    This place is nasty! No hot water. Shower wouldn’t drain. It filled up past my ankles, disgusting! Hair and filth everywhere in room and bathroom. Holes in walls. Cheap nasty dirty. We left within 20 minutes of arriving and trying to shower! They said they would refund. They did NOT! Called several times and they kept saying had to call Expedia. Expedia said the manager at “Quality Inn” refused refund. Do NOT stay here.

    The Quality Inn at Falconer is being used as a homeless shelter. The rooms, common areas are disgusting and dirty. The room was damp and smelled like urine. There was an altercation that involved police. I unfortunately booked through a third party and have not been able to get a refund even though the condition of the room forced me to book elsewhere.

    We stayed at the Quality Inn in Raton. NM on our way to Colorado. The first thing you notice is the smell. It smelled like a thousand cats had room they on the carpet. They had a fan going on in the hallway to dry out the carpet. The room they assigned us smelled even worse than the hallway. I asked to be moved because of the smell and the TV would not work. The room they moved us to was much better. This Quality Inn needs to be completely remodeled and the carpet taken out for sure. It was a horrible experience. The Reservation #: 63810922.     My stay was horrible. I experienced a house fire, and checked in here (Cleveland, MS) location on June 30, 2025 for 14 days. I spent over $1,000 at this unclean place. The bitter employee Quarnisha ** was very rude and unprofessional. She should be terminated for her actions (cursing my daughters out) because of some mental illness she has.

    Check in was easy, got to my room. No sheets or pillow cases.. As left in the morning thought I had some flea bites as I have never been bitten by bed bugs. I went to see my doctor who confirmed what I had. I contacted the hotel who kept sending me to an automated system that wanted a number I didn’t have. I was in the process of moving and was very busy. So when I finally had time to deal with another issue. I call Priceline who I booked with. They said that I didn’t contact them soon enough. They would not do anything for me. This is on top of having to go get myself bed linens. Walking past all the shady people sitting in the walkways doing drugs outside of their rooms. This was the Quality Inn at 1960 and 290

    This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, with inferior service. The ** front desk and the shuttle driver gave me derogatory service. They did not keep the stated time for their airport shuttle schedule. The hotel is dirty and run-down, with a tasteless breakfast. The poorest hotel I've ever stayed in. They did not pick me up at the airport - part of the package. I was offered an ethnic service because of my race by the ** front desk attendant and the shuttle driver, who could not be located during the 8:00 am shuttle scheduled.

    Stopped at the Quality Inn in Bloomsburg and was told they don’t do Military Discount on the weekends but I could get a Triple A discount. So apparently it is more important to be a Triple A member than to serve your country.

    Their customer service was way out. I had an emergency which I was admitted to hospital and never made it to enjoy their room. I was hoping to be able to be able to change for the next day since I was just released from overnight at hospital. But no, they were careless, rude and not give a shit about it.     Recently stayed at Quality Inn at Gorham, NH. The first room they put us in obviously hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. There was lots of dustballs and lint on the rug. Another guests head band on the chair. Front desk came up and agreed it was dirty. Next room obviously had leaks through the sky lights and they had been bordered up with plywood, no window. Had to ask for a stool so hubby 5’9 could stand on it to reach air conditioner to turn on and adjust temp. Toilet clogged.

    We had booked 2 nights when making reservations 5 mo prior. Had receipt everything was paid in full. Had to pay an addtl 17.00. Left after one night. Can’t get refund for 2nd nite because it says no refunds if cancel. Guess disgusting accommodations don’t rate for a refund. Sub par. In 2 wk vacation, worst hotel for this trip or another trip I have been on. Never chance on another quality inn. I will continue to review this hotel so no one will have to deal with this hotel or management.

    My room at Quality Inn at Riverside, CA University area was filthy. The upholstery on the chair in the room was grimy. The bathroom was full of mold, the tub's surface was worn away, the hot and cold tap was reversed. The curtains on the window was hanging off the rod and wouldn't close tight. I know you get what you pay for but is it too much to ask for a safe, clean room? Oh, and the outside garbage cans were overflowing with garbage on the ground. Last time I stay at a Quality inn.

    I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Flagstaff AZ. I was sorely disappointed. The room was filthy, there was a blob of black hair in the bathroom, no TV signal, no dial tone on the phone, the linens had black streaks on them and the room was dirty, hadn't been dusted for months. I went to the front desk (because I couldn't call). Told them about the TV and the linens and the phone. They sent up a man to tell us we had to use the buttons on the back of the TV, couldn't use the remote. Didn't fix the phone and certainly didn't offer us clean sheets.

    Breakfast area was filthy and the food was mediocre, at best, including the warm milk for on your cereal. As we loaded our bags into the car I noticed a pile of linens on the sidewalk next to the trash bins. Maybe the black streaks on the linens come from being on the ground. The overnight stay was disgusting and I will sleep in the car before I stay at a Quality Inn. We couldn't wait to get out of that place. You might want to check on this property. I wouldn't want my corporate name to be associated with this motel.

    First of all I specifically reserved a room with a sofa in it instead I got a room a weird huge bathtub Jacuzzi right at the foot of the bed With NO SOFA , I specifically reserved the room with the sofa because I was planning on my daughter possibly coming over for a visit so when I didn’t see the sofa in the room that I reserved... I went down to show a picture of the room I reserved to the host who checked us in and to get the room that I had reserved But she said they didn’t have any rooms left with a sofa.

    In the middle of the night the jacuzzi bathtub at the foot of the bed woke us up making loud strange noises. We kicked it, hit it, banged on it to get it to stop but it didn’t, Finally the strange loud noises subsided. The drapes were barely hanging from the curtain rods because the hooks on the drapes were off and we didn’t have a ladder to get up to fix that because the window is too tall… The window was dirty and had a big crack in it and a strange spray of residue on it…Next I put my purse in a lock box that was in the closet on the top shelf. when I came back to retrieve my purse I opened the lock box and pulled my purse out and the whole lock box which is made of very heavy steel almost hit me on top of the head. It is not bolted into the wall. I could see there were four holes were where it should’ve been bolted to the wall,

    If I hadn’t had good reflexes it could’ve caused a real bad injury, It’s going to cause bad injury and hurt someone seriously if they don’t get it bolted to the wall… The clincher was the next morning at the continental breakfast which was to begin at 5:30 AM. We got down there at 6:30 AM, NO COFFEE so I decided to make some hot tea. The hot water dispenser was full of COLD water. We waited till 7 AM. Still no coffee so we ended up having to go to McDonald’s to get coffee….

    The room was DIRTY, the vent fan in bathroom made horrible loud noises so we turned it off for fear of it catching on fire…. The TV would turn on but it got no signal, The plugs on one side of the bed did not work, and some lights didn’t work, freezer compartment in the refrigerator was completely frosted over with 3 inches of heavy frost or ice…When I opened up the ironing board a pair of women’s dirty lace underwear fell out on the floor… This place needs to be shut down or condemned…

    I called Choice Hotels and opened a case, they refunded 10,000 points of the 20,000 points I used… I should’ve gotten a full refund of my points. The first 2 pictures are of the huge bathtub taking up space and the last pictures are of the room I reserved for my 20,000 points but didn’t get…I’ve never had such a bad experience at a hotel like this before, and I’ve especially never had NO COFFEE at a continental breakfast… Poor management and no quality service… You have been warned. Don’t stay here.!!!

    I will be calling choice hotels to get a refund for the rest of my 20,000 points ***Update after 2nd call to choice hotel customer support service I was able to get 8,000 more points added to my account for a total of 18,000….I’m still not totally satisfied but I will let it ride. FYI room # was 414 but according to all the one star reviews the other rooms are just as bad!!

    I checked in Friday, May 9th Quality Inn and suites in Morgan Hill California. There was so many cockroaches in the room bathroom who is dirty. I don’t think somebody clean the room before I check in because there’s crackers food in the floor and the mirror was dirty. I think they just came in to change the bedsheets and change the trashcan and that’s it. I had to do a lot of cleaning by myself. I have antiseptic spray with me just in case and also in their website they never mention the pool was closed and not working and that was a disaster for me because the weather was 91 and I wanted to swim in this weather. I contacted Choice Hotel customer service and they couldn’t be able to help in anyway, they said, "Sorry we can’t help you," even though the quality inn and suites are under choice hotels and choice hotel didn’t say anything about at least taking me to another hotel to check in is one night after all is it. It was very bad experience that I had and I also did not sleep well, because I was afraid any cockroach come in my face.

    Many room items broken or dirty. Microwave was in the hall for floor use. Cockroach in closet on floor. Toilet seat broken, chair cushion torn and not matching, chair side was filthy. Toilet tissue roller missing. Handle for connecting room was broken off. I do have the photos but can't upload at this time. The cockroach pushed me over the edge and we left. I'm not getting sick over $200.

    If you think your last stay at a Quality Inn was just okay or even good, and no problems, good for you, you must be the lucky one! Here is my issues with this company (hotel)... Was traveling to Branson Missouri, been driving for about 5 hours, decided to pull over and stay for one night, then be on our way to our destination.. Got a room, no problem paid over 95.00... Went to the room, and opened the door, was smelly.

    We went directly to the local Walmart, and purchased air freshener Got back to our room, and sprayed the room, and left the door opened to help air out, as we gathered luggage from the car, started to unpack, and noticed, we did not pack our meds... Decided we would drive back home and get our meds, but would not return to the hotel.. Too long of a drive for 1 day... When we went to the office to explain the situation and asked a refund, his response was no, he could not do this, that he was not authorized to do that, and the manager will be back tomorrow which was a lie, Manager would not return till Monday... So Tuesday comes, and we call back, and Manager had left for the day...

    Called back on Wednesday, Thursday, before we actually spoke, and he (manager) says no that we used the toilet... Ha, no we actually bought air freshener for your room... then he had we left a McDonalds wrapper in the waste basket... No we never went to McDonalds... so which is it? So basically we lost $95.00 to unpack, and pack back up... I will never, ever book a room at any Quality Inn... and I hope No one ever does... What a joke!

    We checked in and were given the wrong type of room. We asked to be moved to the room we booked. The manager told us to leave and called the police. The police said they have a lot of issues with this location and we were better off staying elsewhere. DO NOT STAY HERE...RUN AWAY!!! There is a nice Comfort Inn 2 miles away.

    Stop!!! Do not book this place in rockaway blvd in queens!!! I don't know where to begin! What I can say is that the rooms my family were in were always dirty!! The acs are filthy hanging off the walls!! The heat and air did not fluctuate properly because they haven't cleaned them at all!!! Hairs on the towels, sheets, and dirty around the bathroom sinks!! The doors to the room and bathroom squeak, the air filter makes noise!! We had to fight/argue with the manager to provide us with the basic amenities, phone, microwave, fridge and a functioning tv, the ** mgr stated that he will take care of it then a day or 2 goes by and he still didn't take care of it. Then he gets mad and tells the front desk to give me a room with the basic amenities but then check me out the next day!

    There's sex trafficking, drugs and prostitution going on especially on the weekends!! They charge different fees for all guests!! There's a lot of corruption going on in this hotel!!! They switched our rooms 3 times!! All because most of the rooms had missing amenities and broken hotel rooms!!! Keep in mind I was there on military discount because my son is a military veteran. If they can treat us like that, imagine how others were treated! We had to call the police 2 or 3 times because they weren't providing the basic amenities that we had already paid for. And the mgr wanted us to check out! He didn't want to honor the free nights that we had earned with our points! So he tried to make our stay a little difficult especially because I had filed a complaint with Quality Choice!!

    That's another issue. When you try to file a complaint with their superiors, they try to bribe you with points for free stays so that you won't file a complaint!!! We really couldn't go anywhere at that point because my son had his service dog and I had my 15 pound dog with us and there aren't many pet friendly hotels. So we had to stay and put a little until we found something better! Well we did get our free stay with the points we had earned from paying for weeks to stay at this hotel and the mgr tried to get us out but he couldn't 'cause the laws are the laws!! Mgr acts like he's the owner, makes his own fees, charges what he wants, sometimes prefers cash over credit card and doesn't want to give you receipts until you check out!

    I overheard the front desk in disputes with other guests and according to the police they stated that they get calls from guests regarding the hotel often!!!! Wifi doesn't work well!! Beware!! You check in but have to fight for your rights!! They try to put you through hell while you're there!! But that did not work with me and my family!! We fought back!!! The housekeepers are hard workers, the front desk friendly but they are the mgrs puppets!! Whatever the mgr tells them to do they do even if it's not right!!

    Another thing!! It's supposed to be a non smoking zone!! And the place reeves of cigarettes day and night!! The rooms smell like cigarettes too!! Ugh!! My kids and I got sick in this hotel!! So sick we had to go to the hospital because of the cigarette smoke!! I heard it was a shelter but not when I was there!! I have nothing against shelters but I was a paying customer and they try to treat people the way they want!! The mgr has no respect for the guests! He thinks that nobody understands the language he speaks!! I understood it well!!! Stay away from this hotel!!! My rate is less than 0 star!!! I will upload my pics from my cell. I am using a hotel computer to write this review.

    As a former housekeeper I was blown away with how rude the staff was this morning. Check out at 11 but yet beat the door down at 930 and at 10 front desk nowhere to be found. I’ve never stayed somewhere where the workers are so rude.. there was water in the bathtub, hair in my bed, dirt in the floor between the door and the wall. Very unpleased.

    Stayed in Kingston Ontario Nov 2, 2024. Room was dated & dark. Carpet on floor was wrinkled / folded, the dryers in the washroom were very poor and took forever to drain, front desk says that happens. They also charge for parking!

    My spouse and I had an unbelievably rude experience at the Quality Inn at Taos New Mexico. We inquired about a room on 8/21/24 a little after 8 am. We were trying to take care of a few things before checking in including getting our member info (and diabetic care). My wife mentioned her diabetes and disability. But after just a few seconds, we were denied the room and literally chased away up to the parking entrance. The man invaded my wife's space very inappropriately. And she has a disability. It looked like they only had a few rooms filled, so you would think they would have wanted the business. This was borderline traumatic. We both put reviews on google and TripAdvisor.com, as well as separate reports to the Americans with Disability Act and FTC. We also contacted the corporate office at the end of our trip.

    In addition, there is a darker aspect to add that I didn't put above due to its personal nature. But we feel we must add so travelers know how terrible the experience really was. My wife had a bad kidney infection at the time we were in the lobby, she was denied access to the restroom before we were thrown out. The combination of the infection, diabetes, and the horrible abuse from the staff caused her to lose control of her bodily functions before getting off the property. We have to consider this unforgivable. We will be continuing to find other sites to post.

    Overall we were pretty pleased with the room. TV screen was a little smaller than expected, and the bathtub was older. We enjoy Q.I.'s breakfasts but we were sadly disappointed when we arrived at the breakfast room the following morning, which was by the front desk. We walked in and greeted the clerk. We proceeded to the counter to enjoy another Q.I. breakfast and to my amazement, no eggs, no sausages, no orange juice. WHAT? The clerk behaved like everything was normal. No explanation until I asked her what's up. "We're all out". I'm upset she didn't prepare us for what we were about to discover. When we entered the room why didn't she say "I'm sorry, but we ran out of these items...." Who runs out of the main ingredients of a motel breakfast? No orange juice??? Actually, no juice whatsoever. Those juice spaces were filled with water. I'm hoping this is a very rare occurrence. If it is, I would still recommend this Q.I.

    Blytheville Arkansas QI; stay away!!! Our reservation (from two weeks before) was screwed up, the room was dirty with a rip in the carpet, grout in the (smurf size bathroom) tub was moldy, the desk chair had weird stains and to lean back meant just that...go back. We had driven over 10 hrs and looked forward to simply relaxing. The 7 channels we were able to receive were grainy at best, basically we had 1 channel. The front desk person smiled, said she'd put in a work order for tomorrow. Never, never again!!! BEWARE!

    I arrived Monday evening for a 16 stay. As I entered the room I noticed the inside of the drawers are dirty. Little specs of something in every drawer. The bathroom was dirty. The walls of the shower are filthy, there is hair in the tub. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shoes curtain rod. Good only knows how much filth I can't see. I freshly with it for the night but left by the sink some used towels and assumed the bathroom would be cleaned the following day. I came back to my room after work, approximately 8 pm. I found 2 new towels on a chair. The bathroom was in the same condition. The bed was not made and the rug.

    We stayed at the Quality Inn in Midtown Savannah. It was filthy and reeked of cigarettes and **. There were also permanent residents living there hanging outside the rooms. I was fleeing a hurricane and booked due to price jacking as this was the only decent price at the time. The other hotels were asking three to four hundred per night. I left after 3 days with a terrible cough and upset stomach. This place was disgusting.

    On September 2024, I have booked (with Priceline) a one bedroom with 2 queens beds at Quality Inn Motel in Havasu Arizona. When I arrived at the Quality Inn Motel, I was given a faulty key to the motel room, after waiting for 45 minutes the front desk personnel notified me that he could not fix the problem, he then recommended a room with just one bed (I paid for 2 beds for 2 people). The one queen bed room was completely nasty with dirty pillows and dirty bed sheets. It looked like someone just got out of bed there.

    After all that, I told the front desk manager that I am completely unsatisfied and want a refund, and that I will go to another motel, the manager told me that there is nothing he can do with the refund, and I must deal with Priceline to get my refund, did all that to no avail. I then disputed the charges with my bank, at first I got the refund but 2 weeks later Quality Inn reinstated the charge. I strongly recommend to never rent a room there, they are an absolute joke, and totally mismanaged.

    Staff pretty much sucks. The lady who was at counter in the morning was on her cell phone on a personal call swearing and being very unprofessional. We checked out two days later because we just needed a short stay. Was waiting for deposit to go back on card and finally talked to someone today and said we weren’t getting deposit back because we smoked in the room and stained the towels. #1 I picked up 4 butts from behind table which means the room wasn’t cleaned. #2 I don’t use hotel towels so we didn’t stain nothing

    Last night we stay at Quality Inn due to the storm coming. Our night there was horrible the bed linens were wet. The bathroom was dirty, the shower had mold and hair all in it. We didn’t use the shower but I did clean the rest of the bathroom. When I took the sheets off the beds the mattress covers had bed bugs poop all over it. Around the bed was roach poop all along the baseboard I didn’t want to stay there but we didn’t have nowhere else to go. The room had an awful smell to it. You couldn’t watch tv because it kept going off. Me and my grandson was up all night because the bed was very lumpy and we was making sure that nothing crawled on us. It was six men standing in the hallway talking so loud. We checked out at six this morning that’s when my husband tells me that they charge him 105 dollars for that nasty room. They offer breakfast but I would not eat out of that place when your rooms is filthy.

    We recently had to choose a hotel for a trip to Bryce Canyon, UT and selected the Quality Inn which is a Choice Hotel property. We were extremely disappointed in this property. It was in terrible shape and beyond any traveler's expectation who would choose a Choice Hotel/Quality Inn property. I am an experienced traveler and generally have a very realistic expectation when choosing a hotel. This property was terrible on every level and it is shameful that Choice/Quality would endorse such a property.

    Asked gal for 2 nights and veteran discount more than once, if they had it. I come back for the 2nd night after a long day (8am-10pm). My room is given to someone else. I had to call the police to get my stuff back. They wanted me to wait for the mgr. to come in at 7am to get my things. As a disabled vet I needed my medication and medical equipment. Guy says I checked out but when I had come and gone for breakfast around 7:30am there was no one at the front desk. Then he wants to give me a room on the 2nd floor (I couldn’t make it up the stairs), so I took my stuff, randomly thrown in bags, and left with no assistance offered, to my car. Plus they do not give a veteran discount. One star for clean room. Too bad I didn’t leave the maid a tip. I was so hurt I didn’t think about it at the time.

    The Quality Inn in Springfield Ohio is a dump! The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke, asked for a second room and the key didn't work, back to the front desk. Never an apology. The doors had paint peeling off of them, rusted toilet paper holder. There was a Q-tip found on the floor by the door of our room. The breakfast consisted of waffles or cereal. Only one piece of fruit per person and couldn’t take food back to our room. It should be called apartments for the homeless. People living there, sitting in the curb at the hotel. My first clue should have been when I saw the curtains hanging off the rod from the street, it was disgusting and trashy! Avoid this hotel at all costs.
