I have ordered from Blair for years. Good quality and actually sizing accurate. This summer order has taken approximately month to receive-? Due to pricing cut?? But still get order. No return factor, I don’t understand but usually never have to return. Will continue to order from them but will allow more time for delivery.

In June I ordered two pairs of shorts, paid $27.53 with shipping. Turns out M was too small. I called customer service to ask about exchanging for L, and they explained the process, the $9.99 exchange fee and said their were plenty of L in stock. I mailed the M shorts back. In July I received a notice the L shorts were out of stock and they gave me a refund of $11.19. I called customer service today to explain the process I follows and requested they credit me the $9.99, but they refused and when I asked for a supervisor, the agent hung up on me. I wish I had simply placed a new order for the L and then returned the M. This company is not good.

I placed an order on 6/23 and as of 7/7 didn't get the order nor could I track any information. I sent an email inquiry to see when I could expect delivery. Their response was they're looking into it. I just received the order today - took 3 weeks. Went to return one item and found out they don't take returns anymore. WHAT IS WITH THAT??? I'm sorely disappointed - now I'm stuck with something I can't use and they have my money - sounds a bit like thievery to me!

Hey everyone... Give Blair time to send your stuff to you... You will get it eventually, takes about 4 weeks now,,, they say they are extremely busy and it takes time as they are not working with a full crew... You will get your stuff. It took them twice to send my orders out and my last order is arriving Monday. 7-14. It's a slow process as they are going out of business and they have been sold. Bear with them. You will get it. I do not work with them. I am a customer like you. I know your frustrations and I have done everything you have done too. Called and emailed and it a very busy time for them. Give them a few weeks.

Great products and my mom loves them, given they have a wide assortment of petite sizes. However, their shipping times are not at all what they commit to (8-12 business days) and they are non-committal to shipping days when you follow up. Not dependable at all and this is my last order with them.

I ordered 8 items on 6/18/25 and still have not received them. I tried calling customer service and their phones were not working. I tried to cancel the order and asked for a confirmation email and still have not received one. Have been ordering from Blair for many years and this was the first bad experience - actually worse than bad, it was horrendous. Customer service was no help at all, at least what I think transpired over the phone because I was hearing every other word from the rep's mouth.

I ordered on June 11 and it still hasn’t shipped as of July 7. Multiple customer service reps have said there is no way to tell if or when the shipment may be processed. Also the fact that they will no longer accept returns according to their website makes me think this organization is on the verge of going out of business. I will NOT ever order from them again.

Placed a order May 31st 2025. Waited 12 days and checked on my order and it said it was still processing. At the end of June still nothing, finally at the start of July called them and they said they were working on it, told them to cancel order. Looks like that company is in trouble. Do not order from them.

I ordered back in May and received my order in about three weeks. They pulled the wrong item but I kept it instead of the hassle of returning it. Ordered again on 6.12.25. Now 7.7.25 and order has not yet shipped, due to high volumes they say. Will not order from Blair again!

I ordered approximately $100.00 worth of clothing for my 98 year old mother on June 11th. She is entering a care center on July 28th so I assumed, naively, that we would receive the items in plenty of time. I have ordered from Blair before and it has taken up to 2 weeks, so I was aware that shipping is slower than other sites. However, when 2 weeks passed and I had not received the order, I contacted customer service. They stated they had been overwhelmed with orders due to an 85% off sale that was ongoing. I called back again yesterday, July 3rd, only be read the same script. I stopped the rep and stated I had already heard this script and was very unhappy with the service I was receiving. She started offering to cancel the order after stating it would be shipping out, that right now the company was "working on" orders they had received the first week of June. I requested to speak to a supervisor, who read the same script.
I have been a customer of Blair for many years. I relayed this to the supervisor who seemed to not care that they were losing a customer. They all are robotic, in a foreign company and don't seem to care about customer loyalty. I ended up canceling my order, and my relationship with Blair. Too bad. I liked their clothing for my mom. I will just start to look elsewhere.

Worst customer service experience I've ever experienced, ordered 2 items. Took 5 weeks to get 1. Next week I looked. It was out of stock. They never emailed me. I had to find out by checking on the order update.

Placed order and 3 weeks later it still hasn't been filled with no projection of when. Follow up from me by email and return message appears to AI-written. Tried to just cancel order and return followup email says can't do that, it's in process. Still no info re "where in process" or "when it will be shipped." Don't use them; this makes it look as if they're going out of business.

Placed order June 6. Everything says 6-12 days for delivery. Here it is July 1st and no order. Have called twice and emailed twice. All it tells me order is processing but they can't give me delivery date. Customer service I have talked to says, "We will expedite your order." Hasn"t happened. Tried to cancel order but can't because it is processing. I will never order from this company again

I ordered on June 6 and have not received my order. It’s still in process. I wrote an email and all they say is that they have volumes of orders. I can’t imagine if I needed these clothes for a trip. Also sometimes the catalog comes out and they are already out of the items. I won’t order again

I ordered a pair of pants from Blair on June 2nd. It was supposed to be delivered by 6/17. It finally arrived on 6/25. Nice product but not worth waiting 23 days for. Their customer support is as pitiful as their shipping/delivery service. All they would say is that "it is on the way". Really pitiful in this day and age that something would take 23 days to arrive. I will never, ever, buy anything from Blair.com again. I've had orders from other companies arrive all the way from China in less than two weeks. I am amazed they are still in business with their atrocious service and shipping times.

I placed a Blair online order that was supposed to take 6-12 business days. After hearing nothing from Blair for 3+ weeks, I called customer service to find that my order had never been shipped and they had no estimate of a shipping date. I requested an order cancellation for a full refund, and was kept on hold for 10+ minutes while they dealt with this. Supposedly, they'll send an email notifying me when the refund has been processed, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm prepared to tell my credit card company I'm refusing payment if Blair doesn't process the refund.

My experience is the same as Jack's on June 11th. It has been 12 days since I placed my order. I still haven't received the email that it has shipped. Yet they claim when ordering that standard shipping delivery will be in 6-12 days. Tracking info page only gives your order details. So sorry I didn't check reviews first. Blair used to be a reliable company. Not so sure anymore. Buyer Beware!!

Ordered from Blair. Order took 27 days to arrive including 17 days to process as opposed to their claim of 2 to 3 days. Returned 2 items with form for an exchange. Today I received an email from PayPal informing me of a refund MINUS 9.99 TO RETURN THE ITEMS! No mention of the reorder. I honestly do not understand how this company stays in business.

My 90-year-old mother-in-law was a loyal Blair customer for years, spending hundreds of dollars on their products. She recently tried to return a nearly $400 unopened order within the return window stated in Blair’s policy. I returned the package on her behalf well before the deadline. After weeks with no response, I called Blair’s customer service and endured long wait times, confusing conversations, and was ultimately hung up on—Twice. Eventually, the returned items were sent back to us with a note claiming their policy had changed to “All Sales Final,” even though the purchase was made under a returnable policy (I had included in my return the sales receipt and highlighted the text indicating the allowable return date). Blair refused to honor their original return policy and made the process needlessly difficult. This company takes advantage of elderly customers. Do not trust them—Buyer beware!

It seems the John Blair is taking money for products it advertises and is failing to deliver the orders placed. Need to let the state attorney general know of the scam. The business practice may be illegal.

Their products are good. Their shipping is lousy as is their tracking. The site states receiving is 6 to 12 working days. I have reached the 12th working day and if you go on their website where it states "Track my order", it just gives you your order information without any way to track it. I'm going on vacation in three more days, so I went through all their automation and finally reached a live person in the **. She was able to track the order and found that it had not shipped yet and mentioned 6 to 12 day which it has already been 12. Like I stated, product good, shipping lousy, especially if you want it for a vacation.

My mother-in law tried to call and place an order, but was told that the wait was 38 minutes. She did not want to wait that long. I placed the online order for her. She was also told that there would be no more catalogues sent out. This is troublesome to her as she does not use or own a computer. I placed the order for her on May 7th, and paid via PayPal. I received an order confirmation by email. Then an email to call them because there was an issue with my order. The issue was that the mailing address was different from the billing address. Which should not have been an issue. I confirmed that this was indeed what I had intended. They were still sending to the supervisor for review.
I have not received any updates on the order, just many emails to order more clothing. I check my order status online, it says in process. I have made multiple phone calls, with a wait time anywhere between 35-45 minutes. They keep telling me it is ready to be shipped and please be patient with them because they are far behind due to the ongoing sale. Very dissatisfied with Blair at this time. They cannot give me any information other than it is ready to be shipped. It has been ready for some time now. We will not be ordering from here anymore. It's too bad, they used to be a good company.

It's been 2 weeks since I placed my order and it is still "in processing". I sent a note to customer service and got the same info that is on their website that so many people are taking advantage of their products . . . blah, blah, blah. Yet, they still send me emails promoting their products and wanting me to buy more - why would I do that, I can't get what I have already ordered. And, from the reviews, I am not alone. I can't comment on anything to do with the products themselves, as I have not received them. It's been year since I ordered from Blair and thought I'd try them again - bad decision!

First they sent me the wrong size jeans (their fault), then when I returned them, Blair deducted a processing fee and a shipping fee. So for a $28 pair of jeans, they deducted over $10 in fees. I won’t buy from them again.

Major issue is shipping. Their site says 6-12 business days. Many times I've ordered I don't receive my products for 20-30 business days and no response from customer service. It should not take that long for an American company to ship.

I ordered several items from Blair weeks ago; I've tried repeatedly to check my order status or track my order, but all I get are error messages, or access denied messages (see photo). I've emailed Blair 4 times about this, never get any response. Very poor customer service!

I never received my order or any tracking information after 15 days. I tried calling customer service and never received a call back. I sent an e-mail and received an automated response. There's no tracking information on the website. I HAVE NO WAY TO GET MY ORDER, ANY INFORMATION REGARDING SHIPPING, OR A REFUND. This used to be a reputable company, but I will NEVER shop at Blair again.

The website states your order will process in 1 to 2 days and ships within 6 to 10 days. False advertising to con you into ordering. 12 days and counting and still "in process". The canned email reply says "we're behind because of a busy spring season." Can't get a live body on the phone so if the order ever does ship it's getting returned. Terrible company to deal with.

My elderly mother has received and ordered from the physical catalog for a time now. When she simply called to have her mailing address changed, they are refusing to send the catalog to save money, and trying to force her online, which she does not understand, and liked to see the catalog physically. One of their several recorded messages states that old customers will continue to get the catalog, just not new members so which is it?!?! I hope this saves you as much as it costs you to now lose her business!!

My 97 year old mother recently went into a assisted living facility. She wears only Blair sweats and needed more. So, I went online and ordered 4 pair. Shortly after ordering I realized she wears elastic waist and I ordered drawstring. I immediately called only to get a message saying the wait time to talk to a representative was 85 minutes. I guess they think I have nothing else to do in my life. Consequently I decided I would wait until morning and try again. I finally got thru to offshore support which is the biggest mistake a company can make, would you want your customers waiting hours to talk to someone in the Philippines who is reading from a script?
Anyway, they told me the order is in process and cannot be changed or canceled. It's likely the order will be "in process" for several days and to me that policy is not in the best interest of the customer. I asked to speak with someone in the USA and was told no one is available. That's unlikely. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN . Do yourself a favor, buy from another company.
