I called regarding my account and the amount I was being billed. I spoke with Mikala and she took the time to better explain the different levels of service and also made herself available for future questions regarding the dashboard and my account. She was patient and made every effort to ensure I understood the services SiteLock provides.
Samantha was very accommodating and efficient. For almost 20 years our company has provided phone support to our clients, many whose trepidation with technology is assuaged by the personal contact they are able to receive from us. It is because of this that we also, very much appreciate competent and pleasant phone service from our vendors, such as Sitelock. There are times when email, or opening a ticket isn't really the best course of action. Thank you.
Lou was exceptionally helpful while I was on the phone. He was able to help me reset my password so I was able to log on. Lou was also helpful in changing our payment method and walk me through the steps to set it up online. Thank you for having such valuable employees to help us through our issues.
Lou was personable, knowledgeable, and very thorough as he walked me through the SiteLock process of protection against malware, etc. All my questions were answered and understood by me. I may not remember everything, but was told I could call for support any time. I feel grateful that he was patient and had a sense of humor. Thank you.
Was concerned when I noticed my site was not secure. Was directed to SiteLock through Bluehost. Nathan ** was extremely helpful and got me started with a basic security package. Lou ** got me set up with SiteLock support and connected me on a 3-way call with Bluehost support to activate the secure socket layer for my blog site. Lou got me oriented in the routine operations I should perform to keep my site safe.
I called SiteLock to discuss protecting my two WordPress sites and Luis not only handled my situation quickly and professionally, he also had a great personality and was easy to speak with. Thank you Luis.
Samantha ** was a bit rushing in the beginning, I believe because the kind of environment you guys have there, very rushy but at all time she was able to help me with my questions and problems, I was the 3rd attendant which I contacted and she was the only one being able to give me the right support and finally, take a big weight out of my back. I am very impressed with her support, with the time, talking with her, she became more relaxed and her voice sounded more peaceful which help me tremendously on understanding everything in the right way, which so far before was being quite hard with the other attendants.
This woman was very kind and helpful. I wanted to quit the services and I was very upset, and she was able to agree with me in a deal which is making me considering keep the contract for further year. I was really blessed to have her support and now more than ever, I am happy with site, SiteLock and their deal. 5 stars to Samantha! She is truly a professional. Very well done Sam! And thank you!

I had an issue with my account auto-renewing even though I had selected not to auto-renew. I called and spoke with Customer Success Agent Orlantria ** who handled the issue quickly and painlessly. Although I am no longer using SiteLock, I've been happy with the service and after today's customer support, I will be recommending your service to business associates.

The SiteLock True Shield Professional account is due for renewal in June. I reviewed the cost of renewal and components of the product with Orlantria **. The agent Orlantria ** is great as your customer service/satisfaction liaison. I was very irritated by what I didn't know about my subscription for Sitelock. I am still leery but she helped me get the right product when my initial POC didn't tell me.

Allie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me get website issues resolved. Allie stayed on the phone with Fatcow and resolved the issues. She was fantastic talking with Fatcow for me due to my lack up understanding computer language.

I was having an issue with my login and retrieving a copy of the paid invoice. I was lucky to have Donna ** answer my call. She was polite and professional. But most of all she solved all of my issues quickly. She is wonderful.

I was very pleased with the speed to which my question was answered. I was also pleased with the answer and outcome. Sitelock then sent me to tech support to add security features to my website and update the firewall. Very good experience.

I called to quit my subscription or significantly lower the price. Mathew explained what I had (for $600/year), why I was given that level of service originally, why a reduced level would be appropriate (after he reviewed my site and its general activity), and how this service would continue to keep my site secure. He was very helpful and articulate.

Daniel in tech support went out of his way to resolve this issue for me. It was beyond the scope of SiteLock's service, but he helped me get my site back online. Alex in billing helping me reconfigure my plan so that I'm getting the most bang for my buck. Thanks, guys.

Orlantria very graciously worked with me to reduce my monthly fees. We reviewed my level of use, and she assured that I would maintain malware protection without additional charges. She stayed on to confirm that the change was complete.

Donna was very helpful and easy to talk to. I was going to cancel my subscription as I am creating a different type of website. However, Donna helped me understand what the different services that I was getting did and I changed my decision and got on a better plan for me now.

I switched service subscriptions to low my business expenses. In doing so, my app experienced issues serving images. SiteLock was excellent in finding a white-list solution that saved the account. Great job.
