I got a life insurance policy for $500,000 with Sproutt. It’s good so far. I was satisfied with the agent who called me and who came by, and I got all my information in the mail about the terms.

I liked the services offered by Sprout. I started signing up with them online and the process was kind of confusing. They wanted to take down my personal information since they're just a broker and I was hesitant to provide that.

I called a few other life insurance companies and they were really pushy. But Sproutt wasn't. With them, it was either you purchase the insurance or you don't, and I appreciated that.

Somebody recommended Sproutt and my experience with them had been fine.

I liked the plan options. Also, the agent was good.

There are some issues with Sproutt's portal for me to be able to get in and look at my policy, and they have worked on it and has been in communication back and forth with it. I still don’t have it resolved. A normal service agent could not rectify the situation, but they're having it escalated to IT. It's not necessarily Sproutt’s fault. Everything else has been positive.

It was very nice working with Sproutt. The lady I worked with was very nice. The only thing is I was requesting for some incentives because I opened two life insurance policies with them. Unfortunately, I never got any incentives. Other than that, the signup process was easy. It was a pleasantful experience. They were very knowledgeable on the product that they were selling and on the things that I have been asking on the insurance policies. They also interfere with the actual life insurance company on the questions that I had. They clarified everything very clearly to me. So, they were pretty good.

The process took longer than I was happy with but it was not the fault of any representatives. It's getting doctors involved. So, it was positive that the reps proactively gave me updates. My expectations were exceeded in using Sproutt. They were able to give me a more competitive rate and were very responsive. I was happy and the experience with them has been great.

Sproutt's online process is the easiest. The website is pretty efficient. The coverage is pretty good. If they could double it and I’d double the premium, that would be pretty cool. But it is what it is.

The way Sproutt set everything up online was very easy for me to get to. The user interface was great and everything happened right there and then. I didn’t have to wait for 10 years. The other ones were kind of dragging their feet and making it a long ordeal. Sproutt has a cost-effective policy. There were also a lot of options for me to be able to customize and I love the way that I was able to customize it. I wanted to do a living will, and they offered me an incentive to one of their partner companies to get that started with a discount. That was cool, too.

The enrollment with Sproutt was quick and the reps always connected me with who I needed to talk to. They did more than anyone reaching out for life insurance. I didn't know how to go about it when I first started but the associates were more than helpful and they made it painless.

Signing up was straightforward. It took 40 minutes. The guy I spoke with was nice and followed up with me. The options were clear for a lay person who wants to get insurance, knows that they need insurance, and the kind that simplifies it. It was boiled down good. I got approved and I got my packet.

My experience with Sproutt was all good. I was fairly well-updated throughout the process.

Their rates were very reasonable. They also had a discount for paying quarterly or every six months. The longer amount of time that you pay upfront, you get a little bit of money off. I liked that too. A lot of life insurance policies based on what I had seen from exploring around a little bit, there are a lot of hidden agendas and fine print. But Sproutt was very upfront. I didn't really have a ton of questions because everything was very transparent.

Signing up with Sproutt was a fast decision for me compared to other companies. My rep seemed to be very knowledgeable. He gave me all the options available and I chose what I could afford.

It was okay. I was trying to cancel it though. I don't think I ever heard back on if it was done. I had it and I was just toying around with everything. I bumped it up through my work and my husband passed away a month and a half ago, and I want to consolidate my life insurance. It was easy to sign up for it. I just didn't want another company handling my life insurance.

We like the ease of application and paperwork at Sproutt. It all seemed way more of an upbeat, mainstream, modern approach to life insurance. Something that appealed to a younger generation. Overall, the convenience of the process was something that my wife and I favored. Not a whole lot of hoops to jump through and back and forth, “We need this.”

Sproutt had a good rate and they approved me for a million dollars. Their process was good and it got done, which was really all that mattered at the end of the day. I also want one of their agents to give me a call so I can get some more insurance.

Great value in terms of the rates, too. As with any life insurance policy, it's important. What Sproutt does is make it a lot easier and less complicated. People who may not be as familiar with the process, they’ll want to go through intense medical underwriting. It was very helpful.

Sproutt was one of the more cost-effective companies. The representatives that I've spoken to have all been very pleasant. I would highly recommend Sproutt because everything that I was looking for, they were able to supply.

Sproutt's reps were very persistent. I'm very busy all the time and I could appreciate that because I'd start something then I just throw it by the wayside because I'm busy doing something else. They called and called and emailed and texted. So, they didn't let me forget about it, which I really appreciated because I actually got it done. But I did not like it when on my first time getting billed, I didn't understand the billing. It looked like the amount was doubled from what they told me. I was supposed to call, but I got busy, so I didn't even call.

Sproutt seemed affordable and their signup process seemed easy.

Applied for the life insurance a few months ago, was told to wait until they get my medical records. Still waiting. No call or notifications after 2 months. Worst experience ever. They need to train their sales people better. I will never recommend this company to my friends or relatives.

Sproutt was completely unhelpful. They didn't do anything for me. Their products don't do what I was needing. They need to improve their people. They said my BMI was too high. They don't insure that. After I was told that I am not insurable, I'm really annoyed getting constant calls and emails about, "Hey, would you like to sign up?" I would like to stop getting calls and emails.

Sproutt offered me the best rate. Two people from Sproutt worked with me. They were very professional and responsive. I appreciated their time.
