    Customer service is the worst for online orders. They cancel orders, they change or ship incorrect product and the only option is to return to the store. Well some of us live hours away from a store, or we have to pay for the return of their mistake. They are terrible. The whole customer service experience is the pits. Someone needs to come in and change the culture and the way they treat their customers. The experience is terrible. Too many other options for retail stores with good quality products.

    What has happened to this store? FILA is gone. I couldn't find hardly any athletic wear, specifically leggings. The clothes are drab old lady type wear. The jewelry is shoved in the back of the store and no one to help you. Didn't see any watches. No one spoke or asked if you needed anything. This was always my go to store where I would spend around 400.00. I left spending $120.00. Not returning. It is really sad.

    I tried to order online but said I had to change my password. Tried several times but kept bringing me back to the same message over and over again and could not reset password so will no longer use Kohl's!!!!

    I love shopping at Kohl's. I have not had any problems with Kohl's. I do most of my Kohl's shopping online without any problems, although I have also been in the stores. I usually do not need sales assistance, as I just go through the store and pick out what I want and go to the checkout. If you go on a busy day there will be lines to wait through, but when I go there are no lines. When I return something, it is easy. I do not take off tags until I know I'm going to keep the item, and I make sure to get it back to the store within the allowed time frame and I save my receipts, so if you do that there are no problems.

    I am pretty careful about what I order so I don't need to make too many returns anyway. You do have to realize, the Kohl's Cash you got when you bought the item will be deducted from your refund, that is only right, so not sure why that makes some people mad. I can also return to any Kohl's store which is very convenient. I think it's great to shop during their sale times when you get free shipping even though you don't order the usual minimum amount, although I usually do. I love seeing my items in my cart that I picked that were on sale plus I get my percentage off and free shipping.

    If you have a problem with stores, try shopping online. Not sure why people have so many problems with Kohl's. They also have an amazing variety of items, online especially. Yes, sometimes they are out of what I want but I don't get mad at them because of that. I just find something else or try again next time. I love shopping at Kohl's and appreciate having a store like this. I have also known quite a few people who I've worked with or family members and they also love Kohl's. We just don't write as many reviews, so I wanted to write this.

    Shipping to the store is pathetically sad. It has been nine days since I placed an order to be picked up at the store. It’s 2026. I can order from pretty much anywhere in the country and have it here in half the time. Makes zero sense in this day and age.

    This is the worst credit card I ever had. My bill came late twice and when I called Kohl's Capital One they made me pay the bill right away but I had to close my account so I would not have to pay the $ 15.00 late fee. So now they owe me money and taking them up Two months later and I still don't have received the money owed to me. This is frustrating and I will NEVER get a Kohl's credit card again or any other CAPITAL ONE credit card. So BE Aware of this joke of a company.

    I ordered several items from Kohl's online. One item did come early. However, one of the items I wanted the most was supposedly sold out. One of my items is getting here late which is not unusual. Two of my other items are just sitting there with no delivery updates or order fulfillment updates. Two items appear to be on the way. What choppy service. And this is ridiculous to just keep waiting and waiting for things. This will be the last time I order from this place.

    I have a Kohl's card, we moved and I updated my card, I have the email verification. So I order hundreds of dollars in merchandise. I had to input my address 3 times to my current address and pushed pay. Today I get an email from them saying my entire order is going to the old address, no explanation given. No way to resolve according to them per call today, let packages go to old address and hope the new people living there sends them back? Kohl's' mistake, kohl's' problem. I did not use my kohl's card and will dispute the charges.

    I am done with Kohls. I ordered clothes on line. It took over two weeks for them to stuff 2 tops in a UPS bag (no, the tops were not individually sealed as if new) and one was damaged in shipping. So I go in to the store to return damaged product and get refund as a credit on my account. I get the bill (Capital One) for $5.00 charge so go back in to pay $5 and Kohls computer says I owe $5.50 now. OK so I pay it just to get this done and now I receive a bill with a .50 CREDIT!! I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with this Kohls/Capital One credit system. One dollar charged here and then taken off a week later. I am certain that I got caught in the middle of their confusing, self serving and ridiculous billing cycle so I am DONE WITH KOHLS! You guys gotta up your game.

    I have been a loyal Kohls customer since the store in Valencia, California opened. I'm now homebound, can not drive and rarely shop in person. I've shopped the sales with coupons when the management at Kohl's valued customers. Now you're doing some weird AI pricing on Kohls.com. A clearance item can change from $10 to $25 within days. It's a joke, I don't think you value your loyal customers.

    I am writing to formally report a serious issue regarding a Kohl’s gift card that we recently received. The gift card currently shows a zero balance, even though it has never been used, scratched, or redeemed by us. We were extremely surprised and concerned to discover that the balance was already gone. When we contacted customer service, we asked specifically: When was this card used? Where was it used? Who used it?

    However, the customer service representative, Lucas, refused to provide this information and denied our request for a replacement card. We were simply told that the card was “ordered online,” which does not explain how or when the balance was used without our authorization. This situation strongly suggests possible fraudulent activity. As customers, we have the right to know how and when the funds were accessed, especially since we never used this card.

    I went in to return a package for Amazon, which of course was at the far end of the store by design. As I leave I saw several items worth a quick stop to purchase. However they were all locked up by a wired alarm! Not a sales clerk in sight. Nearest register open was clear on the other side of the store. How can you stay in business like this? I was going to buy 3 pairs of shorts at least if not more. There should be more arresting the criminals stealing INSIDE the store so that the clean upright customers HAVE THE FREEDOM TO shop and browse. This lockdown of regular customers is crazy. If you begin to arrest people on the spot instead of allowing them to take off with half your store.. they will stop stealing. Reason I won't shop here.

    I’ve been a Kohl’s customer for a while, but their recent move to use third-party platforms for tracking and surveys is a major turn-off. Clicking a tracking link should take you to the shipping carrier (UPS), not a data-collection site. It feels like an invasion of privacy and creates unnecessary confusion. It’s hard to trust 'official' emails when they behave like phishing links. I’m very unhappy with this shift and hope they return to more direct, secure customer service practices.

    I am trying to purchase a vacuum cleaner from the Kohl’s website, I decided to see if there were any locations that were any cheaper than Kohl’s for the vacuum cleaner. I was very shocked at the price difference. The same vacuum cleaner at Kohl’s is $479.99 and Best Buy sells $279.99. I called to do a price match, and they said that the item was not eligible, probably because of the significant discrepancy in pricing. If you are going to buy anything from Kohl’s, you may want to price it at other locations to make sure you’re not getting a total rip-off.

    I visited the Kohl’s location in Henderson to return a small Amazon package. When I entered the store, there were no visible signs indicating where Amazon returns should be handled, so I waited in the checkout/returns line. When I reached the register, the cashier—a tall, mature woman with blonde/gray hair and glasses—called me over by saying “Yeah.” After I explained that I had an Amazon return, she curtly responded, “This is not Amazon, it’s Kohl’s,” and pointed me toward the drop-off area. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Better signage and basic courtesy would have made a big difference. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this store.

    Started out my mom was in the hospital for 2 was and now is home bound. I noticed her bill and it was due in 3 days, so I took HER check to the store to pay it. Kohl's clerk (rude) refused to take it, without her drivers license. A total joke. I then had to mail the check to bank. Which made the payment late. We just got a bill for a $29.00 late fee. I have never dealt with a company who would not take a payment, until now. My mom has been a long time customer, because she was hospitalized and I couldn't pay her account any other way. You would Think if a company wanted to keep long time customers they wouldn't make it so hard. Emergency situations happen all the time. Done with Kohls.

    Kohl’s is definitely lacking in online customer service! I placed an order, and a minute later found the same item somewhere else at more than half the price of Kohl’s. Immediately tried to cancel my Kohl’s order, and they wouldn’t let me. Used the “chat” option to talk to someone and by the time I finally was connected to a real person, they said it was too late; that Kohl’s “moves quickly” to fulfill their orders. It had only been a little over 30 minutes!!! Well, that was frustrating enough, but THREE DAYS LATER I get an email saying my order is packed and “ready to ship”! That’s moving quickly?? I was very disappointed. I will return the merchandise and will not be shopping there again.

    When you purchase items - you’ll find you have kohls cash and that’s what happened to me. I had $9.00 left to spend and then after I bought a ton of clothes- I was handed a $30. Get to the register and f course — no $30. Manager Ben shows up and argues with me in a crowded Sephora counter. He proceeded to accuse me of returning an item and a reduced amount. I repeated the entire event twice - and yet still chose to argue and point fingers at me. I paid for my items, which is also a weird receipt - and left. I wrote a corporate complaint and will no longer visit the store.

    The manager offered no solution, even asked me for my prior receipt from the other days purchase. So now we have to PROVE we purchased items? One would think a manager could find a solution by not offending the client. No - not at Bangor Kohl's, the manager would rather point fingers at you and argue with a 64 woman and cause stress and anxiety. NO more Kohls. I also believe they charged me $52 for an item I didn’t receive.

    I have been ordering online from Kohl's to my new address in South Carolina without an issue. I had changed both billing address and shipping address when I arrived from NJ. In October I realized they sent my order to the address in NJ. I had done a May order for my child and when I asked her she said that order never came either. I researched and learned they both went to NJ. It is almost impossible to get customer service. I finally was able to after many calls escalate to Jesse at corporate. He agreed to refund both orders (after “schooling” me multiple times).

    I got a refund in Nov for one order and was told second went to me Dec 17. That is not showing up. I asked Jesse for a printout saying the amount and date it was refunded since he saw it in his system so I could take it up with PayPal. He refused. I have also asked for his superior and he refused. I have called multiple times. They say they see it but will not give me proof so I can take it to PayPal and ask where it is. Jesse was very disrespectful and claims he is in the office of the president of kohls. I will not buy anything again from kohls. A simple matter has dragged on leaving me out $60.

    Got my order. I was a coffee table. None of the bolts to put it together were in the box. I called. They gave me a number for the company that was out of ordered. Called back. Was told I would get a % back on my card. They never gave it to me.

    Back in Sept around the 18th I was visiting a sick aunt for the day. No clothes or anything. 6 hour drive. She passed. While there, I went to Kohl's. Purchased a couple new outfits for the stay and the funeral. Went to Sephora. Got some makeup and the clerk was telling about the spend 95 on the samples perfume get a big one free so I purchased it. Went home used the samples. Went to purchase "My free one" and the coupon had it expired on Sept 5 - 14 days Before I purchased it. Today I reached out to customer service and was told they cannot help. I have to Drive 6 hours back to the original store!!! Are you Serious. I have been a loyal customer of Kohl's for many years and do believe I will be canceling my card.

    Kohl's is a rip off. They dropped 2 packages off at different times to a community mailbox that has a huge sign that says. "Do NOT drop packages here. Deliver to home." Argued 3 different times with them. All they say is there is a pic of 1 delivery on the ground, in the snow, in front of the sign that says "Do not deliver here."

    Bought a ring for my husband for Christmas and it was on sale. The ring ended up being too big for his left hand so I took it into the store to even exchange for the right size and the lady told me that since I bought it online I couldn’t even exchange it. I had to re-buy one that is not on sale anymore ($100 more now). Wait for the ring and then bring both of the rings back into the store to even exchange it then. Why couldn’t they just order me a ring online and override the price for an equal exchange, but instead they’re making things very difficult on customers and lack customer service skills. The lady could care less that I live 25 minutes from the store as well and already drove there to exchange. I also have to upfront the money for another one in meantime. I work retail and have never heard of such a thing my entire life.

    We purchased a robot vacuum for Christmas. The package never arrived and we opened an investigation with UPS. It's now been a month. I have called Kohls multiple times to try and get a refund. They said that they can't refund the order because they show it as delivered, but UPS shows it as an open investigation. Kohls' advice was to dispute it with our credit card company. Now we have to wait to see how the chargeback goes with Capital One.

    My daughter and I went in the store shopping just before Christmas. It was a 25% off friend's and family. She got a lot of clothes and when she checked out it was hardly nothing off. She said the cashier said they didn't qualify. I've went through the same thing before. I used to save a lot but now it just seems to be a way to get u to shop but really no savings. I'm slowly getting away from shopping there and shopping other places, this is just the way i think about it. Eventually I'll cancel my card.

    I purchased a gate with a $50 gift card. They intercepted the delivery because entered the wrong shipping address. It’s been almost 2 mos and 6 phone calls, I still haven’t received a refunded gift card. Every time I call they tell me 7-14 days. I even tried to get help at a store and they gave me the same customer service number I already have. Still nothing. I’m canceling my account and credit card after 20 years.

    Terrible customer service. I spent 55 minutes on the phone, and this was my fifth time contacting Kohl’s about the same unresolved issue. The rep Abbey couldn’t help and transferred me to supervisor Lew, who was completely unprofessional and disconnected the call without resolving anything. Hanging up on a customer after nearly an hour—especially after multiple prior calls—is unacceptable. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and a huge waste of time. Kohl’s customer support clearly does not value its customers. Very disappointed and reconsidering shopping here.

    This company has went to HELL! Sadly, closed my account after 10+ years of shopping with Kohl's due to online discrepancies and system errors. First, the app doesn't recap purchase transactions (Kohls and nor Capital One), therefore discrepancies are indisputable. You now need 2 different apps for 1 Kohls account as they do not link (Very inconvenient). Tried getting a resolution which turned into threats made by not just any ole [phone] customer service rep, but an individual posing as supervisor. I don't take too kindly to threats and especially when I owe you nothing. "FIX YOUR SYSTEM AND TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY".

    After 4 hrs of going back and forth, the best resolution for me was to satisfy my account and to close it immediately after being threatened by not just a customer service rep but also a "supervisor" for requesting closure. I can't believe what just happened to me on a recorded line. Every since the merger this company has and should GO STRAIGHT TO HELL!!!!
