Walked into a 7-Eleven store, looking for a specific "STYLE" of potato chip (not concerned with the brand, but a plain thick chip with ridges). The agent behind the counter noticed I was desperately in a hurry, and LOOKING for a specific item. He never asked if I needed some help. I was the only customer in the store. When I gave up looking for the item, I finally asked him for HELP! He immediately responded to me with a RUDE BEHAVIOR. Obviously, he did not understand his INVENTORY or the type of products carried in the store. At the checkout stand, I said, "Thanks for helping me," and he responded to me by saying, "You should go to CHURCH with me sometime!" First of all, I may not be religious. Second of all, was he asking me on a date? Either way, it was not acceptable behavior.

By the way, the staff say only available for 40 dollar and I pay another 20 dollars 1pcs of 10 and become 50 dollar. The staff should be refund another 10 dollar to me. By the way, the staff said I only pay him 40, not 50 dollars to paid. I said "I wanted to check the cctv, could you help me to check it?" He said "can't, if your want to check must wait until night. I can't check it up for you now." This is very upset, this staff like a robber and stay in the counter and cheat money from customer. I can't really accept why I can't direct to check the cctv. This is not friendly and a company with customer service, right. Upset of the service by 7 eleven staff.

I have been stopping at this store for 25 years and for the most part, I've always been treated courteously as I have been a polite customer. However, any semblance of courteous service by one of the cashiers has disappeared. Over a year ago, the store changed hands and all new male staff were hired, possibly from countries where women are less than second class citizens. One of the cashiers has apparently disliked me from day one, no matter how pleasant I have been. His behavior has never been congenial towards me, but two days ago he crossed the line which is why I'm writing this now. I am a retired older woman and after I made my purchase, he held my bag back instead of giving it to me. There were two younger males behind me, waiting to make their purchases. The rude cashier said: "How old are you? Seventy-seven?" He said this in a contemptuous, taunting manner, and did not give me the bag.

After a moment, one of the male customers spoke up and said: "Fifty-two." I held out my hand and said: "Please give me my bag." He didn't, and continuing the taunting, contemptuous manner, again asked my age. One of the men behind me spoke up again and said: "Give the lady her purchase." Rude cashier ignored him. After a moment, the other male customer spoke up, saying: "Come on man, give her the bag." This seemed to bring the cashier to his senses and he gave me my bag. I turned to the two men, said thank you and I left. I am furious, and why he wanted to humiliate, degrade, or embarrass me is a mystery to me. He clearly went into a "zone" and enjoyed having a male audience while he insulted and taunted me. I don't understand his behavior toward me, but I will not return to this convenience store while he is still employed there. I will now use the Circle-K across the street.

Okay so I am an American Army Combat Veteran. Yes I can be pushy and irritable at sometimes, but this cashier at local Fremont Blvd Seven Eleven named Ashok is the rudest change handler ever. He does not talk to you, doesn’t speak English, will not hand you change to your hand, over charges you for 1 bag and is in general a ** to Americans. He has the biggest problem working his easy ass night shift doing nothing and just being a rude prick. He never gives receipts so it is impossible to track.

Also I tried to redeem several CA lottery scratch tickets, some of which I purchased there. And he is like machine is down. Then proceeds to make me scratch off bar codes/verifying number after he tells me they are not valid! THEN will only take and cash in 2 of them because he is so lazy!! THERE WAS NO OTHER PERSON IN THE STORE!!!!!!! It was 1:49 AM Monday morning! Bottom line this is franchised owned and that's okay but this man is clearly biased towards Americans and never speaks English, which is a clear violation in itself.

Yesterday my daughter had an issue with one of the employees for stealing money off her debit card and today when I went in to make a purchase with my Lone Star card they told me no debit cards, credit cards or Lone Star, but the lady behind me was allowed to make a purchase with her Lone Star card. The manager and employees are very rude. This particular 7-Eleven is at Auburn Blvd and Madison ave, Sacramento, Ca. I go there a lot and one male cashier is always on his cell and has ignored the customer while talking to his wife. When asked to hang up so he can help us, he laughs. The recent complaint is when I walked in and this cashier pointed his finger at me yelling that I gave a fake $100.00 dollar bill, there was about 8 people there. I advised him and the store manager they had the wrong person, the cashier continued accusing me. I've never been so embarrassed. They said they had me on tape but couldn't view it till Fri. when the big boss came in. So I gave them my name and phone number advising them I want a call so we can view the footage he and I want the police present. Friday came and went and I never got a call. So I wrote my name and number down again and asked that I get a call. We're now on 3 weeks and I've yet to get a call. I'm ready to file with BBB and/or sue for slander. It wasn't me.

On 07/10/2014 round 2:10 am, I entered a 7 eleven in the state of Maryland to purchase a cup of hot chocolate and some donuts. I placed the cup on the tray in position press the button for the hot chocolate during the process, I noticed powder coming from another dispenser and I told one of the two male employees that was there, and he acted like he didn't care, which I couldn't understand because he was standing right there. There was another male customer standing there as well stirring his coffee, I looked at him and he looked at me and shook his head just as I did. So I proceeded to retrieve my hot chocolate and the tray tilted forward causing the hot chocolate to spill on my hand and feet. So I starting asking that same employee who also saw what happened where could I run my hand under some cold water and this guy act like he did not understand English.

I asked this guy three times and he stood there as though he was anger with the mess that was made, offering me no assistance. I guess I was going to get some cold water out of their freezer and noticed the sink right where he was standing so I ran the cold water over my hand. The second employee came from behind the counter and asked what happened and I told him and even showed him the tray was not placed in right and he was just as bad as the first employee. I was there for hot chocolate and donuts so I put a new cup there filed it and had him retrieve it and he did with great precautions. So I paid for the donuts and hot chocolate and this man says to me enjoy my hot chocolate. I left the store and came straight home and proceeded to run my hand under cold water and then applied some burn cream. I notified 7 eleven corp. online complaint department and explained what happened.

I called them a couple of days later during business hours and spoke with someone in that department. She was apologetic and took my information and told me they would be contacting me and I told her I was concern, they would erase the video and she said they couldn't because corp. had their own security system in place. So I did hear from their insurance company, told them what happened and they told me because I didn't seek medical attention and the cameras were not recording at that time, they would only offer me some in house coupons. Because I didn't get a doctor to look at my hand does not excuse 7 eleven, because if robbery or theft was in question, the video could be the determining factor in my guilt or incenses. Had they tried to help me with my injury, I wouldn't be writing this, nor looking for legal help. So I thank you for your effort in advance.

Growing up, my parents took me to 7-11 in the morning or at the end of the day. My children will however have a different experience because we are now going to OnCue. I talk to my children about bullying and by going to 7-11 I will be condoning bullying. Last week, they witnessed one of their clerks (the store on NW 122 and May) tell a co-worker how fat he was, how his 400 lb body could not drop coins in the safe. He even told him that he had to stand up to avoid pressure ulcers from his weight. The abuse went on for almost 5 minutes. If they look at their cameras, they should see three customers putting back their merchandise and leaving the store. This week, I found the same guy laughing with a customer while they were talking about how they don't understand fat people. 7-11 owners are rich but they need to understand that they got there because of loyalty from their customers through generations. If you don't want to expose your children to adult bullying, stay away from Oklahoma 7-11 stores. We choose where we spend our money and I choose OnCue. I'm talking to everyone at work, kids' games and church. We will not support people who choose to keep bullies on their payroll.

Today I went in to purchase a refill slurpee and when I entered the store I did not see any workers around, which is not abnormal, so I filled up my refill slurpee and went to pay and there was that same employee who does not speak English. The 7-Eleven on 2nd and Christian St. in Philadelphia, PA is now run by discriminatory, incredibly nosy and rude people. It's been two months since they took over, and the very first day they started there they put a sign up on the door that says: "Sorry our food stamp machine isn't working." But I don't think it takes over two months to fix this. I think it’s blatant discrimination against poor people. Making them walk all the way down 2nd St. to Wawa is ridiculous!

Also, any time I try to buy a carton of cigarettes they joke about not having them, making it seem like they may not have it, that it's a huge hassle, or one employee even telling me (and other customers) I'm a crazy person for smoking. One of these days they're going to piss off the wrong customer. How hard is it to SELL ITEMS in a store? You take the money and don't give the customer a ton of slack for having money to buy things in your smelly, awful store.

I wasn't going to say anything but today was the rotten icing finally slapped on the stale cake. I'm gladly, GLADLY taking all of my business to Wawa or Palm Tree Market, since those places aren't run by degenerate scumbags, and those people have SOULS. The people in this neighborhood are good, honest people, and probably would feel bad for complaining. So I'm taking this upon myself since I'm not from around here.

I was thrilled a couple months ago when 7-Eleven gave refillable cups to me and my fellow grade school teachers. Inside was a pass for five free refills. I don't drink soda nor coffee, but I will indulge in a Slurpee every now and again. I read the pass and it said nothing about what type of drink I could use it for. So, I took my daughters and wife and made a big deal of getting Slurpees (since we rarely do), only to discover that the clerk said the form was only for soda and coffee.

I was frustrated, but civil. The girls still got Slurpees and I went home to contact 7-Eleven via email and snail mail. A couple weeks later in the early afternoon on a Sunday a regional manager called to apologize for the inconvenience and wanted to make amends by sending my family some complimentary Slurpee coupons. I was pleased to see 7-Eleven making that effort, yet that was a month and a half ago, and no retribution. I love that 7-Eleven has the right intentions (offering goodies for teachers, making amends), but unfortunately they lack the follow-through. Looks like they lost a customer... twice. :)

I purchased something there today and she was extremely rude to me once again, so I came back to ask for a refund. She refused to give me a refund for two of the items that I purchased because she didn't know how to refund my credit card, yet she's been there for FIVE months. So then she refuses to give me back my receipt claiming that it is store policy to keep it. Luckily a police officer was there who was kind enough to make a copy of my receipt in order to rectify the situation. I spoke to the police officer and he informed me that I'm not the first one to have an issue with her. I am a white 52 year old female, and I am not one bit racist, but the Indians, or whatever they claim to be or are, need to come down to reality and realize that for one, I am not their slave. I do not get paid on time, I have to wait constantly on my check, and when I do get it, if it is wrong, I have to wait weeks for it to be corrected. The owner lies constantly, and, if it wasn't for me doing all the darn cleaning, the place would be shut down. They never wash the serving trays that food is served on, and the other foreign employee is always trying to tell me what to do... where do these people get off in America, treating me like a common nothing.

I have been a manager before, and I must say, these people are liars, and think everyone is a thief. Please get over yourselves.... if anyone is a thief it is the owners of some of these stores. 7-11 corporate doesn't care, they have these owners right where they want them. I do feel bad for some of the owners, because I’m sure they did not realize what they were getting into, but that is not my problem. I work hard for my little bit of money, and I get soooo tired of being treated like a dog. I call it abuse, some people may call this whining, but until you have been in my shoes, please don’t judge me. I am only telling the truth. I hate my job, but unable to quit it right now. I just wish I could get fired, and get unemployment until I found something better. This is not a job for me, really. Oh well... I was told by the manager in broken English immediately that, "No no, we no hire the Blacks; the Blacks, they steal the money!" She went on to reminisce with her fellow co-workers about an incident in which they hired an African American woman and she stole $200. They were all in agreement, remembered the incident. She never offered me an application or anything. In complete shock, I shared the event with my neighbor who went there and was told the same. There are no signs anywhere that indicate that they hire all race, color or creed. I have complied with EEOC regulations and was told that they have a heavy work load and they would respond asap.

EEOC got in touch with the owner and sent a rebuttal request. Their customer ratio is 85% African American with the rest being White and Hispanic. I have even sent other African Americans in the store to apply and I have yet to see one hired. This incident has really bothered me mentally, rekindling the 1960s when a business owner actually could tell Blacks that they would not hire them and were allowed to say it. No harm to anyone but it's a brand new day and time and, at this point, I am going to my City council president and, last but not least, the media! EEOC is dragging their feet with this situation and if their workload is that heavy, they need to hire more employees. I filed an EEOC compliant in September 2012. I got far as responding to the Rebuttal, nine months ago. I just emailed the EEOC rep regarding my case. He responded stating he has 100 cases and he has not gotten to my case. I responded informing him that I was sent the Rebuttal so my case must have been in the works but after I replied, everything stopped. I emailed again requesting his supervisor but he hasn't responded.

I just came back from this 7-Eleven Store #39489 at 11601 Hialeah Gardens Dr., Hialeah, FL 33018 about an hour ago from 5:46pm today on Thursday, 1/3/2013 and it's been one of the worst embarrassing moments of my life. So, I pulled into the station on the first pump I see open. I stuck in my debit card, pressed the regular fuel grade, filled it up to 1 gal (because I only had $5 in my account), and stopped the pump at $3.40 (because the price for 1 gallon was $3.33 for the day). I checked to see if it’s going to give me a receipt (because sometimes it doesn't). It didn't spit out a receipt so I said "whatever." I got back in my car and started to leave, pretty normal right? Well, not so much.

As I was leaving, this random lady wearing a red shirt started running towards me, signaled me to pull down my window and told me in Spanish, "You have my money!" I said, "Huh?" I responded back in Spanish, "Uh no, I'm just putting some gas? Is there a problem?" She said, "You need to come inside the store they'll tell you." By the way, I was running late for something as this was happening so I was already like "** is going on?!" I went inside, the workers started barking at me making a huge scene and fuss over an error they obviously made and told me they needed to see my card and license. I went to them, "For what?" (This is all in Spanish because you know Miami is not really America, it’s Cuba Jr.) The lady said, "I need it to charge you again," I said, "Charge me for what? I already paid at the pump!" The lady working behind the counter proceeded to tell me with an attitude that I took $40 from the lady. I said, "What?! What are you talking about?" I immediately processed that they've made an error in the pumps and somehow I got mixed up in it.

So I proceeded to swipe my card 3 times (because at this point I don't know ** is going on and I just want to get the heck out of there). First swipe, the lady said, "The system can't read your card." I swiped the second time and the lady said, "The system is still not reading your card." Okay, I swiped a third time and the lady said it’s declined. As the lady said out loud and I quote "Card is declining, you have no money!" I felt myself getting extremely upset over the situation because first, she's embarrassing the ** out of me and second, I had somewhere to go and this charade had gone on for a good 5 minutes already. I was officially running late and I didn't need to be here over a ** error they made. I started to tell the lady, "That's impossible because I have $5 in my account and I only planned to charge a gallon because it is all I could afford, I don't know what you did while I was swiping 3 times, probably because of that you blocked my account (which they did and I had to call Chase to unblock my funds due to suspicious activity).”

The lady said again, "No ma’am, you have no money in your account! Do you have $3.40 in cash on you?" I said, "No I don’t! I've just swiped my card at the pump for $3.40!" and that's all I intended to pay!" "Let me speak to your manager, now!" The lady started ignoring me and dialed the manager’s number on her cell. While she's doing this, she told me in front of a crowded 7-Eleven that she's going to have to call the cops on me and have them handle it. In shock and on the verge of tears, I told her, "Look, I just innocently pulled into the station, filled my car with a gallon of gas and just wanted to be on my way. I don’t understand why I'm mixed up in an error you've made, this is ridiculous already!" She said again she's calling the cops. I told her, "You know what? Call the cops".

In the end, the lady ended up handing me back my license and debit card (because she was holding it hostage the whole time this ordeal is going on) and I went on my merry way 10 minutes later (felt like an eternity). This was an error the workers made and the reason my card declined was because (with counting the pump) a total of 5 swipes alerted Chase and therefore, they blocked my funds. I don't wish this experience on anyone. Horrendous, I hope they get reprimanded. I am never stepping foot in this store, and it's a shame since I love their slushies. Stupid **.

On December 22, 2012, I stopped by 7-Eleven to buy cigarettes. American Spirits are advertised as $5.75 per pack when you buy 2. I ordered one carton. They charged me for $59.19 or something. I asked why not $57.25. I was told it was tax. But I pointed out the receipt indicates tax is recorded after $59.19. I asked them to explain. I was told that they will call the police. I kept asking why. They said, "You need a coupon to get that deal." But then the price tag said clearly $5.75 when you buy 2. I asked them to cancel the transaction, but in a very rude way, they said no. This happened more than one time in fact.

So, I asked again and then they said it's system's fault not showing tax. I bought cigarette; it showed tax breakdown. I asked again for explanation. They said it’s register's fault. I wish to make a complaint on consumer affairs but .ca.gov website has no option for such issues or for food; it leads to health related issues on food. Please advise on where to file a complaint. I do not believe this is possible as I have never pumped this amount of gallons into my tank. At the most I have ever seen, my tank take is approx. 2 gallons less (13.222). I feel this is very inaccurate and should be monitored to see if there is a problem with the calibration at this pump. I have saved my receipt and, of course, I am concerned.

Today, 03/28/2012 at around 11am, I went to the 7-Eleven store located in 2501-014 Mcnair Farms Drive Herndon, VA. I had just came from the CVS next door and I was trying to go to 7-Eleven to get one box of Newport 100. I looked at my wallet to make sure I had enough and I counted one $1 bill, one $5 bill and one $20 bill. I made sure I still had a $20 bill to get me through this week with gas. I went in the store. The clerk asked how he could help me. I said, "Yes, one box of Newport 100's." He then said, "If you get two packs, you save $1.10 or around that." I told him no thank you, just one box. He then rung me up and the total appeared on his register $5.89. Not realizing that what I was doing wrong, I proceeded to give him $25 instead of $6.00. Now, I have to add that I was a waitress for three years and I used to work the register so I know that before they put the money away, they have to make sure they give you the accurate amount to punch it in. He just gave me 11 cents back and didn't even tell me I gave him too much.

I got in the car and as I went onto the toll road to head back to work. I was trying to look for change and as I looked in my wallet, I started to look for the $20 bill and noticed I only had a $1 bill. I couldn't talk on the phone and I didn't want to be late to work so I waited until I got to my job to get the number to call the store. I then called ** and spoke with a Mohamad who stated he was the store owner. As I tried to explain to him what happen, he then questioned my mistake and said, "Why would you give him a $20 bill extra?" I explained that it was an honest mistake. I was trying to give him a $5 bill and a $1 bill and his employee did not catch it. He then said he would look at the register and placed me on hold for about half a minute. He came back and said he doesn't see it. I then told him there is no way that I would only pay $5 for a cigarette that cost $5.89 and why would he give me 11 cents back. He then proceeded to make it seem as if it was my fault and I was giving away free money. I asked him to review the register once he closes out and mentioned about the tape to review. I asked him if he was at the store at the time of the incident. He said no, he just got there.

I truly have a problem when someone who has worked so hard to get through a week and make money to pay bills and have a little bit to get them through that week with some gas money to have it taken away from you by someone who has not worked hard for it. Now, if he was a waiter and he was providing me with not only excellent service and I had the money to put down then I would but that is not the case. I am extremely upset over the fact that I worked hard and that was gas money. Now, I am going to struggle to get through the remaining week because that guy couldn't be honest with me. I don't understand why nothing is being done about things like this situation. Since I moved here to Herndon, VA from Reston about three months ago, I have been going to this 7-Eleven because it is within walking distance from me. I have gone to 7-Eleven stores in Vienna, VA and Reston, VA and have not had any problems like this.

That is money that was taken from me and I do not understand why they are allowed to keep it. Now it may not be hundreds of dollars but still it's hard earned money that I made, not him. I have read other complaints and have not found one resolution about it. I will write a complaint on BBB as well for the poor service involving money. When I spoke with Mohamad, he made it seem like I was lying about the situation and that I was doing it to collect money. Yes, my money. I also heard that filing a complaint on the 7-Eleven website does absolutely nothing. 7-Eleven gets business 24/7 and there is no reason why they are allowed regardless of if they own the store or not to carry their business the way they do. It seems that the employees get better treatment and the customers are the ones that are in the wrong.

I hope someone important is reading this and understands where I am coming from. The buck stops here! No reason for them to carry on the way they do, whether it is the store in Herndon, VA or across the globe. Working in customer service for four years as a waitress, I know that customers deserve to be respected. 7-Eleven has gotten away with several things. Please acknowledge this review and help me as well as help the other victims that have been mistreated by employees or owners or managers of 7-Eleven across the world. It should not be this way especially in this economy the way things are headed, they should realize their mistake.

I have been a customer with the 7-11 store in Nostrand, Brooklyn for 15 years or more. Today, on Saturday, 3/17/12, around early afternoon 12:30 pm, I went to store and parked the car. I dropped my son to buy a drink and crossed the street to call my wife from the store across from the 7-11 store. It didn't take 5 minutes and I'm looking at the parking lot and my car was towed. I asked why they did that. The tow man who was hired by the store stated that he asked everyone in the store if they have that Nissan car and he called the tow company. I stated that my 15-year old son is buying a drink. He was standing first in line, holding two cups of drinks and still there.

I complained to the store and called the police. The police said the tow man that is wrong and he shouldn't do that, but the police couldn't do anything. I asked the cashier where is the manager who contracted with this tow company. They said he is not in the store and he will be coming late. I had to call the towing company and they informed me that they put the car in the pound in Pacific Street. I took a cab and got the car and paid $136. I have been robbed in the day time with this scam. If the customer is still doing business in the store, why the tow company would tow the car like that?

My wife contacted the manager of the store around 5:00 pm in the store to ask the store manager about the towing company’s name. The manager stated that he doesn’t know their name. All he knows is that 7-11 contracted with them. She asked him about the man who was spying on the customer and working for the towing company. They claimed that they don’t know his name. She also informed him that she is asking for compensations for all the expenses she incurred and she file filed a complaint to the 7-11 headquarters. The manager told her that he will try to ask the towing company for compensation, but he doesn't guarantee any money and informed my wife that another complaint was filed before by another customer.

The headquarters did nothing. Even when it went to court, the customer didn't get his money back. I'm a victim and I want the store to stop this action for ripping people off and just tow their car while they are in the store. I'm so upset that they did that to me. The manager of the store should respect the right of the customer. The store has cameras and can prove that my son stood to buy his drink and I was running to call my wife in 5 minutes that should happen in the first place. I appreciate your help in this regard.

When I walked into the public washroom, I was just about sick when I saw the toilet. The seat was covered in dried urine. Needless to say, I obviously could not use that washroom. My concern about this pump is the one located at the end, parallel with Cassopolis Road and the spill should still be their. Many other novelties were in bins with other prices. The cashier charged me $1.89 for item. When I protested, manager was called and both said, "Oh, the item was misfiled or a customer moved it." I pointed out that a dozen were in the same bin and by law, they had to sell it for that price, and that it was their problem if an employee put them in the wrong bin. After telling them I would contact the state commerce department, they sold it to me for the marked price.

7-Elevens are notorious for this deceptive bait and switch practice. We have laws so that every store doesn't mark a deceptively low price, get you to pick it up and stand in line and then tell you it's 30% or 35% more and figure you'll just pay it because you are already in line. I plan to return to this store and see if they've placed this item in the right bin or if they plan to continue this bait and switch. In which case, I will take pictures and contact the relevant state consumer/commerce authorities.

I'm writing this review in the hopes that other customers that have been victimized by the owner/staff, to help get this store shut down somehow.

Problem #1: I have lived across the street from this 7-11 store for over six months. The first time I shopped there, I had purchased a couple sodas and some snack items. On the walk back home, I realized that they had shorted me 75 cents. I thought, "No big deal. It's just 75 cents." On the next visit, they shorted me $1. That made me curious so I waited until the store was a little busy and as I stood in line, I observed various transactions and shockingly watched three of the five people in line get short-changed, the other two caught it and the clerk started playing dumb and gave them the proper change.

Problem #2: I have bought items that were $1.50 in the early afternoon, then the same item costing $1.86 after 11pm, then back to $1.50 the next morning.

Problem # 3: We all know convenience stores mark up prices but this store is just down right ripping people off. A couple of examples would be a candy bar at this store is $1.59. Across the street the same item is only 69 cents. They even have the audacity to ask 75 cents for a 44 cents US postage stamp. If anyone has experienced these problems, we need to file complaints everywhere possible. These kind of stores simply cross the line and are literally just common thieves.

14 Sept. 2010, went to this location to buy a coffee refill and a $1.19 cookie package. This normally cost around $2.37 at the other locations in the Chesapeake area around Battlefield blvd. The man was yelling very loud at the women in front of the line about the way she had filled out her lottery ticket and that it was not his responsibility to correct her mistakes. When I approached the register, his fellow worker started to ring up my order and then tried to print out a pick four read out of winning numbers but she was unable to do so. He then said, "Next customer," and looked over my way. Stating I believe my order is being rung up with the lady. He then stated very loudly, "We can't use two registers you should know that!"

The lady came back and gave me a generic read out which I had to settle for and stated $2.67 is your amount. So seeming not correct, I said, "At the other 7-Eleven, they only charge $2.37," and that's when the male started to shout very disrespectfully. "This is not the other 7-Eleven and we make our own prices here." I asked, "Have you ever heard of Customer service, sir?" Reply, "You can get out of my store right now. This is my 7-Eleven and we don't need you here and If you don't I will drag you out." This would seem to be a physical threat and I consider this very out-of-place in any work establishment.
