Excellent customer service and great prices. Mark from the claims department was able to get my claim approved under a special circumstance. He also got the claim approved in roughly 24 hours which I also found remarkable.

I had my bike stolen so I filed a claim and since it was a standard issue an automated chatbot guided me through the process and what information I needed to submit. The claim was approved within 20 minutes and the refund was received within three days.

I had a few items that were taken out of my backyard and the Lemonade team from the moment I filed my claim made it the easiest process possible to get my claim settled. They went above and beyond expectations, great overall experience. I recommend 100%.

I unfortunately was the victim of a theft when someone broke into our building and stole my recently delivered AC unit, which was new and still in the box. I tried all means I could think of to cover my loss including reaching out to the manufacturer, LG, and filing a police report. It was a lot, and frankly, LG in particular was really terrible to deal with, and the process of filing a police report ends up being somewhat time consuming.

Updated on 07/02/2025: These people are the worst. I have never heard of anybody working in such bad face as Lemonade insurance company. Beware. I have been trying to get ahold of him regarding my claim for a month and a half now and I have gotten no response whatsoever from my adjuster other than when he said he needed nothing from me further and that he was working on processing my claim to get me paid. And then all communication stopped and then I got her denial later a few days later.

Lemonade is my go-to for ALL insurance! My storage unit in my complex was broke into & they were able to pay my claim same day! Which is a blessing - I was able to restock all the things I lost! My dog needed $800 worth of dental work & lemonade was able to reimburse me, another blessing because that was such an unexpected expense.

Highly recommend!! I never thought I would need to make a claim and I never thought when I did the process would be so quick and efficient. The person working on my claim genuinely cared and wanted to help me!

I had never had to file an insurance claim but I had to after a mugging recently and working with Lemonade was so easy and efficient, I couldn't believe it. I was a little frustrated that I needed to use the app to file a claim, as my phone had been stolen. However, once I sorted out that I could use the app on someone else's phone, it took me under 15 minutes to file the entire claim, and I received the money less than 24 hours after the theft. I'm still in awe, because I'd been hearing all my life about how dreadful insurance is. Thank you Lemonade!

I would recommend Lemonade to anyone. I recently lived through a natural disaster that made my home uninhabitable. Submitting my claim via the app took only a few minutes. The last thing I wanted to deal with after the event was insurance claims, but Lemonade made everything easy and they were able to settle everything so quick with little effort on my end. I truly can't thank them enough for checking in and making a potentially stressful process simple and quick. I can't imagine going anywhere else for rental insurance.

I've been using Lemonade since moving out on my own for both my feline and rental insurance. Although I haven't had to use my rental insurance in the last few years of having it, an issue finally came up where my apartment had flooded and the process of getting my claim handled was really simple. Despite some issues that might otherwise have come up from lack of documentation, the person helping me was able to make sure that my claims went through due to video evidence, something that Lemonade's app made sure that I had.

I registered my bike as an 'Add-On' and paid a little extra for my insurance with Lemonade. Unfortunately, my garage was broken into, and my bike, helmet, and all the related accessories were stolen after two years with Lemonade. It was a very tough moment because the bike was my daily commute transportation, and I really enjoyed every bit of it. Every moment was smooth and swift after reaching out to Lemonade and starting the claim process, which I wished would never happen. The whole process of my claim was easy via the Lemonade app, and they designated an agent who handled my case professionally with extensive communication. I got full approval on the claim based on the price I paid for the bike two years ago, and even though this doesn't bring back my bike, the silver lining in this incident was that Lemonade helped me, understood my situation, and sought out my help!

I have had Lemonade Renters Insurance for the past six years and it is incredibly easy to setup and maintain insurance. You get help easily and quickly every time. Unfortunately we had to file a claim due to an incident and the process couldn’t have been easier. Lemonade has been such an easy insurance company to work with. They absolutely have the best user interface and make the process SO EASY. When I walked into my living room to the broken sprinkler head pouring water into my living room, I knew the insurance portion was coming and I dreaded the thought. After assessing the damage I opened the Lemonade app and filed a claim and upload video of the flooded area and damaged items, plus receipts for each item. It was remarkably simple to understand and the platform was easy to use. As you know, technology can often be finicky, automated experiences cumbersome. This was not that.

I was thrilled to actually get paid out for a stolen bike from my apartment. I can only give 4 stars though because previously I had a single tire stolen and it wasn't covered for some reason. Additionally, I had to re-send a lot of info that I had sent it anyways through the app but through a separate online form. Still though, the app was user friendly, the rep was very nice and the fact that they actually paid out instead of finding some reason why my bike wasn't covered was very nice.

I have dealt with a few different insurance companies over the years, I just recently had to file a claim with Lemonade, and it was so easy and seamless very stress-free! The claim was approved and funded within 24 hours. I definitely recommend lemonade to anybody who is looking for insurance.

Lemonade insurance is basically a rip off. I've had a claim open for four months and have yet to be paid for my losses. My adjuster has been ignoring me and when I do reach him, he sends me emails of required information that I've already sent in. They haven't taken the necessary steps to access the fire report for my fire claim. I've tried to reach headquarters and any individual with authoritative stature and they were no help. Lemonade has recently reached out to let me know that they will be closing my claim now because they haven't received the required documents which has nothing to do with me as I've already provided them with all necessary documents on my behalf.

Honestly an incredible company. Premiums are very low and claims are super fast and easy. I initially added extra coverage for my bike but they reached out without me asking and said it’s not necessary since already covered. No company does that haha
