I just bought the house and I needed a bathtub. I went through Home Depot and got a bathtub from Re-Bath. It's the 15-inch bathtub and I had them do the smooth walls all the way to the top. I also had three hand bars put in. John, the rep was good, and the installation took three days. I'm happy with the bathtub but I don't like the front wall where the faucet and the shower is located because it does not fit. All the other corners are nice and smooth. From the bottom of the tub to the wall, once you get to the corner, it comes to two inches from the other wall. Right at the end of that wall, there's a big gap and the installer shoved a bunch of caulking in there.
I asked the installer about it and he said he didn't remember why he did it that way. But he said it wouldn't leak because it was set in two inches of caulking. Still, I don't like the way it looks. It's not a finished look and it looks like he made a mistake cutting it then he just filled it with a bunch of caulking. I also talked to John about it and he said that Tom, the installer, had to come back and finish and that he had to put a biscuit because the bathtub wasn't as wide as the shower, so he had to cover up part of the cement.
Tom came back two weeks later on the 16th of November to finish it but at that point I still don't think that it fits really flush up against the wall. To me, it sort of bows out a little bit. I said something to John and he said Tom's gonna be coming to look at it. But I never got a call back from John. So, I signed off on it. Tom was a nice guy but if he's doing work, he should know why he did something. Despite that, my concern on the front wall is only cosmetic. They did say that their product is guaranteed for life, so if the water leaks or the pipe or the plumbing is not right, they have to come back and fix it. So, that's why I wasn't super concerned about the way it looked. I just don't want it to leak behind. Other than that, Re-Bath's product is good and I would tell others to consider using them. I would also tell them that they would be very satisfied with Re-Bath's product and the quality of the work that they do.

We had one bathroom done last year through Re-Bath and we had a great experience with their sales rep that we called him back for a remodel. We've been wanting to get the bathroom updated and we also had some leaks in the tub. So, we did a new vanity and the tub. The work was started in October then it was finished just before Thanksgiving. We love the end result and we're very proud of it. We're also very happy with Re-Bath and all of their employees and their workmanship. They do a great job and I would highly recommend them.

We needed a remodel of our bathroom so we checked out what Re-Bath did and asked questions. We liked the presentation that the sales agent had -- it was gonna be under warranty. We had the tub replaced. The salesman came in August and they were done here in October. The installers were very precise and careful. They took care of everything as far as being clean and making sure everything was going to be done correctly. We love the way they work and the final product. So consider using Re-Bath and you would be very happy with their product and the quality work that they do.

My home is pretty old so we needed to do a few things. I had a bathroom remodeling done by Re-Bath. I got a walk-in shower. However, I had the understanding that they would do the complete remodeling of the bath. They were trying to sell the shower and then the floor unit, but I had to buy the toilet and the vanity on my own and they charged labor charges to install them. So, it was not a very good experience. I got the full disclosure after the rep came in and then after we were going through the cost, the sales guy rolled a sheet of paper, but he never gave the detail, line by line item. That paper, he never gave me. I just got one piece of paper.
The first guy who came in for installation did quality work but he took too long. The sales guy who came said they would take two days. It could be done in one day if two people came. And then only one came, it would take two days. But this guy took four days. There was one issue with my vanity. He did not disclose it until one hour before the finish of the job. He should have checked the vanity. I was not told what kind of vanity to buy so I bought a vanity, but they didn’t tell me. They only told me, “You buy any vanity, we’ll put it up." Then the vanity had an extra shelf on one side. He did not check it and then did the plumbing so that I could have used the extra shelf. One hour before the close of the job, he showed it to me. “No. The shelf, I cannot put in because it is upsetting the plumbing.” They did correct the problem of the vanity and that lady was very nice. But it was too little too late and for me, it was a little too much work.
When they came for installation, the shower door was not there. They said since our shower has some odd dimensions, they had to order them. They said four to five weeks but nobody even called me back after four weeks. I had to call them all the way. Then they said, it’d be out in a couple of weeks. They had to install it one month later after the bathroom was finished. At that time, the new technician who came, he made some adjustments to the second shelf, and then he was able to fit in by cutting part of the shelf. They tried to fix it. The technician, every day, his reasoning was, “I have to buy supplies before I come to your home.” A bathroom remodeler should have all the supplies in their truck before they come in.
There was no real passion to finish the job to the best satisfaction for the customer. They may be a very good company, but if I have to remodel my other bathroom, I’m going to go with a full-service supplier who will buy me the tub, the vanity, the mirror and the toilet. I’m going to do it next year, but I will not consider Re-Bath because I cannot do this anymore.

Hands down the WORSE experience. My consultant, Scottie monopolized my time for 2 hours mulling over every excruciating detail at least 75 times when the obvious solution was already discussed the very first time we broached the subject. I actually feel hatred for this man. My 3yr old was in the background begging to go to McDonald's because she was starving. He completely ignored my rushed attitude and finally after several, "can we speed this up", I told him that I will have someone else see him out. I hate hate hate this man. He insisted on showing me two presentations even though he knew I wanted to leave. He pulled out every ugly sample in his bag even though I picked one of the first tiles he pulled out. He became upset because I was unwilling to spend my complete evening with him. Ugh.
I wanted to call the police on this idiot but I was just a woman and he a man and I couldn't overpower him but he knew I wanted to get out and he purposely stole 2 full hours of me and my daughters time. All to give me a $16,000 quote to install a shower ONLY in my brand new build townhome that already has a 3 piece rough plumbing in the intended bathroom. Do not use these people if Scottie (whatever his name is!) represents how they work. Ugh, I have learned a new life lesson from this, no consultant is allowed in my house without at least two of my giant male cousins there! And to ensure they leave, I will set off my house alarm the very next time some fool purposely overstays his welcome. I hate him still!

I just moved into a new home so it was time for a remodel and I liked that with Re-Bath, you can make payments. I bought a new tub, a shower and a vanity. They also did my floors. It was wonderful dealing with their sales rep and during installation, the installers told me when they were coming. They didn’t make a lot of noise because I work the night shift. Re-Bath is a wonderful company and they have wonderful products. Their people were very understanding and they walked me through the whole process. They were also very attentive and trustworthy.

We used Re-Bath for a tub liner years ago and it fit good, but it started getting water in between the liner and the whole tub. It had to be replaced, but we were toiling with that anyway and went with the walk-in shower. The sales representative who came here first looked at the job and quoted us a price estimate and we decided to buy. He’s very good. He gave in detail what would be done and everything was like he described. The technician who did the work backed his trailer up to the drive and it stayed there for the duration. He moved like a fine-lubed machine. Every step was productive and everything was well.
Re-Bath applied the amount of the old warranty cost to the new job and it was totally finished, but the technician who put the bench in before said there was a problem with the finish on some hardware. He ordered another one and the new bench was put in today, but my wife has a problem with the alignment of the bench. It’s not square and it bothers her. The installer took some photographs and said he was going to discuss it with his supervisor. All in all, we are well pleased with the shower. It’s pretty, the doors fit and we’re getting no water in the floor outside of the doors. Everybody we worked with was very professional too.

Original Review: Nov. 24, 2018
This job was expensive to begin with. It was not a total remodel. The first problem was that the floor they brought was a center drain and the existing drain was at the front of the tub obviously. This resulted in the using a jackhammer to move the plumbing in the foundation. Loud and dusty and upsetting to my elderly mother. The next thing I noticed were voids in the caulking and tons of ants entering which makes me believe they did not properly seal the foundation. Within a year or so the high end showerhead and spray wand began to leak leaving permanent rust stains on the floor.
I called Re-Bath back and after some hesitation they sent out a guy who told me my wand had been installed in the wrong location. He tinkered around a bit and left. Here we are years down the line and now both the showerhead and the wand leak and the controls do not seem to have a true off position so no matter what I try I cannot shut it off. We don't have the ability to pay a plumber to re-install all this stuff correctly and now I will have higher water bills from this really crappy and very expensive job.

It was time to remodel my bathroom. I liked the colors of Re-Bath's products and I also liked their salesperson. Everything just clicked, so I went with them. They were working with me in the scheduling time of the installation. I had to wait and they put me on the list so that if somebody cancelled out or they had something that they couldn’t finish, they would jump on mine, and they did. One gentleman came out for the installation and he was very knowledgeable, seemed to be in good spirits, and you could talk to him. I also love the walk-in shower that I got from Re-Bath.

Re-Bath was amazing and I was very happy with what they did. Our situation was such that we weren’t really gonna be here while they were doing the house. So I had to choose a company that would stand behind everything and protect my home. And the integrity of Re-Bath and the reputation of the owner were enough to satisfy me. I was also very impressed with the salesperson who came out to talk to us. He was really straightforward and honest, and we appreciated that. He also told us honestly about the timeline. He was really a good guy and this wasn't his first rodeo. He’s got lots of years of experience in the business.
I went all out with Re-Bath. It just was one-stop shopping. They gutted both my bathrooms, took everything out down to just plywood and replaced the sink. Then they also re-carpeted the entire home. When I met the crew at my house, I was confident in them and I enjoyed working with them. When one of the guys didn’t do something, the main guy was left in the situation where he couldn’t figure out what happened. He called me and asked if I had something changed and didn't tell him. I told him that I didn't and that he better check with his boys. He was hysterical and he was really comical. That aside, they were also so very good at communicating. I would get a text and pictures from them almost every night when they were done. So it was great.

The existing shower I had was collecting a lot of water, which created a lot of mold and mildew. I wanted something that didn’t have those ledges where everything was trapped and it was time to remodel my bathroom. Re-Bath was topnotch from beginning to end. Everybody I was involved with was wonderful and I recommend them to anybody. They explained everything and the pricing was reasonable. The girls who called and set up things were very good and professional. The men who came to install couldn’t have been any nicer. I was very comfortable with them and they were very respectful.
They tried to keep the disruption to a minimum. It was a little hard because of my space limitations, but they made it work. They also cleaned up well when they left. It was very well done and we all feel like we are on vacation when we take a shower. It’s beautiful. Everything was exceptional and I can’t speak highly enough of these people. Re-Bath's “finished in a day” ad on tv got me and it is exactly what happens. It’s an unusual experience to have the work done like that and true to their word.

We went to the showroom twice, spoke with the reps and then talked to a variety of other people about how much it cost to renovate two bathrooms. Re-Bath was cost effective as anybody else and I interrogated the owner who was very gracious, went through the materials and gave me different choices. We are in our 60s, so we got the bars and the seat put in our bathroom. We also got two stand-up showers and the rain shower with a handheld. They were both simply gorgeous in both our bathroom and the guest bathroom. The installers who came in on Monday were all business. I put them something to eat and drink and they said no and that they got what we needed. I had one bathroom gutted out and halfway finished by Tuesday.
Hurricane Michael came through Wednesday and they missed for three days, but they came back on the weekend and finished Monday morning. They were wonderful young guys who might have taken an hour to get materials in the local Lowe's or Home Depot, but they worked from the time they got to our house until late afternoon every day. I could not ask for a better group of folks. Great job. I have two beautiful bathrooms and Re-Bath was awesome. I was very skeptical and it is expensive, but everything else is these days. We got a good value for our money and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We got a bunch of coupons from different places and there was a $1,000 coupon with Re-Bath. We called them up and I liked the screening that they did for their employees and subcontractors. We felt comfortable with letting them in the house. Re-Bath was expensive but there was a guarantee that if something goes wrong or if we have problems with leaking or caulking, they would come back and fix it at no charge. They did the flooring in the bathroom and the walk-in shower, and the floor, and the walls of the shower, and glass doors.
The rep gave us a price for the whole bathroom and I told him we couldn’t do that. I liked that he gave us a bid and told us that the price he gave us would be the price that we would pay. He was great, very friendly and showed us his line of products. It was a very comfortable conversation although it lasted a while. The installation guy was very nice and explained stuff. If people had the money, I would recommend Re-Bath.

Re-Bath of Altamonte Springs Florida. Terrible support. Had our bath finished last Monday. Called back the following day about grout coming up on the tile floor. Was told someone named Jerry would call me back to set a time to come out. Never happened. Called the following day as a wall repair started coming through the paint. Told I would get a callback. Never happened. Called the following day for drain leaks under the sink. Guess what I was told? Guess what never happened? Filing a complaint with the BBB on Monday and contacting the state attorney general as well. These should have been very minor repairs. I have an incredible fear that if and when a big issue arises, I will get no service. Very very disappointed.

We were working through a complete bathroom overhaul and selected Re-Bath not only for our shower enclosure and a new toilet installation, but for the floors as well. With reasonable prices, prompt service, and pleasant follow up, I've got no complaints whatsoever with this and couldn't have possibly asked for anything more.
Our installer was not only courteous and friendly, but clearly communicated anything that wound up causing delays or potential confusion along the way so we were well informed with everything that was going on. As we also needed to raise the ceiling in our shower enclosure and raise the fixtures as I'm particularly tall, there is a lot of work to be done and it was all completed as soon as could be hoped for. The final product has been amazing and even though the rest of our project has not yet been finished, everything Re-Bath gave us has made our bathroom feel amazing to use even in the early stages of our project.

When first dealing with Re-Bath, the salesperson was extremely helpful and addressed all my concerns. Once the contract was signed, he was never available. I left several messages, none returned. The salesperson said the job would take a week, well, 27 days later it was completed, somewhat. A half wall, pony wall, at one end of the shower was 3/4" out of alignment, yet Re-Bath told me I needed to sign the completion order or the foreman would get in trouble. After signing the completion order, I was told I could schedule a time to 'finish' the work. Because I refused to sign, another 'foreman' came out and said the wall looked good, as did his helper. When a plumb line was used showing the 3/4" alignment mistake, the error was corrected almost immediately. I would rate Re-Bath with very poor communications, poor workmanship, and just plain wanting to get to the next job as soon as possible.

Updated on 11/12/2018: They did not do what I was told they would do, quite the opposite actually. They came out and look at the job, all the loose tiles and broken one, had a plan to fix it. Today another installer comes out not knowing exactly what to do because he was not told. When I ask about my tile he knew nothing about it. Now I have 2 broken tiles from him taking up the big bulky plastic trim they put down to hide the first broken tile. None of the shower wall lined up at all. I told the salesman this is a older home and it is not perfectly square. He said they do this all the time and are tearing it out and rebuilding it anyway so it does not matter, it will be when they are done. This was half true.
Now their fixed looks 10 times worse than it did, it was not fixed as explained to me. The fix was suppose to go over the uneven shower wall making it look right, instead it was installed on the outside of the wall making 2 times worse. Now I have over a 1/4 of silicone where a 1/8 inch gap use to be where the panels where suppose to line up. I still cannot believe I paid 10,000 dollars for something I was told I would get and still have not.
Original Review: Re-Bath came and did mine yesterday. Broke my floor tile and the tech said it wasn't his fault. All the tile in front of the tube is pop loose, after dropping all the heavy OSB they dropped on it and the steel tub they took out and put on it I am sure that had something to do with popping them loose, once again he didn't do that. Then I had to hear about all the fancy houses they do in East Lake and how everything in mine was **, oh they did a ** on the dry wall, they did a ** job finishing it, ** this and ** that. Sorry, I am a wounded veteran and cannot afford a 300,000 home to please your installer or anyone else and not only that it is VERY unprofessional to go into YOUR customers home talking about how ** it is. At least the electrician that was here said, "You have a nice home" which me and my wife and everyone else thinks so. We like it which is all that matters.
I paid 10,000 to have a jet tub and the walls and ceiling in closed, along with the hardware which you can only use theirs or they will not warranty the work. I told the salesperson that it is a older home but was just remodeled inside and out and that the drywall is not perfectly straight. He said, "No worries because we are going to tear it all out and reframe it in and everything will match up perfectly", well I certainly hope so if you're tearing it out and redoing it and paying 10 grand for a jet tube and walls. After breaking the tile they put this big plastic trim edge down that is 3 inches wide on the floor to hide the broken tile. Then the one side the wall cover is not flush at all, they broke a big piece of drywall out and it is right where the corner is where there is a half inch gap where they did not measure the sheet right before cutting it, so now there is a half inch of caulk and broken drywall there. You can see clear as day where they caulked that broken piece in.
I wish I could upload pics and show you all because I promise none of you would settle for that poor quality after spending 10,000 dollars and it only took them half of the day to do. Maybe if the installer wasn't so busy checking his trail cams on his phone and talking to his buddy on the phone about hunting the next day and about the deer he is watching on his phone checking his trail cams he would of measure and cut the piece properly. I like deer hunting as much as the next hunter but work time is work time.
Over all, their installer was very rude, did a ** job. I call today and told them what happened and sent pictures of their 10,000 dollar hack job. Then the cut sheet whereby where the door trim goes would not fit back flush like it was and the miter cuts align back up. Sorry but 10,000 dollars for small jet tube which was only 700 itself, bath wall coverings and fixtures I expect it to be a professional job. Just wanted to give you my experience with Re-Bath. I will post what they do to fix it. But as of now I would not recommend them to anyone. This might change if they treat me like a customer and do the job they said they would.

I contacted Re-Bath through Home Depot to do 2 showers at my house. I specifically told the salesman who came to the house how much I was looking forward to finally being able to shower in my master shower. I was sold on Re-Bath for their "do it all" approach, and I was told that they were better than other contractors because they did everything and that the price quoted was for "everything." I was also told that it would all be done in one day. On the first day of construction, I was informed that it would take longer because the measurements were done incorrectly by the salesman. After construction was complete, I was informed that someone would be out to measure for a door to complete the master shower.
After a few weeks of waiting for a call, I called Re-Bath and asked when they would be out to measure for a door. I was informed that a door was not included and that I'd have to go find someone to come in and put in the door for me. So much for "everything is included" and "we handle everything." In dealing with Re-Bath, I was informed "it's not in your contract," and too bad go figure it out yourself. The work was done well, but WATCH OUT AND KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING before you pay them an unreasonable sum to only do 90% of the job. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN FOR THAT REASON. You almost expect to get taken by a contractor, but they made it seem like they were the good guys when they sell you their product. BE CAREFUL!!!

Learn from my experience and don't waste your money. I hired Re-Bath because I was told the entire bathroom would be completed in 3-5 days, that they use all in-house people, and would repair any mold or plumbing problems that would be found. None of these things were true. The project began on October 1st and was completed on October 29th. I had a great quality, but outdated bath. Now, I have a poor quality bath that drips for an hour after using, it is too loud to use if someone is sleeping, and they have ruined the wall texture, door molding and got paint and drywall spackle all over windows, etc. There were multiple instances I was told they would be there, and they didn't show and times they showed when they were not expected. The plumber and drywall people were outsourced. I was aware they were outsourcing the tile and the tile subcontractor did an excellent job.
They didn't even caulk around the tub until I put up a big stink - then they caulked with a white that doesn't blend with the tub or the flooring. They painted the doors and trim with a roller for masonry, so it has lumps everywhere. EVERYTHING must be redone. I have already hired someone else to fix what they ruined. There is $14K down the drain. The $14K was supposed to be for tub, tile, wall and trim texture and paint, sink, counter, and toilet. They charge high end prices for low quality work and materials. They didn't keep any of their promises. I kept my floors, vanity, mirrors, etc since they are much better quality than their materials. They removed the copper pipes that were in great shape and replaced with PVC. The fixtures were supposed to be chrome, but they are plastic with a chrome colored coating.
Michele, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and we regret to find out that this was not the case. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We've lived here since 1989 and a bathroom remodel was almost the only thing that we hadn't done so it was time for one. Aside from Re-bath, I had three other quotes. But it was only the Re-bath salesperson who came on the initial visit who suggested some things that no one else even mentioned. He seemed very knowledgeable and was a really nice guy. When he came in, I showed him the shower and he suggested taking the header off as it will open the shower up and it will get a lot more air in there. We could get a lot more light. He also took all kinds of measurements which no one else did. I was really surprised because I figured they were probably gonna send somebody back to measure before they would bring the stuff in. But that salesperson took all these really exacting measurements and did a little diagram. He knew what he was supposed to do.
We got the white shower that goes from the floor to the ceiling. The installers came on the second week of September and did the job in a day. They were here at 7:30 and were gone by 1:00. They were nice. There was kind of a head guy and there was a younger guy who seemed to do all the heavy lifting. The other guy did all the measuring. I had stress fractures in my foot and I had to leave the guys here in my house by themselves and go to the doctor. When I came back, they were so concerned. When they had a question, they didn't want me to come walking into the bathroom. They said, "We're gonna come to you, and we're gonna explain everything. Then we'll go back." I only had to go in there once for some measurements.
They broke the light fixture in the bathroom because they had some really large panels that they were carrying in there. They immediately went down and purchased another one, came back and installed it. The glass got broken a second time so they went back down, got the glass and brought it to me. By then, I was lying in my bedroom which is where the bathroom is. The glass they brought got broken again and they said they would just bring me another piece later on when they come back in. And then I decided I didn't like the light fixture that they installed because it didn't match the other one that was in there. I called Re-Bath. They did a search on the internet and found one that was almost an exact match. They mailed it over here to me and told me they would come back and install it, but I told them I would have my brother do it. That all worked out great.
There was one other issue which kind of aggravated me. I live in a house with a full basement and the shower drain is right over my so-called storage room down there. The plumber didn't put a tarp down to catch all the debris when he was changing out the drain and there was a big mess down there. That was the worst thing. I had to move a bunch of stuff and I had to vacuum. I didn't really appreciate that. But overall, the Re-Bath people were really good and they came right away. I was really glad that they gave me a price and it seemed really fair. It wasn't the lowest price but it wasn't the highest either. I got a good deal and I really like it. I would recommend Re-Bath

Re-Bath was very reasonable and the salesman was outstanding. He didn't try to talk me into something that I didn't need and he just gave me what I'm asking for. I told him that I was mainly looking for something where I didn't have to worry about falling. I was slipping in the shower so I had to take the tub out because I'm having trouble getting around now. It took about four weeks for Re-Bath to start the job because they had many people they had to do first, but they did it quicker than what they told me they could do it for. It took one day. It's just that when they delivered the doors, the factory where they make the doors made a mistake so they had to send the doors back.
Otherwise, I had a good experience. It's not what you normally get when you have construction or something done with the house. Everything was great. Everybody that I spoke with every time I called was polite and they were very helpful. The people who came were professional and they were pleasant to be around. They did everything that I asked. I couldn't have had a better experience and I was really satisfied with them.

The installer decided he would add a trim to cover up a damage pan. We have called the main number and no one is answering the phone and no one is returning our calls. The installer said his supervisor needs to schedule him to finish the job so we have been waiting and waiting. Because I trusted the installer and signed off the completion I will need to finish installing the handheld which the installer said he would stop by to complete. I know that I should know better than to trust any company! Bottomline make sure everything to complete no matter how small before signing off!

Someone was looking in the neighborhood watch for bath remodelers and they said Re-Bath was someone they used. So, I started doing some research and gave them a call to get an estimate. My bathroom had been the original from the ‘70s. It was old and a remodel was definitely needed. I called Re-Bath to get an estimate and I was very impressed with the original appointment with Shannon, the bathroom designer. She was the first person who came to my house and I fell in love with her. She was also very nice and she made me feel very comfortable. I liked her personality and her knowledge of color and painting. I had a couple of ideas of colors I wanted, but I liked what she presented. I also found out that the owner of the local Re-Bath was someone whose daughter had gone to the school where I work. So, there was some personal affiliation.
Re-Bath did a total remodel of my bathroom. We started in June and they finished up with some final touches a couple weeks ago. The crew that came to my home was nice and very good. A couple of times I had to leave and I felt very comfortable and safe with them being here. The one-person installation crew that came out might not be as talented as I would've liked, but overall, I had a really good experience. Even though there were some glitches, the end product is beautiful and that is what matters to me.
The local Re-Bath owner did everything to make sure that the job got done the right way. He was very nice and I liked him too. Also, I am extremely fond of Shannon and would give her every kudos I can because she was awesome. She tried to accommodate what I wanted as a customer. Re-Bath gave us something a certain way, but I requested to have it done in a way that I wanted, and she got it done. I was impressed with that and pleased with the total outcome. I have another bathroom that I probably would have Re-Bath do as well.

We are still waiting, so frustrating. I will never use this company again. No one seems to listen or care and asked for payment in full; no. When it’s done they will get paid.

Nothing has been done in this old house for a number of years so I got a walk shower, flooring, walls and ceiling from Re-Bath which was local. The sales rep gave me some options as far as the flooring. I already knew what I wanted ahead of time and he just verified that. Then, the installer did a very good job. There was only the one guy for the most part for four days and he got a helper for a day or two. I left him alone, but when I had some questions, he took the time and explained what he had to. He cleaned up after himself when he was finished everyday. I'm completely satisfied with the job. Look into hiring Re-Bath.

We've been in the house for 27 years and all the bathrooms were original and set back in the 70's when the house was built. It was time to update. I contacted Re-Bath, and Collin, the sales rep, was very nice and helpful. We purchased the entire bathroom from Re-Bath. We stayed here at the house during the installation and I tried not to be in the crew's way as much as I could. They were very friendly and cordial and like Collin, they were very professional and courteous. I was impressed with their work. It took nine days from the time the installation started until the time it was completed, but there was no work done for the weekend, so the installation actually was seven days. I'm very happy with the results of the update.

I don’t know where to even begin. This was the most unprofessional, unorganized, and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I are finalizing estimates to redo our entire master bathroom. I called Re-Bath and scheduled a consultation. I should’ve know from the start that this company was going to be a train wreck. I was called twice after my initial scheduled time to reschedule because there was no one available to come out. I should have cancelled altogether, but I thought I would see what Re-Bath could offer. The consultation confirmed everything I thought this company was going to be. I was unsure the entire time if the individual, who never provided his name, was a Re-Bath employee, a Home Depot employee, or a general contractor. The individual, in his mid 20’s as he made us aware many times, was unprofessional from the start. I advised him that we had about an hour for him to provide us an estimate.
This was ignored as I will get to that in a minute. He began telling us stories about his family, how he was broke, and talking negatively about his past customers and the elderly. After about 20 minutes of his chatting about his life, we finally were able to go look at the bathroom. We told him that we were looking to do a complete remodel because the bathroom was outdated, the tub was rusting, and wasn’t our style - it’s original to the home. As he looked at the bathroom he looked at my wife and I and laughed. He proceeded to tell us everything was fine except the tub. We explained multiple times to him that we wanted the whole bathroom redone.
We finally realized after having him speak down to us and tell us what WE wanted we decided to give in to just move the estimate along. After spending 30 minutes of the consultant telling us what we wanted, we were able to pick out products. After we selected the products I told him we had 10 minutes before we needed to leave the house. He laughed and said “That’s not going to happen.” At this point we started to get irritated. Instead of giving us a quote, we had to sit through a cheesy PowerPoint that didn’t apply to us. FINALLY we received our estimate. It’s actually one of the best priced estimates we received. He continued to give his pitch to us even though we were 10 minutes past when I said we needed to leave.
At this point we are definitely late for a schedule appointment we have. The consultant provides the payment options and asks what our preference is. When we state our preference he begins to argue with us about why the payment option was not a good choice. At this point we don’t care and we don’t plan to use this company so we just agree with his argument. We give him the polite “Well we are going to think about it and make a decision soon”. He says “Well that’s really messed up that you guys did this to me”. We ignore that comment and start to head to the door because this guy could not catch a hint that it was time to go.
As he’s about to pack his things, he condescendingly asks “What do you do for work? Do you work with customers?” I explained what I do and he says “I bet you would be pissed if your customers only wanted to spend 10 minutes with you too.” I just couldn’t believe it. After almost 90 minutes in my home. The fact that you have people like this guy representing your company. I will never use or recommend your company. With that all said and done, I called the competing company later that day to schedule the FULL REMODEL to be completed. Paying 10% more than your estimate is well worth it to work with a trustworthy, respectful, and organized company.

We've lived in the house for 10 years and decided it was time to remodel our bathroom. We chose Re-Bath for the quality of their work. Their sales reps walked us through the process, told us what steps we needed to do and gave us ideas of the different products. We purchased a shower unit, a new countertop, new floor and new toilet. Then the two gentlemen who did the majority of the installation were very professional. They covered things and cleaned up at the end of each day. I was extremely impressed. The whole installation took seven days, not counting putting in the shower doors that were custom made. We’ve already been recommending Re-Bath to people. I even have a photo book made of the project so that we can show it to others.

We had a major remodel done by Re-Bath. I wanted a toilet that was handicapped acceptable. We did the shower and they purchased a new toilet, a new medicine cabinet and a new faucet for us. The sales reps helped out and everything was satisfactory. The installer took a week to do the job. We thought that was a little long, but he knew exactly what he was doing. He did all the plumbing and everything else he was supposed to do. He was very knowledgeable and answered a few questions. We had to make a service call about a month ago and they replaced a couple of cartridges in the faucets that were leaking.

We had problems with our shower door and needed a new uncommon-sized tub so, remodeling our bathroom seemed to be the best solution to our issues. We knew what we were looking for and Re-Bath's sales rep had examples of the products they had. However, they were canned examples and I think being able to see them in a real bathroom could have been better. Nevertheless, we bought the shower, tub and the surround from them. They explained to us exactly how it would be made and how they would install it. And exactly what he said happened. The installers were very professional and on time. They described the process and told us when we would be needed. Afterwards, they explained how to clean it and how it worked. We went over the warranty, and Re-Bath told us to call them if we have any questions and they would address them. They came around 8:00 and were done about 3:30. Overall, we were very happy with the product.

Also, the workers that came out were all excellent. We took the tub out, put the big walk-in shower with grab bars and then made the shower into a linen closet. The demolition crew of Nacho and Roberto demolished everything and took the tile and the bathtub out. Then Andrew and Jeremy came in a few days and did the finish out. They did such a great job. My husband was aging and we knew we needed some assistance, so we were looking for the walk-in shower stall. We knew that Re-Bath was in Paducah and I went and looked inside their showroom. Then I discovered that someone locally had them do a bathroom and a shower and they were very pleased. Also, their sales rep was nice when she came. But we started last year in July and I was trying to call to find out when they were gonna be able to install it and it was in the first of this year that they finally were able to get it installed. I knew that it was going to be eight weeks but it just kept going on and I couldn’t get a date so that was kinda frustrating.
Then, when the installers came out, they came at a bad time because there was snow but it wasn’t their fault. Fortunately, we have a door that leads right off from the bedroom where they were doing the installation so they didn’t have to bring things in and out through the other part of the house. But that was kind of an ordeal. Also, they had to wait because it seemed like there was something missing. So there were some factors in there but they were very good and they cleaned up their mess every night.
The walk-in shower is six feet and it has a seat in the corner, grab bars, and sliding doors. When they installed it, they did the wall, too. I picked out a color that matched our things. Then we had one more update because we were having a problem with the handheld shower. When we'd take it down, it was kinda catching on so I went in to see what could be done about that at the showroom. I discovered that they now have a magnetic shower head so we had that installed within the last few weeks. I would recommend Re-Bath but I would tell friends upfront that I don’t know when they’ll get the service.

My bathroom needed a remodel and things were falling apart. I visited Re-Bath's showroom and found it beneficial. I got two bathrooms done in the house, one at a time. The first one was around April and the second one was around June. The installers were exactly on time. They never came and bothered at the door prior to the 8 o'clock start. They cleaned up each evening before leaving. There was only one date where the installer asked if he could stay later in order to push for completion and I granted it. They listened to what I wanted and they asked for my opinion on the height of an item or a placement. They were friendly and went over and above. There were some little minor things that they took care of just in the course of doing the work. I was very impressed with them.
I've since had the house painted and the painter was never on time, never knew what point in the morning he and his crew were arriving. Re-Bath covered the floor and protected the walls. Even though we were having the house later painted, they still covered everything completely. With the painter that I had, it would have been nice to have covered the walls, the closet with a better coverage, and should have absolutely covered the floor better so I don't have all these freckles of paint on doors and stuff that I'm still in the process of cleaning. With Re-Bath, there was nothing left. I have hardwood floors and they covered the floors with a cardboard type product all the way from the front door down to the hallway. They never dinged the walls. Also, with the painter stuff, I've got a ton of stuff to have hauled away while Re-Bath hauled everything away. I have recommended Re-Bath.

The part ended up taking 2 Months to come in. When it came in that said it was damaged and would have to order another one which would take 2 weeks. Guess what? We are at 3 weeks already. Informed associate that I did not think that was pertinent information in order to schedule an estimate for a bathtub install. Associate was hesitant to schedule appointment without this information but we did get something on the books, eventually.
A while later the manager called back and asked if my husband would be present for the estimate! I told the manager I was surprised she would call back after the previous conversation had with the associate and if me not disclosing my marital status was a problem we should cancel the appointment. Manger's reply was, "Give us a call back if you change your mind." I'm honestly blown away (and mad) they would rather lose business than go without knowing my marital status and if my potential husband would or would not be present.

We were doing some basic research online because we wanted to get our bathrooms remodeled. Re-Bath was the most well-prepared for their presentation and they were ready and willing to book things far in advance. We were looking in about February for a job in July and they had no problem putting that on the books. The sales guy was great. He spent an hour and a half with us. His schedule was flexible and he said he had no problem with us reaching out to him if we had any additional questions. We got our showers redone by them and we were working on all three of our bathrooms at the same time, two full bathrooms and a powder room.
The installation went great. Partially because we scheduled so far in advance, we got two incredibly talented and efficient guys that were kind of lead installers within the company. They were prompt, were very clean and respectful of our home. They were efficient and they were really nice guys too. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and it was a great experience. We’re 100% pleased with our purchase.
It was definitely worth it to go with a company as comprehensive as Re-Bath was. The whole process was handled very professionally and very smoothly. I appreciated the communication by all the parties involved. I also appreciated the work ethic shown by the installers. Sometimes when you hire people, it seems like they’re dithering away the time. But these guys were very focused. They were very personable and very polite. Hiring more people like them or treating their employees well enough to get them to that expert level, is coming through. I would definitely recommend Re-Bath if anybody is looking to do such a large project like ours.

Please be careful with the Re-Bath contractors. We were charged almost $5000 for a small bathroom shower remodel. Looks great, it’s the quality of work that is the issue. They were supposed to change all piping to copper, didn’t do. Can’t fix now the project is done. The workers literally glued the drain on with a tube of silicone when they couldn’t make the wrong one fit. This caused a big leak that dripped on my heating ducts rusting them almost all the way through.
I caught this problem on a trip under my house. Re-Bath acknowledged the GC used, SunCoast Construction, was suspect and paid for most of the repairs I did myself. Most of the silicone used to seal the edges and seams of the plastic liner is peeling, and to top it all off I just found out the GC never pulled a permit when he did the work. I just sold that house and the new owners just contacted me upset because they are having to get the permit now. I can honestly see why he never pulled a permit because the crappy work they did would have never passed inspections. Now I have to pay for the city inspectors to come out and gain access behind the liner to check plumbing work. I would say you get what you pay for but from reading reviews, that’s not the case. Like my remodel, they are overpriced and under quality. Do not use Re-Bath.

Jean was very patient with our 6,000 questions and made sure that we kept all of our decisions straight. We only have the one bathroom in our house. Jean guaranteed us that at the end of each night at least the stool would be functional. And it was. The installation was very quick and it was well-orchestrated. We were impressed. Todd came in and did his thing. Then the plumber did his thing and was gone the next day. Then the electricians went here and did their thing. They cleaned up really nice afterwards.

While the tub and shower were of good quality, the installation was horrendous and Re-Bath has made no effort to fix the problems. This is part of a larger bathroom remodel. First, the butt was measured improperly so that it didn't fit in the area where the old one sat leaving a gap between the tub and the end of the flooring. Second, as part of the installation, the installer scratched two wood doors and bent our storm door while hauling the old tub out. The installer gave us his "word of honor" he would be back out to fix the issues but of course, he's never showed.
Then we were finally able to use the tube we discovered that water backed up and came out the overflow drain. Called Re-Bath but no response so we paid to have it fixed by reliable, skilled plumbers. The next part of the project has now begun, removing the old floor and contractors found where water was leaking from the tub drain and onto the floor. Has a nice new shiny covering of mold. Called Re-Bath but given their previous history we'll need to get a new plumber to actually fix it. Avoid these scammers at all cost.

We had Debbie out from Re-Bath to look over our project and give us a quote. We have an existing deck tub that we want removed and a free standing tub installed, along with a new free standing faucet. We are providing the tub, the tile and grout. The bid was $14,300.00!! Re-Bath is providing the free standing faucet and labor. I was absolutely shocked!! I asked Debbie why the bid was so high? She replied, "It's a box we check off." What??!! Really??!! Beyond ridiculous bid. We've had 2 other bath remodelers out and Re-Bath's bid is double the highest bid received.

We were thinking about remodeling, but we found out it was too expensive to do the whole house, so we decided to start with the bathroom. If we chose to get a contractor, it would have taken two months, but Re-Bath was able to do ours in about eight days. We worked with Josh, their sales rep and in an hour, we had decorated the whole bathroom and he made a really nice design. We wouldn't have gone any further if it wasn't for him. We also got to meet the office manager, Renee. She followed us all the way through the whole thing with emails and said that was her dream bathroom. They then sent us the best installers, Chase and Eric. They said they weren't in a big hurry, so we got to wait for the best. One of them said they move slower but they are perfectionists compared to some other guys but we didn't notice the slowness.
Though we have an issue now, they're sending somebody in to look at it to see if there's a problem. Other than that, we're loving our bathroom. It looks like a hotel spa. Go with Re-Bath if you want your bathroom completely redone in a week or two. It's a little bit on the pricey side, but you'll be paying for them to get in and out, and do a quality job with good materials.

With my Jacuzzi being so tall that I needed a stool to get in, I decided on having my bathroom remodeled and went to Home Depot. We wanted to get a shower put in but Home Depot said they couldn't do it because my bathroom had a Jacuzzi and not a regular bathtub. So, they sent us to Re-Bath. I started looking into the remodel about 12 weeks ago and it has been a week now since Re-Bath got it done. The installation team was great and I can't believe they did it in a short time as they did. They didn't waste any time and they cleaned up after themselves. The only thing they didn't clean up good was the garage after sawing in it for so long. They got most of the sawdust but we had to clean up on the sawdust in it. Otherwise, they did good and we had a great experience.

I am perplexed at things I have found online with people saying how much Re-Bath charges for makeovers (the prices seemed reasonable). My boyfriend was at my home to meet with the Re-Bath employee and he told my boyfriend it will be over $10,000.00 for ONLY the shower remodel. Seriously??? We had someone else prior to this person coming give an estimate and it was $3,800.00 for materials and labor. And, that was actual ceramic tiling to the ceiling (not some material that "looks" like tile) and a custom door with it being extended out to make the area bigger. What in the world is this company doing? How are they in business? I am at a loss over this quote they gave today. The entire bathroom should cost that, not just a walk-in shower that is not extended per their quote (and NO tub). Unbelievable.

We had had this bathroom remodel done in our previous home and when we bought this home we said we had do it again. Choosing Re-Bath for the job was the right thing to do all the way around. Their price was good and the people were really friendly. The sales team treated me very well. They were very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. We did the walk-in shower six weeks ago and one guy did the whole thing. He worked and worked then he cleaned up everyday. Our experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend Re-Bath and the young man that did ours.

We had a Whirlpool tub taken out and the shower made three times bigger than what it was, and then a closet on the end of the shower. We put on the solid panel walls. Our shower’s probably 10-foot long now. It’s got a big thick glass on it. We did the purchase three months ago and the sales representative was excellent. Tony was his name and he was helpful and explained things real well. So I was happy with Re-Bath all the way across the board. The installation put in a ceramic type floor, ceramic walls and a window kit. They put on both ends, showers, a tall one and short one ‘cause we got three dogs. We got them all in there and gave them all a bath. Also, I’m a 100% disabled vet and what Re-Bath did is handicap accessible.

The day before the install they say the wrong color base was sent. To make a long story short it was 15 weeks before it was installed. Suppose to take 1 day. Job did not get completed and the next day was 4th of July. Business closed. Told the manager would be here at 7:30 or 7:45 on July 5th. Received a phone call at about 10:15 from someone saying he would be over. Thought it was funny. Was NOT the manager. My mom is getting older now and she can't get in and out of the tub so I looked at getting my bathroom remodeled. I checked Lowe's and I got a quote, and I checked Bath Fitter too. And then an email came up from our Nextdoor app and I also saw Re-Bath's phone number on TV so I gave them a call to see what their quote was gonna be. Tim, the sales rep who came out, was the best. He was accommodating and phenomenal. He came in with information that no one else came with and samples of what the product looked like. As an engineer, I was curious as to how it was done step-by-step and he walked me through the entire process.
The remodel was done in the end of May and I was shocked that it was a one-man job. The installer did it all. He was so respectful of our home and our belongings and he was the nicest man I have ever met. And if I needed to leave my house, which I didn't, I would have trusted him with everything. I had to write this. My father just died so we are now selling his house. The bathroom that "Re-Bath" "remodeled" is in such atrocious shape, it literally needs to be re-done again. This bathroom was done by Re-Bath no more than 10 years ago, if that. There is absolutely NO reason we should have to sink thousands of dollars more into after what my mother apparently paid you. Your service is TRASH. Anyone who looks to Re-Bath should not walk but RUN away from your business. TERRIBLE.

From beginning to end I had nothing but satisfaction.
Steven my Re-Bath installer was without a doubt the nicest, most efficient and honest worker that I have ever experienced! He helped us so much in deciding where to put different things that would work best for us. Even driving 90 miles and dealing with Nashville morning traffic, he was always smiling. The job was a complete remodel of the master bathroom which included the shower, removing a tub, all new vanities, all new floors and subfloors and exhaust fans. There were several installation teams and they all did fine. So far, we're feeling good about the remodel that they did for us.

I had knee replacement so I could not get in and out of the tub. One bathroom already had been remodeled but the other one still had the tub. We were getting a walk-in shower and I got bids from some other places. But Re-Bath gave me time and that was the main thing with me. I didn’t want them here three to five weeks. The lady came over and we discussed what I needed, what my budget was and what I was looking for. I was very satisfied with our interaction.
They finished about four weeks ago and the installation team was great too. I would recommend Re-Bath because they told me it would be three days total and really, it was a little less than three days. And a part of that was my fault because I couldn’t tell them where the shut-off valve was to the bathroom. They had moved the water line from one side of the road to the other side to put in a fire hydrant and I’d forgotten that. But luckily, we had some friends that knew where it was located. It held the installers up about an hour, which I hated. But it worked out. The only problem I’ve had is trying to register my faucets but that isn't their fault. They gave me all the material to register them, but every time I call, I get all of the advertisements and I never can get to the point. I’ll just go on the computer and register it there.

We've had a really good experience with Re-Bath. Before we had them, we had another company that was in the process of finishing the master bathroom. But this company didn't do some of the things that they were supposed to do and we had a really bad experience with them. They were supposed to be done in just a couple of days, but they had been working at the job for three and a half weeks and it was a nightmare. In all that time, their stuff was hauled in our garage, so we couldn't even park our car there. We always keep our car in the garage and I don't like leaving cars out in the heat of the day.
Then we got a hold of Brock, a sales rep of Re-Bath, and he was very honest. He told us that the job would take two days to complete and that was exactly what happened. Nick, the little kid who came in to do the work, cleaned up everything. ReBath did everything they said and they were right on time. The price they quoted to us was right on, with no surprises. Last September, I got some shower, floor, countertop, and cabinet -- almost everything. The sales rep and the installers were pretty good. I'm a really picky person. I have hired so many contractors that did so much sloppy jobs, but I really like the way Re-Bath fixed it. Also, I tell everybody that the after service is excellent. The sales rep at Re-Bath came out, took his measurements, looked at everything, showed the product, showed me the quality of it, and went over everything. There was a leak in my bathroom and when I asked Home Depot if they had somebody who remodeled bathrooms, they gave me Re-Bath’s information. They had a material that was like Corian and it has a lifetime warranty. A gentleman came out and we went through the choice of materials. He gave us the price and we gave him the half down. We had the master shower completely redone last year. Then in Spring, we had the guest bathroom remodeled for my mother who is disabled now. The saleslady, my mother and I had a very good exchange over different places we could put things like rails. We had the countertop redone, the tub ripped out and a shower with a bench put in. We also put a hand shower immediately next to the bench and other things like that that made the bathroom perfect for her.

We bought our winter home in Florida a year ago and decided to start making it our own. So we decided to do little things to the master bath. Our neighbor had his bathroom remodeled. We saw a Re-Bath truck in his driveway and we decided to call them. We had a couple of other companies’ quote too but Re-Bath’s price was more reasonable. I’m also big on reviews and Re-Bath has some really good reviews. So we thought we would try them and I’m glad we did.
Their sales rep was an older gentleman that had visited our house, spent time with us and went over all of our options. He showed us different samples. He was so good at what he did and he didn’t have any high pressure and we didn’t really feel like we had to make the decision that day. But we ended up making the decision that day. Re-Bath ended up remodeling our bathroom and the installation was phenomenal. The installer was there when he said he was gonna be there. He would leave every night and he would clean everything up. We didn’t even notice that a contractor had even been in our house. He asked us what we wanted and did exactly what we wanted and didn’t argue. It’s so hard to find people like this. So any time I get a chance, I tell people about Re-Bath. He ripped out a bathtub and a shower, then reconfigured the shower area. He put one big shower in and did a vanity top as well.
It ended up being a longer project than we thought but it was not a big deal. Re-Bath thought it was gonna be three days but it ended up to six. We also own a rental condo in Florida and we had some problems with a tenant and some leaky walls. I called Re-Bath and they got out there right away. I’m so impressed with them. They were busy but it’s almost like they dropped everything for us and tried to figure out the problem. We even had them contracted, then we found out that the tenant was being dishonest with us. So Re-Bath didn’t charge us a thing for coming out and just did some caulking for us. They didn’t charge us for the estimate that we signed and then backed out of. I would highly recommend Re-Bath to anybody that wants bathroom remodeling. We absolutely loved them. From start to finish, the experience with them was great.

It was just built into a shower, but I originally had a bath and a surround there. The first crew came to do the bathtub and they were really sweet. They were in and out, cleaned up after themselves and warned me ahead of time it was gonna get well.
The second guy came and did the vanity and the floor, painted and replaced the door to the bathroom. He was okay for the first couple days but on the last day, he got testy. I did a bathroom with Re-Bath 14 years ago and some of the caulking around the edge had started to turn black. They had said that their stuff was guaranteed for life so I called them but the rep told me that they usually charge about $90 to re-caulk, which I thought was strange. But their caulk lasted 14 years and I told them I wanted the same product. So they sent a guy out to re-caulk it and he was here for 15 minutes at best. Then he told me not to worry about it and even when I tried to tip him, he told me not to worry about it. I was like, “Oh my God. Thank you so much.”
At the time, I had also already put in an order for my second bathroom. Brock came and gave me a quote then he had to come back a couple of times when I had to change orders on him but he was great. It was a little pricey though. When I did my first bathroom it cost $5,600. That was 14 years ago and the price doubled. Now, it was $12,000. I had initially called Kohler but they gave me the same estimate and I didn’t want to spend that amount. But then I called Re-Bath and I really wanted them to do it. The cost set me back a little bit and I ended up financing it through GreenSky.
The installers were very accommodating and they cleaned up after themselves. They finished the installation a day early and the bathroom came out really beautiful. Brock even came back and took pictures of us in the shower with the ducky. It was pretty cool. I would recommend Re-Bath to anybody. I get phone calls continually from people that want to know about Re-Bath’s product and we always give them a positive feedback. My bathrooms are great. The material that they used in the older bathroom doesn't look any different than it did when they put it in 14 years ago. Even in the caulking, only a three-feet piece needed to be re-caulked. It was not the entire thing. I haven't had a problem with that bathroom since they did it. It holds up well.

I would not recommend nor tell anyone not to use this company if you are going with a bathroom remodel. Everything started out great and I had high expectations after given a very professional sales pitch. A sales pitch that was very informative and explained the high quality of work that they produce. After I decided to go with Re-bath of Tulsa and was given the timeline of work to be completed (4-6 weeks, with a one-two day install) and the amount it would cost I felt confident in my decision.
After I signed the contract and paid half up front I had zero contact from them for five weeks and called them to see when the install would take place is where I felt I choose the wrong company. It took three or four calls to just get a call back from them. When I finally received a call back I asked when the install was going to place and was told “I am not sure, we will have to get back to you”. A few days later I missed a phone call from the sales rep that I signed the contract with and he left a voicemail. The voicemail is as follows:
“Hey this is _______ (sales rep) with Re-Bath I was just calling to let you know your install date is going to be um um Monday April 30 and could go into Tuesday May 1. If this date don’t work for you just give me a callback, alright thanks bye…” The above is the actual transcription of the voicemail that I still have saved on my phone. The dates that the sales rep called and gave me for the install were dates that would put the install in the timeframe that was given to me upon signing contract (was the sixth week). Up to this point I felt things were going good for the most part, they lacked on communication but nothing alarming.
Then April 30th came about and I arranged to be there and changed and altered plans in order to do so. On Monday April 30th I sat around the house all day and around lunch time I called to speak with the sales rep and did not get an answer. So, I said to myself they did say April 30th and Tuesday May 1st so I sat around the house just in case they showed up but realized they were not going to arrive on the 30th. The following day I had arrangements made again to be at the house and around lunch time still no one arrived. I called again and finally the receptionist answered and I asked about what time she thought the installers were going to arrive. Her reply was something to the effects of, "I will have get ahold of the shop and call you back."
I waited for an hour or so and received no return phone call and called again and the same person answered the phone. I asked about the status of the installers and she transferred me to the “shop” and a gentleman answered the phone. I gave my name and asked when the installers were going to show up. You could hear typing and he said I don’t have you on the board for yesterday or today. I told him I received a voicemail from the sales rep stating that the install dates were the 30th and the first and he said sir I have you on the board the last week of July. I again repeated that I had received a voicemail from the sales rep and was told the 30th and the 1st, to which he replied “sorry but we will be out there last week of July.”
So, I got off phone with the “shop” and attempted to call the sales rep again and did not get a reply. I called back to the office and finally got ahold of someone (after numerous no answers) and spoke with the gentleman which I later found out was a boss of some sort and explained I have a voicemail of the install dates and got a no show from your guys. He then repeats what the first guy says about the last week of July install. I asked him why the sales rep gave me different dates and simply could not answer that. The boss guy said, "Sir we will do what we can. I'll try to get my guys out there tomorrow (the 2nd) to get you taken care."
The guys arrived the following morning and began install, about half way through the day the sales rep finally called me back and said, "What’s going on?" I notified him you told me install dates and your guys never showed up and you were unreachable. This is where I lost all confidence in this company is when the sales rep replied “sir, you must have misheard me because I never told you those dates” and I replied with, "Now you're saying I am not telling the truth and I have the voicemail still saved on my phone I would be happy to let your boss listen to it."
This is when he instantly apologized and told me “well sir I dropped the ball we were waiting for your custom parts come in.” The installer came in on the 2nd and were here until the 3rd and did not finish. The fixtures I ordered were mix matched the window was not installed. The tub had about an inch gap underneath it, holes in the wall outside the shower, the list could keep going on and on, it simply looked awful. After the installers came to me at the end of the third day saying the only thing they can’t get done is the window but everything else is done.
This is when he was handing me all the warranty paperwork and contract stating “I acknowledge and accept that the product provided is complete to my satisfaction” and I told him I am not signing it. He said that fine I understand and then gave me the bill with the remaining balance on it. Then he gave me paperwork saying that I CAN’T shower or use it for 48-72 hrs and while at the same time told me I could shower in it this evening.
The following day the sales rep called and said, "How does everything look." I told him all the issues and then he replied with “well your remaining balance is …” I told him I am not paying the balance until the job is done. Two weeks later another set of installers came to install window cover and in my opinion were not happy with how the others crew installed it. They took the time and fixed and finished the job and right after I received yet another call from the sales rep asking for the remaining balance.
In my opinion the end result is a version of what I expected but to be perfectly honest if it were not for the vice president doing everything in his power to right the wrongs I would be given a completely different review. The installers and the VP were very polite and professional but the sales rep the moment you sign the contract don’t give a hoot about you literally blows you off. If they were to have a better individual to be your point of contact through the process then the sales rep I would imagine the process would have gone much better. Overall, the end product is nice but due to the rudeness and arrogant attitude of the sales rep after signing the contract and the general lack of care for his customers I would not recommend them nor recommend them. I will say this if you go with them stray away from using the sales rep as your point of.

Re-Bath redid my master bathroom. It’s a 12’ x 12’ bathroom stripped down to the studs and the beams and then a complete redo. So, it has all new plumbing, electrical, tub, cabinets, countertops, rock walls, tile, towel racks and lights. ended in the end of February. The sales representative was fantastic. I’m thinking of selling the house and I’m a guy living by myself. So, there were three things I had to be careful of. One, the design had to be right, two, the colors couldn’t be too masculine, and then three, it had to go with the current style, what’s going on in the market today. I want a new bar to walk in and say, “Perfect.” Re-Bath's rep was really good on working with me on the layout. I drew something out on paper and he put it on at 3D diagram. It was fantastic.
I helped a little with the installation. I tore out my master bedroom at the same time so that they would have somewhere to work. We had kind of a miserable winter here in Dallas. And so, they set up their whole shop in my garage and in my master bedroom and knocked it out. It was incredible. And they allowed me to change plans in the middle. They listened to me. The whirlpool bath is on a platform. So, I had them extend the platform a foot so that it has a bench area on it. And then I wanted to put a closet in the room as well and I wanted a cutout in the closet so I could put in a medicine cabinet. They were happy to do that. They were great guys and really easy to work with.
The overall process took about eight weeks, and I was very happy with it. The finished product is incredible. So, my next-door neighbor came over and said, “You just knocked it out of the park.” The realtor who’s working with me on listing my home said, “This is the best bathroom remodel I’ve ever seen.” I’ve already shown the place to other prospective Re-Bath customers. But, it was a lot of money. It was $47,000 so people have to be ready to spend money. And then I did a lot of things after they finished. The crown molding doesn’t come with the job. I also built the custom medicine cabinet to match the other cabinets. That’s not gonna be standard.

We purchased a house and there was a problem with the shower. It was getting worse so we knew then we had to get it redone. We liked the price of Re-Bath and we had the whole shower done by them. The whole purchase process took about five weeks because I was waiting on finance and on top of that, they had to order the material. But the sales rep was very professional. He explained everything that was going to be done. And he said he was coming back out to see if they finished but he never made it to do that. The installers were very professional as well. They worked from the time they walked in the door to the time they left.

If we had any questions, the young man that did the installation was able to answer all of our questions. He did a great job and we love it. I have muscular dystrophy and I was having trouble. We had about a four-inch step on our shower and I was having a lot of trouble doing it. We needed a roll-in, walk-in shower and decided that we had to remodel. Two sets of our friends recently had Re-Bath done and they recommended them sky-high so we went with them. We got the complete Linden Bathroom from Re-Bath down to the bare walls with new fixtures, plumbing and shower. Interacting with their installation team was great. While there were additional plumbers and electricians present as required, Brad and his partner, Rico did the whole nine yards by themselves with no oversight.

For the past year, I’ve been ongoing on home improvement and that led me to select Re-Bath. I started out by tearing down an old shop building as I was making a patio from the old concrete slab that supported the old shop. And then I went toward the house to try to improve it. I’ve hired painters, bought the paint, and painted the huge room and hallways. In the meantime, I called the Re-Bath salesman, Mike. He came by pretty promptly, I got a prompt service from them, and the guys had it all done in about four hours.
The installation was pretty brief as the youngsters pretty much knew what they were doing. There’s nothing uneven and it looks good. It’s easy to clean, too. People would see it and say it's tremendous. At first, I thought they had placed the shelves too high because I am a short fellow. But I stepped into the tub and thought they weren’t too high at all, so the construction was pretty satisfactory. The darn thing was close to $10,000 and then they gave me a $500 coupon. But I think I could’ve had it done for less money or I could’ve found someone who could’ve done a good job for less.

The product is good however, installation is shoddy at best. For a company who charges an arm and a leg for so little work, they do not like to take responsibility for mishaps and charge more fees to rectify. The “salesmanship” is top notch - lure you in than suck you dry for more $. Cheaper to have your entire bathroom done in tile with additional bells and whistles. Live & learn.

January we decided to redo our bathroom shower/tub and convert to shower only. After seeing the model in Home Depot we called Re-Bath. Salesperson came out. Cost was double what I was expecting but we still proceeded. Someone cane to get exact measurements. First week of April we were scheduled for install. That night my husband came home and questioned why ceiling and wall were not aligned. Called Re-Bath and supervisor came out and said they would replace panel. He remeasured and then May 4 guy came out to replace. He asked me to look at it when he was done. Of course I looked at ceiling which looked fine.
My husband came home and says they didn’t pull off old panel. They just threw a new one over the old and now that panel is double thickness of all others. For over $8,000 they should do a perfect t job!! Wish I had just called in a time guy. Can you imagine how beautiful my bathroom would look for $8,000 small bathroom maybe 4’x5’.

There’s been a horrible smell in that bathroom since we bought the house, and we had it for 12 years. My wife couldn't stand it anymore, and so, we remodeled the whole thing. I purchased from Re-Bath last year. Brad, the salesman, was the one that sold me on everything. I bought the shower stall and it comes in sheets and that almost look like square tiles. The guys from Re-Bath put the sheets and then they put the flooring in. Then we put the new bath, the new toilet, and the floor. I like it and it's very nice. I also got a shower stall door.
I’m 81 years old and I’ve been a contractor all my life, though I can’t do it anymore. So I knew what’s going on, and the guys that came, Mel and Dwight, were really good workers. These guys knew what they were doing. They had to rip up the floor and they sprayed everything to get rid of that smell and the mildew stuff. They sprayed three times. And then, I had my bug guy come in and spray all around the edges and all around the thing so we don’t get any more bugs in there. I bought cabinets on a deal at Home Depot and I had them install that for me too. Now, when I go back this year to Re-Bath, we may be doing the master bath, but that’s not definite yet since my wife loves that shower stall now.

We have been here about 11 years and it was time for us to do something with the bathroom. We were looking around, got three bids and decided that Re-Bath’s bid was what we wanted. Their sales rep was a very pleasant young man. We got a new granite shower, took the tub out, and put all the stuff back in. Re-Bath did everything in one day and the guys that they sent out here were really excellent and friendly. A rep came by a couple of weeks after they had done the remodeling and we talked for a little while and took some pictures of us with him. Re-Bath did everything well. We were really pleased.

I had Re-Bath redo my old custom sized shower and put in a tile floor with new threshold. The new shower stall was a perfect fit and the materials looks terrific. The 3/8" thick porcelain, tile floor is a great compliment to the shower walls and was laid out perfectly. Make sure that you repeat back to the salesperson your understanding of what is included and what is not included and you will have a great experience and bathroom when you are done.

We did remodels in three different bathrooms. The first bathroom was merely outdated. The second bathroom had loose tile and we had the floor replaced. And then for the master bathroom, we wanted to replace the small shower and make it one large walk-in shower. We did some cross-shopping around and the main selling point for Re-Bath was that we didn’t need to go to the showroom and look at what their offerings were. The sales process went smoothly but we had a few snafus when we began the installation.
The main point of confusion was two-fold. First, when the salesperson arrived for us to sign the contract to begin the work, he didn't have the samples that we had picked out. We had to remember what the samples were from memory and that made it very difficult especially because we were signing for such a large contract. When customers pick out their samples, they should make sure that the salesperson knows what the samples are and they should keep photographs of the front and rear of the sample itself along with identifying markers so that when the time comes to sign the contract, they're doubly sure that what's on the contract is the sample that they chose.
Second, when the first bathroom was completed, which was basically a tub removal and a shower installation, we found that the base of the shower was a few inches narrower than what the replacement tub had been. So our shower environment was very tight. But once we complained about that to Re-Bath, they were gracious enough to come, tear out the entire installation and redo it with a wider base. They were extremely accommodating with that.
We're completing the master bath now and we had to change the floor color, which was our fault. Once the large walk-in shower was completed, we noticed that the floor pattern that we picked out was not going to be appropriate so we canceled that. But getting a replacement picked out and ordered proved to be much more difficult than it should have been. We ended up making three trips to Greensboro, which was no small feat for us for we live quite a few miles away. And still, there was some mix-up in the communication. At that time, we thought the floor was ordered on two different occasions and it turned out it was not. We ended up waiting four weeks longer than we should have had to. Changing the floor color also meant they had to release their installation person to other jobs which we totally understand. It was just the reordering of the product once we have decided what we wanted that seemed to take much longer than it should have.
Despite that, I would definitely go with Re-Bath again. We couldn’t be more pleased with our installer, Stan. In fact, we’ve requested him each time that we had one phase of this renovation that we needed to complete. He's impeccable. He does work better than me and I have very high standard for myself. So that's very good news.

The installation team was good. They were prompt every day and the only criticism I have of the entire process was that we wound up having a problem with the handheld showerhead. I used Re-Bath in 2010 then my house burned down and I wasn’t going to settle. I wanted everything replaced. The first time, we had a 20-year-old old-fashioned fiberglass bathtub with tile walls replaced. They took out that tub and did a step-in, double-wide shower, which was the same length as the bathtub. It has one little step with sliding doors. I still had kids at home then. Now that my kids are gone, we did the exact same thing, the same size of the bathtub, only a step-in, and with double shower heads. And we did just the curved shower curtain bar because my kids are gone and they’re not having water fights in the bathroom anymore.
After the fire, I found my old receipt and I went down there and ended up talking with Dave, the owner of Re-Bath. They were just rebuilding the shower, so they knew the measurements wouldn’t change. I wanted the same color and same kind of faucets. The price has gone up a couple of thousand dollars but that didn’t matter. The installers were great. The day before they put in my tub, the window people came and put in the windows, which was really annoying. I was hoping they’d put it in after Re-Bath was done, but Re-Bath was good about working around that. They did what they could do with the windows being of a different size. They adjusted the trim a little bit and made it work. However, they did a half-assed replacement on the shower in my basement and my master suite, so I’m going to end up calling Dave again for sure.

In July, 2010, we contracted with Re-Bath for a new floor, surround, shower and faucet and tub for our bathroom. We are two older women and to have our bathroom look clean and modern in a small amount of time seemed ideal for us. It cost more than if we hired a handyman but the speed and lack of hassle seemed worth it. The bathtub came with a lifetime guarantee as long as used products listed that came with the tub. I did use those products to clean it but a number of years ago I noticed some serious staining around the bottom of the tub.
I called Re-Bath in Tricities and told her about the staining. This was January 30th of this year, 2018. She said she would contact her bosses to see what could be done about the staining. I did not hear anything from her for about three weeks so I called again and she said to take pictures of the stains. I did this and sent them to her via email. No reply and on March 7th I called and left a message for her to call me. No call or email and today is the 9th of March. The company may state that there is a lifetime guarantee on the tub but they have completely dropped the ball. I am very unhappy with a company that refuses to communicate when something is wrong with their product.

It was less than three days of not having the house torn apart when we have two teenage girls. I was impressed that the sales rep came out 50 miles to get to my place. The rep was also courteous, very knowledgeable about the products and laid out everything. The cost was fairly well and the lifetime warranty attracted me. The rep asked me what I would like to do but showed me what they had to offer, which fit into what we needed. They didn't have a ton of options. The product will fit into the bathroom but don't look for highly customizable products for your bath. We were fairly basic but I would've liked more options.
The installation took two and a half days. Chase, our installer, was very professional, measured everything and welcomed questions. He also welcomed us to come in and look and see what he was doing or even came to us and asked us where we wanted our shelves put. The installation was fairly easy, painless and wasn't an inconvenience to our household. I'm hoping the lifetime warranty was worth the cost, which was a little more than I expected to pay, but it was worth me having a warranty associated.

This did not go well. This was the most annoying experience we had with a contractor. I will never use them again and I would NOT recommend them. I can only speak to my experience, which was horrible. My comments and dissatisfaction is across the board but especially with the installation tech Dan that truly botched this job (remodel small guest bathroom) and added additional stress to me and my husband. This saga began on August 23, 2017 and just finished October 16, 2017. When Dan left on August 25, 2017 it was like a newbie had done the job. The floor tile was laid unbelievably, first he went vertical (which is the way I wanted it) and then he went in a horizontal angle for no reason! I was appalled to say the least. On one wall in the shower the tiling looked like an amateur did it, you could see caulking and gaps that looked horrible.
There was a replacement of the mirror, toilet paper holder and towel rack. Where the old ones were he didn't spackle some areas and the ones he did he just put the spackling on and didn't sand it down smooth. All my finished work was supposed to be chrome and he installed a brushed nickel vanity light. To top it off he installed the light in the middle of the wall, not over the vanity/mirror as it should have been. How in the world could he not see that it looked horrible! I was embarrassed that guests saw this work (I have attached some pictures). This was not inexpensive and we felt we did not get our money's worth of a professional job that is promised by such a reputable company. To have to come out and redo this work was an infringement on our time and I am sure the company's time and expense.
To think we were going to consider getting our master bathroom done! I am glad we refrained from that until we saw the finished product of the guest bathroom. So, we had to call to get a good portion of the work redone (floor re-tiled, shower wall replaced, re-texturing and sanding of wall, correct vanity light and re-installation), which was unnecessary had Dan done the job correctly. They did not come out until October 9, 2017 to redo the work. I called the supervisor to ensure that we both had the same checklist of what was to be done before the installer came. The installer came out and did the work but did not have the chrome vanity lights as was referenced to the supervisor on our phone call.
I had a picture on the wall and the installer laid a soldering tool on it and destroyed the frame! So I called the supervisor again and informed about the light and the picture and he apologized and stated that the installer would be back on Friday October 13, 2017 to install the vanity light and place it properly over the vanity/mirror. So my husband took off work to be there. Well needless to say no call and no show. I called the supervisor on that Monday and he stated he would come himself and do the work. We brought another picture, and texted him the receipt and we was reimbursed. This has been so frustrating but yet when they wanted to get the deposit and balance we were held to a standard of paying on time. Our mistake was that we should not have given them the balance on August 25th, because when they get paid they don’t give a damn.
We gave the balance because on the second day that Dan was there I called Brian and informed him that it was not going well and Dan was making some major mistakes. Brian assured us to let him finish as Dan would correct some of the items that were concerning us (and we also had a dinner party planned for that Saturday) and assured us that they would make everything right. Well Dan did not make any corrections, only botched it up more. Brian, the salesman, did not once call back to see if things were resolved, he was the one that sold this service and should have been checking in every so often until completion. The Office Manager was very accommodating and handled my concerns in a timely manner. We feel they owe us some compensation. We just want to be done with this company once and for all and hope we don’t have to call them for anything further.

I was so pleased with the first bathroom re-model that I had them come back re-model the bathroom in another bedroom. Their work was superb. They were professional from start to finish. The quote they provided was accurate and the time of arrival and completion time was accurate. I would use them again!

After our first in-home consultation, it took over a year for the tub to actually be installed, we had to reapply for the loan, because it took so long. Once it was finally installed we were happy with the tub until it started to bubble on the bottom. Within few months, we called to report the issue, and they sent someone to our house in a few months, and charged us another $200 to 'fix' the problem. This happened within a year of it first being installed. In another couple of months after it was 'fixed' it started happening again, I am so unhappy with Re-Bath, and would never recommend them to anyone!

I wanted a walk-in tub to replace a shower in our master bathroom, but I had no experience with walk-in tubs and there was no brick-and-mortar store in my area where I could go to see any walk-in tubs. I had to go with printed brochures and online searches to view tubs. A wall in our bathroom had to be moved to make room for a tub and I wanted the archway to the dressing area walled in with a door for access to incorporate the vanity into the bathroom and replace carpeting up to the sink with ceramic tile. I found a local Re-Bath (Charleston area) through a referral.
Demolition was awful. The workers failed to properly cover furnishings in the bedroom and used a fan which blew dust into the bedroom and out into the hallway. It took me HOURS to clean up the dust. The wall relocation and tub install went okay. The ceramic floor tile was a nightmare. The floor tiles are uneven and the original grout was mixed incorrectly and sunk down between the tiles when it dried. I had to buy more grout. The carpet from the bedroom up to the new door and the carpet from the closet of the bathroom were cut off much too short. Even though I had leftover carpet from the vanity, the contractor went out and bought a scrap of some other carpet to patch the spot in front of the door.
A few days after completion of the installation, I had to patch the caulking in the seams of the travertine wall covering above the tub as cracks in the corners occurred. Two colors of caulk material were used to seal the travertine where the walls met the ceiling and was very roughly done. I had to have that re-caulked later. The new door installed in the newly wall-filled archway looked really terrible! I ended up paying another contractor to re-do the door and frame. One of the workers talked me out of a wall-mounted safety rail for the tub (originally included in the contract), but it was never credited to my bill, nor was a shower curtain rod that was not used.
I am disappointed in the Re-Bath tub. I mostly shower and thus, have not used the tub with its water and air jets more than 6 times since installation and already one water jet is not working. The buttons for the water and air jets are located in a very inconvenient location where they are subject to frequent bumps so they accidentally get turned on when entering or exiting the tub. And the free ProFlo toilet does not save water because it almost always takes 2-3 flushes to clear the bowl. I do not feel that I can recommend the company who did the bathroom remodel. I think they took on a bigger remodeling project than they were able to handle. I am not so sure I would recommend the tub. And I would definitely not recommend the ProFlo toilet.

We have gone through Home Depot for many home improvement upgrades, i.e. windows, kitchen remodel experiencing very few problems. Re-Bath was a new contractor for Home Depot Waukesha store and based on previous experiences we told them to contact Re-bath Lake Villa, IL. We are located in Wisconsin. We decided to go with Re-bath for a tub to shower conversion/granite. We met with Tom our sales guy and placed the order and signed the contract. We were told we were to be contacted in 3-4 weeks via letter. 12 weeks later, after nothing, we told them to cancel our order and finally got a reply saying, “Too late, you signed the contract and everything is on order.”
From the start, we had been texting Tom and calling for detailed pricing to understand the $13,500 charge. We asked repeatedly for detailed pricing, at least 6 times through texting and 3 times verbally. He kept referring us to Beth, the office manager. We did receive a summary billing twice, but nothing in detail. Our order was screwed up never getting our corner shelf or onyx base, which we communicated to Tom during our initial visit and he included while putting the proposal together. He also said, 'Sure, we can paint the room for you, we'll throw that in'. My husband called and confirmed with Patty at Re-bath that if we were going to be charged for painting, please remove from the order, still waiting for detailed pricing.
Our credit card was also billed prior without any notification or any work scheduled. Re-bath never sat down with us to review the project in Detail, pricing, timing, process (the shower door takes 4-6 weeks to get after the job is done), none of it. No customer service exists with this company. We finally did receive a handwritten bill after the project was completed and were charged $525 for painting and a $75 permit charge we knew nothing about. All conversations with them ended with 'You signed the contract'. We heard that phrase a 1/2 dozen times. We asked if they spoke with Tom and were told he no longer works for the company. Not sure if this is a true statement. We were never told how to clean the granite, asked about the install, again, nothing. We have lodged a formal complaint with Home Depot about price gouging and lack of customer service with this contractor.

I was referred to Re-Bath for my bathroom project by Home Depot and a consultant came at my house to do an estimate. I have 2 small bathrooms, and needed to replace the flooring in both. Additionally, I wanted to replace the bath tub in one and get vanity mirrors installed in both bathrooms. I also wanted to install a vanity faucet in my sink that I purchased from Home Depot and they told me that they will install that as a courtesy. The total cost was $15,000 and they told me that the project would take 3 days or less. So, I took 4 days of leave just in case.
Well, turns out that one man mainly worked on the bathrooms (Joe), which caused the project to go longer than expected. So, I called my office and had my leave extended for additional day (since they told me that would be the time frame). Well, that didn't happen, and since I had to be back at work on Monday, Joe stated that he would come in on the weekend if Re-Bath approved it. So, Re-Bath actually approved it that day, however Joe encountered electrical issues during the vanity mirror installation, and told me that an electrician would have to come in and check it out, so I asked Joe if the electrician could come in on the weekend, but he said that the electrician doesn't work on the weekends. I had to suck it up and let him know to send the electrician at 8 am on Monday, and I would just report to work later that day.
Monday came, and guess who was the electrician? You guessed it! It was Joe. I thought to myself, what a sneaky man! He could have taken care of it over the weekend because he got approval to work! Anyway, I said nothing and let him work. But he told me that he was also working another job nearby and don't want to hold up the customer. I told him to go ahead and he agreed to return in the evening to finish up since I had to work. When I got home, I saw a note on my door that said "I was here, knocked and no answer... Joe". I was furious because he has my number and I work only 5 minutes away. So I called him and asked why he never called when he was on his way or something, he stated that he would return the next day at 5pm. Ok, I made sure to be at home at 430pm, then 5pm came and no Joe, 530... no Joe, so I called and he stated that he won't make it because he is 3 hours away on another job!
By this time, I have taken so much time from work without getting the project completed, and I am furious at this point. He came 2 days later, completed the installation, but it had a tacky finish. Additionally, the faucet that they were going to install as a courtesy had other issues that no one would have known, but Joe told me that he would take care of it for $200 on the side. We gave him $50 upfront and told him we would give him the rest once it's completed. He took the money, did part of the job but didn't finish due to appointments he had, and then... he never answered our calls again after that.
We complained to the project manager (Jason), but he said they would fix it for $1040.00 (Very Pricey). We went to another reputable plumbing company who charged us $300, which proves that Jason and Re-Bath is a RIP OFF! I really wouldn't use them again. I was without water running from my faucet for 3 months until another plumber fixed it... AND a "3-day" job turned out into a 1 month job because of unreliable Joe... I don't recommend using them... RUN!!!

Initial installation was in 2007 and required reordering of shower wall since wrong style was sent and I also requested reinstallation with more skilled installers due to poor workmanship. The wall & tub materials have held up well but the workmanship on the caulking was sloppy and needs frequent replacement. After several years, I tried contacting the Re-Bath company that did the installation but they were no longer in business. I was quoted a price from another ReBath franchise that was approximately $500 so I went with someone I found locally that would do the work but wouldn't guarantee it.
I now have water in between the new tub and the old tub and was told that I would have to pay to have the water removed and recaulked because they consider this type of issue to be due to "faulty maintenance" on the part of the customer. They have made this determination without coming to my home and without considering the 3-page complaint letter regarding shoddy workmanship I had sent back when the original work was being done.
In my opinion, ReBath fails miserably when it comes to workmanship and customer service. The actual tub and wall inserts still look brand new after 10 years but the caulking has major flaws and need frequent servicing. In my case, I found other caulking professionals did not to caulk these ReBath systems because they cannot guarantee the work. I have found other complaints regarding water in between the liner and tub and the response team has helped them resolve the issue. In my case, I was told they could fix the issue but I am responsible for paying. I would like to know why my situation is different.

The job started out bad due to their mistake. My husband had to take off work 4 different days just for them to get it right. We did not write up paperwork, they did. We did not "choose" faucet. The one they installed ran with inches from back of sink, so if you were an adult, your hands hit back of sink when washing. Installer could not remove mirror alone, so my husband had to help. CEO thinks $100 credit makes up for 6 hours of missed work for him... it does not. They do not "break down" charges... big red flag. I am embarrassed to admit how much I paid. But rest assured that I will go ANYONE avoid this money trap.
Once I complained, the CEO was done, and the sales rep cut me off, said he had to go. Their trick is to get in your home. Hours later, you just want to move on. I am SO GLAD we did not have them tear down our walls! If they can't do a simple vanity replacement, I would hate to have them do anything else. Terrible experience. I am 30 years in customer service, this was very bad service. When you make them mad, watch out.

We have been dealing with Re-Bath since May 1st, 2017 remodeling a shower for my disabled mother and installing a shower seat and it's been the worst experience we've ever encountered. The worst part is the job's still not complete, the specs don't at all match the contract and Re-Bath is asking us to pay DOUBLE what they have already had us pay in order to make any changes. This is after delaying our initial construction date by three weeks due to a clerical error and then leaving my disabled mother without a shower for 11 days as we waited on a custom part and for a crew to become available. My mother dealt with most of the details with the shower for some time and I truly believe Re-Bath thought that they could cut whatever corners they needed to and ignore contracts and measurements because they believed she wouldn't notice or stick up for herself and say something.
Here is the very long, detailed history of our experience: May 1st, 2017 - we meet with a salesman and decide to install a new shower for my disable mother's bathroom with a new shower seat. Great experience, we were very happy with the price and the dimensions (some of which included a shower seat with a depth of 15 inches and a width of 34 inches of sitting room). Contracts are drawn up showing all this and we're put on the schedule for June.
June 2017. A few days before the construction crew was to come, we get a call from the local office saying they had mistakenly booked two people with our last name and we'd have to wait a few weeks for another appointment. It was clearly the assistant's fault but they offered no discount in price and hardly an apology. They scheduled our construction for after July 4th (despite the contract saying that work would start in June and that we agreed we wanted this done before July 4th).
Week of July 5th. Construction crew comes and they're great. Super nice, very easy. They say we're unlike a lot of customers in that we're not over their shoulder. We didn't feel a need to be. On the second day of construction (July 6th), we notice the shower pan has a bottom threshold that is six inches high. That's not a big deal by most accounts but seeing as it's a handicapped shower that originally had almost ZERO threshold before it's impossible for my mother to get in and out of. This is also where we started to notice that the shower bench was a lot less wide and the depth not as long as we thought but were told it fit with the shower pan that was ordered (we would hear A LOT about shower pans in the future) and it's not finished yet, so it's not the completed project.
Regardless, the threshold was a BIG problem and construction stopped. We were told that a low threshold pan was not ordered and needed to be custom made and would take another week to get here. Apparently, the salesman did not put in the contract that we needed a lower threshold and the pan that was needed was a special size. This is where we would start to hear a lot about shower pans. Apparently our salesman had put in the wrong dimensions for a shower pan in the contract and didn't account for the wall that needed to be built. So, therefore, the construction crew was now just ignoring the dimensions of the contract and going forward with new measurements.
No one explained this to us and, more importantly, no one told us that these new measurements would end up making the sitting area of the shower bench A LOT smaller than the contract stated. But, again, we wouldn't find that information out until AFTER construction was done. At no point did anyone ask us or tell us that the measurements were being changed and at no point was the contract revised. But we'll revisit that later.
Going back to the original problem the high threshold we find out that it would take a week to get this custom made pan. Of course, we're not happy to be without a shower for a week but we did agree -- only to find out it would be now 2 to 3 weeks total to get the new shower pan AND to get an appointment with a crew. We understand how busy crews can be, but you would think after they already had us wait WEEKS initially, that they would make another customer wait as my disabled mother had NO SHOWER for this amount of time. But the pan needed to be custom made and there was no way around it.
July 17th After 11 DAYS without a shower (and many calls to the Project Manager and Salesman about where the pan was - somehow it took a week to come from the West Coast), the crew arrived to install the new shower pan and complete the job. Again, the crew was excellent, no complaints. They finished the job on July 18th but the measurements looked off on the shower seat. After getting a tape measure, we found that the actual shower seat had a depth of 12 inches (not AT LEAST 15 inches like the contract said) and the width was 27 inches (a far cry from 34 inches). The next day, I reached out to see how this happened and what could be done to rectify it (knowing, yes, we might have to pay more money but seeing as Re-Bath had NOT done things according to the contract, we'd assume we'd come to some sort of agreement with pricing). We met with the Project Manager as well as our original Salesperson.
Apparently the reason our shower seat was not the depth and width in the contract had to do with the pans and their sizes. Apparently the salesperson had incorrectly spelled out the measurements and the construction team decided to change measurements as they went. The Project Manager explained all of this to us and it made sense, however this was AFTER the project was completed. If we would have known that we would lose this amount of width and depth to the seat making it truly uncomfortable for my disabled mother to sit in, which is the WHOLE POINT of this remodel we might not have gone through with the project AT ALL or would have tried other options. The salesperson and Project manager took the measurements and would see what they could do to fix this. We were told they would come up with some estimates and options with different sizes of pans with various price points.
About three weeks ago, we met with the salesperson, who comes with no estimates in hand. Instead, he offers one option that the company is willing to do. They would install some sort of attachment to the seat that he says would make the depth 3 more inches (which we have YET to see any pictures or know exactly what this add-on would be and we're doubtful it would be sturdy enough) and could maybe get an inch or two more of width if they re-did the wall (making it, at the most, 29 inches not close to 34).
Re-bath is very firm on not ordering another shower pan even though we asked to please just give us some ESTIMATES with OPTIONS and PRICES and we can work with those and go from there. Instead, the salesman had come equipped with only ONE plan, the easiest one and the one that was cheapest for Re-Bath. Again, we are willing to pay some money to help get this resolved, but this quick minor fix isn't it. And, for this option, Re-Bath wanted us to pay more than $6,000 -- which is more than HALF of the original price we've ALREADY paid for this shower. After hearing this, we found it unacceptable.
Later in the week, I emailed the salesperson with a clear and extensive outline of what exactly we needed to have done to make this shower livable. I urged him, for the second time, to please work with the project manager to come up with some options and estimates that we could look at, even suggesting things myself, like using the existing pan and turning it lengthwise or losing more space in the shower for a very large shower seat.
We were desperate to make this work and I even drafted up a blue print of the shower as it was so everyone could be on the same page (it should be noted that my blueprint was the first we had ever seen for this project). He thanked me for the specifications of what we wanted and said he would reach out to the project manager and the owners. Then, radio silence for two weeks.
Fast forward to this week (August 29th). After about two weeks without a response, I hear back from the salesperson. He tells me that the only option he has is the one he came with a MONTH ago and that any other options would cost MORE than the initial quote on top of the FULL PRICE we've already paid. So, to recap, to fix the MISTAKE and to make the shower bench bigger, it would cost $12,000+ on top of what we already paid (the $12,000 for the original remodel). We would have to pay $24,000 total for this remodel because of the custom pans, the reconstruction, etc. Of course, I say this is unacceptable and to have the managers/owners please contact us. Additionally, I asked for a THIRD TIME to please give us some estimates so we can at least see the options and negotiate price from there. We're still waiting for a response, but I'm honestly not confident that they'll ever get back to us.
Overall, this has been a terrible experience and we're at our wits' ends with this company. Unless something is done to rectify this, I will make sure to tell everyone I know and to write every review I can that this business is not to be trusted. Our experience with Re-Bath encompasses every single fear people have about contractors revising specifications without notice, revising dimensions on contracts without marking them and leaving you high and dry with repairs in your home when you need them.

My husband and I stopped in to our local Home Depot looking for shower remodel ideas. We were persuaded into making an appointment for a "Free no pressure" consultation and quote. A week later, a Re-Bath salesperson came to our home. She spent two hours with us, going over the history of the company, the process of the remodels, etc. I will give her credit, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She then measured the bathroom, had us pick out designs and colors, and asked us to give her a few moments to put a quote together. The quote ended up being over 15K. If we signed the contract that day they would discount it by 1K. I'm not saying that the work that they do is not worth the price they are asking, but that does not change the fact that their bottom line was quite high. When we told the salesperson we would have to consider it, the mood of the consultation completely changed. She was no longer friendly and became pushy.
We were pressured into putting the total on a Home Depot credit card, even though she had limited knowledge on how the Home Depot financing works. We were told that should we decide to do the remodel with them, she would have to drive a great distance to come back and remeasure everything as part of the process. Like I said, I am not saying that their work isn't worth their pricing. However, I think it is unreasonable to expect homeowners to sign up for $15K worth of work without thinking it over, and even more unreasonable to expect them to throw it on a credit card.
At one point the salesperson asked why we were hesitating and if the price was too high for us. My husband and I make sure that we never put ourselves into unnecessary debt. The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths and we decided not to go through with it because of that. We have since started a remodel with a trusted contractor. I cannot speak for the quality of work but I can tell you to expect more than a "free, no pressure consultation". Expect to be pressured into signing on for a large expense with no time to think about it and to be made to feel like you are in the wrong and a waste of time for hesitating. Such a shame, Home Depot never steered us wrong before.
Hello K,
We are truly sorry that your experience was not to your satisfaction and that you felt pressured by the salesperson. This is not what we want our customers to experience when using our services.
Because remodeling jobs are daunting, we find that most people are happy to have us handle everything from start to finish; however, we completely understand that Re-Bath isn’t right for everyone. We don't operate as a typical contractor who gives you a bid to install the product you have purchased. Contractors generally don't provide design services or the materials. At Re-Bath, we provide the added services of designing the bathroom and procuring the materials for you, in addition to installing it all. We secure all the proper licenses, insurance, and workers’ compensation insurance. Additionally, our price includes a lifetime guarantee.
Thank you for taking the time to review our company and we wish you all the best with your bathroom remodel.

Our house needed an upgrade in the bathroom. We had a tub that was high with a door. The door had a frame which was about two inches high and every time I got in and out of the bathtub, I would scrape my leg. I got neuropathy in my lower extremes so that was causing me a lot of uncomfortableness at times. I also did some work personally on the bathroom. The builder put this huge window which was frosted and apparently leaked. Then we had to fix the outside of our wall in the bathroom twice. We were also having problems with the plumbing and we were going to have to replace our shower faucets which would have cost us.
My wife did a little bit of searching here and there. Her friends had some work done by Re-Bath and they were highly pleased. I had a couple other proposals from friends that had their bathrooms done but my wife recommended Re-Bath. Then Tony came and I talked to him about the situation. He said that the best thing to do was to redo the wall and that they'll do everything. We decided to do a walk-in bath, talked to Tony about the possibility of something that we wanted and we signed off for that one. Tony told us to go to their showroom and look at what they have. When we walked in there, we saw one that we fell in-love with. So we changed the whole house for that and Re-Bath was able to do everything 100% better than it was before.
Their installation team's the best and were super duper nice. They did a perfect job and when they left, the place looked like they had not been here. Every day, they cleaned up and everything was so orderly. I also had a lot of drop cloths put on the floor which I taped so when they came in, a little bit of the work had been done and they were very happy with that. The quality of the remodel is fantastic and I wish we have done that a long time ago. As a matter of fact, we decorated the room and my wife said that it’s the most beautiful room in the house. She walks in the bathroom, stands there, and admires it.

Last year, I purchased an old house that was built in 2001 and wanted the master bath remodeled with the floors redone. I hired a contracting company who did the first remodel and it was a mess. I couldn't live with it so I decided to contact Re-Bath and get the job done right since they’re an established company that’s been around and they’re reputable, and I liked the pictures on their website. They just did the shower and I’m really happy with it.
Their sales rep was nice and knowledgeable, and I really like him. He came out, told me about the company and what they do, showed me the materials for the bathroom and gave me some pricing information. The installation team was fantastic and wonderful. They treated my house like it was a palace as they put stuff down on the floors when they didn't have to and they covered things. However, the accent strip that was delivered was not correct and it's not what I ordered. The construction supervisor came back out and explained that their supplier switched on them. So, they discontinued what I ordered and replaced it. They told me to pick out anything I wanted from any tile shop or Home Depot and that's what they would use for the accent strip at no additional charge. They did a nice job and it’s beautiful.

I work for a senior citizen building where we have 264 families. We have standard bathtubs and we have a problem when their drains are rotting out. Also, a lot of times we run into rusts where we can't do anything with the tub so it's got to be redone. It's too much money to change a tub because there's the plumbing coming in, disconnecting the tub, and hooking it up. We had to come up with something a little easier and less of a mess. Being expensive is up there but in the long run, getting the tub lining from Re-Bath comes out cheaper. We've been using them for a while now and when they do it, it comes out beautifully. Their sales reps are very professional and the day before the installers show up, they call and make sure that someone’s going to be there when they come out. They're also always on time, very clean and they explain to the tenant what they're doing. And when they're in, they're gone an hour and a half later.

I went to Re-Bath's Home and Garden Show in San Antonio. My wife wanted a shower deal. We looked at a bunch of different ones and picked Re-Bath for the visit. We had their representative come out and we went from there. They had a video showing a demo and how they did a good job. Luckily for us, when the contractors came out and installed it, they did exactly the same thing he said they were going to do. They did everything in the shower and had an excellent experience. We would recommend them.

Re-Bath has a showroom here in town and I had been there numerous times. I also researched information about them and I liked their product and what they did. They remodeled my master bath shower stall last year. I liked their work so I had them do the complete hall bathroom and the hall bath this year. People always ask me who did my bathrooms and if I would recommend the company. I would tell them it's Re-Bath and that I would recommend it. I also tell people that Re-Bath did a very good job and was very thorough.

We bought a condo and it had the original bath in it, and we wanted to upgrade and went with Re-Bath through Home Depot. The installer was fabulous, personable, and was a very talented craftsman. However, we weren't satisfied with the way the drywall was done. We called the owner and explained the problem. We took pictures and sent it to him. He agreed that it was not good workmanship. He sent somebody else back in about four days. And they did a wonderful job. The work that was sloppy was corrected. They were really good about coming in and fixing our concerns. We would give them a recommendation. So far, we're real pleased.

Our bathroom was 40 years old and needed an update. We had Re-Bath come out and give us an estimate. It was the product that they were doing and the customer service that swayed us to go with them. The sales rep was very professional. He presented what he had and didn’t push. He wasn’t a demanding type salesman like a lot of them are. He was really concerned about what our needs were and what we had needed. Even the crew was very professional and were very nice. Any questions we had, they were able to answer and they kept us informed of what was going on and why things were going to take a little longer.
They took out a garden tub plus a shower in our bathroom and then they put a 36-inch shower in. They also did the flooring and the shower. They were really good. They did some things that we didn’t expect them to do so it was very nice. It took them about a month from purchase to the installation. By the time they got the base and everything, they came out and started. But then, instead of four days, it took them two weeks because they had to redo the base since it was done with a side drain instead of a front drain, which is what the plumbing needed. It took a little longer than we thought, but it was very good. I have a second bath and I’m probably going to have them redo that too. I would recommend Re-Bath.

One time, Re-Bath was down here by this ATV where I live. I did not go and see them then but I saw them on TV. I decided I would give them a call and see because I needed my bath changed. Also, I didn’t hear of any other remodeling company that only did bathrooms except for Re-Bath. I’d like to have new colors. I knew I had a team in here that I could rely on. My only other choice was going to go to one of the box stores. And whenever you buy there, you’re paying double that to get it installed. I’ve never had a problem with them though and they’ve always been on time and done it. But I don’t want to go that route. I’ve been through remodels before in one of my other houses and it was a nightmare. I want a company that specializes in bathrooms. I also liked their product, and so that’s why I decided with Re-Bath.
I had a shower-tub combination and it was too difficult to get in the shower. And when I broke my knee a few years ago, I had a terrible time. I couldn’t even get in the shower by getting into that tub. I’m nearly 76 so I’m getting older and stiffer. And I’m going to go ahead and get it done while I have time to get it paid off. That’s what I did and Re-Bath put it in last June. They’ve been very helpful and very good. I’ve been very happy with them. I love my bathroom. It looks too fancy for my house.
The sales rep was very helpful and good and the installation team went above and beyond. They even helped us with other things that we needed. Anytime we’ve called them if we had a worry or concern, they’re out right away at no additional charge because we’re still under warranty. They don’t have to be as polite about it as they are. They come out, help us and answer our questions. I’ve got nothing but praise for the whole team. It was an enjoyable experience. I have recommended it to friends.

The reason I chose ReBath above all other bids was the lifetime warranty I was promised. I was informed of this warranty by the salesman, the installer and the General Manager, Chris of ReBath. I was told the lifetime warranty covered EVERYTHING they installed. In my case it covered the floor, toilet, walls and tub. I did not have a choice of jetted tubs. The salesman simply said: "We'll get you a good one." I was not concerned at this time about the tub because I was getting a lifetime guarantee. The GM became involved when the jetted tub installed by RB did not work. It took RB 3 months to resolve the problem which turned out to be an installation problem and not the tub at all. That is when I found out that the tub was not covered under the lifetime warranty as promised.
When I approached Chris about my concern he said RB will never use that manufacturer again and I had a 1 yr warranty with the tub manufacturer. A warranty RB used 3 months of by putting me off and trying to put the blame on the manufacturer for the delay. I feel I was tricked into selecting RB for this job. It cost me $8,000 to remodel a space that is 6 ft by 4 ft. I will NEVER recommend RB to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Moving on to 2017, and I don't why I did it, but I needed a tub liner for another house. I contacted them in early April of 2017, appointment was scheduled for May 19, 2017. There was a very nice lady, won't mention any names, that came to the house. Did the measurements, pick the style, then I paid with the assurance of my liner arriving within a month. Today is July 14, 2017, and still no liner and no answers. When you pay thousands, you expect better service.

Gone are the white, cracking panels in our shower! They have been replaced by luxurious walls that look like stone. While actual granite is far out of our price range, Re-Bath offered an excellent solution that fit the overall design of our home and our budget. It is now a pleasure to step into our shower, rather than glaring with resentment and disappointment at the second-rate materials that used to adorn our shower walls. With Re-Bath's new shower surround, the freshly-painted blue-gray walls, and the new flooring, the bathroom has been transformed from "daily refuge" to "modern retreat." Our journey to this point was not entirely smooth sailing, I should note. After our initial contact, there was a very noticeable gap in communications, not only between us and Re-Bath, but between Re-Bath and Re-Bath.
Once the contract was signed, we were told someone would call us in a few days to schedule an appointment to double-check measurements within the next week or two. Two weeks passed with no signs of life. After WE reach out, an appointment was scheduled to remeasure. During that visit, we were told that we'd get a call when the order had been placed. *SPOILER ALERT* No such call happened. After a month of silence, we called to make sure that things were still on pace. They were. Not long after, our appointment was scheduled. At this point, I was extremely nervous about who we had hired, given that they had utterly failed at communicating with us.
The day arrived. The installers came out and did an absolutely fabulous job. I have never been happier to shower, and that includes after a week-and-a-half backpacking trip in the Rockies. This was a wise investment that will certainly raise the value of our home, and give us innumerable stress-relieving showers in the future. My one suggestion to the company: rethink your communications policies, or at least enforce your existing ones. You deliver an excellent product that I nearly regretted buying.

We had two bathrooms redone at one time, tubs and showers to only showers. It took four days total for both. We had recently moved to this older home which had not be taken care of and the bathrooms were a total disaster. After looking at several options, we decided on Re-Bath after my niece told us it could be a quick and easy option. We called and Gary, the rep, came out within a few days. Gary was very helpful and courteous. He explained everything to our satisfaction. We worked out the details. The installer (Kris) and the plumber were efficient, let us know along the way what they were doing. Finished product is excellent! Looks wonderful and we are happy to show off our beautiful showers to anyone who comes to our home!
However, we had ordered the "rain" glass for the shower doors and then asked to have them replaced with clear glass. The same installer and a helper came back within a few days and exchanged the doors. However, the hardware on the replacement doors is different from the 'oil rubbed bronze' which should be on them. We didn't catch it at the time they were being replaced and have not called to have them changed. It may be too late to have the hardware replaced now, but we thought we should let you know! We absolutely love the showers, the ease of cleaning them. And the vanity that was installed in one of the bathrooms is awesome! We recommend Re-Bath to anyone who says they are thinking of remodeling a bathroom. It was a bit pricey, but no more so than having it done any other way, plus it was finished and ready to use within two days. Everyone we dealt with at Re-Bath was knowledgeable and helpful.

The company sent a very nice installer, Mike, to my house today. He spent the entire day in my hot bathroom, changing out the tub liner. I now have a beautiful new tub liner. Thank you, Mike!
Original Review: July 7, 2017
I have been trying for over a year to get my tub liner replaced. The liner started to come away from the tub towards the back. When you call for a service appointment, no one calls you back. My entire tub liner is now completely away from the original tub. I can't stand on it without teetering. It is an extremely dangerous situation. We have someone (supposedly) coming next week to look at it. Then what? They will tell me (if they actually show up) what I already know, that the liner is not attached. Then I will no doubt wait, probably for weeks, for the next step. Meanwhile, someone is going to slip and fall. It is inevitable with the way the tub is. I only have one bathroom, so I only have one tub! I need an emergency repair, and I need it NOW!!!

Their installation team was very nice and personable. They introduced themselves and showed a lot of respect to the rest of my house. They removed and relocated the plumbing and did half of the dry wall. It was a total bathroom remodel. They were in and out in six days and cleaned up after themselves. Was told remodel would take about 8-10 week estimate. Sounded reasonable. Paid my 11,000 1/2 of what they say the job will cost. Got an email on 5/1 from Dakotah ** that materials ordered & once in will schedule install. No word since, so called to find out about when we can expect a call with an idea when so we can figure out our busy summer schedule. Now the say probably not til July 10 or abouts. 14 weeks. You say you have too much business in April & May. I ordered this in mid-April not May. Seems like perhaps other people being scheduled sooner? Had I known that I would have turned to another company had you told me I would have to wait til mid-July to schedule. As it is now with your 35% restocking fee I am stuck. But then again I will never refer you guys to anyone ever unless you want to wait forever to get your bathroom or anything else remodelled.

I had a wonderful experience with Re-Bath. They were professional, nice to talk to and personable. I couldn’t use the Re-Bath in Albany, so I use the franchise that was an hour and a half from me. And they had to drive an hour and a half every day to be here. I’m getting older and I have issues with my back and a tub was not my thing anymore. And I always had problems getting out of the tub. So I told them, “Well, I’m just gonna get a nice, big shower with a bench in it and I’m gonna have somebody come and give me an estimate."
So the guy came out and gave me a sample of the sink so I can match it with my flooring and take it to a store. My grandson works for Home Depot so I called him and I went up there and he helped me out with getting the flooring. I got what they call a floating floor, wherein you just put it over top of what you have. Re-Bath said that they would put it down and everything but I had to buy it, which I did for $100. I have a very small bathroom and they did everything. They cleaned up after themselves and they told me it would take three days but it only took them two days to do it. So I was very pleased.
The only thing that I had a problem with was when I asked them about the back of the toilet where the other toilet was and where the sheetrock tore. They told me that it was up to me. It's noticeable and I thought they should do something about that. But other than that, they were fantastic. They said it was the first one that they had installed because it was brand new. I bought the newest one that has a darker tan and it’s sandy but with the darker browns in it and it’s really pretty. Everything was done and turned out wonderful. Everybody loves it and they said that Rebath did a fantastic job.

We moved into a house and there was a Jacuzzi tub that we didn't use so we wanted to make it into a shower. My husband had a positive experience with Re-Bath in the past so we had them do the remodel. The salesman was great. He had a lot of knowledge and gave us an added confirmation that we're making the right decisions. He knew the product very well. It also seemed like he had done a lot of jobs before where he could give us recommendations, and even though he was not the installer, he was able to communicate to us what we could expect when they were gonna install it so that was helpful.
The installation team came in the correct timeframe. I wasn't home but my husband had a very positive experience with them. It took them about four hours to take out the old tub and completely finish and clean up with the new shower. They were very professional and very careful with everything. They were nice enough to call me on the phone at work to confirm the placing of the accessories. I'm kinda particular about the neatness of work especially in the bathroom and I had no complaints. They went the extra mile to make the remodel look nice. It was a job well done with minimal disruption. We'd recommend Re-Bath.

We found cheaper places but they couldn’t offer us exactly the same thing that we were looking for and Re-Bath could. Even the ones that were closer to it seemed to be more expensive. We also liked the lifetime warranty and the one-day thing was nice.
The sales reps seemed professional and knew their product. We told them we wanted it in April and they did it in March. The installation team seemed all right as well and I'm satisfied with the whole experience. However, looking back, we went in for pricing but instead of being upfront, they go over a big spiel and they don’t let customers know if it's going to be thousands of dollars off until the very end. It’s too late for me but for future customers, they would want some idea before Re-Bath reps come in and give the spiel of what it takes to get things taken care of.
Hi Chad,
Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you are satisfied with your overall Re-Bath experience and that it was even completed earlier than you initially anticipated. We sincerely apologize that you felt we were not upfront about our pricing. We would love a chance to talk with you about this. Please call our corporate office at 1-800-426-4573.

We have a huge square footage for a bathroom and the space wasn't used properly. There's a small Re-Bath office in HEB here in Schertz and they have prices that were there for a couple of years which we kept passing by. We thought of going ahead and see how it's gonna be so we made an appointment for the consultation.
We had them do a complete remodel and it was a big project. We had a wall in the center of the bathroom and on each side was a sink so we had that entire wall knocked down. The plumbing and electrical were completely taken out and put against the wall. The shower was extended a few inches, the toilet was exchanged, and the popcorn ceiling was taken off. We didn't know if getting rid of the wall was gonna be possible but our sales rep was really good and very friendly. He explained how the process would go should we decide to go on with the project up to the very end. I liked that he wasn't pushy. He didn't wanna throw anything at me so even though we had already made up our minds, that made us want to go with them even more. He was not there just to get commission out of anything. He wanted to make sure we were happy if we wanted to get it.
The installation was good and everything was done quickly. It took them exactly five days up to the very end. The guys who came in were very clean, very professional, and very friendly. They did everything just as I had anticipated. They took their time and that's another thing, too. They answered any questions we had. They even hung a mirror that we bought separately from the At Home store. We were very happy with the end result and we like going in there. It has great floors and it feels like we're in some kind of a resort in the shower. I walk into my bedroom and I realize I'm still home.
We're gonna use the same sales rep next year to do my daughter's restroom because of the way the initial contact with him went and everything he provided us. We also have a room downstairs so we're gonna do the exact thing and use Re-Bath. Any kind of big remodeling project will always gonna be expensive if done right so I had expected that amount but I am willing to spend the same thing to do the next two bathrooms because they did such a great job. I would tell anybody who asks me not to consider anybody else other than Re-Bath.

Re-Bath has great products to choose from and a very helpful salesman. We had a little glitch but other than that, everything was good. I have three bathrooms, one in the basement and two upstairs. Apparently, when they were banging around and putting stuff in, they knocked out a part of a pipe and didn’t notice that it had happened. So, on Easter weekend, I had over 30 family members from out of town come to spend the holiday with us and 10 of them slept at my house. When some family members decided to take a shower, I heard what sounded like rain coming from the basement shower. I went out there to look, it was literally raining inside that bathroom. What happened was that the pipe had been shifted. The repairman also didn’t put a gasket in some other piece of the shower. That wasn’t a deal. But since the pipe was broken, the water was literally draining straight down into the other shower.
It flooded my basement where my guest bedroom and bathroom was, and I couldn’t finish cleaning until lunch so my guests had to finish cooking. We were out there with the Shop-Vac and soaking it all up while there were 30 people in my house trying to celebrate Easter. My in-laws’ luggage also got wet. I still haven’t cleaned up the closet to see what water damage is in there. It was not a good situation. I called Re-Bath immediately that same day but I knew they weren’t going to be there because it was Easter Sunday. So, I left a message and told them what had happened. They called me back the next day and agreed to make all repairs. Slowly, we’ve been working on that and trying to work on my schedule of when they can come and fix that. We took pictures of the pipe and everything else. Re-Bath realized that it was their fault, and they’ve been helping to take care of that. They have been true to their word and they are trying to fix what needs to fixed.

Salesman came out and very aggressively starting telling us what he could do. Decided total makeover was too expensive. $14,000 for tub to shower conversion, toilet and vanity. Went with just tub to shower conversion $8,286.00. Told him we could not afford that so he said "No problem. Let's see if you qualify for financing." Me and my son are both on SSI/SSA for a combined income of $1600.00/mth. He said we qualified for financing $7500 and all we needed to do was pay the difference. Which I wrote a check for. No terms or conditions were discussed. That was on 5/17/17. Over the weekend my father became extremely ill and I had to move my mother in with me.
I called them on Monday the 22nd to cancel. Got a call today from salesman and was told that my "deposit" would not be refunded. I did not give a deposit, I simply wrote a check for the difference. He referred me to the terms and conditions. I told him he didn't go over that with me and that I did not sign anything stating that he did. He said I had 3 days to cancel. Well the 3rd day fell on Saturday, the 20th and they were closed. And I called on Monday not even knowing about the 3 day cancel policy of not getting my money back. I contacted the office and the lady I spoke with told me that the terms and conditions page had been signed, filled in with installation date of 6 wks, my son's initials and he had also signed and dated it.
I refuted this because neither him nor I had signed and I had the copy to prove this. If indeed there was a signature on her copy, it was forged!!! I tried to reach the manager, Rick, without success. I called the corporate office in Arizona and spoke with Lisa, the customer service rep, and she basically said there was nothing I could do to get my $786.00 back!!! Mind you there has not been any work done!!!! All we did was sign a renovation work order!!! She also said that they have had no complaints in the 7 yrs she has worked there. This is very bad customer service! Not to mention forgery being involved!! I feel taken advantage of for being disabled!! What recourse do I have? I just got my disability approved this month and received my back pay of $15,000 which is what me and my son have to live on for the rest of our lives.
The only reason I agreed to the tub to shower renovation to start with was because it needed to be fixed so he would have a shower for himself. And we got approved for financing so I figured we could do away with phone, cable and trash pickup to be able to afford the monthly payment. However unforeseen circumstances happened and now my mother has had to move in with us which will increase our living expenses. She is 72 and only gets $500 for her social security. This is abuse of the disabled! Something must be done so that I can get my money back that we so desperately need!!

We watched a lot of Re-Bath's ads on TV and they always look very good. We have a hard time getting to the shower so we had them install a new shower. Then we had to replace the countertops in the main bathroom and also in the half bath and then we put on new fixtures. The sales rep was excellent. He showed everything well, was very straightforward and did a very good job. The installation team were also top-notch and I was very pleased with them. They finished the remodel in four days and they cleaned up. I've already recommended them to friends.

The installation team was great. They were very clean and professional.

I heard about Re-Bath on the television, and it was time to remodel because I was having difficulty getting in and out of the tub. The sales rep showed me pictures, I told him what I wanted to do, and he was able to show me what they could do and selected materials. He did a good job. The installation crew did a good job as well. I talked to Re-Bath in late February, and it took eight weeks before they started. Within four days, they did the work and kept the house clean. I had a complete remodel of the bathroom where they took out the tub, put in a shower, changed the walls, floor, vanity, and everything.
Our only one low point was that they had the wrong flooring. I don't know where the mix-up came, but after it was down, I realized that was not what I had selected. I told my sales rep and I sent him a picture and he confirmed that it was not what we selected. The next week, they sent another team out and changed the floor within four to five hours. It was a good experience. It was expensive, but worth it.

It was time to remodel our bathroom so we went to Home Depot to do that and learned about Re-Bath through them. I bought the shower and took three months to make the purchase. The Re-Bath sales rep came to our house and told us what they can do and that it'll take one to two weeks to process. So, that afternoon we went to their shop to make all the final decisions, paid a down payment, and then nothing happened for six weeks. I never heard from anyone so I had to call and they were totally non-responsive. Nonetheless, they explained all the reasons why they couldn’t do it quicker. When we went down to their shop, the guy that evidently was running the place said he'll come out the next day and do the measurements but it was a week later when he finally showed up.
The guy they sent out knew what he was doing, and did a good job. However, was not supposed to show up before 9 o’clock but he was out ringing the bell at 7 o’clock in the morning and we weren’t really ready for that. And he lost the directions on the new shower head that we put in there. But he cleaned up after the job. Overall, the Re-Bath quality was good but the schedule was very poor. I wouldn’t use them again. There are too many good companies out there to put up with somebody that acts like that.

The house we bought is 30 years old and it did not have an adequate bath tub to lounge in. We wanted to update the bathroom in the master bedroom and then in the guest bedroom. I went out and made phone calls to about four or five vendors and Re-Bath is the only one that responded within 15 minutes and set up an appointment. We don't make decisions on something without knowing they have the ability to make things happen. The owner of the business is a very customer-focused individual and the sales representative was outstanding, explained everything extremely well in terms of a timeline and had a lot of patience in terms of our questions and answers. This is not the first time we've done bathrooms, and his answers were from a person who understood the process and has some installation experience.
We had them take out the tub in the master bathroom and will probably have them come back next year and re-do our shower stall as well since we ran out of money. Then we had them pull the tub out in the second bathroom and just put on a shower pan. And then they put in surround around that whole area for the sealing. The installation team was outstanding as well. Both gentlemen were on time every day, cleaned up every day, made some allowances as they were going. They were not satisfied until they had it perfectly fitted and because they took pride in the quality of their work.
The owner of the company visited the worksite as well. You could see there was a great deal of respect between the owner and his employees and you could also see there was a great deal of loyalty on the part of the employees to the owner because he takes good care of his people. They are a well-organized company that knows the business and provides excellent customer service in a timely manner. We've recommended them to a couple of people.

We decided on Re-Bath because they are connected to Home Depot. They did the floor, walls, sink, toilet, shower and bath of our two bathrooms. It was an easy and minimal knock down on the walls and the cost. The installation team was very nice. Everything was great and wonderful but there was a sales rep that was at our house who said we could pay for the service on a Home Depot credit card. We applied and got accepted. We then went to Home Depot to go shopping and we have no record of a credit card. I found out that it was a loan. It’s causing an issue with our final payment with them because we wanted to put it in the credit card. Other than that, everything else was good.

In 2014 I had Re-bath do a bathroom remodeling job. They were very expensive. Just for the shower and tub it was 6,800. They told me it was a lifetime warranty and was transferred over to the new owners, when I sell my house. Overall the job was good. Fast forward to 5-2-17. My shower curtain rod is falling apart where they attached it to the shower wall. The calking is peeling off from all corners. The shower head is coming apart. I tried multiple times to get a hold of the person in charge of the warranty dept. After leaving several messages, I tried calling back. The lady I spoke with earlier, remembered me and said, “Oh he's here right now. Please hold and I'll get him on the phone.” I waited about 2 min and then was transferred to his voicemail again.
I then tried calling back and kept on getting put on hold by an automated machine. After 10 tries I gave up and tried my wife's phone. Amazingly they picked up on the 2nd ring. I spoke to a different person and told her how frustrated I was with the customer service. She said that she will tell the owner about what happened. I will never use re-bath again. I read about how bad they handle the warranty issues but never thought it would happen to me. They will only give you the run around. The company is located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Re-Bath did two bathrooms in my other house about four years ago and now, we did a whole bath. There was a garden tub in it which we changed and put a regular tub and all-new plumbing, walls and shower. I went back to Re-Bath because I was very pleased with the first job. I could have gone to another company but it's not worth it.
Zach was the installer of my first two baths and now he's the salesman. I guess he's taken over his dad's position. If everybody ran their business the way he runs his, with the commitment and how he does things, there would be no problem with anybody doing business. I told him the checkbook that I had was at my ex-wife's house and he told me when I get the check, I can put it in the mail and they'll get things ordered. It was like the old times --on a handshake, it was done. The installers were terrific, neat and meticulous. They laid carpets down. I've got nothing but praise for Re-Bath. In fact, they're probably going to be doing the other bathroom on the other end of the house within the next few months. Re-Bath is totally remarkable and I'm 100% satisfied with everything they have done. I would suggest Re-Bath to anybody. They are phenomenal to the end.

We had a bathroom shower and bathroom remodel from Re-Bath. Their installation team was nice but they were very sporadic. Either they didn't show up or they showed up very late. Also, there was never any communication about where they were going to be and so we'd sit and wait, but nobody would show up. I'd call up and find out that they'd been told to go to some other job. The whole way through the process, they'd tell you one thing and do another.
The remodeling finally got finished but it took about six months, which is a long time because they didn't finish a part of it and we had to go back to our vacation home for a while. And then they showed up and did some more but it was not something I would recommend them again. The product was fine, but not the uncertainty of when they were going to be there and what they were telling you. They got a different person in the office but it still didn't go right. It could have been so simple but it wasn't. So it was a disheartening experience.

We had a low-profile shower installed instead of the tub that I had to climb up into. When we talked to the salesman there was a misunderstanding. He was showing us samples for color and shapes and when we got the actual product installed, it wasn't those small tiles. Those were samples and we didn't understand them as just being samples. We thought they were the actual tiles that were being put.
Moreover, I didn't like the pressure sales for getting the job. For example, it was quoted as so much money, like $8,000. But if I paid half or paid cash money, I could get it discounted for so much. There are also additional discounts if it was signed that day, and also if I did such and such. That's to push things along too quickly. I had second thoughts after that, just like buyer's remorse after is all said and done. Then it was $7,600 for a 3x6 shower and that's quite a chunk of money for that much.
We learned our lesson to ask more questions, and be more precise. But we had no problem with the installer. He did a fantastic job. We were really happy with his work. He got the job done in the specified time and it was all cleaned up and ready to go in two days. So overall, I'm satisfied with the installation but I wasn't satisfied with the way it was contracted. I probably wouldn't recommend them mainly because of how the sales tactics were done.

Our bathroom hadn't been remodeled in 20 years. We wanted to do something quickly, something to kick-off our remodel. I knew that if we had that done, then the rest of the remodel would follow soon. I also knew it would be a one-day thing with Re-Bath so we contacted them. We had our walk-in shower done. We had a very positive experience with Zac. He came very quickly when we initially called, and he came when he said he could. The woman in the office who set up the appointment was very helpful, and the installation people came at the time they said they were going to. My husband stayed with them through the morning. I came home in the afternoon and stayed with them. It was smooth, and they didn't really need much from us. It was a good installation day. They were clean, neat, and polite. The follow-up was good, too. They came through with everything they promised.

I moved into a condo and I didn't like the shower and the bathroom in my unit so it was time for an overhaul. I had no prior experience with Re-Bath but when they came out to give me a quote, they seemed knowledgeable so that's why I went with them. The sales rep showed me the different patterns and things that Re-Bath does. I also went out at East Beltline, shortly after 28th Street and I went to their showroom house. The installation team ran into a few snags when they took out my old unit but it was nothing that they didn't know about and they fixed it immediately. Overall, I'm very happy with what Re-Bath did.

Our bathroom was 50 years old, so we decided to have it remodeled. We decided on Re-Bath because we had a friend that had used it and they were very happy. The Re-Bath sales rep was very friendly. We ended up purchasing everything- a bathtub, shower, shower doors. However, I have the cabinet where the lavatory is and it has a door that has expanded from the frame. Two people have come out and they've taken pictures but nothing's been done yet. But overall, we're very happy with the remodel.

When I lived in Arizona I had Re-Bath do a tub for me. I live in Texas now where I just bought a house and the bathtub in the second bathroom was 30 years old. The fixtures are worn and I could hardly turn the water off and on. I had it remodeled because there's a lot of crud around the tiles and I wanted to get rid of it. The experience with Re-Bath went real good. We bought a tub and a shower from them. The sales rep was very nice and explained things to me. I purchased back in January and it took a month or more for them to get started on it but once they got started, it went real fast. It just took them a day but of course the other person that had to come and spray the tub took another day but it went really nice. I was real pleased with them like I was the first time they did my tub in Arizona. It was very pleasant and they did a nice job.

The installation team was awesome and they did very seamless work. We had a good experience with Re-Bath.

We have been shopping around to redo our bath, so when my wife and I wanted to check Re-Bath out, we called them and had someone come out and take a look and see. They then gave us an estimate and it all kicked off with them. The sales rep, Colleigh, was wonderful and very thorough. He explained everything and went through every piece of the process. He talked in layman's terms so that way we understood. I appreciate this because it covered everything. We were pretty pleased with his presentation, and that's how the deal was sealed. We got Re-Bath to redo the bathroom and a countertop in the sink area in late February or early March.
It was good that the installation team also worked with us on the schedule, because my wife and I both work Monday through Friday. Initially, it was difficult trying to schedule a time for the installation because neither one of us could get off work. It just so happened that there was a holiday, President's Day, so during that time, they came and were able to do the majority of the work on that holiday that we both were off work, and they finished up the next day. Everything went well with Re-Bath. We really appreciated and were very pleased with everything. That's why we've recommended them to others already.

6 months to complete. Way too expensive. I expected quality materials for a high price. Instead it looks like thin vinyl. They kept sending out one man and he didn't have enough experience, so mistakes were made and more time added. After using the shower for a couple of weeks we already have mildew problems. The shower pan they built isn't solid feeling, even after they had to completely redo it since it didn't drain the first time. It still moves a little. I hate the shower I spent thousands on.

We contracted with ReBath of Mid-Florida in early 2012. They did a beautiful job on both bathrooms in an older home that required new plumbing and extensive framing due to water damage that had rotted the wood. The price was reasonable. They showed up and completed the work when they said they would. Fast forward to 2017. We needed repairs with a drain and one shower head. The office staff was extremely responsive. They confirmed that they would repair it, how long the parts would take to come in and when the work would be done.
The second issue was a transfer of warranty to the new owner of the home. Again the office staff acknowledged our request for information about this in a timely manner. It is crucial for a company to be successful to return phone calls and address issues the client has. It is rare. This company is responsive and does what they say they will do. We highly recommend using this company for your bathroom remodeling needs.

I had a full stand up shower installed in September 2016. After 1 month of use I noticed water coming from behind my wall. I called for service and the installer came back to find that the shower head was loose behind the wall causing the leak. In November 2016 I called back to inform the installer (Indianapolis branch) that I had visible mold growing where the water was leaking. They came in and sprayed a mold killer and told me to contact them if it returned. Of course the mold returned and I called again. In November I get a call from the insurance company stating that they are now involved to get this fixed. Long story short... my floor around and under the shower is 100% saturated with water and visible Black mold. Now Rebath (Indianapolis) states that they do not want to do business with me and that I would need to fix it myself. I would love to have someone from the Corporate Office contact me so that I can get this fixed.

What made me feel better about Re-Bath is because it's through Home Depot, and Home Depot stands behind their work and their workman. If I had somebody to go back against, I could be sure that they were as good as they were supposed to be. Re-Bath came out and did the measurement. They let me pick out all of the colors and the finish so that I got exactly what I wanted. I had a small dark bathroom so I wanted something light and bright. I already had a good idea of what I wanted.
The process was slow because they had to custom order everything. Mine's a double sized shower with custom shower doors, fixtures, and bars. I wanted extra stuff and then changed my mind a couple of times and the people were good to me. They were wonderful to work with. When they put the doors in and they were not to my satisfaction as they were too short and water would splash out 'cause we're both very tall people, I told them it was not going to work and they said they were going to fix it for me, which was cool. We also had a water leak and they had to rip out all of the underlying wood and replace all the wood that was rotten. It took them a couple of days and I had a new shower. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. The people were nice, agreeable and trustworthy.

The tiles and the base of the shower were cracked and leaking. I had some guys come out and look at it, and they immediately shied away from doing anything to it for fear of what would be underneath the tiles, as far as wood rot and termites. They just said, "Oh, lady. You really need to get somebody that is licensed and bonded. Because if there's problems under here, you want to make sure that somebody's not going to walk out on you and hit the road after they tear your shower apart." I was convinced. I made the call and Re-Bath was able to meet with my husband. We got a shower stall.
Two fellows came out to install. I was in and out during the couple of days that they were there, but my husband was very pleased with the professionalism of the men that came out and continued to keep in contact with us. All have been professional, very appropriate, and helpful. It seemed like they worked together as a team, kept everything neat and tidy, and I was pleased too. However, neither my husband nor I really realized that when they were going to do the installation, they would have to jackhammer the shower floor. I was thinking they would just take off the tiles that were there and cover. But what they actually had to do was jackhammer the foundation in the shower in order to change out the drain and make the drain bigger. I didn't realize they would have to do that and my husband didn't seem to remember that that was part of the deal.
The jackhammering shook some tiles loose in the adjacent bathroom around the sink. I didn't notice it for a couple of days. We called and Re-Bath sent somebody right out to fix all that and it's all fine and dandy. Other than that, I haven't had any other issues, worries, or problems. We're very pleased with our shower. Everything was pleasant, nice, and clean. I felt the whole installation was professional and they certainly had it all figured out. For as big of a job as it is, it seemed that the methodology was spot on.

I love what Re-Bath did with our bathroom. The first part they did was change out the bathtub for a shower and they did an amazing job with it, so much so that I went ahead and let them re-do the entire bathroom. They took out the cabinets, put in new mirrors & cabinets, and painted the entire room. The switch-off of the tub for a shower started last Fall. They came in and had it done in less than two days. Then, we scheduled to do the rest of the bathroom and since it was a bigger job, that took four days to finish. When I walk in, I feel like I'm in a model home. We were so impressed with how polite the staff was. They did whatever cutting they needed to do in the driveway and had plastic down from the front door to the bathroom so they wouldn't get the floor dirty. They'd also shut the door to diminish the sound and when they left, we didn't have to do anything because they had cleaned up. Re-Bath is a wonderful company.

They were very courteous, clean and careful. I like to take pictures as they're going along and they let me do that. And we're very pleased. We love it. After a couple of years, we went back to them to get a vanity for the guest bath and a new sink. They had sent out an ad to save $500, and decided this would be the time to purchase the new vanity. We called them and set up an appointment with Natasha. She came out and showed us what was available. And we showed what we had and what we needed to get rid of. So far, we're perfectly satisfied with Re-Bath.

He had very few samples which wasn't good. So, he recommended I go to the actual store, which I ended up doing and they're really the one who made the sale because I could see things. But the guy that came to the house to do the work was great. He cleaned up every day and vacuumed up the carpet we have in there. It was one guy, mainly, but then it rained one day so he had to take a day off because he couldn't cut. He had given me an advance notice and he brought somebody with him when he went back to work and they got it done. I'd recommend them.

My daughter has a muscular dystrophy and she couldn't step in the tub anymore so we needed a walk-in shower. The sales process with Re-Bath is like a lot of the other ones where they come in, take a look at it and give us a price. We had a couple of other companies quote the job but Re-Bath came in at the best price and we liked the product. Also, we only have one bathroom and we wanted it done quickly. We made the purchase three weeks ago and they had an opening fairly soon after we signed the papers.
Then, Ben came in and started tearing the bathroom apart quickly and took off the old cast-iron tub. He'd had gone a lot further on the first day if we had some of the parts that we were missing but he did an excellent job. He was quite experienced and did things that I wouldn't have thought off through like the grab rails. We finished it up in two days. We were happy and my daughter said it's one of the best purchases we ever made. I'd recommend for people to go ahead and use them.

Also, we thought that with Home Depot behind it, it couldn't go wrong. That if we had any problems, customer service and the workmanship would be guaranteed and they would stand behind it.
The sales rep was professional, answered all our questions, and supplied us with a quote that met our needs. He was our second proposal and we clearly stated what we wanted. We did two bathrooms - one with the bath and tiles and one with the shower stall and tile. The installers were great and called us an hour before they were going to arrive. The house is maybe 28 years old and Bill, who was doing the style and the work, showed me what he could do to make the work look appropriate, and he was exactly right. Everybody, from the office to the workers, managed our expectations perfectly. I'm in sales and I know how important that is. There is customer satisfaction when people know what to expect and then it is delivered. Russell and Bill were the main workers and I was very happy with them. I would recommend Re-Bath.
