Order online and expect unrelenting daily SPAM not only to the email address provided but to the cellphone number. Outrageous violation of privacy. Ignores unsubscribe requests several time. Rely on email filter. Phone SMS harassment is more difficult since the firm seems to rotates sending numbers to evade blocking.
On 11.26.2017, I ordered $190.50 worth of merchandise from FOH and received all the items within one week. Everything was fine except for two items: one of the bras was defective and the chemise size was mislabeled to the extent that there was an 8" gap where the zipper didn't meet [a tad too small - and the plastic material makes it inappropriate to use as an apron :)].
I immediately emailed the company about the bra, including a photo, explaining that I did not want to pay return shipping for a defective item. I received the typical auto-response that someone would contact me. A short while later, I attempted to try on the chemise, which was waaay too small - and this is using THEIR sizing chart. Again, I sent another email, plus a photo, an explanation, and the reason I didn't think I should have to pay return shipping. Got the auto-response reply, and then the wait began.
It is now 9-days and numerous calls to Customer Service later, and I still haven't spoken to a human - I have only received robocall responses claiming they're too busy to assist, but will contact me. They haven't. Tried to get a contact number for their headquarters, but every number I found on the Internet was disconnected.
Fortunately, I used a major credit card for this purchase. After speaking with a young woman in the Dispute Department, I won't be charged for these two items, although I will need to submit a Dispute Claim along with documentation of my many attempts to contact them. I chose this method over reporting them to our state's Attorney General because it's faster, and it will get FOH where it hurts - their profits. The company has been in business for so many decades that it never occurred to me to read reviews prior to my order. However, this will be my last. Why deal with this level of disappointment and frustration when uncomplicated purchases can be made on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Wish, and numerous other sites.
I went online Black Friday weekend. Their website had a special for $20 bras, $3 panties and free shipping. I loaded up my cart and paid with Apple Pay and the company charged me for shipping!!! I’m not out the range, I’m in the same country, so when I go to email their customer service they give me the runaround several times giving me different excuses why I got charged with shipping. Not once did they say I was out of range, but they did try to lie and say that the special was over when I had placed it, when it was hours before midnight and their website was still advertising the special, their last minute emails were blasting my inbox.
So explain to me how did I get the sale items still and the shipping wasn’t honored, if supposedly the “special” was over!?? I write back to cancel my order and then they say I can’t cancel because it is in the warehouse, two days later I get an email saying it’s barely going to ship out! Why they couldn’t pull back the order... because they love to scam people out of their hard earned money! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT FREDERICKS OF HOLLYWOOD!!! No wonder it shut down in physical locations. The company is a disgrace and they need to be shut down entirely!!!
On October 22nd I received a Fredericks of Hollywood gift card from a friend because I just went through Breast Cancer reconstruction surgery. I was very excited to get my first bra ordered! I placed an order on Fredericks of Hollywood website and I purchased $50 worth of bras. All was going well until I got a package in the mail with someone else's order not mine. So for $50 I ended up with $16 worth of someone else's panties. Great. So I contact Customer service and I am sent a shipping label. I am told I do not have to ship it out yet just print out and activate the label and they will send my order.
Today is 11/10. I have reached out to Fredericks of Hollywood on numerous occasions and now they have just stopped replying to my emails. I was told to correspond through those email messages with the lady who sent me the shipping label. CRICKETS. They are just plain ignoring me now. I STILL do not have my original order. I do not know if I ever will see my original order. I am getting pissed off and fed up with their lack of communication and customer service.
Why is it now the 10th and I still do not have even a confirmation that my original order has shipped out? This is ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves. Not only that, but I feel like an idiot for not reading their reviews before I made my purchase. I have no idea how they are allowed to operate as a business. Seems to me they are in the business of ripping people off instead. I will never order again from Fredericks of Hollywood, even if I do end up getting my order because this is all just ridiculous. The order I received was for a lady in Oregon. I am in Texas. I mean what kind of incompetent people do they have working for them anyway?
I placed an order, 3 minutes EXACTLY after. Sent an email to cancel. Order arrived. Several days to respond to all emails. Refused to return the items. Weeks to respond. Their policy states to email within a 30 minute time frame. Which was done and provided documents. Horrible service. Go to Victoria secret. Never shop there. You are not a thought to them.
Order placed Friday, 8/11 with $20 extra paid for 2 days shipping. Called Wednesday, 8/16 and the lady assured me my order was shipped that day and would arrive by Friday (already a bit pissed as I now paid $20 for 4 days shipping but ok). Called Thursday, 8/17 when I still didn't get a tracking number and was told one of the items was on back order so if I wanted they could now ship the other items and they would arrive on Monday. No thanks, too late! Cancelled my order and requested a refund. And suggested they alert customers to delays/backorders/etc instead of just sitting around waiting for us to ask. Called today, 8/31 as refund has not arrived. GUESS WHAT??? They cancelled the order but did not issue a refund. What the crap is this? So now I have to wait while they enter a ticket to the billing department to hear back on when I'll get my money. Who operates like this?
I do not know how this company is still operating. Based on the reviews and my personal experience, they are THIEVES! I ordered about 5 pieces of lingerie totaling $160 in early March 2017, received the items and did not like any of them due to the fact they were made of incredibly cheap material and quite frankly I could go to Target and get better quality lingerie for half the price. I immediately sent my entire order back. I tracked my order via FedEx and once delivered a week went by before I contacted them due to no acknowledgement from them that my return was received. I was told that it takes up to a week to process and that was it.
Fast forward a month later I have emailed customer support 8 times about my order with ZERO response and NO REFUND. I am now filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and will try to dispute this with my bank. I have never seen a company that are such outright THIEVES!! How they are still in business blows my mind. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If you need to return anything you are basically throwing your money out of the window!! I hope everyone that has experienced the same situation also files a claim with the BBB and let's shut this SCAM of a business down!!
I emailed with customer services as their website was having issues and none of their products were displaying. I overcame that hurdle to come across trying to pay with a gift card. They explained to me that their stores shut down and they are online only. That should not affect the value of a gift card. They replied stating if I have the gift card and could send in a picture with the barcode and a receipt. If they could not verify they would give me 50% off my order. The receipt ink is gone but the clerk had written the value on the card. I sent in picture of both front and back of card as requested. I have received no response back. That is money someone spent towards a gift for me and now they simply get to keep it. This company is committing fraud!! I cannot charge someone for a good and not give them something in return, that is called STEALING!!!
I bought about 5 pieces of merchandise from Fredericks over the 2016 Xmas holiday. I needed to return one item because of the size. So I wanted to either exchange for a larger item or full refund (the item had been on sale). I tried calling several times, no answer, no return call... Then finally I received an email a month later saying the item was torn! Of course, I'm pissed, because I hadn't returned a torn item. I simply wanted a refund or exchange for a larger size. They had the nerve to say they were giving me a courtesy store credit. Well, I don't want store credit because the item was not torn... And why would I purchase another item from a company that says I tore an item when I didn't.... What happens if I needed to make another return?
I was able to get a rep on the phone after calling for awhile. I asked for them to show me where the item was torn. The rep promised to call back with a resolution, but after several months later, guess what... She had not. This morning, I just happened to remember after over a month that she never did call back or leave a message. It's unfortunate, but I'm not going to waste any more time fighting with them... The item was $12. I usually don't write reviews, but seems they're in the habit of bad customer service... Very disappointed that Fredericks of Hollywood has become one of those online scammer companies like Rosegal! They have been around for years! Who would have thought they'd need to verify that they are a legit company? Well I sure didn't. I ordered some stuff back in Dec of 2016 and had to return two of the items. One was too small and the other fell apart as I took it out of the package. You have to go through a ridiculous process to return something. I paid for the shipping myself and did not use their label because I knew it would be cheaper. Well they took shipping fees out anyway. Then they sent me an email saying they were sending me a replacement item for the damaged item I received as a "one-time customer service gesture for the trouble". Makes it sound like they were providing awesome customer service and sending me a free item, doesn't it? Wrong! I knew that was too good to be true right when I read it!
They did not refund my money when I returned the damage item. They kept it. Which would have been fine if I wasn't under the impression I was returning it not exchanging it. Now I've been fighting with them to at least get my shipping fees back. Had to provide them with the tracking number and shipper information. Which I did and they just ignore that. I guess I'm lucky I only got scammed for a small amount of money and got an item I don't want for my "troubles", but it's the principle of it that makes you angry. They have terrible customer service and if you're smart you won't buy from them.
I have tried with no luck to receive a refund for items that I returned back on January 7th. I followed everything I was supposed to do and have yet to get a refund from them. I am beyond irritated and frustrated. I just want my money back. Doesn't seem like a hard thing to expect. Especially since they received my items.
Returned merchandise still NO refund check. It's been almost 5 months!!! September 8th, 2016 I returned a few items via 2 day USPS shipping back to Frederick's of Hollywood! I've spoken to a Stacy, Christina & Laura along with sent several emails as to when I could expect to receive my refund check! No supervisor or manager will ever come to the phone or call me back. Frederick's of Hollywood gives me the same answer every single time I've contacted them. My refund check is still be processed by the accounting department and they will email me soon with the expected date the refund check will be mailed out! Today is January 30, 2017, I still have NOT received my refund check!!! My refund check should be a little over $100+ dollars yet, there is no compassion or concern on Frederick's of Hollywood part. I feel disposable and disregarded by the lack of dishonesty that I've been given by Frederick's of Hollywood! This is ridiculous!
Well, I placed my order 01/06/17, rec'd my product yesterday 01/17/17. I originally called cause my local store had closed and I wanted to try on something. I was NOT on hold longer than 3 minutes. Customer service was excellent... Yesterday I read all of the horrible reviews and got scared.. So I called again. This time I was on hold for a little over 5 minutes. I started to get leery but kept the faith. Woman came on phone and told me that my product had arrived yesterday at 1:19pm. Hmmmm I wonder why all the bad reviews. I understand the gift card situation which really sucks for you all. But other than that I was satisfied. Now I shall return after a couple days on the quality of the product.
I made the mistake of ordering several pieces online again after having a different bad experience a few years ago. The materials are very cheap. The stockings don't stay up and are scratchy. The sizes are very inconsistent. Find another source.
These people are horrible. I was buying my gf a birthday present and I paid for expedited shipping 4 days ago and still have not received a tracking number or anything. I've called and sent multiple emails. DON'T SHOP HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
Enticed by Christmas sales, I decided to buy quite a few of my old favorite FOH bra Extreme Cleavage! I now live in a small town with no FOH nearby; leaving me to purchase online. Was so excited to receive my packages that I opened immediately. Wow... what a disappointment! What happened to the quality of FOH bras?! These were always my go-to bras and I've recommended them to countless women... that is until now! Material feels different/cheaper. Cup size feels smaller as its cutting and bra just isn't like I'd remembered. Did they outsource where bras are manufactured? Did company change ownership? Quality is definitely lacking in the new product!
I used to order from Fredericks of Hollywood on a consistent basis, now I remember why I stopped ordering from them for good. You order something, it doesn't fit, then there is no way to return the item and get your money back. Phone calls and emails get ignored... They are thieves that steal from people and could not care less about leaving you unsatisfied. Their products are not true to size and this is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. No response to calls or emails... I hope they go out of business. Disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and shop at Bare Necessities... They are a family owned business and will treat you well.
One is wearable but the bra cups are too small even though I ordered a large. I sew. I should know what size to order. The cup size was a B. That is a medium for certain. There is one piece that appeared in the ad to have cups. Nope. Just a chemise, not a baby doll. Finally, the last piece I ordered, I will have to take apart and put back together so that I can wear it. It has multiple pieces and they were sewn together incorrectly. Since these were sale items and I did not keep the packaging, I cannot return them. So, moral of this story is, order from Fredericks in the store, not online. I do not have the receipt, only the shipping package receipt.
Frederick's use to be my favorite store for bras. I have recommended several people to their stores and website UNTIL NOW!!! The bras I always get the quality has gone completely down and they are sizes smaller now like they are made in China. I returned all 3 bras after having to call customer service for 3 times for an RMA number. I finally got one and I talked to a woman who said she was the manager. I explained that I didn't have tags for 2 of the bras. Would this affect my refund. She said no. Well they received the items over 2 weeks ago and I haven't received a refund AT ALL. I have called customer service 5 TIMES and they are always looking into it.
Well today I was told I would be issued a store credit on the 2 bra's and refunded on the 1 in the package. AFTER ALL THIS the last thing I want is any of their stuff. They still proceeded to take 5.95 for shipping & handling off my refund when I said for the trouble I think they should waive that. They said no. I asked what they intend to do to compensate me for all my trouble and grief - basically nothing. They escalated my concerns I sure into the waste basket. THIS COMPANY I USE TO LOVE IS NOW GARBAGE AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT QUALITY ANYMORE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE PEOPLE WORKING OUT OF THEIR HOMES WHO DON'T REALLY CARE. They just want you off the phone!!! I will no longer be a loyal customer and I will tell everyone don't bother.
I talked to a young lady called Sidney regarding my shipment. They gave it to USPS (although I paid for shipment) and USPS doesn't deliver it without any reason!!! Fredericks of Hollywood (Sidney - online support person) doesn't care to help to solve the problem. They have no problem charging on your credit card but no interest finding your package. Please do not shop on this site! They are the worst kind of people to deal with.
My husband had purchased me a gift card for Valentine's Day in late January early February in 2015. I am a very busy person and I have a lot of things going on I had forgot and misplaced my card late October 2015. I didn't call to see if my balance has decreased because I wasn't for sure about their policy and I still had $250 on there. I decided to wait till Black Friday to rack up and buy a bunch of things. They didn't have anything in my size so I wasn't able to get anything.
I then checked daily to see if my size was on on the website then in December of 2015 I checked my balance again still $250. I then called customer care to find out if they still carried my size and the style that I like. They told me that they were a new company and they could not honor my gift card. I had asked questions. I was confused because I get at least 10 emails a day and I have since I was 16. I'm 34 years old now. I never once seen that they were closing in any of the emails.
You're telling me I need to use my gift card within 30 days of them filing bankruptcy? They asked me for my gift card number and security ID that you have to scratch off the back so they can look the card up to help me out. They then got back on the phone and offered me a 10% discount. I would have to spend $2,500 to get back the money that was spent. I believe that is illegal. Since then I have called and spoke to shift lyrics. They tell me that the manager is going to call me. They know me by my name. They know my voice and I call once a week and I've never got a manager back.
I spoke to several different customer care workers and they all tell me that Frederick's of Hollywood sold gift cards and products to help bail them out knowing that they would not honor their gift cards. I then proceeded to tell them that was illegal. They had told me not in California. I then told the supervisor what they said and they claimed it was never said. Told the supervisor to check the recordings because they record everything and you supposed to get back with me and nothing. No call back. No nothing. I get several emails a day saying last hour for sale, extended sale 12-hour sale, sale, sale, sale, sale. But nothing about that they were closing down and you have a small frame of time to use their products. This was totally illegal. What judge would allow businesses to do this?
Oh I almost forgot. 1 of the biggest details after the first phone call and they told me they couldn't honor the gift card and I gave them the number and they get told me and help me out they would give me 10% off. I felt that was a little fishy so I called the gift card hotline again to see what my balance was. I then had $0.00. I called back to ask questions. They claim nothing was done with my card but I know I had money on there the whole time. My husband heard and a few other family members that was in my presence because I always put it on speakerphone. Heard my balance before. My balance after that is a disgrace. They should lose their business license. They stole.
I have a $50 gift card I received before April of 2015. Unfortunately I didn't order/buy anything. I went online to purchase something tonight and discovered that my gift card was no longer any good and instead I can receive 30% off my order. Even when I tried to do that it wouldn't let me. I'm completely dissatisfied with Frederick's of Hollywood. I use to love shopping with them. I didn't have to research very long to discover that the company has sold and since gone downhill. I thought it wasn't legal for gift cards to expire or become void? I will not be purchasing anything from them after reading all these complaints. I shouldn't have to spend my money to get a discount when I already have a gift card that's worth $50. Something is wrong here!
I have a gift card issued before April 2015 so because Fredericks of Hollywood is under new ownership, those are not being honored. They are offering 30% of instead, but I had close to $60 on my gift card and in order to get my money's worth, I'd have to spend $200. I feel that is ridiculous and really bad customer service. Not only that, I had called a week ago and was told I'd get a call back from a manager, but never did and had to call again. I will never order from them again and I hope they have to file bankruptcy also.
I placed an order back on January 31st of 2016, I kept checking the status of the order and all it said was that it had been sent for processing. It is today February 10th and I still have not gotten my order and it has not even been shipped. I called twice and all they said was that the order had not been shipped and they did not know why. I also emailed them 4 times. They replied back once. After they found out my frustration they started ignoring me. I placed a gift order for my girlfriend for Valentine's day which they ruined because I have not gotten anything and I can bet I won't get it at all. I placed an order from Victoria's Secret, the same exact date got free shipping and got my order within 3 days. This is extremely disappointing and not good customer service at all.
Before receiving my wrong order, it took two months to ship! Apparently, they forgot to ship it out. When I finally received my order, they sent me a completely different size other than what I purchased. I requested a shipping label and sent it back. Ok, it's been a month, no word on my shipment. I had to call Fredericks, and see what was going on. They gave a ridiculous story, and said it will take another month to process! I'm making my future purchases elsewhere.
After reading all these reviews, I'm surprised this company is still in business!
On Dec.16, 2015 I made an online purchase with Fredericks of Hollywood. I ordered 4 bras and was charged for 4 bras. However, when I received my items on Dec. 20, they had shorted me a bra. I called their customer service line and was told they would contact the warehouse to see what had happened and that someone would contact me later that same day to get things sorted out. I have been trying repeatedly since Dec. 21 via phone calls and their online customer support and have had absolutely no help whatsoever.
Today, Jan. 6, I tried to call one last time and left the customer service line a message to get in touch with me. I have no faith in them to do the right thing so, I've contacted my credit card company and turned it over to their fraud and dispute department. That's when I found out Fredericks did charge me the full amount. Thanks to my credit card company the situation has now been handled accordingly! I will never do business with this company again. They are HORRIBLE to deal with. They steal from their customers.
I placed an order with FOH on 11/13/15. It shipped on 11/23/15 and was supposed to be delivered on 11/30/15. Due to USPS complications the package was deemed "undeliverable" and was returned to sender, aka Fontana, CA (home of Fredericks). On 12/11/15 the returned package was "out for delivery". It is now 12/30/15 and I have NOT received a refund for my order, nor have I received my order. I have called customer service at least four times and am always on hold. Customer service is NOT helpful and if you are on hold for 10+ minutes you automatically are sent to their voicemail, which they do not check. This company is impossible to get a hold of and they will STEAL YOUR MONEY. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I am half tempted to file a fraudulent charge with my bank.
I received a $100 gift card Dec 2014. As of April 2015 Frederick's WILL NOT HONOR the card. But, they have been paid. I just found this out today 12/11/2015
All Frederick's stores are closed, you can only buy online but NOT if you got a gift card. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. They will give a 30% discount so we have to pay MORE. My acct says I have $81.67 and Frederick's stole it! The balance inquiries is 800-242-5353. I want my money or merchandise.
I do not suggest buying from Fredericks of Hollywood. They send me a product with defects. I was sent a bra that had a crease going across the cup. I wore it a few times hoping it would straighten itself out, but it can be seen through everything I wear, even a sweatshirt! I contacted the company and told them the situation and it was on the 60th day. They dont guarantee their products and stand by them!!! I wouldnt suggest buying from Fredericks of Hollywood!!!
I have been a client of Frederick's since the 1990's. I have always been happy with the products and customer service. I ordered a few bra's online and one did not fit properly. I tried to request a RMA and what a joke! It has been 1 week and I cannot get anyone to contact me via website, email or phone. I put in 5 RMA request via website and nothing. I called twice and left voicemails with no response. Today I was finally about to get a RMA via the website but it does not have the address for returns anywhere on the website and or the RAM slip. The gal that I talked to today, first time able to talk to someone, gave me the address of: 17300 Slover Ave, Fontana, CA 92337 we will see. So frustrating!
Ordered from Fredericks about or on 10/20/2015, and paid for the extra money on shipping to receive my order within 4 to 5 days. And received tracking numbers for two orders. One was for FedEx and one for USPS. And neither of these companies can locate my tracking number. Well I Have continued to read complaints with the Better Business Bureau and can now see that I am being scammed by the company. And yes this isn't fair. Every complaint has been exactly the same.
I was having breast surgery and so my boyfriend got me $300 in gift cards from Fredericks. I went to use them and find that the cards are void, but can be used one time for 30% off. He and I are both livid. I have called, left messages, and (by the rudest customer service agents) told that there is nothing anyone can do. No manager will call me back. So, tomorrow, I will call corporate AFTER our attorney has his hands all over this.
Bought a FOH gift card recently? Yeah, me too. The website announced that they are "not able to honor" that gift card, based on the company going "bankrupt" as some point. A) They are open for business and making profit NOW, and B) I am not a creditor, and my purchase of a gift card is not a loan. Bankruptcy is not an acceptable excuse to tell me I am just out of luck and the cash I handed over to the cashier is just gone, into a hole (in someone's golden parachute). I am not the only one who has had this problem, FAR FROM IT. This is criminal, and there will be consequences, legal or otherwise.
I placed an order in early July, finally received it in the middle of August, after emailing to find out expected delivery date. Received the items, poor to moderate quality, none of which fit. Went to site to request return, button would not take me to return page. Emailed the company, twice, was sent a link for a return authorization, didn't work. Emailed 2 more times, told I would need to call to talk to a representative. I work long hours, Monday thru Friday, no chance to call. Their 30 day return limit had expired by the time I was told to call. Guess that was $150 wasted dollars.
I ordered two separate orders of $80 a piece in JULY. Weeks went by with nothing, no order number anything. I finally received an email saying they are having a problem with their online ordering and here's a coupon to amend it. Uh no thanks why would I order again? After two months I finally received like 3 of my items. Oh and when it did? They charged my card $50 and $25. I had already paid my $80 twice for my items then was charged another $75 for three things. That is stealing.
I call and get nothing, no answer. It's now almost October and they sent me an email saying they cannot fulfill the other items, "Here's another coupon $20 off $50". Yeah why would I buy anything there ever??? Not to mention ZERO refund and they stole an extra $76 from my account! This is wrong. Save yourself the trouble. Do not buy anything from them! I made this order in July. It's now almost October. I have $40 worth of $160 of merchandise I paid for, and they charged me an extra $75 so $235 for what? $40 of cheap looking underwear. I'm so angry!
I ordered a lingerie set. The set came with a shirt, pants and shorts. First of all it took a month for me to receive the set and after my order finally arrived I was so disappointed. My first disappointment was the way the item was packaged. It looked as if they balled the items up and threw them into a plastic bag then into a plastic shipping bag. That was so low class of such an old company. My next issue with the items I ordered was the quality. The quality of the material is so cheap, I literally could have went to Walmart, found the cheapest material possible and made these items by hand.
I will never order anything from Frederick's again. I had more respect for this company because they've been around for so long. It's a shame they don't value their products anymore. I called customer service to complain and asked for a refund. I was told to ship the item back and pay for the shipping. After the warehouse receives the item it will take about 60 days for my money to be refunded. Like really? It took you minutes to take the money off my card but two months to be refunded! I'm done!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I've placed about 3 orders so far and each and every order has been messed up. 1st order, I was charged but only received 2 out of 5 items. 2nd order, charged and received 3 out of 5 items. 3rd order, charged and received completely different item. I've called and emailed several times. I was told someone would contact me to get the item returned and receive a credit. 30 days later and no one has called. I called again and was told to email pics of the wrong item and I would be emailed a return label. I've emailed pic 3 separate times with not 1 response. I'm thinking I'll be better of selling this wrong item online considering if I do send it back I'll never get my credit. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with for online orders and they have the absolute WORST customer service practices. I've filed complaint with Better Business Bureau as well as the Federal Trade Commission.
I've ordered 99.00 worth of merchandise from Fredericks of Hollywood. 40 on the 6 of September and 59 in June. I have never received anything. I've called and they just kept giving me dates on when my merchandise will arrive. Nothing never arrived. I've canceled my order that I've made in June and never received my money back. Someone should shut this site down.
I ordered something from Fredericks for my friend's bridal shower 1 week ahead of time in order to get it in a timely manner so that I would have it for her shower. I was never sent an email saying that it had been sent so I emailed to ask why no email with notification. They responded saying it would be sent today. Well that does not help me because now it will not be here on time. When I spoke to customer service rep which took hours to get ahold of anyone she said that it was shipped and nothing she could do. I told her that you could ship one out FedEx so that I would have it in time but she wouldn't do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were all in a meeting?? Really!! She said they would call me when they got out of their meeting. Well guess what, never got a call. I tried to call again, was left on hold for 25 minutes then put into a voicemail. I will never do business with this company ever again!!
Purchased multiple items. Most were wrong products, what wasn't the wrong product, didn't fit. Called them. Emailed them. Left Voicemails. Facebook(ed) them. NOTHING. Not a reply, not a comment. Silence. Notice that NOWHERE on the web is the returns shipping address for this company. If you purchase a product you have to wait for THEM to approve your return and IF they choose to provide you an RMA number. They will choose to not send you any return information and they WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. If you do manage to return the product, LOOK OUT, they will keep your money AND they will keep the products and sell them to another. I purchased items over 30 days ago, and the reason they have that policy is because if they don't contact you in 30 days they can claim to have never received your items.
My daughter's bridal shower is in 2 weeks. I looked all over for nice lingerie, so Fredericks came up. Just ordered from them a few hours ago. No confirmation no nothing, I have been on the phone holding for 2 hours. They finally email me back and give me a ticket number, they never made a change of my zip code. They have to be the worst. Also my money was taken out as soon as I pressed check out. But they have poor customer service. Last time ever. All I need to know is if my zip code was corrected and when the products are arriving. Finally called me back now, they told me they are holding my money and I don't have an order. They are rip offs. The order number is not an order number, it's a ticket number. I am so stressed out. They will hold my money but why if now I don't have an order. Please help, so stressed out.
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. I placed an order from them on July 15. It was processed and they received payment on July 21st. Two weeks later I hadn't received my products. I attempted to track the items (order shows complete on their website) only to find that it never left their warehouse. After numerous e-mails (only one that was answered) and several calls, the problem still hasn't been resolved. I have been given the same story every time I called.
I asked to speak to the warehouse and was told that was impossible. I asked to speak to someone higher than the call center supervisor and was told that was also not going to happen. I finally requested that I either receive a refund or that my items actually get shipped. I was informed that couldn't happen until the warehouse completed their investigation. Basically they took my money and aren't giving me what I ordered. I'm completely surprised by this. I have never had this problem with them before. I was super excited to order from them. I definitely won't be ordering from them again and I don't recommend that anyone else order from them either.
I ordered 10 items from Fredericks 2 months ago. A full month (and some change) after placing the order, 6 of my items arrived. I have still not received my missing items. When I called to ask I would get the same response from their customer service people "That will be in the mail in 3 business days". Clearly not true. They no longer seem able to answer the phone so now I am trying to get a refund by emailing them. I am so very disappointed. I loved shopping at this store and I loved their products. Since they have been purchased and are online only, the service is so awful I will not be shopping there anymore. It's sad.
I ordered 8 items on August 8, 2015. That Monday I waited for a shipping email and received nothing. Spoke to customer service on Tuesday and they stated my order was on Billing review and that department would contact me to verify my information and they weren't allowed to say anymore. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing, even though I called 3 to 4 times and even asked to speak with billing. Finally on the 20 something I managed to speak with billing because they were covering for the call center and my order would be processed. They don't tell you if your items are no longer in stock, your order will be held indefinitely until they are! No email notification or notice.
I again had to call and ask. I asked to cancel the out of stock items and they said I had to cancel the order and place a whole new order. Imagine my surprise when the woman said I would have to pay full price for items I had originally purchased on clearance! I told her that was unacceptable and she left me on hold and eventually offered me 20% off the order. My items still took longer than anticipated to ship... and I only am able to get 3 of the 8! Just go to the retail location or somewhere else, they will go out of their way to hide the truth on what your order is doing and have no authority on the phone to even tell you anything!
I placed my order online on 8/6 and haven't received my order. It's now 8/24 and I still haven't received it nor have I received an email or response from Fredericks via online. I called them last week and they advised me that there is NO reason for it not to be sent as the items I ordered are available and just hasn't been shipped yet. I will NEVER spend my money in a Fredericks store again. This is absolutely ridiculous. NEVER HAVE I EVER RECEIVE SUCH ** SERVICE...
I bought from them, I never got anything. They just said that is USPS problem.
It's been exactly 2 weeks since I placed an order with them. My package hadn't even been shipped yet. It wasn't back ordered. I called to speak with them and all they gave me were excuses on how they switched shipping facilities and there's a delay. Don't bother shopping with them, according to everyone else, you'll never get your package. Thanks for ruining my bf's birthday!
I wish I had read these reviews before I gave them my money. Let me first clarify that I went in to my shopping experience excited to be buying from Frederick's again because I used to go to their stores all the time and LOVE their products. This is NOT the company I remember. They shipped only half of my order and I have not received a reply from their email regarding when the second half might ship. I asked if it was on back order because I'd happily find a replacement. No response. I've asked them to cancel the remainder of my order and refund me for that portion but I doubt that will happen. I hate to say this but don't bother with them anymore. This company is disorganized and dishonest about their product availability and will leave you wondering what happened to your money.
Order placed 7/30/15, got order confirmation email that day, money was taken from my account (of course) and now here we are three weeks later 8/20/15 and still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation email. I sent an email to their customer support address listed on their site about a week ago and never got a response. I called their 800 number and was disconnected twice. After being on hold for 25 minutes I finally spoke to a real human being. She informed me that the item I had ordered was out of stock and that they were going to have to cancel the order... UH WHAT? When was I going to be notified of this?
Why was this item available for purchase on their site in the first place if it wasn't even in stock? Anyway she told me I would be getting my money back and she was going to email me a coupon for 15% off my next order... lol no thanks lady. I'm upset because I used to really love getting stuff from them, but honestly I'm not going to ever again. This experience has been awful. Wish I would have read these reviews before I got myself into this mess.
I placed an order for a bridal shower gift 2.5 weeks prior to the occasion. I did not receive the item on time. I called numerous times, it took about 40 min to get through each time. There were a few representatives that were not able to pull up my order even though I provided my name, address and order #. It was the worst experience I ever had. The item finally got shipped after 3.5 weeks, I was told to reject the package, since the cancellation of my order didn't get processed in time. The package was "returned to sender" the same day. I was told the refund would take 15 business days.
It's been about 15 business days and I have not heard from them. It's been over 1.5 months since I placed the order and I am still having to deal with these issues. I've called numerous times, the people who work here are incompetent. Not even the manager is able to help me. They continue to tell me to wait until I receive an email stating they have received my returned item. They owe me over $100 and I am not going to let this poorly ran company take my money. DO NOT SHOP HERE! There is a reason why this company is bankrupt.
Ok, I have always been a loyal customer to Fredericks. Refer all of my friends to buy their bras because they are great, for full-size breast. So here lies the issue, I purchased a bra in June 2015, order the wrong size by mistake. Received the package within a timely manner as always. But, when I returned it, I did an exchange on the returned label. So about in July I called about my exchange. If you placed an order before June 13th you will not get a refund, or exchange, it's merchandise credit ONLY! And it's all because of the new takeover. It took me 35 mins on a Wednesday in July to talk to customer service. They couldn't find my order, or return, because they didn't have the old system anymore, so it took them a while.
After they found my order, they never found my return, so they "forward" my information to the warehouse to find it. Then took my email address and said after the warehouse finds my return, I will receive a merchandise credit. As of today August 17th, I called C.S. and waited 45 mins before I spoke with C.S.and they repeated the same thing as last month. That's when I asked to speak to a supervisor. She apologized over and over with no new solutions. And didn't have my notes from last month because they just got another new system... WHAT THE **. So she was telling me that they don't have my return so I told them they lost it, because I sent it back with Fredericks return label.
To wrap it up, she finally took an extra step, and backed tracked my order and found my return, and guess what?. Forward it back to the warehouse and I'm waiting for an email again for my credit...we shall see. Because I still don't believe it. It's been 2 months no credit, this customer service never been this bad. I wish I didn't have to get credit, I want my money back, and don't have to deal with them for a while until they get it together if they ever do because they're so backed up and not organized.
No response from them.
Ordered 7/21/15. Got it, too small... Got the rma and returned it. They said it can take 10-14 business days to process the return once they receive it (post office said 2 days). My account got deleted. No record of receiving the package. I requested store credit since I wanted to exchange it. It's been more than 2 weeks, they don't see they received it! Thieves I suspect as seeing others' experience now.
Purchased 3 bras and 3 pairs of panties on 07/31/15, on 08/03/15 received confirmation that it was shipped. Received my package a few days later. Nothing I purchased fit, which is shocking because I purchased my true sizes. Also, none of the items had their original tags attached, did I get used products? On 08/10/15 I made another purchase online for the same products but different sizes that I believed would fit.
On 08/11/15 at 8:00 am, I called customer service, 800-323-9525 about sending my order from 7/31/15 back for a refund. She pulled up my order and said none of the items are returnable because they are final sale, WHAT?! When I first purchased them, nowhere on the screen or the email I received did it say these were final sale! So I asked if I can cancel my order made the night before, 8/10/15, she pulls it up and says it has been sent to fulfillment and cannot be cancelled but I can refuse the package when it is delivered. So now I have 1 order that doesn't fit and another order that I'm not 100% sure will fit and out all the money I spent if nothing fits. Only option is to try to resell, but will be difficult since they did not send me items with tags! ** FREDERICKS!!!
They stole my money! I have been asking for my money for 5 months now and I finally got a number to their headquarters and spoke to their CFO, named Doug, and he told me that I will not get anything back, period! Just as simple as that. And when I said that "you're telling me you will not honor your refund policy", he said "yes".
Do not waste your time or money on Frederick's of Hollywood. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I placed an order for my friends Bachelorette party after reading their shipment policy stating "Orders placed before 1:00pm PST will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm PST will be shipped out on the following day." After 2 weeks of not receiving a confirmation email on shipment I emailed them, never received an email in return. 3 days later I decided to call them to check the status. They told me they had some issues on their end and it will ship out from the warehouse.
I shared my concern on time because the party was fast approaching. 1 week later, still nothing. I called to cancel my order and they told me, not a problem, it had not been sent out yet and not to worry. 1.5 weeks later I get a charge to my credit card (which flagged them as fraudulent company). I called them to place my frustrating concerns about the issue but got nowhere. She had no answers to my questions and was absolutely no help. Their customer service needs major attention. This company is really not worth it. I wish I did a little more research on them before making a purchase. No wonder they are going under. I ended up taking my business to Yandy.com and get the products 2 days later!!
I placed an order with FOH, July 31st 2015 and I received an email confirming my order and of course the money was taken out of the account. My order still has not been shipped, and when I called the 1-800 number, they told me that my order was being processed, but had no idea when it would be shipped. They also said one of the items I ordered was out in the color I had chosen, and when I inquired about replacing the item with another color, which they have in stock in my size, they told me they couldn't make any changes to the order!!!! When I asked to speak to a manager, supervisor or anyone in charge, they said they would have someone call me back, that was a week ago now. After reading all the reviews, I'm afraid that I will never receive my order nor my money back. I had high hopes for Fredericks and was so excited to order from them, unfortunately I will not be ordering from them ever again!
DO NOT EVER purchase anything from this store!!! I placed an order months ago, and returned over $100 in merchandise and I have STILL not received an email confirmation saying my return was accepted (which I know it was since I have the tracking info), or a refund!!! So basically, this store stole my money because I returned the items and they kept my money! I have called 3 times and submitted 2 emails inquiring about this and they just keep telling me I will get a call or an email... which I have yet to receive! My returned items were received by their store almost 2 MONTHS AGO!!! This company is TERRIBLE!!! And the merchandise is cheaply made on top of it!! No wonder they went bankrupt if this is the way they operate!!! Word of advice... stay away from Fredericks!!! And never buy anything from this website ever!!!
I have to say my experience with ordering from Fredericks of Hollywood online has been a nightmare. My order was placed and hadn't shipped out several weeks later. When I contacted Customer Service via email, they said they were updating their computer systems and that the order showed it was still Pending but not yet shipped. I then received the order at home and needed to return an item. When I contacted Customer Service for an RMA (as required on the website), they said they couldn't issue an RMA because the order was still Pending and Not Shipped. I tried to explain that I did already receive my order.
Eventually they said that I could just return the item without an RMA. Weeks later, still no refund. Then they shipped me the entire order AGAIN... which I now have to ship back again. Not to mention, I used a coupon code that they emailed to me for signing up on their website and they did not honor it, saying it was expired (though it was emailed to me that day). They said they'd give me 10% off in the form of a refund, which I still have not received... though they said it would be applied. This company (shipping, ordering, website, etc.) is so unorganized and unprofessional. I have had so many good experiences with other websites. This has by far, been the worst! I will never order from them again.
I placed an order on July 2, 2014 receiving a confirmation email on my order. Two weeks go by and I have nothing and no status of saying that my order was shipped. I called and they said my order is being processed and will be shipped but they have no idea when. Two more weeks go by and I call again and I get the same story. I finally get the shipping email on Aug. 1 which is now a month later stating that my order is being shipped. Now I am looking at the order and it only shows four out of the 10 items I ordered are being shipped. I called today which is Aug. 4th mindful that I still haven't received any of my order and asked "Why are only four items being shipped" and the lady states "Well the other items are on backorder and we have no dates if they will ever be in stock."
I said to the lady "I have waited over a month for my order, called numerous times, emailed twice, and had I not called I would have never known anything about my other half of my order and all the times I called you couldn't tell me that", or they couldn't email me to say my items are on backorder. I never received any response from the emails I sent to them. I told her that I wanted to speak to a supervisor; for her to put me on hold, get back on the phone and tell me that she does not have a supervisor that I can speak to. Really? This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had and I used to like shopping with this company and I will no longer. I waited over a month with no communication to only receive 4 out of the 10 items I ordered to which I still have not received them, yet they say they are on their way. You would have thought the least they could have done was express ship them.
I placed an order on July 21. As of today, Aug. 2, no order. The money was taken out of my account (of course), and when I tried to call the 800 number I got an automated message. Emailed, again another automated message. I will keep trying but after reading other reviews I feel like I have been swindled.
I'll make this short. Today is July 31, I placed my order on July 16. Free shipping was included in this order. I got my confirmation and never got a follow-up shipping confirmation. I sent two emails to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to no avail. I called 800-323-9525 and spoke with a woman who was minimally competent in the art of communicating effectively. She had "no idea when the order would ship", but she did confirm that the order was paid for and confirmed.
I wait 9 days after my purchase date and proceeded to send six total emails to the aforementioned email addresses. No luck. This morning, Friday, I reverted to calling their help line and was told at 8:09 this morning that the line was closed and to call back between 7 am - 7 pm, M-F. WTF? I'm not expecting much at this point. I used to love this company. I've been shopping here for seven years, this is my first problem. Sadly it is unforgivable.
Placed and order on 7/11 on their website since they've closed the store in Albuquerque. 2 weeks later it hadn't arrived so I checked the website and the order showed "Pending." After making several calls and finally getting a person online all I got was a bunch of apologies and that the order was in the "Fulfillment Center." A week later the order was still in the "Fulfillment Center." I called again, got nothing but apologies and no estimate of when the order would ship. I asked to speak to a manager. Told one would call me back, never happened. Cancelled the order.
Today is 7-28-15 I ordered a bra on 6-18 & it was returned. No credit for the 24.99 to date and I have been told at least 6 times they would contact me in a week or two! Order number and reason for return were included with the return. MasterCard post date was 6-21. I have since ordered and received another bra, but no refund to date and will not order in the future.
Very unhappy with FOH. After going to all locations in my area and seeing that they were all closed, I had to ask around everywhere I went as to why they were closing. Come to find out they have are now an online only store. I wanted to use my gift card I received for a return from my bachelorette party. I call the customer service number on the back of the card to make a balance inquiry... Automated service stated I have $30 remaining.
So I go to FOH online & proceed to make purchases. As I enter the gift card number it says unable to find that gift card number. I call customer service come to find out they do not accept any gift cards... only digital gift cards. Customer service was brief & had attitude & did not understand my frustration. At this point there are tons of customers out there that are not able to use their gift cards. FOH should allow use of these cards in order to have more business. I would have appreciated a notice from all the changes FOH made.
I placed an order on 07.08.15 at approx. 11:30 am PST. My order still states "Processing - Sent to Fulfillment Center." Customer Service only had a canned response from "Corporate" and that they were so sorry about the delay, it will EVENTUALLY ship, and no, they can't cancel the order even if I wanted to cancel it. She had no dates - nothing. She just kept saying she was sorry, it's because of their "transition" and she can only tell me what Corporate tells her to say. 12 business days and no movement on my order. I can buy something from China on eBay and get it in less time!!
I placed an order online on July 14 and received an order confirmation email immediately. Now, this is where things stopped going right. Tried to track the order online on July 20 and could not get to the order. In any case, sent an email to customer support - NO response. Not even an auto acknowledgement that my email was received by them. No response till date (July 23). Tried to track the order online again on July 22 - again, could not track it. Tried to call the 1-800 number to track the order and received rude shock. The automated system told me that my order did not exist. Called in again to try and talk to a human being, after holding for 30 mins, gave up.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it's still "processing". Called FOH and they said they can't give me any idea when my items will ship.
I ordered a couple of items, and was disappointed when I received them. They were cheap quality, and one item was huge on me and one was way too small (even though both were the same sizes). After looking at their return policy, I realized they don't accept returns on clearance items (which was one of the items I purchased). That was partially my own fault for not looking at the return policy before purchasing, but it would be nice if they had this stated in the clearance section of their website.
So I returned the other item two and a half weeks ago. I received an email saying that they had received my item 14 days ago, and it will take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in my bank account. I sent them an email asking where my refund was, and they responded by saying "Please wait 14 days, it could take up to 30 days to reflect in your account". THIRTY DAYS!? 14 days is a long time... It should take no longer than a week after the company receives the item! So now I'm really curious if I'm even going to get my $30 back. I've always been a big online shopper and tend to order multiple sizes and just return what doesn't fit. I won't be shopping at FOH again because of how ridiculously long it takes to receive a refund.
When checking out online, I was unable to find a place to put in my gift card. Called during their hours on Monday (Sunday no contact available) and was told that their system is not accepting gift cards at this time for an undisclosed amount of time. So I requested that I get the value of the gift card in cash and she said that it wasn't possible. So then I requested that they contact me when I can use the gift card to which she said I'd just have to check back myself. 1) Why don't they notify people on their website that their gift cards are not redeemable at this time? 2) Why can't they give me my money back? 3) Why do I have to do the work to figure out when their system is working instead of them doing the work to notify me?
I ordered 5 bras during the Black Friday weekend. The following Saturday I received one bra in the mail. I was confused and doubled checked the packing slip which said: 5 bras ordered, 5 bras shipped, 0 back ordered. I immediately jumped on the phone to call customer service only to discover Fredrick's of Hollywood customer service closes Saturday afternoon and doesn't reopen until Monday. I tried to find an email address, but had no luck. I even resorted to calling a couple of store locations but was referred back to the customer service hotline.
I recalled the hotline Monday morning only to be told that the bra I ordered was sold out and I could order a similar bra for $11.99, which made me laugh since the 5 bras I ordered were $5.99 each. They wouldn't even price match their own bra! I declined their "fantastic" deal. I was offered 10% off my next order. I then brought up the store Ulta and how they gave their customers gift cards when their order was sold out. I was then offered 15 % off. I am disappointed with this experience. Also flabbergasted that this company had the audacity to place the packing slip claiming the order was complete and shipped. This was a mistake on the packing side which I believe Fredrick's should give some sort of compensation for my inconvenience or was done on purpose and therefore a scam.
My husband bought me about 3 bras and a bikini set on during their sale. This is the 3rd time he shopped here (online). All were size XS which I have some of their items in the past. When I tried them on, all of them are way too big. The bikini top is not a tying type so it only has one size, it has about 5-7 inches extra. The bras were 34A. Loose and cups all scrunched up. I normally buy 32-34B at target and Victoria secret so this is way too big. I even read up on their size chart before letting him make the purchase. I also took out my Aeropostale bikini set (just bought last month) in size XS to compare. Theirs are at least 2 sizes larger overall and for sure is not the same as quoted on their site. To be sure I also took out one bra and one top from a few years back to compared (from their own store).....again, XS now is much larger than before. Of course either I pay to return them on my own or they charge $7.95 or so if I use their label....the order was not a lot and they don't allow return to store. All XS from Aero, Tilly's, Kohls, VS are roughly the same, but Fred's is much, much bigger...they need to keep it the same and same as stated on their site.
I went to 2 different Frederick's Stores and was gravely disappointed in their customer service. They'll do anything to make a sale and anything to deny a return. I tried to return an item 2 days after purchasing it (unworn, tags on) and the rep denied it and was very rude. I went to another store and the manager treated me just as rudely. Be careful about giving these people your money or your information because they'll abuse it. Ultimately the store kept my item and never gave me a refund. So now I have no money and no item. I will never purchase anything from Frederick's ever again. There isn't even a main, corporate office that I can go to about essentially being robbed by their store manager.
I wanted to write a review for this company because I can't find their corporate number and it is too late to call the store. My daughter and I were dress shopping last night for homecoming at the Northgate Mall. She is a bigger girl, and I needed to find her a strapless bra for her gown. I saw the Fredericks store and went into it by myself. I was approached by this sales girl, who made it clear she had no interest in taking care of me and what I wanted. I explained to her what I needed, and asked if they had any strapless bras in her size? She informed me that they did, but, needed to have her measurements.
I went out of the store, and got my daughter and brought her in with me. Now, please picture this, she is young, she's a bigger girl, and was quite embarrassed to go in, but, I assured her it would be fine, and that they had her size. Upon going in, this same sales girl, who seriously acted like we were in her way, came up, and rudely said, "I need her measurements." Then, after I told her she would need to measure her, she told me "Well... I can try..." and began to try and measure her right there in the middle of the store.
I calmly asked if we could go back to a dressing to properly get her measurements, and oh well that was a big deal, like we were bothering her! After we went into the back, and she measured her, she flat out said, "I have nothing for her in my store..." I wanted to deck this little diva, but, I thought the proper thing to do would be to get my daughter out of this store. My kid had tears in her eyes... Never will I step foot in that place again. And if anyone has a number to call in complaints, let me know. Thank you for reading!
WOW! I have always loved Fredrick's! I was so upset when they closed the nearest store. I started ordering online and that seemed to be working. Ya see I have a size that is hard to find and Fredrick's has it! So I have been happily loyal and good with spending more on the products. Until now! I purchased the Heartthrob bra, and really thought I had found my "perfect" bra, but I soon became disappointing with it! It's falling apart and it is almost impossible to clean! What a great concept to have hidden loops for the straps, and I love that you can change the position. I guess the designer didn't take into consideration that those nice heavy duty metal hooks would just saw right through the dainty little loops! Oh and the micro fiber....feels so nice, but it will not hold it's place.
I have had this bra for less than 6 months and it looks like something I found in the trash, and I haven't even worn it everyday. I bought several other bras that I like to rotate. So I called Fredrick's to find out what they could do for me and I got a slap in the face....a big "thanks for your long time business". They were so generous as to give me a whole 15% off my next order! Well thanks a lot! I guess my only course of action now is to spread this very message around! Yes the product is beautiful and mostly reliable, but if you should receive a less than quality product, well..sorry for your luck!
I ordered on the 6th May many lingerie items on the online website. The total of my order was $56 which I was charged the day after. Thereafter, I got an e-mail telling me one of the items was out of stock and was going to be shipped as soon as they receive it. All was good. I received the first items and they look nice. But I was charged on the 23th May an amount that I had no idea where it came from, $18 more than my actual order including all the items. Frederick's won't credit it. Be aware if you order online from another country!!
I got the same email as everyone else and got the same runaround as everyone else. When I called about the bogus $7.96, they wanted to recharge me. I contacted the Better Business Bureau. They notified me when they sent a notification to Frederick's. About a week later, I got a phone call from Frederick's stating that they were not going to charge my card anymore! Fight back on this scam and you can win.
Last April, I placed an order for multiple items and received free shipping. On October 15, I received a suspicious email for $7.95 for shipping charges. I thought it was a joke because I have always received good customer care from Fredericks. That changed when I called their Customer Service line. I knew something was up when the first thing that happened was that I was transferred to a different office. When I explained the situation, the woman was cold and uncaring. She stated that no one in the company could remove the charges. I offered to send the items back for a refund. If they can come back six months later and bill me for free shipping charges, then I should be able to return the items. She stated that I could not return the items and that corporate was listening in. I am glad that corporate is listening because I will not purchase anything from them again. I am great customer of Fredericks until now!
3 months after I placed and received an order, I received an email from the company stating that $19.95 was going to be charged to my credit card. The company stated it had come to their attention that a billing error occurred at the time I placed my order. The time I placed my order, what actually happened is I used a promotion code REDBOOK20 which was for 20% off and free shipping & handling for purchases over $50. The company was also offering a promotion for free shipping & handling for purchases over $50. My order was $248.99 before the 20% discount ($49.80). My total with tax was $215.59.
When I called the company to try to resolve this issue, I spoke to a rep named Brittney. She was not interested in what I had to say. I tried to explain to her that I had used the Redbook promo code, yet she insisted I could not combine the 2 promo codes which was not the case. I asked to speak with a manager and she refused to let me speak with anyone. She stated that there wasn't a manager working. I called the company back about 15 minutes later. I was on hold for about 35 minutes. I spoke with another rep (Leslie or Lisa , I think). She basically said the same thing. I tried to explain to her that I only used the Redbook promo which gave 20% off and free shipping and handling if greater than $50 worth of merchandise was purchased... She briefly put me on hold then came back and stated that the Red book promo didn't offer free shipping and handling.
I tried to explain to her that in fact it did and when I entered the information at checkout time, it 1) took 20% off my purchase before taxes, and 2) subtracted the shipping and handling fee at checkout.. This is the same information I attempted to relay to the first rep... Neither wanted to hear it.. I have documentation from the date I placed the order and I printed word for word what the Redbook20 promo code said... as well as what the company's promo code stated... I truly believe this is a SCAM. Shame on Frederick's of Hollywood... Even if this isn't a scam, you wait 90 plus days and then you try to make someone pay for YOUR mistake... Who does that?? You have lost my business and respect!
Same as the other recent reviews. I placed an order 6 months ago in May during a one day sale and received the same email today, October the 15th, saying there's been a billing error. And now I'm being charged for shipping in the next 10 days on my credit card. Honestly, most of my order turned out to be out of stock and never arrived. Now I'm going to be doing what I wouldn't have done at the time I placed the order. Paying shipping that equals more than the single item that was actually in stock and shipped to me. I'm very hesitant to ever place another order with them. It may not be a lot of money, but I don't think it's how you treat customers if you really want to keep them.
I placed an order on 5/5/2013, and apparently was not charged $7.95 for shipping. I received an email today which is 10/15/2013, which is 5 months and 10 days after the purchase. FOH is stating that I should have paid for the shipping and is now going to charge my credit card the $7.95 fee. I can't even remember what I purchased or what card I used, but I'm sure that FOH is not hurting for this $7.95. Then to top it off they sent me a $10 off coupon for my next order of $50 or more. Why don't you keep the $10 and just waive that charge? I have made numerous of purchases with FOH, but this simple error could have been overlooked as a write off. Instead of now you have an upset consumer, who will no longer make purchases from you online or in store.
I received a Fredericks of Hollywood gift card for my birthday at the beginning of the year. They do not carry my size in the store so I have to make purchases online. They were having a special for free shipping on your order back in April so I took advantage of the deal and placed an order. I used my gift card for payment and even had a remainder balance left over! 6 months later I receive an e-mail from them stating, "Thank you for being a valued customer. It has come to our attention that at the time you placed your order a billing error occurred. The total shipping and handling fee that was indicated on the order confirmation you received after checkout was not charged at the time of shipment. As a result, the remaining shipping and handling fee will now be charged to the credit card you provided at the time of the purchase."
They're charging me $9.95 for shipping when I had used a "free shipping" promotion code back when I placed the order. They also state in the e-mail that, "We will be charging your credit card within the next 10 business days for the shipping and handling fee shown above, as well as any applicable sales tax." Why are they charging me for tax again?!? Not too happy at the moment. Especially because I placed another order in August using the remainder of the gift card and another shipping promotion and I wouldn't be surprised if I receive this same e-mail another 6 months later in February. My only concern is I'm not sure what credit card they have on file, and this purchase particularly was paid for with a gift card! I'll be contacting their customer service to try and get this straightened out but reading these other reviews I can't imagine I'll get too far. I can always contact my bank and try to put a hold on any future Fredericks charges. Guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Today, 10/14/2013, I received an email from Frederick's of Hollywood stating that they were charging my credit card on file for shipping charges related to a purchase made on their website on 5/1/2013. When I made the purchase on their website, shipping charges were supposed to be waived if the order was placed over $75. I purchased over $100 worth of items and was not charged shipping at that time. Now, six (6) months later, I receive an email stating that they were charging me $15.95 for shipping.
I called their "customer service" department to ask for clarity regarding this phantom shipping charge and to request/demand that my charge not be charged for something that I did not consent to or approve of and was told that there was nothing they could do to prevent it from occurring. I asked repeatedly for a supervisor and was told that "there wasn't one available" and then was hung up on by the Billing representative.
Upon calling back into "customer service" I immediately asked to speak with a supervisor/manager but was transferred back to the same Billing Department and received the same treatment. I then called "customer service" again and requested to speak to a Customer Service MANAGER. After going back and forth with the "customer service" representative, I was finally transferred to a MANAGER. However, she told me that although she understood my frustration and anger towards the phantom shipping charges, she told me that there was nothing she could do but to put notes on my account stating my displeasure about being charged now six months after my order was placed.
I have already placed a fraud alert on my credit card and vow to continue calling Frederick's of Hollywood management until I get this matter resolved to my satisfaction. But this is fraudulent and a scam to charge consumers months after an order was made against their consent.
I have received the same email as many people below. My wife made a purchase of 134.74 before tax and shipping. Of course, Fredericks offers free shipping of $50 or more. Now they are wanting to charge me $17.95. Of course, I will do what I can to fight this but who knows. If they do charge me the 17.95, I will not be a repeat customer ever again.
Please do not shop with this company. As with previous comments, Fredericks has went into my account six months after my purchase and taken out $6.31 for S&H, which was supposed to be free. I am sure this action may have caused some people to overdraft their accounts. BAD BUSINESS. And when I called to complain was told there was nothing I could do and no one else to speak with. End of story. I will NEVER shop here again and will repeatedly tell other not to also.
I placed an order for two bras back in April of this year. 6 months later, I get an email saying they were going to charge my credit card for $9.95 for shipping that was not charged at the time of the order. Fortunately, I keep all of my online shopping receipts. I looked back, and I did pay for the shipping at the time of purchase. So, I am being charged twice for shipping on an order I placed 6 months ago. I called customer service, but "no one was available to help me" on a Saturday. I will call back on Monday, but I am very unsatisfied. I warn everyone that also got this email to double check their order. This feels like a scam to me.
I placed order 3 months ago on Fredericks.com. The company was offering free shipping on all orders and the promotion was valid for 1 month (no need to apply the promo code at checkout). I received a confirmation number for my order with free shipping. I did receive my order and my card was charged for the order price and applicable taxes (no shipping cost). After 3 months, I received an email from the company that there was a billing error 3 months ago and they will charge shipping costs on the card I used to place the order. The email says "We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. Your business and satisfaction are very important to us. In order to prevent this from happening in the future, new procedures and controls have been put into place." However, at the time I placed the order, their website clearly stated: free shipping on any order, no minimum required!
I contacted the customer service at Fredericks of Hollywood and they said there is nothing else they can do. The company has decided to charge customers for promo code errors/billing errors!! I am very dissatisfied by the service offered by this company.
I am a regular customer with Frederick's of Hollywood and made 2 purchases (1 in June and 1 in August) in which I received an email advising me of free shipping. I just received an email on 10/7/2013 which states that the company realizes that they did not charge me the shipping and handling fees of $7.95 on the June charge and $5.95 on the August charge and that it would now be applied to my credit card. I contacted customer service and explained, to try to get the situation resolved and their response was that the charges were non-refundable and could not be refunded and they were offering me a coupon for $10.00 off a $50.00 purchase for my inconvenience. I advised them that due to this being a company error, I felt that the charges should be removed and not charged. I requested a corporate office number and they explained there was not a corporate office to contact. I would not advise ANYONE to shop with them and this ends my shopping with them as well.
Ladies, no matter how cute you think items are from Frederick's of Hollywood, do not do business with them. If you spend so much and get offered free shipping, it is not free and they could possibly charge you 6 months later. I ordered outfits from them to do a photo shoot for my new husband as a wedding present. I made this purchase in April 2013. It is now October 2013. Yesterday, I received an email saying, "Since we didn't charge you shipping on your order back in April. we will be taking $9.95 out of your account for that within the next 10 business days, sorry for the inconvenience." Seriously? BAD BUSINESS!
Now I know it's only 10 bucks, but they needed to realize their mistake. Little did I know, they know about their mistake and they don't give a crap! So I call customer service and ask them to waive this fee because it's been 6 months. They should have charged me for shipping when I placed the order, completely their mistake. I talked to a lady who had no answers for me and was rude about it. She said she didn't know why it took them this long to charge me and refused to take the charge off. BAD BUSINESS! She claimed there were no supervisors or management to talk to and the fee was going to happen and it is non-refundable. She said this was happening to several customers from months before and the company has decided to now go back and charge for shipping. BAD BUSINESS!
I called back and got someone else who was just as rude, had no answers and apparently couldn't transfer me to anyone else to get help. Now that's really bad business to treat a customer to a dead-end solution. I was a repeat customer and I have spent plenty of money with them in the past. Both women I talked to were pushy about getting off the phone. They kept asking if there was anything else they could do for me (they didn't do anything in the first place). Finally on the last call, I said, "Yes, you enjoy that last $10! I will not be doing business with your company again!" In response, the woman said, "I understand (she didn't give a rip)." BAD BUSINESS! (that was the last one :)) I will not EVER order anything from them again, and I will be telling anyone and everyone that talks about ordering clothing or lingerie online to never place an order with Frederick's of Hollywood.
On July 17, 2013, I received a promotional email from Frederick's of Hollywood with the subject line: Three words: Fierce. Wild. Vixen. Plus, free shipping on everything. The email stated "We pay for shipping. No minimum purchase." At the time of purchase, I was not charged for shipping. Today, October 1, 2013, I received an email from Frederick's stating that a billing error occurred on 7/17/2013 when I placed my order and that, as a result I was not charged the $5.95 shipping cost. Thus, they will be billing the card they have on file for the $5.95 shipping cost for my 7/17/13 order. Pursuant to the promotional email I received on 7/17/13, there was no shipping cost. How Frederick's can retroactively charge me for a shipping cost that doesn't exist is beyond me . I called and spoke to a customer service representative who was unable to assist me and could not transfer me to a supervisor. Needless to say, I will not be shopping there again. Who can trust Frederick's and their false advertising?
I placed an order before Valentines Day and did not receive it. It's now June and I haven't gotten it.
A few weeks ago I made my first (and last) purchase at Fredericks.com. I was emailed about a great one-day sale they were having, so I jumped on and bought several different items. After almost 2 weeks of waiting, my items finally arrived. First of all, the quality of their clothing items is terrible. I decided I wanted to return 2 of the items I purchased. I was told I would need to pay return shipping cost of $7.95 and then I would also be charged the original shipping charge of $15.95 (since my original order gave me free shipping)!
So basically, the 2 items I want to return only total under $20. Meaning, I would owe Fredericks.com for the return! Unbelievable! So my choices basically are keep the items I am unhappy with or pay Fredericks to keep them. I'm out my money either way. Horrible customer service! I definitely will never shop here again!
I sent a return in via USPS rather than their overpriced label (think it was like $7.95 or so). They claim they never received my package (did not use tracking). This would be my own fault except I've been shipping with USPS for the past 5 years and they have never lost a single package I have sent. I won't be shopping there again.
This is the first time I have gone through the effort to write a review because their customer service was absolutely horrific. I made a purchase in October 2012 and had to call 5 different times to finally get my order straightened out. After many complaints and frustrations, they gave me 15% off my next purchase so I decided to give them another try. Now, they are not honoring the discount. Every time I talk to these people, it is a frustrating experience. They may have good prices but it's not worth the hassle. Take your business elsewhere.
For Valentine's Day 2012, my fiance got me a $100 gift card. I tried to use it online about 6 months later and when I tried to apply it to my order, it wouldn't work. I called to make sure there was a balance and it still said $100. I emailed Customer Service and did not get a response. It has now been about 6 months since my first attempt to contact them. I try to use the card about once a week and it still never works. I have attempted to contact them at least 5 or 6 times with no response. At this point, I'm assuming that they figure they already got our money when they sold my fiance the gift card. I was a very loyal Frederick's shopper for years and now, at this point, I will be telling everybody I know about their horrible customer service.
Ordering is difficult because the images have poor colors and are never as advertised. The tracking information is never readily available and their website is poorly constructed; the "submit" button rarely works. Customer service is terrible. I returned $180 in merchandise and paid for my own shipping after. While tracking the package, I called and waited on hold for 20 mins to be told my refund would take 30 days. It took two months! I don't mind paying for good service and quality. They have neither. The store in Ft. Myers, FL wasn't bad that's why I tried the Internet because I live NY!
Do not ever shop with them! I placed an order for an XS chemise in August for 2-day shipping. My package arrived and it looked like someone had tried on the chemise and they just stuffed it into the plastic wrapper. They also made a mistake of sending me an XL instead. So, I called Customer Service and they said they would send me a new one with one-day shipping for free and if I returned the XL, I would get a refund. So, I returned the chemise in the beginning of September and it is December now and I have yet to receive my refund.
UPS showed that package was received by them in early September. I have called Customer Service 3 times the past 3 months and all 3 times they have said I would receive my refund within 3-5 business days. If they don't want to refund me money, then fine. They should at least tell me though. I won't shop there again. I don't appreciate them wasting my time. Their Customer Service site sucks because the Submit button doesn't work. I just called Customer Service and no one has picked up. My phone went from 65% battery to 40% battery while waiting for them to pick up. I am so angry! Don't shop there!
Horrible. Do not shop online! I ordered gift for my wife for Christmas. I received it and was missing an item. Shipping shows all items in package. I tried to send emails, but no response. I tried to call several times and can't get a live person. Forever on hold. This company is bad news now! Victoria's Secret, here I come!
I am still waiting on the delivery of items that were ordered on October 18th. Each time I check the website, the availability date keeps being pushed back and it's currently December 24th. The order confirmation stated that if my merchandise was not available within 30 days, I would be contacted and that never happened. Using the Customer Service page on their website is pointless because the 'Submit' button clears the page and does not send your message to anyone.
It seems that I am not the only one having troubles with www.fredericks.com. They do not give you very many options for exchanging. What was most appalling was that they had said that they did not receive my return until I was able to give them tracking information. Then I was told that I had to wait one month after that to receive the exchange. They would not provide me with any other way to contact someone other than the e-mail address given on their site, in which they never address your issue - instead it appears that it picks up keywords, and responds with a form letter. Even when inquiring about an item for a pending purchase, I feel like they are dissociated with the company. Warning! Just because a company has a well-established name, it does not mean that they have ethical practices and or policies (terrible online purchasing policies).
I ordered 10 items in April of 2012. One item was on backorder and slated to ship to me in May. I called at the end of May to check on the status and I was told the item was going to be delivered in June. I waited a month; nothing arrives. I called and was told to call back the following Monday to confirm the shipment with them. (Mind you, I am supposed to call them.) August arrives and I still have not received my item or an explanation. I ended up cancelling the item. I was charged for all items and never received a refund on the not shipped item. After calling customer service, I was told I was never charged for it because they do not charge until the item ships. I have the invoice and I can add I was charged and never received credit. Do not shop here. I never will again.
I figure Fredericks of Hollywood is a good company that has a great return policy. If the item you buy online is not what you want, I figured you can return it back to the store like almost all major companies. I was wrong. I bought over $100 worth of jewelry online that looked beautiful. I even bought two of the same jewelry to give as gifts. I finally received it in the mail. Upon opening the package, the pieces fell out stone by stone. It looked like the items were tossed in there and were dropped a hundred times. Some of the packages inside were still sealed but you can see the jewelry in pieces inside of the sealed package. I am infuriated because this happens to arrive on my birthday. I thought this was going to be a good day.
I drove to the local mall. Because that's how I heard about buying items online that if the store doesn't carry (example bra's in my size, etc.) and if I don't like the item, I can return it back to the store anything that was bought online with receipt. That's what got me to buy stuff online. Thinking if I am not satisfied or if something was wrong, I can return it back locally. I was misinformed. The sales lady told me when I arrived with my jewelry that they do not deal with online returns at the stores and I have to deal with mailing it back again. So I called on the phone to get a nice long answering machine instruction. Then I read the paperwork on how to return the item. I have to go to UPS. Pay $7.95 to return the items plus more because I bought over $100 worth and look how sneaky on the recording it says it's wise to add insurance (of course at my own expense) so I don't lose more money than I already have.
As I see it, I paid for a lot of jewelry. Now I am returning broken pieces (still in the sealed package but visually you can see it's broken). A UPS returning fee (goes by weight too), another fee for them because of the amount of item I am returning, plus insurance (in case UPS decides to lose it or maybe Fredericks themselves claims the insurance saying the package came broken because of UPS fault and double banks). I don't know what their scheme is but here I am dealing with all this stress of buying something to get less money back for it and to top it off, there they said expect a credit within two billing cycles to your credit card. I got to wait two months to get my small portion of money back for items I did not keep because they came all in pieces. I will not recommend buying online from them anymore. If you don't see it in the store, walk away. But if you like gambling and losing then by all means good luck buying online.
I placed an order with Fredericks of Hollywood on January 28, 2012. They were offering free ground shipping with a purchase of $95 or more. I paid $10.95 for expedited shipping. When I returned one of the items, my refund was not what I expected. The refund I received I knew would be deducted for using the shipping label they provide you for the return. I was confused on why I received $22 less than what the item was worth.
When I called to question the amount of my refund received, the customer service representative placed me on hold and then came back with this explanation. He stated that the reason the refund was so much lower than the item was because I was also charged for an original shipping charge (as my order dropped to below the amount required for the free shipping, even though I had already received the items). When I said that I didn't know that nor did I see that anywhere, he told me it is in small print in the catalog that the free shipping is subject to be revoked with a return if your order drops below the amount required.
Now, I have looked high and low in every catalog I have of theirs as well as their consumer website and cannot find one trace of this "small print" he said was out there. So, not only did I have to pay $10.95 for expedited shipping, I also had to pay $7.95 for the return as well as $15.95 for my original order. When all was said and done, I ended up paying $34.85 in shipping charges.
All I want is the $15.95 credited to my credit card, as I don't believe that taking advantage of a loyal customer for years this way is honorable consumer relations. I cannot believe that they would charge me shipping for an order already received when I have done so much business with this company for over 15 years.
I went to go shopping at your store in Sanford, Florida. I’m in a wheelchair and I could not get through the isles. That is not good for customers that are disabled. I would like for someone to please get back with me or I will have to call ADA about this problem. I would really like to start to shop at your store. Thank you.
This is in regards to an HR representative falsifying my records in order to alienate me from employment. It has really bothered me that this happened and though it has been some months since then, I feel it should be brought to someone's attention that this action has taken place.
My name is Marcus and I worked in the call center in Phx. I had resigned with the intent of rehiring and this was known by all employees and management. Yet the HR department head has said that I didn't like my job. But why wouldn't I? I just feel that because she personally did not like me, she shouldn't be able to lie and give false information. I was not fired and was a great agent with outstanding attendance and leading sales. This might not mean anything to anyone else but it should. Thank you for your time.
I received a bill on my credit card for $79.99. I didn't order anything, so I called the phone number to see what the bill was for. Apparently, I had joined some type of club in 2009. I never signed up for a club that charges $79.99 a year. I argued with the lady on the phone that I didn't sign up but she insisted that I did. I told her that she needs to remove the charge. She said that all she could do is send a form that I need to fill out to get my money back. As a result, I lost $79.99. This company also has my credit card number that they apparently can use at will.
I found a fraudulent charge of $79.99 on my Discover card. It said: SEM* Frederick's Duets 800-475-1942 MN. I have not made a purchase with this company in almost 2 years and certainly did not authorize this transaction. It is some sort of membership. I called the 800 number and the operator said I will see a refund in 3-5 days. I also called my credit card company and they said they will initiate an investigation. Looking on the internet, I see that I am just one of the many consumers who are being stuck with this fraudulent charge.
You guys are all ignorant. There is no such thing as ‘glamour in me’ for Fredericks of Hollywood. Whatever happened is something due on the internet scam and not FOH. I have never even heard of such a thing and I have been shopping in the stores and online for well over 5 years now with no problem. FOH provides the best products and amazing customer service. Get your facts straight first before trying to put down a company’s name.
I was enrolled against my will for a duet’s coupon program of some sort with Fredrick’s of Hollywood for $79.99 on April 6th of 2010. Someone in the organization used my credit card info to do so against my will. After much resistance they did refund my money. No credible explanation or apologies. I had not given consent to sign up.
This did not happen upon ordering on the phone or computer. They just chose to do so because they felt like it. Is this not credit card fraud? Is this not identity theft? It seams that with all the complaints about the very same thing that happened to me there would be some kind of class action suit that would stop these white collar criminals from taking advantage of good people.
Below is a copy of a letter I sent to them. The issue is unauthorized charge on credit card. The representative said it was a membership we had the previous year and this was untrue as we never purchased any kind of membership.
I am writing this letter to you because I couldn’t find the information on who to direct a complaint to. On March 8, 2009 my boyfriend received a credit card statement with a charge for $79.99 for a Fredrick’s Glamour membership services. I guess it is a promotion Fredrick’s is running. The issue I am concerned about is the credit card charge was not authorized and we did not purchase this so-called membership.
I called the telephone number that was on the credit card statement to discuss this issue and when the voice mail answers it automatically redirects the customer to go to membershipstop.com. It was very hard to understand the company name that I had called and I was unsure if I had dialed the correct number; and in verifying the number I did in fact dial correctly. That makes me wonder if there are that many people cancelling memberships where a company sets its voice mail to direct the customers automatically to a website to cancel memberships.
The following day I contacted this company and explained to her we did not purchase this item. She mentioned to me that the membership charge was carried over from 2009. We never purchased a membership of any kind in 2009. Another issue I am concerned with is if this is another company contracted with your company (Fredrick of Hollywood), then how did they get our credit card information? Why isn’t there information on a corporate location to direct a reasonable complaint to? My boyfriend will not allow me to buy products from you again. The consequences are fees from the bank for use of card. Wondering if someone is giving the card number out? If the company that is selling these memberships is a contracted company, then how did they get the credit card information?
A charge of $79.99 appeared on my credit card from "Fredericks Duets." I never shop from Fredericks so I placed it aside to look into the charge. The next day, I received the membership package and realized I had been scammed. This is a totally unauthorized charge and now I see by the complaints online that they are making a practice of this. I never ever accept these discount/savings memberships. I think they are complete rip offs. I was told by their "membership service" rep that she could not remove the charge. She argued that I had accepted it (without being able to show me evidence), and that I would be mailed a form. I've placed a dispute on the charge with the credit card and await their form. This company's business practice is unethical and it is basically committing theft.
I made a purchase via phone from Fredericks of Hollywood in 2007. I recently found out that I have been charged an annual fee of $79.99 to my credit card for a membership program called "Glamour in Me". I was never told of this fee or that I would be enrolled in this program. Apparently, by placing an order, that is your "Agreement" to be charged $80 annually for a "service" that provides absolutely no service at all. This is an absolute rip-off and should not be allowed to continue. I found out that this is not a fee charged directly by FOH, but through an organization with which they partner. Regardless of that fact, this ruins my trust with FOH, and unfortunately, Fredericks of Hollywood has lost a customer due to their partnership with the unethical and scamming organization that they call "Glamour in Me" or "Membership Services". I will tell everyone I know not to do business with Fredericks of Hollywood due to this partnership. I have also opened a dispute with my Credit Card company to deny this charge and reimburse me in the amount of $79.99.
I bought a pair of Gladiator sandals with a 4" heel from FOH back in January 2009. It's not like I rushed to wear them, so they sat in my closet for 5 months before I wore them in my home for all of 15 minutes. Three weeks later, I put them on again; and I noticed that one heel was wobbling and thought it was in the heel from being too skinny. So I took them off, looked at it, and didn't see anything. Within about 20 minutes, the entire heel came apart from the rest of the shoe. I called FOH, and they told me "Tough luck; you only have 3 months to do a return, period. No exceptions."
I am furious, not only because the shoes actually have an assembly flaw, according to the shoe rep guy, but also because FOH sent me a whole size too big. Boy, do they look ugly on me! I had to spend $18 to get the one shoe fixed, and I had hoped FOH would then send me a replacement with reinforced assembly made with screws, not staples.
It's only a matter of time before I have to spend another $18 for the other shoe, so I had hoped FOH would then take them back and send me the correct size as well or return my money! They refused to do either!
