Everyone has been friendly and efficient. I would recommend this service to a friend. I appreciate what they do for the community of pets and pets owners. They were efficient answering my questions and concerns.

After slight communication issue with email. Everything was great! Still a very new customer but am satisfied with the services provided. It is difficult to reach anyone who can act help you over the phone. May update :)

I highly recommend Support Pets. Especially the way customer service handled my processing of documents. They are prompt and very fast. They attended to my urgent issue right away and I was so relieved I did not have to leave my pet behind. Very helpful people. Easy process all online. Worth every penny. Made my life so much better and saved my dog's life. That is a big deal to me. Anyone suffering from mental health should consider, if you're able, a pet for support. This world is evil. This company has provided light in a dark place.

The customer service is excellent with quick response time. I had a problem and after sending just one letter they solved the problem. I am not a fan of a company that makes you consistently write letters. This company solves the problem in one letter. It's comforting to have my kid by my side at as all times.

Excellent service, quick responses. Having my 4 legged kids with me all the time has changed my life. There is no a moment when I don't see happiness, having this service really bring my blood pressure down. It's a blessing.

Been w/ Support Pets since Oct 24. I recently renewed. They are very credible, very responsive and kind. They’ve made a huge difference in my life after a traumatic event that affected both me & my dog. They legally supported my rights to keep my dog by my side. The benefits of this should be shared and supported worldwide. I’m very grateful for Support Pets and the way they have treated me.

AVOID! This company is a SCAM! Wanted EAS documents for my cat. Made payment; they sent a PDF that doesn’t print. Filed complaint, they send BS emails saying documents are on the way. Have not received anything from them & they are unresponsive by phone or email. Have complained numerous times & get the reply, we are closing this ticket??! Have not received Anything from this company of value other than headaches & time wasting, not to mention draining my bank account. AVOID THIS SCAM!

Yes, they did provide an ESA letter. They also offer to complete other necessary paperwork for landlords. We sent them the form that our residence requested. This was a simple form with the same information that the ESA paperwork stated. Yes it was the same but our residence requires it. The reply was "our Dr. Isn't comfortable completing this". So what good is the offering. They also upsell a trackable collar for your pet. Over 8 weeks have passed. Nothing. And will not respond to emails about the whereabouts. Save your money and go to your "real Dr." As we did. Waste of time and money.

Was told it was 100$ for an ESA and was charged 4 times with a total of 800$ to my debit card. They offer a live chat 24/7 and customer support but then when you call or chat you can’t get through to anyone to fix the charges. I would not recommend to anyone.

Support Pets is an unethical organization and does not live by its promises. It says that when you sign up with them for an ESA certificate for your pet they will give you a $20 Amazon gift card. After many emails to them, it is clear that they do not intend to stick by this promise. All they say is we've made note of your concern and then send you emails to try to get you to buy more of their products.
