They charged my card and confirmed my car would be picked up, then completely stopped responding. I haven’t been able to reach anyone for an update. Extremely unprofessional experience. If you care about reliability and communication, it’s worth paying a little more to work with a reputable company.

His team, including dispatcher Benjamin and driver Alex, were equally impressive. They were professional, courteous, and flexible with my schedule, which made the entire process much more convenient for me.
My motorcycle arrived in excellent condition and sooner than expected, within about a day and a half. Everything went smoothly, and I felt confident that my bike was in good hands throughout the transport. I would absolutely use Safeeds Transport Inc again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable motorcycle transport.

Do not use Safeeds, they have great carrier service but VERY CORRUPT BUSINESS PRACTICES. They will bait and switch on the quote and contract. Signed contract on April 1 for $650 for April 23 pickup. On April 22 they would not honor the contract and charged $950 or they would not pickup. They are crooks and should not be in business.

Communication was solid the whole time, and payment was handled without issues. Always good working with a broker who respects the driver and keeps things professional. I’d definitely run another load for him.

Driving as a carrier, I took a load from Robert at Safeeds Transport Inc and the whole thing went better than expected. He didn’t overpromise or underdeliver, just gave straight info and stuck to it. Pickup location was ready, delivery was smooth, and there was no back-and-forth confusion. He checked in without being pushy, which I respect. Rate made sense for the trip and nothing changed halfway through. After delivery, payment was sent without delays. That kind of clean work makes it easy to come back for more loads.

The delivery process was very smooth and easy as they do all the work. Just let them know your preferred date and they will always do their best to get your car picked up. Also I loved the communication! It can be scary not knowing where your car is but the drivers have no problem with updating you along the way! I would definitely recommend as I am someone who has booked with them twice!
