay off everything, the numbers were not going to be exact. I ended up owing companies after I did my payoff amount. It was irritating because whenever I spoke with the representative, they told me that all amounts should either be exact or they'll pay more, and I should get a refund back. That was definitely not the case.

With making too many payments too much, I was struggling. I lost some of my income and thought that Cambridge Credit Counseling was the only way that I could end up paying it all off without being late. The rep helped me, we got some details worked out and I had a good experience with him. I was set up on a payment plan that was manageable as well. I didn't have a problem making that much. It was automatically withdrawn from my account, so I knew on the fifth of every month that payment was going to come out. That worked really well. I got my statements every month and that was important to me. Everything was great. Getting all of my debt paid off has been a huge relief. I'm glad.

Whenever I initially talked with the members, they were willing to help me out and set me up with everything. This was all new to me and being able to have somebody walk me through the whole process and be there is what drew me to proceeding with Cambridge Credit Counseling. Enrolling was easy for me as well. It felt a lot more personal than just going to some corporate conglomerate that's says, "Okay, give us a list," and then they don't assist me through anything. Cambridge Credit Counseling asked me what expenses I had every month. I went through that with them, and we went item by item. They then came back and told me, "Okay, well, it's not going to work with this. So, what else can we do?"

Everything's been good with Cambridge Credit. The customer service was helpful. They were easy to get ahold of and explained the process well. From start to finish, I had no issues at all. I was pleased with them. They did a good job.

Cambridge helped me out immensely. I was able to follow my schedule that I put in and I'm debt-free now. I am very satisfied with Cambridge and if I ever need them again, I'll contact them.

My nephew used Cambridge and it was successful for him so I wanted to give it a try. The reps explained everything during enrollment and everything worked out well. They were very detailed on everything and made sure that I knew everything before I got into it.

The experience was very good. When I contacted a representative, I got somebody right away and I explained my situation. They were very thorough, and I didn't feel judged. After everything was set up, it was done. As long as I had the money for them, everything was smooth. There were different people I spoke to at different times, and they were all very professional and patient.

I have two special needs children, and we had an insurance issue in March three years ago. We always had two insurances (lots of therapies). One would cover the copays, and the other would cover everything else. My husband's employer changed insurance policies, and they were supposed to remain the same. However, we found out that they weren't paying the copays anymore after we had already racked up three months’ worth of copays, which was almost $3,000. With copays, you have to pay them to be able to come back and get more services. We had to use almost two months’ worth of credit card bills, while the credit card bills then were late. What happens is when you pay a credit card late, even if it's 2% or 3% interest, suddenly, it jumps up to 29.

I used Cambridge before. I was referred by a family member. The enrollment was easy-peasy. Their representatives were always great. Cambridge was able to get my interest rates down. It was the only way. It seemed viable and it wasn't my first time doing it. This time around, I caught up and got ahead. Overall, Cambridge is fantastic. I highly recommend them.

The people from Cambridge were really personable. They checked in a lot with me and it felt more like a counseling group than like a business. They really were more out to help me than help themselves. It wasn't about what they were going to make off of my fees. It was really easy to deal with them. I got my credit counselor and she walked through everything with me. went through all of my debt, went through what the payments would look like, really was very open about everything.
