Before TOM switched over to this unified version, I’d have given it a five star rating. But the switch is absolute GARBAGE! The app alone was perfect (in my opinion). Now with the sign in and the website page moving all over the place when trying to navigate on my phone it’s not worth the time or effort. I used to spend almost 3-4 hrs a week just browsing the app. Now, I forget I have it sometimes and when I chance it (hoping maybe they went back to app only service), I end up closing out of it. This change was a mistake. I’ve ordered products in the past off TOM and was pleased with my products and the service I received. But now, it simply uninterests me. You guys should go back.

I ordered this product with high hopes, but unfortunately, the delivery process has been frustrating. What was promised as a timely shipment averaging 2-3 weeks has turned into a seven-week wait—and counting. Communication has been responsive to me emails, yet no acceptable updates nor timeline for delivery. I understand delays happen, but the lack of transparency and accountability has been disappointing. Hoping the product is worth the wait, but so far, the experience hasn't inspired confidence, prompting a "Do Not Use" this service review.

This review is strictly on the customer service at Touch of Modern. Their products have always been good quality items but I recently purchased a $300 pair of sunglasses and also paid extra for their "shipping protection" and it has been a joke. My glasses have been lost in shipping with DHL for almost a month now. Touch of modern says they will get you a replacement or refund if your item is lost for over 7 days. So far all I get from Touch of Modern or their insured company is that they are looking into it and will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Good company if you receive your item but I won't be spending my money with them anymore.

Placed my over 5 weeks ago. They never shipped my product nor do they have it in stock. They said NO Refund. Only store credit. Are you kidding me?? Did Chargeback. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!! Nothing but wasting your time and money.

I purchased this through Touch of Modern and it hasn't worked right out of the box. When I went back and looked it said final sale not eligible for return or cancelation. It was purchased as a Christmas present so it went over the 30 day manufactures warranty. And it took 4 to 5 weeks to ship.

I have ordered some items over the years and recently placed an order for a pocket knife and was to ship in 6-7 weeks which is TOM biggest problem. How does something like that take that long. Well it’s been over 9 weeks and that’s totally unacceptable. I emailed them and they gave me 10% off anything for future purchases which added up to $3 bucks off, while I wait for delayed item. I don’t think it’s coming period. I will give it until the new year. If it’s not in my hands by then I will never use them ever again. What the heck was I thinking. I could have got it from Amazon and have it in 2 days. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I've been a customer for years. Sometimes unusual items at a good price. I ordered a remote control car for my grandson over three months ago. It was to be shipped in 4 to 5 weeks. They have no idea when it will be delivered. It was purchased on a no cancellation policy, but they agreed to cancel the order and give me credit toward future purchase. I have no intention of buying anything from them again. Besides, the same item was on Amazon, cheaper, and delivered in two days. I will probably lose my money. They are not a reputable retailer.

Ordered 2 items. Got one wrong size. I returned that item. Told I would receive refund in 5 to 10 business days 2 months ago, have yet to receive refund. 2nd item was not at all what I ordered after waiting 3 months. They are stealing my money (refund). Got great items but you’ll be considered lucky to get what you paid for. Never again! Working to get the word out. They’re thieves!!!

I bought an item from Touch of Modern and never received anything showing it was ordered. So, I messaged them (David) and they couldn't find the order, but they charged the item to my card. So, I sent them a picture of the statement showing that it went through and no reply back from them. The credit card company was informed and an investigation has started. Please read the reviews before buying anything from Touch of Modern.

SCAM SITE! I ordered two pens from TOM. After one month, I inquired with their customer service department. "Luis" (who seems to be everyone's customer service agent) told me there was an "error in inventory." They refunded one of the items. It has been THREE months, and I do not have the other item. I have made several inquiries. Luis can't seem to get a response. I've contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. I've contacted Visa to get them unlisted as an approved vendor. Don't use Touch of Modern for anything!
