There's a period where we started to get a lot of complaints and it's something I wanted to attack as soon as I started working here. ConsumerAffairs for Brands is the way to do it. I think it's really easy to use and very straightforward. Our goal overall is to definitely get into the green area, so it works very well and easily as far as disputing all sorts of complaints. Brian, the salesperson that was in charge of our account was good, he called us up a lot and was very nice and helpful. Stevie, the client success specialist responds almost instantly to any questions we have. It's definitely been helpful for our online positioning.

I chose to use Consumer Affairs for Brands to get positive reviews online since the website ranks very well organically. It has really helped us in terms of people reading positive reviews on our company. Stevie, our client success specialist, was very thorough and gets back to us always. Everything’s been great. However, there’s an issue that another company is ranked higher than us since they don’t even exist and hardly has any reviews. If you call the phone number associated with the company, the person that answers is under a different company name. It’s quite unfair and doesn’t make sense.

We wanted to have an opportunity to work with our customers not just let them post anonymously on website so we partnered with ConsumerAffairs for brands. I found the application platform pretty easy for the most part. The only thing that I've had trouble with is the widget for displaying reviews but everything else was fine.
I was at sales process pretty much. I was impressed with that guy who talked to me. He was great and the customer service aspect has been great too. Client success specialist was very responsive every time I've needed anything and reached out when I get busy and forget about stuff. For some reason, we're not getting a lot of leads on the page. I know we get a lot of views but maybe the call to action isn't strong enough on the page.

Our company chose to partner with Consumer Affairs for Brands to manage our brand online and to manage our brand reputation. To me, at least, it's to try to funnel people to fight back that are credible and reputable, so if people do have complaints we can actually find out about them and fix them. The Brands application platform is easy to use. It's fine. Using the platform lets us have visibility as a people that are happy. Also, we have number five star ratings so generally we do an excellent job. But there's always going to be people who are not happy for whatever reason. We watch us fight every single day for issues that come up, good or bad.
I was directly involved in the sales process. This is year three that we've been with them so everything seems to work. We're still there and that says something. I delegated working with the success specialist to different staff members. We were supposed to have a call a few months ago, to go over how and where we're at. That call never happened, most likely because of my schedule -- They can't have me in one place because I tend to travel a lot. I do recommend Consumer Affairs for Brands, if you get to work it. I've recommended them a few times. But if you don't work the site, then it's hard to benefit because if you just let it sit there, it doesn't really do you much good.

There was a lot of negative reviews on ConsumerAffairs for our company so we decided to try and partner to clear that up. The platform is relatively easy to use and as a whole it improved our business. It helped us largely on our online reputation. It was a significant investment and so we spent a lot of time kind of figuring out how we were gonna make it work. Generally it was pretty pain-free. It was just a matter of trying to make it work for both ConsumerAffairs and for us.

We partnered with ConsumerAffairs to help increase our rating and positivity on our page. The platform is very easy to use and navigate. I love that ConsumerAffairs protects both the consumers and the company. The team is phenomenal, especially our client success specialist. We wanted to partner with Consumer Affairs to grow and to learn how we can make our business more presentable to our audience and really capture the variety of what people were saying about us whether it was good or bad. Using the platforms was easy and now we're able to read what's going on and check out what people are saying and respond to complaints if need to be. Because of Consumer Affairs, we've absolutely been able to get in touch with customers. We use the feedback that we received as an opportunity to look at what's being said about our business. We definitely take a lot of that feedback and use it internally too. And the client specialist is fantastic. I do not have a bad thing to say about her. She responds really fast and makes sure that everything that we want is addressed within an hour or two. She has been amazing.

Our company represents the client Bath Fitter and they have franchises across North America. One of their key goals when we took the account was to raise its reputation management status online. ConsumerAffairs brand application platform has worked very well in that regard. It's done well with raising the average star rating using the monthly consumer outreach program. It is fairly intuitive, very easy to navigate, and we're looking forward to using some of the integration tool that it has.
Working with the client success specialist for the most part has been helpful. Sometimes the responses are not quite as thorough or as prompt as we would like but mostly we've had a good experience.

We have a hard time with our online reviews. Our target market is older: seniors and baby boomers who don't seem to be very vocal online and don't do a lot of social media and reviews. So we thought ConsumerAffairs would be a good partner to fill in that gap. The brand application platform was super easy to use. I had one orientation with my representative and that's all I needed. It's easy to navigate and to figure out what's going on. They've helped us to set goals of gathering certain number of reviews over the phone every month, so that's been rolled into my overall duties.
Our client success specialist has been great. She's always responsive when I need her, and lets me know if there are any roadblocks in the ways. Almost all of our reviews are transcribed from the phone and I have heard a couple of rumblings from our members. They feel the transcribing doesn't always make them look super favorable. We had one customer in particular who commented on the site and said "Oh I don't like the way this is transcribed." And I'm like "Where were you when you could just write it yourself?" But we've got to value that kind of feedback. So I would request that in transcribing, they try to shorten the sentences, make it sound a little less like they're just rambling on and on. I know that's hard to do and preserve what they said, but I think there's some room there to just tighten it up.

The folks at Consumer Affairs for brands couldn't be nicer, or easier to deal with. The best thing about them, however, is that they truly care about the consumer's experience by making sure that they get valid and thorough information about the companies they're researching. ConsumerAffairs has helped us better connect with our customers and manage our reviews. When we have questions or run into issues with the site, they are very quick to respond. It has also been great to have a specified contact person, rather than a generic helpline, whenever we have problems or suggestions. ConsumerAffairs has also given us some great tips to improve our ratings, as well as a customized plan to help us reach our goals.

ConsumerAffairs for Brands has been a very helpful program for our company. Prior to starting with their program we had a one star rating because only unhappy people want to go out and tell the world about their issue. We are a very customer focused company and do everything we can to make a customer happy within reason but not all consumers are reasonable. Our customer research indicated that we had a 94% satisfaction rating but those customers don't go out and write about it for the world to see.
Enter ConsumerAffairs.com for brands. We partnered with them and set up a program where they call our customers and survey them about their experience with our brand. We have gone from a 1 star rating to a 4.3 star rating. In addition to having a positive review site for consumers to read about real customers and their experiences, the feedback we receive about our company is very useful. By using ConsumerAffairs.com for brands we found out that a percentage of customers had minor issues, questions or complaints but never contacted anyone in the company to address them. We read every review and questions and problems are forwarded to the appropriate department. This allows us to be more proactive. In addition, the feedback allows us to see if we are having a problem in specific regions with sales representatives or delivery personnel.
The staff at ConsumerAffairs.com are responsive and helpful. We would recommend the service to any company.

Since we have starting using ConsumerAffairs to help monitoring our customer's feedback, Jessica (part of the service team at ConsumerAffairs) has been nothing short of outstanding when it comes to taking care of us and our needs.
