I wanted to get some new shoes for working in my garden and some easy shoes for the summer for my kids. I saw the offer that if I signed up for marketing alerts, I would be given a code to receive 15% off my order. I never received this code. I made several attempts to inquire about it and no one responded. I got marketing emails telling me I had 15% off waiting for me. There was no such thing. I tried the chat feature and went through 5 agents because while their system allows for their end to take all the time they like to respond, when I needed more than 2 minutes, it ended the chat and when I responded, it connected me with a different agent.
The 2nd agent gave me a code and when I went to use it, it only took 10% off and not 15 like they'd said it would. Also calling the giving me of the code a "one time courtesy gesture" is a little insulting since there was no courtesy here: it was what they said they would do if I signed up for their marketing and they had not done that. It was fulfilling their end of the bargain! I won't buy Crocs. This was a giant waste of my time and efforts and they clearly demonstrated that they don't want my business or at a minimum they take it for granted. This is how they feel about you.

Buyer be aware!! Crocs policies and customer services suck! I placed an order two days ago- thinking I had plenty of time for my order to get before the 14th, turns out it takes three days for “processing" and 5-7 days for shipping if nothing goes wrong! On top of that you cannot cancel your order after it’s been placed! Unbelievable! I’m going on a trip and the point of me buying crocs was to take them on my trip, not only I won’t be taking them, worse you can’t cancel them! I’m so livid! Will never be buying crocs!

1-star review. I placed an order with Crocs Canada on March 19 and received a shipping confirmation on March 22. But days later, the tracking continued to show “awaiting carrier.” I called customer service on March 28, and they assured me it would arrive by April 4. That date came and went—still no package. I called again on April 7, only to be told that the package is now lost in transit. I feel like I was misled. What’s worse is my 10-year-old was checking the mail daily, excited and waiting, only to be let down repeatedly. This has been really disappointing for both of us. Now they’re telling me it will take another 5–10 business days to receive the item. This whole experience has been frustrating and disheartening. Do not order from Crocs Canada—the lack of transparency and reliability is unacceptable.

Don't order off their site as a warning. Order shoes too big & made mistake of allowing them to hang onto money rather than do credit back. Wanted full price on shoes sent back rather than diminished price. Shoes never worn & returned same day. Won't let me reorder on this credit to get smaller size for up to 14 days! (Unless I give more money on order.) Watch out..this isn't Amazon!!

I won’t be shopping with your store since you do not have the option to exchange for a different size and you don’t refund the shipping charges. Bad business. I will be leaving a review as well to let the consumers know also.

Emailed customer service asking if the sale went through properly. Told me to call the store.. I called up the store asking, they explained to me that I did get the sale, I said "okay" and that "I'm sure everything is fine" and then they hung up. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever had. Uncaring and rude.

Today I contacted customer care and they seemed unbothered with my situation and told me that I didn’t return the Crocs properly, even though it was an actual crocs store that did all the return for me.

Don’t shop at crocs.com. Very very bad experience. Ordered times from their website, not of the order arrived!!!! Very disappointed, they cancelled my order without telling me and no reason why and no one contact me.

Ordered 2 things at same time, never got one. Didn't want to issue a refund until they got the order back. Tracking said exception due to wrong address. Which is dumb since I got the other one. Customer service was short and not helpful. After a long argument they issued the refund before they received the product. Which at first they said they couldn't.

I purchased 2 pair of crocs. I received an email stating my order after I read it. I saw the address was wrong. I called Crocs customer service to inform them the address was wrong and gave them the correct address. They gave me the carrier's number and I sent emails to Ontrac shipping stating the address was incorrect. Long story short both of my crocs shoes were delivered to the wrong address.

I ordered one pair and was charged $9.99 for shipping. Two minutes after order placed I sent email asking if I could add to that order -spending $10 more would give free shipping. They said NO, and of course if I ask for refund they will not refund the shipping charge. Amazon and so many other online vendors alert you - spend $x more and get free shipping. If the Crocs I have were not a gift from my daughter I would never wear Crocs again. Looks like the other grandchild will be getting sneakers not Crocs for Christmas.

We purchased three pairs of the Dylan clogs. Both shrank considerably when exposed to rain/water or sunshine. Since we bought them to go in/out of our garden, they were exposed to both. They shrank/warped and became unusable. Amazon wouldn’t take them back, and when I called Crocs Customer Support they said they were aware of the shrinking problem but since they put into info “Don’t expose to water or sunshine.” They wouldn’t take them back. What is the purpose of a pair of crocs that can’t be exposed to any elements? It’s a joke, and was a complete waste of money. I won’t buy Crocs ever again, I don’t like being knowingly screwed over by a large company like this. These are still available for sale Crocs' own website (in multiple styles). Shame on them.

If I could rate 0- I would. Crocs Canada has been promising a refund of 73$ for 6 weeks and after every single call (a dozen) they merrily guarantee said refund 24-72 hours later. 6 weeks in I am still having the same conversations with the same incompetent department, with the same empty promises to escalate. They take no accountability and certainly do not offer any reasonable solution. I placed an order and paid full price for children’s Crocs (50$ and Jibbitz - order amounting to 120$). 3 days later there was a promotion for 2 for 60$.
When I called they said I can place and pay for the 2nd pair (now 55$) and that they would issue an immediate reimbursement for the difference PLUS tax PLUS the shipping (13$ because I had not reached the minimum 75 to qualify for free shipping). Now they want to offer me 5$ and shipping refund. I am furious at their limitations and their inability to understand and/or take action. I will never order from them again. I have been demanding to speak to someone who 1- speaks proper English 2- has deciding power. They have not honored their promises, their promotion, or respected any customer service policy. They have made no attempts to reach me either though they have my emails and phone number after my many requests. I am just livid.

Went to MOA to the actual Crocs store. What a joke! 50 dollars for just hard plastic?? Not comfortable at all! Do not buy them! I can't believe how greedy this company has become. Didn't they use to be a soft foam? Not anymore.

Absolutely horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered and as soon as I did, I called them to change my order (less than 1 minute after placing the order). They accept no changes, no refunds, and will make you pay shipping even though you ordered a few minutes ago. I truly thought Crocs was a trustable brand, but AVOID THEM AT ALL COST and most importantly DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the history of retail. 10 days late and every day it's "call back tomorrow after 7pm". 100% refusal to speak to a manager when we asked repeatedly. 24hr text messages take 30 minutes to 2 hours to get a reply and they will close the chat if you don't respond in 3 minutes. How about tracking it for the customer or providing a refund? My time lost was probably worth 5 times what these horrible shoes were. Read the other reviews, this is how they do business. Really pathetic that paying customers are treated like they mean nothing. One day this will catch up to them and put this awful company back where it belongs. wish I could give the zero stars they've earned

I went to customer service on Saturday and Sunday knowing that of course they were closed but to try to ensure I could get the promotional offer still, however, today (Tuesday) when they get back to me they were rude and short and kept telling me the obvious. We were closed, well duh, but half of your promotional items were not working and I have screenshots of that as well, so instead of help I got the same responses over or that I'm basically incompetent in my reading ability to know which were supposed to be included.

Very unprofessional customer service!! The website states that one can send a text and an agent will get back. It took half a day for someone to respond to my message. I sent all the required information, including a picture of the ripped package, order number, missing item, etc. Because I didn't respond right away, the agent said they needed to move on to other customers that I guess were standing at attention waiting for someone at Cros to respond. :( I called the toll free number and got some "dude" who agreed to fix the problem, but was still very unprofessional. The exchange took 3 times as long as it should have. When I explained my frustration with the texting option, he blew that off too. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Horrible company. I bought the shoes in the store and there is no mention of the fact that if you leave them in the sun they will shrink. The only way to contact customer service is live chat. The chat agents disconnected me twice. First time after he asked me to send a picture and it took more than 3 minutes. Second time I don't even know what she (Cherry) wanted from me. She said they can exchange it and I was waiting for her to ask more info and then... Chat closed.

I bought the Kadee Flip 1 year ago and this item broke while walking. If I was walking a bit faster I would have fallen and hurt myself. I reached out to customer service hoping they could send a replacement however they were only willing to give a 15% discount. For a worldwide brand that would risk selling faulty products with no resolution for their product is a shame. I have purchased so many products and spoke so highly over the years but today they have lost a loyal customer and any future recommendations.

This website is the most horrible to deal with. They don’t even offer free returns. They don’t let you cancel an order immediately after it was placed, even though the product doesn’t leave the warehouse for another five days after you order, and they just tell you you have to return it. You can’t do a return from a PayPal purchase, has to be a store credit. Then they tell you you can mail it back but don’t even send you a label. They are horrible. Never again will I purchase from this website.

I’ve spent 15 years in retail management and now manage a support team for a tech company, so trust me when I say I know good customer service. And Crocs, you missed the mark. By a mile. My adventure began with the Dylan Platform Clog, which, like a magic trick gone wrong, shrank a full size in the sun. I decided to give it another shot and tried to use a QR code discount for a larger pair. The QR code just took me to the website. No discount. Great start. Undeterred, I placed the order without the discount and threw in a few more items. The order was lost in shipping. Cue the first of many frustrating support interactions. After a wait, an agent informed me they were “reviewing my previous messages” (with the chatbot). I now know this is code for “We’re not really looking at anything.” After patiently waiting, I was told the chat was ending due to my “inactivity.”
I opened a support case, providing my order number, tracking details, and a detailed description of my woes. Three days later, I received a message from Dianne L. asking for, you guessed it, my order number. I responded within minutes with all the requested information. Silence. Three days later, I asked for a follow-up. More silence. I opened a new case, referencing the previous one. Crickets. A week later, I tried another chat session. I got the same canned response about reviewing my messages, to which I replied with my order and tracking number, stating the package was lost and I wanted a refund. The agent, John L., asked what my issue was. You can’t make this stuff up. He promised a refund in 7-14 days, but I never got a confirmation email or the refund.
Still, against my better judgment, I wanted my order. I visited the site and saw a 25% off coupon if I ordered in 30 minutes. I filled my cart, applied the code, and it said it was expired. Another chat session, this time with Roberto. More canned responses. I explained the code issue, and he asked for my order number. I reiterated I hadn’t placed the order because the code didn’t work. He asked for the code. I felt like I was being trolled. After sending a screenshot of my cart, Roberto claimed the code didn’t work because I had sale items in my cart. I removed the sale items, but the code still didn’t work on regular-priced items. I told him this, and he replied, “Great, is there anything else I can help you with?” I asked for a valid code, and he argued the code worked on his end.
I sent another screenshot, and after 50 minutes, he finally provided a valid promo code, but not before closing the chat without even confirming if it worked or any pleasantries. The good news? The code worked on all items in my cart, sale or not. The bad news? The shipping label was created two days ago, but UPS hasn’t picked it up yet. We’ll see if I ever get this order. Crocs, you’ve turned what should have been a simple shopping experience into a customer service nightmare. If this is how you treat customers, maybe it’s time to walk a mile in someone else’s shoes. Or in my case, shuffle uncomfortably in shrunken Crocs.

I ordered crocs online size 11 for my son and they were too narrow so I had to return them via Canada post they said. Cost to me 32$ and my refund will be 38$. I will never order from them again because of this. Poor return policy.

Worst company ever. Never again will I order from this company. I ordered and waited and waited. I called the company all they do is tell you a story when you will receive your order and it never comes. Then you track your order and that’s a joke. Buyer beware. I wished I ordered from Amazon instead. Do not order from this company.

Horrible product and Customer Service. I brought a pair of flip flops at the Crocs store in Las Vegas thinking that they would be comfortable to walk the strip. Boy was I wrong! The strap of the flip rubbed the top of my feet raw. I had literally had to stop at CVS and buy band aids to cover my foot. I returned home the next day and had planned to return the shoes. We do not have a store in this area so I called the customer service number. I don't know what hurt worse the shoes or dealing with their customer service.
Worst experience ever. Yes, I'm talking to you Rina A., Dianne L. and Petya. It has been over two weeks with no response from a manager yet (I called and emailed several times to speak to one and could never get past the reps "who repeatedly told me a manager wasn't available but that someone would call me"). I have no idea why any one would buy a product from a company that has so little respect for its customers and does not stand behind the quality of its product. The only person I can give credit to is the store manager, who I finally ended up calling, at the Fashion Show location in Vegas. He was responsive and worked with me to find a resolution. Kudos to him but I have no respect for the company as a whole.

With a household of six of us, I have purchased MANY pairs of Crocs over the years. I have had countless pairs break, and because they only warranty them for 90 days I have had no recourse but to buy new ones. This last time, the button that holds the strap onto the shoe cracked and broke. It would take pennies for the company to send me a new button so I could fix them. They refused. I know these are trendy now, but they just break way too much for how much they cost and I will know longer be buying them.

I’m not sure what Arundel Mills Crocs store was thinking! On April 2, 2024, I purchased a pair crocs littles that are too small. I returned to the store a few days later to exchange them; however, the store had black curtains all around and no signage letting customers know they were closed. Stopped security and learned that the store was closed for remodeling, it would have been nice to be told when I made the purchase! Poor customer service!

The company that makes Crocs does not stand behind their products. I am a frequent Crocs buyer and I decided to try the glitter Crocs. I bought allegedly orange or gold ones, They seemed fine but after about 2 months, the glitter which must have been applied very poorly, came off in chunks. I called to ask for an exchange or refund and I was told that since it was past 30 days, they would do nothing for me. Now, I get faux "Crocs" and I am just as happy and I save lots of money. Too bad they will not stand by their goods. Not a great way to treat loyal customers.

I wouldn't order from them, my friend has ordered and has gotten free shipping so I went and placed an order and last second it charged me 90 dollars for shipping!! For two pairs of Crocs boots, it's insane.
