Do not recommend this dealership or Toyota to service or purchase. Freeman failed to properly diagnose my vehicle while it was still under warranty. As soon as I was out of warranty they magically diagnosed it with the lower control arms needing to be replaced. I contacted the Toyota Brand department. They created a claim. Apparently closed the claims and denied assistance with the bill on 3/18. Without contacting me. I called multiple times only to be told it was being worked on by Nicholas. So I waited. Now almost a month with so resolution to find out today that it was denied and they would not be taking responsibility for their misdiagnosis and lack of documentation of all the times I brought my car in.

My Rav 4 Limited 2015 is grounded since October 2025. Needs a new gas tank but it is in backorder since then. No hope for getting a new one. Apparently from now on Toyota vehicles parts will be on stock only for 10 years. Terrible service. Not a reliable company.

Buyer beware. I recently purchased a 2025 Rava4 XLE with electric power assist steering, rent one and drive it before you purchase it, I have made three round trips from Tampa to Tallahassee Florida, and now have put 7000 miles on the Rava 4. I have had the hardest time keeping this SUV in lane at 60-70 MPH , driving it locally it is ok. I have ask my dealer about this and they tell me it is what it is, I am writhing this review, not without a lot of driving experience, I have over 2.5 million miles, this has been the most difficult one to drive at high speed. I can say if I had driven this Rava 4 before I purchased it, I would not have purchased it!

Great car! What happened to the $5.00 ignition key?! Easy to replace, affordable, and simple to use. The unscrupulous locksmith industry is having its way wth car owners. $350. to $450. for a replacement?! or more. The key itself can not possibly cost much to manufacture, and the programming device isn't that expensive either. Toyota can do better.

I will never buy from Toyota again. My last 4 new cars have been Toyota and they have been great but now that they have subscriptions I feel they are nickel and diming me. The only way you can teach a mutibillion dollar company is refuse to buy from them. Toyota is now on my list. The only way I will ever go to their dealership again is for a recall or warranty service. If enough people refuse to buy what they are selling only then will they do something about it.

I have bought 3 Toyotas (2010, 2015, 2020 which I still have). Was going to buy my 4th, but since 2025, I paid my car off and have been paying for the Safety Connect feature for 8/23 since it was no longer paid for by Toyota after 3 years. I went to my app and a box pop up stating "my phone would need a unlock pin in order to operate the app". I called and found out there was an update that in order to get into the app, that I would have to install a pin ON MY PHONE to get into their app that I am paying for. I did not get any information about this feature until was fixing to renew. That is how much I use the app. I was going to purchase a new toyota next year, but now I AM NOT. I asked why did they not put a pin on their app instead of telling me I needed to put a pin on my phone. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN TO EASY AND SMART. So I am cancelling the app and getting a Roadside Assistance which cost about the same.

The thing that I will miss is the SOS button to press in the car for help if necessary. I am 83 years old and my wife is 80. But I do not put my banking on my phone, and everything I have is got a username and passcode to get to anything I need to protect. It is a shame that Toyota is losing business due to this problem that they cannot solve and evenly do not care. I could give Toyota a 5 star, but I am giving them a 1 star instead. Next year I will be buying a new car, but it won't be a Toyota.

Simply AWFUL service from McGee Toyota in Hanover, MA who solely serviced and inspected my vehicle for 6.5 years. I love my vehicle and have been religious about keeping it in tip-top shape since I purchased it, only for the dealer to recently tell me for the very first time last month that my frame is rusted to the core. This is after 2 service appointments over the past few months for drivability issues and the dealership taking over $5K from me without resolving my issue. I have since had 2 other opinions from reputable mechanics and they BOTH said in no uncertain terms, that there is no way the frame issue went unnoticed by McGee Toyota, which likely began years ago.

They are awful scam artists who only seem to only care about coming up with excuses as to why they didn't identify this issue, and and trying to sell me a new vehicle. Toyota Corporate got involved and actually had the audacity to suggest that this issue is MY FAULT for not specifying to the mechanics that I needed specifically the "frame" looked at vs. the "undercarriage". I am not a mechanic, why is this suddenly my responsibility? I simply cannot believe how horrible of an experience this has been and Toyota has lost a loyal customer of 30+ years.

We have been buying Toyota vehicles for 23 years. I don't have any complaints about the local dealership or about my Sequoia, I love it, but my complaint is what it lacks. We pay a lot of money for this car and now that the Remote Connect 1 year trial is over, I should be able to purchase a subscription for JUST this feature. But now they have bundled it with other music and navigation options, which I don't need and they have charged a higher monthly fee. This is quite a rip off to be unable to just purchase the Remote Connect. This needs to be changed. DO BETTER! Since I have this complaint, I gave it one star, but otherwise, I'd give it five stars!

I have a 2019 Camry with 115,000 miles on it that needs a total transmission replacement. Toyota apparently knows they have problems with these transmissions, yet they are doing nothing to help consumers. Toyota is asking for over $10,000 to replace the transmission. My daughter bought this car directly from the Toyota dealer as a certified used car; I am the one who talked her into buying Toyota, saying that you can't go wrong with Toyota. Oh, how wrong I was!!! My oldest daughter bought a Hyundai Sonata that had engine failure at around 120k miles - guess what Hyundai did with their engine that they knew was problematic?

Hyundai replaced it 100% free! And provided the rental for her to use while it was being repaired. Toyota has so many issues with this transmission that the service department says they are on back order, and it will be about 14 weeks before he could even get one. Yet, Toyota still wants to charge $10,000+ to replace it instead of doing the right thing. Since when is dealing with Hyundai leaps and bounds better than dealing with Toyota?? What in the world has happened to what used to be the best?

Back in 2015 I bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla S model it was certified preowned have 35,000 miles on it recently. I’ve noticed bubbling in my paint I found out that it was supposed to be a recall on the White Pain on my car so I called my local dealership and they told me that there was a recall, but it had expired before the pain on my vehicle showed any signs of me that dealership got me to call another dealership and asked the same question and they told me the same thing so I’ve contacted Toyota‘s corporate office in Plano Texas twice now and they told me it was not a recall that it would’ve been repaired by my extended warranty I bought back up to 2023.

I think that’s what they told me but I wouldn’t have no issues with the paint them so now they’re telling me that because the warranty ran out I would have to come out of pocket to paint this car so I pull up some information on what covered it back then sound like a Recall to me so the second time I called I had the information it says on there that it was a factory problem with the paint paint code on this car is 040. I was talked into buying a Toyota was thinking about trying to get it Tacoma, but since Toyota is going to pull this kind of stuff on me, I’ll never buy another Toyota. This was my first and my last and like I told him I got disabled in 2014 I can’t afford a paint job on this car. I guess I’m one of the unfortunate ones that didn’t have an issue back at that period of time.
