I have been receiving emails from Sweet Deals for years now so when I received one for the local Enchantment Festival I purchased the tickets. When I arrived at the festival the tickets were invalid and when they called the owner he told me that he never gave permission to Sweet Deals to put out that promotion and it was a scam. He turned down my entrance and I was offered to purchase tickets at the front desk. So not only was I out $37 but totally and completely humiliated in front of my guest and everyone around me.

Apparently signed up for a deal with my local radio station years ago (not sure what) and started receiving email "deals" from Sweet Deals but am unable to unsubscribe via the email newsletters. The link to unsubscribe results in an error message. Googled the company and went to its website. There's no link for customer service. One can sign up for a newsletter but can't unsubscribe. There are two copyrights at the bottom of the page and if one clicks on the Cumulus link it will open to the source of the emails. And one can't ask to unsubscribe in the Contact Us link without adding a phone number so I added a non-existent number. This company should be required to have a valid unsubscribe link. It shouldn't be such an involved process to ask to be removed from a promotional list.

I think people are getting scammed by SWEET DEALS. My sister and I both order from these people. I did finally received an email, because I kept on pressuring them when they would be delivered. They gave me a tracking number and nothing shows up when I track them. Going to see if they will refund me, if not I will have to take matters into my own hands. Very unhappy!!!

So they advertise, "Shipped within 7 days." Ordered and never got a confirmation email. After 9 days I finally reached out and was told now 14-21. I asked to cancel the order and refund my money. They said they would not and that the masks shipped. The DHL tracking has only one update from 4/23 that they were "notified" of the item but not product shipped. Every link they send me is invalid. I get this is trying times but not an excuse to take money from people and promise a product they realize is so important. Very disgusted with this company and the way they lie about this. If I needed it in 3 weeks I would order elsewhere. Guess I thought I was supporting local and am not. Do NOT ORDER.

FACE MASK scam. Waste of time, giving them ALL my private info, over and over again, but the order wouldn't go thru. WHY NOT say the site is overwhelmed??? OR is it just a SCAM to get my info. DO THEY even have the FACE MASKS???

I'm not sure about all these negative reviews. I've ordered several items from Sweet Deals and always been very pleased. Shipping is relatively fast and the prices are better than wholesale. I'll continue to purchase from them and open their emails in the hopes of more great finds.

Order the Sweet Deal of the Week for Cookie jar café, 7 days later they send me coupons for a restaurant in AZ. Send them an email, they are in Atlanta, they said send them back and they would send refund, no apologies, no offer for the right coupons, and now almost 2 weeks later no refund either.

Today, I received an e-mail from Sweet Deals with an offer for a High-Performance Tactical Ops LED Flashlight, regular price, $49.99 on sale for $5.00. Sound too good to be true? Of course it does because it is too good to be true. I recently purchased this identical flashlight from Amazon at the price of two for $9.99. No sale, just the regular price. I have noticed this over and over again with Sweet Deals (should be Scam Deals!) where they routinely lie about the regular price to make their deals look really great. Some I have researched and found the regular price somewhere else was less than their "Deal" which was supposed to be 90% off. I would never purchase any product from them. NEVER! The only reason I do not unsubscribe is that the local radio station uses them for restaurant deals where you can get food at half price.

I have read all these bad reviews, but I ordered water park tickets for Splash Universe and got them within 5 days. Had no problem getting them. Maybe because they were a radio station promotion? I don't know, but I was completely satisfied. I also don't like when a consumer repeatedly writes the same review to jump up the negative numbers.

I bought and paid for on April 19th ice cream vouchers. Suppose to receive in 7-10 days. Ha! Still after 4 emails no vouchers and today is June 10th. Ripped off! We contacted our bank for no merchandise received. Do not buy vouchers from this company.

My Family and I purchase a certificate to Anakeesta for a family vacation. Due to wind conditions, the place was closed. Four months late and we are still asking for our refund. Stay away from this company.

Ordered coupons for a local restaurant and did not receive them. E-mailed them back and forth for 3 months never getting a straight answer. Finally got the certificates but instead of having 6 months to use them, we now have just 3 months. Will never use them again!! Don't know how they stay in business.

I ordered tickets on Oct 31, 2018 and didnt receive them until November 27, 2018! I emailed 21 times and got the same runaround...they are in the mail? I needed the tickets in November for school vacation, now I have tickets that can't be used on Saturdays but must be used by Dec 31. What a jip!

On June 29, 2018 I purchased 4 tickets to a waterpark that were discounted through Sweet Deals. Mid-July I emailed the company saying that I never received my tickets and first the person responding to my email said that I never provided an address. However, my address is on my profile and I never got an email asking for my address after the purchase. After 5 days, I emailed again asking if they were going to send the tickets and was told yes, they would send them out.
August 7th, after our trip to Kansas City where we planned to use the tickets I emailed Sweet Deals again asking for a refund because the tickets were never sent and we had to pay full price at the gate for admission to the water park. The person responded to my email saying the tickets were sent on July 2, 2018. I forwarded the email from mid-July saying they couldn't send the tickets due to not having my address. I never got a response, but on 8/10/2018 I received complimentary tickets to the waterpark that we can no longer use and no refund. HORRIBLE customer service!

I ordered two pair of sandals back in April and this website Sweet Deals processed my order and deducted my money from my checking account IMMEDIATELY. As of today, still no sandals have arrived and when asked for my refund, they said they do not give refunds. What kind of business is this... a total SCAM. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I repeat - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SWEET DEALS!

SweetJack changed their name to Sweet Deals. Beware of both. I have purchased a number of deals from them, some work and some do not. I have purchased some where the restaurant had closed and one in Pigeon Forge that would not honor the deal. No refunds. Currently they are selling a certificate for a restaurant in the Tri-Cities area that is closed and the building is for rent. I notified them of this but they continue to sell the certificate. Anyone buying this is just out their money. This tells me they are dishonest and I will not use them again.

It seemed like a good idea at the time. I wasn't certain about the whole thing. I thought it might be a fraud or phishing at first. The deal almost sounded too good to be true. Unless you are 100% certain about it, don't do the deal. Read every detail and all fine print very, very carefully. Some can be okay, but some have too many strings. Deal breakers might be time of day restrictions, dates, etc. You really can never be too sure about any deal until you try to execute it and get it accepted by the retailer. This is where the rubber meets the road. Some deals have fallen through because they tell you they are out. Remember to look for a phrase similar to "subject to stock on hand".

I purchased a Getaway deal from SweetJack. During the promotion period I tried numerous times to cash in on the getaway. I paid around $200 for the Hotel Getaway deal. I tried multiple times to contact the merchant during the promotion period and even after the promotion period. The travel agency would never return my calls or emails. When I finally went back to SweetJack, I was told they wouldn't do anything to help make it right since the promotion period was over. The merchant has gone out of business, and as far as I know, they went out of business during the promotion period. A word to the wise. Don't purchase the so called deals from SweetJack.. They are deals only to the merchant and SweetJack. SweetJack sells these so-called deals of failing businesses. They will not be in business when you go to redeem your deal.

I purchased a quad helicopter from them a few months ago. I paid 99 dollars. After some research I found the same thing on Amazon for 65 dollars. They told me that theirs is better, it is the same thing. Took 6 weeks, from China to arrive. It wouldn't fly. I tried another controller and found that it worked. I have been trying for weeks to get them to replace the controller without luck - my price 13 dollars. They probably pay 5 dollars for a new controller.
First they couldn't find my order then they wanted pictures to send the vendor. Now they don't get back to me. They have a phone but the recording tell you to leave a message, they are too busy to answer. This has been going on since March 20 about 5 weeks. I am still trying to get an answer. I purchased it with a gift card. If I purchased it with a credit card I would have gotten a charge back and not pay them. They are big crooks. I purchased it through Ozarks Daily Deals. I copied receipt to letter. It couldn't be read by your receipt tab.

I placed an order back on 4/9/15 for a Burberry Watch. I never received a tracking number or confirmation for my order. I-emailed SweetJack now three times with only an automated return response from a ** cc-ing me to an e-mail they sent to Shop Chainz, the company the watch comes from. The phone number provided for SweetJack is a recording with no chance to talk to anyone and you cannot leave a message. The exact same problems are with Shop Chainz but they do not even provide a phone number for customer service. I was told in both identical e-mails starting on 4/14/15 that SweetJack has contacted Shop Chainz for tracking information, which in return would take 24-48- hours. Still waiting...

I have bought a lot of deals through SweetJack, and I was always happy about them; until this time. On Dec. 12, 2013, I purchased a deal for a weekend getaway (in over 40 cities). (I have all the documentation and receipts, but my scanner is not working now). I received a long list of resort places to choose from. I tried for one year to make a reservation in Sedona, AZ, but there was always none available. Finally, I asked for a refund. Instead of getting the $49 I paid, SweetJack gave me a credit for a $100 worth of groceries with MyGroceryDough. Thinking that was a good deal, I said okay, and looked forward to redeeming my voucher for a $100 worth of groceries.
What I found out is that it was nothing more than a coupon-clipping thing. I don't do coupons. And you can't redeem all $100 in one transaction. I've called MyGroceryDough to ask for cancellation. They make you go to the website and read all the voluminous information about this and that, and I don't have time to read them, and they're so confusing. $49 is not a lot of money for some people, but it is to me; I work hard for every penny I make. Also, after more than a year of frustrations and irritation, etc., I just want my $49 back. I've heard that SweetJack has refunded similar moneys to people when they were not able to redeem their vouchers for these getaways. Why can't I? Any assistance to settle this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

I purchased 3 days 2 nights at Day's Inn for my family. When I went to use it, I received a response that I would get a Visa gift card for the amount instead. It would take 4-6 weeks (I live less than 3 hours from Sweet Jack), and it would be good for 1 year from whatever date it was purchased. I bought this with a credit card with 19.99% interest, so I lose money, while they can bank everyone's cash, collect interest and give them a gift card. If they waited until after a year, they would not have to give you anything, which is likely why they do not tell you until go to redeem.
