    It took me several weeks of sleeping on my mattress which was financed through progressive leasing to realize that the mattress I purchased was new but the mattress I delivered was second-rate used merchandise. When I reported this issue to Progressive Leasing agent they told me that any company that would sell used merchandise as new would be liable under the state laws for betting for doing such a thing and that if I'm stuck with the mattress because the mattress company won't take the thing back even though it's a used mattress they sold me that Progressive Leasing would make good on the return by picking up the merchandise themselves.

    And I'm still working with the company to try and get me a bed that is new and was supposed to be the same quality mattress that I thought I was getting in the first place. It's really nice to know that a finance company would take that kind of consideration for a customer who was wronged by a company for merchandise they bought in good faith as new. Application process quick and easy, payments (whether doing 90 days same as cash or the full year lease) more than reasonable. I refer this option to everyone!     I’ve been using Progressive leasing since 2017. I’ve bought jewelry, mattress, living room set. It was the best shopping experience ever!! It was so easy and stress free.     I’ve been using Progressive Leasing since 2018. I’ve purchased a mattress, jewelry, tires, Apple Macbooks, living room set, bedroom set, with always receiving great customer service. I initially was approved for $2400 in 2018 and my most recent approval was $3975. I always receive a higher approval than needed and aim to pay off my lease in 90-180 days. My credit wasn’t the best when I first started using them and now even with a 740 credit score I continue to use them so I don’t overload my credit which decreases my score. I have never had a bad experience and recommend using them first versus credit if you’re able to pay it off in less than 6 months.

    This is the second time I use them because of how great they did when I first used them. I had bad credit back then and needed furniture to move into our new apt and they approved me with no issues. I was planning on doing the 90 days same as cash option so I wasn’t paying so much interest (like you would with any credit/leasing). I lost my job and missed a couple of payments. I got a call from someone asking for clarity and I stressed how I was looking for a new job and was just not wanting to pay interest as it would make my situation worse.

    The rep I spoke with was so kind and understanding. Even tho I was passed the 90 day mark they honored the 90 day same as cash price and allowed me to make monthly payments to pay off that amount!! Im not sure how long it was I was making payments but it definitely was like 6 months passed that 90 days. The care they gave me and assistance with my payments allowed me to catch up and get back on my feet. I just reapplied thinking I probably won’t get approved since I had felt I messed up with them on my first lease. To my surprise I was approved for $1800 of credit to use for furniture for my new house!! I will definitely be returning to them again just because of how they treated me the first time around.

    Have used Progressive Leasing multiple times and have always had an excellent experience with Progressive. I normally pay my account off early to take advantage the 90 days same as cash plan. I highly recommend them if you are a responsible person and pay your bills on time and understand your lease terms completely, you’ll have no problems at all and besides the more you lease and pay off on time the higher your credit limit will increase. Progressive leasing is an Absolutely wonderful company to do business with! Don’t just take my word for it, try them out for yourself and see.

    I have used Progressive Leasing 3x and love it, they are the only company that would help me afford a new washer and dryer when mine died.     The Progressive website was easy to use, sign up was a breeze. Acceptance was immediate. Ordered my bed. Picked it up the next day. Paid my monthly payments online. Monthly payments gave me the freedom to be able to afford the products I want. Paid off my bed early and I am looking forward to my next lease.

    I purchased a cell phone from Cricket wireless and it was financed through Progressive leasing. It was automatic electronic payment every month on the same day which is awesome. Only had to call once when I first set up my account and the customer service was friendly and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend this business.

    I like Progressive Leasing. This is a program that you would really enjoy. You can use it in the appliance store and set up your lease or you can do it online, which is beautiful, and have it delivered right to your home, make your monthly payments, and everything should work after that.

    I have used Progressive Leasing several times over the course of several years and never had any major problems with them. When you lease a product through them you do pay more than the original price but you make monthly or biweekly payments based on how much the product is or you can purchase it using the 90 day option for a discount price. It's a great program if you want or need a big purchase but don't have the cash or credit to get a store card to purchase. The more you use them the better and more credit you will get from them. I would highly recommend.

    They became so shady during this month they tried to take 3 payments from us made me send in my bank statement to prove it was paided. Tried to say they can not accept it wanted to talk to my back 3 way call. I said no I don't trust your shady company to!. Then told this rude lady to transfer me to the supervisor. She was so rude and kept talking over me demanding the payment. I said no transfer me to your supervisor or the return product people. She refused and kept pushing me. I said I am done talking to you transfer me. She tried saying I couldn't return it because I was a payment behind when it was paided already twice at that!!!

    Also got transfer to supervisor Samantha who I straight up told we want to return it. We are not staying with your shady company. She tried to have us stay by giving us Aug free. We said no transfer us to give it back!!! Thank god she got someone from that department to come and set it up to take it. He asked why we were returning it. We said your company is shady we are done!! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

    I have used this company 4x. Always paid off my loans. Then took out another loan. Missed one payment and was being harassed, Texted, Called, emailed it seemed every 5 minutes. Then I answered one text from a guy who said, "I am here to help you. Please call me." I call him, said my business is slow and all he wanted to do was take my missed payment. There was NO help. I told him to lose my #! You end up paying 2-3x of what the product is worth through this company. Steer CLEAR!!!

    You get 90 days No interest. If you need 1 more month past your 90 days if you call they will give it to you. The Customer Reps are knowledgeable. Their online as well as telephone presents is user friendly. You don't have to wait forever or go through 100 prompts to speak to a live person.

    Always approved. They help when needed most. Not like the other companies. They give you a chance to prove yourself. Good for credit as well. Advise to keep good on payments. The more you pay off they lease you more the next time. Would recommend Progressive Leasing. Then leasing through stores ask them if they work with Progressive Leasing. A lot of stores have this option but don't tell you.

    Every time I need a little extra help they always help me, with help for tires, for my vehicle or whatever I need and the payments are great. Not even a bank give you a rate like they do. I would highly recommend them. The agents are really nice and helpful.

    I have used Progressive Leasing multiple times and have always had an excellent experience. I looked at the reviews and notice most are either issues out of Progressive's control or people that don't pay their bills. I have had a couple of late payments due to health issues but Progressive has always worked with me. I normally pay my account off early to take advantage of the savings.     I have used Progressive Leasing twice this year. First time was perfect! Second time, I had an income change and while my Dina aces were in shambles, I contacted them and they provided me with some options.     I Purchase furniture from Big Lots. it was a nice sectional made by Broyhill. I had to pay a delivery company to deliver the sectional. It was supposed to be brand new out of the plastic. I carefully looked over the furniture the day after it was delivered. It was damaged so I took pictures of it and went back to big lots. They email Broyhill and Broyhill never emailed me back with the follow up. I called Progressive Leasing several times, emailed the damage department, sent several pictures of the damaged furniture while continuously paying faithfully on time payments one year on damage furniture that they never replaced or repaired.

    I finally got someone on the phone the day I made my last payment and I was told that my last payment closed out my account and there was nothing they could do about the damaged furniture but to open up a new account and buy more furniture! The whole year I have been getting the runaround on who was going to repair the damaged furniture. I would never advise anyone to use this company because they do not care about the consumer they only care about the payments!!

    Horrible company to work with. I am like 4, or 5 months behind with them, and then I get harassed about they it will go into bad debt, and then they will have someone come, and get the stuff. Well I call them, and told them they are only get partial stuff from me since some of the stuff was broken. Well they won't do that because they need everything, and they want me to get my account up to current before they could well I am sorry to say they will not receive the broken stuff because they had to be thrown away.

    And, I am not going to pay them because they are asking too much from me, so I am just going to let them go into bad debt, and than a few months down the road I will just file bankruptcy because I need to do that anyways because I have about 15k worth of debts on me, so for the time being I will ignore their harassment calls.

    After spending hours processing documents, approval was given by Progressive, paperwork has being done in the company am purchasing item from, moving forward to make little payment, along the line Progressive needs me to call, said for verification, which I did, after wasting so much time on phone, they tell me they can’t continue with the process with no reasonable reason given, that I should re-apply another ninety days, that was so unfair, how come you are approved and later not approved again, as I said Progressive made my day a bad one.

    I was approved for a sum of $2,225. I placed an order online and it was delivered on April 19, 2023. I returned the item on April 21, 2023. When I called to tell them that I had returned the item I was told that I would not get returned for the $85.00 I had paid upon lease signing. That is a rip-off. They have basically stolen the money from me. I have had 2 leases with me prior to this incident. Will never again.

    I have been a customer of Progressive Leasing for over 10 years and at conclusion of my last lease agreement in 2021 I had a credit line of over 4000.00 available. I had not had a lease since then and wanted to utilize it to purchase a lawn mower with payments. 4 months ago I applied. I was told that I needed to update my banking info and have 30 days of bank statements and update my name. 30 days later I updated and uploaded all required documents. I then called they stated 60 days of statements and bank verification needed. I called back 60 days later, uploaded my drivers license and did the bank verification. Was told they only needed to change my last name in their main system which was why I was being declined. Stated to reapply in about 1 week to allow for name change. I did this. Checked back, says pending information needed, had to call yet again (each call is usually over an hour with lots of hold time).

    They stated I had sent my pdf in black and white (told them I was looking at the email attachment and it was scanned in color). They then said they needed to reverify my bank info and get a new pay stub and that should do it. I went through several more hoops only to get an email 5 min later denying me. I called them back and asked the reasoning considering I had done thousands of dollars of business with perfect payment history and a history of paying off early. Expressed my frustration and the agent got testy and rude. Said he could not provide the reason. Said I would get an email. I stated clearly I received the email and there was NO REASON listed. He again says, "You will get an email."

    My response was, "Apparently you are not listening. I did receive several emails none with reasons listed." He then told me to reapply in 30 days to which I stated no chance and that I would be filing complaints for unsavory business practices. This complaint is more of a buyer beware rather than a resolution since they have stated they cannot do anything. They will only read scripts and reprimand you if you say the word **. I am very sad because a couple years ago they had excellent customer service and went above and beyond. Now they are just another disappointing business.

    I purchased furniture, upon arrival it was damaged and I am unable to use it as the foot of the couch doesn’t have a hole to screw it into, so it is lopsided and useless. I have given them $900 thus far and they are demanding the final payment before they are willing to review my options on how to fix this. I paid the final payment and now they are ghosting me. I purchased furniture for $2215 in total. I cannot use the items and I have reached out to the company numerous times. I have completed in total 7 leases with them and always swore by this company prior to this. This has been a nightmare and I am unfortunately out a lot of money on furniture I cannot use. I am very upset and will never be a returning customer.

    As long as you keep your payments in the 90-day early payout option, you are good. But do not sign up for the 12 -month leasing option. It is a scam. I paid out my balance in a 90-day option and was still being charged each week. My initial balance was $1000. I paid $1100, and they were still trying to make me pay for another 12 months. The so-called supervisor I spoke to was rude and hung up on me... she did not know what she was doing anyway and when I asked her about my 2022 purchases, she danced all around the amounts because she did not want to tell me that I had already satisfied my balance. Rip off.

    I applied and got the notification that more information was needed, so I sent in everything that was needed. A week later, still haven’t gotten an update so I got home from working a 16 hour shift and decided to call them because I was trying to get approved for Lowe’s so that I could get a heater for my home. I was on the phone with one woman for over an hour but she kept telling me that my driver's license and Social Security card was coming in black and white. She told me to figure out why my phone was taking black and white photos and then to call back. I got off the phone with her and called right back. I got on the phone with a second person and this time it lasted 17 minutes. He said they were busy and to call back in 20 to 30 minutes. Called back to talk to a third person!

    This time the call lasted another hour and 7 minutes! The third guy told me that they got everything, and he got an approval but he had to call my bank to verify and he would call me back with an approval amount within the hour. I ended up falling asleep because I had just worked a 16 hour shift, drove my 2 and a half hour drive home from work and spent almost 3 hours on the phone with them. I woke up with a denial email. I was told several times by that guy that I had an approval but he never would tell me the amount. Just kept me on hold and to only lie to me and say he needed to call my bank before giving me an approval amount.

    This company has the worst customer service experience from the supervisors. Spoke with 2 supervisors and said they would return my call within 24 hrs. Didn’t receive a call back regarding my account. I have 2 account that payments were applied to. The supervisors are not very knowledgeable in handling escalation and providing valuable feedback. In order to have quality services in a corporation, one team lead must teach to grow in a corporation..

    We were finally able to get this resolved - I found a person that explains the actual steps they take etc. When the table FINALLY got returned, and I returned the other two new items, Progressive fixed the account, and I owe nothing. It would have been helpful for someone to explain things in the first place. (One person did explain how the actual rental works, such as "when you rent, we buy the item from Wayfair etc.", Well duh ok I get that, but I need to cancel lol). ANYway, maybe Prog will learn from this and update their info a little. I have learned a lesson too.

    I've had several leases with Prog, and we pay ours off way early (know before you go!) Oct 4 I got a table with Wayfair, and then realized it was not going to work in the kitchen, and I wouldn't be able to get it in here by myself. So I canceled -- TRIED to cancel (ten mins after ordering it). Wayfair refused, and said I'd have to call Prog. I did that to no avail. Called again and got a person who transferred me to another person. She assured me it was OK, I don't have to buy something I can't use. She gave me an email address to use, told me what to tell them, and said she'd do same on her end.

    Today, Oct 25, it was still not resolved. I finally used Wayfair chat this morning 10-25-22, who said the table was "in transit", but she did a return so it wouldn't even reach the house. I had to pay $133 for a return shipping fee. So please know before you sign. Because they tell you one thing, and you experience quite another. The lease should have been cancelled right away, no fuss.

    I have had 4 loans through this company. Never had a problem until now. I paid off one of my loans for 1700 dollars and tried for a new loan. Got declined because my other account is delinquent due to a customer service representative pushed one of my payments and said it would just be a double payment at the end of the loan. That wasn't correct and now I am being pushed for their representative giving the wrong information to me. I will not being doing business with this company no longer.

    This company is very deceptive. I purchased a lawn mower $3000 and used Progressive Leasing. Got lawn mower on 18th of month and Progressive wanted a payment 12 days after getting mower. No lease works this way and this is not what I understood was going to happen. Rep who I worked with totally misled me. Said payment would not be due until the next month. Also said the only way to make payment was by auto debit, which I find out after the fact that you can call or go online and make a payment. Also payment amount was set up for 12 months and once they add their excessive interest amount for 12 months they get $2500 on top of my $3000 purchase amount. Monthly payment set up to be $460.00, that's a car payment. 2 times they took out payment and overdrew my account, 1st payment was 12 days after receipt of mower, which is not what I understood would happen.

    Then they tell you that they report to credit bureaus, but then come to find out they don't. I am so fed up with this company, they are very deceptive and take advantage of a consumer that has less than perfect credit. Also you get different stories from every different rep you speak to. This company needs to be sued again. As of today, I found out they were sued back in 2020 for the same deceptive actions against the consumer. I am sure they come in handy for smaller purchases but stay away from them for bigger purchases unless of course you don't care that they are going to charge you twice the amount. With what they are charging in interest, I could purchase 2 mowers. Make up your own mind, but don't be fooled by this company like I was. In my eyes, they are not such a great option.

    Every customer support call I've had has been splendid. Very lenient with payments as long as you are paying *obviously*. I've had 3 or 4 phone calls with this company. Each one of those calls, I had spoken to an ACTUAL representative and not a drone. They do what they can to make it as if you're speaking with a human and you ARE. Lovely people, lovely company, and all around great. I highly recommend. Also, they're not credit based. As someone about to be in their 20s with not the best credit score, it's the BEST option.     We just paid off our 3rd lease through Progressive. If you go a full year you'll pay more than double for what you're buying. So it's nice they have early purchase options.     STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I attempted a purchase at Ashley furniture who bungled my order and basically tried to charge me double for the product. It took 30 days to get resolution from Progressive and if you call, the wait time is 45 minutes to speak to someone. When Ashley calls them from the store, they speak to someone right away. The resolution I got today was they closed my account with them and refunded the 1 payment they took from my account. I NEVER RECEIVED MERCHANDISE AT ALL.

    Progressive is now telling me that my down payment is not refundable because I returned the merchandise. But, I never had possession of the merchandise. Ashley committed fraud in placing my order, and now progressive has stolen $50 of my hard earned money. IT TOOK 30 DAYS AND MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS AND A TRIP TO THE STORE TO GET TO THIS POINT. Once this company has your banking information they will extract money from your account as they wish. No one is stopping them.

    Process to get credit was easy but we bought from Big Lots which turned out to be a BIG MISTAKE from paying extra to get furniture delivered (only inside of door) with no assembly to holding a hour several times for representatives to answer. Make sure to get warranty. My sofa had coil poke thru but since I had furniture more than thirty days they would not repair or replace. Turns out not worth it.

    Had my refrigerator go kaput. Not something anyone plans for. Realizing that I would be paying more than double the product price over a year, I opted for the 90 day payoff. Talked to a super-nice representative and he set the wheels in motion... Less than 3 months later I own the new fridge, and couldn't be happier. You should know, going in, what your options are. The 90 day payoff is a large, weekly automatic-withdrawal from your checking/bank account. It hurts a little on your paycheck, no doubt, but it's worth it. The company provides fair, straightforward options for people with less than stellar credit.

    I recently utilized Progressive Leasing for an emergency purchase at Best Buy. I have used other leasing services before and felt that this was similar when I read the contract. However, much to my surprise, I had to exchange part of my purchase, at which time, this created a NEW lease with additional fees. My $102 exchange ended up costing $177 because of the fees associated with a second lease. I understand companies are trying to make a profit and I knew leasing comes at a premium, but surprise fees for an exchange is unacceptable.

    Getting lease was an easy process. 5 to 10 minutes approved on a phone. Paid on it weekly for close to a year. I guess took the early buyout. Had issues. They didn't put it in the computer that was paid off. Kept trying to take payments out of my account. Wrestled with them for a few months. Finally worked with an Angel known as Melissa A. She was absolutely amazing at helping me get this all sorted out and taken care of so I didn't have to worry about it anymore. Other than that my experience with Progressive Leasing was good.

    This is another bottom feeder leasing company that rips poor people off. You will pay DOUBLE the ticket price. I tried to return the item and NOT get scammed. Customer "service" got immediate attitude asking "oh is the item damaged"? You have to mail the item back to them at your cost. Then they will claim "damages". This company cares about one thing taking your MONEY and ripping you off. ZERO STAR. That's why the FTC made them pay $172 million in refunds for misleading customers. Do not do business with this shady company. I paid almost $2000 for a $1000 laptop and was treated like a criminal. RUN!

Good company to deal with. They set up my pay dates and I was on my way. The 90 day option is a choice as well.

    I took out a lease from Progressive Leasing. I bought something from Best Buy. When the items arrived two of the items were too big for the phone that I had bought so I return them for a swap out for the same items in the right size at the store, they opened a second lease and now I owe an extra $60 plus the price of the original lease. I called Progressive and was transferred to a secondary person. He said that the issue was not theirs. It was Best Buy's so now I'm out an extra $60. I will never do business with them again. Caution!! They don't hold up their end of the bargain.

    After adjusting my lease because ring prongs cut finger, I called to find out why almost. $200 was taken out of my account. I was told by the representative that he saw the mistake, fixed it and credited the amount back to my account. It seemed WAY too easy, That should have clued me in as I have never had an easy time dealing with this sort of company.

    Days later, the amount has still not been adjusted. Insult to injury would be the 2nd call I made to update the e-mail so that I could have online access. Needless to say, this was not done either and I am not able to access my account. Because of this, I had to spend almost 15 minutes on hold, the call was disconnected and I had to call back and wait again!

    The representatives were very friendly while they lied about what they were doing. I guess there's that. Nobody wants to speak to a cranky liar, right? I am disgusted with the business practices of this company. I will take care of my 90 days but I will never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Buyer Beware!

    I been with this company for 10 yrs. Each time I used them my credit limit increased and it took less than 20 minutes to process my application. Everyone I ever spoke with were kind and very professional.. I have read the comments and very surprised to have read some of the reviews.     Progressive Leasing business practices should be against the law. My husband brought me a ring for about $2000+ and had to make $200 dollar payments every two weeks which amounted to $400 a month. He paid it off in about 5 months and the payoff was the amount of the ring. So all that time he was paying it did not apply to the principal it was throwing good money after bad. So a $2000 dollar ring cost over $4000 in less than 6 months. Shameful. I will never use them or likes of them thieves.

    I purchased items from Mattress Firm using this company. Even though they have the 90 day cash price option, there is no way of making part payments to this online or by phone. This was the first red flag, the second red flag was the fact that after nearly an hour of waiting for a customer service agent no one answered the phone. My conclusion is, they make it next to impossible to get the cash price option, so you are forced to make small payments which will end up costing you twice the actual value of the items. I paid off mine immediately after these observations.

    I purchased some items via this company, both items from Bestbuy. Both items have had issues since day one. I have been paying for almost 2 months on these products, I have attempted to contact this company several times via phone. I get put on hold via the automated system saying 20 minute wait, annoying but ok.... That's where it gets bad, You will wait for a customer rep for the remainder of your life. Even if you call at open.

    All warranty issues have to be handled through the company. Not bestbuy. Not the manufacturer. How do you handle these issues if you cannot contact anyone? At this point I am ready to return these items, however again how do I do that? I cannot contact the company. My next step will be to block the payments at the bank, and wait for a call. Or for the credit hit then dispute with evidence from my call logs. Why pay well over a thousand dollars for bad products. Under no circumstances use this company. It will only badly affect your credit, no actual benefit. And pay double the product's cost on top of that.

    Horrible experience. I made extra payments and they went to the back of the contract. The payoff was 183.28. I made two extra payments of 100.00 and it took it off the back of the contract. I was thinking it would help bring down the early buy option and it didn't. It took one month off the contract. So the ability to pay a little extra and it take it off your balance is only true for the first 90 days. After that you're liable for all the payments.

    Used to work in retail and from time to time I was advised to call PL for questions or concerns in regards to my customers. Every agent that answered was rude, unprofessional, condescending, passive aggressive, and sometimes would just flat out hang up on me. If you don't like your job, just find another one instead of taking it out on me. It seemed like they did not do that to my other coworkers or managers.     This is the third time I've leased with Progressive. We all want a high quality cell phones. I don't want to give up grocery money to buy one on a cash basis. I take advantage of the 90 day option where I can pay the phone in full over 3 months instead of all at once. My current lease is actually for 18 months with minimum monthly payments. If I were to make the minimum payment each month, I would end up paying double for the phone.

    Over the past 5 years I've used Progressive to make purchases for my home, things that I wouldn't be able to afford all at once. Mattress Firm, Best Buy and Overstock. Com. I always kept in my mind to pay the item off with their 90 day same as cash. I understand that if you take longer than 90 days you will actually pay 3 times the cost.

    So over time I bought a mattress and paid it in 90 days. Then I reapplied and bought new electronic and again made certain I could pay it off in 90 days.

    It's really helped me getting my house furnishings and worth the $ 69.00 initial payment to start the lease. Very happy with all my leases and will continue to use Progressive. Excellent customer service. Thanks Progressive.

    2020 & ???‍♀️ centers closed, including my apartment's center. My mind was ???? but my body was ???. My state opened back up as well as my job as a server. My uniform must have shrunk???. I needed professional equipment to whip back into my uniform within short time along with building back ???? & endurance. My complex limited slots and times, only 2 per 30 mins from 8am to 6pm & you must sign up in advanced 3???. My apt complex had over 800 units & I could easily forget miss my ???? to workout.

    I applied for that bike everyone was using, but was declined, among other companies. My credit wasn't the best or even average. One day,???? started to shine on me with PROGRESSIVE LEASING!!! I was able to lease to own a professional grade exercising machine???. I also had the option to stop LEASING without affecting my credit. LEASING was perfect for me, in case l found myself with a huge new hanger rack. DURING LEASING; I had some ???? problems that caused some financial setbacks. I was able to speak with the customer service (super kind!) and make arrangements to catch back up and get back on schedule. Professional, kind, understanding, & helpful!

    Tried to use this company to place an order through Best Buy and the order never went through, somehow NEITHER company was able to help me even though I had been CHARGED for an order than never went through, after two hours worth of frustration I am finally told that I cannot cancel until they verify no order went through and am looking at nearly two weeks before the funds taken from my account ON AN ORDER NEVER PLACED will be refunded. The whole thing is a sham and infuriating. Save yourself the hassle.

    I had my lease amount in about 3 minutes. VERY easy process. The customer service was absolutely great. When CRICKET wireless would NOT stand behind a faulty phones Progressive did! They took that amount off of my account. Would recommend them to everyone.

    I used Progressive Leasing with Raymond & Flannigan for a dining table & sectional, dining table came in damaged, I called progressive leasing once I realized the two of the seating pads were not connected to the chairs, I was told someone would follow up with me, fast forward due to covid I thought there was a delay in the follow up due to COVID, I called back right before my 90day pay off was set to end, and was told I should have called back the office when Noone called me back, they are not contractually obligated to fix anything because the furniture is paid off and oh well, I asked Ethically and morally how could you dismiss a customer after paying $2300 for a minor fix?

    Silence, not one explanation, they take the retailer out of any responsibility and at the start of your lease and I was turned away by Raymond and flannigan due to this clause between the two companies. I will file a corporate complaint with Raymond and flannigan to inform them they are making a mistake contracting with them due to breaching of their contract and putting hard working people into the hands of vultures, this company is bad and unethical, I also believed they treated me like this because I paid my furniture off timely, maybe they wanted to charge the 70% interest rate in hopes to help cover their expenses. Disgusting.

    I paid $2300 & have two chairs broken with nails that sometimes scratch my thighs. It's always principle for me as a consumer, don't give your hard working dollars to this company. Typical predatory lender, this has motivated me however to fix my credit to qualify for reputable companies who have enough resources to support the other liabilities that present themselves when providing a service.

    I am a new customer with Progressive Leasing with that being said. I have called this company several times to set up 90 day Buyout and the ladies are Super Super Nice. They handle themselves very well with very soft spoken voice. Explains the program step by step and seem to love their job. It really puts a smile on my face whenever I call. Amazing customer service skills❤️. I am delighted to do service with this company. My buyout is March 2021 and I’m looking forward to doing business with this company. Happy Holidays Progressive????     Bought a 10k 2 toned yellow/white gold chain from Zales. Total cost was 6,500. With Progressive Leasing I was able to get the chain paying it off with easy affordable payments. Few months later went back and got an engagement 4c total diamond weight for 7,000. Never any hassle. Quick, easy absolutely the best for hard working middle class people like myself. I’ve recommended everyone I run into about this company.

    I applied for progressive leading, obtain an approval for $650 - Helzberg. Went to the store, rep was able to increase to $750. Great customer service, made my payments, was able to extend my loan —cash(90 days) for additional $100. Paid jewelry off. Went to Re-apply, was told I was denied, even though I made all payments on time, work for same job. Denial letter states in consistent pay.. Well, yes, I was getting bonus increase pay, which came separately from my normal pay. When I go to call, the system automatically blocks me saying I need to wait 30 days. Stop letting the computer run everything...

    I purchased a sectional couch from Ashley Furniture using Progressive Leasing, in April 2020. In June I finally received a delivery date for the couch, 3 weeks later I received a call my delivery date was moved to the end of July. I then canceled my order. My account with Progressive still reflects I purchased the couch and is 2k past due. I can’t purchase elsewhere because this is showing that far past due, which I am not. It is now November 2nd and still showing I own this past due amount for a couch I never received.

    Make sure the item you want to lease is qualifying. Just a waste of time to bother with. No straight answers from Progressive Leasing or the store - ended up wasting a lot of time and wasn’t until checkout that it wasn’t approved. Talk to your bank instead.

    This company is not worth dealing with. I advise anyone to learn from me. They continue to tax you on your payments. You have already paid taxes for your items when you purchased them and they tax you again with each payment. Plus if you go the full 12 month term you will end up paying double.

    Application process quick and smooth with a fair lease amount approved. They have kept in touch through email offering assistance if needed. Phone conversations always helpful and pleasant. I am thankful for Progressive, because of them, I have been able to improve my home decor and other needs despite my current financial situation, and I love their 90 day payoff with no additional fees. Honestly, I can't comprehend this company not having a 5 star rating across the board on every platform. I have friends who have also used progressive leasing and love them just as much as I do. I have not had one bad experience to date. I am looking forward to an ongoing account with progressive and give them the highest of recommendation to anyone! ☆☆☆☆☆

    I was told my monthly payments would be a bit over $70 then it went up and up. Now it’s $120 and that’s taxed! Which is a bit over $130 mthly. And they withdraw 2 -3 days before the payment is due so make sure you have cash in your bank or there goes your overdraft fees! Also make sure you pay it off in 90 days or you will be paying 3 times the price of whatever you got. Otherwise, I do appreciate this company. Helped me to get a newer w/d se with a deposit under $100????

    They sent a guy, with no mask on, to my home to inquire - in the middle of a pandemic. This type of behavior by an organization is DISGUSTING. They refuse to do anything via email and only will do things over the phone. They call you hundreds of times per week from different numbers. You pick up and they never state who they are - they always say your name and try to get you to say "yes" - this company is predatory and I will never do any business with them again nor recommend them to anyone.

    I used Progressive Leasing in 2015 when purchasing a bed. Provided the company with my checking account info to authorize ACH payments. I paid it off within 90 days. In June 2020, I purchased a mattress & opted to use the 90day lease option again. I signed the contract, made initial payment in store & provided the retailer with a new debit card that's currently linked to my new checking account with a different bank. When Progressive didn't withdraw funds on the due date, I created an online account on Progressive Leasing's website for the first time.

    I went to look online to see what was going on with my account & to my surprise, Progressive had stored my banking routing and checking account numbers of 2 old bank accounts in their system from the past purchase 5 years ago. Progressive attempted to draft funds from the old account. I checked the account on 7/20/20 & was charged a return fee of $32.00 by the bank. I called Progressive Leasing's Customer Service on 7/27/20 & spoke to Jane. I explained everything. She started talking in circles.

    This rep didn't take ownership nor acknowledge the issue, didn't take. She only requested that I give her another checking account number to replace the old info. I told her that it should not have been sitting in their database. No one was authorized to attempt a withdrawal from the old account & I requested that I would be reimbursed the Return Fee of $32. At this point, I was frustrated & tired of going back & forth with Jane. I asked for a manager. She placed me on a long hold. She returned & asked me for new checking account number. Which made no sense.

    They already had the debit card on file. So I gave her the checking account number that is linked to the same card that they just received a payment from. Jane advised that I would my $32 would be returned to my checking account. I told her that I don't want them to ever use my outdated bank info again to draft payment. I have checked my accounts. I haven't been reimbursed. I checked my mailbox. No reimbursement check. Progressive Leasing was wrong & their customer service rep dropped the ball. I would advise anyone that does business with them to be cautious & check everything. When closing an account, make sure they don't save your financial info. I will have this account PIF by September & I'll never deal with them again.

    Our refrigerator went out and we needed one immediately. My husband and I were not advised by ‘Conn’s Appliances’ that you can’t have an account with ACE Metabank and we we’re told that credit wouldn’t be considered because it’s not based off of credit in anyway (I told the Sales Agent my husband didn’t want to do anything dealing with a hard or soft credit pull because we’re working on our credit). Long story short, they did a soft credit pull anyway and he was also denied because he has a Metabank account.

    I offered my banking account that’s accepted and it was denied too. My husbands denial letter came, I called them but they wouldn’t give me specifics when the denial letter he received states to call in and you can write a letter asking for specifics about the denial reasons (they’re vague in their response reason). Now, we’re about to pay cash for a $1700.00 fridge. We’re about to deal with everything on our credit and never again will I do business with ‘Conn Appliances’ via Progressive because if they had told us in the beginning that Progressive didn’t take ACE/Metabank my husband never would’ve went through this process and just simply paid cash for the fridge instead.

    Great way for those with a subpar credit to get what they want Now rather than wait a year to save. I found Progressive Leasing To be more pleasant to work with than finance companies when I had excellent credit. It was so easy I was shocked. I desperately needed a laptop computer and found one at Best Buy for a very, very reasonable price as a refurbished unit. Of course refurbished units are first come first serve so I needed to act fast when I found a reasonably priced one that was a great reputable brand. Progressive was friendly, super fast, super easy, non-judgemental and empathetic. I certainly didn’t feel as if I am subpar credit! I will be paying the laptop off before 90 days so it will be same as cash.

    I notice a lot of the reviews that are not so good on here or from those people who either didn’t pay within 90 days, so why they are surprised by the total amount they have to pay is beyond me because it was clearly explained when I took the lease out Or those that missed payments which is also beyond me because it was also clearly explained That I would be paying a much higher price for a laptop versus if I paid it off early or went with a different type of creditor. It was so easy, all I did was speak to the company for about 10 minutes. I will use them again certainly and I am so grateful that they help me get what I need right now. As long as you listen when the terms are explained this is an awesome way to get what you need when you need it. Thanks Progressive!

    Customer Service is great! 90 day pay off option has very low fees, and I can shop for almost anything I need! Big Lots is local, or you can shop online at places like Dell, Lowe's, Best Buy and others! So easy to apply, and the staff is always eager to help! There are a lot of times, especially now, that paying for something big all at once isn't easy or possible. Progressive makes it manageable!

    It was a bit hard at first. It told me I was approved then I sat in the store for hours trying to purchase an item. Eventually it was taken care of and I got the item I wanted. Their customer service is great and attentive. That was the best part for me because they got everything done in a fast and friendly manner. I plan to take advantage of the 90 day deal.     I tragically allowed Mattress Firm to talk me into being put on a lease for a bed that I'm about to return. Progressive Leasing said payment due on the 17th. It's the 16th and they are processing the money which will overdraft my account because it's supposed to come out on payday not sooner. They did not allow me to sign up with my usual account. I was only able to use my bank account. I use that account to accept payments and hold money for emergencies. Called to have it switched to the main account. They claimed they did but it looks like they are trying to take it from the side account. I'll be returning the bed and demanding my money back. I'll never do business with them nor Mattress Firm. They both work hand in hand as crooks and thieves. Memo to self NEVER LEASE A BED. There are plenty of places that have simple mattresses and box springs for under 500. I'll be going there.

    I've made an attempt to apply for Progressive Leasing to obtain a phone through Cricket, however, it was denied due to the fact that they were unable to verify my credit card. Called the phone number to speak to customer support and the employee said that my because my addresses didn't match, they were unable to process my card. ??? Mind you, my card is linked to a P.O. Box billing address, as we don't have a mailbox at our home (rural area). She then told me to reapply again by inputting my home address as my billing address. Again, I got the same denial information. I sent an email to the customer support and they sent me a copy of the denial status. Like Hello!!! I know it was denied, but how do I fix it!

    Anyways, I tried calling again the following day and she informed me that because the processing department (dept that reached out to me by email) processed my "denied" application, she's unable to help me and I need to wait another 30 days unless I have another card that I can give her. If I have another card, do you think I would be applying for a small loan?

    My experience with Progressive Leasing (also known as progleasing) was one of the most frustrating and difficult experiences I have ever had. Usually, a company is willing to work with you if you have a problem. The problem I had was they could not read. They asked for bank statements. I sent one set. It was blurry and couldn't be read. The second set I took and enhanced and cropped slightly to make them readable. They did not show the whole page so they were unacceptable. It was suggested I convert them to pdf documents. I did and still they could not be read. (Now all this time, they were completely readable to everyone but Progressive Leasing). I even spoke to a supervisor, Mark **, who informed me he could do nothing.

    When was the last time a supervisor had no control over his employees. The last set was snapshotted and was perfectly clear. You guessed it. They could not read them. Finally, at this point I gave up. They said "Oh, we care about our customers." I told them I had done everything I could and what else did they want. I still have no idea. I even called the supervisor back and the woman on the phone is the first one to check the spelling of my name (misspelling due to their error) and discovered it was badly misspelled. Now they cannot even talk to me. I have never found a company so customer unfriendly as this one.

    Don't just stay away, run away as fast as you can. Oh, lest I forget, the last suggestion they made was that I apply for the financing and just let the other party make the payments. I told them no way. I had done that once before and ended up prosecuting the person for identity theft. Have you ever? No reputable financing company would EVER make a proposition like that. So I do not recommend Progressive Leasing in any way.

    I signed up for Progressive Leasing at Lowe's. It was a simple process. Within 15 minutes I was able to purchase a freezer and schedule a delivery. After delivery, I noticed there was damage. I called Lowes and they offered a discount if I kept it. I called Progressive Leasing and explained the situation. The representative called Lowes right then. She was able to verify the discount and then adjusted my account. The next day I double checked my account and everything was perfect. I paid off the freezer within the 90 day option and everything was great. I would highly recommend Progressive Leasing for those situations when you need something and don't have the cash. I do suggest the 90 day payoff so you don't get stuck in the long term contract. The interest rate is very high.

    I have bought a number of items through this company, but my approval amount goes lower each time I buy an item. I have never been late or missed a payment. Really hard to understand why my amount goes lower. I will not be using this company again. You should consider doing the same.

    I bought wheels and tires from a store and used this company make payments. Come to find out they’re charging 110% more than the actual product you are buying. They say it’s leasing fees. Stay away at all cost, do not use them, it’s the first and last for me. It’s better to turn them into the BBB instead of trying to talk to them. It’s unfair practices, they’re thief’s, and try to prove that they can any way to make them look like the good guy. Stay away at all cost. You don’t get told what they do until it’s too late.

    This company was great to work with initially. I had a couple leases I always paid on time and usually paid off early. All was great until I changed my bank account, how dare I! I guess if you change your bank account and then RE-APPLY they go completely nuts and cannot compute what just happened. I changed my bank and reapplied for a lease and they denied me. I made more money than I did before so this was baffling. I was never late or failed to pay, so it was confusing. I had multiple successful leases with them, so this was mind boggling!

    Because I changed my bank they requested new information for ANY bank I offered. I have a few banks. They request multiple statements, voided check, and your ID front and back. I don't have checks and I will not be getting checks (Technically my bank doesn't offer them, which I like) so I am screwed. They WILL NOT approve my lease because my bank changed. Who cares that I've had like 5 leases with them. That doesn't matter WITHOUT A VOIDED CHECK THEY WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU.

    I would recommend Snap financing or Zibby renamed Katapult. They are easy to work with and will not disown you because you got a new bank. They accept money, and don't care about voided check. So basically, NEVER change your bank if you use Progressive or they won't work with you unless they get you to jump through multiple hoops. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Progressive Leasing. I do recommend Snap Finance, and Katapult.

    Easily Leased mattress with Progressive Leasing, my credit is fair, and I needed a new mattress desperately. Jerome’s here in Fountain Valley, CA offered this lease Pgm to help me, yes percentage rate high, but they gave me 90 days to pay back same as cash and or early buy out. I was able to have the mattress I wanted delivered same day, application was easy, automatic payments every pay day made things much more less stressful, after 6 months I did early buy out and the mattress is now mine. Not the same amt paid if I would of done the 90 days same as cash, paid a bit more of course, but was prorated the amount to additional time.

    They offer an easy online and mobile application to easily see all my account info, including early buy out amount, due date of next payment, lease agreement, etc, excellent way to keep track, all the information needed directly in front of me, another business similar (RAC) I’ve dealt with hid buy out amt, amt if completed full lease amt, & was not easy to use.

    I needed assistance over the phone, got a live voice after several mins on hold, lady who helped me gave me the best customer assistance I’ve ever experienced, she was professional, knew her job well, listened and went above and beyond for me, didn’t feel rushed at all, treated me like a human being and not just another number or person, and helped my situation, so sorry I forgot her name. I would definitely recommend Progressive Leasing to family and friends and repeat business with them again.

    I bought sofa for 500, end up paying for more than year and still my balance 650. I paid 1200 and more for 500 dollar sofa. Please avoid this. It is a trap. Plz stay away. I made 100 dollar payment every month for more than a year and still got 640 balance.

    At first I had to call because they started charging me 3 days prior to the scheduled weekly Friday, causing my account to almost overdraft. Then when I asked; they don't even report the good credit. Only if it's bad, always ask more questions before you trust a sketchy like this haphazardly as did I.

    I had purchased a mattress from Mattress City in Everett Wa in 2019. Gary the salesmen there told me that I would only be paying $1,000 for the mattress through Progressive Leasing after the payments had been completed. He said that he was going to set me up on auto pay and that way I wouldn't miss any payments and that I would not pay any more than $1,000. He told me that the payments were monthly and that I would only be paying $88.98 a month. I was happy to get a new mattress and agreed to what he had promised.

    Fast forward to yesterday March 23rd 2020. With the current pandemic my fiancé and I had started paying a little more attention to our bank account and I soon became enraged when I found out I had been paying by weekly the $88.98. After further investigation I had found out that Gary the salesmen from mattress city had completely lied to me about the lease contract that he explained to me. When I had signed the documents at the mattress store I had sign electronically through a pos pin pad. The contract was not in front of me and Gary "explained" everything verbally. I was young and dumb, he was older and he saw the opportunity to take advantage of me just to grab a quick sale.

    To this date I had already paid $978.78 (11 payments of $88.98 since September) so when I logged into my progressive account I was in for another big surprise, not only was I lied to about the monthly payments but I also found out that I still owed an additional $1,334.64. I was shocked and I was extremely upset that someone would take advantage of me in this way. I ended up going to the mattress store and told the manager about what had happened and she explained that there was nothing that they could do even after threatening to take legal action.

    I knew it was not progressive leasing's fault but I decided to call and explain the situation. I simply could not afford a $2,300 mattress. While on the phone with the customer service representative I explain the situation and they decided to waive the remaining $1,300 that I owed because of the situation that I had gone through. I was in tears when they gave me the news. I am so extremely grateful for what progressive leasing and their employees had done for me and I will never forget this. I highly recommend doing business with this company. What they did for me is unheard of and they deserve to be recognized for it. The employees that I spoke with were two representatives by the names of Demi and Chris. I also asked to speak with a supervisor afterwards to express my appreciation, her name was Aaron. All three were exceptionally helpful, understanding and kind. Thank you so so much to these three and God bless you all.

    I applied with Progressive Leasing on yesterday 03/02/20, to get a sofa set from one store but the next day which 03/03/20 I canceled my order so I can get a different sofa set from another store using Progressive, so they told me I had to reapply. I did but got denied, when I called Progressive and told them the situation they said that I had to submit 90 days of bank statements and a void check plus a letter from them to give to my bank for them to sign and stamp it. These people are crazy!!! I never received any furniture from no place yet!

    I started 2 Progressive leases in August of last year. I recently decided to try for another and they informed me I couldn't because I already had 2 accounts - that was fine. They said if I one or both in full I could appeal the decision. So, I did. Paid it off, let it clear and sent them a picture of my account showing the cleared balance. There was still an issue so I called back and found out that it was because they needed to see the final payment AND the monthly payment cleared, that's fine. So I send them a copy of that along with the final payoff, and now they are saying they won't accept an 'altered,' document.

    The only alteration is a black line over the first digits of my bank account number, with the last 4 easily readable for verification that it is the account associated with my leases. I've called 3 times over the course of the last 2 days (in the middle of moving and working) and all of a sudden, now that they have verification of the payoff of the item. They aren't interested in resolving this. Customer service and processing are on different pages and I've recieved incorrect information regarding how to handle this.

    This is a huge disappointment because up to today I had a pretty amicable view of this company. I've always paid on time and I was happy with my purchase.     If I could have given this company zero stars, I would have. My husband and I opened an account with them two months before we got married in 2019 in order to finance our wedding rings. The very first experience I had with them was at the jewelry store when the individual that our salesperson was talking to just could not figure out how to enter the proper bank account information. Our sales person probably gave them our checking account number four different times before it was finally correct. I should have taken that as a sign, but I didn't.

    Fast forward after about seven months of on-time payments, they knock on my door one night after I've already gone to bed. The gentleman that is representing Progressive Leasing said that they had not spoken to me and I have a late payment. I told him that I had communication with the 800 number and we had arrangements. He stood out in the hallway and managed to read my debit card number aloud on speakerphone to the company rep to verify our arrangement so that all my neighbors heard. When I called the company to complain about this, they told me they were sorry and that was about it.

    Subsequently, I have fraud issues on my bank account and had to close it. I can only attribute this to the moronic display of unprofessionalism by banging on my door at almost 8 at night and reading my debit card number aloud for everyone to hear. Oh and you think that's it? No. There's more ridiculousness. I called to make an arrangement to pay off the entire rest of the account yesterday and they banged on my door again today. I absolutely lost it and yelled at the guy, explaining to him that an arrangement was made and I did not appreciate them showing up at my home unwarranted. He proceeded to look on his stupid little tablet only to say to me. "Oh, yes. I see that you made an arrangement. I'm sorry to bother you."

    Are you freaking kidding me? This company is so willing to come after you at your home or place of business when you've already made arrangements. I don't know if the communication is sorry between the individuals they're sending out or what's going on, but it is absolutely 100% unacceptable. If I could annihilate this company in any other way, I would. I will be so glad to be rid of them...I cannot even begin to explain.

This company keeps going in and taking payments even when they said they changed the account and payments would not be automatically taken out. They have caused me to have to change doctor appointments because they are taking the money that should be going to the doctor and they have caused my account to bounce.

    I've had zero hassles with Progressive Leasing. They are upfront about their fees and billing process, and the representatives I've spoken with are professional, patient, and polite. They take the time to explain things and are willing to help. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend Progressive Leasing to anyone needing to buy certain items but lack upfront money and the necessary credit. (I needed a washer and dryer badly, and Progressive Leasing approved me so I could promptly get it.) From the start, the company has been clear about their costs and have stuck to our agreement when deducting from my bank account. So, no complaints!

    I called January 20th to tell them I wouldn't be able to pay until I received my direct deposit. I would be paying them directly, not going thru automatic withdrawal. So on January 24th, they still took a payment out. It is currently January 26th, and my direct deposit will not be arriving until the 28th. I called Progressive on the 24th, and basically I was told that if the payment didn't go through, they would keep trying, resulting in more fees. I called in with enough time (3 days) to stop the payment, yet the rep did not stop it. I have intentions of paying in full and ending things with them. I have heard about them going in people's bank accounts without permission after everything has been paid. I will be taking action with my bank. I do not recommend.

    I went through Progressive like most because of limited credit. I needed to take the diamond ring from the store that day due to time constraints etc. I was planning on paying for the entire purchase within 30 days, no matter what, so initially was not concerned. However; When I tried to pay the balance off after 3 weeks on their site the payment never went through. This after they promised me (on the phone) they would not charge for another week because I was paying it off. They charged and got another week because I authorized ACH deductions from my bank account. I had to call the company multiple times to get things straight. Bottom Line; I ended up paying over 2K for a $1,500 purchase and this in ONLY. (Less than 30 days!) Don't do business with Regressive. Please! Buyer BEWARE!!!

    Progressive leasing is great about giving people chances, but why after 2 successful leases that were both paid off within 90 days, was my credit amount lowered? You'd think having paid them both of early they would raise my limit, not lower it. Seems to happen to most people I've talked to, and it's pretty unfortunate. Doesn't seem like a very good business practice to me.

    I love the furniture that I got but the customer service is horrible!!! They call multiple times each day to tell me I am past due, when my payments are pending. I got fed up and called on 1/2/20 at 1:54 pm to tell the lady who answered the phone that MY PAYMENT IS PENDING and SHE HAD THE NERVE TO HANG UP ON ME!!!! NOT A GOODBYE, NOT A SCREW YOU...NOTHING BUT HANGING UP! As someone who works in customer service, if I did that, I would be fired.

    My daughter bought a ring with Progressive Leasing about a year or more ago. She paid off a bed before buying the ring. I helped her make a payment. They retained my card numbers. Today I checked my bank account and they had debited my bank account without permission for her payment that her bank rejected. Progressive was told to remove my information after the one time payment. That is stealing. When you take something without permission then that is stealing. I reported it to the fraud department at Wells Fargo immediately. I even canceled my debit card to insure that these people do not have my information anymore. Thieves! Beware!

    I have leased from other companies. Paid many items off. Never had any issues. Used this one and have had nothing but issues from the get go! My bank account was froze. I made my payment 2 to 3 days before its due date with another payment method. They charged my froze account. It bounced. And they are asking I pay a late fee that I refuse to pay. All I have gotten is the runaround via email and late payment phone call notifications... I'm early in my lease. I'm ready to say bye. It's not worth the hassle. When there are many good reputable lease companies!

    Progressive Leasing did not pay Universal Electronics their money after giving the merchandise to a customer that been approved by progressive leasing. On December 7th 2019 progressive leasing approved a customer lease number ** to purchase from universal electronics and appliances. Progressive leasing llc. instructed universal electronics and appliances to release the merchandise to the customer which they did release the merchandise. After that progressive leasing did not pay universal electronics their money and they giving them the run around. We (universal electronics and appliances) call everyday for the past month to get paid without no result. We need help to get paid from progressive leasing llc.

    My name is Bryan, and I've used Progressive Leasing for the last year. It was a fantastic service that offered so many great options. I was delighted until a recent denial. I've had three accounts with progressive leasing, where I paid everything on time and paid ahead of schedule. I've spent over $3000 worth of stuff using this service in three months. To my surprise, after paying off my past accounts with my Chime Bank account, progressive leasing is no longer taking checking card payments from this bank. With all the great online bank options available, traditional bank accounts are outdated. If you have an online bank account, you can't use this service when this was acceptable previously.

    They lost a good customer because of an update that is not listed anywhere on their website or policies. The service is awesome, but this recent change caused a massive problem for me when all my payments were on time, and I used the service multiple times without any issues. Progressive Leasing should look into correcting the issue with the online checking accounts instead of forcing people to get traditional bank accounts — especially when the service was available previously, and your system was causing the initial issue, not my online bank.

    There was miscommunication at the beginning of my contract bc there was a delay on the washer I ordered. The payments didn’t start coming out of my bank until I received both washer and dryer. I spoke with representatives many times working together to get the appliances I ordered in a timely manner. I pressed how important it was as to me to pay off in 90 days.

    I finally received my washer about 3 weeks after I ordered it. The gentleman I was working with was very pleasant and helpful. He made it a priority for himself to check on updates regularly and also keep me updated. I ended up switching banks about 3 months later to a local credit union and didn’t think anything of it bc the 90 days would have been complete. I received a phone call from a young woman informing me of a past due amount and how to proceed with payment. After some debating she spoke with her manager and they agreed to break down my remaining balance in only a couple payments. They were fantastic and I would gladly do business with them again.

    I am not one to write reviews but I have been treated like a king every time I have used them. They are a 10 in every department from the top down. It has been a very simple and aggravation free. I have used them 4 times over the years and just recently bought some more furniture and a clothes washer from a new vendor they use. They now have a printed list of new vendors they use. I once had to miss a payment due to a hurricane. Had to vacate my area and go to a motel. They said no problem. Worked with me with the payment. Just one of many reasons it's a pleasure to deal with them. They are easy to reach, on hold time is very short if any and I receive call backs when necessary. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Progressive.

    I have used them 3 times now and paid 2 loans off within 90 days. I have found that if you pay the loans off within 90 days they will lower the amount you can borrow next time. That is my case anyway. That is a shady practice.

    I used this program with Cricket to purchase a phone during the holiday season. I was planning to space out transactions on my debit and credit cards, as I’m also going through a home buying process. Because cricket doesn’t have an option to pay on the phone monthly they introduced me to Progressive Leasing. Cricket needs to do a better job with training their representatives to properly explain all costs and risks associated with Progressive Leasing and the price difference if they just purchase the phone directly with Cricket.

    I gave 3 stars because it’s not Progressive Leasing's fault that Cricket didn’t explain all the ins and outs BUT the program itself seems like a rip off to me. I was naive and became onboard when I found out there was no interest as long as I pay off before 90 days but little did I know they tack on tax! And depending on how big of a lump sum you pay towards your lease that tax can range between 5 and 40 bucks. I was under the impression that they would purchase the cash value of the phone and any tax accrued once they bought it from cricket and then just allow me to pay it off with no penalties.

    Taxes will hurt you in the end and be sure to pay off before 90 days because the payment plan they set up for you will cause you to end up DOUBLE for the product you’re trying to buy. Even with the 90 day option I would opt to pay in 80 days instead because it takes them some days to process your payments. I understand everyone doesn’t have the credit to purchase things, but if possible borrow from a trusted relative or friend or just pay with a credit card or just chalk it up and pay upfront if you can because that extra 100-200 bucks or thousands (if you don’t do the 90 day option) double be used towards something else! BEWARE OF ALLLL THE COSTS and ask questions. Just don’t take people’s word for it no matter how excited and “knowledgeable" (really overconfident) they seem.

    I had a difficult time in past for getting credit approval for iphone and tires, but my family told me trying to apply through Progressive Leasing with my current income. At first, I didn't believe it bc I got a decline from Snap Financial, but I listened to my family anyway. At the Tires Store, the staff helped me with the application and I got approval more than $1,500 when 4 tires were $500 included service fee and 4 wheels alignment. I feel blessed for that.

    So, I have 3 months to pay back without a fee or a additional charge. I feel so good abt that. For people, who may experience a difficult time to pay off within 3 months, just talk to ProLeasing staff to work it out for your payment plan. Thanksgiving is coming, I want to say "thanks much" to the Tires Store and ProLeasing, who assisted and provided me with your helps and supports as well. IT REALLY MADE MY LIFE EASIER THAN WITHOUT????

    I went to my phone carrier and got a new iPhone. The receipt said the cost of the phone was 750$. They said, "You can work out a payment plan with a new lender." It all happened really quick. Because I have done this before at my store I didn’t think too much about it. These people are total sharks. If you don’t pay the 750$ balance off within three months they take the price of the phone and times it by three and then put you in a payment plan for 18 months and mind you they automatically deduct payments from you every two weeks from your checking account. By the time I realized I have already paid them almost 900$ they told me I would have to continue making payments for another year or do the buy out option of $500. I did the buy out option so I didn’t have to continue making $160 a month payments for another year. PLEASE do not use them. This is the worst type of loan you can get into. They should be stopped from doing business.

    Oh and they claim it is not a loan .... it is a lease. I could have just given the phone back after I already had $900 in it. These people suck. All and all they wanted to charge me over $2100 for a phone that was $750. I’ve honestly never heard of such a thing and still don’t think this is legal. Luckily this was a smaller purchase. With larger ones this could really mess people up.

    I have had an online login with Wayfair for some years with my maiden name. On Oct. 11 2019 I placed an order online with wayfair, I opted to use Progressive Leasing as I have leased with them in the past. I used my credit card in my now married name for the down payment which was approved for $1048.90. I was approved with Progressive leasing. I received emails from both wayfair and progressive that the order was successful. The next day I called wayfair and progressive leasing as online my account was showing each item I ordered was cancelled. I was then told my wayfair account was flagged for fraud. I assume my married name vs my maiden name, who knows. Nobody can tell you.

    I was told to order something with my credit card, wait 30 days and try the lease again. Which I created a new account with my married information and ordered a spatula with the intent to wait and give them another try. I then spent days on the phone going back and forth between progressive leasing and wayfair to get the lease stopped being I wasn't getting anything I ordered. I was assured that My initial payment would be returned to me.

    11/14/19 I received a call from Progressive leasing collection team demanding a payment by Rose. I was told Wayfair sent an invoice in the amount of $904.94, when the total of the initial order was $1048.90. Mind you I have never received anything, I was denied the option to the order. Now I'm responsible for paying the difference. Not to mention the time I've taken from my family and worked to resolve this. It's yet to be resolved. I will not be using Progressive Leasing again. Nobody is willing to help, they spoke with wayfair directly weeks ago and I was assured my down payment would be returned, now I'm being told I have to pay.

    I know that the fact that I don’t have good credit that I will be paying more for things to get financing, that is something I have come to terms with. I used them a few years ago to buy a computer and I was happy with the outcome. I borrowed $700 the first time (that is all that I was approved for) and it covered the cost of what I wanted. I still have the computer and now I’m buying a brand new one and I was approved for $1875 (won’t spend that much, lol). I think I got approved for more money because I went through my first contract without missing any payments.

    After the 1st computer was paid for I haven’t had any issues with them charging me money or anything. They still had my checking account info because when I did my second application the account info was already populated. I have never had to contact them except when I Had a problem setting up my online account. I love that they are here for those of us that have credit problems. And paying more to borrow because of bad credit is a fact of life that everyone needs to come to grips with. If you deleted all of the “they charge too much” bad ratings they would probably have 99% 5 star ratings.

    I opted to use the 90 same as cash program, only to find out they WILL NOT allow you to delete your banking info or credit cards, even after the account is PAID IN FULL! They continue to charge you hoping that you won't catch on. When you do, they act like it was a simple mistake and say they will reimburse you. I finally had to cancel my credit cards and change my bank in order to ensure Progressive no longer had access to any of my account. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM!

    They are purely a greedy company that does not want to help you with bad credit. They are going to exploit your bad credit. Whether it is a wedding ring that you want to purchase, or furniture, cell phone, car tires, etc., they are going to approve you for an amount that they know that you can not pay back in 90 days, and 1200 will turn into double that. They know how much you make and they want you to take the bait, pure evil! And so what I did was used only a small portion of what I was approved for, and paid them back in 2 weeks.

    I know it’s a great feeling to get approved and get what you need, and pay back later, but if you do not read your contract you will regret it, and they don’t care it’s strictly business suckers. The lesson here is if you can’t pay back quickly don’t do it! Ohh by the way you will be paying a huge amount by weekly, and if you did the read the contract you will either pay double the amount you we’re approved for or you better go to a personal loan company to get the money to pay them back or your screwed. To them you are uneducated and, you have no comprehension of interest rates of at 150 percent. Go without stop making these crooks rich!

I was contacted by Progressive Leasing after I posted my review and they were extremely helpful in resolving my perceived issue with prior day billing. David in Customer Resolution was apologetic and helped steer me in the right direction regarding the payment posting with my bank. I am truly satisfied with the outcome and he and his staff have changed my perception of the company. I understood the interest rate applicable to my purchase but he explained in detail how the prior day posting is just an advisory that payment would be processed as scheduled and went on to let me know that the company is always willing to assist with restructuring the payment dates if other concerns arose.     This morning I received an alert saying the payment for my furniture was being processed. Today is the 24th. My scheduled payments are on the 11th and 25th. This is unacceptable. Why have a scheduled payment processed the day before it is due??? Kinda defeats the purpose of setting the payment. I hope this does not create an overdraft on my account as this is the account I use for such billing and this prior day processing WAS NOT AUTHORIZED.     Yes, it's very easy to qualify which can be exciting for a lot of people with bad credit. What this is is predatory lending. They will charge you thousands of dollars on your purchases. I had 900 worth of product I leased, and by the end of my terms, I was being charged $2400.00. This company takes advantage of the fact that their renters are subprime borrowers, and capitalizes that, which is business, I get it. But the rates they charge to lend are out of control.

    I ended with a lease from this company through Cricket Wireless. I was approved for $1500 but only used about $900. I asked how much my payments were going to be and they said we would go over that after everything is finalized. I was then told my payments were going to be $83.00 BUT I was not told that was biweekly! They gave me the contract and sent me on my way. Looking over it I then see that after making payments for 12 months I would be paying a total of $2,000!!! For a $700 phone! They get you by saying there is NO interest and then tell you there is a leasing fee. Well the fee is which is more than the amount originally used.

    This account has been a nightmare from the very beginning. From the store set up wrong payments and wrong payment amount. Called back to correct set up incorrect payments again. Which was totally the reps error and this per the rep I was speaking with to correct so I start getting late payment calls, so I call and ask why am I getting past due payment calls. He stated last rep set up incorrect payment amount and should not have set it up for the length of time she did so I asked him what need to be done to correct. He tells me no way to correct it, it will just show you late but not really late. None of these people have customer service skills.

    They are so matter of fact..and unprofessional. One had the nerves to tell me he is a collector not a customer service rep... Sir you ARE dealing with customers, you are a customer service rep be it you are collecting a debt or setting up service. I could go on and on about every call I have made to this horrible company and EVERYONE has been a poor service experience....DO NOT USE PROFESSIONAL LEASING.

    I went into Big Lots to purchase a few items for my new rental. Assistance came quickly, options were explored. The associate I worked with was helpful, kind, and professional. She was able to answer all my questions. The application on their computer was a bit of a challenge because it had to scroll down the program to read and sign but it was not easy to do and it kept wanting to time out but with their help all was good.     I just went through a divorce and had no furniture for my new place. They approved me and my crap credit with no problems. I took the 90 day sac option. I probably called them 3-4 times because of my terrible money managing skills and asked them to please move my final payment date back without charging me the $4k in extra interest for not paying my last 90day sac payment as agreed.

    I’m starving music artist singer songwriter and trying to relaunch and rebrand my successful business. I stopped working in one state due to health problems and a divorce in the new state I moved to. So trying to manage money with all these balls rolling in my life and health issues and being in my own for the first time and I didn’t have to ever worry about money as much before was very very hard for me. The people at this company was nothing but kind to me every time and I’m so grateful for this company! When I make it in my music career I literally want to be your spokesperson lol.     Progressive leasing is horrible. I would give a more detailed review, but they have already wasted so much of my time that I don't want to let them waste more. Their computer system is absolutely horrible. Sometimes random payments get sent out that I didn't authorize. When I ask for these charges to be stopped, I am told that they were stopped. They still go through anyways. When I ask for them to be refunded, the person who I'm on the phone with refunds them to the wrong card. There is no organization to this company, and anyone who works for them has the competence of a third grader. Do not use progressive leasing.

    I have had a great experience up until three weeks ago. On August 9, 2019, I took a bill consolidation loan out with my bank to pay off some bills. I had two accounts with them and the big account which was over $400 was paid and finalized. Now I have this other account that is a year old that had only $60 left to pay off. My bank sent out checks to pay off the balances and they were sent out in the same envelope. My bank has said that both checks were cashed the same day. So what went on? They are still trying to collect money from me and just got a call today from them saying they are attempting to collect a debt. I have been trying to find out what happened for two weeks and just this past week they said they would refund what I paid above what I owe. Today, none of that is in any notes on my account and it's like I'm back to the drawing board with them. I've had enough and I'm ready to speak to an attorney. I don't know what else to do.

    I had established an account back in 2016 for a furniture purchase. Here in 2019 I discovered that Progressive Leasing ALLOWED some "MONSTER" to open up this dormant account without even checking for references, or normally running another "CREDIT CHECK" prior to allowing some stranger to purchase a $6200.00 14K wedding ring set on my name from Kay Jewelers? It could all be a SCAM with Progressive and Kay Jewelers. "LOW IQ Employees" are a part of the foolery! I've had to have all my accounts closed and new rearranged my whole life because this kind of EVIL! OLD & NEW Customers BEWARE!!

    I would like to know if someone has had the same experience or not. I purchased furniture with Progressive Leasing and last week I had scheduled a payment to pay off the remaining balance. My payments come out automatically biweekly with my pay periods so I would think I would schedule my payment on the 16th when I got paid. I am now realizing that I completely think they scammed me and had my payment bounce back because the payment came out on the 15th!!! Why would I schedule something to come out a day before I got paid.

    The other fishy thing was that I went back to check my payment confirmation email (from Progressive) and it reads "Your account with us is PAID IN FULL* (This letter is void if any payment bounces or is returned unpaid.)" Fishy fishy fishy. I will be looking for anything that will tell me when I actually scheduled the payment to come out. I in no way think I made the mistake of scheduling it to come out a day early knowing when I was going to be paid. Funny this happens when I was going to close the account with them also.

    Mattress Firm, no credit check. Lease thru Progressive Leasing, 120 day trial and min is 3 weeks try with no obligations to buy, no fees added. l tried mattress for 30 days, l return the mattress with no issues. Now l am in Chapter 13, they’re trying to claim for 2200.00 for the mattress claim l had it financed???? This is such a joke. Don’t fall for these lies.

    This is a great company. I am surprised at all of the bad reviews. I used Progressive Leasing to finance Furniture. My roommate moved out on me and I end up having to pay for rent and wasn't able to pay my furniture. I have 3 kids and was a single mom at the time. 2 years has passed and this company does not report to the credit bureaus. They did not harass me about payment. They only contact me with emails. Once a year offering a settlement. 3 years later I'm just now paying and they still offered me a settlement paying only 45% of what I actually owned. This is a company that has the right to obtain what you borrow from them but they still work with you anyway. I am extremely grateful. I am currently on a payment plan and am only paying 640 of 1320 that I owe. I don't believe that it's Progressive Leasing is the issue. I think it's the vendors that they allow to use their program that is mishandling business.

    So, this is unusual. I'm an attorney working for a client who leased things from Progressive. My experience with them was outstanding. They were respectful, well informed, but most important very ethical in the choices they made. I can't speak for the company as a whole, their costs, etc., but my experience was exceptional.

    Progressive Leasing was easily the least stressful extended payment plan I’ve ever used, aside from a credit card. As long as you use the 90 day option you are golden. I’ve checked other sites with negative reviews, and they all seem to boil down to, “I didn’t pay off my item within 90 days and now I’m very angry at myself, but taking it out on the company, instead.” Every interaction I’ve had with Progressive has been smooth and easy, their customer service was friendly, and their responses prompt. I used their app to get pre approved before going in to the store which made it that much easier and quick.

    These people lie about everything they do! They change due dates, they scam your checking account ahead of due dates, they lie about when the 90 day cash buyout occurs. Do NOT under any circumstances use these scam artist to finance ANYTHING! I financed furniture for a family member. After a few months, I called for a payoff balance to bring my account to ZERO, they gave me my total and I paid it immediately with the representative over the phone. After a few days, they attempted to take a monthly payment form my account.

    I called and asked WHY? THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL LOOK INTO TO IT AND CALL ME BACK. I got an email stating I owed a double payment since I missed one. Called again and was told they have given me a payoff balance in error and I had another payment due. I asked for amounts. They told me they will call me back. Received another email with a completely different amount. I asked again what the pay off balance is? They would not tell me. They insisted I give them a payment. Mind you they had given me 3 different amounts and kept sending contradicting statements. I asked for the pay off balance in writing and they refused. Finally I was told the money that I had paid (over a thousand dollars) was posted as an advance payment and my balance returned to normal. Scam scam scam. When one calls for a pay off balance they should give current balance. They trick people thinking they are paying off the loan.

    I got a dining set from Big Lots before Christmas and absolutely loved it. Right after Christmas my house was burglarized and they damaged my table and some chairs. I called Progressive Leasing and they got to work right away. I had a new table and chairs within a month. I am very pleased with how professional they were with this matter and I will be buying other things in the future.

    After an initial purchase I made a return. I called to get answers about the general adjustments in my account. How great was my amazement to discover that the company refuses to share the information of the leasing fee calculation. In the "Information and Acknowledgment" document they say: "This purchase option MAY BE for more than the retailer's sale price, not "same as cash"". So "may be". The difference with the sale price is hidden in the Purchase Agreement under the phrase "90-Day Purchase Option amount plus tax" How do they calculate it? How to know if are they charging me a fair price? This is lack of transparency, that is called authorized theft. I don't recommend them to anyone.

    No problems at all with this company. Took out a lease in April of 2019. Just paid it off. If you take the lease make sure you pay it off before the 90 days. Once again great company to do business with. Will definitely take another lease out in the future.

    Going through easy leasing to purchase our product was very convenient and easy for my family. We were able to take our product home the same day and making the bi-weekly payments worked perfectly for our budget. I loved the fact I had the 90 day buy out option and set the payments through my banking account. I will be buying more from Progressive leasing in the future.

    At first, I gave Progressive a positive review. I had planned on using their service again in the future. I made a purchase for roughly $800 as the 90 day option. However, I went online and paid it off, at approximately the two month mark. The total was less than the contract, but the contract states that early pay off was 65% of remaining balance of the 90 day payoff option. Anyway, I paid it in full. I did not receive any more deductions from my debit card. Not attempts on my checking which they have on file as well. Almost 2.5 months goes by, I get an email saying my contract 798 has been completed and my first payment will begin for July. I look at the lease and it's for the same item I purchased six months prior and paid in full.

    I call and this is what they tell me: That the system apply sales tax and that I have to pay the entire additional $798. The item I purchased is in no way worth $1600!!! I bought an iPhone XR. I tried to explain that I paid this, got the paid in full email and the account was zero for the last 2.5 months. Do you think they listened? Nope!!! So I had to change my bank details. They don't report to credit bureaus, according to internet. I can't seem to find if they sue or not. I have a feeling that I will end up in small claims over this matter. Congrats... I paid in full your terms plus fees and sales tax. Now, because you guys are greedy, you have lost a customer. I was going to make a huge purchase. I'm glad I found out now how that would have been a huge mistake.

    I went to Treasures Jewelers to buy a pair of sunglasses. They told me they use a company called Progressive Leasing so instead of paying upfront I decided to do it. Well now I have paid 700$ for 1 pair of Oakley's and still owe more. Supposedly I bought jewelry and sunglasses adding up to 1,000$ that is completely incorrect. I’m not sure what to do at this point but I strongly recommend staying away from both of these companies. Hope to get this resolved soon. My purchase was in April 2019. Hope this helps others out.
