Steve was extremely helpful and answering my questions. That has not been the case in the past. I’m now able to go back and address a previous repair that may have been covered, but there was miscommunication. And is helping me with now the repair that is now required for my vehicle.

I worked with the manager Jessica to get several things straightened out on my contract. She was very patient and understanding and took care of all my concerns. Because of her I will recommend your company. I must also say the rep I started with, Roger, was also very good at getting the ball rolling. He also worked after hours to get contract how it would fit my needs. Just compare to other companies and I think you will find this company the best. They offer a longer term contract with the last years of contract free.

I shopped around quite a bit to obtain suitable coverage and price. I first spoke with Santigo on 1/27/26 and received a lot of information and prices from him. I like to see what I'm doing in terms of types of coverage and he told me he would send me the information after I paid the initial payment. I told him I didn't operate that way and I wanted to continue looking at other companies. He was not happy with me for not jumping into his proposition. Then I talked with Giovanni on 1/28/2028. He went into deeper types of coverages and prices based on my 2013 Ford F-150. We looked at several possibilities and eventually I ended up with a package close to what would work for me. Both were great communicators and professional.

This company is only out to get your money! Customer service is relatively nonexistent and if someone does answer, they transfer you to a different department that leaves you on hold for 30 minutes or more with no answer. I tried unsuccessfully to contact them on January 11, 2026 in order to cancel a policy and it took me more than 20 phone calls and numerous emails before I was finally connected to someone today January 27th and was able to get it canceled.

Full of shit. They won't cover anything. They will convince that they will but at the end they will say time and nature, what's the point of me paying you guys? They'll just collect you money and not do their part.

This company is a FRAUD - they have lied to me, stolen my money and ghosted me- don’t get sucked in by the lies - they promised a lot on the phone yet lied like a Clinton - the CEO (lc intentional) must sleep with security for his absence of integrity-

Do not use, they have a $350 cancellation fee that is hidden in the fine print. They will keep on charging you even after you send them emails listed on their website. You have to call them or write them a letter.

Called in, spoke with a lovely lady by the name of Miss ** and updated my address and payment information, a very polite, courteous, professional young lady, very pleasant conversation.

I just purchased this company and I did some research and I think I'm going to withdraw my purchase because everybody's telling me this is a scam. You guys changed your name last year to this name. You used to be a different name. You steal money from people and then you change your name so nobody knows how to get in touch with you anymore. That's just what people's told me. Can you prove them wrong? If so I will stay with you. I just don't want to get screwed over. Been screwed over enough and I haven't heard this from one person either. It's been multiple so what should I believe? Honestly I've also looked you up. You're not five star and you've had a lot of complaints saying stuff is supposed to be covered and then you declined the claims. I just went through that from Endurance. I don't want to go see that.

They had excellent service records from BMW Meridian, which reassured me about the car's condition. However, to ensure long-term reliability, I sought an extended warranty.

The rep I spoke with was helpful, though a bit pushy at times. I appreciated that they promised straightforward coverage: a $100 fee per visit with no additional costs, which stood out compared to other plans I considered.
The policy details were sent online, and I'm waiting to receive the hard copy. The company’s communication could improve, as I haven’t received a follow-up regarding the overcharge. Overall, I’d rate my experience as good.

Horrible company that pressures you into signing up 1st in order to see the policy. Afterwards to make a decision if you want to keep or not. Promises 30 day money back guarantee, but when you call they hold you on the phone for long periods of time just to transfer you and make you wait longer only to hang up on you.

The coverage starts 30 days after purchase and lasts 48 months, with payments only required for the first two years. This setup allows us to manage payments comfortably by using our credit card, ensuring it’s hassle-free. The sign-up process was straightforward, with online access to review coverage details. While I haven't needed to use the warranty yet, I feel reassured having it, especially with the growing complexities of modern car electronics.

Unlike my experience with Endurance, where the representative was extremely pushy and made me feel cornered, American Dream's representative was respectful and understanding. He allowed me to discuss the plan with my husband, who was working from home due to my recent back surgery. The representative from American Dream offered us a senior citizen and veteran discount, something Endurance didn't bother to inquire about. This thoughtful approach resonated with us, especially since we've been managing our finances together for 38 years. Ultimately, the decision to proceed with American Dream was also influenced by the competitive rates and the option to consider multi-car discounts, as we maintain extended warranties on all our vehicles.
While we did compare alternatives, like CarShield, which offered a lower monthly rate but with a higher deductible and different contract terms, American Dream's approach and offerings felt more aligned with our needs. The process with them was straightforward and stress-free, which was a welcome change after dealing with other companies.

The American Dream representative I dealt with was exceptionally kind and informative, answering all my questions thoroughly. When he needed additional information, he consulted with his manager and promptly got back to me. The warranty coverage began immediately, although I encountered a minor issue downloading the policy documents. I could print the card but not the policy itself, which I hope to resolve soon.
If anyone I know needs a warranty, I would definitely recommend American Dream Auto Protect. The customer service was personal and attentive, with the representative even taking an interest in my pets. This level of service made me feel valued and understood, especially as I navigate these decisions without the support of my late daughter, who was my go-to for such matters.

I hit the 60,000 mark on my truck and still with a lot of time left in mileage, and I wanted to be covered especially with something of similar nature to what I had from my Ford's warranty. The decision to go with American Dream Auto Protect was straightforward because their program was essentially the same.
Signing up was a breeze, and the representative was thorough in explaining the plan details, leaving his contact info for any future issues. Although I haven't had to use their customer service yet, the experience has been positive overall. I'd rate them a solid four out of five.
