I love the brand Crocs for the amount of types of shoes it offers! They can be expensive but when you find a deal you can't not buy.
Great comfortable shoes, especially for working at a hospital like myself. The are great for standing long hours, or walking. Great prices as well.
I've purchased Crocs through Amazon and had a decent experience, though Amazon doesn't carry a big selection of Crocs, and they certainly don't have a selection of the clog type Crocs.
Because there aren't many stores that offer Crocs in my local area or just offer the classic styles, I enjoy shopping online at Crocs where the variety is awesome and the quality is excellent.
I love Crocs but 100% advise you go to a crocs store before ordering online! I ordered 5 charms for my crocs on 9/14 and got an email that they shipped on 9/18 and that they would be delivered by 9/24! It is now 9/27 and they haven't been delivered, and when I check on the estimated delivery it just says “check back soon”???? But then when I google search my tracking # it says USPS hasn't even received them yet??!! Very unorganized and stressful!! 0/10. Do not recommend ordering anything from their website!!!
I love Crocs but I would advise do not order from the website. I have been waiting almost a month for a refund for shoes I returned, that they received. I have chatted, emailed, called, still nothing. If I could give this site a 0 I would. Buyer beware. I may be out the 60-70 dollars for my return, which by the way I didn't even wear them, just tried on the shoes.
Don’t buy Crocs online – their return policy is horrendous. At the start of summer, my wife purchased a pair of crocs for my daughter. Due to COVID-19, the stores were closed, so we ordered online and purchased a pair for $38.00. After about one month, the shoes arrived. We opened the package so that my daughter could try them on, but they were not comfortable – the buckle was grinding into the side of her foot, and she did not like them. We tried to return them only to learn that our options are: (1) drive half way across town to receive a store credit (no returns for opened packages). This option is pointless because my daughter does not want to wear crocs; or (2) Pay for the shoes to be couriered back to receive a full refund. The problem is that Crocs does not cover the $12.00 courier cost, which is a nearly 30% penalty from the cost of the shoes!! What a rip off. Do not buy Crocs online. The return policy is hopeless.
I ordered 1 pair of flip flops for myself, simple enough due to COVID 19. They said expect to be shipped by the end of the week, and would get a confirmation email. This is day 12 since I ordered them. They don't ship on the weekends, so I asked through their chat, and gave me some bs story. I mentioned if I knew it would take that long I wouldn't have ordered from them, and that I wasn't happy. You would think they would expedite shipping, but no just apologized so I have to wait through the weekend to call about my order, and the wait time on the phone is ridiculous. Looks like you lost another customer.
Crocs are NOT taking people in order of their "queue" for Share a Pair for Healthcare. Tried several times, and get nowhere. People trying hours after me, are getting thru for a free pair.. Sometimes the queue opens up at 10:00am, sometimes opens up just after midnight. Nice thought and gesture, but very sketchy and unfair process, and I'm sure the 400-500K in queue everyday are NOT frontline Healthcare workers.. AND to even purchase them, they are out of stock on just about EVERYTHING, and delivery times are ridiculous. Tried to chat Customer Service and waited on hold for almost an hour, only to be purposely disconnected because of the rude representative. Wow.. Just wow..
Placed order 3 weeks ago for rain boots and flip flops. Finally received email today that flip flops shipped which appear to be men's but boots were cancelled. Waited 2 hrs for online chat support to respond to my boot question. Was told item wasn't in warehouse and would need to reorder although boots are paid for. When I asked why they couldn't ship I'm being told something is wrong with their program. I also need to wait 72 hrs for my refund which is completely asinine when it's been 3 weeks and they could not fulfill order. Seems very fishy to me.
Take notice that there is a reason that this greedy company only guarantees their products for three months. This stuff leaves China for $0.17 and sells here for $40. If you have the patience to wait 40 minutes to wait for on-line chat, you will be told, “Too bad...so sad!” We will never ever ever buy another Crocs product. I predict bankruptcy for this awful company.
I ordered two pairs of shoes with expedited shipping. I have now called 10 times and chatted online to find my order. First order was lost, called back for shipping credit and reship. Still nothing and no response from any email, phones are not answered, no items and no credit. This is the worst service I have ever had.
** BUYER BEWARE** I returned a brand new, unopened pair of Crocs 4 weeks ago and still no refund!! I have tracking confirmation they received them 4 weeks ago, and NOTHING. I have called numerous times and get a different story every time! I asked to speak to a supervisor but you cannot, instead they LIE and say a supervisor will call you within 3 days. **. Nobody ever called. I am still out $49 and I am furious! NEVER order from crocs.com, instead go over to Amazon and order crocs there. At least that way you have a reputable and easy way to do exchanges or refunds. I filed a claim through Paypal. They are still awaiting a response from crocs and it has been 6 days!!! This company cares nothing about you, they only care about your $$$$.
I ordered a pair online. They send me the wrong size. All the customer service lines to call were not working. Had to go the local store, they gave me a refund minus the shipping and the tax charged on the shipping. For $7 they lost a customer for life. And wasted hours of my life I will not get back.
I ordered a pair of Crocs for my son on Thanksgiving Day. I called the middle of December to check the status of the shipment, and was told the warehouse was having issues, but would definitely have my shoes by Christmas! Well!!!! I did not have my shoes by Christmas, so I called the day after Christmas and was told they had been out of stock, but was now back in stock, and would be shipped 2 day air with a 50% coupon. Four days later, I still had no shoes, so I make another call and ask for management, but are not allowed to speak with anyone in that department because of high call volume. The rep promised to send the shoes over night mail. Guess what....that was three days ago and I have two request for management call back, and still no call.
Today, I called back to check the status of the last over night shipment, and AGAIN, they have been returned to the warehouse. When the rep told me he would re-ship them the fourth time he couldn’t promise if they would be overnight, because they have other customers in front of me!!! IT'S BEEN SINCE THANKSGIVING DAY!!!! I’ve lived at the same address for 16 years, with not one problem from UPS. I really don’t know what else to do!! They have my money, but my son does not have his crocs. I’m done with this company!!
I ordered shoes on 12/17 that I needed by Jan 5th. I called on 12/23 because I had not received any updates and wanted to make sure we were on track. After a 1.5 hour hold for a rep, I was told repeatedly they would not be here for Christmas... I kept repeating that I don't need them for Christmas but do need information on expected shipping date and who the carrier would be. The rep was horrible, no compassion but did finally agree that the information about the delayed shipping and notice of their issues after the higher than expected orders was buried on the website. The rep is the one who told me that the FAQs was where the webmaster decided to put the information. Finally he told me the order should ship within -- days, (I don't recall the number he gave me and don't was to mis-speak) but we did calculate that my order should ship on 12/26.
I asked for a supervisor and was told "they aren't going to tell you anything different." "They're gonna tell you the same thing because that's all the company's told us" and "there aren't any supervisors here to talk to you right now"...I finally hung up as he didn't care or couldn't do anything and I was getting too irritated. On 12/25 I was reviewing my emails to find a "your order has been cancelled" email. No explanation other than, "there was an issue with your order" and a directive to call with any questions. I looked on the website thinking they sold out but the product had no notice.
I called on 12/26 and again, after close to 2 hours holding the rep told me that as they were processing orders they ran out so the cancelled the order because "we cannot ship you an order that we do not have" and "we can't charge you for something we're not sending you so your money should already be back on your card". Absolutely condescending and zero compassion although there was a sliver of a human in this person. Stay away from this company as customer service is nonexistent!
I ordered two pair of Crocs as gifts for my kids. I only received one pair (order mistakes happen through the holidays). I called customer service and spoke to Kyle **, he asked my order numer and shipped the missing pair out the same day! I will definitely be doing more business with crocs!
I placed my order on 12/1 for 1 pair of boots. When my order still said "processing" as of 12/6, I called customer service & was told it should process by 12/9 & shipped 12/10. Order was still "processing" on 12/13, I checked status again on 12/16 & it was canceled. Called customer service for reason why & after being on hold for 30min, I was not given an accurate account of why it was canceled. I asked the rep to place another order on 12/16, it is now 12/23 & order is still "processing." I even called on 12/20 just to be told "its still processing." I asked for a manager & customer service was just a joke! He put me on hold, came back seconds later & said the manager is not coming on the phone. Y'all just don't care about your customers let alone the ** services y'all 'provided', & I put that on quotes because y'all didn't provide any.
Ordered on December 2nd and had no update on shipment until december 19th. I needed the shoes for Christmas. I called, emailed, and texted. I did not get any response at all. Finally got an email saying it shipped and should be here by the 20th (tomorrow). We shall see. Pretty ridiculous that there is no response from customer service. You would think they would plan ahead for this.
I ordered 8 pair of Crocs based off a sale they was having on Dec 3rd for Christmas presents. As of December 18th the status has not changed and they still are processing. It is 7 days before Christmas and I have no clue when they will arrive. I have called several times and get the same response after waiting 30+ min each time.. That they are behind in shipping and that I will have my order before Christmas. I find it hard to believe being that it is only 3business days away.
I orders 5 pairs of crocs on December 6th. I received a bag of Crocs on December 18th. Not one pair of the 3 I received were ones I ordered. I called at 7 PST to try and fix it and was on hold for 50 minutes. I was told "perhaps you got the wrong order". When I asked to have my correct order shipped overnight I was told, "we do not provide overnight shipping. There is nothing more that I can do". The person stated supervisor is in a meeting, and he knew this because he "walked over to see they were in a meeting" and when I asked him to go see when the supervisor would call me back he stated "he could not access their schedule and he did not know where his supervisor was". The agent was Hristao **. In addition another family member also had a missing order from CROCS.
I purchased Crocs online on November 28. It was supposed to include 3-5 day shipping, but my order wasn’t “shipped” until December 14. On December 18 I checked my order status and they cancelled my order. After a 45 minute hold time, their unhelpful customer service rep informed me “due to high demand” they ran out of product. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Horrible company, horrible business practice, horrible customer service.
I placed an order on 12/2/19 for 2 pairs of children’s Crocs shoes. Today is 12/18/19 and still no shoes. At the time of purchase standard shipping was 3-5 per usual. Now when I check the website it says if the order was placed before 12/10/19 you will receive your order prior to 12/24/19 and they are experiencing delayed shipping times. My order was placed well before 12/10 and there was NO mention of delayed shipping at the time of my order placement. I have called numerous times only to hear they are experiencing “a high volume of incoming calls”. I’ve tried emailing and online chat. I did get ahold of someone via online chat last week who said my order would ship on 12/13/19. I have yet to receive an email stating it shipped or expected arrival date. When I get on online to check my order status it says, processing and has NOT shipped. Last time I tried calling, the call center was disconnected and today 12/18/19 the chat online is disconnected.
I ordered 3 items online on the Crocs website more than 1 month ago and have tried so many times to get ahold of someone on customer service either by phone, chat, email or social media and it is absolutely impossible. Phone is endless hold until my cell battery dies. (Literally hours). Email and chat is automatic response and then days later a response that means absolutely nothing and obviously does not solve my problem (refund my purchase or find and reship my items). I received a confirmation of shipping 4 days after my order but the fact is the shipment has not arrived at the shipping center. This is what UPS says.
These are the 2 non automatic responses Crocs has given me:"Hello! I would like to start off by apologizing that the delivery date is constantly being pushed back. Due to a miscommunication between our company and the shipping courier, unfortunately the parcel has been lost. We are so sorry for this inconvenience and what we can offer at this point is submit a manual refund for the order or ship it out immediately after hearing back from you what you would prefer. Please let me know at your earliest convenience. We know when you purchase something you expect it to arrive in a timely manner, and we do know we have let you down."
"Hello Jessica! Please do keep in mind that this incredible demand for Crocs combined with a recent move to a new distribution center has resulted in the delayed fulfillment of some orders. Orders placed after December 10th with Standard Shipping will not be received by December 24th. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer expedited express shipping either. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please let us know how would you like us to proceed at your earliest convenience. Thank you!" They do not solve the problem and actually do not make sense because my order was placed well before December 10th- November 22nd. Truly I have no idea how to proceed.
I am very disappointed in Crocs. Yesterday their phone lines were down all day. I even called the store and they directed me to the same 1-866-306-3179 number. Their online live chat is also down. I was promised that every item that was purchased before December 10th will be shipped before Christmas, I called them on the 10th of December and today the 17th of December, my orders is still at "Order is being processed." I purchased on December 1st. The women guaranteed that I will have my order before Christmas. When I asked what if I don't get my items before Christmas, she said Crocs will simply refund my order! I purchased 7 items FOR CHRISTMAS, and they will simply just refund my order if I don't get it in time, this is such a joke! I love Crocs, but will not be purchasing from them ever again, I am very disappointed in their customer service.
First, my husband and I both love our Crocs. That being said, I ordered him 2 new pairs on Dec 2. My order is still processing. I have tried Live Chat and keep getting disconnected. I've tied email and always get they are too busy to answer. Now the phone system is down. What's going on? Are they going out of business? I have ordered in the past and never had problems like this. Has someone else taken over? I am so disappointed. Not all styles are available in area stores so I can't always buy locally.
I placed an order on 12/1/19. Received a confirmation email within 5 minutes of order confirming order and confirming order would ship within 5 days. On 12/6/19 I called because I still had not received an email with the shipping information and was told they take 7 business days to process. On 12/10/19 I tried calling and all lines were busy so I decided to try the online chat. After waiting in line for 40 people I was told there was nothing wrong with the order and it was set to ship on 12/11/19. On 12/12/19 I once again tried to get someone and calls were disconnected, chat sessions were dropped and emails were not answered. Finally on 12/12/19 I got someone on the chat feature after waiting through 76 other people.
I explained to them I had these delivered to my work so my kids wouldn't see the box and that my company was closed from Dec 20th to January 2nd and asked if I could change the delivery address. I was told I could only change the delivery address after they were shipped then I could call UPS and pay a fee to have the address changed. I was assured the order was shipping on 12/13/19 and that I would have the items by 12/20/19 and was emailed a coupon for a future order. As of 12/16/19 my order still has not shipped and no one answers anything phones or other methods.
I have placed a big order on 11/29 and I received an email saying it would ship in 4-6 business days and today is 12/13 still hasn’t shipped. Customer service is horrible they never answer the phone emails live chats. I finally got thru 2x. After waiting for over 30 mins for them to answer all they can tell me is they just got flooded with orders and they are trying. These a Christmas gifts that I’m probably not going to receive. They need to get a better system cause this is not working one bit. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I won’t be ordering directly from them ever again.
I placed my order on Dec. 1. My confirmation email said ships within 4-5 days. It has been 11 days now and nothing. Several times tried to call and got disconnected. I have done a online Chat 3 times which I waited in a queue of over 70. Each time was told it will ship tomorrow. Tonight I was told most likely next week. When I asked for expedited shipping I was told that was not an option. I asked to cancel order and was also told that was not an option. This is horrible. I shop online all the time and have never encountered anything like this. This is a brand name company. What is going on?
I ordered my Crocs for my 3 kids, my husband and myself, on 11/30/19. The company started taking the money out of my bank account for the charge and then all of a sudden it disappeared. I also kept checking for updates since the site promised the order will be processed and shipped within 4-6 days and it has never shipped. I sent an email and got nothing back. So I called about 10 times. (Multiple times the call didn't go through) When it finally did I was on hold for an hour before a guy finally answered my call. He said that he sees that my order is being a little delayed but it is not cancelled or anything. He assured me it should be sent out within the next few days and would definitely make it before Christmas.
That was a week ago and it has still not shipped. So now the only thing my daughter really wanted for Christmas is no longer an option because I doubt that I now have time to find the crocs she asked for in stores and I have totally lost hope in getting my order. What's even worse is I am worried because now this unreputable company has my credit card number and who knows what they will do with it or when.

I ordered a pair of Crocs for my sister on 11/30, I messaged Crocs on 12/09 and I was told that they would be shipped on 12/10, it is now 12/11 and the Crocs are still processing. I am very frustrated because these are supposed to be a Chritmas gift and I am worried that they will not even be here by Christmas. I will never buy from the Crocs website again, I feel that the customer service is just trying to appease me by saying they are shipping the following day, this is unacceptable for any company, especially one this large.

I placed an order 12/1/2019 for two pairs of Crocs that were shown to be in stock. After 6 days the order was not processed so I sent a request for order status and received an auto email. I checked again and the order has not processed after 9 days. I tried calling customer service and stayed on hold for 33 minutes and finally hung up. I have ordered from Crocs for many years and have not had any problems. Previous orders have all shipped within 2 days with free shipping. It appears Crocs are are having serious issues. I hope they resolve, but I am beginning to have my doubts as to the longevity of the company at this point.
I placed an order for 2 pairs of Crocs for my daughter's 9th birthday which is tomorrow the 10th of December. The order was placed on November 26th 3 weeks before her birthday and here it is 3 weeks later and I haven't gotten my Crocs nor have I a received an email as to when I will receive them. I tried calling them and the customer service department was closed. Finally after getting in touch with someone from the Cust. Serv. dept he wasn't able to help me at all. He couldn't tell me when I would receive my package or when it would ship. I have never in my years experienced such horrible customer service from such a reputable company. I will never order from them ever again. Please think twice before ordering offline, you will be better off just going in the store.
I went online for a Black Friday sale! You would think, "Oh boy I'm getting a deal." Nope, I order 2 pairs of Crocs Nov 29th. Today Dec 6th they gave me my money back!! WTH is going on with this company! Just buy from a 3rd party vendor or go to the store.. don't waste your time.. Got my ** hopes up for nothing.
I bought a pair of Crocs for my dad and I paid 2 day shipping as I wanted to give them to him on a certain date. They did not ship. I called and they said they would refund my shipping and that they should ship within the day. They did not. I called back. They said that they were just too busy to get to them so basically I was out of luck and it was just too bad (is what the man told me) so I said I wanted to cancel the order and they said, "NO you cannot cancel." They had not taken my money out just held it but the man said that he could not physically do that. So I waited and called back again got an even worse person that said, "You will just have too wait," and hung up on me.
So I contacted Paypal as it had been almost a week and that night they were shipped and I had them 3 days later. I am currently still waiting for the 2 Day shipping refund of which I was informed could take 14 days to process .... I will never and I mean NEVER buy from them again. I did tell them that and they said OH well.... so my suggestion is DO NOT buy from Crocs.com. They suck!!!!
My daughter's strap broke off 89 days after purchase. I did not have a receipt but was able to print out a bank statement showing when I purchased her Crocs. Customer Service wanted pictures of the damage so I gladly sent them. They accepted my claim and 6 days later I received a replacement pair of Crocs. Stellar experience. I was shocked considering all the poor reviews of this company.
It seems the customer service rep I talked to at Crocs lied to me by saying there have been no issues with the shoe style I purchased. However one of the shoes looked like bleach had been poured on one of them. The other one was fine. That is a clear issue of the dye when the fabric is made for the shoes. I wish I could show the pic here of them as the shoes are not wearable. They got wet and then the one completely washed out color on the top of the shoe. I highly doubt it was just my shoe pair. In addition, he was not courteous and demeaning as if I were the problem. Sorry to inform you Crocs but when your customers become the problem, then you clearly don't need them. Bye bye you crocs of you know what!
My son ordered a pair of Crocs and then the company cancelled his order without telling him. After we figured that out, tried again, simply ordered one pair and they sent the wrong color. I sent an email and got a response along the lines of, "We are too busy to respond." Called, waited for 45+ minutes and hung up. Finally got someone on an online chat and got returned the shoes (just wanted my money back at this time). Fast forward 6 weeks to track down my refund. Was told that was normal, about a month to even log the return. And then it takes 14 business day to process the refund (regardless if it's a credit card and should be automatic). So, still waiting on a refund, not confident I will ever receive.
My wife bought a couple of pairs of Crocs casual shoes. She kept touting to friends how comfortable the crocs are. However, she didn't realize that she fell with knee injuries two or three times in the last year. These times she get a little dressed up for dinner parties. She also bought a croc slipper for me. I used it very little at home. I know croc shoes are unsafe. I am an engineer, but most people don't know the term "stiction". With the distinct stiction, Crocs do not meet the minimum standard of shoes. Consumer product safety should investigate and stop them from producing shoes.
I have a bad feeling about Crocs!!! Have been trying, and trying, to reach Crocs to return 3 pairs of shoes. No one ever answers the phone OR responds to emails. When you spell everything out in an email, you immediately get a response due to a heavy load unable to response... With each passing day, I'm getting more frustrated but doesn't do me any good. I'm open to suggestions how to get through to them so I can be assured my returned shoes are received and the correct amount of monies credited to my account.
This is the 4th time I have ordered roomy Crocs and they have sent me a smaller pair. They are a con-artist. I really love the older ones I have, but I wanted a different style. I have 8E wide feet and a bunion on one of the feet. I am type 2 and my food doctor suggested for me to use crocs at home instead of slippers to prevent the foot from getting cut or infected.
I chose to return a pair of Crocs that didn't fit when I got them. I got a return number and paper to print out. I had to pay for shipping them back out of pocket (kind of rude if you ask me, but I did it). I returned the shoes and had a tracking number. The tracking showed that the package had been received and it was even signed for by an employee. I waited for an email or something telling me they got the shoes and that I would be getting my refund. Nothing....for over a month. I contacted them via email and got the runaround. They just stopped replying to my emails. It has now been 3 months and no refund. I tried calling them and sat on the phone for 45 minutes with no answer. I really feel this company is a scam and should be investigated.
I purchased the new Crocs shoes that are printed. I have worn crocs for years and always order the size 11. I get the shoes and they are way too small. What they have done is resize them on the hangtag. It says size 11 and on the bottom of the shoe it says Mens 9 Womens 11. On my other Crocs shoes that fit it says size 11 and they fit with no problem. They said for me to return them I have to take a picture of the ones that I have and the new ones to prove that the new ones are too small!!! Ridiculous if you ask me. Bad part is I have another pair of them coming with a different print on them so I now have two pairs of crocs that are useless to me. I had ordered the second pair before getting the first pair because they were half price. I wonder if it was your first order of Croc shoes and they don't fit do you have to take a picture of your foot to prove the size of your foot. The person I spoke to said it is company policy.
7/31/19 I ordered these shoes online at Crocs.com in my size. They should have shipped out 8/2/19, so I called last night the customer service number from their site (I thought they would’ve been closed but they were open). The guy told me they were out of stock. I wanted a supervisor and never got a callback. There is never a supervisor available. So I call this morning wanting a supervisor, one girl tells me I’m to get my shoes I ordered then I get a different answer from another girl that I won’t. Then I get this email saying my order cancelled. The site is still showing my size women’s 6/men’s 4 is still in stock and the shoe isn’t sold out! I want my shoes! If they are all sold out then they need to update the site to show that.
Also I was told over the phone it was probably because of the sale, well I ordered mine. They should’ve sent mine instead of saving them for the people doing the sale over the weekend! Very misleading! Then they come at me with coupon codes if I can’t have the crocs I ordered. I don’t want any others! Horrible customer service. No one knows what is going on or what to tell you and sometimes they are rude! I told the dude last night over the phone, "Don’t wish me a good day because there is no way for me to have a good day now." So he told me to have a bad day then! Takes them forever to answer and supervisors are always in a meeting or not there! Too bad I can’t give 0 stars because that’s what this company should get. 0 stars.
Bought three pairs of same shoes. One pair killed the foot. They wouldn't take them back cause it was out of return period. Tried in both Facebook and web chat and they either played around with me or informed me the company policy. It's definitely not a trustworthy company.
Placed order on 7/23, paid $15 for 2-day shipping. Order didn’t ship until 7/25 and tracking shows it isn’t due to arrive until 7/29. Not sure in what country 23-29 equals 2-days, but that was not worth the $15 extra I paid. I will not do business with nor purchase their products again.
My 10 year old son bought a pair of Crocs with money he worked for. He didn’t have them 2 weeks and the strap broke. I have reached out to Crocs several times. I emailed them a couple of times and got no reply. I called them and have proof of waiting 45 mins and no one answered when their website says 24 hours.
Bought two slippers and contacted support when they failed to ship my order after several days and the response was they're having 'issues' in the warehouse and they can't tell me when my order will ship - they said it could be 5 days or longer. I'd asked them to cancel the order but was denied because they can't cancel order after 30 min - WFT? So they don't when they will ship the order and won't cancel.... Never buying anything from them again!
I won’t ever again buy Crocs from their website again. Paid 40$ for shoes too big and had to pay 15$ to send them back because they don’t provide free returns, as most of big stores do. This is ridiculous. If you ever think of buying Crocs, do yourself a favor and go buy them in a retailers store that sell them as part of other collections. At least you’ll be able to return them if they don’t fit and won’t be as penalized as I was, because even the Crocs stores won’t take them back if they were bought online. Really disappointed in this customer service.
I would like to share my complaint I send to Crocs: Couple of weeks ago my mother who was visiting me wanted to buy Crocs for my son. When I asked them if I can change them in case they do not fit, they confirmed that I would need the original credit card. But my mom was leaving next day. We did not buy them. This is a not service oriented as people do buy gifts and cannot ask the buyer every time to change the product. It was not that I wanted the money back, only in case that if they would not fit, exchange the number or product. I have been working with clients over 30 years, and honestly do not understand this attitude, totally senseless and definitely not smart.
Nevertheless, a few weeks later I gave it another try. There was a promo buy two and get XX% off. I wanted to buy one, but bought two. When I came home, I made my 3,5 year old try them, he did not wanted to try them without taking the tag off. I took it off but kept it of course. As in any store you can give the product back if you keep the tag and ticket. He tried the second ones for few minutes and then the other day as well. He was complaining that they were hurting him. I made him try them couple of times as I wanted to make sure that he is comfortable. When I came to the store to bring them back, I received only by mentioning that I want to give it back, a bad service, an unfriendly attitude... the tag, blah blah and then that they were worn. Of course, he tried them and floors are not made out of smelling and disinfected wood?!?! Maybe they are in your world. ;)
The Crocs are in a perfect state, clean and not worn outdoor and I was rejected to explain the details. "Have you read your ticket?" ... What normal person reads every ticket they buy a product. Are you aware how much each consumer buys per day???? Do you read what is in your ticket when you go to Zara? Or to the supermarket? I am now aware that your product is a scam, cheaply produced, overpriced plastic shoes and no service towards the customers, because you know they are right to complain. But you made it sure by printing it in the ticket or in your bill, somewhere small in letters. Shame on you Crocs, indeed!!
You know, those who fly high, fall even deeper. I hope one day you will fall deep but then it will be late, as all your customer will be gone!! My son is 3,5 and you definitely lost a good customer. And I will make sure that others also know about your miserable service. Of course, I doubt to receive any positive response from your side and less that you will take those shoes back, so do not even bother and write me back because an apology is not acceptable!!! Wish you a nice and long fall. ;)
First time I dealt with them. I had ordered the wrong size shoe. Called & was on hold for over 30 minutes. When I finally got through they told me, "Sorry, we can’t do anything since it’s been over our 10 minute window. We can’t edit your order." Okay, I get that their busy. Second time I had put the wrong address on my shipping, I was missing one letter. Called the second I placed the order and they still told me I was out of luck. I went through hoops like they told me to, to fix this & nothing worked. They get returned to sender & I was never once notified that Crocs had received my order. After a few days I called and they had returned all my stuff to inventory, without asking, without a refund. They were going to keep my $80 and my shoes???? I will never order from them. Ever again. Customer service is lacking at best, if you would even call it customer service. 0/5 of I could.
Updated on 06/07/2019: 6 weeks later, 2 phone calls, 3 emails... No product! This is Part 2.... Well, after requesting to speak to a customer service supervisor, I received an email almost 48 hours later. I was told on the phone that they were going to expedite shipping over a week ago. Guess what? Same run-around. Got a tracking number, but there is no shipment.
Original Review: Worst experience ever!!!! Ordered online on April 28, company claimed to have shipped product. 1 month later, still no product. Items never shipped. Called and sat on hold for 25 minutes. The representative, Virginya (spelled ‘just like the state’), said that they would resend. The product was never sent. Makes you wonder how often this company charges customers and hopes that they will not go through the trouble and LOOONNNGGg wait time to Resolve.
I ordered CROCS for the first time and was very excited about my first order. NOW two days later I get an email that my order has been shipped but it's under the wrong name in the shipping address they put the billing name by the shipping address. I called CROCS since it's under the wrong name and after being on hold for over 20 minutes they get on the line and after explaining the problem they put me on hold for another 10 minutes and tell me they made an error on the email.
This is a professional company that makes me wait for extremely long on a very unclear automated machine and makes such a horrible mistake to send out a bad email. So if you ever want to buy from there know that customer service really stinks.
I have worn the Kadee version of Crocs since 2010 almost EXCLUSIVELY. No other shoe gave such kindness to my feet. I have heel spurs and other issues with my arches and damage next to my big toe. The last ones I bought in October 2018 are NOT the same comfort or quality....and I bought two pairs. Not only do they NOT give a bit on the sides and form to my feet like the multiple previous pairs- my feet actually get warm in them. A reaction to my skin on whatEVER this material is. My feet only react like that when I try on rubber flip flops. I also have an issue with latex. SO very disappointed that did not get the same quality as previous pairs. These shoes CAUSE pain while trying to see if they will stretch like previous pairs.
I recently wrote a review about Crocs sending me the wrong size boots and then not helping. Please keep in mind that it was past the due date for return, however, the boots had never been worn, still had tags and the problem had been a factory defect in the first pair of boots sent. Well, I have been contacted again and straightened everything out. Thanks to Crocs and ConsumerAffairs for their help.
I have been a loyal Croc customer and have many of their shoes/boots/sandals. I purchased a pair of puff boots for fall (pre-freezing) weather. The sole came apart after just wearing for a few days. Crocs were great and sent me a new pair. Unfortunately, cold weather had set in and I packed them away. Then I moved and the boots were misplaced. I recently found the boots and went to put them on as it is the perfect time of year for them now and one was the correct size 8 and the other foot was a size 7.
I phoned and explained and they said "no problem" they would send the proper boots. However, they then emailed to say it was past the 90 days and they would not do anything. I showed them that the boots still had the tag on them but no luck. I then wrote to say that I would just return them so they could match properly and not go to a waste site but they would not even take them back. Hate to throw them out but I don't have much choice.
For Christmas my mother bought my 2 children Crocs. My children finally started to wear them & a fancy multi-color strap on one shoe came off & ripped into the shoe material. I called customer support & their response was no receipt no help. These shoes had hardly been worn as it is too cold till now. I could send pictures or the shoes, but again no receipt no help. My family has worn Crocs for many years, but I seriously doubt I will buy another pair.
Ordered a few pairs of Crocs online 2 weeks ago. It took them 1 week just to process the order, then I received an email saying they had been shipped with UPS tracking code. For a week now I have been checking the UPS tracking and it says that label was created but package not shipped (meaning the order was never probably ready to ship).
After 2 weeks, I contacted support and they told me that UPS must have lost the package - which is a pile of crap. So now they said they can either re-do the order or refund my money. I have chosen to refund my money - as I will simply go to the shop and buy the shoes. I would not recommend this online business to anyone. They are completely incompetent and obviously do not know how to properly process and ship online orders. Do not buy or use their online site - I see many other similar reviews below.
I have purchased a few pair of Crocs and really enjoy them. I decided to go straight to Crocs and purchase, same size. A little different style. Came to me too short and not wide enough. So I sent them back. $7.95 to send back, no more online purchase for Crocs. Not my fault they made them different than the other pairs I have. Good Bye Crocs online. Donna **.
Crocs is famous for its comfortable shoes. After buying over hundred dollars of their shoes online, I decided to return a pair of shoes. The shoes were a bit tight when I tried it at home. Hey! It's Crocs, how bad can it be. But half a day in office, I already knew how little mermaid felt when she walked. Crocs manager, Ronald at Ala Moana shopping center said he would not refund my Crocs since I worn the shoes but was kind enough to print out a label so that I could refund them online. This process would cost me $7.5.
My shoes cost me less than $20, in order to return the "harmful" shoes, I have to buy a bubble shipping bag ($2.50). Not to mention, there is no guarantee that Crocs will give me back the money. So, I decided to donate the shoes. When I mentioned about Amazon return policy to Crocs manager and he said but we are NOT Amazon". I knew...and you will never be...
I have been wearing Crocs sandals for several years now and have had no problems with their open sandals that are not flip-flops. Two out of three of the Crocs flip-flops that I have purchased have broken in the same place - Both sandals were under a year old. When I contacted customer support to ask for an exchange or refund or information as to how the sandals could be repaired, I received no apology - although I could easily have sustained an injury when the sandal came apart. No information as to how I could have them repaired when I was told no refund nor exchange, nor repair was possible. I asked a shoe store and was told they had received several complaints for the same sandal. These plastic sandals are $45.00!
I bought a pair of Crocs as a Christmas gift and they were too big. I tried to return them but there is a 14 day limit to return items. That's pretty bad when it's the holiday and obviously it was a surprise. Brand new shoes that can't be used and I live 3 hours to the closest Crocs store. I emailed them twice with no response. Thanks for taking my money Crocs. Your shoes are ugly anyway. :)
On 12/23, I ordered 2 pair of Baya Flip women's flip flops in a size W9. The order was delivered 1/5 consisting of 1 Baya flip and 1 Jr shoe in a J3 size that was the ugliest shoe I have ever seen. I paid for postage in the order because I did not have $49 worth, only $20, and now since only a moron would ship a shoe like this that a person did not order, have to pay postage to send the ugly shoe back. Really not worth my time or money.
Crocs has awful customer service, you can never get through using their phone number and email takes days. I ordered Christmas gifts, did not find out until almost a week later that 2 pairs of shoes would not even be delivered!! They did not even specify this in the shipping email, just said items were cancelled! I had to write and wait days to hear what the items were. Now it's too late to order something else. Their shipping is very low anyway. Use another website like Zappos to order your Crocs.
Placed an order on Nov 26 2018. The order was not shipped until Dec 3. Then it lasted for more than 10 days in transit. Before it was supposed to be delivered by Dec 11 supposedly the estimated delivery date, the package was transferred to the US Postal Service for its final push to deliver the package. Still as of today Dec 12 2018, I have not received the package yet. Called the company and they do not respond to phone call nor reply to any email either. Do not buy here unless you have a month to wait for your order.
Company was supposed to cancel my order... (BS on the 2-3 day shipping). Horrible customer service, horrible shipping practices... read the reviews, this company is doomed. Google CROCS customer service. In summary, they kept my money (I was transferred and kept on hold for 30 minutes) after they told me I'd be refunded. Shipped the product 8 days later. Stop payment through bank was approx. $30.00 so wasn't worth going that route. This company is a mess. Go with anyone else for your slip-ons.
Crocs claims you have 30 minutes to cancel an order and then you can't. The second I made the order I realized the shoes were CHEAPER somewhere else, so I immediately wanted to cancel the order. I had no way to cancel the order until a confirmation email was received so I kept refreshing my email and tried to cancel immediately. Crocs website claimed it was too late to cancel. I contacted customer service and asked to cancel. They said I could not cancel, however they didn't ship the shoes until 4 days after stating the order could not be cancelled!
I waited for the shoes to come in the mail, and immediately brought them in to FedEx, shipping package UNOPENED, and sent them back. FedEx was great, they updating the tracking to follow the package back and I have PROOF that ** signed for the package at Crocs. No update on requested return/refund. So I dealt with customer service - waiting OVER AN HOUR. I have a transcript of the chat where they confirmed they were going to submit a refund and send a confirmation email.
I have a case number, but never received confirmation email, and no refund. I have moved on to try disputing with my credit card, thanks to the reviews here I knew to be diligent tracking my exchanges with Crocs in email, FedEx tracking, etc. If you like Crocs shoes order them somewhere else! That night I had tried shoes.com and then found them the cheapest at Shoemall. Shoes.com attempted and were successful at cancelling my order without problem. Shoemall shipped them to me and I love them! The problem isn't Crocs shoes, but the website and customer service! Stay away unless you want to be out of money.
Bought Crocs from US site. I am not US resident, my billing address is outside US and my credit card issued outside US. Why should I pay US state taxes? I come to visit and pick up my order from the friend that lives in Arizona. Other internet shopping sites do not take any state taxes if the billing address is outside US. Shame to Crocs, I feel that the “state taxes” money stolen from me for no reason.
I used to get Crocs with my family from a local store when I was a kid. Recently, I bought two pairs for a friend online at the end of August and STILL have not received the package when I paid extra for express shipping. I have tried calling hundreds of times and only a fraction of the time can I actually get through to a representative. They said they lost my first package and would send me a second one but I have never received either. So disappointed and will never buy from them again.
I placed my ordered since August 29 but until now I did not received the items!!! Been talking to different customer service rep. They said the items never been shipped so I told them to just refund. Until now nothing happened!!! Still waiting for my refund!!!
Only 14 days return policy + no return shipping covered. That's not how the online shopping works. We recently bought a pair that just doesn't fit right. We are now forced to keep them as the cost to ship them to Toronto is almost the same as the value of the product. It seems that the company has closed off a bunch of their official stores to discourage customers to return their products.
I ordered a pair of shoes for my mom’s birthday (August 10th). I placed the order on August 2nd and it said she would receive them by the 8th (which is was perfect, since it was a surprise present). I never got any tracking information so I had to call back more than 5 times when they kept apologizing but was never able to give me any information or tracking number, they told me she would receive the package but they couldn’t tell me when because due to a system error they had no shipping or tracking information. She receive the package TODAY. Also they couldn’t give me a refund because the order was already placed and “shipped” HA! Worst experience ever! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!
I used to like Crocs for the comfort they provide. I was so impressed after buying the first pair and then I bought 4 pairs for myself, 2 for my kid, 1 for my hubby, 2 for my mom. Most of them were shrunken in size this summer. My kid got bruise on his feet for wearing the shrunken one. And when I complained, the customer service is ready to offer me 30% off on new purchase which doesn't make any sense. Why would I buy any new pairs after so much happened? I will never buy Crocs again.
They wrote offering to send return label, though I'm not sure it was of the pre-paid variety. I decided to keep the shoes after all, but, in the future, IF I buy Crocs, I won't do it from the site. I upped to 3 stars, but I'm sort of in limbo, neither fully satisfied nor fully dissatisfied. They should have put an invoice and pre-paid label in the box. They're kind of half-**.
I have knee arthritis and used to LOVE Crocs, but, their sizes are so inconsistent, I can't get shoes I like half the time. Also, I've gotten one knee replaced and am getting the other so screw these! I'm going back to cute shoes. The only thing I REALLY liked about Crocs was the variety of graphics. I just love funky clothes! But, just TRY to return something. The pre-paid return label they claim to be in the box? It's not there. So, to return shoes that don't fit due to no fault of mine, I have to pay shipping which is considerably more than the $7.50, and, frankly, they're not providing it and claiming to and then ignoring emails regarding it is tantamount to fraud. And, when and if they DO respond to inquiries, they give you TWO weeks to get the shoes back to them, including weekends they're not even there, and woe to you if you don't. You just bought yourself some shoes you don't want.
Like I said, I am DONE with Crocs.com. AT least if you buy Crocs from Amazon, if you select wisely, you can return them for free. Listen, I'm not outright endorsing Amazon. I know they have their problems, but at LEAST I can return stuff without a court order. Crocs.com, even with their fun sales, suck. In summation: Bad customer service, bad sizing, excruciating expensive returns, and let's just hope I DO get my money back. So disappointed.
I've bought Crocs products online and had to make a return due size issues. My refund of over $200 has not been issued to me. PayPal say Crocs have canceled the refund and Crocs say we have issued the refund. While I say I have no funds in my account and a clear paypal account message saying the refund has been canceled. The communication exchange between Crocs Customer Service and I, emails going back forth, has been and still is extremely poor asking for details I have already previous provided in emails. It has now been over 7 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund! I will never buy from Crocs again.
Buying shoes online can be tricky since shoe style & sizes varies. I bought shoes at Amazon and they are good at exchange if the shoe size does not fit. Amazon even cover the return shipping. Crocs, on the other hand, seems does not understand online shopping. Not only they don't have exchange process, they even charge you for return shipping since you are force to return the item. I have bought a lot of shoes from Crocs online in the past and this is the first time that one pair does not fit well. I will never buy Crocs again.
Purchase shoes online from Crocs Retail, Inc. based in Ontario, CA. Items not as described or pictured, ill fitting and misdescribed on website. Return process deliberately misleading as well, e.g., Options A and B with a return label not in evidence for Option B and no reply to email to CS for clarification, this added to fact that, once RMA sought, a time limit was imposed upon return. Means paying $19.00 to return $25 shoes... Not so funny thing. Also: they aren't registered with BBB in Ontario, CA (or anywhere). Speaks volumes methinks...
2nd order from CROCS.com. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR BUYING! The 1st order took longer than told it would with a cancellation on their part a re-order at their "suggestion" and a delay of 20 days or more. This order was the same...so far. Ordered one pair on sale, on June 6, 2018. Was told at order time that shipment would be in 3-7 days after the item was shipped. At checkout was informed of that same time period. When they shipped on June 8 I was told it would be JUNE 18th BEFORE DELIVERY! Today on June 13th I received a notification the item was delayed and would not arrive until the 19th. Why does it take 11 days to get from California to Kansas? Let me explain!
They use FEDEX! FedEx shipped this item from outside of Los Angeles and it took 3 days to get to Miami Texas! I thought perhaps it will come north to Wichita from there, but NO-OOO! Instead, it went over 250 miles NORTH-EAST PAST Wichita, to the Kansas City area, Which took an additional 3 days. It would be a normal 2 day at the MOST. Having been a truck driver I know the timespan of this trip! During this time around the K.C.KS area it was shipped 5 or 6 miles one day, and then 13-14 miles the next day, and last I knew it was now another 30 miles further away from its destination!!
DO NOT BUY FROM CROCS FOLKS! THEY ALWAYS SHIP VIA FEDEX, AND THEY ARE AS BAD AS CROCS! Customer service? I spoke with both companies and THAT was not an easy chore either! Both gave me the runaround, and repeated, many statements over and over. Having been a shipper all over the USA in the past, I KNOW how things work and these ** JUST DO NOT CARE! Maybe an attorney will read this review and we can get a class action lawsuit filed against both of these losers, FEDEX and CROCS. I will buy from Zappos from now on.
I return the kid shoes from to the Crocs store. The cashier and supervisor take long time to return and they ask me a lot thing about email, phone number and... so weird. This is the first time like the last time I visit this company... Later they tell me wait to 3-5 day will credit back to my credit card. I trust them and until 11 day already they did not return my credit. I am so mad and contact to the customer service Crocs and they let me wait for long and I keep call them 10. They pick up and transfer to team return but I wait more than 15 time and no one answer. Final the guy pick up and tell me call back to the store I return.
I call the store back and they said oh I have to wait more day. They don't want to pay back, funny but I tell them I already dispute my credit but I let your company know about. Don't be crazy if the customer forget check credit card. Anyway I never buy Crocs again. Thanks Consumer Affairs let me share about my story. So mad with this company.
I bought a pair of Crocs shoes which were Crocs in name only. The orange FAST AND EASY return slip clearly states 45 days to return them, yet I received an email, when I received my return number, that I had 14 days to return them for a full refund. This was NEVER stated anywhere else and no one replied in other than "corporate speak" when I said it was two different rules.
I was so happy when placing my first order, that the next day I went ahead and bought more and more. I was planning to visit my family in Puerto Rico and was happily surprised to learn Crocs delivers to Puerto Rico through FedEx. I figured I could buy gifts for my family members and have them sent to my mom's address. To my frustration, upon my arrival packages were not received, even when I bought them one month in advance. Shipping is slow because they ship by boat and not by plane. And like Trump said, is an island surrounded by water a lot of water, an ocean a big ocean.
I stayed for two weeks and two of my three packages arrived, but at this time I had already spent money buying presents for my family. The third package was delivered but I had already left the island. I tried to get customer service for help, at least to get a refund for the order I did not receive, but is very hard to come to an understanding... they asked the same questions again and again and were not eager to help. So just be aware that free shipping takes forever... be ready to wait and wait as you were ordering from China.
Received an email about a sale, clicked on link in the email and proceeded to place items in cart based on style and price. Baya Crocs sale price was showing as $19.99. Picked color and size. Still shows as $19.99. Placed in cart and moved to next item Baya Flip $14.99. Picked size and color placed in cart. Went to checkout and during payment both prices changed to Baya $32.99 and Baya Flip $19.99. I have picture proof and contacted customer service by email with no response. Went online and did the online chat and customer service dismissed me and said the shoes were not on sale. Wrote another email to customer service, again dismissed accusing me of trying to stack offers, no idea what he is referring to or how to do that! No resolution but and overcharged due to their false pricing and then gauging at checkout.
I purchased a pair of sandals on this site 8 Nov. Around the middle of December I received some men's really scuzzy sandals. When I contacted the company (Dylan) all I got was a bunch of gobbledegook. Still getting several emails a weeks from Dylan who is blaming the delivery service (as if they put my name label on a pair of men's sandals). In my approximate 15 years of purchasing online this has to be my absolute worst experience. Jan 11, still no sandals and out over $50. I have asked for a refund, I think that's pretty optimistic. Stay away from this company!
My dog chewed my last pair of Crocs and I don't live near a store so I tried to order online. It was amazing. They had a huge selection in various price ranges and they even have clearance items. Great price, fast delivery and follow up customer service to make sure I was satisfied. I will buy from them again.
Despite sending numerous emails, leaving messages with two customer representatives, no response after I sent in all required paperwork, photos, details, copy of warranty, I have had no response if my documents were received or when I might get replacement of defective Crocs. CROCS is happy to take your money but will not honour its guarantee. They obviously hope customers will give up in frustration trying to deal with terms of their guarantee. Just pay them - that is all they want. Forget customer service.
I am really disappointed with this product. The strap got loose and it's not even a month complete. The print on the side is scratching off. The Crocs is peeling off my the side skin of my feet, I thought it's because the product is new but The skin is left with a brown spot on both the feet. I shopped from official site that is shopcrocs.in.
I ordered three pairs of Crocs sandals that were available online. The order was placed, only to have a representative call to verify the order and subsequently CANCEL the order. I called in (waiting over 30 minutes on hold) and spoke with the same representative who cancelled the order and REPLACED the order. I was assured everything was fine and the order would be processed. Not so. Days later I received an email saying TWO of the three items were not available in the selected color and had been CANCELLED.
I called in again (this time on hold for nearly 60 MINUTES!) only to have the phone disconnected. While on hold I decided to try the Live Chat. That also took an unreasonable amount of time to be connected with a representative. In short, this representative "Sarah" was only able to tell me that they could not CHANGE my order and only had the availability to cancel what was not available. I will NEVER use Crocs online services again and I will share with all of my family and friends my experience.
I ordered three pairs of Crocs online as we have limited stores with limited selection where I am from. I ordered one pair one size bigger than I needed as the description online said that it was a "Standard fit" and that there is "no extra room; fits comfortably snug". When the shoes arrived the package said "relaxed fit" and so were too big for me. The return policy is to return the shoes, at MY cost, and they re-buy them. I had got them on a good sale and not interested in losing money for their false advertising. I was told I could call their sales team but that no longer makes this an easy process and the shoes are no longer shown on their website. The second pair of shoes I purchased showed they were in stock but failed to ship with the other two shoes. Instead the shipping email just said, "out of stock". I am not sure if that means I will never receive the shoes or if they will ship when they are in stock.
Bad communication. I sent an email. Waiting to hear back the status. The third pair of shoes is the same size and style as currently owned shoes but the style has slightly changed which makes the shoes too tight. I have been watching online for months for these shoes to even be in stock and was pleased to finally see they were in stock and on sale. The excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I realized that I will need try and "exchange" them and will likely have to wait months again for them to be in stock (were already out of stock again when looked online again). I saw another review that said that they charge for returns. I haven't got to that process yet but from what I have seen so far I wouldn't be surprised. All in all SUPER disappointed with this experience. They advertise, "Fast, easy returns" but it is certainly not convenient, or customer focused.
The company's shipping policy states that the sales tax is based on "ship to" address. I am in a state that does NOT have sales tax on clothing/footwear, but was charged sales tax on my order. When I contacted the company, I was told that the tax was on the "shipping," not the "item." Okay, so I asked to be directed to the part of their shipping policy that DISCLOSES this tax to customers. I had to resend one email 3 times before I received a response, which simply quoted their ship-to-address policy, NOT the sales tax they apply to "shipping."
I am currently waiting to hear from management, but I'm not holding my breath. It may only be cents to each individual, but to take money without DISCLOSING the charge ahead of time is shady, at best. I'm sure many people let it go, because it's not worth chasing down. But just imagine the volume of customer orders they receive... now add a "shipping tax" to each and every one. It is a deceitful practice and I will never order from Crocs.com again. My package came from Canada, so Crocs KNEW FULLY WELL that there was going to be a shipping tax... why not disclose this to the customer? Bad business practices = unhappy customers!
I ordered shoes and saw 3-7 business days. Okay. When I called to see why my shoes haven't shipped yet-I was told that if I read the page carefully-the 3-7 business doesn't start until the shoes are actually shipped and that process can take 2-3 business days. Forget it - when Zappos and Amazon are offering 1-2 day shipping - this is way too long. Crocs will have to improve their shipping speed if I will ever order from them again.
Had no idea that Crocs return policy was so difficult & they charge you for returns. Had I have known, I would never ever ordered from them. It will just be a matter of time before Amazon (They are the best) will take over online ordering. Never have to pay for returns. Get with it online ordering, the customer is sick of being taken advantage of. Very disappointed with Crocs. My $16 shoes cost me 1/2 of that to return them. Never again will I order directly from you, Amazon all the way.
Followed suggested fit guideline on website. One pair of shoes did not fit, the other was damaged. They offered a refund but I have yet to see it processed. Also, have tried chat, email, and holding on the phone with no success. I basically paid for 2 pairs of shoes - one damaged and the other I cannot wear - and I am stuck with them.
These shoes (rubber clog type) not for hot weather above 30 deg c as they will shrink 2 sizes in 4 to 6 weeks approx. Got nothing from Crocs. They obviously know they have a quality problem and don't want to do anything about it.
I am worn out with the story and time and energy I have had to do to deal with this Crocs company. Bottom line, they say order your shoe's size, but I had to get a 6 after order of 8, my size, and size 7 which I was sure would fit... no luck. Their shipping labels not clear, deceptive, you will pay shipping on every return even if it was them improper shoes size and inability to deliver the right label. If you love driving back and forth to the post office, this is your place. They blame me and act like I am too stupid to print the label they emailed me. Over $5.75, they were willing to lose my business and have me write a negative review. Don't do business with them and look at all the negative reviews I wish I had seen before dealing with this company.
GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE, cancel the order and don't write to inform. Don't answer the emails. It is difficult to believe that such a company with such good products have a very CRAP customer service. I wrote to the manager and did not respond either. What class of company is that??? I recommend you all. Stay away from buying on crocs.com...
What a horrible experience. I had a wedding on December 15. I ordered Crocs so I could be comfortable dancing at the wedding. I placed the order on November 28. The order said it would arrive within 3-8 days. What liars!!! Two days before the wedding with no shoes in sight, I chatted with their agent. They said they don't know when my shoes would arrive, they're not sure. They couldn't overnight another pair as it takes two takes just to get out. What a horrible dishonest company. I had to run out and spend hours finding a pair of comfortable shoes.
For the first time in my life I have been banned from retailer for making too many purchases. I buy not more than once per month (when I see good sales) and I do buy average 8 pairs at the time. I have large family here in US and I also travel abroad. Yesterday I was informed that my order is canceled because it is too big and when I offered to reduce it to allowed amount, the customer service representative told me that I will no longer be able to purchase from Crocs.com! Tried couple of minutes later and NO! I am blocked!
I recently purchased 10 pairs of crocs of various sizes for our family during their online sale to ensure the right fit for everyone, assured that Crocs return policy would allow me to return the ones which did not fit to a store an hour from our home so I would not incur shipping costs. I must have lucked out with the first young Crocs salesman in the store who did allow me to return the first few. However, when I was finally able to go back to return another pair after waiting for a second CROCS order to arrive to decide on which pair to keep, I was unable to return the one from the first order due to a 45 day no return policy. BUYER BEWARE: this is a policy written in stone. Absolutely no refunds after 45 days no matter your customer loyalty or the size and amount of your orders nor the distance to the nearest store. I will not be purchasing CROCS again.
Ordered shoes that were a part of a 50% off sale. When I placed the order it showed the price with the discount. When I got the email confirmation, the price was without the discount. I emailed the customer service right away, but did not get a response until the next day (After I had sent another email). And they claimed they could not give me the pricing because the sale had concluded. Instead they offered me a 25% off coupon for my next order, not even for the order that was not processed correctly. VERY DISAPPOINTED with their customer service!
I just made a large purchase on Crocs last night since they had a 50% discount deal. When I was ready to confirm the order, the discount was still showing. When I completed and submitted the order, the confirmation showed the full amount. I sent an email right after and called the Crocs customer service the next morning who told me they cannot give me the discount because it is a bulk order... Bad business.
I bought a pair of Crocs and loved the fit and comfort. Within a couple of month, the rubber caused me to fall on a cement floor. I thought nothing of it and then two weeks later the rubber caused me to fall on a carpeted floor and I broke my foot. I will not be buying any more Crocs.
I ordered a pair Crocs. One of the most expensive pair of crocs I ever purchased. I will gladly send a picture of them where the sole edging is coming off the side of shoe. I was attracted to the theme and style of said shoe but has not worn well. Most of my other crocs can endure a lot of tough situations. But this style by no means wore well.
It has been 4 weeks since my return and no confirmation of return and no credit. Buy from Zappos if you want crocs shoes - the crocs business storefront is not worth doing business with.
I just made an order and they charged three times for it. So I was scared and talked with Nikki ** who told me Sorry, but that they don't know why my order went through since they don't accept international cards and that if I wanted my money to be returned I have to fill a form by phone. Then I called and they told me that they could not help me with any form to return my money, that I just have to wait. Then I wrote to them and a guy named John ** told me that my order WAS processed in their system and that the other two charges should drop soon. Nobody agrees!! It is crazy.
On the other hand my bank tells me that they need a letter from Crocs to drop the charges. And Crocs doesn't want to send the letter to return my money. This is horrible. I'll let you know if someone helps. Worst experience ever. The receipt I added they charged it THREE times. I don't know what to believe and English is not even my mother language. I am really scared. That is a lot of money for me.
Crocs charged my debit card twice for $178.06 yet neither time did order go through. Have called and chatted three times escalating to mgmnt - it's a joke. Then I called bank - they say may take 10 business days (two weeks) for charges to clear. If they don't then I have to start process all over again. Meanwhile all my utility bills and property tax checks will bounce because Crocs has depleted my account with a phantom order! Twice! And no resolution in site. Don't believe them when they say they will email you - and they give you WRONG email addresses as well. Have had multiple issues over years - and have NEVER been called or emailed by a representative. Can't wait before Chinese knockoffs destroy this company.
I purchased a pair of shoes and they had a poor fit and I returned them to a local store on 10-29-15. Was told I would be refunded my money as I did not want another pair. I have waited the time frame to receive refund, called 6 times and now it is 12-8-15 and no refund has been issued. I will not ever buy another pair of shoes from this company. Poor customer service, nobody can give a straight answer. I just want my money back. They have their product back... now!!!
When I ordered two pairs of shoes, I paid for them using PayPal. They were too large, so I requested a RMA number. In the process, I was informed that any purchases using PayPal to pay, would not result in a refund to my credit card, but rather a credit to be used in the purchase of another Crocs product. This should have been shown before the purchase was made. If I had known, I would have used my credit card for this purchase.
I purchased a pair of Croc loafers. Loved them~! However after wearing them for a while, the lining on the instep (top) of the shoe bunched up on the left one, and it hurts my toes. This was just to make you aware. I'm hoping I can buy another pair and that won't happen again.
I had a pair of Flip Flops for years and they tore up a couple of months ago! Since I had such good luck, I decided to purchase another similar pair! Wore them for 2 months and paid $39.99 for them! They tore up between the toes. Come to find out the rubber portion is just for comfort, they have 2 strings hold them to the shoe! Not much bigger than a kite string! Never again will I buy your product!!! I bought them at a store in Albany, GA Shoe Station!
Every crocs I bought online has been good services and products. Their sandals and clogs are excellent shoes. They help my feet a lot. I got diabetes in my legs and body. I wear these sandals and clogs every day I'm off or at home. I love them.
Bought pair of Crocs for the winter but your shoes squeak with every step you take so I can only wear these quite expensive shoes at home. They are truly comfortable but not to be worn in public. I can just mention that my sister had the same complaint. She, however, threw them out, but I feel that they were so expensive that I have to wear them although only at home.
Bought a pair of crocs for my son in Orlando in the month of January. Believe me the crocs have shrunk in size due to heat and my son is not able to wear them.... Expect a new pair of crocs from the company.
I bought women's cap toe flats recently from David Jones and was very happy with the fit and comfort. Yesterday, I wore them in the rain and I had a massive fall down the stairs at the train station as the soles slipped on wet floor. I have hurt my back pretty badly due to this fall. My question is, why there was any warning on this box about these problematic slippery soles on wet surface?
After many emails, visits to USPO, no one knowing anything. I finally got in touch with a real PERSON at CROCS. She was wonderful, helpful. Said she would look into it, and DID. They were apparently sitting somewhere, and I got my credit THAT day on PayPal. Just be sure if you order CROCS online, you order the right size. The returns are way too much hassle.
Purchased a pair of Crocs. Too big. Sent them back, they will take off $7.50 from my credit. Three weeks later, there is NO credit. I have contacted them. Still waiting to hear. The USPS tracking number said they were picked up. Do I lose MY money? Is this the way this company operates? I hope I can write a re-review saying this is ALL taken care of quickly.
On the 17th of March, 2015 I order my son's sandals. It's almost one month later (April 13, 2015) and I still did not receive estimated date of my delivery. After a number of e-mails and phone calls, I was provided with FedEx tracking number. I called FedEx and they said that they still did not receive my package, so they cannot ship it. They only received label information for anticipated shipment. Crocs representative did not offer any kind of compensation and are still not sure when they will ship my order.
Crocs.com advertised 3-6 day shipping yet the method they use requires at least 14 days to 21 days. I ordered their product in December 2014 and to day have received nothing. Talking to their customer service dept, they reported issues with their shipping dept but did not tell their customers about the issue. They knew it would cause a problem but did nothing. They offered me a $20.00 coupon for future orders but I refused and asked for free shipping to return my purchase when it eventually arrives. This whole issue could have been avoided if they put on their website that the shipping method could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Then customers would be informed and pay for shipping as their needs require. Treating customers as they want to be treated is not complicated.
I have owned 5 pair of the Crocs Santa Cruz style shoes. Each and every one of them have ended up with holes in both left and right side (toes). I have tried using a larger size and still no success. The latest pair I purchased in Nov 2013 and got holes by January. The shoes are comfortable but the quality is bad. To make matters worse they continue to raise their price. After 5 pairs I think I am calling it a quit.

While my discussion with Crocs continued, I received 2 pairs of Crocs, yet Crocs has record of only one pair being shipped to me. I did not order the second pair, nor do I want 2 of the same pair of Crocs. I have emailed and spoken live to Crocs regarding this matter with no resolution. The customer service folks are very nice but so far no resolution...
I left two pairs of Crocs in my car and they both shrunk at least 1 to 2 sizes. I cannot wear them anymore. My first pair of Crocs from 5 years ago never shrunk.
Crocs changed their flip flop material. What happened to the wonderful foam that Crocs were made of? They are now hard as a rock. I looked and looked to find the old style of softer material even at outlets. You can't find it. But I did talk to a lot of people looking for the same thing. I hate the new Crocs, hard horrible shoes.
I ordered a pair of Crocs online in UK which didn't fit, so I had to return them to The Netherlands at a cost of £8.54. When I complained, I was told to read the small print. Unfortunately, I had already ordered a second pair which also didn't fit and when I complained again, I was sent a special returns label, which no surprise, was useless and I had again to pay £8.54 to return them to The Netherlands. I emailed the company to inquire about my refund and was told they hadn't received the first pair. But having tracked the parcel, I knew they had received and signed for the shoes two weeks before. I have now been told I must wait two weeks for a refund. I am disgusted by their "Don't Care" attitude and will never buy Crocs again. They have lost a very good customer as I have bought numerous pairs before, both online and through retail. Shame on you, Crocs. You're conning your customers!
I left my newly bought Crocs thongs in the car. I worn it for 2 weeks, it was a size 10. I am not very happy as this is still new shoes, but it shrunk and now it’s too small and I can`t wear them anymore. Can you please look into this and advice way forward as I love my Crocs? Thank you.
Crocs.com cancelled my ordered because they don't update their inventory online while confirming your order and then they're not able to process the order because they're out of stock. Then they fail to honor the sale price of the item for a comparable item that they actually have in stock. Speaking to customer service and a supervisor was like hitting against a brick wall.
Their promotion of buy one get one free is a joke! I ordered two pairs of shoes, but the one that should come in free was cancelled. Then I was charged for the full price for one pair of shoe. Don't believe in their promotion. They will cancel your free item and charge you the regular price. That is how they do their business.
I ordered and received one Boundless Cig Khao at M11. (Order #** date 12-08-11). It did not fit as it was too large. I measured my foot and went by your guide for ordering size. I returned it today at a cost to me at $8.61, plus a trip to the UPS store. I am extremely displeased with Crocs. I will not do any business with Crocs again and will warn others to beware. Your policies and procedures are consumer unfriendly and obviously, your goal is profit above consumer satisfaction.
I worked for Crocs for 16 months selling shoes that I knew were bad for people’s feet. Crocs claims their shoes are anti-microbial and anti-sweat. This is not true. Crocs claims that their shoes are sturdy and safe. Again not true which can be verified by examining the shoes and seeing the rivets that hold the straps-on break constantly. Podiatrists are recommending these shoes for people with plantars fasciitis and diabetes. Not a good idea. These shoes do not help people with any medical condition. Children wearing these shoes will not be able to wear other shoes later in life because their feet are addicted to having a foam mold of their foot every time they walk. People who are active should not wear Crocs. These shoes will give you tendonitis and plantars fasciitis. There is no doubt.
I'd just like to say I love my Crocs, but I bought some new black Crocs from Newcastle airport for my holidays in February and they have split on the letter "O", which has never happened before. So I am using my old ones, which I should not have to do. I have no receipt. Please advise what I should do, please. PS: I would send them off to you if you like.
I bought a pair of inexpensive slip-ons. After about two months, the seam began to split. I emailed a picture and explained how long it took for the defective seam to fail. Customer service explained that they "definitely stand behind their product" for all of 90 days. Buyers, beware and walk carefully.
I returned two pairs of Crocs that I bought online through their RMS process and was credited for only one pair. I have called the company and spoke to nice, but helpless customer service reps 4 times with no credit being issued. I have left a message for the President today, but have little hope of resolution from him, but will keep calling him until I get a resolution. Unfortunately, by the time I discovered that only one pair had been credited, I was outside the limit to dispute the original charge on my credit card. I am still owed $44 for a pair of shoes that I returned to Crocs.
I had the same experience as Deborah from OH. I placed an order online but didn't receive all the items although I was charged for everything. I tried to call their customer service line but each option only brings you back to this blandly canned phone message which tells you to go to their website (what type of phone customer service just tells you to go to your computer?). I never got through to a person and never got a response to my emails. I will never buy from them again.
On June 29, 2009, I placed an order on Crocs.com for shoes. At that time, my credit card received a "hold" for the amount of the order. Not a problem there. But to this time and date, the shoes have not been shipped. I have emailed customer service multiple times and not received any response whatsoever. I have attempted, multiple times as well, to call their "customer service" number; and each time, I have hung up without resolution after 30 minutes on hold waiting for someone to take the call.
Today, I was able to get through after a half hour on hold. I spoke with "Cathy." I received absolutely no information about my order--nothing about when it would be processed, nothing about when it would be shipped, and nothing about when I would receive it. Nothing. I was asked by her for my email address so she could "remove my multiple emails from Crocs.com's inbox "because me emailing multiple times simply delays them responding"? I refused to give this to her, telling her I still expected a response. Of course, to date, I've not received one. For such a popular company and brand of shoes, their customer service and business practices are absolutely horrible and entirely unacceptable.
