I was looking for a repair service to cover my vehicle. I have an older vehicle with almost 200,000 miles, and I wanted to make sure that if it broke down, I have something that would cover it. Then the price that Complete Auto Protect offered me was a good deal, so I just took it. The man that I spoke to was pleasant to work with. He explained that I can go to any mechanic and get the repairs done, and covered by vehicle bumper-to-bumper, except for brakes, tires, and usual stuff.

I had this other extended warranty company, but every time I would try to get in contact with them, it was really hard to do that. So, I talked to Terrence from Complete Auto Protect, and he told me how this company goes and I went with it. I trusted him. So far, I haven't had a breakdown, so I haven't been through them with claims but so far, he's been responsive when I needed assistance. He helped me out a lot. It was hard for me to cancel my other car warranty. He told me what to do and how to go about it. He told me how to cancel it, how to write a letter, and send it all the way to LA. As far as the signup experience with Complete Auto Protect, it was smooth. Everything went well. Their price is pretty reasonable, and my coverage is okay. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Henry was great not pushing not aggressive mild tone easy to talk to and helpful, appeared understanding , accommodating. Good job sir. Time will tell if I happened upon you guys for a good reason. Can only speak on the now. Maybe in the future I'll share another good review and or some referrals to you guys if I know of anyone looking and you word is legit. Terrence ** did not put any pressure on me to buy. He answered all my questions, explained all the details & gave me the best deal. I was a little skeptical because of all the scams I’ve heard but he eventually made me feel comfortable by answering my questions with respect and knowledge. There were a couple of things I needed done on my vehicle, and I wanted to have a warranty on it. I had heard about Complete Auto Protect a lot, and I signed up with them. My experience was great and the rep was good. I'd recommend them.

I had taken another company out and they boomed out of the water. After I took out another company, Complete Auto Protect called and told me how much better they could do. I took the policy over the phone and they were supposed to send me a policy via mail. But they have never emailed me or sent a written contract.

It was different from what I saw. They were also very professional. I was told a lot of what I did not know. They are very helpful and nice. I would recommend them to anyone. If you need help, they are the way to go.

I had a great experience with this company. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The representatives were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions about the extended warranty coverage.

I’ve had Complete Auto Protect for six months. The sign-up process was easy and simple. They explained everything correctly and right. I also like that I won't have to pay that much for my repair work. However, before people get an auto protect, they should make sure their car is up to date, 'cause they’re gonna have to wait till their policy kicks in till their car gets fixed.

I got the bumper-to-bumper plan from Complete Auto Protect, and that's something that I need, but I haven't had any repair bills yet. I'm hoping that if I do have an issue, it can be solved.

When I looked at Complete Auto Protect's coverage, I kinda liked what they would do. The customer service was good when I signed up with them.

Signing up with Complete Auto Protect was easy. I was satisfied with the process. I actually went with Endurance, and I decided to go with that particular company because their price was a little bit lower for the monthly. So, overall, Complete Auto Protect definitely would have been second pick for me.

I was very impressed about how the guy worked with me and was very nice and he gave good customer service and was very helpful and respectful and I would recommend this for anybody that needs work on their vehicles or warranty.

If you got no money, Complete Auto Protect is good for you. I first learned about them on Instagram and when I signed up, they were quick and easy to deal with.

Complete Auto Protect didn't complete what they promised when I took my car in. The engine light came on, and I brought it in to the dealer. What I did was go by what their policy said that after 30 days, you can get your car serviced. They said it was a precondition. They couldn't fix the problem. I canceled the service after they said I would have to pay for it. I couldn't afford that. They didn’t cover anything. I had to end up paying $220 out of my pocket for the dealer to do the diagnostic because they didn't come through for me.

Very understanding genuine experience. Left me with a great feeling of security and confidence of the care and quality of service. Very knowledgeable of the products and explanation of the plans and services provided in each tier was amazing and throughly delivered.

I was impressed by the coverage they had for the price I could afford. Henry was very good in explaining the coverage I would receive and very professional. I'm calling Endurance to cancel with them and take this one.

Henry was extremely knowledgeable about the warranty. I was impressed on what it all included. Monthly billing and a detailed description on the warranty was fair. Always thought this process would be ugly, impressed on the monthly fee as well.

Excellent customer service, very friendly, honest, and open. He was also very relatable and funny!!! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!! Lol, he helped me to fully understand services offered and provided, also helped me understand what was being covered and what wasn’t, when my bill was due, and how to access him regarding any further questions and/or concerns.

They told me one thing when I signed up, then when it came time to pay for a repair, I found out they were a shell company letting Omega be their admin. If I wanted Omega I would have bought it. Turned them into the BBB as they lied about the coverage, are fakes not even doing their own admin. They have a 14.3 out of 100 on scam detector. Perhaps the worst warranty company of them all. Wrote a review on Trustpilot telling people do walk away from them run, and am considering a lawsuit for monthly payments, denied repairs that were said to be covered by the sales lady, attorney fees, and duress. I would give it minus 5 stars if it was possible.

Spoke with a wonderful guy named Frank **. He helped me to close my deal and put everything together in the middle of my time in the hospital and after. I worry about my wife and how she will get along after I am gone so I got this protection plan to help just a little bit. I am relieved all will be fine now. Thank you, this company has really been so helpful!!

Mr Henry was great great. Personally work with me. Very patient. He explained everything. Even told me how to safe. He ensured me everything was correct and in 30 days I could use if needed. Also told me about package plan to add my other car. Great job.
