Anthony was very helpful on explaining everything about the coverage and he made sure that I understood everything before that I made my decision to switch over to them from Car Shield.

I just signed up today, so this review is purely about the great customer service that I got from Mike, the gentleman who sold me my policy. He was very professional. He was also very thorough and offered me several different options and payment plans. He answered all my questions about whether my Audi dealer would accept American Dream, assuring me that any Audi dealership in the country and Canada would accept the coverage. I hope that the rest of my experiences with American Dream are as positive!

Anthony was very helpful. Getting my extended warranty where I wanted it. He explained the 3 different plans that are available and let me pick the one that was best for me.

Insured my Range Rover Sport, specifically requested if it was bumper to bumper and included the suspension and was told yes. Because range rover suspension has additional parts (anti sway) as part of it, which is not named on warranty specifically this was denied, despite top level platinum coverage which includes suspension.

Wasn't pushy, telling me today only special. Trying to make me sign up today before hanging up or asking why I called. When you called 0 Endurance from a request to get a quote and asked, " Well, why did you call today??" Huh?? Turn off. Bad customer service salesman. I was being nice to even answer a call from a Potential Spam number, and I was out having a late lunch 320-4. My lunch partner noticed that I started looking irritated and made a face.

It was the first time call her Santiago introduced himself with great professionalism. He found the greatest deal for my make and model of vehicle. What was within my budget gave me phenomenal directives on even re-enrolling after my policy ended. This company is top-tier.

Got the warranty for my niece's car, she has 2 children. This will give security.

I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding an unfulfilled warranty refund. In 2025, I paid $5,100 in cash for a vehicle service contract. I sold the vehicle one year later and canceled the policy. At that time, I was explicitly told to expect my prorated refund within 30 days.It has now been over three months since my June cancellation, and I have still not received my check. Every attempt to resolve this with customer service has been unsuccessful; representatives offer scripted responses, and I am repeatedly denied the option to speak with a manager or the finance department. Furthermore, the financial breakdown of my refund is deeply unsatisfactory. The company deducted $1,200 for a single repair and charged an exorbitant $2,100 for just one year of coverage, leaving me with a return of only $1,700. I request that my $1,700 check be issued and expedited immediately.

High pressure sale. Haven't been contacted since I paid. Promised a $2800 free vehicle maintenance package with the deal. The "maintenance package" is nothing more than coupons. I'm trying to cancel before my first month is up and it's nearly impossible. Plus, I see that there's a cancellation fee that I was not told about. Not happy, just want my my refunded.

Giovanni was very knowledgeable about the policy and rates. He was very nice and was patient with me after I asked him to verify who he was before paying anything. I'm excited to have this auto repair coverage.

POS company. Bought a policy over the phone and was told it covered everything if I went with powertrain plus plan. No exceptions for repairs. Needed a repair done and they denied for a tsb. Truck is out of factory warranty and tsb just advises repair and they denied the repair because of it. Don't waste your money on ADAP.

Dealing with Justin was seamless and painless not like dealing with some of the other extended warranty companies. I did have some concerns about the price as it seemed low compared to some of the other companies. Justin explained, in a very succinct way, which was a very understandable explanation. Very satisfied.

I lied to bye the sales guy. I was promised a $2500 bonus for signing the contract to get American Dream warranty insurance. I signed and have not gotten anything or any paperwork about coverage or anything concerning the warranty. Al I got is (2) payments from my account. (1) for $236.66 and the other was (187.33) fake out.

I would not recommend this company. I have had a very bad experience with them. Do not pay up front. Pay monthly. They not only refused to work with me on my claim, but also took me to the cleaners when I canceled my policy.

Negotiating the final offer was a bit like buying the car in the first place. The price went down and the services provided went up the longer we talked, and then the offer "expired" if I hung up without making a commitment.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Brock today and he was very informative and helpful in what I needed and wanted for my vehicle. My recent coverage expired with the dealership so I wanted to shop around and he assured me that if it’s something I decide I do not want in the next 24 hours. I can get a full refund. I feel like I got the most for my money spent today.
