This company is perfect for someone who has less than stellar credit and can't get financing through the retailers. They process your application and inform you of a decision in minutes, not hours. The down payments are affordable and the customer service reps are very polite. I haven't had any negative experiences with Progressive so I'll continue to use them in the future if needed. I also like that they have automatic payment option. Don't hesitate to use this company if you need financing.

I’m a 68 year old disable Army veteran living off a monthly fixed income. After monthly bills are paid there’s not much left to buy what I need or just want. Since Progressive Leasing has been helping me get the things that I want with low monthly payments and low interest I’m so grateful for them.

I have been using Progressive for about 5 years now and When our house was being constructed we looked to progressive again to purchase a lot of home appliances and furniture. It was stress free and everyone was so helpful. One time I had to delay a payment by a few days and I called the office the customer service representative was super helpful. I recommend progressive to a lot of people.

I fell behind a couple payments with Progressive and called the customer service to work out a plan to get me back on track. The agent provided excellent service while not harassing me as to why I was late for getting too personal with my situation. Their focus was primarily to get me back on track and pay them what I could at that time. They did a great job helping me out. Definitely would recommend them to anybody.

This is not my first time within the loan for a Progressive. I have had a few hardships during the time that I've had the loan and they are more than happy to push the loan date back. I also had a time where my pay was messed up and they pushed my 90 days back. I do appreciate them and will most definitely begin another loan with them soon.

Easy to work with. Make it easy to get approved and got what I needed. Have used them twice. Both times great. Needed a dryer in a hurry and they made process simple. No waiting for approval. Instantly less than 5 minutes for approval and on my way.

I put a new card on my account a few weeks ago but it kept charging my old one even though I removed it. (I don't know how that works.) All I owed is 11 dollars a week. I got an email saying my account is overdue one day. I go and look and it says I owe 100 dollars!! How!? Because it kept charging my /old account/ even though my new card was present, and they kept charging the old one and it was bouncing with A 30 dollar fee! They won't answer the phone to fix this!

I purchased a 1carat 14k white gold necklace with the half-carat earrings. This company is legit. The customer service is amazing. They explain everything and make sure that you understand everything they say before hanging up the phone. They are easy to work with. They’re highly recommend.

Went to a Ashley Furniture and was processed effectively and courteously by employee and Progressive Leasing staff. With only little down payment and payment set up where I could afford for 12 months. Furniture arrived in 1 week.

At first I was skeptical about Progressive but everything went very smooth. It was an easy process and I am thrilled with my laptop. What I loved about it also was the early payoff. I would highly recommend Progressive Leasing.

It took me several weeks of sleeping on my mattress which was financed through progressive leasing to realize that the mattress I purchased was new but the mattress I delivered was second-rate used merchandise. When I reported this issue to Progressive Leasing agent they told me that any company that would sell used merchandise as new would be liable under the state laws for betting for doing such a thing and that if I'm stuck with the mattress because the mattress company won't take the thing back even though it's a used mattress they sold me that Progressive Leasing would make good on the return by picking up the merchandise themselves.

Progressive Leasing always provides an outstanding process and customer service is awesome! This is my second lease with them and everything has been fantastic! The stores they partner with are great and everything is straightforward!

We are returning customers and have had multiple leases with Progressive. Most positive experiences every time. Application process quick and easy, payments (whether doing 90 days same as cash or the full year lease) more than reasonable. I refer this option to everyone! Sooo many different product availabilities I'm 100% certain I will be a returning customer for many times ahead.

I’ve been using Progressive leasing since 2017. I’ve bought jewelry, mattress, living room set. It was the best shopping experience ever!! It was so easy and stress free. I was able to buy and take home immediately and start enjoying my items while making easy bi weekly payments. I’ve been using Progressive Leasing since 2018. I’ve purchased a mattress, jewelry, tires, Apple Macbooks, living room set, bedroom set, with always receiving great customer service. I initially was approved for $2400 in 2018 and my most recent approval was $3975. I always receive a higher approval than needed and aim to pay off my lease in 90-180 days. My credit wasn’t the best when I first started using them and now even with a 740 credit score I continue to use them so I don’t overload my credit which decreases my score. I have never had a bad experience and recommend using them first versus credit if you’re able to pay it off in less than 6 months.

The loan process was easy and fast, they were professional, courteous, patient, kind and knowledgeable and willing to accommodate me with whatever needs that I had. I got everything that I wanted in a matter of minutes.

This company has the best customer service so nice and understanding. You won't go wrong if you do business with them. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had to call them about a order and as soon as we started talking they had my account up and ready so they could help me. Easy to understand them when talking to them. They're great.

This is the second time I use them because of how great they did when I first used them. I had bad credit back then and needed furniture to move into our new apt and they approved me with no issues. I was planning on doing the 90 days same as cash option so I wasn’t paying so much interest (like you would with any credit/leasing). I lost my job and missed a couple of payments. I got a call from someone asking for clarity and I stressed how I was looking for a new job and was just not wanting to pay interest as it would make my situation worse.

I used Progressive Leasing on multiple occasions and have been happy every time. The down payments and weekly payments are very low and affordable. I recommend them to anyone who can't afford to spend a bunch of money all at once. I will be using them again myself.

I enjoy using Progressive Leasing because it’s an easy system. You also know right always how much you are able to receive. Once that application is completed is approved you can have your products without any more wait times.

I highly recommend them if you are a responsible person and pay your bills on time and understand your lease terms completely, you’ll have no problems at all and besides the more you lease and pay off on time the higher your credit limit will increase.
