    I made a purchase September 14, 2024 for 23.60. I received my bill late in the mail. At that time I discovered that it was late and had been charged a $42.99 late feel. I called customer service at the Children's Place. The representative agreed to remove the late fee if I decide not to leave Children's place. I agreed and I paid my bill in full. The representative also told me I would have a zero balance after I paid my bill. Instead, I have been charged 42.99 on a monthly basis which I now have an 85.98 balance for late fees for a balance I do not owe. I have called regarding this matter on various times but without any results except being offered 15.00. Why do I have to pay a late fee for a zero balance. This makes no sense.

    I ordered Christmas pjs for my out of town family. I placed my order on December 9th. I received an email that my order would be delivered by the 19th. Not too much later I received another email my order would be delivered on the 23rd. And another email it will be now delivered on the 30th! Now this morning which is now December 31st, I received another email that it will be delivered on January 3rd!!! This was supposed to be a Christmas Gift. I have never had this problem before. I tried calling Customer Services to see if they could help to come up with a solution. They told me if it's not delivered by January 12th to call back. Thank you so much for helping me with my problem!!!! I will not be ordering from this company again.

    I placed my order for kids pajamas and winter boots on Nov 14th with a notice on Nov 18th that it was shipped. Understanding the Canada post strike was happening I accepted I wouldn't be getting my items anytime soon. Once the strike ended on Dec 17th I wanted to give some time for them to get caught up on their shipping so I waited a bit to check my tracking number for an update. After checking the tracking number a few times after Christmas and it still saying awaiting carrier pickup I reached out over email on Dec 30th and quickly got a standard email blaming the strike and to be patient along with a 25% off discount code (this is practically useless as it seems as though everything is always on "sale" with them).

    I pushed back on them that I need an update as it's the middle of winter and my kids need boots, but based off the previous reviews from others on this topic I don't feel confident I'll get a response or any progress on my shipment. Very frustrated that there has been no communication from the Children's Place in advance, acknowledging that there will be delays and their commitment to making sure packages make their way to their customers along with their lack of ability to pivot to a different carrier to get their items shipped.

    This is the worse place to shop in opry mills. They treat you like you criminals in the store when it is good, honest people. But when they think you somebody else it's sad. ALL PEOPLE DON'T LOOK ALIKE. Sad part the tall **..one with the color hair is very rude.. getting Loud with people for no reason at all. People in the store was talking about her. Please bring a Children's Place to tanger outlet..mall... I spend thousands a year at this place and it's sad people get treated with no respect at all.

    Terrible customer service. Children's Place knowingly stole people's money and are using the canada post strike as an excuse. They should have had something on their website stating deliveries may not make it before christmas. I have been waiting over a month for my kid's Christmas clothes, and I will not receive them in time. I have called twice and each time they give no other options but to wait for my package then return it. I will NEVER order from children's place again. They have lost a long time customer.

    I am still waiting now for 6 weeks to get my online order. It shows the label has been made and is ready pick up and has not changed. They have my money and I have left CS emails and get a case number back but no reply in the last 4 weeks. I have tried to call their CS 3 times as well and keep getting our agents are all busy… call back later. This is very frustrating as they have order was for pajamas for Christmas for my grandchildren.

    Will never be ordering from here again. It took 20 whole days for my order to ship. Well I won’t be needing Christmas pajamas after Christmas? I asked twice if they would cancel my order and I was told to call back, couldn’t get through. Let’s just hope they give me a free return label to return these for full refund in the new year because I am nowhere near a store. Horrible horrible customer service. Don’t shop here.

    The Children’s Place in Columbiana mall is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. Their store manager should have been replaced. Her attitude is unbecoming of any manager that I have ever encountered and she is very unprofessional. My family and I will not shop here ever again as we have cancelled all our cards to this business. We filed a complaint as well and received no response. We will take our business elsewhere.     Clothes are great, prices are decent but their shipping is terrible and I have no stores near me so I have no choice. I made a purchase on Dec 9. It took until Dec 16th for them to give me a tracking number but you go to track it and the items still haven't even been received by the post office yet. So the package has just been sitting there for almost 3 days already? And this isn't the first time this has happened.

    I ordered my daughter Halloween pj's at the end of Sept. She didn't get them until Nov 1st. A whole month it took to get them!! I guess she's not getting her snow pants for Christmas either since they obviously don't take their packages to the post office. I highly recommend them if you buy in the store, but if you're buying online make sure you buy at least a month before you need anything because you can't count on anything being on time. I honestly should've known better. They were always slow with shipping but not this bad until the past few months.

    Worst customer service ever is an understatement. I purchased some Christmas pajamas in November and realized they still hadn’t shipped at the beginning of December. I called and they didn’t really seem to know what was going on but assured me they’d be shipped soon but weren’t sure which carrier (because of the Canada post strike). I even emailed them. No answer. I looked again today and my order actually said CANCELLED. So I called AGAIN. Weirdly I got the same customer service employee and again, he didn’t seem to know why. But he assured me I’d get a refund in a few days and my cancellation was due to technical problems and told me to repurchase the items 🙄 NEVER shipping there again.

    I placed my order on 11/29/24…. I have yet to get my items, or a response to my email. I called customer service and the automated response was they basically have a lot of calls coming through and disconnected the call. No option to hold on, or a call back. They will never have to worry about getting my money ever again. And let’s talk about the joke store bucks, coupons. I’m getting several emails about those that you can’t even utilize unless you buy a certain amount, but crickets about where my purchases are????

    My review is about Lakisha who works at the Fairview Heights Illinois store. I made an online purchase for in-store pick up, not realizing that I would only have a few days to pick it up. It was supposed to be picked up by a Wednesday and I wasn’t going to be there until Friday. Not only did Lakisha hold my item for me two extra days. She also gave me the sale price that I had purchased it online for even though the price had went up by the time I could pick it up.

    The Children's Place did not warn customers there would be a delay in shipping. They knew Canada Post was on strike, but they kept taking orders and didn't use an alternative shipping company. These Christmas pajamas will not be here for Christmas. If the Children's Place communicated a shipping delay on their website, I would not have ordered and purchased else.

    Never order online from them. When they advertised their promotions, they knew that Canada post was on strike and has not taken action to hire some other company to deliver their orders. I ordered pj's well ahead of time and have not received them yet. After calling customer service, the only things they could do were to issue a refund or wait until they ship which might take 10 or more business days even though they expedite. Worst customer service ever. When I called the closest stores, they don't even have what I want or no matching pj's whatsoever. Now we are left with no family pj's for Christmas because most of the other stores are also sold out.

    Worst customer service!!! I have made many online purchases from this store in the past but will never buy from them again. I placed an order November 22nd for a snowsuit, boots, mittens etc. for my toddler thinking it was smart to take advantage of Black Friday sales. Obviously whomever is in charge of Operations and Logistics is an American with their head up their you know what who didn't bother to know that Canada Post is on strike and anything purchased in Canada was not going to be processed. I had to call 3 times and wait 10 business days from my order (American business days which included American Thanksgiving) to finally get a refund processed.

    I advised them what they are doing is fraud because they are taking Canadian's money without the ability to deliver the product to those customers. Don't bother emailing their support team. I did that 2 weeks ago and NEVER even received a response. It's clear they cut costs on staff and now you get what you pay for. Will be spending my money elsewhere, especially since my kid still needs a snowsuit. Thanks for nothing Children's Place. Now it makes sense why a bunch of your GTA locations are closing. PS they told me if my order does arrive that they'll send a shipping label to return it. Maybe I'll send it back with a carrier that isn't even working, see how they like that.

    I almost never write reviews but this company has the worst customer service. I ordered an item 2 weeks and it hasn't even been processed and shipped. I am hoping to get it by 3 weeks for Christmas. Shipping says "5-7 business days". I tried emailing them but after 1 week... they didn't reply so I called them to inquire. It is clearly from an offshore call center. Very polite and talk a lot but ZERO information. Just kept repeating "don't worry. I'm sure it will be soon. And then 5-10 business days once shipped". But when will it be shipped? No info but keeps talking. I ask to cancel the order or if I can pick it up in the store instead. No way. Once you order from them.... they have your money. The order hasn't even been processed and I can't cancel! Even if the order is never shipped, she said I can't cancel. This is horrible.

    This is the worst place to shop online! I ordered a few items on November 30 - received an email that the order was received and pending with a tracking number. I check the status of the order several times on the website and it says processing. Tuesday December 3 still says processing and no money has been deducted from my bank account via PayPal. I call customer service several times to receive a message they're busy and took try back and the phone disconnects. One week later still cannot reach customer service and cannot cancel on website. I will not be shopping at The Children's Place or any company affiliated with them again. Keep your rewards and build better business practices!

    Worst customer service and a not so proactive. Placed an order on Nov 16th and until now has not received my items. Have called customer service and was told to call the carrier when My item was still awaiting carrier pick up!. Canada Post is still on strike but they don't provide any alternative in delivering their products to customers. Worst ever!

    Today makes it 15 days since I placed an order for 3 items. Till now no delivery, no communication. I have emailed their customer service yet no response. Canada post is on strike but other brands are proactively getting in touch and providing alternate solutions to their clients. I wish I had read the reviews on here before placing that order.

    8 items were never received from my order. They stated they were out of stock but I don’t think they would have given me a refund if I didn’t catch it. Called them 3 times. The first two times they said they would ship my items. The last time they said they were out of stock. Never ordering from them again. Terrible communication and seems like a scam to me.

    I just bought a bunch of clothes for my children, ship to store, bought it from website, worth $250 and when I got home, after I picked it up in store, several items were missing. The store said there's nothing they can do. I keep calling customer service, left messages, I emailed them, they are always closed. I just got ripped off big time. Under my orders it says that the order was picked up, so there aren't any other orders pending, I hoped maybe they will ship it separate, but no, they did this on purpose hoping I wouldn't notice. Maybe they thought since I bought a lot of items, I would not notice, but I looked at my receipt and I compared it, several times. Many items are missing 5-7 items.

    I ordered 3 "cousin crew" PJs in 3 different sizes for my grands. One of the items was missing when I received my package. I called customer service. They said they could not ship the missing item (even though it was in stock). They could only credit for the missing item. I said I can't use 2 without the other 1. I was told they could not help me. I asked for a return label for the other 2. I was told no. I asked for a supervisor; Marvin came on the phone. He was quite rude in his tone. He basically told me that if I wanted a refund for the other 2 items I needed to drive the items to the store.

    I explained that there was not a store near me and it would cost more in gas to return them than what I paid. He said he wouldn't authorize a return label. What kind of company doesn't stand behind their error? (Not a good one!) Based on the horrible experience I encountered, I can promise you I will not be a customer in the future. I tried calling their corporate office in NJ, but no one answers the phone. I am extremely disappointed in the low level of customer service they offer. I would not recommend them.

    Purchased items online that were available and the payment was taken from my account. Within minutes I received an email saying that the order was canceled and I wouldn’t be charged - meanwhile the funds already left my account. Days later the funds are still not returned. After calling The Children’s Place I was told that the items were not available. Then after repurchasing the same items several days later, which were marked as available online, yet another payment was immediately taken from my account and I received yet another email saying my order was canceled. Today none of the funds have been returned despite emails from the company clearly saying no funds would be taken. When calling the company again, I was told several different excuses as to why it was canceled but confirmed that the items are in fact available. Customer service was rude, repetitive, unhelpful, lying and inconsistent.

    The customer service is horrible. Placed an order October 28, 2024. As of November 18th, I'm still waiting. Tracking says awaiting Fedex pick up. CP says it was shipped, but nobody can tell me where it is. Now they say I have to wait until November 20th. Unacceptable!!!! Not even a supervisor was able to help. Next step is to dispute the charge. Needless to say they have lost a good customer! As a former Gymboree store manager, I can not believe this. If I could have submitted this with no stars, I would have!

    I used to order off here no problem before 2021, ever since then I’ll place an order, they’ll charge me for it then cancel my order and take a full week to return my funds. I have no clue why but this has been happening each time I’ve placed an order from 2021-2024 (now). Customer service is no help. Offered zero solutions. Told me to shop in the store only. What’s the point of an online store if I have to go into a store? The closest one is an hour away. All my info has been correct and up to date, it’s their system.

    They make you pay to return items even though the quality is poor and run way too small. I have never had to pay to return things with any company ever. I will never order from here again. The return is going to cost me 1/4 of the total price. That is ridiculous. The items will be going to donation and you lose a customer.

    I spend 100s of dollar at this website. I purchased a few items, some which didn’t fit so I went to return them at a store since is was only 30 minutes away but store was closed for business. I went to mail back my items cause closest store now to me is 2 hours away. And the return shipping was almost 25$ more than what I paid for the jacket! I called and they refused to work with me and send me a shipping label. It’s not my fault they closed a store and still have it listed as open. Then I called and the customer service was awful the woman was condescending and put me on hold and just left me there. I will NEVER buy from here again!!!

    I have been a customer for 9 years and bought hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise over the years. They closed our store down locally over a year ago. I ordered 4 pair of jeans online, a size 10 stretch and was sent 10 husky! I had to pay shipping fees to return! 21.00! This wasn't my order! I'll never shop here again!

    Placed an order and 2 days before it was supposed to arrive they cancelled the card payment and I received an email stating they cancelled the order. So I order a similar item on amazon. Days after my amazon order comes Children's Place takes my money. Said customer service will not give it back. My closest in store is an hour away. My order was about $30 so to drive there and back is my money right there. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! CS is no help at all. Never shopping here again.

    Visited a store and had a very nasty encounter with an employee, I picked up my cell phone while checking out and this seemed to trigger the employee. She went on telling me I was rude and rolling her eyes. It escalated quickly and the manager had to tell the employee several times to go to the back. I could hear her saying how rude I was for answering my phone while she was ringing me up, she just wouldn't shut up about it. I left and called the corporate office after about 15 rings someone picked up saying someone would call me back the same day it's been two weeks and nothing. The staff behaves this way because no one is monitoring the poor customer service they're providing. I will NOT give them another dollar of my money.

    Would not recommend purchasing from this site. Returning online purchases if there is not a local store to return items is very arduous and restrictive. The customer service agent I spoke with was not very accommodating and was unable to help with my return. For these reasons I would be recommended this company to a friend purchasing items online. Use a company that has an easier return policy and customer service standards that are customer focused.

    I called the automated system to pay my bill IN FULL and the automated twit couldn't understand anything I said, kept cutting out, got my bank name wrong, and was a complete nightmare. The only thing worse was the hateful and completely rude customer service person I was transferred to. Not only did she talk to me like I was an idiot but got a complete attitude with me and I AM THE CUSTOMER! Train your employees, they clearly need it!

    Shipping dates are lies. In 4 days I got 35 emails, none was about my delayed order! It was due yesterday and today it finally showed up as picked up by the carrier. Customer service does not reply!! I don't care how inexpensive their stuff is. I'll never purchase from them again. You can buy their stuff from Amazon or Walmart if you really like it.

    I'm giving it only 2 stars because this is the first time I've ordered online. I usually go in the store. I ordered a few things for my son Wed night, thinking they would be shipped Thursday, Friday at the latest. Well, this thing is still saying it's being processed, it's been 4 dang days, but the weird thing is that it says it's arriving on August 20, which is Tuesday. I ordered some things from Carter's at the exact same time I ordered from here and Carter's is being delivered Tuesday, August 20. So, The Children's Place should be delivered that day as well, at least you would think, and it says it's arriving that day, but why didn't I get a email saying it was shipped and why does it still say it's processing?

    I'll add a screenshot below with it circled so you all can see. I'm gonna be real mad if they cancel my order all these days later live I've seen a lot of people say, because my address matches the one on the bank, and I'm gonna hold them to that arriving date. Don't put that if it's not true, and I won't tolerate no rude customer service, I will come for your job ma'am!!

    This is a terrible company!! I ordered July 16th for my grandsons and the order never came yet online states it was delivered. They use purolator carriers which requires a signature so the driver can be paid but they come during the day when you are at work. Then when you call customer service it is someone in the Philippines that cannot hear or help you. Also, they have the package which was never delivered and they do not give back the money they take from you. I suggest to never buy from this company, there are better places to get children's clothes and not thieves.

    I made two orders online August 4th. One order supposed to be delivered on August 10th and the other August 12-14. Check the tracking August 9th both orders still at the warehouse to be picked up by carrier. So I did a in store pick up order because the August 10th order not arriving on time...a couple hours later the store canceled my order stated they didn't have anything I ordered so I drove to that store in Montgomery Alabama and pick everything on my in store order they canceled. Got to the register, my children place card, declined because the in store order they canceled still charge my card and plus I had a 20 reward that I lost because of that...so I had to pay cash for the school uniform because of late shipping on the order that suppose to be delivered August 10th and paying out of pocket because employees at that store found it easy to cancel my order instead of gathering it for pick up.

    I placed an order for back school items for my child. When placing the order it showed 3 different options for getting my stuff: speedy shipping which cost, pick up or slower shipping which was free. I clicked on the free shipping then use PayPal for my order. I recieved a confirmation email and it showed shipping to a store in Texas for pick up and I live in Missouri. I've tried contacting customer service several times and no one responds. Out 50 dollars unless PayPal covers it. Horrible!

    If I could give negative stars I would!!! Their exchange policy is trash!! Which is why they have so much product in their stores!! No one wants to deal with them.     Totally crap customer service. I tried to exchange the order with different size by calling customer service and going to different stores. Whenever I tried to call customer service they are always close at daytime 11am and at 6pm weekdays even. At the stores even I tried to replace my order within 45 days but they do not know how to place the order online and they said they cannot do it. The people they hire in the stores do not have knowledge how to put an online order. By the time I was able to connect to customer service on 46th day and they said they won't be able to do anything with my order as it has passed their return window.

    This is 2024 and apparently they are living in the 1800's with their policies! I received items for daughters' birthdays and they were the wrong size but the person never gave me a gift receipt so I went to the store for store credit to exchange the sizes. All items were tagged and new. They refused to exchange my items because I didn't have a receipt. They had the audacity to ask me to contact the people. How embarrassing is that!!! Told me there was nothing they can do to help me. When I contacted corporate their solution to help me was to give me a 30% off coupon on my next purchase just so I can SPEND MORE MONEY in their crappy business.

    Another time I had an issue where I was away and my ship to store order was delivered with NO EMAIL COMMUNICATION TELLING ME IT ARRIVED. The only email I got was when I was away and it told me they will cancel it by the next business day! So I sent my aunt to the store to pick it up and they refused to give it to her because she was not authorized to get it. Meanwhile she had the email and a picture of my photo ID. She begged them and they threatened to call the police on an elderly woman trying to do me a favor!!! Every time I step foot in any location for this business I could hear a pin drop. That's how empty it is. This is ought to tell you something about this place. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere but here. It's not worth the stress or hassle of any discount or crappy clothing they sell.

    Do not shop there! I tried to place an order for back to school items today and their automatic system just canceled it. The first time around it was supposedly because of an old billing address (this has not been an issue with orders elsewhere, but ok). So then I went ahead and ordered everything again, just for this order to be canceled again, this time for absolutely no reason! The CS agents don't have this information either and they advised me to try a different browser, their app and/or a different payment method. That is AFTER I already wasted hours of my life choosing items, talking to their hotline (only in the Philippines, no local US representatives at all), adding the items again to reorder, talking to them again. I truly can't understand why they won't fulfill, this seems counterintuitive for a company trying to sell clothes! I wish it was an issue of not enough funds on my card or something but no, there's just no reason at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    If I could Children’s Place 0 stars, I would. I placed an order for $42.29. BE ADVISED!! I look at my bank statement to find TWO holds. One for $42.09 another for $ 42.45. I call CS and she confirmed the two holds…at first until I challenged her about it. She then said it’s one hold and the other should be returned within 3-5 business days. I spoke to her supervisor who said the same. And to call my bank to get it released that they already got their money when my package shipped.

    But there’s still a hold on my account for $42 to be released later… This IS NOT a good business practice. I WILL NOT be ordering from them again.

    I bought clothes for my daughter and went to pay bill online in may on due date for 23.90. I did easy pay and put in my checking account number and info to pay with check so I thought it got paid and got confirmation through site. So out of sight and out of mind. It's mid June. Now I am receiving from calls from Colorado, texts from The Children's Place credit card company comenity.

    I answered one call from them. They said, "We are calling for Children's Place credit card." I said I paid it and hung up so after I hung up I called the customer service at children's place and I said I keep getting calls from someone saying I didn't pay my bill but I did in May. "No. It wasn't paid do you want to pay, make minimum 40.00 payment?" I said no, I paid it in May. The guy said payment wasn't received. I said I did easy pay with a check. The guy said it was declined (it's strange since I pay for all my bills with checks and my checking account is working and I actually paid a bill from children's place in December with a check and it went through). I am ticked. I ended up paying 70 something. Ridiculous to clear account. I said to the guy I am probably not going to buy from there if it's going to be this way. I wish they would have an sent email saying payment didn't work but no, just payment due.

    I had a fraudulent charge from TCP. I immediately disputed it but also sent and email regarding the order. I wanted to see if they could see who it was supposedly shipping to as it was not me. I should of course have this info as my cc was the one used to make this purchase. I have now emailed 3x with absolutely no response other than the auto response w a ‘case’ number.     Children’s Place is obviously having problems! I ordered my grandchildren some clothes and shoes. The order got broke up into two shipments. The first shipment was to include some shirts for the grandson, they weren’t included. After waiting all weekend (customer service is only there M-F), they gave me a 15$ voucher and told me they couldn’t ship it, because there was too many orders on my account (one that hadn’t shipped). Problem is, 15$ wasn’t enough for free shipping, which I received the first time. I did end up ordering more, to receive free shipping, hook and bait! Second part of first order finally shipped on May 28 (the day it was to be received) with delivery date of 5/31…. It now states delivery date unknown. The order placed on 5/28 (with extra for free shipping) has been processing since 5/29 but hasn’t shipped, it has a delivery date of 6/1. Order from Carter's, Pennys, even Walmart folks…. They all have faster shipping!

    I made an order online and not even 5 hours later, I tried to go in and change the address because they had my grandson‘s old address Which I don’t understand why because my name and my address is the Billing address. I called customer service. They give me such a runaround telling me that I have to call the carrier and this is not my fault and they tell me they can’t put a stop on the package so now if I can’t get in contact with the carrier, some people are going to get some free things and I’m going to have to pay for them.     So I have to say I would not be writing this review but after dealing with customer service I felt the need. You can apologize 20 times but that still doesn’t give the customer the answer they are looking for. I ordered my granddaughter about 10 outfits. The deliver date stated the 28 of May. I ordered hers first and then my grandson's two days later from JCPenney because CP has not a great selection for infant boys. I did it in specific steps so my granddaughter would get hers first because it’s common for children to be jealous of newborns and just wanted her to know Memere is thinking of her. I live in Ct they live in Alabama.

    So it’s the 28th and nothing has even been shipped and my grandson will receive his first. I’m so angry. I call customer service who couldn’t supply me any answers just that they are sorry to be patient. Not even caring how this will affect the situation. Do not give us a shipping date if you can’t meet it. I waited 17 min on hold to get the run around. I won’t be doing business with them anymore. Jc penny has the cutest outfits and get a cash back rewards on my CC.

    I do not recommend The Children’s Place. I ordered a gift March 1st. It was to be delivered by March 19. It got “lost”. I called CS over a week span. Each time I was told something different. When asked to speak to a manager I got more runaround. I was given a $20 “reward” but it was only good for 1 week and the hoops that had to be jumped to use it were not something I wanted to use. I gave the benefit of doubt and thought the work make it right and went with a “reship”. Nope. Finally April 4 the item was received. It was so incredibly late. I tried disputing with the Children’s Place CC but they too were no help. I closed out my store card and will no longer shop with them. They use to be great.

    Children's Place needs to Modify their online order system, customer should be able to update address and size information within 24 hours after order. It’s unfair for the customers to wait for the order to arrive to make changes, sometimes there is no children store nearby. I think as a company you should be to modify order within the same day. Since they are not allowing me to change address now I have to buy twice, because I will be out town which so inconvenient (time, money).     Let me start by saying I used to love this company. Their clothes are cute and the prices are reasonable. However, after my most recent order, I doubt I'll be shopping with them again in the future. I placed an order on April 5th for shoes for my daughter's First Communion, which was on April 20th. I figured I ordered in plenty of time as my past orders had arrived within a week. Well, on April 8th I received a tracking number...but for OVER TWO WEEKS there were no tracking updates. It just said "awaiting carrier pickup" which means it was sitting in the Children's Place warehouse! I tried emailing and calling customer service to no avail.

    When I finally DID get a hold of someone on the phone, the lady told me that they were backed up due to a large number of orders, and to contact them if my order didn't arrive by April 22nd. (Mind you, I needed it by the 20th). I understand being busy, but if that's the case, they should have emailed the customers to let them know about the delay instead of just ignoring the situation. Needless to say, April 22nd came and went, and the package STILL wasn't shipped. It finally came on April 26th, THREE WEEKS after I placed the order. I tried contacting customer service again to receive some sort of compensation or resolution, but of course, no response. We had to run out and buy shoes at a different store because of the Children's Place's total lack of customer service/communication! For this reason, I can no longer recommend them to others.

    I called customer service because I couldn’t find anywhere online to get a return label. Non English speaking associate explained they don’t have the option to return online but can take it to a local store to get refund. I explained I didn’t want a refund but wanted to just exchange. Got nowhere. I really hate companies outsourcing their customer service because the experience of quality customer care no longer exist.     Mailed bill within 2 days of receiving it. Paid in full. They posted it after the due date. They charged me $30/month late fee + interest which was more than the original purchase price or $63 in fees. I explained to the 'supervisor' that I have been gone for 2 months and this is the earliest I've been able to follow up. She credited 1 late fee only and no interest charges on the late fee. She was unwilling to listen to any explanation but kept repeating 'boilerplate policy'. Will never use them again. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Was told the my order would be delivered by Jan 22, then it was by 23, then 24, and so on. Contacted CS twice telling them the issue and they did nothing. Jan 26 said it was delivered to the front door. Well I looked at the security cameras and there’s no one who delivered. Tried to contact the shipping company that had it. “LaserShip” they are just as useless as CP. Called CS with Children’s Place and again useless. Not only do I have no clothes for my child but I am out 100.00 on my CP credit card. I refuse to pay that bill now. I have never in the 20 years I have shopped at children’s place had this trouble. I usually rave over this company. Never again. They lost me as a customer and thanks to social media I will make sure this goes viral.

    Customer Service is the Worst!!! Can not reach any CS agent that Speaks or understands English so every time I write an email or call I NEVER GET ANYWHERE OR A RESOLUTION!!!! I am so sick of offshore CS agents because companies like yours are too cheap to hire people who can actually assist English speaking customers.     Placed an online order for in-store pick up on 15-Jan-2024 and got the confirmation email for the order. A bit later, I was notified that my order was canceled: "ITEMS NO LONGER AVAILABLE." I reviewed the site, and the items I ordered are showing as available to be ordered. I checked the following day, and the items were still available. I was frustrated that my order was canceled because the items were claimed as out of stock yet still being made available for new orders. More than 24 hours later, I contacted customer service for an explanation.

    The rep I spoke with, "Neigh," was less helpful. He informed me that my order was canceled for another reason he could not provide more details about; however, I can provide my personal information that he can submit to some verification team, which may or may not release my order. I explained that I am the customer and should not have to jump through hoops to place an order and have it fulfilled while being provided misleading information by his company. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but none was available. I was told to call back in a few hours and try again for a supervisor. It may be time to boycott the Children's Place and affiliated companies for their anti-consumer practices.

    @childrensplace I am so upset. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I placed an online order and within 5 minutes I received my email confirmation and noticed I put the incorrect shipping address. I called customer service immediately to change my shipping address. Instead of the lady changing my address (She stated she could not) she told me the authorization would fall off my account and I would not be charged.

    So here it is 6 days later and I’ve been charged!!! I called customer service and they stated I would need to call Fed-Ex and update my address with them, (Since by now I did receive a shipping email) Fed-Ex denied my request due to me not being the shipper.     I purchased 8 Christmas shirts, for my kids/gkids surprise elf boxes, in mid-October. I only opened the package to look at one shirt, as I'd ordered online and wanted to see if it would match the lounge pants I ordered. I tucked the package away until I was ready to put together the elf boxes. Upon opening the package on 12/23, I discovered The Children's Place only shipped 7 shirts. I was short a shirt for one of the family elf boxes. No, I couldn't just buy a shirt because these were Team Santa shirts. And these boxes are a surprise elf delivery to my kids and little grandkids - so, no, I couldn't get one 'different' shirt.

    So, I had to go out and buy 4 new shirts that certainly weren't the fun Team Santa shirts I spent time looking for. So now I'm sitting here with 3 shirts I paid for, 1 shirt I didn't receive and had to purchase 4 new shirts to make sure the magic of Christmas could still happen. The Children's Place refunded the amount for the shirt they didn't send but wouldn't do anything about the other 3. Hard lessons learned but we, consumers, have choices and I will absolutely think twice about ordering from this company again. I hope my $50 "DONATION" to your company makes a difference in your numbers.

    I ordered 2 outfits for Christmas. I was only sent one shirt because the other items were out of stock. I had used a coupon for the purchase which was used on a 4 dollar shirt only. I was unable to get anything else before Christmas. I had made a purchase in July of 2023 where an item was lost and was only given $5 reward towards my account. The money was not placed back onto my credit card. The "Sales" are not sales. The prices may vary slightly with the sales such as 30% off, but they remain close to the originally marked down price. The quality of the clothes is not great. The shirts are thin.

    Placed an order that was supposed to come before Christmas. When I realized the tracking showed it had not even shipped 10 days later, I called The Children's Place to see what could be done. I won't say I called Customer Service, because they do not believe in assisting customers. All they would do was report exactly what their website said about my package. Even the supervisor just parroted the same information over and over again. It also seemed that their "Customer Service" may have been based in another country as I had difficulty understanding both people I spoke to.

    They told me that the shipper was lying that that they had the package. What I was hoping, when calling them, was that I would get a rush shipping so that I would receive my items when promised or that I would be refunded since I did not receive them when promised. They offered nothing. I will not make this mistake twice and will never order from The Children's Place again. They have nice things but very poor "Customer Service".

    Nov 24 I placed an order for a birthday gift. When placing the order I was given a date of Dec 2 to receive the items. On Dec 1, I received ONE of the items. Waited, waited, waited for the rest of the items which never showed up. FINALLY they show up Dec 9 and I am missing 1 out of 3 items.     I had a weird feeling so I called to make sure they had it in stock. Yes they do but I am told they don't have a reship option for me. They want to refund my money and have me reorder! I asked if she could overnight the item to me since I waiting forever and they shorted me an item....No option. UNREAL. Worst customer service as a whole, not the lady that was trying to help me. Won't waste my time ordering from them again. Oh, my refund will come in 7-10 days (insert eye roll).

    So I order matching pj for my family for Christmas on Dec 6. On Dec 9 they canceled my order due to not having the item in stock which how is that possible when I order the item it was in stock. So now my husband and my daughter have pj but not as a family. I then call the call center to get my money back for all the pj so I can order new one. They claim they can’t cancel my order and did nothing to accommodate me and family since it was their mistake but they have a lost a customer for life. I will never order from there again.     First time ordering anything from this company and it will absolutely be the last. I have been charged a total of 4 times for one order!! Customer service is horrible with the most ridiculous hours! I’ve emailed twice because I’m an actual normal person working Monday through Friday 8-5! I know these companies could give two hay barrels about a single person review but to be charged four times for one order is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. Plus for the items I didn’t get I’ve not received a credit they’ve charged me twice for the item that was supposedly unavailable at the time of shipment but according to their website that was in stock.

    I will never in my life ever order anything from this company or all four companies or however, many companies that are actually related to the Children’s Place. I pray that this review actually does reach somebody who’s looking for children clothes and change their minds. Order from Walmart, order from Amazon, order from Etsy or Kohl’s. Cause this place will rip you off.

    I placed an order on November 14, before the Thanksgiving holidays, but only received two items on November 21. Unfortunately, as of today, November 30, 2023, I was notified that the remaining items were lost during transit, possibly due to the extended delivery time exceeding ten business days. Although I received a reward credit for the entire order, I had to endure an additional four-day wait, bringing me closer to Christmas. Regrettably, the delay has led to the unavailability of my granddaughter's sizes and the outfits I intended to purchase for her since November 14. The children's store's delivery service appears to be lacking. I would have been unaware of the lost package if I hadn't proactively followed up, given the absence of FedEx delivery communication online—terrible Customer Service.

    I ordered a couple outfits from The Children's Place weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I called TCP and they told me to call the shipper so I literally went back and forth trying to locate my package. No can do. TCP finally told me my package was lost in transit. I would strongly recommend TCP to find a new shipping company since this problem has happened an enormous amount of times. Very disappointed. And the clothes I ordered are no SOLD OUT!! Ugh!!

    I'm beginning to think this company was purchased by the old Sears Roebuck and now operates like a catalog company from 1980. Shipping times are ridiculously slow. Taking a full week just to even process the order is unacceptable. You will get the token "We are sorry for the inconvenience...send us your order number...blah blah blah." They may have great prices but by the time your kids get the clothing, they've outgrown them. Do better TCP.

    I have been buying from them for years but after this last experience they have lost my business. I ordered a pair of jeans for my son and they never arrived. I called and they told me I had to deal with the shipping company. They gave me a number for them that had a recorded message to go online and then hung up. I emailed them to start an investigation and they never responded. Just sent me an automated email to contact the company I ordered from if I didn’t hear back. I saw the picture of the so called delivered item outside my door. Except it wasn’t my door and now it’s my fault I never got the package? So much work to try and recover a pair of jeans.     I purchased a pair of shorts for my daughter and when they didn't arrive, I checked the status. Said delivered so I checked all around, not located. I reached out to the carrier as instructed on the website. They said to reach out to the company the package was from. Well, over 10 days of calling (recording saying high call volume and then hanging up), online chat (no available agents and also to call number that I already tried), emailing (no response) and even speaking to my local store - nothing. Between the time of ordering the pair of shorts and the package ordeal, I ordered her 2 pair of shoes. Received a package when expected only to open it and find clothes (no shoes) for an infant and small child.

    Again, have been attempting all avenues for customer service. Today, I was able to get through only to be told that for the shorts, they will "as a one time courtesy" give me a $5 reward on my account to their store. No refund and no shorts. When I let them know about the shoe order, I was told the only way to receive a refund is to print off and find a FedEx to ship the wrong order out, then in 7 - 10 days from them receiving the wrong package, they will refund me and if I want the shoes, I need to re-order them.

    This phone call took an HOUR! I had to repeat myself MULTIPLE times and be put on hold for minutes at a time. At the end they asked if there was anything else they could help me with and I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager as I feel this whole situation was handled poorly as it was nothing I could change or prevent. They sat there not saying a word for 10 minutes - despite me saying, "Hello" and, "Are you going to transfer me?" Then hung up. I will NEVER give this company my business again and honestly, I'm surprised they're still in business after reading the reviews on this site!

    I place an order a few weeks ago for a toddler girl and a young boy with specific size for both. First, I didn’t receive one of the items and the other items are wrong and including the wrong size. The size received is for XL girl. Nothing for the boy.     Their website sent my order to an address I have not lived at in 10 years. Customer service is not open on the weekend. On Monday their phone system kept hanging up on me because of “high call volume”. When I finally got through they told me I had to call the shipper. The shipper says only the sender can stop a package. It was delivered today and I have no way to retrieve the package since I live out of state. I still can’t get back through to customer service after two days of trying! My credit card filed a dispute but I will most likely lose the money spent on the order!

    I have ordered from here for 7 years. I have always had it delivered as there is no Store close to our town. Somehow on the last order instead of sending it by mail it got sent to a store in Louisville Ky. That is a 4 hour drive from me. I immediately began calling. If you call the store they say it’s an online order and to contact customer service. I recently had cancer surgery (I’m a grandma) on my mouth and chose to email them. They repeatedly say they cannot do anything. They cannot cancel the order but when I receive it then I can return it for a refund. Like I keep explaining I have no way of picking it up so I have no way of getting a refund. I have offered to pay the difference for a postage.     I placed an order on July 5th for a pack of 3 shirts, and two separate shirts. One being from the fall collection. The pack of 3 shirts and 1 shirt shipped right away and I received the product. The fall one however, still AS OF TODAY (July 24th) says order processing. I have emailed them numerous times and called them, they don’t seem to be aware of the Fall shirt. It doesn’t even pop up on their website anymore. Every night at 11:41, I get a charge for that shirt, and then it refunds. When I talked to Customer Service, she said she would credit the cost of the shirt to my rewards account… well, that never happened. I unfortunately had to call the bank to dispute, and they told me the only way to stop the charge was to send me a whole new debit card. So thanks children’s place for all the inconvenience. That was my first and LAST time ordering. Give your money to Carter's instead.

    Buyer beware make sure that you have double the funds needed for each purchase. The Children’s place will place a hold for the full amount locking the funds up for 3-5 days and then actually charge once the items have shipped. Even though the hold falls off if the items ship while the hold is present it will cause double the funds to be held from the account until the initial hold falls off. I paid $150 and $300 total is on hold on my account until the hold falls off. There is no reason for a hold. The children’s place does this because they have no clue of their actual inventory and then charge you officially once they figure out if they actually have the sizes you are requesting. NO OTHER MERCHANTS DO THIS. Get a better inventory system so you can stop placing unnecessary holds and subsequent charges on your customers to offset your bad inventory and shipping procedures.

    This is one horrible company to deal with. I never had issues with them until recently. I ordered my grandson some cargo pants and pajamas June 3. I received confirmation of order received on June 5. 10 days later I received a package with girls' shoes enclosed. I tried contacting them via email to complain, I tried contacting them via phone. The first time involved a customer service rep that was very skeptical of my issue - he said that "has never happened before". Right!!

    He said I need to return this (at my expense) and then he backpedaled and said they would be mailing me a return slip. I waited three days and nothing! I called back yesterday and was told that should have been done - yeah, you think? I received the return slip in my email but I'm having to return it to the person it was originally intended for - what?? Anyway - now I'm still waiting for my grandson's clothes. I have ordered from them for years and never had this problem even around the holidays - but I will never order from them again.

    And I will tell others not to order from them. It was OK they made a mistake - I guess. But, to emphatically say "I don't really know how that happened and you need to prove that" - well, I told the first CSR I could - all I needed to do was take a picture of the items and they can see online that I never ordered anything like this.

    It's bad enough my grandson is still waiting for his three items - much less to be told that my story wasn't all that believable. The CSR I talked to yesterday was apologetic but that's still not getting the items I paid for in good faith to me. I gave them a deadline of Thursday to Friday next week and then I'm putting a dispute in with my credit card company. Never again. Stay away from this place. When they had their stores they were a little confused (at best), now that they are only online it is worse.

    The delivery service delivered to the incorrect address. The delivery service took a picture of the incorrect address and attached in the email confirming the delivery. I went to the incorrect house to retrieve the package and was told by the residents that they received no package. I reached out to The Children's Place to have a new package shipped. They told me that I have to dispute the charges with my financial institution and or reach out to the delivery service and then reorder my item. They cannot issue a refund. I told them I do not want a refund, I want my items.

    They are putting the burden on the customer to resolve the issue even though companies have insurance to cover things like this. I did nothing wrong. There was no error on my part. I will NEVER shop here again. I have been shopping for my kids here for 21 years. I can't believe this is how they treat their customers.

    Went online to place order. If you apply for their credit card you get 30% off. Was approved, placed order, they received order, 30 mins later they canceled my order. Did this 3 times and was cancelled 3 times. Called cc company to cancel credit card. They said they did not have any record of the orders being cancelled.     I was placing a rather large order when they offered me a 35% off coupon to open a store credit card. I ordered 22 items and only received 2 of the 22 items I ordered. They say it was shipped separately however the other package says delivered and I never got it. I contacted customer service of course upset and they informed me it would be a 21 day investigation into where the package went.     I placed an online order using current address, current cc and current last name. I received an email confirmation with my old address, old last name. It was from an order several years ago placed with PayPal. I called customer service immediately to correct the address and they are only open m-f 9-5. I called Monday morning and was told the order was packed and they couldn’t stop it to wait for shipping email and contact shipper. I waited 3 days for shipping email (so obviously Children’s place could corrected the order).

    I called Fedex and they said I couldn’t update the address. Only shipper could! I called Children’s place again and they said they didn’t have a contract and could not contact fedex to change address, I then said to cancel the order. They said they couldn’t do that either! I said, "So you screwed up. Sent to wrong address, wrong town, wrong last name which none matched the cc I used to place the order and you can’t correct anything or cancel the order?" They said no! I said, "Well you’re saying I’m just out the $100 I just spent. They said, "Sorry this happened to you!" I then asked for corporate phone number and they said, "You can’t call. Only email them!" I said, "Never will I do business with you again" and hung up. Never in my life have I had anything like this happen. By the way it’s been a week and the package is still across the country and still not delivered to my old address. In another town miles away based on tracking number.

    This is the first time that I had to call my credit card company to dispute a charge about an online order and I've shopping online for over 20 years. Short story is I placed order online and Lasership says it was out for delivery at 1:23 pm and my package was delivered at 1:23 pm. Been home all day and have cameras at the door. Called Children's Place Customer service, they told me to contact Lasership or my financial institution to resolve it. Worst policy ever. Only 2 options once Lasership says delivered and The Children's Place will not help you further. So my suggestion is to have your items picked up at the store or send it to the store.     On 4/1/23 I started to place an online order. Before I got to the shipping address page their site glitched and said "Oops! There is an error." Then sent me back to their home page. I went to my cart and it said no items. Then to my orders and it said no orders. I logged out and back in and still nothing showed. Keep in mind I never got to the last page to submit. I placed my order and it went through all the way to the end where the confirmation page came up. I took a screen shot as usual. I get a notice in my email and on PayPal saying there are two orders! The one that I actually confirmed going to my daughter and one coming to me that I did not order.

    I immediately tried to contact them to cancel the second and get a response nothing they can do once confirmed. It was never confirmed! No screenshot of it! Told me all I can do is return for a refund. I figured okay all is okay, just mail it back. Nope. Another email saying a refund can ONLY be done at one of their stores. You kidding me!? One a half hour from me closed permanently and nearest now over an hour one way from me. What a scam! I am praying I at least get what I ordered.     I placed an order on March 10th to ship to the store for a trip my kids and I are taking on March 30th. The package arrives at the store on March 23rd which I collected that night. When I arrived home the items weren’t what I ordered. Of course, I waited so long and I’m disappointed and upset. This morning I called customer service and explained I needed the item resend and rush delivery. The agent said they cannot place the or reship the order to me, I’ll have to place a new order. I used 2 promo (25% and 15% for shipping to the store, plus my $15 rewards points) they again gave 30% code and told me I could combine it with the 20% that’s available online. I was excited about because I felt that it covered my inconvenience for their mistake.

    I went online to reorder only to find out that I could only use the 30%. I wasn’t able to combine the 20% that was available online. I call their CS again, spoke with a manager only for her to tell that's all they could do. So I am out of 10% from original purchase and I have to drive to UPS to return the items for their mistake. As a customer, I shouldn’t be penalized for your company’s mistake. I am so lucky that I purchase items from Carter’s as well and they arrived without any issues. @thechildrensplace you’ve lost me as a customer. You should have made it right and ship my correct items with expedite shipping service even if you charged my card again and refund the original order when the items were returned.

They told me to call back with a tracking number because they work with multiple carriers. I CALLED BACK AGAIN 3/17. AGAIN their response was there was nothing they could do.     What happened to the quality here?! My oldest is 19, I bought almost all of his clothes from TCP from the time he was born until he was 12 and sized out. Sizing was always spot on and quality was fantastic. Last week I placed a huge order for my 11 and 8 year olds as I have for the last couple of years. The shorts purchased for my daughter are 1 size up from the shorts she's outgrown from last year. They are massive! Falling off of her and the shirts in the very same size are too small. The husky shorts purchased for my son are not husky. The waist and hip measurements are identical to the smaller sized standard shorts from last year, just 3 inches longer.     I got on and ordered some clothing for my son. It was 9:20 p.m. February 28th. The promo that they were advertising as I was shopping would end March 1st. I typed in the code, it accepted, it brought my total down to 91.32. I was like cool, typed in my information, my credit card information, placement order at 9:20 pm Feb 28. I get on to my bank and look at my statements and they charged me $122 so then I went back and looked at my receipt and my email, it never gave me a total. Then I got back on the website and looked at my order and it said that my order was placed at 12:18 p.m. On March 1st and they erased my promo. This kind of made me upset because after reading their terms and conditions it doesn't say anything about time zones. I sent them three emails and I'm just waiting to hear back what they have to say. But as a customer who has purchased with them before this isn't right and I'm not impressed.

    I ordered pants online and they shipped to an incorrect address and then told me they can’t refund me or reship a new order to the correct address. I had to go through my credit card to dispute the order to receive a refund for their mistake. Customer service is useless and they pretended to not be able to hear me any longer to end the call. Jokes on them now that I flagged the charges as fraudulent for a refund. This is why Amazon is far superior. They make a mistake and then they immediately correct it.

    I don't know how the jacket fit or looked, because I ordered it along with other items and never received my order I called and spoke to 2 different supervisors and they both told me there was nothing they can do, I told them I didn’t want my money back I just wanted the clothes I purchased, and they said there was nothing they can do, so now I'm out $80 something bucks which was for Christmas.     Purchased uniform pants and uniform jumpers for my grandkids. They fit them with room to grow when tried on. However, they wore them once and were then washed but HUNG UP TO DRY - they were NOT dried in a dryer. Both the pants and the jumper shrunk RIDICULOUSLY. The store will not replace the item for a bigger size because they've been worn and washed. They will not return them even though they shrunk crazily or even exchange them for a larger size. I will NEVER shop this store again.

    I ordered matching pajamas for all my grandchildren but one set did not arrive in the package. When I went to get that taken care of, the instructions said it was faster to request a refund then reorder. But now that size is not available!!!! So because they messed up and did not fill my order correctly, one of my grandchildren will not have the matching pajamas unless I start over and try a whole different style or a whole different company etc. It is late in the game now and a lot of places are sold out of various sizes.     I purchased some clothes for my grandchildren from this seller on Black Friday, 11.25.22. I didn't read the reviews because I was told that this would be a great place to shop for children. So like other customers, I knew that they would have awesome deals for the holiday. The store would not allow me the option to pick up my order at either location which honestly should have been a reason to not continue with this order. The first red flag was the company that they contract with to ship out their merchandise (Lasership) is based out of Charlotte, NC and has pending lawsuits against the management for stealing the customer products that were sent to the customer via text and e-mail as delivered but the customers never received the packages.

    The second red flag was that it took too long for the merchandise to ship. I believe that the seller or someone working in the seller's warehouse is working one on one with Lasership and stating that the merchandise has been shipped from the seller's warehouse but never ships from the warehouse to the buyer. I don't have money to throw away and I will never ever shop with this company again or recommend to others. The third-party shipping company fraudulently signed my name and did not deliver the package to my home.

    I placed an order for some snow boots for my daughters online. The whole reason I even placed my order with The Children's Place was because they were one of the only places I could find a snow boot small enough for my toddler, and that they had a quick delivery date. By the time my delivery date came and went, my order was sitting in "transit" mode with a delay.

    I reached out a handful of times wondering where my order was because I NEEDED them for a trip. I was continuously told that I needed to wait longer and reach back out in a few days. Each time I reached out I was told this. Until I was finally told by the SHIPPING COMPANY, not even The Children's Place, that my order had been lost. My daughters are now out snow boots because of this and I can not get a replacement on time. Maybe if I was informed my order was lost in the mail WEEKS ago, this would and should have been resolved.     I placed an order and noticed the website auto populated my old address from another city. Moments after placing it, I cancelled the order by phone. I was assured the order would be cancelled.     I ordered 5 items online. They claimed the order was delivered but it never was. I checked my security camera and checked with the neighbors and there was nothing. I contacted The Children's Place customer service twice and they said that they couldn't anything that the carrier was the one responsible for it. I contacted UPS and they said that the package was passed to the local post office USPS. I called them as well and tried to open a claim but they claimed that it was delivered.     I guess I don't learn from my mistakes because this is the 2nd time it happens to me with the Children's Place. They sent me entirely the wrong item, I ordered boots and they sent me baby pajamas. Customer service never replied to the message I left so I called them and they refused to fix THEIR OWN MISTAKE. Told me I would have to ship the pajamas I never ordered back to them (and would provide a label) and refund me for the boots. Well I never received the label nor the refund. I can't believe they don't stand behind their own company. How can you ship the wrong item and then dare telling me that you cannot fix your own mistake?!? I would never treat a customer like that.     Originally I asked if I use this card for gas, etc? And if I could pay off immediately after purchase? After being approved I asked how know my address because it didn't ask for it. They used an address I have never put on MY driver's license, luckily it was my sister's home which I have never lived. I couldn't pay off because I code was wrong. The cashier called 5 times and I called 5 times over the course of 2 months. They sent my credit card to the wrong address but luckily that person sent it to me. The address was completely off. It costs $9 to pay over the phone and online.

    I go into the store and they said I couldn't pay with my debit card. I had to pay online phone or cash. I went to ATM in mall and spent $5 to get CASH!!! Then when it was time to pay I asked if I could use my card for clothing purchase and then immediately pay entire thing off to close credit card? Wrong!!! I used for second purchase and she told me my credit card balance. I asked why my new amount wasn't showing, she said it was! She then asked if I was a club member. I assumed so since I had their credit card!!! They are 2 different things!! Okay!

    I then wait lo ger for a manager to fix the amount so I could pay the entire thing off and cancel my credit card! I was irritated at this point, because before this second purchase she said I could pay it off, and the amount was correct (apparently you have to go in and attach receipt to credit card to pay it off!! EVEN IF YOU USED THE CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR IT!!). So if you never asked for them to fix it my amount would be idolling sitting secretly on my card without my knowledge and ruining my credit all because they didn't attach the credit card receipt to the credit card itself!! 0/10.

And now they keep sending me back and forth and now USPS nor the store are resolving the issue, and it's been 2 months and I haven't received the nor the package or my money back.

    I ordered my son's school uniform pants from here on July 29, 2022. Bad mistake. My package was stolen out of my building's mailroom on Aug 2nd, 2022. The shipper (LaserShip) never put the package in the mail locker. Just threw it in the mailroom on some boxes. And now I'm out of the merchandise and my money. Because The Children's Place would not reimburse or replace the merchandise. I've read some similar reviews. I filed a complaint with the FTC and my local division of Consumer Affairs. I will be filing with the NY Attorney General Office as well.

    My point is just don't write a review. Report them. With enough complaints we as consumers can stop this practice that they are doing. And the only way to do that is to report their behavior to the right agencies. This is what they're there for. We as the little people can't make but so much noise on our own. But together with our complaints can bring awareness to the right people. That can fight on our behalf. Most complaint filing is done online or you can call. Just don't write a review and then not report them. We have to let them know that it's not ok that you think you can just keep people's money. And the merchandise was never received. So numbers is power. Complain people. Complain to these agencies to stop The Children's Place online unfair practices against everyday hard working consumers.

    I ordered a big order from them and they separated it into 3 deliveries. They sent 2 packages to the wrong address and refuse to fix it. I contacted the carriers which wasn’t easy because they had the wrong carrier.     I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses for my daughter which shipped on 5/13/22 and the package did not arrive until 5/28/22, 15 days later. That was not my issue. Children's Place packed 3 tiny pairs of sunglasses in a large box without packing material. It was a big box filled mostly with air. The box got crushed and the tiny glasses which were not secure in the box slipped out. I did not receive 2 out of 3 pairs of the glasses and Children's place refuses to replace them. They point the blame at the delivery carrier. My transaction was not with the carrier. My transaction was with Children's place. Until those items are in my possession, they are not mine. I paid Children’s place $9.65 for items not received due to their poor packing. I would like a replacement OR credit of $9.65.     Horrible experience with this company. I ordered some clothes for my boys and it was shipped to the wrong address. When I tried to call customer service but to my surprise they were closed. When I did finally get in contact with somebody I was informed that the package was already shipped and delivered and the only resolution I was offered was to try and contact the carrier to see if the carrier can go back and retrieve the package. When I asked why I wasn't given the information of who was delivering the package he couldn't answer that question. So now I'm out of money trying to dispute this with my bank and The Children's Place is blocking it claiming that there's no fraud. Well yes it is fraud. First off wrong billing address, wrong shipping address and the wrong individual received the package.     I would give them 0 if I could. Placed an order and it said, "Apply for a credit card and you will automatically receive 30% off at checkout." Applied. It said, "Congratulations. You were approved. Your discount will automatically be applied at checkout." Showed me what my new balance would be but when I checked out the 30% was not taken off. They came in a multi pack and had no tags when I received them. Customer service is a joke. They said no returns without tags and no exceptions. How can I return them with tags when they sent them with no tags. When I called back and disputed it they said I need to return to the store and speak to a manager.     So I made 3 purchases, spent my last dollars on summer clothes for my son. They charged a second 'ret rev' transactions for each transaction. Basically return reversals without a return! I called and they acted like I was overreacting and said their authorization holds and will be returned within 3- 5 business days. First of all, I cannot afford to have this money pending, I'm a single mom on disability and I now have 90$ in limbo, my account is -62$, I've been charged a 10$ overdraft fee for my account being in the negative, not my fault because this is not a normal nor legitimate transaction! It's not an authorization hold, the money was taken and then a ' return reversal' yet no refund!

    It's very Shady that they're doing this and I'm stressed because the money I'm supposed to get April 5th for my son's birthday cake and water table (birthday April 8) will not cover those things if my money is not returned to my bank account! I made an online purchase, I paid and now I feel deceived due to them using a deceitful way to take more money from my account. This is not acceptable. I would like my money returned immediately! Plus an extra ten dollars for the overdraft fee I incurred. I was not informed that any more than what I paid would be taken from my bank account and I did not authorize it. Very unprofessional of them. Who does this? I would suggest to not purchase things online with your own bank account and to use a prepaid Visa debit as to avoid this.     PayPal added a wrong address to my order (which I cannot even find on my PayPal account to remove). I made a request to change the town in my shipping address within minutes of realizing the error. I am astonished that their customer service is so incredibly poor that they refuse to accommodate such a simple request. They also will not cancel the order even though it was only made minutes ago. They will ship the order and wait for it to be returned to sender, and perhaps after a month, I might receive my $300 back. Rest assured, I will never be shopping with you again in the future. Everyone complains that Amazon is taking an unfair share of the retail market, but perhaps that's because their shopping experience and customer service experience is so far superior to this nonsense.     We purchased around 22.57$ at OCT but didn't receive any email/mail/sms/phone notification that this is the minimum amount I have to pay or this is my billing date. I didn't receive any credit card Statement till date. I totally forgot about this activity and assumed I did the billing from my own credit card, and all of a sudden, my wife received a call on Jan 09 that around 89$ is pending due to late payment.     On Dec 28, 2021, I placed an order on Children's Place website. Need make changes, so I called their customer services. The agent told me that she canceled my order, I can place a new order. So, I placed a new order. They shipped both orders and charged both to my credit card. I called their customer services again. The agent told me that they shipped on Dec 29. The cancelation on Dec 28 is just a cancelation request, not a real cancelation. I asked him to schedule a pickup for the first order. He told me he cannot do it. In the new order, one item I ordered is a $19.98, 2 pack pajamas. The one I received only has one pack in it. I have to dispute on both orders. Waste time and money and feel troublesome.

    Christmas pajamas for our grandkids were ordered on 12/12. On 12/14, we received an email stating that the items were shipped. Children's Place was advertising that items ordered would be delivered by Christmas which I felt was truly false advertising. On 12/20 I called customer service regarding the status of my order & was told to wait until 12/25 before inquiring again. I checked the status online on 12/26 which said that I should wait until 1/4. The tracking number provided no updates. I emailed them on 1/4 asking where my order was & letting them know that they were the only vendor who did not deliver items as promised. I received an email saying that there would be a credit to my account with no explanation for what happened.

    I purchased an item online and used a coupon code together with a $10 rewards certificate. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and placed another order for the exact same item and price for an even exchange. I returned the wrong item in store but upon calling customer service, they said that they cannot do a price adjustment or reissue the rewards certificate or issue another one because it was already used. This is the worst rewards program that I’ve used and is certainly not worth it.

    I placed a large order for my son for Christmas as many are currently doing, when I tracked my package noticed that it would be coming while out of town for Thanksgiving. The package was sent UPS SurePost, so I paid UPS 8 dollars to hold the shipment for pick-up at a UPS access point. Somehow there was a mix up and I received a email saying my shipment had been received at the access point, I go to access point to pick up and no package. As I am UPS searched it had continued its journey to my home via USPS and the driver delivered the box to the post office. With SurePost there is no way to hold the shipment for pick up which is important nowadays with package theft so rampant. Unfortunately I live in a area where packages of are stolen within 5-7 min of being put down, when I tracked my package this week it had been delivered to a person. That is all the tracking stated, no signature. Nothing. Just delivered to a person!!!! **.

    I called Children's Place and have been getting the run around from both UPS,USPS and Children's Place about fault and Children's Place call center defaults to another country and all they do is read the script. This has been very frustrating since funds are tight this year! A package delivered to someone other than me, doesn't mean delivered. When speaking about this with USPS they confirm it is a known problem for my area and I now have to jump through hoops with USPS. Children's Place will not help me! After 14 years of supporting this brand I cannot unless I am in the mall, there is nothing to protect the consumer when doing online ordering, when everyone knows packages are stolen regularly nowadays!!!

    Placed an order of 5 adult holiday pajamas on 11/16/2021. They claimed it was delivered on 11/20/2021 and that it was delivered to my mailbox! We have cameras and no such delivery was made. Also it's impossible for 5 adult pajamas to be delivered to a "Letter Mailbox" that barely fits regular size letter envelopes but yet they claim, 2 Large, 2 x large & 1 xx Large adult pajamas were left in my mailbox! I offered to send pictures of the mailbox & mentioned it's a multiple dwelling apartment building & they refuse to hear me out. I did dispute it with my credit card & saved a copy of my online chat with them as well & pictures. 'DISPUTE ANY CHARGES WITH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD"!!

    This company has by far the worst return policy of anyone! They will not return or refund without a receipt, even if they’re new with the tags still attached. To exchange, that item has to match exactly. That includes the exact same graphics on t’s. Unbelievable!!

    I ordered from Children's Place on 11/15. By 11/16 I received a notification that my items have shipped. Great, right? Nope. Almost two weeks had passed and no package so I check the status. My package was out for delivery on 11/28 and then on 11/29 the status was updated to delivery delayed so I contact Children's place. First is hard to get anyone on the phone and when I finally did they said the status would need to be unchanged for 10 days before they consider working out a resolution with me. So I then submit an inquiry with the shipping company because guess what, they don't answer their phones either. I received a generic response and then they marked my package as delivered when they never showed.

    I wait 3 days per the instructions on Children's Place website and when I called them back they tell me because the package is marked as delivered they cannot issue a refund and I would have to submit a dispute with my financial institution. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after being on hold for 30 minutes he gives me the same spill. Children's place and the shippers they use are robbers. Do not order anything from them because they definitely do not value their customers.

    I have joined the fast-growing list of un-happy long time customers. Terrible service and blatant lies! They want me to accept that the items missing for several weeks are in transit simply because they have created a shipping label. That UPS label's tracking number on the UPS site indicates the package has not been handed over by TCP. Many un-happy customers...If I were CEO there would be a major shake-up! No competent CEO and board would allow a company to head in the direction TCP is heading.

    I’ve been purchasing my kids clothings from TCP for years. The last year, it’s been terrible. The final straw was my order for Christmas, placed 11/27/2021. 5 items, all in stock. Was notified it shipped in 2 days and would be delivered 12/1/2021; Then delayed to 12/3/2021. Then no delivery, and no tracking information. TCP told me to take it up with the shipping facility - and if I don’t receive my order by 12/14/2021 I can do something about it.

    On any normal circumstances, 17 days to wait for an order wouldn’t be terrible. But this order contains Christmas Day clothing. To wait until 10 days before Christmas to dispute an order seems like I won’t be having the order for Christmas. No one will get back to me. I used my store credit card to purchase this, which mind you- is 26% interest. So I’m paying more and more for items I don’t even have. Secondly, I’d like to comment on their accounting. I have automatic payment set up for my credit card to be debited from my bank account directly. They don’t debit until the day your payment is due. This result in the payment not posting for 24 to 72 hours. Two months in a row I’ve received a $37 late fee. It almost seems like it’s on purpose, cannot debit my account until the due date. Knowing that any transfer will take at least 24 hours.

    Any other credit card this does not happen with, especially during Covid. I have four other credit cards I actively use, and none of them charge a late fee. Especially not for their own incompetence. I will not be purchasing my kids clothes from this store/company any further. They’re only worth it when they’re on sale, and honestly, their sales have been pretty bad lately. The cost of their clothes are gone up. Girls clothes cost more than boys clothes for the exact same item?? Take Your business elsewhere.

    I ordered 5 pieces of clothing from Children Place on November 9, 2021. They use a company called On Track to deliver their packages. On Track said they delivered the package on November 23rd. At 6:15pm. I have a ring door bell. I showed no activity at my front door after 3:18 pm... I told On Track this and Children's Place this info.

    I have talked to On Track 3 times now about my missing package. They gave me a case number and told me someone from Children's Place has to call On Track to verify the case number/ask them to look at the open investigation in order for me to get my refund back. No one from On Track has called me back. It's been 3 days. Childrens Place said they will not call On Track when it's their shipping company. Customer service person basically told me they don't do that. I won't get my refund back. To call my bank!!! I spent over 100 bucks. I don't have my package. They won't help me whatsoever. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never buy from this company again. I suggest you all dont support them either.

    I ordered 8 items from The Children's place that said delivered however it was never delivered. I contacted Children's Place on numerous occasions to deal with the situation. Every time I was sent to contact the carrier then the carrier sent me to the shipper. I am so tired of being sent everywhere for answers with no resolution. I do not understand how a big company does not ensure the items that they ship and leave the customers without hundreds of dollars of items and no way to resend, compensate or get a refund for the items. Think twice before you order from Children's Place. You take the losses. The company only cares about itself. The customer does not matter!

    In error I had made a duplicate order and immediately called the company to have the second order canceled. They refused to cancel it saying I would have to pay to ship it back to them despite how they hadn’t even shipped it yet. They didn’t ship it 'til 12 hours after I requested to cancel, they had AMPLE time to cancel it. So instead of doing the right thing for their long time client they instead just forced me to pay an extra $45 dollars for nothing. I will NEVER shop at this store again.

    Children's Place shipped out a package that said was delivered but never came. When I reached out to them they refused to help me or refund my money. This company does not care about their customers and will rob people of their hard earned money. There is nothing I can do to get my money back. Children's Place told me to call their shipping company which also hasn't done anything to help me. Then they told me to take it up with PayPal which is also a dead end. I will never shop here again because this experience shorted me of 60 dollars worth of clothes that never showed up.

    I ordered three sets of boys pj's and a girl's coat. I've gotten the alert on my phone that the package was delivered and when I got home from work, I looked for my package and it was nowhere to be found. I asked my elderly neighbor if a package was mistakenly delivered to her and she did not get a delivery. So I waited a few days to see if my package will arrive and still no package. I contacted Children's Place customer service and the lady told me that it shows my package has arrived and it is nothing they can do and will not be able to refund me or send me another package and that I will have to contact the postal carrier to find out where my package was delivered. I have been fighting this for a week now.

    Never shop here ever! If your package is lost in the mail, they won't refund your money, because in their eyes it's your fault it's lost. So you just will be shorted out of whatever amount money you spent, they will tell you to address it with everybody but them. So they can keep your money basically they are scammers out to steal your money.

    I've done many orders with them and never had an issue, but the last two packages that I ordered, I did not receive them, so I called for help. They kept sending me in circles and telling me to call a bunch of other people. It started getting frustrating to the point where I don't want to do business with them anymore. I still haven't gotten a refund or replacement for both my orders and I don't know what to do because I need my money back.

    Bought a winter coat for our child. Size was much bigger than tagged. And way too puffy, so couldn’t be used in car seat. Brought to store to return less than a week later. Was told by clerk the coat was on sale, so, although we paid $80, we would only receive a $45 refund. This is robbery. Asked for manager. Manager Rudely said “do you want to the money or not”? Decided to keep the coat and donate it. Will never shop at this store again. If this store ever comes up in conversation I will tell this story. I will tell this story every time I hear a retail nightmare mentioned. How Rude!

    I placed a 22 item order that was split into 4 different orders on the 5th of October and to date I have received 4 pieces. That do not even match, My daughter has picture day coming up at school and we have NOTHING to wear. Thanks to the lies told by this company in reference to delivery date. Customer Service could care less and I have made several calls concerned about my order and they could absolutely care less. If I can not grab it from the store I will never order from this place again. Thank you for ruining my daughters Pre-K Picture Day. :(

    I made a purchase at the mall at the Children's Place & they offered the credit card and blah blah, so she said, "The good thing is you don't need your sales receipt if you need to return when you use your card. I said, "Yes I love that stores do this. It makes it so much easier." So I got the card, even paid it off at that same day, I talked with her saying, "I'm not sure if the clothes will be needed. We think there's a dress code but they aren't sure at the moment." So she said, "If you are going to pay it off & think you will be returning things it will only place your account in a credit of the amount." I said, "I know I love seeing that makes me feel like I have extra money laying around." So that's when she said it about the sales receipt.

    But anyway I went to the store without the sales receipt. It was hectic in the store the day that I purchased this stuff. As all back to school parents I'm sure understand my frustration haha. But I went yesterday and they said they can't just run the card for the return. I said, "What do you mean all stores do it," & the lady and I talked about this the day I got the card & made the purchase. She said she doesn't know who told me this but it's not true, so I went on email 3 check for the emailed information that I got that they got my email address for. And I can't find it, she gave me a number and I called it right there in the store.

    Meanwhile one of my kids is spinning in circles, the other holding himself cause he has to use the bathroom, the # she gave me was useless, so I tried to call the number on the back of the card & it buzzed in my ear (not like a fax just a strange noise). I said I need to go take the kids to the bathroom and I will be back, well the boy wet his pants on the way so I was all around frustrated.

    I got on Google to see who do I call. There's even a spot that you can click for your receipts & I clicked it thinking omg was it this easy? Well it definitely wasn't. So I sat in the family bathroom trying to reach someone to help me with this & got put on hold switched to a different person a few times because they couldn't help me, & turned out once I got to hopefully is the right person they was closed. So today should be such a joy when I go back into the store this time after kids are in school.

    I am going to try another store because they definitely wasn't trying to work, the only reason the lady did come to the register was because the girl on register was training and needed help. There were two other store workers standing there chit-chatting about when they went out over the weekend, so when she came up to help the girl she said, "I can help you over here." I thought well damn it's about time, because I was standing there for almost 20 minutes waiting. I wasn't trying to be rude. I could tell the girl was new but I also couldn't understand why two people were standing there just talking while there was a line building up. And then come to find out there's somebody in the back office as well. So I will never return to that store and if I could not get any help with this today they can keep their credit card and shove it up their **. I might just be one person but I hope this helps somebody in my forever rant...

    So I ordered from Children's Place 250$ worth of clothes for my baby sister, they said they delivered the packages and I never received it. After calling them and OnTrac they still are telling me they can’t replace my stuff. I told them I have cameras and no one came to deliver my things and they still didn’t do anything… at this point I’m seeking legal counsel because this is crazy. I work hard for my money for them to not try to make things right when I never received what I purchased!

    I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Tracked it down. Says package damaged in delivery. TCP never called to tell me or send me a new package. I had to call them and even after calling them AND speaking to a supervisor, they refused to send me a new package. How does this make any sense at all?

    If your package got lost - they won't do anything. No one ever will reply to you via email or update on the status of the ticket. Calling won't do anything, after an hour on hold, they said that there is nothing they can do.

    I order online and when selecting shipping to come earlier it said it would be here by Tuesday 8/17/2021 but now is Wednesday and still have not received it. I would have not wasted $20 on getting my shipment early if it would have came later than the date that was given. They give false dates online and will do nothing to make up for their mess up. I never Had a problem with ordering online through Children’s Place and I have never rushed an order But the first time I do and it was not worth it I had to go buy other uniform elsewhere and now at losing out on $20 when it was not rushed. Depending on ever ordering from children’s place online maybe will start shopping locally when my needs will be met. I spend a lot of money with children’s place and also refer a lot of people to shop here and now I will not be doing that. It is much easier In person and the customer service is better in person than on the phone trying to fix this issue.

    Ordered online from them. One part of my order is to be delivered by Lasership (the carrier nor The Children's Place knows where my order is at) and I have one polo being delivered by UPS. Makes no sense. Now I am being told they have 7-10 business days to process my order. Will never buy from them again.

    I was purchasing school uniforms for my kids but they promised a 30% discount on an order, the literally said price 100 with the credit card 70 but clearly is a fraud. They did charge me the whole amount, only gave me 1000 and my credit score went down, what a bad decision trust this company.

    I've had this account for a couple of years. I pay the balance off every time I use it. I received a new statement with only a late charge. I paid it. The next month I received another late charge from the last balance that I paid off that was only a late charge. I called to get it reversed and it was a nightmare. They must outsource their calls to another country because there was a terrible language barrier issue. I couldn't understand the service rep and then she accidentally put me on hold and never came back. She hung up on me. I called back again and when prompted I cancelled my account. Then I selected to be connected again to a service rep. I once again got a service rep. A gentleman this time who I could hardly understand. I explained that I already paid the balance in full last month which only consisted of a late fee. I told him I'm not paying you another late fee upon a late fee and I asked him if he could reverse it.

    He told me he couldn't reverse the late fee because the account was now closed. So I asked for a supervisor and finally I got someone who I could clearly understand. I explained my situation and he told me that I had to reopen the account before he could reverse the late fee. So, I reopened the account and he reversed it. I will close the account as soon as the reversal finishes pending. This took up an hour of my time to have a late fee reversed. I understand cutting down on cost but jeez you're outsourcing to people we can't even understand. And you can't get someone who speaks good English unless you escalate the call. Who has time for that?

    I made an online purchase for two toddler shirts. I received a notification via email when my order got delivered, and upon checking it, there was only 1 shirt in the package. Although it said both shirts were delivered, they did not package one of them. I needed the shirts for an occasion I am attending out of town, and unfortunately they do not sell this particular shirt in stores. Although they issued a refund for the missing shirt, it was such an inconvenience. I am now on the search to find something similar for my son before my flight leaves tomorrow. I don’t trust ordering anything else from them online. Please do better Children’s Place.

    I ordered some merchandise and received an email the merchandise was shipped. On May 4th UPS delivered the package and left it at the front door of my apartment building. Since the package was delivered at a time I was at work I was unable to retrieve it. I contacted children’s place and informed them I never received the package since it was delivered during the time I was working and no one was home to receive it, they informed me I had to reach out to UPS. I then reach out to UPS they say they can’t place a claim because the vendor children’s place needs to file a dispute on my behalf.

    I reach out to children’s place and inform them of this and they say they can’t refund me my 200 dollars nor reshoot the merchandise because the package shows delivered even though it shows it was left at the front door. I have been going back and forth for almost a month being bounced between my bank who won’t file a claim because the package shows delivered, although it was left at my door, and No one wants to assist. Please beware of these situations because if it happens to you they will give you the runaround. In the meantime I have no merchandise and no money!!! Buyer beware!!

    I have been ordering for many years and have never had an issues. However, I ordered a few items about a month ago and the items were shipped separately. I received one package but not the other. When I called customer service they basically blew me off. Told me to spend hours on the phone with my bank or the post office to resolve my own issue. They refused to either reship the item or refund the amount. This is the only retailer that I have ever tell me to solve my own problems. Most likely will never shop there again.

    I am discouraged by this company's difficult website to maneuver. At no point is there a prompt to SEND order.. The screen whisks quickly to the order complete and there is no recourse to alter order.. This seems non customer friendly. Offer to give 30% was not honored on placing my first order using the credit card. Call service center in Columbia, S.A. operator was snippy, horrible customer service skills! When you sign up for the credit card you are sent an instant email which also contains the 'coupon codes' for 30% off. Once you place your order if you aren't aware that this code must be entered and you place the order there is No way to get customer service to apply the discount. When I receive this order for $138 it will be returned to the store and the credit card destroyed! This is a disappointment!

    I placed an order on February 28th 2021 and received an email confirming the order was received. When I didn't receive any notification of shipping, I called customer service. I have now called customer service at least 4 times. It is March 17. Each time I call I get the same response, read from a manual stating that the order is confirmed and in process but not ready for shipping as yet. The customer service representatives were not able to provide any further information as to the status of the order. They provided no information beyond what was already provided in the original email. They apparently have no way of contacting the warehouse to inquire about the status of the order, other than to send an email, which always returns the same information already provided in the original email. One of the agents actually responded by sending me the same email again.

    At this point, it looks like I will have a disappointed child at her birthday and from reading the other reviews, it seems possible that my order might never come. The customer service agents are unapologetic and continually repeat the same information. It seems clear that this company is unclear about what good customer service means. This is my first purchase with this store. I'm very disappointed and will not shop here again, of course -- given that it seems possible that shopping here is not really shopping at all.

    I ordered three pairs of pants for my 6 1/2 year old daughter online, and unfortunately I chose size 5-6 instead of size 7-8. So the pants were too low in the waist and I wanted to exchange for another size at the store. The sales person said there was a stain on one pair (even though you could see the fold creases from the shipping and they smelled like new clothes)...and she refused to credit the pair of pants that were clearly never worn - my return was within the week. They were shipped to me and I came to the store with my purchase receipt. How frustrating and a waste of money. Never again.
