I placed an order on 3 May to be delivered on 9 May. The order was not delivered. I called customer service on 9 May, and they said they would deliver the order on 11 May. The order never arrived. I called on the evening of 11 May and they wanted to try again 12 May. I instead asked for a refund. The person I was talking to tried 3 more times to get me to accept a new delivery date. This was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift, and as Mother's Day had passed, the gift was ruined. I again asked for a full refund, and it was granted. This is the second time in less than 3 months that Proflowers has failed to deliver on time. I do not recommend using their services.

I ordered flowers from Proflowers. I have been going back-and-forth with that company! I ordered a bouquet called whispering flowers. I ordered the premium. They look beautiful in the photograph. I wanted it because I thought the vase was a little different than what they usually offer. They were nice. They were full. They had different colors in it. They had a vine in it. I ordered them for my mom a Mother’s Day. When my mother received them, they were nothing like what I ordered. I reached out to the company. They asked me if I wanted them to resend them. I said yes I would like that and they said thank you. This was Saturday, well today is Monday. I called my mom and she said they never resent them.
I’m not happy. I contacted the company today. I called them. They asked if I want a partial refund. I said absolutely not. I want a full refund. I said Mother’s Day was yesterday. I said your company promised me to resend the exact bouquet that’s on your website. I said I don’t know what florist you use, but you need not contact them. I’m sure you had other disappointed customers. So I’m demanding a full refund. If you do not give me a refund I will dispute it with my credit card. Through email I sent them a before and after photograph to show them what I received. I said my mom’s is in a nursing home. She’s 87 years old and absolutely loves receiving flowers.
I would never recommend anybody to order from this company. I have never had an issue with them. I’ve always received really nice bouquets from them. I told them they just lost a customer because they made me a promise. They were going to resend them and they never did. They offered me a partial refund. I felt it was an insult so I’m going to wait a couple days.
If I don’t get a full refund I am going to file a complaint for a Better Business Bureau for that company show pictures and I recommend everybody here do the same thing because they need to be stop getting away with it. They are going to do the same thing over and over to other customers. They also don’t allow anyone to write reviews on their page. I think that’s wrong!! I’m going to post photos and I would like feedback what you think of what they sent me. I saw some of the photos you guys received and that’s horrible. I know what you guys received the moldiness is far worse than what I received, that is no excuse for that company.

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced with a flower delivery. They were supposed to be delivered for Mother's day but that didn't happen. When I called, they refunded me less than the 30% that I was promised and then promised they would be delivered the next day first thing in the morning. By 6pm the next day they still had not been delivered and zero updates when I called on when they might be delivered. They get 1 star for refunding the order.

Was sent dead moldy flowers. They promised to resend flowers in a few days, never arrived. When I called them back they claimed I never had a new order placed. They came dry, half brittle, half moldy, no water and guaranteed fresh 7 days. This was same day receipt.

I ordered flowers from ProFlowers for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The flowers delivered were not what I ordered, and on a day as important as Mother’s Day, that mistake really matters. The arrangement she received looked nothing like what was advertised or what I paid for. For a company that markets itself as reliable for major occasions, failing to deliver the correct product on one of the busiest and most meaningful floral holidays is unacceptable. At the prices ProFlowers charges, accuracy and quality should be a given. They offered me a meek 20% discount when I alerted them to the botched delivery, and when I replied with the attached photo showing the stark comparison between what I ordered and what arrived, they only offered a total of 30% back. Use ProFlowers at your own risk!

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, they never arrived. They tried to give me a partial refund and have the flowers delivered later, but what's the point? The flowers already missed the actual holiday. Just connect directly with a local florist, no point in placing an order with an unreliable service.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered almost a week in advance for my grandmother's 96th birthday. After 2 days of not showing up and empty promises that they will be there by end of day each day, I finally cancelled. I really hope people read these reviews before ever attempting to order from these clowns. Thanks to them, my grandma will not get her flowers and card from me, which in fact could be her last birthday. Completely disgusted with Proflowers.

Last Thursday I ordered mother's day flowers for my mil. Paid exorbitant price. After I submitted the order more fees were added. Anyway flowers were to be delivered to Tea, SD home. At some point ring camera caught delivery person with flowers coming to the door. Then turned around and took flowers back to van and left. Then I got a notification that the flowers had been delivered. Obviously false. So called customer service supervisor who offered to get the flowers delivered today at the latest. No flowers today. So, I will be demanding a full refund. But, I wasted time and money for her not to get her flowers. Do not use this company. (They also go by FTD) They can't deliver flowers, add charges and India based customer service that will lie to you.

Ordered ProFlowers 2 weeks before Mother's day for the Saturday before. They did not arrive and the customer service representative that I finally talked to couldn't seem to understand the order number in standard American English and when he finally understood he offered me a $7.51 refund and delivery on Mother's day. After waiting around at the house on Mother's day all day we called to cancel the order. They wanted to offer me 30% credit and later delivery but I said either they should cancel the charges or I would dispute the payment with my credit card company. This in no way makes up for the inconvenience and embarrassment. I will never use this company again.

Mother's Day Full Nest Bouquet ordered on 5/5, delivered 5/7. Subtotal $76.50. Delivery Fee $24.98. Tax $8.37. Order Total $109.85. Flowers arrived basically dead - petals and leaves falling off, stems mildewy/molding. Found out about it from recipient on 5/10 and called to get a partial refund. They offered 30%, which was better than nothing and I don't want to spend my entire Mother's Day fighting with Proflowers over the phone so I accepted. They sent $21.60. 😑🤦♀️ $21.60!!! That's not even 20% of just the item total. I will not use Proflowers again and do not recommend that anyone else use them either.

Horrible. Placed an order for 1 day delivery. Paid extra for 1 day delivery. Found out 2 days later that it was never delivered. Plant was unavailable which is inconvenient on its own but they never contacted me to inform me about the delay. I could have made other arrangements but now the event has ended. I am so disappointed in their service. Next time I will just call a local florist.

No refund offered on delivery fee, nor is cancellation allowed. Will no longer due business with this company. Poor Customer Service, fraudulent advertising.

I placed an order for Mother's Day on 5/6/26 and paid for it to be expedited delivered on 5/10/26. I received a notification that the flowers were delivered to my mother the evening of 5/9/26. Upon following up with my mom the next morning, my mother never received them despite being home all day/evening and had no notifications on her Ring cam to confirm. Called customer service, though apologetic, could not deliver flowers for the day, MOTHER'S DAY and only comped me 20% of the flower purchase (excluding service fee and delivery) so not much at all. They would not tell me the name of the florist who provided service or provide me with any evidence that the flowers had in fact been delivered to the correct address. AVOID this company. You're better off Instacarting flowers from a local supermarket.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers on Friday 5/9. To be delivered on day before Mothers Day. I processed the order and was sent confirmation. I noticed later that evening that system had combined my address and my mother's city and zip on the delivery. I'm in New York and my mother is in Calfifornia. I contacted customer service and changed address. The next day I get a text from delivery driver that wrong address is still on flowers. I give him right address and he then tells me that it is 3 miles away from where he is.
I hear nothing after that until about 30 minutes later. At that time I get a call from a strange lady in my mother's town that she has found my flowers on side of road. The woman is very nice and delivers my flowers to my mother's address or they would still be sitting on side of road. ProFlowers does give standard 20% refund which I take because flowers did get there through pure luck and kindness of perfect stranger. Driver was from Door Dash so I gave him appropriate review,

Ordered flowers in advance for mother's day (sunday, 5/10/26) to arrive one-day before so to avoid any delays or florist issues (saturday, 5/9/26).. only to receive an email saying that the ProFlowers cannot delivery until Tuesday - days past mother's day. No reason. No explanation. This is your business - be better. This company is terrible. I was worried about these on-line floral companies... None of them can do the job.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent experience I had with ProFlowers. On May 7, 2026, I placed an order for delivery on May 8, 2026. Prior to placing the order, I informed the company that I needed assurance of timely delivery, and they guaranteed arrival by 3:00 PM. Despite this assurance, the flowers did not arrive until after 5:00 PM, if at all. The recipient stayed until 5:00 PM, but there was no delivery. Subsequently, I received an email from ProFlowers stating that the flowers had been delivered. However, upon contacting the Post Office, I was informed that the flowers were never received. When I contacted ProFlowers to inquire about the status of my order, I was told that the flowers were delivered at 2:30 AM, which is not possible since the business was closed at that time.
Over the course of my conversation with five different representatives, I was not provided with any clear information or resolution. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received, particularly given the embarrassment caused by the failure to deliver the flowers on time. The recipient was expecting birthday flowers, and it was not just a matter of saying sorry. I will not be using ProFlowers in the future due to their inadequate customer service and lack of knowledge among staff members.

Generally, I've had a good experience using ProFlowers in the past. However, I recently ordered 2 flower bouquets for Mother's Day - 1 for my mother; 1 for my stepmother. The website and ordering process were smooth and easy. Delivery was available for the next day which was very convenient. However, the actual flowers that were delivered looked NOTHING like what was on the website. One of bouquets had dead plant leaves in it. Terribly disappointed in the quality from the local florist they contracted. Customer Service was reluctant to give me any concessions, but finally agreed to a 30% refund on one item (a whopping $12) because of the dead leaves. They did offer a re-delivery, but it would have been the same thing from the same flower shop - not what I actually ordered.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers to be delivered, and they were delivered on the date promised, but it was not the flowers I was expecting for the picture on their website. It was carnations only, and there should’ve been several roses in the bouquet. I declined a 30% discount and received 100% discount when I insisted I shouldn’t have to pay for what they delivered. Very disappointing, but at least I got a refund. Will not use this company again.

Ordered a bouquet for my aunt in Canada. Checked to make sure they deliver in her area first and they said yes. Picked and started ordering my choice of flowers. Got all the way to the end then it said... "We're sorry. We can't deliver those flowers to that area. Here are some other options that we can deliver." Gave me 6 options. I picked one and finished and paid for order. Email said it would deliver on Friday. At 3:30 Saturday morning a received an email saying, "Sorry. We can't deliver to that address." After it was already supposed to be delivered. They are still giving me the runaround today. No flowers, no refund.... just, "Do you have a different address to deliver to?" Seriously??? I ordered an arrangement for my daughter's anniversary. It arrived on time, but it did not contain the flowers that were listed in the description on the website. The vase it was delivered in did not closely match the special one that was shown on the website. Most disappointingly, the arrangement was carelessly constructed. It was completely lopsided and was honestly an embarrassment. Automated customer service offered a 30% discount from the product price. When I delivered a picture, they issued an additional $11 off. This amount totaled about 25% of the total cost (which total cost included the delivery fee). This remediation was not acceptable.

I ordered an arrangement for my mom to be delivered on Christmas Eve. It was not delivered until the day after Christmas and it was not in the planter that I chose. The flowers were fresh but I was not happy with the late delivery. They offered me 30% money back so I accepted it. Now I ordered on March 22, 2026 for my mom for Easter. She ended up in the hospital from a fall so after the hospital she went to a rehab for physical therapy and she will be there for a few weeks so I called and asked to change the delivery address from her home to the facility she is in. They assured me it would be changed and delivered on Good Friday.
It was delivered to her home and I only know this because she has cameras and she saw it. I called and told them what happened and that I wanted it delivered to the facility and again they assured me it would be and they sent me an email confirming the address. She got nothing. I’m very upset. I called today and they offered to deliver it tomorrow which is two days AFTER Easter so I said no and I want my money back. After going back and forth with them they finally agreed to give me my money back. I will never do business with them again. Terrible service. They need to change the florists that they’re using because they are unreliable.
