Using Sproutt is great and easy. It's just a follow-up would be nice with customers because I never talked to anyone. Still, I liked the system.

When I purchased the life insurance, I went online, answered the questions and put in the payment information. I got a return email, policy ready to go.

The product offered through Sproutt was the easiest to qualify for and the process was user-friendly. Signing up was easy to initiate online and the follow-up phone calls were prompt and helpful. In our case, there was no health physical required. It was easy to complete the process.

Sproutt was easy to work with and they were pretty straightforward. With life insurance companies, you see one rate in the beginning and then once they get all your info, they always change it. Sproutt didn't do that. They were honest. The process online took 10 to 15 minutes overall and they got back to me in a mtter of a few days after they approved the policy. Everything was as they said it would be.

Signing up with Sproutt was very easy and straightforward. The questions they asked were very general.

My experience with Sproutt has been discouraging. They were not able to get me the kind of plan I needed. I was wanting a term life insurance policy. I'm a quadriplegic and the people that we tried to get insurance through were unwilling to cover me. They just said because of my medical past, they wouldn't cover me.

It's been a good experience with Sproutt. They were very persistent. I took a little bit of time to decide. But they have exceeded my expectations to this point. The process was relatively smooth and the rates and terms were great. I would recommend them.

I'm still early in the process with Sproutt. I did it online, but I've also spoken with a person there. I've already spent 50 some bucks on the first month's payment and I hope it's all set up properly.

The process was headache-free. That was what I liked about it. Just have all the information ready at your disposal so that you can get it done sooner rather than later.

It was great with Sproutt. We appreciated it. It was streamlined, and we especially liked the ability to text them instead of having to volley phone calls back and forth. In addition, they did a good job troubleshooting as many things as they could to reduce the issues for the customer.

The process with Sproutt was fast and the portal was easy. Everything was easy to continually manage. However, I'll be dropping the Sproutt plan very soon. The plan I have is 500,000. It's not substantial enough for my family. I got 1.5 through another organization and the price may be a dash more, but not that much more for substantially more money.

I liked Sproutt's cost, availability, and ease of signing up. People my age like to do things online and quickly. They don't like to have to call people. That made it nice.

It took less than 10 minutes and I got approved. It was seamless. The customer service team reached out a couple of times if I had any questions. They were helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

The thing I like most about Sproutt is that they can categorize skin cancers because other ones shut me down immediately because I've had a squamous cell before. They're such low-risk skin cancer. You remove it, it's gone. As a health care provider, I know how Sproutt grades skin cancers, and it's just silly that others would group them all together.

I went online and googled a couple of life insurance policies. Some of them didn't get back to me. Sproutt was pretty efficient in doing what they do so it gave me peace of mind. I also felt more comfortable going to them than all the other companies. The application process took longer than expected. But a lot of it had to do with my medical background and getting information cleared from my doctors and also me returning a letter, giving them authorization. It was not a lot of their fault.

I liked how easy it was to set up with Sproutt. I'm not a computer person, but it was easy for me to go through it. It was to the point, telling me the prices versus the amount of coverage I could get. So far, so good.

I had to go to Sproutt to fill out an application and it was very easy to navigate through the site. Also, the application to approval was pretty instant.

I talked to a Sproutt's rep and he said that they have insurance that I wouldn't have to do a health exam. After I answered 100 questions, he said that this other one would be good. He said they may or may not ask for a health exam so I went ahead and did that. He told me that they would be getting in contact with me and somebody called and asked me to do the health exam. Then, they took a payment out so I called and asked why. The rep said I have this life insurance but it wasn't with the people that rep had said it would be in the email that he sent me. I was kind of confused about the whole situation.

I got one email about signing on to their site but someone should have called me after signing on to give me more information about the policy.

Signing up was pretty quick and simple, which was what I was looking for. I had a question about something I wasn't sure about and I spoke to a representative. The person I originally spoke with didn't know for sure but someone called me back and confirmed it for me.

Sproutt was on top of everything. They were very friendly, fast, and thorough. Before I chose them, I kept getting denied by the other companies. I like the fact that Sproutt went the extra step into seeing why I was denied. My experience with them has been easy, fast, and affordable.

I had a good experience going through them. It was pretty easy and I made my purchase the same day.

I was still doing the application online and someone got back to me the next business day. The lines of communication and their responsiveness was perfect. The rep gave me suggestions and I didn't feel like I was being forced into anything. They were saying, "Well, let's see what we can do based off of what you were thinking of, what works for your family." They fit two or three different options and then I consulted with my family to see if those were good. And they were.

The Sproutt representative was good. However, I still haven’t received anything in the mail from the company that they ended up selling my policy to, to verify the package. But everything else is good with Sproutt.

I liked Sproutt's pricing. The purchase was pretty smooth.

A lot of what we did was online and the process with Sproutt was relatively smooth. The experience has been good so far.

Sproutt was easy, straightforward, and information on search engines was easy to get to. The rates were in line with other companies but the biggest deciding factor was one, the usability of it, and two, looking up to see about the company history, and if there were any problems with payouts. I didn't find anything that I found to be negative about the company.
