Excellent customer service, very friendly, honest, and open. He was also very relatable and funny!!! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!! Lol, he helped me to fully understand services offered and provided, also helped me understand what was being covered and what wasn’t, when my bill was due, and how to access him regarding any further questions and/or concerns.

Spoke with a wonderful guy named Frank **. He helped me to close my deal and put everything together in the middle of my time in the hospital and after. I worry about my wife and how she will get along after I am gone so I got this protection plan to help just a little bit. I am relieved all will be fine now.
