We have a policy for both of our rescues. Decent coverage and you can change coverages mid policy. They have wonderful customer service representatives and payment options. They also provide clear and concise email communications.

The policy you buy is not the policy you get. This company adds exceptions to coverage every year you renew until you are basically paying them and they are covering nothing as your dog ages. We had this policy for several years and called every renewal year to be sure it remained the same. They did not disclose they were adding exceptions every year. Not once. Not until our older dog had an accident at the park with another dog running into his knee requiring surgery to repair. When I called to verify coverage I was told I need to read all the new exceptions every year but it probably would be coverage under our accident coverage.
