Super honest and quick response. This company I would give ten stars if I can. My car was in the shop for less than a day. My Dealership said this is the easiest warranty company they have ever worked with. I brought my car in. Let American first know and they did their job in a timely manner. I am really happy I chose this company over others I was comparing.

American First provided me with an extended warranty back in July of this year. I purchase the plan because I just bought a new Mercedes and wanted it protected. Their rates were a lot better than the Dealership with the same coverage. Last week my AC was blowing out cold air so I contacted American first and they advised me to take my car to my Mercedes Benz dealer. American first approved the claim within a couple of hours for my condenser. I called American first to let them know that the dealer had to order the part since it was not in stock and it was coming from Germany. They also provided me a rental car until my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The experience with them was easy and quick.

I had bought and Audi Q5 2011 and didn't buy service contract from dealer but shopped on my own. Read reviews.. Consumer Affairs etc.. and called a few places. American First sounded legitimate and answered all my questions. It was $3K - with a Veteran discount - for Platinum coverage. Great. Paid. In August.. engine light kept coming on. Took to Audi dealer.. needed new fuel pump and regulator. About $1500 in repairs. Called American First.. connected them with Audi. Audi struggled mightily getting anything from them. Sent repair quote but couldn't get American First to agree. American said they were sending an inspector. Never happened 2 weeks went by and I had rental car. Said they would cover up to $75 a day for rental. Nothing. Audi said I would have to pay and get reimbursed. American First agreed and I did. I never got reimbursed. So I paid them $3K for service contract and then $2K out of pocket - nothing.

American First Auto Protect has provided me with exceptional service. My BMW broke down 2 nights ago on the freeway. I contacted American First and they set me up with towing directly to my Dealership. That following morning I got a call from one of their customer service representatives letting me know that they are in contact with the shop and they will call me before the end of the day with approval. A few hours passed and my phone buzzed and American First called me back and let me know that I can go pick up my car the following day and the claim for the suspension was fully covered. The way American First dealt with this is how every company should be. They stayed in contact with me and did what they promised. Cheers guys thank you.

I wanted to write this review because Of Ashley in claims. This lady was amazing from start to finish from the day my vehicle was in the shop I called right away and got connected with Ashley. I gave her my Maserati advisors name and number and she called him right away. Within an hour she called back and gave me authorization and approved the repair for me. A lot of people never follow up but Ashley is amazing and made sure to call me and let me know that it was paid for. Ashley you and your company are amazing.

2 nights ago my car broke down in the middle of the highway at about 11 at night. I called American first to see what to do because there were no mechanics open at that time. American first got my vehicle towed to the nearest Land Rover dealer. The next day I received a call from American first advising me that my car will be ready by ends day. It was a small repair that needed to be done on the battery. Hands down the fastest service I have received in my life with extended warranty.

Thank you Jason for your help on my last claim. I worked with Jason for the past two years and he is amazing. I just had to use the coverage for the first time and Jason made sure the repair was covered. Jason you are the best.

I purchased a car at the end of August 2021 and purchased the extended warranty from this company based on positive reviews seen at Consumer Affairs. These positive reviews must have been false or purchased. I bought the top of the line warranty package. The car developed an issue at the end of October and was taken to a service center the first week of November. It sat for six weeks waiting on American First to do anything. I finally requested a refund, collected the car and have disputed the fees for their service through Visa. It is mid-December and nothing so far. Consumer Affairs definitely didn't do their homework on this one, or worse, let the company provide positive reviews. Think about it. They could have provided excellent service to 10 people, and nothing for hundreds more. Lesson learned: don't rely on one review service and drill down into the reviews.

Recently, had an engine issue in my car and called my warranty company. American First worked so hard to resolve my claim with the repair facility. Definitely worth their coverage! Finally, I got my car yesterday from the repair shop. I would recommend American First Auto Protect for any Extended warranty needs.

Thank you guys for helping me out when I need you most, I am so happy I purchased the platinum plan. It covered everything I needed in my recent claim experience. I will be referring this company to all friends and family.

Great experience on my recent claim. My actuator failed for my rear windows and the claim was paid directly to the shop. Quick response. I will update you guys on my next experience if I have another claim. So far it is a 5 star experience.

I am so happy I chose this company over the others I been comparing. Teddy and Jennifer are truly amazing people. My recent claim was taken care of in a timely fashion. I was updated right away when I brought my vehicle for service. The technician found that my fuel injector needed to be replaced. I contacted American first immediately and Jennifer called the shop and paid the claim for me. Jennifer was patient with me, answered all my questions and let me know that she was in good hands. I was a little wary of extended warranty because of the last company I had a policy with. But American First stands by their word and did an amazing job. Hopefully I never have to use it again but if I do I know they have my back.

I purchased this platinum protection from American First Auto Protect in January 2021 for my Nissan Titan XD. I received no printed contract or anything in the mail after purchase. OK, maybe that's how they save money, fine. (RED FLAG I missed.) So I had to have my truck towed to the dealer (July), I emailed them about this and after a few emails ** said they would cover the towing, then ** said only one hundred dollars.

Hands down the best claim experience I have had. I was driving down to visit the grandkids for the weekend and while driving an engine light popped up, I immediately took it the my local Porsche dealership who contacted American First. Within a couple of hours the vehicle was diagnosed for a turbo charger and fixed over the weekend, ready to get back on the road Wednesday. Thank you for the fast and quick service!

Hands down the best warranty company I’ve worked with. Easy process all around. My car was in the shop for the fuel injector. My Land Rover dealership filed the claim and that same day American first contacted me and let me know the the repair was covered. Unfortunately I couldn’t pick up my car because the Delaership did not have the parts in stock. American first provided me a rental until the repair was finished. 3 days later I picked up my car and it is driving good as new. The customer service was exceptional everything that was needed for the claim and rental car was taken care of immediately. This company does it right.

The company charged my credit card after I had said to NOT do that. ** sent an email quote. I called about it but got ** who said ** was off on Saturday. Shortly thereafter, ** called back claiming to be ** and offered me a "special" deal of a $400 reduced price to sign up on Saturday because the company "wasn't very busy on Saturdays." I agreed and gave him my Discover card info (big mistake).

The Heater Core unit needs to be replaced in my Lexus. Luckily I had a car warranty with American First. Drove to Lexus dealership & they did diagnose and replaced the heating unit. The dealership did accept my service contract with America First Auto. I had to pay a $100 deductible for the repair. Car was in the shop for two days and the rental car was covered by the extended warranty. Highly recommend their warranty plan.

I signed up for platinum package then had continued to do research. I read so many bad reviews that I decided to cancel my policy within the 30 day refund window. They played games and I had finally after 60 days get my card company to do a dispute. They will respond and say we sent some money back, but your other card had changed. Facts. But that absolutely doesn’t stop a refund. I even gave them wiring instructions and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Wouldn’t return my calls. They are horrible and not to be trust. Buyer beware.

This company went above and beyond for me. From start to finish my account representative Barry has been amazing. From the day my car was in the shop he kept in contact with me and provided me rental car right away. Bottom line after the vehicle was diagnosed I needed to replace the compressor. Barry made sure it was paid out the same day. Including the labor and the cost of the part. All I paid out of pocket was my 75 dollar deductible. I highly recommend this company. If you ever need any help ask for Barry. He is a great guy.

Updated on 01/25/2022: BUYER BEWARE: Please read review dated 12/2021. I purchased a warranty on 10/06/2021. On 10/18/2021 requested a REFUND. As of today, I still have not received a refund. I have call numerous times and they continue to lie and mislead. I will write a review every week until I receive my refund. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

My car dealership highly recommended them. The American First car warranty is fantastic and well worth every dollar. Signed up with them last August for my Mercedes. I think the value is excellent and it made much sense to me to purchase the highest service contract. Last month, I had a pretty large repair needed, and I am happy they covered it. Everything went very smoothly with the claim and the car was repaired in a reasonable amount of time.

Claim resolved satisfactorily 1/13/2022.

So far, very satisfied with my experience with American First Auto Protect for the last couple of years. My sales agent is Robert and he is very courteous and friendly. They have an in-house claim team, so the service claim authorization and approval process are pretty fast. We have two warranty plans with them for our Acura and Mercedes cars. Coverage plans are comprehensive and pricing is affordable.

This company went above and beyond for me especially in these tough times. I originally signed up for my Maserati Ghibli in April of last year. Everything was going well. Last week I had to bring my car into the shop for my condenser. Everything was fully covered. They advised me to take it to the dealership and the work was done that day. Part of myself was worried that this was one of those typical warranties that you have to pay so much out of pocket the moment you have to bring your car into the shop. But this company stood by their word and covered the labor and the parts. What an amazing experience. You will be receiving a ton of business from me.

I will make this short and simple. SCAM. They rush you to pay for their service but don't expect the same. They say they will pay for work, but don't expect a payment. I purchased a warranty. No deductible. Mechanic's bill was 975. They only agreed for 813. That's not 100% and they never even paid 813. Well guess who has to pay that.

American First Auto Protect offered a very competitive warranty (I shopped around!) Great customer service too; fast to respond to claims and pay the service provider directly. Very easy and friendly to deal with! Highly recommend!

I purchased a warranty from American First Auto about 2 months ago, yesterday my car blew a coil pack. I took the car into the dealership and once the claim was submitted it was approved by American First Auto Protect within 20 minutes. Great experience so far!

I saw a commercial about American First and called to inquire. Corey was awesome; he explained all the details and answered all my questions. I signed up and it couldn’t have been easier! I received all the materials that day!

This is SCAM! Not a real business despite the fake Linked In accounts, fake reviews, copied and pasted from site. They do NOT have any Better Business credentials. Everything said on the phone was too good to be true and there was the same "person" that answered the phone each time. He was able to call me on a first name basis every time when I called in which was sketch. When I kindly asked for a refund. He actually told me "don't ever call us again because you're blocked." That same scam representative was also able to process a $3000 refund to my Amex.... without "approval", being on hold, anything. When I try to visit the "fake website" I am blocked and showed that the site does not exist. https://americanfirstautoprotect.com/contact-us/ This scam artist is creating his own reviews on sites like Consumer Affairs.

I highly recommend this company. I bought an extended warranty approximately 2 months ago. I had a problem with my automobile. I called American First. I hadn't reached my mileage yet but they worked with me and they paid half of my bill where they didn't really even have to cover me but they worked with me. Chase **, Billy G and Collin ** took wonderful care of me. They made sure I got my car fixed and helped me out in every way. I highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family. I was researching different auto warranty companies through the Consumer Affair website. I input the type of car I had along with the mileage, and it connected me with American First Auto Protect. Chase ** walked me through the process and gave me an unbeatable price, and answered all of my questions. He even offered me the tire and rim protection with my plan. I still wasn’t sure about the company, and he did send me a sample contract via email. After reading the sample contract and reviews, I decided to take a chance in hopes that I will never have to use my warranty, but if I did, they would back their product/services. I paid for the warranty and the following day I received the confirmation email and the signature pages which was downloadable almost immediately. So far the process was seamless!

I am so thankful I found this company. Zach ** and his team have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was on a road trip in the desert heat when my AC Clutch blew! So I looked up the nearest auto repair shop and had it fixed. I contacted the company and they immediately took care of this expense for me and had me on my way on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend! This was by far the quickest service I have ever received. They spoke and paid the auto shop directly. I was given my keys and off I went to finish out my cross country road trip. I am so impressed with this company and I refer all my friends to them. You cannot go wrong with these guys. The whole process almost seems too good to be true. Thank you Zach and your team for everything.

I had an amazing experience with Jenny in customer service. She work with me and provided me rental car right away. I had to replace my CV axle and it was replaced and repaired in two days. Thanks for the good work.

American First Auto Protect's signup process is pretty simple. The gentleman that I spoke to was very professional and he wasn't trying to push this and that on me. He explained to me the options and I heard him out. I liked the fact that we negotiated on a price. I gave a number and so did he. I was happy with the number. We met in the middle and we're good.

The person who sold me the policy did a great job and my recent claim experience was good, all in all. It would have been great if they covered the headlight because these things are expensive. But they told me was it was a cosmetic and a cosmetic repair, which is not covered under the warranty.

My friend was happy with American First. I had an engine failure and they took care of it. They did it right away. They were better than anybody else that I ever dealt with. I was happy with it. I would recommend a friend as well.

I went on the dealer site and it brought me through the process to find American First Auto Protect. There are a lot of repair insurances out there and I didn't want any snake oil. American First Auto Protect is the same company I had and it's very easy. I just go to the dealer if there's something wrong with my car that needs fixing and they let me know how much it is. I don't have to do anything else and my deductible is only $100.

I had a 3-year contract that I had purchased and wanted a 5-year maintenance contract. I kept looking and finally found American First Auto Protect. I was telling them what I wanted and they had a program that did that. The selling agent was very nice and accommodating and furnished me the contract. I got the contract and it looked okay to me. I have a Lexus and I called Lexus and asked them if they honored American First. They said they honor almost all of them. I recommended American First to someone else and they're buying it.

Their reps were extremely friendly and they follow up with us every single week to see how we're doing. Also, they gave us a nice discount and a nice payment plan as well.

Everybody at American First did a very good job. One of their reps explained everything to me except for getting my papers. I called back and talked to him a week or so ago and I still haven't got the welcoming package.

Out of all three companies I spoke to, American First was the best. They answered anything I had to ask right away and there was no runaround. They were transparent and I chose to go with them. I spoke with Barry when I was signing up and he helped me out with it. They went over all the details and gave me a great package. It was an easy process to get going and there were no issues.

The associate I talked to on the phone got me straight to everything I needed to get done for the signup. That process was pretty simple.

Setting up the service was pretty easy and I'm very satisfied with my package.

I’ve had an up and down experience looking for a great warranty company. I spoke with 11 different companies before American First. They were the most professional they let me take my time with the decision and was the only company that offered me a veterans discount. Our sales rep Scott acknowledged what we were looking for and explained everything about the plan in detail. Saved me $1000 now. I bet you can’t save that much switching to Geico. Scott you’re the man!! Overall a great buying experience!

Lori is my personal account representative. She’s a pleasure to work with and is very on top of her job. She signed me up with the platinum plan which is basically bumper to bumper. I am happy with that plan. The only flaw is that I was looking for my maintenance to be covered which is not. But besides that they are a pleasure to work with.

Engine light came on in my car, called American First they told me to take my car to shop of my choice and have them contact them. They took over from there and paid the claim to the dealership. Was simple, smooth and customer service was great.

I am very satisfied with this company. They have amazing customer service. The sales rep that I spoke to was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They covered my repairs and handled my situation diligently. I would highly recommend them.

American First Auto Protection is the best company I have dealt with in extended warranty. The companies I worked with in the past steer away from the problems when they occur. I was skeptical about buying warranty from my car but this company was really great. When I had repairs needed for my car they were very helpful and understanding. I would def. recommend them!! Prices were very fair as well!!

Updated on 05/29/2021: I had a problem with my Mercedes and I liked how fast everything worked. American First helped me out a lot and it was within two days. Everything was great. Go for American First Auto Protect. They'll take care of you.

Zach ** was a pleasure to work with from the start. I received coverage in February of 2021. My car was rattling on the highway way last week. I called Zach right away and he set me up towing assistance. They towed my vehicle to the nearest Audi dealership and it was handled in 2 days. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication!

My sales guy Scott was amazing setting me up with an extended warranty. Their trip interruption benefit was amazing. I was looking for a company that offered a great veterans discount. I received an additional 350 dollars off for being a veteran. I hope their claims process is as smooth as the buying process! Looking forward to working with you guys!

Signed up with American First Auto Protect about 6 months ago. Last week, I had to use my service because my sunroof motor wasn’t working properly, had difficulty closing the top...I contacted American first they located me to the nearest BMW dealership near me, and Blake in the claims department handled it same day. Thank you guys so much for taking care of me in a timely manner. I recommend this to my friends and family.
