Back in 2021, I bought this warranty. Now that I try to call them up, nothing is working and everything is bouncing. I need to know how we can get justice for these scams. They said they would cover my needs and it’s all fake.
I purchased an extended auto warranty from this company last year. I tried to call them and their number is not a working number. I emailed the representative who sold me the warranty and his emailed bounced back.

I purchased this warranty in August 2021 for $3550. I brought my car to get work done a few days ago January 30, 2023 and my dealership could not get a hold of anyone with the company. I tried to email the guy that I originally bought. The warranty from his name was Colin ** and the email goes as undeliverable. No one will return phone calls so we have reported them to the FBI for fraudulent Internet activity and theft.
I purchased a warranty about 15 months ago through this company and I just traded my car in that I bought the warranty for and there is no one to call or get into contact with. I was told that the warranty is cancelable at any time. Well can't get ahold of anyone and I can't get my money back. I spent over 2,000 dollars and only put 4,000 miles on my car so I didn't use very much of my warranty. I should be able to get back at the very least 1,500 dollars or so. I also sent one of my co-workers their information he purchased their warranty and he to can not get his money back because he sold his car. VERY BAD COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASE. YOUR MONEY WILL GO POOF.
I paid $4100 for this warranty a year ago. I’ve never used it and now that I need to I cannot reach anyone. I have sent emails and phone does not work. I tried to reach my original salesperson. His phone is also not work. How do I get my money back?!!!
Time do a claim and guess what I nor the shop cannot get a hold of anyone. I did a lot of research and at the time this was one of the companies that was recommended by ConsumerAffairs. I paid $2100 up front and this company does not answer the phone nor response to messages and is now listed as under investigation. Well great!!
Do not go with this fraud company. I purchased extended warranty for over $2k and they don't have any method of contacting them. Phone call is not responsive and email is non responsive as well. For purchasing the warranty, they were quick and gave me 3 phone calls in a day for me to get the warranty. But after they got the money, no contact at all. Phone calls go to voicemail and the person does not respond to the email despite sending a lot of them. Save yourself and your hard earned money. DO NOT GO WITH THIS. IT's a SCAM.
I have tried to contact Barry with email. Gets kicked back to my email. Tried to call nothing. Went to their site and they are under investigation. I would like my money back. This is not good business at all
I used Consumer Affairs to locate an extended warranty for my vehicle and was immediately set up with American First Auto Protect on your reference. I went through the entire process and the people seemed to be OK and I signed and paid for a Platinum Service agreement for $2,509.12. I put in a claim week ago. Followed up with phone calls and nothing. I believe I got scammed and trying to get my money back. Where do I go from here. This is not what I figured would happened trying to be careful from hearing about all the scams. This why I went to Customer Affairs.
I purchase which I thought was a 5 star warranty company to now it’s showing 3 stars. First I been calling since last month. No answer. To now the web page not Accessible to now they under investigation. I just want my money back to get a real policy to take my vehicle to the shop.
