I picked up a Re-Bath brochure at the Home Depot in Mattoon then I went online and looked it up. My bathroom was old and things were starting to fall apart, and it needed replacing. I wanted someone who only did bathrooms. I figured Re-Bath would be quicker and know more. I had the entire bathroom remodeled from floor to wall including the shower, toilet and sink. I had two designers, and they sat down, went through all the materials and figured out the cost. They knew more than I did and they were great to work with. The installer changed some of the designs as we went along. This is an older house and there were some unexpected problems. It didn't faze him a bit and he went right along. So, we took about three days longer than what he had planned because of the problems, but he was wonderful to work with. The quality of work was fine and I’m happy with it. It was a great job all around.

My wife and I used Re-Bath 20 years ago at one of our old houses. She passed away but then more recently, I called them. When their sales guy came, he was really helpful to me and was able to make some great suggestions. He was super friendly. I purchased a shower from them and the guy who came out to install it was super. For less than a day and a half, he was around taking the tub out and putting the shower in. He did an excellent job and made sure to go over how everything worked. Thus far, I love the final product and the people and family members who have seen it love it too. I like the shower with the fold down chair. Also, where the water comes out is on a magnet. So, I can just pull it and set it down. I can sit there all day if I wanted to. It is totally awesome. I recommend Re-Bath.

A friend of ours was at the Home Depot and there was a display set up by Re-Bath. We went up there and checked it out. We really liked the quality so we went with them and their sales team was great. Their installers came in thereafter, rolled down the floor, and went straight to work. We loved their quality of work and really like how we got them to put in a larger shower than the standard one we had. If people are into remodeling, Re-Bath is the way to go.

We saw Re-Bath on a commercial and I heard a lot of people talking that it was good. I bought a shower a month and a half ago and the interaction with the sales rep was good as well as the installer. I like the space of the shower. The experience was perfect and we can't wait to get maybe a sink put in and a shower upstairs.

Re-Bath's architect was very thorough in his presentation. He had some creative ideas which were convincing. We got a walk-in shower, various fixtures and sliding glass heavy doors from them. We also got all the top-of-the-line things such as a new vanity sink with fixtures. We also got flooring that goes down on top of an existing floor. However, I had the president of company come because I had a question about the sliding doors. He and the head service person came as a result. Overall, working with Re-Bath was an excellent experience. The materials were what we expected and the installer was very meticulous. We were very pleased with the outcome.

I saw Re-Bath at a home show a couple of years ago and I had it in my mind to do it when the opportunity came up. Then I wanted a complete shower redo and thought they were gonna be the one that did it for me. The installer who did it was exceptional. He had been installing for 20 years and he really knew what he was doing. I would recommend Re-bath.

Re-Bath of San Antonio did a superior job. The dedicated work team (Mike and Mark) were well qualified. They were responsive to questions and requests. They went the extra mile too! The products used, were top notch quality. Professionals! Strong recommendation.

I had a whole bathroom redone by Re-Bath and they did a new tub, new shower, new surrounding around the shower and upon the ceiling, plus a new vanity and sink, toilet and floors. Any questions I had, Nathan took care of everything. He explained everything really well. The installers had a problem with the tub from the manufacturer and it wouldn't drain right. So, they took it back and the manufacturer told them, "Just prop the tub up and it'll drain." The installers said they were not doing that. So, they really went above and beyond. They had some extra stuff that they used on the surround and they did a fancy ledge across the tub, and it ended up looking really good. The bathroom upstairs had a sink that was leaking, and we tried to fix it. The installation team fixed it for me.

I had Re-Bath do one of my bathrooms a couple of years ago. Then last month, they did my other one. The installation team was great. They were some young guys and they knew what they were doing. They tore everything down and then they cleaned up and painted. It took them four days to complete everything. I had a good experience with Re-Bath again.

I liked Re-Bath's presentation and the price. I purchased a shower and it was completed about five weeks ago, and I had a representative here stay to inspect it and discuss any questions I had. They were excellent and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up, came on time and took as long as they said they would.

I needed something done on my bathroom and I thought I’d take a chance on Re-Bath and call them. It was a complete redo and Shannon, the design consultant, was excellent from the start. Brian, who ended up being the main installer, and another gentleman took over where Shannon left off, and they were just as professional and courteous. They were very people-friendly, so they made the whole experience perfect. They did everything they said they would do, which is pretty rare these days. The owner Chris was just as good, and I sent notes to him afterwards about their people because he needs to do everything he can to continue to hang on to people like Shannon and Brian. We’re very pleased and would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

I had a good experience with Re-Bath. I remodeled my bath and the sales rep did an excellent job. The installation was good, but I have some complaints which I'm gonna call them back for. After about 2 months, some of the grout in the floor is coming up. The sealant around the tub is also peeling. It's like it's not secure. I also don't know if it was pricey because it involved Home Depot but I think it's a bit pricey for what I had done. But other than that, they did a good job.

Everything went very well with Re-Bath. I love everything about the remodel. It's beautiful. I got a new shower, new shower door, new vanity, new linen cabinet, and new floor. That’s what I liked about it - getting a whole new bathroom. I chose them because of the name - Re-Bath. It's getting a new bath which was what I wanted. Everything was out of there and they put something in that was new. They were the only estimate that I got and the only people that I worked with because I was happy right from the get-go. The sales rep was very nice. The installation took a few weeks because of a cabinet being wrong. It wasn’t what I ordered. But I was in no hurry for it so all was good. I would definitely recommend Re-Bath to a friend.

We had an original estimate by Bath Planet to remodel our bathtub since we're both getting older and wanted to have easy access to our bathtub/shower. We then had a second estimate from ReBath & based on their description of the work to be done plus at a better price we decided on ReBath. They just completed the work in two days and did an amazing job. Mike & David & Eddie did the work required and actually went beyond what was asked for in two days. These guys were incredibly professional & made us feel confident they would do the work in a professional & timely manner.
I'm not saying Bath World wouldn't have done a great job as well, but what I am saying is get a second estimate from ReBath before you decide on a bathroom remodeling job. You will not be disappointed. These guys take pride in their work and it shows They will do whatever it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied with the job. Thank You ReBath, Mike, David & Eddie for the remarkable job. We will definitely let others know you are the go-to guys for any considering a bathroom/bathtub/shower remodeling job.

So my wife and I live in an older home with a less than appealing bathroom. We chose to use Re-Bath since they advertise 4 a day install. I knew the price was high, nearly double what a typical contractor would charge, but the ease of install and the fact they promised I wouldn't go without a toilet or shower convinced me this was the place to go.
I work in the mortgage industry and I know a lot of contractors don't like to work for homeowner's because they're just one off jobs. They usually do shoddy work at higher prices. Since Re-Bath directly targets homeowner's I assumed they'd be customer focused. We signed our contract in November. We were redoing the floors, covering the tiles on the wall, taking out the tub, putting in a walk-in shower, & replacing the old window that was in the shower with a new, double insulated one, that had frosted glass on the bottom; so people can't see you shower anymore.
In November we were told they'd begin work in the beginning of February. By the middle of February I hadn't heard anything; so I called their office. They said the person who does scheduling was out and would call me back that day. They did not. I called a week later and was told the person that does scheduling was out and would call me back that day. I pushed a little and asked why she was always out. They said it was just a coincidence and she would definitely call me back same day... A week later I called again, she was in, and told me she was just getting ready to call me! We scheduled the install for a week from then.
So March, a month late, the installer shows up to do the work. I also let my boss know I needed 3 or 4 days off work to be there while the install happened. He allowed me the time off, but without pay. I was told by my sales rep that it would be a team of installers. It was one guy. The scheduler told me he would be there by 9am that morning. He showed up at 2pm. He tells me that he had a flat tire on his trailer and it took forever to get it fixed. He said that Re-Bath's trailers are all pieces of crap and they refused to pay to fix it even though it's their trailer and he's just a sub-contractor.
My street is a dead end. It's about 50 to 60 yards long. He wants to turn his trailer around so he can work. I have this very small driveway. It's big enough for one car. He asks if he can turn around in it. I tell him it would be better to just back up to the start of the street, turn around there, and back up to where he wanted to park. Instead he goes into my driveway and yard. He dug 6 foot trenches into my grass! He gets out of the truck, sees all the mud, sees the ruts he's put in, and doesn't say a darn thing.
He comes in the house and looks over my bathroom a bit. As he's reviewing all the work, he fails to mention the new window. When I ask him about it he doesn't know what I'm talking about. I pull out my signed contract and there it is! He calls the main office and is on the phone for an hour or more. He comes back and tells me that even though my contract has the window as being installed during the renovation Re-Bath changed that to a post-install. This is seemingly because their sales staff doesn't know how to measure a window and they've had lots of windows come in as the wrong size. I fuss about it and since it's in my contract as being done during the renovation my installer tells me he'll try to get one. I call the main office to speak with the manager. They tell me they'll have him call me back. I call my sales rep. He tells me he'll see if he can find a window and it shouldn't take but a day to get one in.
After all that it was quitting time so the guy gets ready to leave. He tells me Monday was a wash, but he's here now and it should only take 2 or 3 days max to finish the work. He says he'll be back at 9am the next morning. The next day the installer shows up at 11:30am. He proceeds to sit in his truck for 2 hours and doesn't come to the house until around 1pm. He tells me he spent the whole morning trying to get his boss to order my window, but his boss is in his words incompetent and doesn't do his job well. He says he'll have to try to find the window for me. Then he goes to work demoing the bathroom. I call my sales rep, he used to install windows for a living, and ask if he has any news. He tells me he's talked to the manager and it's on expedited order. It should be here by the end of the week.
After 1 hour of demo my installer goes to his truck and disappears for 3 hours. I go outside and he's on the phone every time I go out there. He comes back in the house and says he's done for the day. However, he's removed the toilet. I have a wife and it's 5pm. So he begrudgingly says he'll put the toilet back. I look in the bathroom, the only thing he's really done is take out the toilet. He's supposed to re-tile the whole floor. So he puts down the 4 or 5 tiles needed to re-seat the toilet and leaves. He tells me he'll definitely be at the house tomorrow by 8am and all the demo will be done Wednesday.
Wednesday he shows up at 11am. He once again sits in his truck for the first 2 hours. When he comes to the house he doesn't even give an excuse. He barely even grunted when he came through the door. He just went to the bathroom and went to work. He worked for an hour then went to his truck for 2 hours. He comes back in the house, works for 1 hour and goes to his truck for 2 more hours. He comes back and tells me he unfortunately wasn't able to finish all the demo, but Thursday he'll definitely finish everything. He has just a little bit of demo left and getting the new walls, floor, and shower will be a breeze. He tells me he'll be here by 9am Thursday.
Thursday he shows up at 12pm. Sits in his truck for 2 hours. Comes in and does his normal work an hour take a 2 hour break. I ask him about the window. He tells me it hasn't been ordered yet. He has to do the measurements today then they'll have it expedited and it should be here before the install is done... Well it was supposed to be done that day; so I ask him if he'll finish that day. He tells me he's only got an hour or so worth of work, but Thursday is his family night so he packs up and leaves at 4pm. Mind you, I've been without a shower since Monday. I call the main office, someone tells me they'll call me back. I call my sales rep. He goes on a tangent for 10 minutes and hangs up without any resolution.
Friday my installer shows up at 10am! Only sits in the truck for an hour before he comes to work. He's still not completely done with the demo; so he finishes that, then gets to work on building my new bathroom. He does go outside for an hour at a time, but it's not as frequent as the rest of the week. Come 6pm the bathroom is not done. I do have a shower however. He tells me he needs one more day and hopefully the window will be in then too. Monday he comes in, no window, finishes most of the work and packs up. He tells me he doesn't have what he needs to get the sink drain plumbed in so I'll have to do that. He also tells me the window will not be installed, but it's been expedited ordered and will be in, in 2 weeks. He leaves.
2 weeks later I get a call from Re-Bath's main office. Yes, they can call people back. But they only called for me to sign my final payout docs. They want to get paid for their work. I tell them I'll pay them once they're done. They make some vague threats and tell me they'll sign anything I want them to as a promissory to finish the work. I tell them, "That's called a contract and we already have one."
2 months go by after the initial install and finally a new guy shows up with my window. He comes in, tears the wall down in the shower and walks out of the house for 2 hours. He comes back and tells me they measured the new window wrong and will have to order a new one. That won't take but 2 or 3 weeks. It's being expedited mind you. So what do I do with a hole in the wall in the middle of my shower? Well, he put black trash bags over it and duct taped the whole thing. And now it's May and I don't have a finished bathroom. In fact, my bathroom looks worse than I started as there's black trash bags hanging from the wall.

I asked Re-Bath of Oklahoma to remodel our bathroom about 4 yrs ago. I was told at the time of purchase that work was covered by a lifetime warranty. I recently noticed some ‘pitting’ has occurred in my bathtub. When I called the company, the staff was very rude. They also told the that the tub unit I was sold only had a 3 yr warranty, and there was nothing they could do. They said, "We are not going to discuss this with you.... There is nothing we can do", I was treated rudely and the company refused to honor their commitment to their product. Buyer beware!!! Will never use this company again!!! I feel robbed!!!

Two years ago we had Re-Bath convert our standard bathtub into a walk-in shower. They were efficient and totally reliable. We were thrilled with the firm and the final product. A drip developed in the shower head two years after the original installation. I called Re-Bath and they quickly set a date for their service person to correct the issue. And that's exactly what happened: fast, efficient and totally reliable. I am a fan of Re-Bath!

We just had a wedding in the family, so our home has gone up 18% in one year and we thought about pulling the money out of the home and getting out of it, and, at the same time, doing the bath remodel. We used HomeAdvisor app to look for contractors that could do it in the area and HomeAdvisor recommended Re-Bath as well. We did the shower replacement and it was done about two months ago. The sales representative from Re-Bath showed up on time and she was pleasant and very cordial. She understood the process and did a good job.
The installation team came out on time also. I let them use the garage as the work area. They laid down mud carpeting, so they didn’t track a lot of dirt in. They did the job quickly. They also didn’t mind me asking a lot of questions and getting in the way. They did a good job and were done within five hours. I like the final product, although there were a couple of things that could be improved on. They installed the shower door, but they missed a couple of end caps, so there were some sharp edges that I didn’t want someone to cut their skin on. They ordered those, then I installed both. I’ve also got a bit of drainage around the bottom seal of the shower door. There is a plastic seal, but it is not quite long enough. The water leaks between the top shower base and the bottom of the door, so I’ll get them to come out and address that or just do it myself.
The only thing they could improve on is the regular routine repair and maintenance. The people at the store didn’t know as much as the salesperson did about it, so when I went to follow up on which products to buy to keep the thing looking new that wouldn’t void the warranty, not too many people knew. Re-Bath would be wise to carry their own line of maintenance products for their shower installs, so they can make some money off the stuff that doesn’t void the warranty. Our experience with Re-Bath has been very good, nevertheless.

My brother had his bathroom redone a couple of years ago with Re-Bath and since he was pleased with them, I chose to do go with them as well. I'm having my whole bathroom redone where I'll have a shower put in and a new commode. I'll also have a new sink, new cabinets and new flooring. I made the purchase of the products three weeks ago and Steve was our sales rep, and he was very detailed in what would happen. He had samples of the products, and he helped me figure out what colors and the product to put in there. When Ronnie came, the person that worked in the bathroom, he was professional and friendly. Re-Bath wasn't the cheapest, but I felt more comfortable with their sales guy. We also got several other quotes, and some were higher and some were a little bit lower, but we felt more comfortable with what Re-Bath was doing versus anybody else. For our money, we felt like they were the way to go. We had both of our bathrooms completely remodeled. We did everything - tubs, commodes, flooring, and vanity. The only thing we didn't change out was our lighting. Everything else is new. We had to do the painting ourselves though because they don't do any painting. It took them five weeks after we signed on with them to get to us. They started the project on March 11.
We have nothing but good things about the two men that came out. They really worked hard and we were very impressed with the way they work. They worked non-stop except for lunch, plus they were always here when they said they would be here every morning. We had them scheduled for the whole week, but they got done in three days, which was very impressive and surprising. When my neighbor asked what I thought of Re-Bath, I said that I was very pleased. They also came over here and looked at our bathroom and they decided to go with Re-Bath as well.

We came into contact with Re-Bath through Home Depot, which is called Modern Re-Bath here. The designer lady Amy came to our house several times and made good impression with my wife. Amy requested for the plumber to come out, I informed him of the leaky pipes below, he said to replace them all. On the day of drafting a contract, Amy had a note pad, we downgraded from a steam shower and tile surround, to their ssb product for a new shower. Small shower with everything else extra. She put the basement plumbing into an allowance, I want to say $3000, she said that should be enough to fix everything. She also sold my wife on closet hanging rods and shelves for $1000 allowance. The total came to $41000 with new vanity, tub surround, and flooring and lights. She said it will take a little bit to put all that in a contract and I left.
She then convinced my wife to sign a bareboned contract, claiming she will add all the detail from her notes in it. Amy said this will get us on the schedule sooner so my wife signed this contract with my name on the top. Amy promised her she will amend the contract with all the detail from her notes and send it to me in a day or two. 9 days later I received the same bareboned contract from a different email address. Not knowing their arrangement, I did not say anything. I did ask Amy before I left if we will get unused money in the allowance/contingency back, she said yes.
Now forward to present day. The person in charge on site is Hal, nice guy. When I asked, he seemed had no idea about the closet system, so I start asking. The next day Hal said there was a note but did not say much more. Second day the plumbers came, I noticed that night they did the bare minimum, not what I was told. I had the operational manager Jon on the phone and he said, sorry, the master plumber forgot to tell them, they will come and do the rest. The next day Jon called again at my work, saying they will only replace patched copper pipes, and only the leaky drain below the tub to pvc. I said OK, the leaky copper pipes are more of my concern. That night the pipe below the toilet leaked, I had a hard time patching it, so I asked if the plumbers can come out earlier.
Jon called me at work the next day and told me the plumbers are coming but for the rest, they will only repair the patched spots, not changing out the faulty pipes from 70s. I started to email again and called out Amy to respond because she had been silent. I got Beth the GM instead, she said none of the leaky pipes are in the bareboned contract, therefore they will only quote me to pay more. She said Amy will email me to reference her notes to show me how these things are not included.
By this time my wife emailed Amy and fearing her closet hanging system is in danger, Amy email back a price list we had never seen before. In the email she claimed she went over line by line, explained line by line for both of us and signed. She listed the ssp shower replacement at $12100 without shower door, hardware upgrade, niche, light above, and no plumbing allowance anywhere to be seen, definitely no closet system. I confronted Beth that we had not seen this agreement and we would never sign off a $12100 shower and not have faulty plumbing fixed.
Their position is that they will just follow the contract, no plumbing allowance, they do not offer closet system, and start to shield Amy. We have Home Depot regional manager Regan involved, he suggested we have a walk through with Amy and go through the original notes line by line. Beth offer conference call only. I have yet to hear back from Beth. I called Re-Bath national customer hotline as often suggested in reply here, they said they are toothless with their franchises. They can ask, that is about it. Yes, my wife should not have signed that contract and trusted Amy, shame on us. However, this bogus price list and false claim by Amy is now documented. Re-Bath customer service gal said it is a good idea for me to shout from the rooftop, and encourage me to do so. Do not sign anything without all the details written down, have to keep your eyes on the ball all the time!

Got Re-Bath to install acrylic tub and walls years ago and was satisfied until I recently got water retention in the liner. Drained it and now the water is back. Called Re-Bath and they transferred me to their store in Cherry Hill, NJ. Spoke to Kim and told her about the problem, and she offered to have salesperson come out to quote me a complete new tub installation. Asked her if there was a guarantee still valid on the job with respect to water leakage, and her response was that a new tub and wall installation would cost a minimum of $7,000.00! Went to the Re-Bath national site to express my dissatisfaction with my experience several days ago, and still no response from them. We had been talking about remodeling our bathroom for years. Re-Bath was more full-service and we did the whole bathroom with them. Our sales rep was courteous and answered all of our questions. We made our purchase around April 18 and it's been two and a half weeks since the work was done. We watched the installers work and they were excellent. They were like a fine-tuned valet. They worked well together, were very pleasant, fast, and efficient. They kept our floors covered as they went in and out of the house. They also answered the questions we had. They did the cabinets, flooring, and shower. We did the painting. We had a tub before and we had to climb in and out of it. Now, we have a walk-in shower. Everything I had experienced was very positive - the product, the people, the questions answered. We're totally satisfied.

We bought this house in November and the people who owned the home before had remodeled one of the bathrooms but it was remodeled in an antique way. It had the old Victorian bathtub with the legs. The problem with it was that it was completely non-functional. A woman who’s 5’2” could not fit in the bathtub. It was so small. It was actually beautiful-looking though. Then they also had a nice sink but they had no counter or cabinet space. It also had a bidet and we have never used a bidet. Our bathrooms needed remodeling and Home Depot has a service wherein we talk to them about the project and then they recommend certain providers. They gave us the name of Re-Bath and we contacted them.
We demolished the bathroom and put in cabinets, new counters and faucets. We also put in a walk-in shower and took out the bidet. So we got tons of storage, cabinet space and lots of counter space that we didn’t have before. That was the number one reason we did that. Then we had another bathroom that had a tub and shower which was not necessarily claustrophobic but it was a real narrow shower and tub and it had a curtain. When you’re showering, the curtain would be on your skin. We knocked out a wall in that bathroom, took out the tub and shower, and put in a therapeutic tub. We hike a lot and when you go on a 12-mile hike and come home, to be able to get in a therapeutic tub really is wonderful. The main reason we did that bathroom was to get a therapeutic tub in. The other one was to get a walk-in shower where you’re not touching the walls when you’re showering.
So we kinda had two separate projects, and we were told it would be three to five days from demolition to completion. We didn’t believe that but we said okay. The first project took five days and the second project took three days. I was amazed that they were able to come, do the demo and complete the project in as short a time as they did. To their credit, they also didn’t start it until they had all the parts. They didn’t start the project and worked one day then waited two weeks and worked another day. The first project was five straight days and the second project was three straight days. In addition to that, three days before they started the projects, they said they were gonna start and they were there at the time that they said they were gonna be there. Then every day, they cleaned up so that we could still live there.
The two installers were really nice guys. They were very polite. They recognized that they were disrupting our home life, although it was really minimal. Both of them knew what they were doing. There was no wasted time and the quality was exceptional. They did an excellent job with the aesthetics. The salesman had described how it was gonna look and had some samples, and it looked exactly like he described. It’s extremely functional but it’s also really beautifully finished work. It also had to be permitted and the inspections went without a hitch.
It was really a wonderful experience. Even the sales guy was extremely knowledgeable. He was a really nice guy. They were also honest about everything and the quoted price was the price. We changed some things during the process and they told us it was a change that wasn't gonna cost them any more so they weren't gonna charge us a change order fee. So we were extremely pleased. We're absolutely gonna recommend Re-Bath. We also have another bathroom and when we remodel that, we’re gonna call Re-Bath.

My wife and I called for an appointment to have our downstairs tub/shower replaced. The representative came out on schedule and gave us a presentation of Re-Bath's products and services. He gave us the full estimate in writing. Since we had already asked for a bid from another business, I asked the rep to give us a couple of days and I requested that he call us on the following Tuesday for a decision. He agreed. The following day my wife and I decided to go with Re-Bath and schedule a date for the work to begin. But the rep's call never came...and that was that.

I have an already demoed standard size bathroom to redo. Rebath salesman comes out to provide a quote. Says, "We'll put in something way better than the standard fiberglass shower that you see." Proceeds to show me some plastic crap that they manufacture, not too different than the fiberglass enclosure, that has a faux rock look to it. (cheap) "Ok. We can install 2 30” vanities and do your floor (40-50 sq ft) don’t need walls finished." I’ll do that, no toilet, have a new one. Oh and a nice shower door. $37,000.00! “Gasp” no. How about you buy your own vanities? New price, $29,000.00 ($8,000 for 2 small vanities) no thanks. "How about just the shower with a fiberglass pan and this plastic crap we make?" How much? $16,000.00! Let me help you to your car.

Re-Bath completely redid my bathroom. It was a whole new bath shower, plumbing, and vanity mirror. The sales reps were wonderful because they knew what they were doing. They had everything there so my initial purchase was easy. They did the remodel right after Thanksgiving. They had to order some special parts that got broken, and we finished the remodel a little bit in February. The quality of their work is excellent, and I'm very satisfied with the bathroom. Re-Bath converted a tub to a handicap shower for my mother-in-law, Brenda. We did the countertop for the vanity, all the fixtures, the shower, and the vanity faucet. The sales rep was great and very professional. We always like somebody to listen more than they talk. Brenda is 91, so you gotta let her figure out what you’re doing, which the sales rep did. I used to be a kitchen and bath designer for Home Depot, so I'm used to making selections. The sales rep had a clue that I might have been in this kind of business, so he just followed right along, and we slow-served it to Brenda. He worked really well. He saw what was going on and went ride with it.
The installation was awesome. It says that the installers need to keep the place in a broom-swept condition when they're done. They left nothing, and Brenda was just amazed at Re-Bath. I asked the installer to explain to Brenda because she was gonna be using it, and the went over everything. The remodel was about $10,000 and in Brenda's mind, $5,000 was a lot. But I explained to her that value is defined by the materials, the labor, and the customer's experience. So she trusted me with the expenses, and as Re-Bath was doing the remodel, Brenda got it. She said all the cuts are perfect, the shower door is fantastic, and everything looks great. She said it was money well spent.

We wanted to get rid of the tub and go with a full shower, and after Re-Bath's presentation, I decided to go with them. I was impressed by the sales representatives' dedication to their work. They guided us and were so nice. We got the wall surrounding and fixtures, and the contractor walked us through the whole nine yards. He let us select everything that we wanted and guided us from that aspect. The installation took about a day and a half, and the installers were so clean and so professional. I would ask them back again soon. I am 100% satisfied with the shower too.

Our experience with Re-Bath... I’m sure this may be confined to the local ReBath but this is no way to run a company and no way to treat the customer. It started with us visiting their booth at a home remodeling show and listening to the sales pitch; we explained our current situation having a tub and tiled on three sides. The sales person told us they would simply cut it into sections and carry it out (didn’t happen like this AT ALL). Salesman came out to the house to measure and write up the sales agreement. Everyone that stepped foot in our house had a guided tour of the underside of the tub where I explained to them the joist doubler that would be right tight to the new drain system.
Prior to starting the job, the local company sent someone to measure and double check all the measurements that the salesman had on paper. Since the tub would be replaced with a shower pan that was 4 inches wider, that meant the drain (center point of shower floor) had to move over 2 inches. At first the person sent to check measurements said the drain would be moving 4 inches after which I corrected saying it will only need to move 2 inches. That should have been our first clue of things to come.
The first day on the job was “demo” day. What they did was cause damage to our house – taking a sledgehammer to the walls to bust off the tile and the cement that the tile was set onto (house was built in the 70’s). The plumbers stopped to install water shutoff valves so that the entire house would not be without water (very nice). Then during the process of installing the new shower base, they drilled a new hole for the shower base … right through the double joist! If you were to google “how to notch a floor joist” you would find a formula explaining how deep a person can cut into a joist.
So while cleaning up downstairs, I questioned the notch depth, whether they have or use inspectors, was told they are allowed to cut that deep and that they “always” cut that way. I explained that sounds like I should call for an inspector; I explained that I have experience in the building trade and the notch looked too deep; the demo person from ReBath decided he had enough and didn’t like me questioning his work and looking over his shoulder; I explained that this IS our house he is destroying. He walked off the job, told us he will never be back, and to call the office and let them know what is happening... which I did.
The next day, a different person came to finish prepping the new install, adding green board on the walls. He installed the new shower sides, caulked all the seams, patched all the nail holes that popped when hammering the walls; he used touch-up paint wherever needed. All in all, it looks VERY nice. The plumbing and building inspectors were called in; the second installer contacted a building structural engineer to determine how to “fix” and support the double joist that was cut out for the plumbing drain.
While looking outside, along the siding on the back wall, I noticed a bump out (or bowing) right along the new shower area – where the excessive hammering took place, cracking a stud, and pushing out. Additional repairs that were done included: disassembly of the new shower (outside wall), pull in the stud that got pushed out, apply the added 2x4 onto the stud and reassemble the shower. Plus they added the support post (4x4) under the damaged joist.
Lessons learned: clarify the “sales pitch”, have the demo people, office people, and work people agree to what is being said, having a more thorough review prior to demo; insist on inspections by having them pull the permits, (plumbing and building), all at the various stages of the process, after demo, prior to drilling, prior to covering walls – especially outside walls. On the PLUS side, the second installer was very conscientious, did a very good job fixing all the damages and installing the shower walls. If I were to have other work done I would request this person.
Herm, thank you for taking the time to leave us this detailed feedback about your experience with us. We would like the opportunity to address all of your concerns. Please reach out to our customer support team when you have a chance. Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you.

I'm really enjoying my bathroom now. We had a tub before and were looking for a walk-in. It's not a very big bathroom but I wanted to see what Re-Bath would be able to do and they were able to accommodate it. I spoke with them and had them come out, and they did well. I purchased the walk-in shower, the vanity and the toilet. That was at the end of November then the work started at the end of January. The installers did their work in a timely manner and got it taken care of.

Our shower was leaking and we kept having people come out to try and fix it. So, we're done with it and had Re-Bath come and rip it out. The sales rep was very nice and helpful. She showed us all the products, and we knew what we wanted but that was way more than we could afford. We made a compromise and went for a corner shower but went bigger. We also got everything that goes with the shower like the shower head and the faucet.
We did it in November but they had to order the parts and it was gonna come in February. However, the glass was leaking so, they had to take the glass out and reorder that. On one of the occasions, the installers didn’t clean up so, there were pieces of metal which wasn’t great in a bathroom because you’re usually walking barefoot in there. Then, in the shower drain, we had one of those chains that helps catch hair. They broke that but then just kinda left it there and didn't say anything, which is not a big deal. I had another one. But still, they should have said something. That was the only thing that my husband wasn’t happy with and other than that, they got the shower to where it’s not leaking.
Deanna, we really appreciate your feedback! We regret to hear of the broken chain and will be sure to address this with our team. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out!

I fell backwards, hit my head under the soap dish and broke my shower tile. My daughter knew that we needed to have that repaired and mentioned Re-Bath. My daughter has a bathroom with the shower threshold. It’s just right to step into that I don’t lift my leg up higher than three inches. Everything is so perfect in there. It’s gonna last a long time. I told my daughter that Re-Bath was the one we had the first time. They didn’t do such a bad service, they just didn’t have the quality that they have today. The sales rep showed us from start to finish what it would look like. I expected him to know his product and he did, backwards and frontwards.
After we got the price of what it was gonna cost, it sounded practical and just to me so I went along with it. He wanted a down payment though. Some companies don’t request a down payment, but he said we have to have at least half upfront, which was $5,000. I was happy to provide that so we could get this job started. He said that by doing so, the contract would pick up faster. It did and I was happy when they could start it. Once Aaron, the serviceman who came, was on the job, I felt comfortable. I found somebody I could talk to for a few minutes. Then he’d get on the job and I stayed away from him so he could get the job done.
I expected the job to go well, but I thought it would take more than one person. I’m tickled with everything Aaron did. He was a skilled craftsman and he didn’t play around. He came in, started his work, and didn’t leave until he was finished with it. It took less than two days to complete. He was so clean, thorough and competent in everything he did. He had to go back and forth to his truck to get his stuff. And when he came in, the first thing he did was lay down covering on the rugs so he wouldn’t mess up or stain it. He did a wonderful job and I love my bath.
Now I have a shower that I have the proper equipment to hold on to that’s deep to the studs. It’s not gonna come loose or be shabby. I tell everybody that comes into my home to look at the shower and they’re impressed. The service was perfect and I would recommend Re-Bath to anybody. I also appreciated the basket that was sent to me. My daughter couldn’t believe they sent a basket and almost fell over. Plus, some of the things were ideal. They sent a squeegee for the glass door that I have and that was neat.

I was thinking of redoing my bath and so I went online and looked at different places that specifically do bathrooms. I called a couple of companies that were in town and Re-Bath was the only company that has an actual showroom, so I went with them. I appreciate that because you can go in there and see their products. With the other companies, you come and talk to them but you can't see their stuff. Re-Bath's people were wonderful. Mike was the gentleman who came here and he was very thorough. He spent over two hours here in my house measuring and explaining everything. Then, if I had a question about whether one thing could be done, he was honest and told me if it wasn't gonna leave much room, or if I wanted to consider the length of something as my bathroom is not very wide.
I had Re-Bath take out my old clawfooted cast iron tub and had it replaced with a walk-in shower. I also had them put in a commode vanity, new flooring, and cabinet above my toilet. I have a low threshold because I did not want it up high and grips on the floor were also put so that I don't slip and fall. The installers who came were wonderful. I stood there, watched them, and talked to them. The first day they came, they were here from 8:30 to 3:30 and worked non-stop. The second day they came, there was a bad storm. They did everything they could do, they were here at 8:30 and they left at around 10:30, but they could not do everything that was left to do, which was the ceiling to put the shower up. It was too wet to seal. But they did all the plumbing that needed to be done. They came again on the third day, and they were here from 8:30 to 12:30.
What I got done with my shower, the fact that they went up all the way to the ceiling, ensures no mode. But you could not get what I have gotten at Home Depot, Lowe's or any place like that. With the showers that you can get there, you can get mode but they don't go all my way up to the ceiling. The color I chose for the shower is so calming and I love it. One of the installers even said that of all the stuff that he has done, he liked the one I chose the best. I also love the vinyl flooring that was installed. It's wonderful and it goes with any color. If I ever did my kitchen flooring again, I want to match it up with that flooring. I also love my cabinet and my vanity.
I really love my bathroom and my family who has seen it has been very impressed with it. Also, the price that I paid was reasonable compared to what I got. One of my coworkers whose church has had their smaller bathroom done told me that I got the better deal for the price. I would recommend Re-Bath to anyone. If you're gonna have a bathroom re-done, go to someone who only deals with bathrooms because it's a major overhaul. Don't settle yourself short.

The representatives who came to our home usually spent 90% of the time for their marketing pitch and biased stats info in favor of their company. Not so with Re-bath. The salesman Frank, was very businesslike and knowledgeable. He didn't spend time on any kind of pitch. Proceeded directly to the bathroom, took very detailed measurements and then attentively listened to what we wanted to do and gave professional advise without any pressure to buy anything which is not needed. Then he made calculations and gave us a clear quote for the planned scope of work. This was a very pleasant experience, unlike other companies we had talked with.

Aside from the walk-in tub, we also got a vanity and fixtures like towel bars and a faucet, and the installer was beyond belief. He was as good as I’ve ever seen and he did it all himself in three and a half days, not four. The Re-Bath salesman was excellent too and Home Depot was very supportive through the whole process. Both bathrooms also had an existing toilet removed and a new one put in. In the other bathroom, the work also involved the sink. The whole remodel took about a week and a half, and the installers were fantastic. They were very much on the date that Re-Bath said that the installation was going to be on. They were very precise in putting things in and were very neat. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. On top of that, Re-Bath was extremely easy to get in contact with.

My house has one and a half baths and we really needed two full baths. Besides that, we had a lot of damage from some flooding that had happened last summer, so the baths needed to be redone and we were looking into how we could do it. When I really got serious about needing our bathrooms redone, I saw that Re-Bath had a little place over here at one of the malls that I drove by. I stopped by to see what they had and to talk to them, but no one was there. I left them a message and they called me back. Re-Bath stayed in contact and made an appointment for a designer to talk to us.
Still, we are really liking everything else. I had to adjust because I was used to cleaning with bleach, but you don't do that to these things, you use the more nature-friendly or more natural products. It is a bit of an adjustment for me, but it will be okay. I would definitely recommend Re-Bath. We had a lot of work done, so it was very pricey and the interest rate was high on the loan. But as far as the work and the company are concerned, there are no problems.

Sad to say our experience with Re-Bath was just un-called for, but I will keep this simple and factual. First of all we had our consult with the sales rep, we picked out the layout, the color, the doors, the shower head, the handles, etc... and gave a deposit for the work. Additionally we were told it would be a couple weeks before they could complete the one day install and we would be contacted. No one contacted us after a month or so, we called them! Then the install was set up, the guy came and asked us what he was supposed to do! We told him and he started the one day install that turned into more than one day!
Then after he installed the shower and knobs he said they were down, wait where are the doors? They said we were supposed to get that ourselves from another company! Umm and then had to go back and forth with Home Depot and Re-Bath with the he said/she said issue on the doors, for Re-Bath to finally call and say, "After further investigation you guys seem like good guys so we are gonna do you a favor cause we found some doors that will work!" Additionally this was over 1 month later! We requested a refund because their one-day obligation was not honored and Home Depot who we purchased the services through, just communicated with Re-Bath and only got back to us once or twice during the early stages of this situation afterwards taking Re-Bath's word on their commentary with us! Just Sad. We will never use Re-Bath again or recommend them.

Don't believe the promises the sales guy makes while he is in your home. They will promise you they are committed to making everything perfect. Then they film you while you are in the bathroom and they are just stating what you've ordered and don't bother to mention their commitment to getting it right. Then they use that film to say "we never promised that" and, "We aren't fixing that."
On top of that, they make modifications like moving your shower head up 2 feet when you are only 5 feet tall so that you can't even reach your shower head and then tell you to go buy more plumbing and put it in yourself so that you can fix their error at your expense. Plus they make STUPID choices without consulting you like using white caulk under your bone colored toilet on your dark brown floor. They make crooked joints in your shower and try and cover it with wide sloppy grout dark brown grout and then tell you, "Oh well we can't change it." Bad deal all around, hire a qualified remodeling company with good recommendations and get things done right. This place will lead you to believe they are cheaper, but only the product and the service is cheaply done, the price tag for the crap you get is outrageous.

I never seen a company talk down to their customers and treat them like they are stupid as much as this one did. They left the job the last day knowing there was a weak spot, a dip, or what I consider a huge air bubble under the floor. Call it what you want but you screwed up and the point is it was not done right. Correcting me on my use of the word bubble shouldn't even be happening or calling me anal! When a customer is paying you over $13,000 for a job they are not anal. They just expect to have it done right! Not to mention you left mold untreated and just covered it up. Your sales man assured us you would not do that.
A month later you come back out to fix the floor and add even more excuses as to why it's not correct. 1-That's normal. 2-All floors are uneven. 3-Even in new houses floors are not even. 3-I have this exact floor in my house and it's not even. 4-You're being anal. 5-Your joists are not level. 6-Mrs ** you do realize that your old floor was not even. 7-This seam on the subfloor is causing issues. NO actually that is not a seam. That is where you cut a half inch by a few feet out of my subfloor and tried filling it with your leveling putty. And when you put the bathroom back together and called me in to OK the job I didn't say a word. I slid my foot across the area and out came excuse number 8-I fixed it the best I could. The more stuff I put down in this area it started raising the floor in other areas.
Obviously we are not happy and it has nothing to do with me being anal. If you would like me to be anal I can. The shower door frame has scratches from the install and glass door has a scratch and we now have to repaint after having the guy out to redo work that should have been done right from the beginning and it still is NOT done right and yet again the guy left knowing it's still not correct and no phone call was made to us to apologize. In fact I don't think we have heard that one time. Just excuses after excuses.
This was the worst experience for us and we dont even have to say anything when friends and family come over to see it. First thing that's noticed when you walk in is that there's a huge soft spot and now high spots in the floor. The quality of the work speaks for itself. We wouldnt recommend them to anyone. The salesman uses pressure selling and makes promises this company can't keep. Said we were getting what we paid for by choosing them over Tom with a toolbox.
Said unlike other companies that will charge you more for unseen problems. Told us no matter what they found when they took out the shower walls they would fix it and our price was locked in same with our floor that was visibly uneven. We were upfront with our bathrooms issues. We knew our floor was bad and we knew we had a mold problem from a previous leak. Too bad. This company couldn't have been upfront with us from the beginning and just sent us to Tom with a toolbox. Maybe he would have done it right and treated us with respect.

We were recommended by my son to Re-Bath. During the initial contact, the rep was nice and he explained everything and answered all our questions, so we went ahead with the project. They installed a shower and they were very thorough and very quick. The installation crew was very professional, very nice, and neat. They didn’t damage anything. They put stuff on the floor and told us what to do. We stayed mostly out of their way and they installed in two days, which was magnificent. They did a great job. The shower is wider and it has more depth, and the quality of the materials looks like they are top-quality stuff. They even told us how to clean it and how to keep it from tarnishing. Everything was put in its place, even the bench, and we love it. I would recommend Re-Bath to my friends saying, “You’re getting top-quality.”

We had three other bids that came out, but none of the other salespeople were as buttoned down as Tiana at the Re-Bath Meridian office. She had her act together. It wasn’t the best price of the others, but the samples that she had were bigger. She was here for at least two hours measuring and I got a level of confidence with her sales pitch. She showed me some samples and I saw one that was really nice. She advised me on how our shower was way too short, so it needed to be higher. She also told me it would look bigger because of the way the old shower was installed versus what they would do. Then, she set up an appointment. We thought it was gonna be much later in January when they would be able to put it down, but for some reason, they were able to do it at the beginning of January. So, we set up a time and they were here on time.
The people that were here were all great. They were here on time and they were done quicker than we thought. It only took four and a half hours and there was absolutely no mess. I couldn’t be happier. It was absolutely better than I even expected. It was awesome from the first sales call to when it was all set and done. Then, there has been a follow-up where they called to make sure and they asked for a survey. The only thing I was concerned is that the survey site they sent me to was Re-Bath for Twin Falls. I had to make sure that they understood I dealt with Meridian in Idaho. Other than that, everything was great and clean. There was not a speck on my floors or anything anywhere. It was perfect.

My mom had arthritis in her knees and legs. She's had leg problems for years. Therefore, she needed a bathtub with easy access of getting in and out. My family had been in construction for years. My dad was until he died and my brother was at the beginning. But he was busy so she decided to just go with something that was coming in and redo it in a timeframe that they did. We saw Re-Bath on TV and called, and they came right on out. My sister has a certain shower in her house and that’s what my mom wanted off the top. The sales representative was a good person. He came in and showed me everything ‘cause while my mom was in the hospital, I handled everything. And then my uncle came down when I came to work when they remodeled it. I met the team when they started at 8:00 and I was with them through the whole thing. It took them exactly from about 8:00 to 2:00.
The experience was good. Once we talked and got everything situated, Re-Bath came right on out, took care of business and was taken care of promptly. I wanted it done after I talked to them. My mom was going to the hospital and she had to do about a week in rehabilitation. But right after I got with them, they got out there in a couple days. In 48 hours, they got there and they were knocking it. They did the whole thing and they had it all ready for her before she got home. She was surprised. Also, when I called Re-Bath and they needed something, they got right back with me. There was no playing around and no waiting. They did what they said they were gonna do and the salesman did everything just like we wanted it done.

I had been thinking about remodeling my bathroom and I liked the way Re-Bath handled business. They were very professional. They put in a new shower back in December and a guy came out. He was very professional, answered everything, figured out how much it would cost, and told us what all to expect. I'm overall very satisfied. They stood by what they said and I didn’t have any problems.

I heard about Re-Bath from my cousin and I liked their products and the convenience of selecting them. We purchased everything for our bathroom from them. The interactions with their sales rep were great and they guided me. The installation team was also fine. We made the purchase in November and they finished it in the first quarter of January.

We've been waiting to remodel our bathroom for a long time and we decided it was finally time to do it now or we weren't ever gonna do it. I read some of the comments on some of the other companies and I talked to Re-Bath. A person came over here, talked some time and I liked it. I made this purchase two weeks ago and the sales reps were all very nice and professional. We had an idea of what we wanted and they told us the options that were available. I had the showers replaced in the master and in the guest. I went from tubs to walk-ins. The installation experience was very smooth and the installers were very professional with what they did. They did each bathroom back-to-back and it took them a day and a half. They explained everything in advance and they were very well-organized which was great.

I'm a home care nurse and one of my patients had Re-Bath out to their home. They also did a good job at the house of the other patient that I saw. I had been in my home for a couple of years and remodeling my bathroom was something I’ve wanted to do for a while. The sales rep guided me and we had an excellent interaction. So, five weeks ago, I bought floor, walls, bathtub, faucet and toilet from them. The installation team was very professional, friendly and they did a good job cleaning up. They were here for two days so there was no inconvenience for me and I am very satisfied with my bathroom after it was completed.

I have been seeing the commercials of Re-Bath on TV. I have also seen a few of their trucks around Crane and Odessa. We've been wanting to do our restroom for a long time and I knew no other people would do it. I didn't wanna bring in somebody as a contractor that would work on it and then if I needed him, I couldn’t find him anymore. With Re-Bath, they told me that they're always gonna be available because they have an office. That's what I liked about them. And the person who came to do the job showed up by himself. His name is John and when I asked if he got some other guys coming, he said that there was none and he has been doing the job for six years all by himself.
First of all, he removed the commode, the sink, and the vanity. Then, he took out an old bathtub that we had. The faucet was leaking so we had to have it done as well. While he agreed to do the job, he needed to knock out all the walls in the restroom and part of the ceiling. John said that since we have insulation in the ceiling, he can just add sheetrock which will make it stronger and we'll still have our insulation. It was a great idea and I would have never thought of that. He then installed the walk-in shower, which I’m proud of. He also did all the plumbing.
He installed the floor and the little closet that we have in the restroom, and he put back the walls, as well as three lights that we had. He also installed the little heater and a vent that takes out the heat vapors where your mirror won’t fog over. Although it took him a little bit longer since we had some problems with the vanity, he had done it all in a little over seven working days.
All in all, we are totally satisfied with everything John did. Every problem that he had, he was able to solve within 15 minutes. He also said that if I got any problems, I should let him know and he'll explain the best he can. If I ever want anything done at my house again, I want John to come and do it. My neighbor asked if one man did everything, to which I said yes, and he was surprised.

Re-Bath's ability to get the job done quickly as well as their lifetime warranty on the job were the reasons I chose them. The salesman was polite and friendly. And while my experience went smoothly, there were a couple of hiccups with the pipe leaking overnight because the installer didn’t seal it. Also, there's one wall that doesn’t have support behind one part. The wall moves a little bit on the right side of the bathroom where it meets the shower wall and they needed to cut out the sheetrock and put a piece of 2x4 in there to raise it. There were also some spots that needed a little more caulking.
They could have someone to oversee when the job is done and do an inspection to make sure everything was completed 100% perfectly. I had to do the inspection myself and then I came up with those things. And while the price I paid was a little too high, I was overall happy with Re-Bath. The installers were quick and clean, and they're very accommodating on the small issues that I had.

Very aggressive sales tactics, in spite of being offered a free estimate at the outset. Did not get breakdown of material and labour costs. Messed up on shower door which took 3 trips to fix. Water leaks from shower door when standing near the door. Very expensive for a shower remodel. Cost me $7997 for shower remodel. This company along with home depot rips off seniors. Home Depot's site even states that bathroom shower remodel should cost only $3500 to $4000 dollars.

Several months ago, I called Home Depot because I needed a new shower. My old shower stall had big rips and it was ready to collapse. So, Re-Bath came to my house. I really wanted a new shower stall, but the salesman directed me to a whole new shower. I picked the materials. Workmen came and they did a good job. Problem is, I hate it. The floor is so slippery I had to buy a Mat to put on the shower floor. The grab bars are not comfortable. I do not like the shelves. The big problem is turning the water off and on. I hate the fixture that I picked. I thought I would have a good strong water pressure. But I don't have that. I called Re-Bath and asked if I could get new fixtures at my expense. The expense was very high and the associate suggested I try to get used to it. But I still hate it. Here are my questions: Why didn't the salesman suggest a new shower stall only? Why is the floor so slippery? Can I get more water pressure? Sad about my shower.

I was having knee replacement surgery and there was no way that I could get into a garden-sized tub. It was too tall on the side so it was gonna be a safety factor. Since I had heard nothing but positive experiences from Re-Bath, I thought I was gonna go ahead and give them a shot. The sales representative came out on a Saturday morning because I teach school and that was about the only time that I would be able to see anybody. We chatted for about an hour. We got samples out, went in my bathroom and figured out what we wanted and what would look best. We had it figured out pretty quickly.
They came in a week out from my total knee replacement surgery and I was able to walk through with them. Instead of going through the house completely, we were able to go out a side door and around. We were able to get everything done for them to move in and out of the house with least path available to them. The one thing is that they went through and took off things on the wall that would have fallen during their construction and demolition. There was not any problem at all. We got everything laid out and there wasn't a lot of questions to do with me having to walk around so I was able to get back and go through my recovery.
They took out the garden tub and the shower and replaced it with a walk-in shower and bench. Since then, I’ve shown off my new shower a lot and everyone is saying it looks awesome. They're asking where I got it and I have praised Re-Bath over and over on how everything went. I’ve given Re-Bath a lot of positive feedback and I hope it turns into good experiences for other people.

If you want a bathroom remodel, Re-Bath is the Cadillac right there. That’s who you wanna go to. I’ve never dealt with anybody quite like them. From the beginning, they did exactly what they said they would do and at a good price too. The experience was outstanding. Initially, I went over to Odessa, where Re-Bath's main office was. I talked to a little girl and she was great. She answered all my questions and when we decided that we wanted to talk to the consultant, she explained to me that it was gonna be X amount of days before they could get in there. And he showed up when she said he would. Then when he got there and we decided to go ahead and do it, he told me how many weeks out they were and that they could start ordering materials.
Everybody that I dealt with, including the lady up in Amarillo, had exceptional customer service. The kid who did the install, John, was a craftsman. He showed up right on time everyday and worked all day long. He was right off the chart. I told him to take a break but he just smiled and kept on working. They did a really good job, all the way around. We did a complete remodel on both bathrooms. It was in August that I first talked with them then we actually got started in October and we were through before Halloween. And we’re so happy with those bathrooms. Every time I get in that brand-new walk-in shower, I just smile. It’s wonderful.
Best wishes,

We love Re-Bath. We have a condo in San Antonio which we bought kinda low-priced and we knew it needed a lot of work. And so, we remodeled it and we did our master bathroom. We were in San Antonio and we saw Re-Bath's advertisement on TV, and we liked it. We went to the main facility they have there and we looked around. We looked at prices of stuff and we thought they were reasonable. We also decided to go with them because of the material they were using. It was gonna cost us a lot more removing the tub and putting tile. So, we have a shower that we remodeled and just decided to put tile. We love it so much because it’s easy to clean.
The sales representatives at Re-Bath were really good. They get back to you if you have any questions. We arranged the installation day. We had to set a date for them to be there. So, we made an appointment so that we could go back to San Antonio and have that work done. They were very good and they did well. We had them do our two bathrooms and we’re satisfied. Go for Re-Bath. I recommend it highly. In fact, I called their office to see if they could do our bathroom here in Corpus, but they don’t have a facility here in Corpus Christi.

We had two remodels coming up on the bathrooms, and we had checked with some other companies and didn’t like their products and processes. Re-Bath was our next one to check with and before we called them, we had attended a RVOS dinner. And the couple that sat across the table from us were talking about remodeling homes and a lot of people were in a remodeling process. They said they had just finished their bathroom and when we asked them who they used, it was Re-Bath. They were extremely happy with theirs and so, we went ahead and put in our request for a consultant to come and do everything. We put it in online, and then a couple of weeks later, they got in touch with us. We got a visit lined up, and then we went from there.
We had a tub removed and replaced it with a walk-in shower. We had them add four shelves and handicap bars. We had lots of interactions with Brad. He was Re-Bath's sales rep and he was a lot of fun. He made the process interesting, was very open upfront about what our options were, and he was really easy to work with. The installer did a great job, too. One of things I really appreciated is how he cleaned up everything. From demolition to every step of the way, he didn’t leave until everything was clean. He started on a Monday and finished on Thursday. And had it not been so terribly cold that week, he would have been able to finish on Wednesday. The cold kind of slowed things down. We’re gonna do the other bathroom, too. We were pleased about this.

I just bought the house and I needed a bathtub. I went through Home Depot and got a bathtub from Re-Bath. It's the 15-inch bathtub and I had them do the smooth walls all the way to the top. I also had three hand bars put in. John, the rep was good, and the installation took three days. I'm happy with the bathtub but I don't like the front wall where the faucet and the shower is located because it does not fit. All the other corners are nice and smooth. From the bottom of the tub to the wall, once you get to the corner, it comes to two inches from the other wall. Right at the end of that wall, there's a big gap and the installer shoved a bunch of caulking in there.
I asked the installer about it and he said he didn't remember why he did it that way. But he said it wouldn't leak because it was set in two inches of caulking. Still, I don't like the way it looks. It's not a finished look and it looks like he made a mistake cutting it then he just filled it with a bunch of caulking. I also talked to John about it and he said that Tom, the installer, had to come back and finish and that he had to put a biscuit because the bathtub wasn't as wide as the shower, so he had to cover up part of the cement.
Tom came back two weeks later on the 16th of November to finish it but at that point I still don't think that it fits really flush up against the wall. To me, it sort of bows out a little bit. I said something to John and he said Tom's gonna be coming to look at it. But I never got a call back from John. So, I signed off on it. Tom was a nice guy but if he's doing work, he should know why he did something. Despite that, my concern on the front wall is only cosmetic. They did say that their product is guaranteed for life, so if the water leaks or the pipe or the plumbing is not right, they have to come back and fix it. So, that's why I wasn't super concerned about the way it looked. I just don't want it to leak behind. Other than that, Re-Bath's product is good and I would tell others to consider using them. I would also tell them that they would be very satisfied with Re-Bath's product and the quality of the work that they do.

My home is pretty old so we needed to do a few things. I had a bathroom remodeling done by Re-Bath. I got a walk-in shower. However, I had the understanding that they would do the complete remodeling of the bath. They were trying to sell the shower and then the floor unit, but I had to buy the toilet and the vanity on my own and they charged labor charges to install them. So, it was not a very good experience. I got the full disclosure after the rep came in and then after we were going through the cost, the sales guy rolled a sheet of paper, but he never gave the detail, line by line item. That paper, he never gave me. I just got one piece of paper.
The first guy who came in for installation did quality work but he took too long. The sales guy who came said they would take two days. It could be done in one day if two people came. And then only one came, it would take two days. But this guy took four days. There was one issue with my vanity. He did not disclose it until one hour before the finish of the job. He should have checked the vanity. I was not told what kind of vanity to buy so I bought a vanity, but they didn’t tell me. They only told me, “You buy any vanity, we’ll put it up." Then the vanity had an extra shelf on one side. He did not check it and then did the plumbing so that I could have used the extra shelf. One hour before the close of the job, he showed it to me. “No. The shelf, I cannot put in because it is upsetting the plumbing.” They did correct the problem of the vanity and that lady was very nice. But it was too little too late and for me, it was a little too much work.
When they came for installation, the shower door was not there. They said since our shower has some odd dimensions, they had to order them. They said four to five weeks but nobody even called me back after four weeks. I had to call them all the way. Then they said, it’d be out in a couple of weeks. They had to install it one month later after the bathroom was finished. At that time, the new technician who came, he made some adjustments to the second shelf, and then he was able to fit in by cutting part of the shelf. They tried to fix it. The technician, every day, his reasoning was, “I have to buy supplies before I come to your home.” A bathroom remodeler should have all the supplies in their truck before they come in.
There was no real passion to finish the job to the best satisfaction for the customer. They may be a very good company, but if I have to remodel my other bathroom, I’m going to go with a full-service supplier who will buy me the tub, the vanity, the mirror and the toilet. I’m going to do it next year, but I will not consider Re-Bath because I cannot do this anymore.

Hands down the WORSE experience. My consultant, Scottie monopolized my time for 2 hours mulling over every excruciating detail at least 75 times when the obvious solution was already discussed the very first time we broached the subject. I actually feel hatred for this man. My 3yr old was in the background begging to go to McDonald's because she was starving. He completely ignored my rushed attitude and finally after several, "can we speed this up", I told him that I will have someone else see him out. I hate hate hate this man. He insisted on showing me two presentations even though he knew I wanted to leave. He pulled out every ugly sample in his bag even though I picked one of the first tiles he pulled out. He became upset because I was unwilling to spend my complete evening with him. Ugh.
I wanted to call the police on this idiot but I was just a woman and he a man and I couldn't overpower him but he knew I wanted to get out and he purposely stole 2 full hours of me and my daughters time. All to give me a $16,000 quote to install a shower ONLY in my brand new build townhome that already has a 3 piece rough plumbing in the intended bathroom. Do not use these people if Scottie (whatever his name is!) represents how they work. Ugh, I have learned a new life lesson from this, no consultant is allowed in my house without at least two of my giant male cousins there! And to ensure they leave, I will set off my house alarm the very next time some fool purposely overstays his welcome. I hate him still!

We used Re-Bath for a tub liner years ago and it fit good, but it started getting water in between the liner and the whole tub. It had to be replaced, but we were toiling with that anyway and went with the walk-in shower. The sales representative who came here first looked at the job and quoted us a price estimate and we decided to buy. He’s very good. He gave in detail what would be done and everything was like he described. The technician who did the work backed his trailer up to the drive and it stayed there for the duration. He moved like a fine-lubed machine. Every step was productive and everything was well.
Re-Bath applied the amount of the old warranty cost to the new job and it was totally finished, but the technician who put the bench in before said there was a problem with the finish on some hardware. He ordered another one and the new bench was put in today, but my wife has a problem with the alignment of the bench. It’s not square and it bothers her. The installer took some photographs and said he was going to discuss it with his supervisor. All in all, we are well pleased with the shower. It’s pretty, the doors fit and we’re getting no water in the floor outside of the doors. Everybody we worked with was very professional too.

This job was expensive to begin with. It was not a total remodel. The first problem was that the floor they brought was a center drain and the existing drain was at the front of the tub obviously. This resulted in the using a jackhammer to move the plumbing in the foundation. Loud and dusty and upsetting to my elderly mother. The next thing I noticed were voids in the caulking and tons of ants entering which makes me believe they did not properly seal the foundation. Within a year or so the high end showerhead and spray wand began to leak leaving permanent rust stains on the floor.
I called Re-Bath back and after some hesitation they sent out a guy who told me my wand had been installed in the wrong location. He tinkered around a bit and left. Here we are years down the line and now both the showerhead and the wand leak and the controls do not seem to have a true off position so no matter what I try I cannot shut it off. We don't have the ability to pay a plumber to re-install all this stuff correctly and now I will have higher water bills from this really crappy and very expensive job.

It was time to remodel my bathroom. I liked the colors of Re-Bath's products and I also liked their salesperson. Everything just clicked, so I went with them. They were working with me in the scheduling time of the installation. I had to wait and they put me on the list so that if somebody cancelled out or they had something that they couldn’t finish, they would jump on mine, and they did. One gentleman came out for the installation and he was very knowledgeable, seemed to be in good spirits, and you could talk to him. I also love the walk-in shower that I got from Re-Bath.

Re-Bath was amazing and I was very happy with what they did. Our situation was such that we weren’t really gonna be here while they were doing the house. So I had to choose a company that would stand behind everything and protect my home. And the integrity of Re-Bath and the reputation of the owner were enough to satisfy me. I was also very impressed with the salesperson who came out to talk to us. He was really straightforward and honest, and we appreciated that. He also told us honestly about the timeline. He was really a good guy and this wasn't his first rodeo. He’s got lots of years of experience in the business.
I went all out with Re-Bath. It just was one-stop shopping. They gutted both my bathrooms, took everything out down to just plywood and replaced the sink. Then they also re-carpeted the entire home. When I met the crew at my house, I was confident in them and I enjoyed working with them. When one of the guys didn’t do something, the main guy was left in the situation where he couldn’t figure out what happened. He called me and asked if I had something changed and didn't tell him. I told him that I didn't and that he better check with his boys. He was hysterical and he was really comical. That aside, they were also so very good at communicating. I would get a text and pictures from them almost every night when they were done. So it was great.

The existing shower I had was collecting a lot of water, which created a lot of mold and mildew. I wanted something that didn’t have those ledges where everything was trapped and it was time to remodel my bathroom. Re-Bath was topnotch from beginning to end. Everybody I was involved with was wonderful and I recommend them to anybody. They explained everything and the pricing was reasonable. The girls who called and set up things were very good and professional. The men who came to install couldn’t have been any nicer. I was very comfortable with them and they were very respectful.
They tried to keep the disruption to a minimum. It was a little hard because of my space limitations, but they made it work. They also cleaned up well when they left. It was very well done and we all feel like we are on vacation when we take a shower. It’s beautiful. Everything was exceptional and I can’t speak highly enough of these people. Re-Bath's “finished in a day” ad on tv got me and it is exactly what happens. It’s an unusual experience to have the work done like that and true to their word.

We went to the showroom twice, spoke with the reps and then talked to a variety of other people about how much it cost to renovate two bathrooms. Re-Bath was cost effective as anybody else and I interrogated the owner who was very gracious, went through the materials and gave me different choices. We are in our 60s, so we got the bars and the seat put in our bathroom. We also got two stand-up showers and the rain shower with a handheld. They were both simply gorgeous in both our bathroom and the guest bathroom. The installers who came in on Monday were all business. I put them something to eat and drink and they said no and that they got what we needed. I had one bathroom gutted out and halfway finished by Tuesday.
Hurricane Michael came through Wednesday and they missed for three days, but they came back on the weekend and finished Monday morning. They were wonderful young guys who might have taken an hour to get materials in the local Lowe's or Home Depot, but they worked from the time they got to our house until late afternoon every day. I could not ask for a better group of folks. Great job. I have two beautiful bathrooms and Re-Bath was awesome. I was very skeptical and it is expensive, but everything else is these days. We got a good value for our money and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We got a bunch of coupons from different places and there was a $1,000 coupon with Re-Bath. We called them up and I liked the screening that they did for their employees and subcontractors. We felt comfortable with letting them in the house. Re-Bath was expensive but there was a guarantee that if something goes wrong or if we have problems with leaking or caulking, they would come back and fix it at no charge. They did the flooring in the bathroom and the walk-in shower, and the floor, and the walls of the shower, and glass doors.
The rep gave us a price for the whole bathroom and I told him we couldn’t do that. I liked that he gave us a bid and told us that the price he gave us would be the price that we would pay. He was great, very friendly and showed us his line of products. It was a very comfortable conversation although it lasted a while. The installation guy was very nice and explained stuff. If people had the money, I would recommend Re-Bath.

Never happened. Called the following day for drain leaks under the sink. Guess what I was told? Guess what never happened? Filing a complaint with the BBB on Monday and contacting the state attorney general as well. These should have been very minor repairs. I have an incredible fear that if and when a big issue arises, I will get no service. Very very disappointed.

We were working through a complete bathroom overhaul and selected Re-Bath not only for our shower enclosure and a new toilet installation, but for the floors as well. With reasonable prices, prompt service, and pleasant follow up, I've got no complaints whatsoever with this and couldn't have possibly asked for anything more.
Our installer was not only courteous and friendly, but clearly communicated anything that wound up causing delays or potential confusion along the way so we were well informed with everything that was going on. As we also needed to raise the ceiling in our shower enclosure and raise the fixtures as I'm particularly tall, there is a lot of work to be done and it was all completed as soon as could be hoped for. The final product has been amazing and even though the rest of our project has not yet been finished, everything Re-Bath gave us has made our bathroom feel amazing to use even in the early stages of our project.

When first dealing with Re-Bath, the salesperson was extremely helpful and addressed all my concerns. Once the contract was signed, he was never available. I left several messages, none returned. The salesperson said the job would take a week, well, 27 days later it was completed, somewhat. A half wall, pony wall, at one end of the shower was 3/4" out of alignment, yet Re-Bath told me I needed to sign the completion order or the foreman would get in trouble. After signing the completion order, I was told I could schedule a time to 'finish' the work. Because I refused to sign, another 'foreman' came out and said the wall looked good, as did his helper. When a plumb line was used showing the 3/4" alignment mistake, the error was corrected almost immediately. I would rate Re-Bath with very poor communications, poor workmanship, and just plain wanting to get to the next job as soon as possible.

Updated on 11/12/2018: They did not do what I was told they would do, quite the opposite actually. They came out and look at the job, all the loose tiles and broken one, had a plan to fix it. Today another installer comes out not knowing exactly what to do because he was not told. When I ask about my tile he knew nothing about it. Now I have 2 broken tiles from him taking up the big bulky plastic trim they put down to hide the first broken tile. None of the shower wall lined up at all. I told the salesman this is a older home and it is not perfectly square. He said they do this all the time and are tearing it out and rebuilding it anyway so it does not matter, it will be when they are done. This was half true.
Now their fixed looks 10 times worse than it did, it was not fixed as explained to me. The fix was suppose to go over the uneven shower wall making it look right, instead it was installed on the outside of the wall making 2 times worse. Now I have over a 1/4 of silicone where a 1/8 inch gap use to be where the panels where suppose to line up. I still cannot believe I paid 10,000 dollars for something I was told I would get and still have not.
Original Review: Re-Bath came and did mine yesterday. Broke my floor tile and the tech said it wasn't his fault. All the tile in front of the tube is pop loose, after dropping all the heavy OSB they dropped on it and the steel tub they took out and put on it I am sure that had something to do with popping them loose, once again he didn't do that. Then I had to hear about all the fancy houses they do in East Lake and how everything in mine was **, oh they did a ** on the dry wall, they did a ** job finishing it, ** this and ** that. Sorry, I am a wounded veteran and cannot afford a 300,000 home to please your installer or anyone else and not only that it is VERY unprofessional to go into YOUR customers home talking about how ** it is. At least the electrician that was here said, "You have a nice home" which me and my wife and everyone else thinks so. We like it which is all that matters.
I paid 10,000 to have a jet tub and the walls and ceiling in closed, along with the hardware which you can only use theirs or they will not warranty the work. I told the salesperson that it is a older home but was just remodeled inside and out and that the drywall is not perfectly straight. He said, "No worries because we are going to tear it all out and reframe it in and everything will match up perfectly", well I certainly hope so if you're tearing it out and redoing it and paying 10 grand for a jet tube and walls. After breaking the tile they put this big plastic trim edge down that is 3 inches wide on the floor to hide the broken tile. Then the one side the wall cover is not flush at all, they broke a big piece of drywall out and it is right where the corner is where there is a half inch gap where they did not measure the sheet right before cutting it, so now there is a half inch of caulk and broken drywall there. You can see clear as day where they caulked that broken piece in.
I wish I could upload pics and show you all because I promise none of you would settle for that poor quality after spending 10,000 dollars and it only took them half of the day to do. Maybe if the installer wasn't so busy checking his trail cams on his phone and talking to his buddy on the phone about hunting the next day and about the deer he is watching on his phone checking his trail cams he would of measure and cut the piece properly. I like deer hunting as much as the next hunter but work time is work time.
Over all, their installer was very rude, did a ** job. I call today and told them what happened and sent pictures of their 10,000 dollar hack job. Then the cut sheet whereby where the door trim goes would not fit back flush like it was and the miter cuts align back up. Sorry but 10,000 dollars for small jet tube which was only 700 itself, bath wall coverings and fixtures I expect it to be a professional job. Just wanted to give you my experience with Re-Bath. I will post what they do to fix it. But as of now I would not recommend them to anyone. This might change if they treat me like a customer and do the job they said they would.

I contacted Re-Bath through Home Depot to do 2 showers at my house. I specifically told the salesman who came to the house how much I was looking forward to finally being able to shower in my master shower. I was sold on Re-Bath for their "do it all" approach, and I was told that they were better than other contractors because they did everything and that the price quoted was for "everything." I was also told that it would all be done in one day. On the first day of construction, I was informed that it would take longer because the measurements were done incorrectly by the salesman. After construction was complete, I was informed that someone would be out to measure for a door to complete the master shower.
After a few weeks of waiting for a call, I called Re-Bath and asked when they would be out to measure for a door. I was informed that a door was not included and that I'd have to go find someone to come in and put in the door for me. So much for "everything is included" and "we handle everything." In dealing with Re-Bath, I was informed "it's not in your contract," and too bad go figure it out yourself. The work was done well, but WATCH OUT AND KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING before you pay them an unreasonable sum to only do 90% of the job. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN FOR THAT REASON. You almost expect to get taken by a contractor, but they made it seem like they were the good guys when they sell you their product. BE CAREFUL!!!

Learn from my experience and don't waste your money. I hired Re-Bath because I was told the entire bathroom would be completed in 3-5 days, that they use all in-house people, and would repair any mold or plumbing problems that would be found. None of these things were true. The project began on October 1st and was completed on October 29th. I had a great quality, but outdated bath. Now, I have a poor quality bath that drips for an hour after using, it is too loud to use if someone is sleeping, and they have ruined the wall texture, door molding and got paint and drywall spackle all over windows, etc. There were multiple instances I was told they would be there, and they didn't show and times they showed when they were not expected. The plumber and drywall people were outsourced. I was aware they were outsourcing the tile and the tile subcontractor did an excellent job.
They didn't even caulk around the tub until I put up a big stink - then they caulked with a white that doesn't blend with the tub or the flooring. They painted the doors and trim with a roller for masonry, so it has lumps everywhere. EVERYTHING must be redone. I have already hired someone else to fix what they ruined. There is $14K down the drain. The $14K was supposed to be for tub, tile, wall and trim texture and paint, sink, counter, and toilet. They charge high end prices for low quality work and materials. They didn't keep any of their promises. I kept my floors, vanity, mirrors, etc since they are much better quality than their materials. They removed the copper pipes that were in great shape and replaced with PVC. The fixtures were supposed to be chrome, but they are plastic with a chrome colored coating.

Fabulous company to deal with from start to finish - designer was so helpful with multitude of samples, financing was fast and easy, workmen very competent and knew exactly what they were doing as enlarging the showers from two to five feet involved knocking down walls. We've lived here since 1989 and a bathroom remodel was almost the only thing that we hadn't done so it was time for one. Aside from Re-bath, I had three other quotes. But it was only the Re-bath salesperson who came on the initial visit who suggested some things that no one else even mentioned. He seemed very knowledgeable and was a really nice guy. When he came in, I showed him the shower and he suggested taking the header off as it will open the shower up and it will get a lot more air in there. We could get a lot more light. He also took all kinds of measurements which no one else did. I was really surprised because I figured they were probably gonna send somebody back to measure before they would bring the stuff in. But that salesperson took all these really exacting measurements and did a little diagram. He knew what he was supposed to do.
We got the white shower that goes from the floor to the ceiling. The installers came on the second week of September and did the job in a day. They were here at 7:30 and were gone by 1:00. They were nice. There was kind of a head guy and there was a younger guy who seemed to do all the heavy lifting. The other guy did all the measuring. I had stress fractures in my foot and I had to leave the guys here in my house by themselves and go to the doctor. When I came back, they were so concerned. When they had a question, they didn't want me to come walking into the bathroom. They said, "We're gonna come to you, and we're gonna explain everything. Then we'll go back." I only had to go in there once for some measurements.
They broke the light fixture in the bathroom because they had some really large panels that they were carrying in there. They immediately went down and purchased another one, came back and installed it. The glass got broken a second time so they went back down, got the glass and brought it to me. By then, I was lying in my bedroom which is where the bathroom is. The glass they brought got broken again and they said they would just bring me another piece later on when they come back in. And then I decided I didn't like the light fixture that they installed because it didn't match the other one that was in there. I called Re-Bath. They did a search on the internet and found one that was almost an exact match. They mailed it over here to me and told me they would come back and install it, but I told them I would have my brother do it. That all worked out great.
There was one other issue which kind of aggravated me. I live in a house with a full basement and the shower drain is right over my so-called storage room down there. The plumber didn't put a tarp down to catch all the debris when he was changing out the drain and there was a big mess down there. That was the worst thing. I had to move a bunch of stuff and I had to vacuum. I didn't really appreciate that. But overall, the Re-Bath people were really good and they came right away. I was really glad that they gave me a price and it seemed really fair. It wasn't the lowest price but it wasn't the highest either. I got a good deal and I really like it. I would recommend Re-Bath

Re-Bath was very reasonable and the salesman was outstanding. He didn't try to talk me into something that I didn't need and he just gave me what I'm asking for. I told him that I was mainly looking for something where I didn't have to worry about falling. I was slipping in the shower so I had to take the tub out because I'm having trouble getting around now. It took about four weeks for Re-Bath to start the job because they had many people they had to do first, but they did it quicker than what they told me they could do it for. It took one day. It's just that when they delivered the doors, the factory where they make the doors made a mistake so they had to send the doors back.
Otherwise, I had a good experience. It's not what you normally get when you have construction or something done with the house. Everything was great. Everybody that I spoke with every time I called was polite and they were very helpful. The people who came were professional and they were pleasant to be around. They did everything that I asked. I couldn't have had a better experience and I was really satisfied with them.

Someone was looking in the neighborhood watch for bath remodelers and they said Re-Bath was someone they used. So, I started doing some research and gave them a call to get an estimate. My bathroom had been the original from the ‘70s. It was old and a remodel was definitely needed. I called Re-Bath to get an estimate and I was very impressed with the original appointment with Shannon, the bathroom designer. She was the first person who came to my house and I fell in love with her. She was also very nice and she made me feel very comfortable. I liked her personality and her knowledge of color and painting. I had a couple of ideas of colors I wanted, but I liked what she presented. I also found out that the owner of the local Re-Bath was someone whose daughter had gone to the school where I work. So, there was some personal affiliation.
Re-Bath did a total remodel of my bathroom. We started in June and they finished up with some final touches a couple weeks ago. The crew that came to my home was nice and very good. A couple of times I had to leave and I felt very comfortable and safe with them being here. The one-person installation crew that came out might not be as talented as I would've liked, but overall, I had a really good experience. Even though there were some glitches, the end product is beautiful and that is what matters to me.
The local Re-Bath owner did everything to make sure that the job got done the right way. He was very nice and I liked him too. Also, I am extremely fond of Shannon and would give her every kudos I can because she was awesome. She tried to accommodate what I wanted as a customer. Re-Bath gave us something a certain way, but I requested to have it done in a way that I wanted, and she got it done. I was impressed with that and pleased with the total outcome. I have another bathroom that I probably would have Re-Bath do as well.

I don’t know where to even begin. This was the most unprofessional, unorganized, and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I are finalizing estimates to redo our entire master bathroom. I called Re-Bath and scheduled a consultation. I should’ve know from the start that this company was going to be a train wreck. I was called twice after my initial scheduled time to reschedule because there was no one available to come out. I should have cancelled altogether, but I thought I would see what Re-Bath could offer. The consultation confirmed everything I thought this company was going to be. I was unsure the entire time if the individual, who never provided his name, was a Re-Bath employee, a Home Depot employee, or a general contractor. The individual, in his mid 20’s as he made us aware many times, was unprofessional from the start. I advised him that we had about an hour for him to provide us an estimate.
This was ignored as I will get to that in a minute. He began telling us stories about his family, how he was broke, and talking negatively about his past customers and the elderly. After about 20 minutes of his chatting about his life, we finally were able to go look at the bathroom. We told him that we were looking to do a complete remodel because the bathroom was outdated, the tub was rusting, and wasn’t our style - it’s original to the home. As he looked at the bathroom he looked at my wife and I and laughed. He proceeded to tell us everything was fine except the tub. We explained multiple times to him that we wanted the whole bathroom redone.
We finally realized after having him speak down to us and tell us what WE wanted we decided to give in to just move the estimate along. After spending 30 minutes of the consultant telling us what we wanted, we were able to pick out products. After we selected the products I told him we had 10 minutes before we needed to leave the house. He laughed and said “That’s not going to happen.” At this point we started to get irritated. Instead of giving us a quote, we had to sit through a cheesy PowerPoint that didn’t apply to us. FINALLY we received our estimate. It’s actually one of the best priced estimates we received. He continued to give his pitch to us even though we were 10 minutes past when I said we needed to leave.
At this point we are definitely late for a schedule appointment we have. The consultant provides the payment options and asks what our preference is. When we state our preference he begins to argue with us about why the payment option was not a good choice. At this point we don’t care and we don’t plan to use this company so we just agree with his argument. We give him the polite “Well we are going to think about it and make a decision soon”. He says “Well that’s really messed up that you guys did this to me”. We ignore that comment and start to head to the door because this guy could not catch a hint that it was time to go.
As he’s about to pack his things, he condescendingly asks “What do you do for work? Do you work with customers?” I explained what I do and he says “I bet you would be pissed if your customers only wanted to spend 10 minutes with you too.” I just couldn’t believe it. After almost 90 minutes in my home. The fact that you have people like this guy representing your company. I will never use or recommend your company. With that all said and done, I called the competing company later that day to schedule the FULL REMODEL to be completed. Paying 10% more than your estimate is well worth it to work with a trustworthy, respectful, and organized company.

We've lived in the house for 10 years and decided it was time to remodel our bathroom. We chose Re-Bath for the quality of their work. Their sales reps walked us through the process, told us what steps we needed to do and gave us ideas of the different products. We purchased a shower unit, a new countertop, new floor and new toilet. Then the two gentlemen who did the majority of the installation were very professional. They covered things and cleaned up at the end of each day. I was extremely impressed. The whole installation took seven days, not counting putting in the shower doors that were custom made. We’ve already been recommending Re-Bath to people. I even have a photo book made of the project so that we can show it to others.

We had a major remodel done by Re-Bath. I wanted a toilet that was handicapped acceptable. We did the shower and they purchased a new toilet, a new medicine cabinet and a new faucet for us. The sales reps helped out and everything was satisfactory. The installer took a week to do the job. We thought that was a little long, but he knew exactly what he was doing. He did all the plumbing and everything else he was supposed to do. He was very knowledgeable and answered a few questions. We had to make a service call about a month ago and they replaced a couple of cartridges in the faucets that were leaking.

We had problems with our shower door and needed a new uncommon-sized tub so, remodeling our bathroom seemed to be the best solution to our issues. We knew what we were looking for and Re-Bath's sales rep had examples of the products they had. However, they were canned examples and I think being able to see them in a real bathroom could have been better. Nevertheless, we bought the shower, tub and the surround from them. They explained to us exactly how it would be made and how they would install it. And exactly what he said happened. The installers were very professional and on time. They described the process and told us when we would be needed. Afterwards, they explained how to clean it and how it worked. We went over the warranty, and Re-Bath told us to call them if we have any questions and they would address them. They came around 8:00 and were done about 3:30. Overall, we were very happy with the product.

Re-Bath's notoriety and the information I had gotten in references really stood out. Their rep gave a good presentation and the scope of the products was well covered. The rep also had good communication. I had them do bathroom fixtures. The installers arrived on time, did a really good job and had good workmanship. The clean up was good as well. They performed well within expectations and the timeline that they discussed. My goal was to meet something for my intended years, and that was met. I’m very satisfied and I would recommend Re-Bath.

We were getting tired of standing in the shower stall and banging my elbows in the glass, so we decided it was time to remodel the bathroom. We liked the Re-Bath consultant that we met in our house and their interest-free loan. We had the shower and a garden tub ripped out and replaced with a super big shower with jets and an old person drop-down seat. We also got one of the rainforest nozzles and we also had the floor redone. The product is good, and so was the job that they did. The on-site consultant was really nice and the two techs who came on site were very pleasant to work with as well. They came up with some additional ideas when they were on site. The work that they did was very clean and there wasn't crap all over the place.

We had bought a new house and the builder put a tiny shower in as well as a huge tub. That makes the number three tub in the house and no linen closet. Re-Bath has a showroom display in the H-E-Bs where I shop, and I stopped in there. I also heard about them on the TV. The sales guy Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, the workers that came out were all excellent. We took the tub out, put the big walk-in shower with grab bars and then made the shower into a linen closet. The demolition crew of Nacho and Roberto demolished everything and took the tile and the bathtub out. Then Andrew and Jeremy came in a few days and did the finish out. They did such a great job. Overall Re-Bath's employees are top-notch. They seem to hire the best and most skilled people.

My husband was aging and we knew we needed some assistance, so we were looking for the walk-in shower stall. We knew that Re-Bath was in Paducah and I went and looked inside their showroom. Then I discovered that someone locally had them do a bathroom and a shower and they were very pleased. Also, their sales rep was nice when she came. But we started last year in July and I was trying to call to find out when they were gonna be able to install it and it was in the first of this year that they finally were able to get it installed. I knew that it was going to be eight weeks but it just kept going on and I couldn’t get a date so that was kinda frustrating.
Then, when the installers came out, they came at a bad time because there was snow but it wasn’t their fault. Fortunately, we have a door that leads right off from the bedroom where they were doing the installation so they didn’t have to bring things in and out through the other part of the house. But that was kind of an ordeal. Also, they had to wait because it seemed like there was something missing. So there were some factors in there but they were very good and they cleaned up their mess every night.
The walk-in shower is six feet and it has a seat in the corner, grab bars, and sliding doors. When they installed it, they did the wall, too. I picked out a color that matched our things. Then we had one more update because we were having a problem with the handheld shower. When we'd take it down, it was kinda catching on so I went in to see what could be done about that at the showroom. I discovered that they now have a magnetic shower head so we had that installed within the last few weeks. I would recommend Re-Bath but I would tell friends upfront that I don’t know when they’ll get the service.

Re-Bath has its own contractors on site and they don't contract the work out. We also liked the lifetime guarantee, so we went with them. Their guy came out and we had a great experience with him. Originally, we were just gonna get a new shower but when we started picking out everything, the rest of the bathroom looked like crap. So, we decided that it must be the whole thing. Their installation team consisted of two guys and they were great, too. They put down the tarp every day and they vacuum cleaned up every day at the end of the day. It went a little longer than originally planned, but it was a little more involved than we originally planned. So that worked out fine and I was very pleased with them. I've had a couple friends who asked me who was doing our bathroom because I put pictures on Facebook. So, I've been telling people about Re-Bath.

My bathroom needed a remodel and things were falling apart. I visited Re-Bath's showroom and found it beneficial. I got two bathrooms done in the house, one at a time. The first one was around April and the second one was around June. The installers were exactly on time. They never came and bothered at the door prior to the 8 o'clock start. They cleaned up each evening before leaving. There was only one date where the installer asked if he could stay later in order to push for completion and I granted it. They listened to what I wanted and they asked for my opinion on the height of an item or a placement. They were friendly and went over and above. There were some little minor things that they took care of just in the course of doing the work. I was very impressed with them.
I've since had the house painted and the painter was never on time, never knew what point in the morning he and his crew were arriving. Re-Bath covered the floor and protected the walls. Even though we were having the house later painted, they still covered everything completely. With the painter that I had, it would have been nice to have covered the walls, the closet with a better coverage, and should have absolutely covered the floor better so I don't have all these freckles of paint on doors and stuff that I'm still in the process of cleaning. With Re-Bath, there was nothing left. I have hardwood floors and they covered the floors with a cardboard type product all the way from the front door down to the hallway. They never dinged the walls. Also, with the painter stuff, I've got a ton of stuff to have hauled away while Re-Bath hauled everything away. I have recommended Re-Bath.

They did my bathroom in June 2018 which was 3 weeks later than the salesman promised. Installers came and did a very good job. A piece of trim was cracked. Installer called and they said the new piece would be in in 2 weeks. They also said they would finish speckling around the light switch which their electrician moved up 2 inches. The part ended up taking 2 Months to come in. When it came in that said it was damaged and would have to order another one which would take 2 weeks. Guess what? We are at 3 weeks already. Also the light switch has exposed outlet and switch since the work was never finished to put the cover on. Have called Home Depot and Re-Bath numerous times and they both suck. Stopped payment until job is finished.

While scheduling an estimate using the Lexington, KY phone number for Re-Bath, the associate asked if I was married. I did not think this was necessary information to collect and asked to move on. Associate again asked me if my husband (which I did not confirm my marital status previously) would be present for the estimate toward the end of the call. Informed associate that I did not think that was pertinent information in order to schedule an estimate for a bathtub install. Associate was hesitant to schedule appointment without this information but we did get something on the books, eventually.
A while later the manager called back and asked if my husband would be present for the estimate! I told the manager I was surprised she would call back after the previous conversation had with the associate and if me not disclosing my marital status was a problem we should cancel the appointment. Manger's reply was, "Give us a call back if you change your mind." I'm honestly blown away (and mad) they would rather lose business than go without knowing my marital status and if my potential husband would or would not be present.

We were doing some basic research online because we wanted to get our bathrooms remodeled. Re-Bath was the most well-prepared for their presentation and they were ready and willing to book things far in advance. We were looking in about February for a job in July and they had no problem putting that on the books. The sales guy was great. He spent an hour and a half with us. His schedule was flexible and he said he had no problem with us reaching out to him if we had any additional questions. We got our showers redone by them and we were working on all three of our bathrooms at the same time, two full bathrooms and a powder room.
The installation went great. Partially because we scheduled so far in advance, we got two incredibly talented and efficient guys that were kind of lead installers within the company. They were prompt, were very clean and respectful of our home. They were efficient and they were really nice guys too. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and it was a great experience. We’re 100% pleased with our purchase.
It was definitely worth it to go with a company as comprehensive as Re-Bath was. The whole process was handled very professionally and very smoothly. I appreciated the communication by all the parties involved. I also appreciated the work ethic shown by the installers. Sometimes when you hire people, it seems like they’re dithering away the time. But these guys were very focused. They were very personable and very polite. Hiring more people like them or treating their employees well enough to get them to that expert level, is coming through. I would definitely recommend Re-Bath if anybody is looking to do such a large project like ours.

Please be careful with the Re-Bath contractors. We were charged almost $5000 for a small bathroom shower remodel. Looks great, it’s the quality of work that is the issue. They were supposed to change all piping to copper, didn’t do. Can’t fix now the project is done. The workers literally glued the drain on with a tube of silicone when they couldn’t make the wrong one fit. This caused a big leak that dripped on my heating ducts rusting them almost all the way through.
I caught this problem on a trip under my house. Re-Bath acknowledged the GC used, SunCoast Construction, was suspect and paid for most of the repairs I did myself. Most of the silicone used to seal the edges and seams of the plastic liner is peeling, and to top it all off I just found out the GC never pulled a permit when he did the work. I just sold that house and the new owners just contacted me upset because they are having to get the permit now. I can honestly see why he never pulled a permit because the crappy work they did would have never passed inspections. Now I have to pay for the city inspectors to come out and gain access behind the liner to check plumbing work. I would say you get what you pay for but from reading reviews, that’s not the case. Like my remodel, they are overpriced and under quality. Do not use Re-Bath.

We knew that it was going to be done right because some of the other people that we've spoken to didn't give the confidence that everything that needed to be fixed was going to get fixed. The guys from Re-Bath redid the flooring and then put new flooring on top of that. They also redid our shower and we purchased a toilet from them.
It was June was when we talked to a Re-Bath representative named Jean and then they have put it in July. Jean was very patient with our 6,000 questions and made sure that we kept all of our decisions straight. We only have the one bathroom in our house. Jean guaranteed us that at the end of each night at least the stool would be functional. And it was. The installation was very quick and it was well-orchestrated. We were impressed. Todd came in and did his thing. Then the plumber did his thing and was gone the next day. Then the electricians went here and did their thing. They cleaned up really nice afterwards.

We decided to do it because my husband and I are getting older and my husband is retiring, so it was a now-or-never thing. Our sales rep, Steve, was wonderful. He's a friend. His house is basically a showcase for Re-Bath and he has all the options available, and so we knew what we were getting into. Also, the guys who did the installation were great. While the tub and shower were of good quality, the installation was horrendous and Re-Bath has made no effort to fix the problems. This is part of a larger bathroom remodel. First, the butt was measured improperly so that it didn't fit in the area where the old one sat leaving a gap between the tub and the end of the flooring. Second, as part of the installation, the installer scratched two wood doors and bent our storm door while hauling the old tub out. The installer gave us his "word of honor" he would be back out to fix the issues but of course, he's never showed.
Then we were finally able to use the tube we discovered that water backed up and came out the overflow drain. Called Re-Bath but no response so we paid to have it fixed by reliable, skilled plumbers. The next part of the project has now begun, removing the old floor and contractors found where water was leaking from the tub drain and onto the floor. Has a nice new shiny covering of mold. Called Re-Bath but given their previous history we'll need to get a new plumber to actually fix it. Avoid these scammers at all cost.

If we chose to get a contractor, it would have taken two months, but Re-Bath was able to do ours in about eight days. We worked with Josh, their sales rep and in an hour, we had decorated the whole bathroom and he made a really nice design. We wouldn't have gone any further if it wasn't for him. We also got to meet the office manager, Renee. She followed us all the way through the whole thing with emails and said that was her dream bathroom. They then sent us the best installers, Chase and Eric. They said they weren't in a big hurry, so we got to wait for the best. One of them said they move slower but they are perfectionists compared to some other guys but we didn't notice the slowness.
Though we have an issue now, they're sending somebody in to look at it to see if there's a problem. Other than that, we're loving our bathroom. It looks like a hotel spa. We had someone else prior to this person coming give an estimate and it was $3,800.00 for materials and labor. And, that was actual ceramic tiling to the ceiling (not some material that "looks" like tile) and a custom door with it being extended out to make the area bigger. What in the world is this company doing? How are they in business? I am at a loss over this quote they gave today. The entire bathroom should cost that, not just a walk-in shower that is not extended per their quote (and NO tub). Unbelievable.

I had knee replacement so I could not get in and out of the tub. One bathroom already had been remodeled but the other one still had the tub. We were getting a walk-in shower and I got bids from some other places. But Re-Bath gave me time and that was the main thing with me. I didn’t want them here three to five weeks. The lady came over and we discussed what I needed, what my budget was and what I was looking for. I was very satisfied with our interaction.
They finished about four weeks ago and the installation team was great too. I would recommend Re-Bath because they told me it would be three days total and really, it was a little less than three days. And a part of that was my fault because I couldn’t tell them where the shut-off valve was to the bathroom. They had moved the water line from one side of the road to the other side to put in a fire hydrant and I’d forgotten that. But luckily, we had some friends that knew where it was located. It held the installers up about an hour, which I hated. But it worked out. The only problem I’ve had is trying to register my faucets but that isn't their fault. They gave me all the material to register them, but every time I call, I get all of the advertisements and I never can get to the point. I’ll just go on the computer and register it there.

We've had a really good experience with Re-Bath. Before we had them, we had another company that was in the process of finishing the master bathroom. But this company didn't do some of the things that they were supposed to do and we had a really bad experience with them. They were supposed to be done in just a couple of days, but they had been working at the job for three and a half weeks and it was a nightmare. In all that time, their stuff was hauled in our garage, so we couldn't even park our car there. We always keep our car in the garage and I don't like leaving cars out in the heat of the day.
Then we got a hold of Brock, a sales rep of Re-Bath, and he was very honest. He told us that the job would take two days to complete and that was exactly what happened. Nick, the little kid who came in to do the work, cleaned up everything. ReBath did everything they said and they were right on time. The price they quoted to us was right on, with no surprises. They did a very good job and we're very happy with them.

The Re-Bath rep we worked with gave us all the information that we needed, and he was was very nice and knowledgeable. We did a tub to a shower, and bought a new vanity and flooring. But the all-natural stone stuff took a little bit longer and it took them about a month to get some stuff in. But after that, it took the installer a week to do it and Chase was very good. He explained everything to us and he asked for our opinions. It was a good experience.

I had Re-Bath do a remodel last month and it was very good. The rep I dealt with lived up to his word and everything was on time. But one of the installers knocked a picture off the wall and the glass broke on it. All he said was, "I'm sorry," and he never mentioned it again. But that was the only bad experience I had. That aside, the installation group was good.

I was looking for somebody to remodel my bathroom. My husband said he wanted to fix floor in the bathroom. But, he cannot fix it. So I decided, if he cannot fix floor in the bathroom, why not everything? Hence, I decided to re-model everything in the bathroom. Last September, I got some shower, floor, countertop, and cabinet -- almost everything. The sales rep and the installers were pretty good. I'm a really picky person. I have hired so many contractors that did so much sloppy jobs, but I really like the way Re-Bath fixed it. Also, I tell everybody that the after service is excellent. It is worth to pay for a little bit higher price. I'm so happy about Re-Bath. Most of the time, contractors take the money, but the after service is not there. Re-Bath's, on the other hand, was excellent. I will recommend them. They will take care of customers.

Our experience with Re-Bath was very good. They are local, and the time to accomplish it was part of the decision to go with them for a walk-in glass shower. I made the purchase a couple of months ago, and it was installed three weeks ago. The sales rep at Re-Bath came out, took his measurements, looked at everything, showed the product, showed me the quality of it, and went over everything. The installers were also good, and they covered everything up. They were neat, and they stayed until the job was done. However, the door fit was not quite right and something was not finished on the side that was not part of the original contract. They had changed some things a little bit. Nevertheless, they just got taken care of the other day where they sent somebody right out and got it all scheduled. Everything is good right now. Re-Bath is everything I was expecting.

Before having my bathroom remodeled by Re-Bath I checked out all the reviews. That's right, all 600 plus of them. I've gotta tell you, for all you haters out there, I had a completely different experience than some of you did. It did take awhile between placing my order and the actual job getting done but that was because my toilet was a special order. In the end I was not able to get the special order toilet but they replaced my existing one with a nice new American Standard that I am just as happy with. They replaced everything in my bathroom and it looks beautiful! I called them after the toilet was replaced and they agreed to adjust the price. No problem with anything. By the way, I am in PA and used ReBath Northeast. I would highly recommend this company!

I liked Re-Bath because the other ones were too dang high and it was awful. Re-Bath took my shower out and put in a walk-in shower with seat and it went as planned. They installed it, cleaned up real nice and gave us familiarity of it. Everything was good. It took them a couple of days. I feel like I got a new bathroom! Go for it.

Unfortunately I had very bad experience with Re-Bath and when I called to report problem with the leakage they informed me that the local franchise was closed and I have to call the plumber and again have to call them to make the plumber to call them which I think is ridiculous as the leakage has not been fixed at the first time which is very sad. And customer service representative was not caring enough to listen to the concerns and was rude and did hang up the phone without answering the questions completely. Very poor customer service and don't even address the complaints or provide an opportunity to report or request the service via emails. Hope they will fix the leakage and reimburse the costs. If not...
All the best,
