OMG .. I was wondering why the catalogs quit arriving. I'm so sad that they went out of business that quickly. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Virtually all my clothing came from Blair. I loved their clothing. Please, Please somebody get them back in business. I don't know of any other online company like Blair that has good quality clothing that's reasonably priced!!!

I can't believe that such a good business is no longer available, I know that I will not find another business that can help my needs the way Blair has. I have not been able to find anywhere else that I can buy men's pants with the inseam XS 25-26, as you can see I am a short person and the shortest inseam is 28, that means I have to take all my pants to a tailor to be hemmed. I know that I will have a very hard time finding another business that can help my needs.

I was so sad to hear that Blair is going out of business. I've been getting almost all of my clothes from Blair for over twenty years. I've never been disappointed with the quality of the clothes or the service. Now, I wonder where I'll go to replace them. They will definitely be missed.

So sorry Blair is no more! My closet is full of clothes labeled Blair. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE TO ORDER THEIR CLOTHES! They fit perfect and last forever! Need their pants made like jeans but in color. Number was B12704. I need two black pair! PLEASE!

I have shopped at Blair for years and I am so disappointed they went out of business. I loved their merchandise. There aren't many stores for older women. They are all geared to the young people. I loved the quality of their clothes and the variety of colors. Please bring them back!!

I was shocked and sad to learn that Blair is no longer in business. It seemed like it had been around forever. It was always my favorite places to shop for clothing. I could always find something I liked and wanted to buy. Probably half of my clothes came from Blair. I always knew it would be good quality and would fit right. Hopefully some company will take it and continue to keep the quality and reasonable prices.

Low quality, poorly made, disposable clothing. Drawstrings that break within a few uses. SO flipping FRUSTRATING!!!! Never again with this garbage. How hard can it be to source drawstrings that don't break within 3 weeks?

Blair has had cotton and cotton blend women's blouses that I have bought for years. I also have their fleece jackets in many colors. I can't find anything like them in regular stores. There are so few places that sell anything but T-shirts, yoga pants, and jeans anymore. Blair and its sister stores had clothing with class. Their closure is shocking and they will be missed. I hope they can reorganize and reopen.

I'm really heartbroken to learn Blair is going out of business. This has been the greatest store for me. Everything fit perfectly. I never had to return anything. The quality of all their clothing was top notch. This is devastating to me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BLAIR & BROOKS NEW YORK! They are a scam from China! ALL products are shipping from China and extremely made cheap quality. You can't even where the shoes because it's not made to fit human feet and material is almost the same level as basically putting a plastic bag over your feet and walk in them. After I contacted they support via email, they said that I can either pay for my own shipping back to China, or accept 50% refund so I accepted the partial refund and then they completely ghosted me and no refund!!!!

I ordered regularly from Blair starting in 2007 and especially loved their Pointelle Henley tops; it is quite hard to find Henleys elsewhere that are both printed and have a round neckline. I am extremely upset that Blair has shut down and hope very much that it can come back!

I have ordered my clothes from Blair for 45 years. Their style is my style, they were affordable for a single working mother. I have loved the quality of clothes. I'm hoping they can have a comeback as I don't want to run around Naked hahaha. I absolutely love Blair and Their brands, Gloria Vanderbilt Jeans fit perfectly. I love Blair and miss them already.

I have shopped off and on with Blair since the 90s and I just keep coming back. I was really looking forward to ordering today. Please don't go out of business. I hope the big guys don't swallow you. Darn it.

Blair is a wonderful brand with really good quality and great prices! I have ordered from them for many years and have never been disappointed! Please don’t go out of business! I buy all my Mom’s sweatshirts and sweatpants from Blair’s. They have a great selection and they fit really well!

Today is August 16, 2025 and I just went online to place an order and was shocked to see your message to customers. Please please don't go out of business... I absolutely depend on your company to be able to find clothes that fit me perfectly and comfortably. I feel sick thinking I'm going to lose you. I am having a near-panic attack.

I went to order some clothes from Blair today and was upset because they are not taking orders online, by mail or phone. Their clothes fit me better than any others and I especially love their fleece jackets. I have purchased more clothes from Blair than anywhere else. PLEASE DO NOT GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

I placed on online order in June 2025 that was shipping on July 11, 2025. I tried to contact Blair by phone and they are not taking phone calls. I also tried to email the company at customerservice@blair.com and my email was returned as non-deliverable. I tracked my Fedex order and it has been stuck in Greenwood, IN since July 16. I tried to file a claim with Fedex and was told only Blair can file the claim. So I will not receive my order or a refund from Blair.

I placed online order July 17. As of today, August 9, no notice of shipment received and FedEx tracking shows order label made July 28 but they have not received shipment. What is going on with Blair? Tried to call them today and they are not taking calls. Are they out of business and not telling anybody? Very disappointed with a company I have ordered from for many years.

I have bought from Blair for many years. I, especially, like the Denim ease pants and tops and jeans. After going on their site, today, and being unable to buy anything, it really upsets me. Blair has pants that fit me better than any other store. Please don't go out of business. I will even pay the higher prices because of the tariffs. Very upset about what is going on with Blair.

Always shopped Blair, always had what I needed to look good. Hope maybe they can make a comeback someday. I was a customer for 30 years or more, and mostly satisfied with my purchases with this company. Thank you, Blair. Hope you can make a comeback.

I ordered on July 6th but didn’t receive my order until July 31st and it’s missing an item. I emailed 4 times and when I tried to call there was a recording saying they’re not accepting phone calls!?!

Placed my order on 7/25/25; shipped via FedEx 7/29; expected arrival 8/5. When I placed my order all items were drastically reduced in price and absolutely no returns. A few days after my order was shipped the Blair website showed a statement that said orders were no longer being taken online, by phone or email. I’d say they are out of business!

Placed Blair order on 7-31-2025. Received order today on 8-2-2025-delivered by USPS. I have never received their orders this quickly. Website is now closed; probably cannot call them directly. Sadly, I think this business is done.

The company is dishonest. Shipment never arrived. USPS stated in the tracking Will not deliver due to company not paying the shipping fees. Chloe states it still coming. Put in dispute with credit card who said they were informed the item was delivered. Company lied. Dispute reopened as it was never delivered. Still no refund. Still no merchandise after 8 weeks.

Order placed at the first of the month. Should expect delivery sometime around the 27th. Obviously your order is placed and sent via slow boat from China, India, Vietnam.... wherever. Won't deal with them again. Added to the list of deceiving Web sites that make you sit for a month of Sundays.

Do not order from Blair! I was a good customer of theirs for many years, but not anymore. The last order I placed took 6 weeks to arrive, and it was completely wrong. I went to the website to find out how to do a return, and discovered they are no longer doing returns or exchanges! I ordered 2 dresses, and received 4 pairs of pants that are not even close to the right size. I guess I'll have to donate them and hope someone can use them. Expensive lesson learned. Save your money. Do not order from this fraudulent company!

I have ordered from Blair and been quite happy. I had no idea they were in trouble. I googled and began to realize what the problem was. I placed an order on June 30th and was told it would arrive by July 16, according to an email that I received some time ago and now have to go look for that. It's for a relative's birthday on July 26th, so I'm pretty disappointed. Plus, I can't even call them till Monday. They should have warned customers.

I have ordered from Blair for years. Good quality and actually sizing accurate. This summer order has taken approximately month to receive-? Due to pricing cut?? But still get order. No return factor, I don’t understand but usually never have to return. Will continue to order from them but will allow more time for delivery.

In June I ordered two pairs of shorts, paid $27.53 with shipping. Turns out M was too small. I called customer service to ask about exchanging for L, and they explained the process, the $9.99 exchange fee and said their were plenty of L in stock. I mailed the M shorts back. In July I received a notice the L shorts were out of stock and they gave me a refund of $11.19. I called customer service today to explain the process I follows and requested they credit me the $9.99, but they refused and when I asked for a supervisor, the agent hung up on me. I wish I had simply placed a new order for the L and then returned the M. This company is not good.

I placed an order on 6/23 and as of 7/7 didn't get the order nor could I track any information. I sent an email inquiry to see when I could expect delivery. Their response was they're looking into it. I just received the order today - took 3 weeks. Went to return one item and found out they don't take returns anymore. WHAT IS WITH THAT??? I'm sorely disappointed - now I'm stuck with something I can't use and they have my money - sounds a bit like thievery to me!
