    My husband and I had such a lovely stay, and the staff was amazingly helpful and accommodating, even with my craziness; they stayed calm from early evening arrival to my all night needs and morning late rushing to get out. Not once were they pushy or rude and never did they break my privacy, or their smiles. I want to say thank you to the manager Amber, and the value and care she puts not only into her employees but to her staff as well. It takes a good manager to run such a wonderful team. Thank you again and we will be staying again!!!!

    Quality Inn in Perry Georgia on February 19, 2026. The room stinks. I had to ask for the security latch on the door to be re-screwed because it was loose. The mattress is stained. The small pad on top is stained. All four pillows are stained on both sides. The carpet has not been vacuumed. The door frame and lintel are in bad shape, battered, dirty and moldy. I’m sleeping with no pillow tonight and on top of the sheets because the mattress is so bad. There was poop underneath the toilet seat, but I cleaned it off with a washcloth before I thought about taking a picture of it. The bathroom door is bad. This is a handicap accessible room so I guess it was knocked about with a wheelchair. I asked for a different room, but the motel is completely booked as are all others in the area because of a rodeo and stock show, I’ll never stay at a quality Inn again.

    As I opened my door on the 3rd floor to go to breakfast I immediately smelled weed. I went and ate and went back to my room. A little while later a guy from the front desk knocks and my wife opens the door and he said, "You must check out immediately for smoking." My wife was like, "We don’t even smoke sir" but he kept telling her we had 5 minutes to check out and he was calling the police. A little while later my wife was changing and he knocked again so my wife cracked the door open and told him she was getting dressed. The man then tried pushing his way through the door until I spoke up and started yelling at him that he better back off. He then shut the door and had some security guy come back and knock on the door. I told him we were getting our stuff together but it was nonsense throwing us out for something we never done. Again neither of us smoke at all.

    Our room just happened to be right there as soon as you got off the elevator so I guess we were accused because of that. Then the guy refused to give our money back! I told him that, "You will refund me one way or another and he’s going to." He kicked out innocent people who wasn’t the ones smoking weed. Very unprofessional and a total disgrace to Quality Inn’s. This hotel was the Quality Inn in Mobile off of the airport service road

    Complaint for Quality Inn, 1225 N Dixie Hwy, Monroe MI. We checked in @9:16pm to a girl with a screaming child, who distracted her so much she provided the wrong WiFi & room key for only 1 day instead of 2, which we found out the next day after being locked out of our room. Our room was dirty, faulty heater, no hot water, broken remote & clock, & also elevator doors weren’t closing fully, that’s unsafe…. Fire marshal and health dept will be notified. We went to the desk to fix our keys & ask about our issues, but the mgr was rude & advised the whole staff are mothers & we needed to be patient? Her child comes before customers? Bad business!! We are asking for a refund to resolve this … Checked in on January 30 @ 9:16 pm and checked out a day early on January 31 around 2 pm after talking to this extremely rude manager.

    OMG only stayed in a couple of them on my way to Florida but there was no quality there. Outdated and both needed to be remodeled. The one in brooksville stunk badly and was dirty. Loud people fighting in the parking lot was totally ignored by mgmt. Wouldn’t stay there again if it was free.

    This place is a joke! They false advertise about the pool. They have a working pool and do not want to spend the money to heat the pool. That was said by their own employee. I stayed there for months and months at a time and the maids did not come to my door one time to ask if I needed clean linens or clean towles. When I would ask the front desk worker Í always got the same response. They are being washed. The owner literally makes up new rules as she goes. She is rude and has no customer experience whatsoever.

    Probably the worst quality in I've ever stayed at. The room was dirty, stains on the bedding, dead cockroach in the drawer, cobwebs in all corners, rust in the tub and in the sink. They replaced the three mirror with a single and didn't bother patching the walls. There were holes in the on the whole room was dirty and the TV did not work. The internet was not usable. I asked for a new room and we were moved to another room that was a little better but still not quality. In both rooms the table was unsteady and One Table leg was ready to fall off. The hair dryer did not work. Obviously the room was not checked by the housekeeping Department before allowing us to use the room. The night staff was nice, the rest of the staff seemed non caring and annoyed by me asking for help with the internet and television and housekeeping issues. And of course the photos would not upload.

    My Chuck wagon weekend went so good because of this hotel. We will be coming back. Had very good breakfast, easy to go and staff was very friendly. The wifi was very fast and Jason went ahead and guided me through. He was very happy to take care of us as he also helped with our luggage. Guys Chuck wagon is amazing and I will always come back. The rooms were very clean and easy to access.

    HORRIBLE. If you like staying in a disgusting, unclean facility, then the Quality Inn is for you! We had the misfortune of staying one night in a LACK of QUALITY INN. The specific location was/is 4142 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park NY 12538. Found just one vacant spot in parking lot that evening, so thankfully we did not have to park on the street. Surprised that we were Forced to pre-pay when we checked in. The room smelled old, and bathroom had not been cleaned well. OK, maybe it had been cleaned by a blind person, which would explain the dirt on the floor, lack of general cleanliness, and 3 tissues remaining in the tissue box. The so-called "complimentary" breakfast looked pretty bad, as in we did not want to have stomach problems from eating what they offered. So we checked out, and found real food elsewhere. We will NEVER stay in another Lack of Quality Inn, and I will not permit any of my employees to stay in one either.

    Several days later, when I had time, I called to complain to corporate, and the first unprofessional ** representative in their offshore call center disconnected my call on purpose. Most of those reps are completely useless, which Choice Hotels, the parent company does NOT care about. All that Choice Hotels cares about is money. The rest of what they say is truly bullshit.

    I stayed at the Quality Inn located in Maggie valley. Me and my fiance noticed weird bites appearing on us after our 2nd night of 4 and they just kept popping up. I went to a doctor. It was confirmed bed bug bites but when we asked to be able to wash our clothes so we didn’t take the bugs with us to our home and in our vehicle we were told basically to screw off and we had to deal with it on our own so we ended up having to pay money out of our ass to get our clothes washed. This is piss poor quality and the health department will be notified.

    This place is nasty! No hot water. Shower wouldn’t drain. It filled up past my ankles, disgusting! Hair and filth everywhere in room and bathroom. Holes in walls. Cheap nasty dirty. We left within 20 minutes of arriving and trying to shower! They said they would refund. They did NOT! Called several times and they kept saying had to call Expedia. Expedia said the manager at “Quality Inn” refused refund. Do NOT stay here.

    The Quality Inn at Falconer is being used as a homeless shelter. The rooms, common areas are disgusting and dirty. The room was damp and smelled like urine. There was an altercation that involved police. I unfortunately booked through a third party and have not been able to get a refund even though the condition of the room forced me to book elsewhere.

    We stayed at the Quality Inn in Raton. NM on our way to Colorado. The first thing you notice is the smell. It smelled like a thousand cats had room they on the carpet. They had a fan going on in the hallway to dry out the carpet. The room they assigned us smelled even worse than the hallway. I asked to be moved because of the smell and the TV would not work. The room they moved us to was much better. This Quality Inn needs to be completely remodeled and the carpet taken out for sure. It was a horrible experience. The Reservation #: 63810922.     My stay was horrible. I experienced a house fire, and checked in here (Cleveland, MS) location on June 30, 2025 for 14 days. I spent over $1,000 at this unclean place. The bitter employee Quarnisha ** was very rude and unprofessional. She should be terminated for her actions (cursing my daughters out) because of some mental illness she has.

    Check in was easy, got to my room. No sheets or pillow cases.. As left in the morning thought I had some flea bites as I have never been bitten by bed bugs. I went to see my doctor who confirmed what I had. I contacted the hotel who kept sending me to an automated system that wanted a number I didn’t have. I was in the process of moving and was very busy. So when I finally had time to deal with another issue. I call Priceline who I booked with. They said that I didn’t contact them soon enough. They would not do anything for me. This is on top of having to go get myself bed linens. Walking past all the shady people sitting in the walkways doing drugs outside of their rooms.     This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, with inferior service. The ** front desk and the shuttle driver gave me derogatory service. They did not keep the stated time for their airport shuttle schedule. The hotel is dirty and run-down, with a tasteless breakfast. The poorest hotel I've ever stayed in. They did not pick me up at the airport - part of the package. I was offered an ethnic service because of my race by the ** front desk attendant and the shuttle driver, who could not be located during the 8:00 am shuttle scheduled.

    Their customer service was way out. I had an emergency which I was admitted to hospital and never made it to enjoy their room. I was hoping to be able to be able to change for the next day since I was just released from overnight at hospital. But no, they were careless, rude and not give a shit about it.     Recently stayed at Quality Inn at Gorham, NH. The first room they put us in obviously hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. There was lots of dustballs and lint on the rug. Another guests head band on the chair. Front desk came up and agreed it was dirty. Next room obviously had leaks through the sky lights and they had been bordered up with plywood, no window. Had to ask for a stool so hubby 5’9 could stand on it to reach air conditioner to turn on and adjust temp. Toilet clogged.

    We had booked 2 nights when making reservations 5 mo prior. Had receipt everything was paid in full. Had to pay an addtl 17.00. Left after one night. Can’t get refund for 2nd nite because it says no refunds if cancel. Guess disgusting accommodations don’t rate for a refund. Sub par. In 2 wk vacation, worst hotel for this trip or another trip I have been on. Never chance on another quality inn. I will continue to review this hotel so no one will have to deal with this hotel or management.

    My room at Quality Inn at Riverside, CA University area was filthy. The upholstery on the chair in the room was grimy. The bathroom was full of mold, the tub's surface was worn away, the hot and cold tap was reversed. The curtains on the window was hanging off the rod and wouldn't close tight. I know you get what you pay for but is it too much to ask for a safe, clean room? Oh, and the outside garbage cans were overflowing with garbage on the ground. Last time I stay at a Quality inn.

    We recently stayed at the Quality Inn @ 828 Wheat Drive in Bozeman Mt. We were completely satisfied with our experience. ** made sure that everything was taken care of immediately with a smile on her face. It was a pleasure to have such a people person at the front desk. The breakfast was well maintained and plentiful. We’re gold members and usually only stay at Comfort Suites.     A great Stay with Amazing Ocean Views & Fantastic Service from Gina! **4/5 Stars - Would stay again in a heartbeat!** Just returned from a fantastic stay at the Quality Inn Daytona Beach Oceanfront, and it truly exceeded my expectations for a value-driven beachfront hotel. The location is absolutely **PERFECT**. Waking up to the sound of the waves was awesome and access right onto the beach meant spontaneous walks, sunrises, and dips in the Atlantic were effortless. You simply can't beat falling asleep to the sound of the surf! Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. It had all the essentials (coffee maker, fridge, microwave, good AC, TV) and was well-maintained. The property itself is classic beachfront – not overly fancy, but clean, functional, and perfectly positioned. The pool area was great for a quick cool-off with a fantastic ocean view.

    **Now, the highlight beyond the amazing view: Gina at the front desk!** From the moment we checked in, Gina was an absolute delight. She greeted us with the warmest, most genuine smile and immediately made us feel welcome and valued.     I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Flagstaff AZ. I was sorely disappointed. The room was filthy, there was a blob of black hair in the bathroom, no TV signal, no dial tone on the phone, the linens had black streaks on them and the room was dirty, hadn't been dusted for months. I went to the front desk (because I couldn't call). Told them about the TV and the linens and the phone. They sent up a man to tell us we had to use the buttons on the back of the TV, couldn't use the remote. Didn't fix the phone and certainly didn't offer us clean sheets.

    Breakfast area was filthy and the food was mediocre, at best, including the warm milk for on your cereal. As we loaded our bags into the car I noticed a pile of linens on the sidewalk next to the trash bins. Maybe the black streaks on the linens come from being on the ground. The overnight stay was disgusting and I will sleep in the car before I stay at a Quality Inn. We couldn't wait to get out of that place. You might want to check on this property. I wouldn't want my corporate name to be associated with this motel.

    First of all I specifically reserved a room with a sofa in it instead I got a room a weird huge bathtub Jacuzzi right at the foot of the bed With NO SOFA , I specifically reserved the room with the sofa because I was planning on my daughter possibly coming over for a visit so when I didn’t see the sofa in the room that I reserved... I went down to show a picture of the room I reserved to the host who checked us in and to get the room that I had reserved But she said they didn’t have any rooms left with a sofa.

    In the middle of the night the jacuzzi bathtub at the foot of the bed woke us up making loud strange noises. We kicked it, hit it, banged on it to get it to stop but it didn’t, Finally the strange loud noises subsided. The drapes were barely hanging from the curtain rods because the hooks on the drapes were off and we didn’t have a ladder to get up to fix that because the window is too tall… The window was dirty and had a big crack in it and a strange spray of residue on it…Next I put my purse in a lock box that was in the closet on the top shelf. when I came back to retrieve my purse I opened the lock box and pulled my purse out and the whole lock box which is made of very heavy steel almost hit me on top of the head. It is not bolted into the wall. I could see there were four holes were where it should’ve been bolted to the wall,

    If I hadn’t had good reflexes it could’ve caused a real bad injury, It’s going to cause bad injury and hurt someone seriously if they don’t get it bolted to the wall… The clincher was the next morning at the continental breakfast which was to begin at 5:30 AM. We got down there at 6:30 AM, NO COFFEE so I decided to make some hot tea. The hot water dispenser was full of COLD water. We waited till 7 AM. Still no coffee so we ended up having to go to McDonald’s to get coffee….

    The room was DIRTY, the vent fan in bathroom made horrible loud noises so we turned it off for fear of it catching on fire…. The TV would turn on but it got no signal, The plugs on one side of the bed did not work, and some lights didn’t work, freezer compartment in the refrigerator was completely frosted over with 3 inches of heavy frost or ice…When I opened up the ironing board a pair of women’s dirty lace underwear fell out on the floor… This place needs to be shut down or condemned…

    I called Choice Hotels and opened a case, they refunded 10,000 points of the 20,000 points I used… I should’ve gotten a full refund of my points. The first 2 pictures are of the huge bathtub taking up space and the last pictures are of the room I reserved for my 20,000 points but didn’t get…I’ve never had such a bad experience at a hotel like this before, and I’ve especially never had NO COFFEE at a continental breakfast… Poor management and no quality service… You have been warned. Don’t stay here.!!!

    I will be calling choice hotels to get a refund for the rest of my 20,000 points ***Update after 2nd call to choice hotel customer support service I was able to get 8,000 more points added to my account for a total of 18,000….I’m still not totally satisfied but I will let it ride. FYI room # was 414 but according to all the one star reviews the other rooms are just as bad!!

    Excellent service from these two, Linde and Kylie…From check in to check out, great service. No stone left unturned with hospitality and service. You can see that service is their priority. From helping with smooth check in to leaving, either one was ready and available to go the distance. Also, very knowledgeable about restaurants in area to shopping. Readily available and easy to understand.

    I checked in Friday, May 9th Quality Inn and suites in Morgan Hill California. There was so many cockroaches in the room bathroom who is dirty. I don’t think somebody clean the room before I check in because there’s crackers food in the floor and the mirror was dirty. I think they just came in to change the bedsheets and change the trashcan and that’s it. I had to do a lot of cleaning by myself. I have antiseptic spray with me just in case and also in their website they never mention the pool was closed and not working and that was a disaster for me because the weather was 91 and I wanted to swim in this weather. I contacted Choice Hotel customer service and they couldn’t be able to help in anyway, they said, "Sorry we can’t help you," even though the quality inn and suites are under choice hotels and choice hotel didn’t say anything about at least taking me to another hotel to check in is one night after all is it. It was very bad experience that I had and I also did not sleep well, because I was afraid any cockroach come in my face.

    Many room items broken or dirty. Microwave was in the hall for floor use. Cockroach in closet on floor. Toilet seat broken, chair cushion torn and not matching, chair side was filthy. Toilet tissue roller missing. Handle for connecting room was broken off. I do have the photos but can't upload at this time. The cockroach pushed me over the edge and we left. I'm not getting sick over $200.
