    I went to Hanson, but they weren't doing the complete wash bath. They just do the tub system and I needed the around-the-tub area done as well. I went with Re-Bath and a gentleman came for the installation. His name is Nick. My husband and I thought it was gonna be a two-man job at least, but it was just one. We followed his instructions and didn't use the grab bar within the time frame he gave, but it became loose the day after the installation was completed. The manager had to come out and try to fix the issue. He caulked around it. He said that if we had any more issues with that grab bar, he could come back out. That was unusual to make that kind of statement to a customer. I was not expecting anything to go apart from it because we spent quite a bit of money for it. But so far, so good. We use the tub every day and I hope we won't have another issue with it.

    We had a unit that we bought and put in but it didn't look good anymore. It was time to update. I was going through Home Depot and saw a model and the Re-Bath address. I went with them and they did the shower which we're happy with. They needed 3 days for the installation but everything was excellent. I like their courtesy and the way they explained everything. They went through each and every step.

    We had Re-Bath do our bathroom on the main floor four years ago and we were really happy with that, so we called them for the basement bathroom this time. The sales rep answered all the questions. He had to come back to do one measurement over again to make sure of something that he was asked about, but everything was on schedule as far as when they had everything ready to come out. When they were doing the work, it took a week, and the guy answered all our questions and kept us up to date on what they were gonna work on every day, so we're happy with it. We had them put in a shower and we also got a new toilet as well as a new sink and counter. They finished the job about a month ago, and we're really happy with them from the whole process.

    I did the bath-shower combo through Re-Bath. The sales rep was a good guy. The installer did a good job. There was just some damage that didn't get fixed. I had to fix it myself. It was some minor drywall stuff that was supposed to get taken care of by a drywall guy. The bathtub is fine. The repair is not so much.

    We had a bathroom redone through Re-Bath. We signed up for it back in the middle of July. They just finished last week. Installation was fine once they got to it, but it took them six months to do it. There is also one problem that I called into them, and also pointed out to the guy that came out to install the shower doors. He made a note of it and they were supposed to get back with me. That was last Friday. They still haven't called me. That's why I won't refer them to anybody. The workmanship was good though.

    I have waited a few weeks to make my review in order to live with my remodel and decide exactly what I should say. First, I want to say that Hunter did a fabulous job with the installation. As far as appearance, I like it. I like the bright and clean look. He left the bathroom spotless when he was finished. My disappointments are entirely about the walk-in tub. I regret the decision to get the tub instead of the walk-in shower. First, I have a hot water problem. When filling the tub, the hot water runs out before the water reaches the water jets. I live in a small home and the water heater is located under the house, so I am limited as to size. I have lived in this house since 1987 and have never had a problem with the hot water so it never occurred to me to even wonder if this would be a problem.

    Next, the seat warmer should just be called a knee warmer as this is the only area that gets warm and it takes a long time. The back does get warm but as the water never reaches this level, I don't lean back. I did ask the sales rep. about having a wall shower installed along with the tub but he told me Re-Bath would not do this. I have been told since that they would do this if I wanted. I am very unhappy with my decision to go with the tub and feel I should have been warned about a possibility of not enough hot water. I am now trying to decide what I am going to do about it but I also know that any fix is going to mean more expense on top of what I have already paid--and it was not cheap.

    On June 12th 2024, the salesperson from this company came to my house to introduce, show and measure both of my bathrooms. He gave me the bill of specification contract pages to sign in which can be canceled at any time. However, he didn't give me the 3-day notification contract pages to sign. Furthermore, to make a long story short, I cancel the project a month later due to personal hardship.

    I wrote TO HOME DEPOT CEO and to RE-BATH who is the CONTRACTOR UNDER HOME DEPOT. Oct 3rd of 2024, HOME DEPOT, ANDREW ** RE-BATH Contractor Co. came up with a HOME IMPROVEMENT 3-day cancelation agreement of 20 pages in which I haven't seen, sign or agreed to. THEY FORGED AND ELECTRONICALLY SIGN MY NAME FROM PREVIOUS DOCUMENTS AND PRODUCTS to cover their CORRUPTION. They stated that I cannot cancel and it was too late. This contractor under Home Depot Andrew ** Re-bath team is bad!!!! I have no choice but to file a claim.

    Joel and Roman did a great job! Shower looks fantastic. Used it for the first time this morning. And was really pleased. They kept the noise and mess to a minimum. And kept me appraised of how they were going to do things in what order. They are 5-star employees! I used Re-bath in another condo years ago for a tub to shower conversion so never considered using anyone else.

    Scheduled a consult for a new shower. Rebath confirmed my appt 6 times in 2 days. (Overkill?) day before appt they canceled as they did not have a rep available. Day later I get an email stating “I” canceled and they would like to reschedule. I wrote back saying we were the ones who cancelled. I received a response from a “manager” who did not leave her name. She did apologize and said I would be put in priority rescheduling. Four days later I had not heard a word so I sent a note asking to explain what they meant by priority rescheduling. No response from the manager but received a terse voicemail from someone asking when I wanted to schedule. I’ll find someone a bit more dependable to replace my shower.

    We had an initial Consult with Re-Bath in home consultant Vinnie on 11 May, He had shared with us that the project would take 1 day, possibly a 1/2 day more and they were out about 6 week. We had asked him to submit an expedient request. Because we were having a family reunion in July. Our rebath installer came on Aug 6 for total of 13 Weeks. I was not happy. After Justin, our installer was finished we were in awe, Justin did a tremendous job, highly recommend, they are expensive.

    On 26 April 2024 I entered into a contract with Rebath of Wilmington NC to install a new shower in the bathroom I was remodeling for the total amount of $17,765.00. They needed half up front so I put $5000.00 on my credit card and financed the rest through GreenSky. The install time frame was 10 to 12 weeks out. I kept asking Rebath to come and explained all they needed to have done with my remodel so they could install. Never once did they call me or send someone to inspect what had to be done. Around 1 August they sent me a text that they wanted to install on 5 August to which I agreed to. The installer showed up on 5 August and left an hour later due to my remodel was not far enough along to install the shower. The installer said I would get a call from his project manager that day.

    To this date I have not been contacted by anyone from Rebath. On 27 August I contacted Rebath and the lady that answered the phone said I would get a call from the project manager that day. Here it is 2 days later and still no phone call. One of two things I would like to happen: either Rebath comes right now and finishes the job or they can reimburse me the total amount on $8882.50 and cancel the contract. They are definitely not the Rebath of 17 years ago when they installed a shower in my mom's bathroom.

    Visited Lowe's in Paso Robles for bathroom remodel ideas and they directed us to REBATH. Rebath came out quickly to bid from Ventura CA. I think it was. They estimated about 3 months for product to be manufactured and installed, this would of been August of 2024. Have made numerous calls to check status only to be told I'm (by a gal) she is unsure of status and will call back in 24 hrs. to update and of course NO CALL BACKS.

    We now are into the middle of Sept 2024 with the last status as now one of the countertops was hung up in production, not sure what this means other than it's probably another stall tactic. Will be calling Rebath again on Monday 9/16/24 to follow up on our last call from last week and then a visit to Lowe's to see if they can assist somehow. Either you have the product and timeline or you don't, stop stalling and give a real answer. Done waiting. Can attach invoice.

    I switched from a tub to a walk-in. Wanted the lower-edged floor pan to prevent tripping. Was never told about slanting into a V shape. Kills my hip when showering. Asked for other regular floor pan and was told that's all they have. Regret the whole experience.

    In our case Re-bath is linked to Home Depot. After receiving our astonishingly high price quote, we were told HD was the true vendor processing our "down payment." HD was "down" when payment information was submitted (THREE TIMES). We called HD to cancel order and payment but were told they had nothing to do with the order... Say what? We have decided that the so-called tag team financial arrangement was bogus, and we have asked for cancellation and refund. Wish us luck.

    We are happy with the final product, but the cleanliness, customer service, and sales tactics were not good. We were initially told it would be 3 days from start to finish "unlike other contractors who drag things out for weeks or months," and we were told they were extremely clean and use tarps to trap the dust. They showed us a complete remodel of a bathroom and said that costs about $24 k. Ours was just the shower and they added acrylic around our tub (no demo on the tub) and it cost over $21 k. We thought it would be an amazing experience and worth the extra money after the sales pitch.

    First, we waited 10 weeks after paying half to start. The supervisor said it would be in 2 phases because they had to custom make the door and did not give us a time change from the original 3 days. When they did start, they did "phase 1" in 3 days leaving a massive dusty mess in our master bedroom and garage where they asked if they could work. There was also so much wood and drywall in the carpet after they left I couldn't get it out with my regular vacuum. They said they only put up tarps to stop the dust if you ask. We didn't know that until after they were done.

    The workers were very kind though. It was at that point we found out they actually had to order all the glass and it took 4 weeks to come in. We felt that what we were told at the sales pitch was not true at all. They offer you money off if you sign immediately, so you feel a little stuck. When we called about the mess, their representative was condescending and made excuses saying we should've expected all that happened. They did end up paying for a professional carpet cleaner to come clean up the mess that was left. Overall, it was a pretty awful experience.

    I went through the process of meeting with a sales rep and getting an estimate which took several hours. I was shocked at the price. Estimate was over 40k for a shower, tile, floor and vanity replacement in a small to medium-sized bathroom. There was some pushback and pressure applied when I rejected the estimate. I would not recommend.

    If I could, I would tell EVERYONE to STAY AWAY from ReBath! The sales rep was as "slick" as they come. He wrote everything down on his pad, including the rainforest shower---a teak seat and an 8" spread for the vanity faucet. He explained that these were "extras" and they would not be cheap but that they were a good thing for seniors. He quoted me a cost--- I signed a contract and when the official contract came in, the cost was all lumped together with no line by line accounting. I requested it at least five times but to no avail. After about a week or so, the sales rep called to tell me that the quartz counter top was unavailable--- They couldn't find one to fit the decor of the bath, so I backed out of having them do that and asked for an accounting of what that was estimated to be--- I went to a stone place an purchase a quartz stone top --ReBath's price was 6.5 times more than what I paid.

    Installation was done by two VERY Professional guys-- who were very competent-- but during the install I discovered that there was no Rainforest shower--which I ordered and supposedly pain for. I called the Sales rep---No answer and no call back. The installer called the company and they said it was never on the contract---and that they could add it for $800.00 more---NO THANKS. The installers continued for two days and I watched everything--They did a GREAT job! It looked great as they got near the end. I needed to leave my home---and when I came back they were finished--It looked great---They left and after about a few moments, I realized there was no seat (which I presumed that were going to put in last).

    When I called the company--- I got the same response-- "not on the contract" and again, The Sales rep had told me how good it would be to have a seat--and included it in the contract--and I supposedly paid for it!!!! When a "manager" called me late in the day, he told me the same thing and that "unfortunately" a seat could not be retro-fitted. He suggested that they maybe MIGHT be able to send me some money to go and buy a seat from a medical supply store. I was so angry. Told him that I needed to hang up before I used language that I would regret---and told him to call be back when I could be more restrained. That was two weeks ago----No call back. I now have contacted the council on aging in my state and they are looking into ReBath. GO somewhere other that REBATH if you’re looking for an honest company---because they are not!!!!

    During estimate we were told after the wallpaper was removed and walls painted they would look new. Not even didn’t they look new there were huge chunks of paper left and simply painted over. So bad was it I had to hire my own guy to come out and remove wallpaper and paint again. The plumber left a huge mess in the basement I had to clean up myself, he also put the shower head very tall with my wife being short. NEVER bothered to even ask. Then listen to this when the job was complete I was told to make the check out to Lowe’s which I did, a few days later Rebath said I needed to pay Lowe’s in person. I told them no problem just send the check back to me and I will go into their store.

    My check came back to me with a big void written on it so I had to write a second check for no reason. I called the office saying what the heck and it fell on deaf ears like my other concerns. We spent $20,000 on this project. Yes I said TWENTY THOUSAND, all I wanted was $400-$500 to cover these issues and nothing, not a SINGLE penny. Both Lowe’s and Rebath care ONLY about their bottom line NOT their customers. I would give zero starts except the technicians were good, it was the subs and management who are bad. One guy from Rebath actually came out with a serious attitude from the main office saying, "Oh we never said all of the paper would be gone." For these reasons look elsewhere and all because they refused a Minimum compensation for these issues.

    So I went to Lowe’s looking for a simple tub with door. They have models from 2800 and up. They set me up with a free home estimate. The sales man Bobby ** comes out, looks at the bathroom for all of 3 minutes, and proceeds to try and sell us a tub with jets, nozzles, full ceiling etc. no measurements, just goes on the computer and comes back with 21,500.00. Really? These guys are crazy. Told him to get out, for that I can get a nice decent car go to Italy for a week, and splurge on scuba lessons. Stay away. A sucker born everyday, not this guy. Would go negative stars if I could.

    Re-Bath's salesperson was very quick and must have had somebody that he was training. He was in and out of here in 15 minutes. Also, he didn't help me that much with picking the color. He told me that since the one we picked had some of the colors of my tile in it, it probably would be fine. And it turned out that it's a bluish marble color. I have browns in my bathroom, so it really did not match. So we'll figure out a way to live with it. As far as the input, the service of the guy who came to work on our bathroom was wonderful, except for the fact that he did not do any electrical work. So, he couldn't raise the ceiling up because the fan had a tube that bent away and he didn't know how to handle it. Re-Bath didn't have as much experience about doing this stuff as I thought they did and I wouldn't recommend them. But it's easy for my husband to get in and out of their product, and the quality is good.

    DO NOT USE THEM!! ReBath in Lake Villa. Terrible company! Failure to give information by the consultant when asked about the time frame several times during the visit. I was looking at a certain short time frame. He kept the information even though I kept mentioning the time frame I was looking at to be completed. I was NEVER told it was done in TWO SEPARATE installs which delays my install even longer. I found that out yesterday by the receptionist Peggy. I was told it would be a custom door. He was taking measurements during the consult but never told me that the custom door was not going to be measured and ordered AFTER the original install were to be complete to assure the measurements to be correct.

    I am on a time frame and was concerned about the time available. Of course the consultant never told me it would it be possible with that 2-4 week order for the custom door were to follow because I would be out of the window to have the project completed. I was given a callback from the officer manager Christina weeks after as I was told originally she was on vacation.

    Finally I got a callback and was told to look in my contract after it was signed and they took half my money. Not a good way to handle an upset customer. Now I’m stuck waiting on them. The office manager Christina just kept telling me “there’s nothing she can do and it’s in the contract.” The consultant is an extension of ReBath and should’ve explained the two part installation process along with the two separate time frames during the consultation. Instead he lead me to believe that the original rushed time frame was the full amount of time to complete the entire install. What a headache and a waste of time. Now I just wait…. Impatiently!

    I would never recommend this company to anyone as I had a 100 percent better experience with another company. First my salesperson lied to me twice. She said there was a sample of what I had selected at their showroom and there was not. Also she said that they are booking out till November which is OK as I can bid time off work. Well November was almost over with no communication till I called and encountered the rudest employee telling me that it was 18 weeks from measure. In fact so rude I didn't even want Rebath in my house. There is nothing in my contract that says that. I changed order to antique bronze but got a call that its fixtures was not available only to find out later that it was so they had to make a change after install.

    They put a hole in my closet wall which they did fix the sheetrock and compensated me for the painting. Really didn't need another project! They do not have a satisfaction guarantee which is a huge reason I would never recommend them and the other company did. I was very dissatisfied with the color of my panels. The little sample of my panel gave me the impression I was getting an antique white with black and grey veins running through it. When they went to install a panel I had to stop them as the panel did not match what I was thinking I was getting. The color turned out to be this ugly hot chocolate color that did not match the flow of the rest of my house which has warm tones. The caulk was even light grey which is a cool color.

    My salesperson Karen had only showed me 2 samples that she thought would work and I trusted her as there was really no picture or sample at showroom. They came out and talked about lighting change before picking paint. Nothing helped. They offered me a crappy deal to get new panels. I do not trust their process. Rebath does not have a brochure or a finished show room. The website isn't that great. Apparently they have 20 colors to chose from but how come I was only showed 2? This company has only one number to call and no one to text directly.

    I got a walk-in shower and I also had a vanity put in and a toilet by Re-Bath. They have an elongated toilet and it's really good. I had a floor put in too. My previous floor had grouts in little tiles and it looked like it was dirty. They did a beautiful job of putting in the floor. The toilet and the vanity and then the shower are excellent. We were supposed to be done by mid-December, but it didn't get done until about February because of waiting for the vanity. But everything worked out well.

    Re-Bath has a real good salesman too. His name is Jerry and he tells you the way it is. Jose did an excellent job putting in the shower. He modified the sitting area where I am sitting. The people next door to me have a seat that they can fold it down. Mine is permanent, but it's really good. They put in grab bars, too. I need those to get around. It was a really good job. I had another bathroom modified a little bit too with a new floor and new toilet and had some grab bars put in there. So it's functional. I can get in and out of the shower, over the tub. The toilets they put in are higher and they're more functional in different things. So it's really good. It's been a good experience. I'd recommend it. If I had any problem or any questions at all, we resolved it.

    We had two walk-in showers done through Re-Bath. There were two gentlemen that were here. They told me step-by-step what they were doing. It was a good experience as far as them letting me know exactly what was gonna be done. They would bring me in and show me what they were planning on doing.     Re-Bath Knoxville BUYER BEWARE: Re-Bath used the old “Bait and Switch” on me. They gave me a written proposal for a “zero barrier” shower, I signed the contract and gave them my credit card. 5 (FIVE!) days later I received a TEXT message that said they can’t warranty what they proposed, and suggested something entirely different. My salesperson was embarrassed and apologized as it wasn’t his fault. Be VERY careful when trying to do business with this company. Cannot recommend a company that does business like this.

    Re-Bath redid my bathroom. They took out the tub and put in a new walk-in shower, new countertop, new vanity, and a toilet. The sales rep was really good. He was very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. I really liked him. I went with Re-Bath because I liked the sales guy. The installers were really professional. They came in. They worked all day. The only thing was the clean-up. They didn't leave any parts, but there was dust in the window sill and on the cabinet. After we got it done, my wife had to clean the whole bathroom. They had to order another part and they're coming in to put it in tomorrow. The vanity over the toilet had a stain on it. They tried to get it off, but they couldn't. They tried to fix it. They couldn't fix it. So, they're gonna replace the whole thing. They're supposed to come tomorrow morning to put in a new one.

    I'm not happy with the toilet. It's not a high-quality toilet. I gotta talk to them about that because the seat comes loose, and that shouldn't happen. It snaps back in place, but you don't want the whole seat to come apart while you're sitting on the toilet and you’re moving. That's not a good feeling. Other than that, everything was good. They cracked a little plate on the light switch. But when I called them and told them, they came out and fixed it. So, I'm really happy with Re-Bath. Every time I had an issue, they took care of it. Re-Bath was a little bit more pricier, but it's worth. I love my shower. I'm happy with everything. I don't mind the price as long as I get a good product.

    The sales rep at Re-Bath explained everything very nicely and had nice pictures to show us what the different kinds of lining would be in the shower. So, he was very efficient and very knowledgeable. The installer was one young man and he did a fantastic job. It took two days and it was excellent work. It was a good price for the quality of service though I would like to have it been less money since we were retired and on fixed incomes. Part of the reason we went with Re-Bath was that other ones wanted to come give us an estimate but they couldn't guarantee they’ll even have it finished by June. My brother and his wife were coming from my middle granddaughter's wedding in June and she’s not able to step over that kind of a situation and the walk-in shower provided the convenience of not having to get into a tub.

    ReBath contacted me after this review. Surprisingly they made everything right. They fixed the doors so they stay shut & replaced the back wall which had oversized gaps at the bottom where it was caulked beyond a 1/4". They sent out an employee & he spent most of the day fixing the problems. All is good. I just wish the original installers would have listened to me initially about my concerns. Because of fixing the problems I now rate them as a 5 star.

    It has been over a year now & the materials were okay, but the workmanship was very poor. I have problems with the shower door staying shut because the shower plan is on a steep incline (they put wood pads under the bottom of the shower pan). They promised me they would have the walls to the floor & trim the shower pan to fit nicely without cutting the walls. They didn't & the wall cuts around the shower pan looks like a 5th grader made the cuts. They filled it with caulk that soon had holes in it.

    I talked with the installers at the time, but they were very curt about it & did what they wanted to get it done quickly. They had to come back & re-caulk the huge gaps & try to get the door from opening when I use the shower. It is disappointing from what the salesman promised & what the installers did. Of course they won't correct the problems. I hate law suits but I guess that is my only option. I need our master bathroom re-done but won't certainly use Re-Bath.

    I had a Re-Bath guy come over to give me a consultation on 2 of my bathroom. This was last month. We haven't received anything or heard anything from this company in Temple TX. I had call and they said they will have the guy give me a call. That never happen, I guess since we wasn't going to pay them $32,000.00 they didn't need our business.     I would never recommend this company. They do not get the job done in 3 to 5 days as promised. They left one afternoon and left the threshold plate unfinished going into my hallway. I fell and broke my arm in 3 places. So now I will always have a painful shoulder. Limited movement. They charged us 28000 dollars. I promise you it doesn’t look like a 28000 job. Our bathroom is small. We agreed because we have 1 bathroom and thought perhaps it was worth the money to get it finished in 3 to 5 days. Nope. This was done in 2020. We put 10000 down and financed the rest through enterbank. Was lied to about payment timeline. We still owe for 4 more years at 300 a month. Such a bad experience.

    I wish I could give zero star. This remodel has been a nightmare from day one. Look at the pictures. They will tell the story. They threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay, but they were not done with the project. Lowe's said not pay until they were done. It took 72 days to complete this nightmare of a remodel. The bathtub walls are still not even. The door is still loose from the damage they created. The toilet sits uneven, and they put in a new subfloor. I don't know, maybe shims? The drywall that they patched is wavy and very noticeable that it does not match the walls. They damaged the walls because nothing was wrong with them before the nightmare. Never again, and I would not recommend you spend a penny with this company. I hate going into my bathroom. That is how mad I am about their work.

    Re-Bath gave us the lifetime warranty and we liked the panels that they had compared to some of the other places. They also offered us different bars. When their rep started the project, he dismantled everything in our bathroom and the guy who came in started putting in the shower base. When he put in the panels, I noticed that there were gaps on the top. I pointed that out to him and he said he'd take care of that. But it looked weird and when I went to check it, every time we walked on it it squished. It sounded like there was water underneath. I pointed that out to the guy and he said not to worry and that they have a lifetime warranty. But what we ordered, we didn't really get when they brought it and came to set it up. They said that they were discontinued on one of the bars that we wanted. Also, one of the shower heads was really short, so we asked for a longer one.

    Also, the installer put the doors backwards and they were all scratched because they were glass doors. They left guck everywhere, which were still even stuck to my main tile from where they walked in and out of the bathroom and it stuck on their shoes and on my floor. But they told me that in a time, the guck would come off.

    I videotaped the installation from the beginning to the end because I didn't like what was coming out. Aside from that, I had to put down over $6,000 and they wanted a check prior to starting the job. Then after they started, they wanted another 5,000, and then I still owed them 1,000. So when the guy finished the project, I bugged them and pointed out everything that I felt was wrong with it. I sent so many messages to Re-Bath and asked who should I talk to to have it inspected. A week later, they sent Paul who was the inspector for the renovations. He and another guy came out. They did an inspection and they agreed with everything that I pointed out, the gaps in the ceiling, the squeaky shower, and the shower heads. This was a disaster all in one and I would never recommend them.

    They started 11-6 and I was told that the work would take four days. But one of the guys didn't show up one day and we didn't hear from them until a week after I called Paul. He said they were going to make it right for me. They sent another kid over and he completely dismantled everything that the first guy put in that bathroom. He took out all the panels, the doors, and the base. He also had to re-cement when he took up the base of the thing. The boy that had done it prior had put a big blob of cement in the middle where he had moved the dray and when he set the base down, he expected that cement to smash down and seal up the base. But it didn't. It stayed intact in one thing, so it was rocky and uneven.

    When the second boy took up that base, we understood why it would squish. Then he put up everything, fixed the gap and put up the panel. He was showing us everything that he was doing because I was already upset. This remodel was supposed to be done before Thanksgiving but when Thanksgiving came, there were no doors. Christmas came and nothing was done. I was really upset and I wanted to talk to them but they ignored me. They didn't put me through.

    The first installer also cut our tile zigzag all the way across our base and left a big gap there and when I showed that mess to Paul, they decided to hide it with a piece of wood that runs across my shower base. Then they tried to seal it and it doesn't seal. It's still like that and it's an embarrassment. Then they wanted their $1,000. I asked them if they were going to compensate me because we were going to have to eventually re-tile because of what they did to the corner. Instead of taking the whole 1,000, they told me I only owed them $500. I told them that it's going to cost me more than that for the work I needed to get done.     I like that Re-Bath has a showroom I could go to and see what the product would look like, where the other ones didn't offer that. I had a bathtub taken out and a walk-in shower installed. The installer arrived on Thursday morning at 9:00 and was done by 2:00 the following day. He was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. He worked diligently. He wouldn't even stop for a coffee break. Now I see a nice shower instead of an old bathtub.

    We had a leak so we had to have the pipes replaced. We had to have Re-Bath come and take out what they had done. After the ceiling and the walls were done, Re-Bath came back, put everything back up and it's beautiful. The young man went to work and did his job. He was personable. He would talk to my husband and tell him what was going on. We're very happy. Our bathrooms look as nice as when they were done. Everything is finished beautifully. There are no gaps anywhere. It's very easy to clean. The fact that I have everything white and it doesn't get orange at all from our well water is the best. The coating that Re-Bath has on their shower and tub will never get orange from well water. We've had two different people get Re-Bath after I've told them about it and they saw ours.     Rebath did a good job installing our tub/shower, but you need to know something about their lifetime warranty. The water spout needed replacement after a few years so I contacted them. First, contacting them is not easy. Then they told me they didn't have the spout in stock so I had to contact Delta Faucets. Delta Faucets was extremely helpful and sent out the new part right away. Rebath told me once I received the new spout, they'd come out and install it BUT they'd charge me $295 for labor. I told Delta Faucet that and they sent me a video on how to install it. I know nothing about plumbing and it took me 10 minutes. So yeah, you may have a lifetime warranty but they'll charge you a ridiculous amount of money for labor if you try to use it.

However, since it is Delta's product that failed, and not Re-Bath's, the replacement of the faucet would be subject to a labor fee.

The came back, filled my tub and moved it out, then I had an issue with my light fixture, which they fixed as well.     Patrick had a canned presentation and even though I said that we've already got one, he still went through with his complete presentation. So it was a little tedious. But he did a good job. For a new customer, he would be super because he went into the details very thoroughly and completely and definitely answered every question we had. The installation team was an older man and a younger man. They’re a dad and son team. They were definitely very professional, and explained everything they were doing. The shower is in a separate little building behind our house. I walked over and checked on them and they told me where they were in the process. When they were ready to close it up, he pointed out everything that he had done and why he did it the way he did. It wasn't properly vented before so he properly vented it.

    My son's house smells so much better now. Plus, he had a lot of surface mold stuff happening and that stopped when we got the proper venting on the drains. They did excellent work. My son has been using it and he loved the fact that he had more room to get a shower. His large dog gets a shower in there too. He said he really likes the door.

    When my husband had shoulder surgery, we had Re-Bath to redo our shower. They replaced a fiberglass shower with a Re-Bath shower. The installer put in all of the grab bars we wanted where we thought we needed them and fixed it where the door would swing the way we needed it to swing for my husband to get in and out. It was well done. The only thing I have to complain about is the cost. Ours was in the vicinity of $8,000 and then for my son, it was almost $8,000. I could have had it done cheaper, but I wanted quality.

    I did my shower with Re-Bath. The sales guy came out in October and he was very knowledgeable. I had questions that I'm sure sounded stupid to him, but he answered all the questions.     Re-Bath's salespeople came in and I connected with them. They brought an installer in and explained things to me. I was able to talk to them on the same level only because of my many years of being in the business. My wife and I felt comfortable contracting with them. The only issues that I had with them was we made contract just before Thanksgiving and Christmas, and trying to come up with a date. At some point, I thought I was being put off. And they finally said, "Did you wanna be torn up over the holidays? " We said we would wait until after the first of the year. We came up with a date. They came in exactly they said and they did it. So, it was much an issue with my wife and I, as it was with them trying to come up with a date without getting caught up in some of the holiday issues and problems that could have come about.

    I might have saved some money but I surely wouldn't have saved some time. They did the whole thing in a total of eight work hours. They worked six hours on a Monday a couple of weeks ago. And came in for a couple of hours the following day to complete it. I'm one of the guys that got his mind made up that if I'm taking over the job, I'm gonna get this thing done. That's why I appreciated them when they came in for the couple of days, because there was no fooling around with Dennis, the installer. He was a no nonsense guy. His workmanship was excellent. He had a helper with him. We're very pleased. My wife and I have been nesters for a number of years. It's the convenience of knowing that all the plumbing has been replaced. And we got new sliding doors and shower walls. Could be much easier for us to maintain. Also, we put two safety bars in to support ourselves when we're in the shower.

    I'm very disappointed in the people that Re-Bath had to put in the shower. They left the bathroom a total mess. Their construction and everything of how they left our bathroom is poor. I would like them to come back out and look at what they did and fix it. When they put in the shower, they left out the Formica that goes behind the shower. They never finished the job.

    They ripped up the floor to redo the plumbing and they never repaired the floor. They put a piece of wood down there. They were here for three days and they took so long to do this job. The only bathroom that we have is upstairs and there was no way I was able to get upstairs to the bathroom, so I had to use a commode. I'm very disappointed in their workmanship. We took pictures and I'll send them to the customer service. I'm very, very, very disappointed in Re-Bath's services. At this point, unless I get something rectified, I will never recommend them to anybody.

    We checked out a few places, and Re-Bath was comparable to some of the other bath fitting companies that were around here. The Re-Bath sales rep dealt mostly with my husband, but I've also talked to him a couple times on the phone and he seemed very professional. Also, the reps were quick to answer all my questions, and the installers were really quick as well. They brought everything in then took everything out when they were done taking it apart. It took two days and it was done and up. It wasn't a big structural thing. They just took the other countertop off and put the new one on, and the shower part was already there. They just did a new floor and a new surround. It was just a floor pan and that was probably the only structural stuff they had to deal with.

    Re-Bath was very easy to work with. They listened to everything that we needed and what we wanted to change, and they made it happen really quickly. They were really nice about everything that we had questions about too. We got a brand new shower stall and a new countertop for our sink. Sometimes the product can be not as up to people's standards, but the one from Re-Bath was excellent. It turned out really nice. We were very happy with them.

    Everything went well until we hit a bump in the road. It took three months for Re-Bath to get all the materials and get it going. Then, the door that they first quoted us wasn't gonna fit and we had to wait a longer period of time for somebody else and an outside contractor to come in and do measurements.     Re-Bath is a little pricey, but it's worth it. It took two days for my guy to come in and do the floor and the wall. Re-Bath came in in one day and re-did everything. It seemed they knew what they were doing. I was amazed of what they did. When you walk in there, it looks like it's a completely different bathroom. I shared it with my friends and neighbors, and they were like, "They did it in one day?"

    They did the walls, the ceiling, and restored the new copper lines for the shower. There's a railing for the glass doors. There are two holders for the soap. The holder is great. I like it. I love the color of the marble look from the ceiling all the way to the floor, and it's got a new basing. I love the nozzle. There's a magnet connected. The glass door they put in is great as well. If I knew what I know now, I would have went higher, but everything is very workable. They said I got a lifetime warranty, so that's a good thing. The only thing I would disagree with is I would have painted first then they would install it. I wasn't sure how it would work because when they caulked around the edges, the paint didn't stick to the caulk. But my painter is very good and I'm happy with it.

He worked for three days, and he took pictures at the end of every day to show his progress. The walk-in shower has handrails and our parents don't have to climb over a tub. This shower was installed for our parents because they're old, and so they could get in and out of the tub easy. They seem to like it.

    After almost three months of waiting, my bathroom just got completed. I am shocked and appalled at how cheap it looks. I am so mad that I got charged almost $18K for this. I was lured in by the sales pitch- "we do so many hotels throughout the country" and "lifetime guarantee". Perhaps the plumbing was done well, but I have NEVER seen cheap acrylic walls (can you believe it, no tiles, WALLS) in any hotel that I have stayed. I was under the assumption that since they are making measurements that they are tiling and grouting the walls prior to. I did not realize that it was cheap acrylic walls. I can't believe it, cheap acrylic walls in my house!

    The sales representative came out to the house, showed me samples of the different materials they'd be using and explained the process. She did the measurements before doing the quote, and while the materials were being manufactured, Re-Bath would call me weekly to give me an update on the schedule. The day of the install, the installer came out, and it took him two days to do the install.     I liked that Re-Bath had a good warranty and that they said, “Hey, we're gonna get it done within two to four days,” and that they offered a 24-month interest-free financing. I decided to do it because my old home needed a remodel very badly. I had a subfloor that was rotting out on me. I got a new standup shower, a vanity, a new subfloor with vinyl planking floor installed, and then all of the faucets and all the stuff that comes along with all that were installed as well.

    As far as the installation, I got a phone call about a month earlier than what it was supposed to be to let me know that they had a cancellation. This was on a Wednesday, and they said they could have it done in the next couple of days and that they could be here the next day. I had them come by the next day. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between somewhere in the office and the actual installer. So, a two-day project turned into about two weeks. It's something that happens. For the most part, it went smoothly.

    The work quality was great. Any problems I had, they addressed them and they came and took care of it in as timely fashion as possible. I felt happy with it knowing that I have an older home. Unfortunately, there were a few things that went wrong but that was part of it. I'd recommend Re-Bath. I paid as much as I paid for the bathroom remodel because I only have one bathroom in my house. So, I had to get it done quickly. It didn't work out that way, but it was done a lot faster than what I could have gotten done.

    The sales rep did an in-home visit and had samples for us to look at so we could pick out what we wanted. When the guy showed up that morning for the installation, he did a complete demolition of the whole bathroom in one day by himself. And then it was three days to complete the whole installation. All the work was done good and Re-Bath’s price was cheaper than everybody else. The tub is exactly what we wanted it. We went from a house that was built in the 60s that had the original bathroom in it and it had that old tile that was peach colored. It's a rental house, but we wanted to do something nice for the renters. I had a good experience with Re-Bath. If I have to do it again, I'll call them.

    Re-Bath is a local company, so I went with them. During the first part of the process, everything seemed okay. I wanted to write down everything that we talked about and was gonna be added into the contract and the rep said, "No, no. I know what you want. We're good. My word is golden. I'll write what we're supposed to do down, and then we'll get you to sign it." When I signed it, I noticed there weren't some things there. I asked him, "Are you still gonna do this stuff?" He said, "Yeah. We totally plan on doing it." It had to do with laying some additional flooring down that he had built into the quote.

    When it came time for it to be done, he said, "Well, I didn't account for that." I said, "Man, you and I had two conversations about it. You said you had worked it in a quote and I didn't have to write it down." I had already written it down myself on a yellow sheet of paper when we were discussing it and I planned on getting him to add it and make sure that it was in the contract. I went around for almost a day and a half fighting with him about it. Finally, he just said, "Well, I'm not gonna make this a big deal. We're gonna lose money." I said, "How are you gonna lose money? First of all, you got a door built into the quote that you're not gonna have to install. Plus, you're not gonna have to frame it out because it's already framed out for y'all."

    The people that used to live here took a door out and moved it and they sheetrocked over the old place. When I wanted the door moved to where I thought it should have been, they opened it up and all the framing was still there. All I did was have them move the door that was in the one place to the other door. So, they didn't have to frame it out and didn't have to use the other door. So, they saved probably from $750 to $1,000 right there.

    Then, he already said he built stuff into the quote for the flooring that I had bought and that I laid money out for. He said it would cost a little bit of labor, but he would have that done. I had to fight with him for a full day about it. I didn't have a very good experience with him. I would have done it myself because I have been a contractor. I had to close down my business in 2021 because I've had four surgeries and I'm just now getting back to where I need to be to open my business back up. So, it's not like I don't know the prices of things, the labor rates, and the other things that go into all this.

    I went ahead and paid him. I was gonna finance it, but I went ahead and paid all of it. I like to finance things to keep my credit good, but I didn't wanna deal with them anymore. I don't ever wanna speak to them again because it was the worst experience of my life of doing business with any contractor that I've had to deal with. When he got on the phone and started yelling at me, that was my last straw. Everything that they were supposed to do finally got completed and they left.

    The tub was cracked. When they had somebody come out to inspect it, they said, "Oh, it's just a fracture in that part of the tub. It won't spread. It'll be fine." So, I got a chipped tub and hopefully, it doesn't spread but in my experience over a couple of years, stuff like that does happen. So, I expect somebody to have to come out in a couple of years and fix that. The rest of the stuff was fine. And on the rest of the stuff, I provided the material except for the bath and the bath surround. Overall, the sales process went very smoothly, but what I got in the end was trash.

    I was looking for someone to do a remodel for my mother. I was soliciting estimates over the course of a couple of years. I knew a little bit about Re-Bath before, and I had tried a couple other contractors that never started the job. That was when I tried with two others that I knew were big, local, and normally good, but maybe a little bit more expensive, which were Dreamstyle and Re-Bath. Dreamstyle came out and wouldn't even give me a bid. They said the job was not within their scope. It’s not really what they wanted to do, and they weren't interested in doing the job. Re-Bath came out and gave the estimate, and then we ended up going with them because they can get the job done.

    I was happy with Marty. She did a really good job. It's for my mother and I'm not good at picking out colors and style. My sisters came out and helped her. She had to put up with the committee, myself, my mother who didn't wanna do the job for herself, and then my two sisters. She was very patient with us and helped get us through, and helped pick out colors and style. The team that came out to install was very good. I was very happy with them. I do have a couple of things that are ongoing and last week, I couldn't get ahold of the gentleman that kind of ran the show. I'm confident that I'll get ahold of him and we'll get it finished and taken care of.

    They had to change the bathroom door because there was a vent pipe right in the way. We had to go from the standard 60-inch shower down to a 54. It's the next size down from the standard. Then we ordered the door. It came in right at the end, and he went to put it in, and it was shipped damaged. It was broken when it arrived. They had to reorder again and it hasn't come in yet. They put in a shower curtain for now.

    I was very happy with the crew that came out. They were the same people every day. I stayed there for the whole process because my mother who has dementia wouldn't let them in if we weren't there. They were very patient with her and kept me informed the whole time. They were conscious of the fact that I work nights. So consequently, I'm over there, I get them going in the morning and say, “Well, if you need anything else, I'll be in this room over here, but I gotta try to get to sleep.” They had to do their job, but they were still conscious of the fact that I'm trying to get through. They didn’t bother me with a lot of petty stuff. They held questions until I was up, and they worked within my schedule.

    The commode had rotted under it. The tech had to take the whole thing out and put a new shower, commode and sink in. He also put a new interior wall. I also asked one him to make the door larger because I'm 85 years old and I don't need a small door to get into the bathroom. It took a week for them to do the job. The tech had a good attitude and did a good job cleaning up after himself. A fellow came by a week after they finished the job and made a couple of adjustments. Water pressure is less but it's sufficient to do the job. However, the remodel was extremely expensive.

    Had a walk-in shower reinstalled by Re-Bath. Total failure in seams and shower. Tried to implement life-time warranty. They did not honor it and made excuses as to why. I will never use this company again. False advertisement and false promises. I am not the only one to experience this failure of honoring their obligation. If you are going to put in a shower or tub, use someone that is reputable and will not lie for a couple of dollars. It is really bad that we have come to this in the USA. Total lack of commitment and honor...I cannot think of anything else to say to express my total lack of confidence in this company...

    I didn't have the best experience with ReBath. It was the length of time and several things that occurred while it was being done. It took 13 weeks. They're great people but the process was not good. It was one delay after another. They had to reorder the shower and the shower door ‘cause when they busted out a wall, it was a different size than they thought. The tub they put in was a jet tub. It came in damaged but they put it in anyway. They had to reorder another one from the company.

    In the beginning, it was the same two guys that came every day. But while they were waiting on something to come in for my house, they'd go work on somebody else's house so when something came in for my house, then ReBath pulled whoever was available. We had so many different people coming in and out of our house. When the first crew would come, it would be 10:00, 10:30 then they would leave at 3:00. They didn't work a full day. But I'm pleased with the product and the way that it turned out. I like my new walk-in shower and my tub with the Jacuzzi.

    Working with Re-Bath was great, and I would recommend them. The installers said they would be here at 8:00 and they were very prompt. They were ready to work and they were very professional and clean. I was very impressed with that. I expected for us to have to move to a different room to sleep because of the dust and dander, but there was nothing. They cleaned up after themselves, and as they went, they had their drop cloths all the way through the house into the work area. I didn't have any qualms at all with the way they handled things.

    I'm very impressed with the quality of their work. It's very nice. I was concerned more about the walls because somebody had painted over the wallpaper. It was curling in the corners and there were creases in different places. It looked like it was gonna be horrible, but the guy that did the job was great. He was very intent, and we tried not to bother him. He went in, closed the door, and did his thing. He didn't stop till the end of the day, then he came back ready to work the next morning. Everything went as planned and a bit ahead of schedule, which was a plus for us. We were very pleased. I couldn't even imagine it being done so quickly 'cause we did a full bathroom, down to the walls, the flooring, the tub removal, and they put in a new shower.

    Re-Bath was 100% great and I would recommend them. When their rep was doing the bathroom, he asked me where I wanted the rails to go and he put them exactly where I wanted them. So, I was very pleased. He took the tub out, put a new shower in, put rails in, and a seat so I could sit in and be more comfortable. The installation took a day and a half, and the installer did a fantastic job. I like the seat and the rails, and that I can sit down, hold on, and get up. I have arthritis and it's hard for me to move around. But it's very much convenient to get in and out of my new bathroom area. My kids came over and they loved it, too.

    My youngest son had Re-Bath do his bathroom and it looks very nice. The company was referred to me. My daughter-in-law called them and they called me. They came and did a consultation. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and he had samples that he brought with him. He also made some good suggestions so I was very comfortable with that. The installation went fine and it took two days. When I first talked to Re-Bath, I was only gonna have the tub taken out and a walk-in shower put in. But after thinking about it for a while, I decided to have the toilet and sink replaced. This was after we set up having the tub done into a shower. It took two different times because there was a little bit of time in between. But both times went very smoothly. The workers were very polite and it was a good experience. I’m very pleased.     I had a complete renovation of my bath, and I love the remodel. ReBath demoed it then took my tub out and replaced it with a shower. They took my vanity out and replaced it with one of their vanities and painted it. The vanity which was custom-built is so beautiful. They did an amazing job. They are coming back because one of the pieces was not the right size. As soon as it comes in, they're gonna schedule with me. I trust that they'll do that because they've been in contact with me ever since.

    I've already been telling people that they should use ReBath. They were not the cheapest, but I went with them because of everything that they guaranteed and their community support. They guarantee that their contractors would show up on time. They employ their own contractors and they're very family-oriented. They do this whole 45-minute demonstration when they come to talk to you and tell you about the company. They donate to local charities and to things that are important to their employees.

    Re-Bath has everything that you would want to make it last for a long time. Do it if you want to redo your bathroom. We spoke with a nice guy. He assured us that everything we wanted to do in the bathroom was doable. We got the biggest size jetted tub that they have. It's a two-person. That's what we were looking for. We got a new shower. We got the one-piece wall thing with the seat. And we got a vanity, a new toilet, and a new cabinet over it.

    We had a lot of people helping. We were done tearing down all the old stuff on the first day. And they used the garage to hold some stuff. So, had to work around it. It was fast. They would give updates like, "We're gonna do this. We're gonna do that today." And they would ask questions like, "Where do you want this shelf in the shower? Do you want it here? Do you want it there? Which side you want the drain on? Which side do you want the faucet on for the bathtub?" So, I appreciated the communication, making sure that we got what we wanted with everything. The quality was great. I was very happy with it.

    I have a small bathroom and the tub was way overdue to be replaced. Out of all the house projects I have ever done throughout the decades, either by professionals, or as a helper, or by myself, this one was by far the most seamless and stress-free, from sales to completion. The Re-Bath team never tried to upsell me and always worked to find the best solution for me. Marcos was my salesman/designer and he was so personable and paid attention to my needs and helped me with the selections. The installer, Melvin, was clean, efficient, and precise in fitting.     The sales guy came out and he was there for four hours. He was kind of pushy. But he left and then he said they would send me the quote. The quote wasn’t itemized. They did went through the guest bathroom and the master bathroom, but not the toilets and faucets. The overall project was a lot pricier than we thought. But talking to a few friends, remodeling the kitchen and bathroom can be pretty escalated and high. It's just the way it is.

    The installers that came out worked together for over 10 years. Their name was DJ and Alex. They were a good team. They complemented each other. They really paid attention to measuring things and reinstalling. I was really impressed with the two of them that came out and did that. They were professional. They covered everything up in the bedroom that might collect a little dust. They were very thoughtful in making sure everything was done right and look good. When they installed the shower and the bathtub in the master bathroom, there was a big space between that and the tile. We changed our minds on a few things along with their options. It was kind of good that we waited until then because until you get everything torn out and reinstalled, you don't really know what's left. So we decided to change out a floor piece and a couple of shelf pieces and a window mantel.

    Re-Bath's salesman had the patience of a saint. We were deciding what to use for the wall on the shower. Eventually, we did a mosaic tile and it made it so much lovelier. He went to Home Depot to get the mosaic tile and he had what are our shower would be. He put it up to five different things at Home Depot to tell me, and sent me pictures. We narrowed it down to two. His wife works in a furniture store that has design to it. And she thought that one of the two that we had narrowed it down was the best. We went with that one and it turned out good.

    The shower install took three days. That was a tile and the doors and they take it down to the studs. They don't do it over what you have now. I didn't like that idea. I also got the sink with the countertop. I decided I only wanted one sink because that's what we had now and I like one sink because I like all that space. When I blow dry my hair, I have a towel. I put the blow dryer on that because I do one strand at a time, put the blow dryer down and up. So, I like all that space. That was only one day.

    I'm going to get a medicine cabinet from Re-Bath. They measured and the first one they brought, it was the measurement, but it stuck out. So, they were supposed to do it this week, but a guy called out sick and I want that one guy who has been doing everything. He is a stickler for detail. And I wanted a Monday or Tuesday. So, it's going to be the Tuesday that's coming up to put in the medicine cabinet.

    My bathroom was horrible. The floor had fallen in and water was leaking everywhere. Re-Bath came earlier than they thought they were gonna be able to make it. They said April, but they ended up getting to me on the last week of February. The house is old so it's not a huge bath but the installer did an excellent job. He didn’t complain at all and saw it as an opportunity. The installers did not leave a mess and they were very professional. I didn't pick up any negative vibes at all. The designer, Mandy, did an excellent job helping me to design the bathroom and she was very nice. They went overboard to help me out and I appreciate that so much because when you get a certain age, people overlook you. But I didn't feel that way at all with the personnel at Re-Bath.     We remodeled and replaced the bathtub and did this tiling for the floor. The sales rep walked us through each of the different offerings and set expectation. It was good. The contractor, Chris, was quick and polite. If he needed something, he would ask or let us know ahead of time. Everything was tidy after he left. The installation was very smooth and straightforward. The quality is awesome and I'm so glad we did it. I'll definitely be using Re-Bath again because we wanna do another bathroom. They left a good impression. Everything was seamless and I didn't have any outstanding questions or worries.     It was a very good experience when the sales rep of Re-Bath came out. He spent a couple of hours, went through measuring both bathrooms and figured out the expense and told us about everything. I had a great big mirror that took up most of the cabinet. I asked him if I had to do that. He told me to only get a single mirror because the light was going to be a three-prong single. He helped me do some things I didn't quite know. If I had a question, he would answer it. We had two different projects. Project A was the big bathroom. Everything was redone, the bathtub was taken out, and a shower was installed. The quality of the work done was wonderful. Project B is gorgeous too. We went from tiles to a wall. The floor is a dark grey.

    Re-Bath had a good pricing and timeline. The guy came in, gave a quote, was super helpful explaining the process and pointing out what needed to be done. And it was all ready and straightforward. Everyone was friendly. They installed a shower in my bathroom. They did a great job. I lost power right before they were supposed to be there, so they ended up doing the whole job site without power in the house. They worked with me and put up battery-powered lights, used battery tools. And the second day, when it was supposed to be cold, they came prepared with heaters and were ready to knock it out with the harsh difficulties. They got it done in a day and a half. And the shower works smoothly. I like it.

    We had to tear out a shower and the tub, and we put the shower in where the tub was. Then we had to form a closet in the area where the old shower was. They finished it in early February.     We weren't sure if we wanted to go with Re-Bath, but our sales rep told us that he'd be willing to take a cut in his commission to lower the price. He was pretty nice about everything. It was pretty good. The installation went mostly really well. We did have some leakage on the second day which got onto our furnace and some electrical stuff which we had to have an electrical company come out and look at. But they looked at it and there was nothing wrong, and they didn't charge us for the appointment. Overall, it was quick, affordable as far as what we were looking at and fairly painless.

    Re-Bath turned the bathtub into a walk-in shower. We also got a new vanity sink, a new toilet, new flooring, and a new shower. We're happy with the end result, except the valve on the toilet that comes in from the wall keeps leaking. They've been out once to fix it, then we called and now we're just waiting for a callback for them to come out again because it's still dripping water. Also, we got one of those newfangled toilets, which we don't know how to problem-solve, and it keeps running, so we had to shut the water off to it. We called about that as well and it seems like it takes them a long time to get back to us to get a repairman out. And that's brand-new.

    Other than that, we were very happy with the installers from Re-Bath and the salesman was good. But because we have a hot water heater and there was a heat register that ran underneath the tile, it ran underneath the bathtub and it kept the bathtub warm. So, the salesman told us that there would be a plumber that understood hot water heat who would take care of that, because that would have to be taken out before they started rebuilding anything. And it had to be taken out before they even tried to take the bathtub out, because it was underneath the bathtub. However, they didn't send any furnace or plumber guy out.

    I felt really bad for the man who did the remodeling, because he listened to all of our input but he had no idea how to handle hot water heaters. So, between the worker who was very kind and my husband, they figured it out. But then, we had to have the furnace man come in and it cost us another $500 for them to get everything right. Re-Bath's salesman also said they'd send an electrician to put the new ceiling fan in and the one who came out did a great job. He was very pleasant, too.

    Aside from that, the panel samples that Re-Bath gave us looked like they were mostly white and light gray, kind of marbleized. But when they brought the panels in, my husband and I were shocked because they had a lot of black in them and we didn't plan on any black-black in there. And the panels that got put up were totally different from the samples that they had. It's because the sample wasn't cut to demonstrate how the pattern and color really go. So, Re-Bath needs to do is make sure they have a good representation of the product. At first, I couldn't stand to look at what we got put up, but I've gotten used to it now. One day, I tried to call the salesman to voice a couple of concerns and he didn't even want to hear it. He said he'd call me back on Monday and he never called me back ever. It was like once he did the sale, he didn't care to communicate anymore. That's typical with sales people no matter where you go.

    I initially had a meeting with the salesman from Re-Bath. I was told that I would have the same crew from the beginning of the project to the end. But that didn't happen. It must have been three different crews. I was told my project would start around Halloween so I had assumed that some time around Thanksgiving or Christmas it would be done. But they didn't get done until some time in January. I also lost my project manager, Scott. That was what delayed it. That was terrible. There could have been more communication 'cause I didn't know that Scott had left. Scott and I had spent, at least, an hour talking about what I liked and what I didn't like, whereas Chad was trying to get caught up. I would have liked to have finished up with Scott.

    I love the bathtub and the plumbing that I selected but no not so much the flooring. When I selected my flooring, there was an issue, and I had to go with another one. We had a part that was missing for the floor and we couldn't match that piece for the flooring. I picked out my own bathroom hooks and lighting. As far as the other hardware, I like it. I like the valve because I have the handheld. I like the shower doors and the tub. As far as the vanity and the dressing area where the vanity is, I like my seat and the top. The remodel was expensive though. I put in a Robern vanity medicine cabinet, and I knew ahead of time that it was expensive, but it was that labor to put it in that was expensive.

    Cindy, who owns the company, was really a lovely lady and I was impressed that she came to this house three times. I was also impressed with her attitude, demeanor, and professionalism. Matt, the guy who did the work, was awesome as well. But I waited months for everything to be done. They had half the money in April of 2021, but it didn't get done until recently this year. So, I would never tell anybody to go to Re-Bath. One of our problems was that they couldn't do the demolition. All the times that I called and went on hold, I had to listen to them say that they have one team that would come in and do the demolition. In the end, I had to hire somebody outside but it came out of their quote because their quote included the demolition.

    Also, I told Cindy that I wanted a medicine cabinet that matched the hardware in the shower. She said okay then she went out to her car and put it down as an over-the-toilet thing. But when I found out how much it cost, I told her that I would just order one. I ordered one, it arrived, I put it together, and I put it out there. Then, she told me it was too late, the thing she ordered already arrived and I had to pay for it. I didn't even argue with her because I didn't want to argue with anybody about this. So, I ended up with her $1,200 over-the-toilet thing. But I took it down and put up the one I bought for 300 at Kmart because I liked it a lot better. It ended up costing me extra money to have the trim work, botch and paint done.

    Aside from that, I ended up getting a shower door because when Mary, the lady who the bathroom is for, sat in that shower, water was all over the place. Cindy told me to just use towels to clean it but that was not what I wanted. Water went right on the seat over to the floor and there was more going on the floor than down the drain. That was not what I paid for. So, I paid Re-Bath to install a shower door.

    All in all, there was a lot of work that I had to do and I had to pay somebody additional to do. Also, I wasn't happy with the time it took to get the products. I get it that these things happen with the COVID, people not wanting to work, deliveries being slow, and prices being raised. But I'm really very disappointed with Re-Bath. They should be upfront and tell their customers that they're having problems getting the products in time. When they knew that they weren't going to do the demolition, they should have said so. Instead, Cindy got involved because it was $3,000 out of their money that they quoted to do the demolition and she wanted to see that it was being done. Despite that, the shower looks nice, and I'm happy the products that were used and the quality of the work. The shower doors close, the water stays in the shower, and Mary's safe in there.

    Installation was hit or miss. Re-Bath did a subcontractor for the paint and texturing of the walls and baseboards. They led us to believe that they would remodel the whole bathroom including the drywall removal and install. They never removed any of the drywall. So, that wasn't up to standard.

    The subcontractor for the paint and texturing had to come back multiple times to complete the job and fix it. There were some running issues and paint detail issues that they didn't do right the first time. I've also had an issue already with my shower. The seal at the bottom fell off. And I called to have it redone, and they said they would order the part. That has been three weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything back from them.

    They completely ripped out my shower and redid it from the pan to the walls and put a new floor down. They did the floor, they took out the tub, and they put a whole new countertop with sinks and fixtures. The sales reps were all really nice. I changed my mind half a dozen times. I went down there to the shop and looked at the different walls that we could select and they were very patient. Also, the guy who did the remodel was outstanding. On the first day, he did a demo on the whole thing. He got to my house at 10 o'clock every day and worked till about 5:00. Friday was the very last day and he stayed a little bit longer than 5 o'clock. He was such a joy to have here. He was clean and quiet and he did his job. He swept up every single night and he laid drop cloth from the front door all the way into my master bath.

She's a lovely person. We got a nice big walk-in shower that has a bench. It's very nice. We also got a double vanity. The main person during the installation was Anthony and he was really great about making sure everything was how we wanted it.     Re-Bath’s customer service representative was very personable, seemed knowledgeable and was able to work with us. The individual installers and staff were very nice people and trustworthy. But the process was not very good. The installation was delayed several times because of inadequate supplies arriving and personnel being taken out. So what was promised to be a two-week project took approximately four months, which was not a satisfactory outcome.

    We did the shower, tub, sinks, flooring, painting and toilet of the whole master bathroom. Re-Bath couldn’t get the tub in which backed us up four weeks. Then, the marble tops had to be recut and these things put in and redesigned. That took another 10 days to two weeks. The primary installer that was supposed to be in charge of the project became ill. A fourth team came and then, we had painters who don't speak English trying to understand paint schemes. So it was not exactly the way we wanted it to go. The final product is nice but the process was not as prompt. We were trying to get a handicapped accessible shower for my sister-in-law who was visiting and because of the delay in the install, she wasn't able to use it. She was coming for a wedding and we were only barely 50% through when the time the wedding came so that was very frustrating.

    We converted from tub-shower to just the shower. The other one, we put in the new tub and the surround. We did new toilets. We did vanities, sinks, mirrors cabinets and flooring. It was a great pair. The designer we met with who gave us our quote was amazing too. She knew her stuff and helped us. When I said to her, "I can't make one more choice," she gave me some ideas and helped me make a choice. The guy that measured was in and out quickly and was nice.

    We loved the installers. They were the cutest guys. They were efficient, worked hard and did a good job. They checked with us on little details. They told us what they planned on doing for the day and they let us know when they were leaving and what the plan was for the next day. They cleaned up well after themselves and it went well.

    We had one little snafu. But even that, I'm pleased with how it worked out. When they came to get me to say, "Where do you want the mirror in this bathroom?" I went in and said, "It's white. I didn't order white." So, we went down and looked and the cabinet that goes above the toilet was also white because we figured they did that because my vanity was white. But I figured it was a very white bathroom, so I ordered a mirror and cabinet that had color. They just reordered it and I got a call yesterday. It's in and it will be installed on Tuesday. They took care of it. I had a phone number for Holly who was wonderful. I could either call or leave her a message and either she or Michelle would call me back.

    The lighting fixture we ordered for our basement bathroom wouldn't fit above the medicine cabinet we ordered. So, the guys gave a suggestion and choices, and the next day, they brought the other fixture and put it in and we love it. We like it better than the one we would have had. I was pleased. It was smart to pay more and get better quality. We love to go in the bathrooms and look at them. I was cleaning my bathroom a week ago and thought, "It's just a joy to paint it because it's so pretty in here." This was one of those top-notch experiences.

Uneven grout lines and uneven tiles as well as very small pieces of tile intersected with large tile... at inappropriate places and unevenly.     The Re-Bath sales rep, Mandy, came out to see the old bathroom. She took some measurements and I told her what my idea was and what I wanted. About a week later, I went out to the showroom to select the flooring, the cabinets, and what type of shower materials I wanted for my shower because I ended up with getting the stone. I also got sinks and the countertops. The selections that they had included a large variety, so I wasn't stuck to just one type of shower material and I really appreciated that part. Then, Mandy would call and keep me updated with the deliveries. The cabinets took the longest. We placed the order sometime in July and we were supposed to start the installation in October, but we didn't start until November.

    For the installation, they sent over a team of two and Todd was the primary worker. With the way my house is set up, I knew they were coming so they could come through the back to get straight to the master bath, which worked for them because they didn't have to go through the house. It was really seamless. When I knew they were coming and I wasn't home, I'd leave the door unlocked for them. And most times, when I got back, they were already in full swing of working. I stayed out of their way and at the end of each work day, they would let me see the progress, so I would know how things were going and what to expect the next day. Everything was also handled with care.

    The master bath have double sinks typically and there's so much space in between the sink. So I wanted to know if they could do a tower of some sort to give me some additional shelving. They created one and it worked out perfect for me. The customer service was superb and I'm a stickler for that because customer service is truly a lost art. For the price point, it wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive and it was good for the quality and the service from the guys that were doing the install.

    They cared about what it looked like and made sure that it was functional for me. And the fact that they cared about what they were doing made a whole world of difference for me. Also, when Mandy first came out, she explained their process and I liked that they actually had a process where others didn't. Whoever they send out that's who's going to see your job from start to finish, and they did not lie. These guys became my friends and they were here over the Christmas holiday, so they all got gifts.

    Everybody is in love with my bathroom now. I am too. There was a bathtub and a shower in there, so we took out the whole tub. And where the tub was is just nothing but a dual headed shower. And where the old shower was is now my linen closet. This is my parent's house and my mom passed in 2021. She was a stickler for quality, so this would have been right up her alley. So I'm really pleased with my decision to go ahead and do it. As a matter of fact, I'm going down to Re-Bath on Friday because I have another bathroom that they're going to do for me.

    We did two cabinets and a bathtub with Re-Bath. We decided to use them last summer. But the remodel wasn't complete until the beginning of January. The sales representative left a lot to be desired. He was easy to work with as far as timing goes. He came to our house and gave us the estimate, which ended up being pretty accurate. But he made a few offhanded comments that I didn't really appreciate. The installers were really good. They were quick and really professional. We did have to call Re-Bath back for some touch-ups. Overall, they got the job done. We got what we wanted. It was a little too expensive for the quality. But it's serving its purpose for now.

    The installation was great. There was a little drip in the showerhead, but it was easily fixed. Also, I got my door about three weeks ago and it's leaking. They came out once to fix it but now it's leaking again. The first time the gentleman named Mark came out, he was very nice. He put in the door and everything was great. Then he had to come back for the leak and he was kind of brushing off what I think is wrong. Then, he said that he talked it over with his boss and if this doesn't fix it, they don't know what to do for me. I did not pay $14,000 to have a shower that leaks. It could have just been the fact that he had extra work that day because they made him come to me but I would rather him not come again. Other than that, everybody has been super nice.

    Re-Bath responded quickly and were thorough in their information. I was able to set up an appointment on my schedule. I don't live in the state where I was doing the work and they were very flexible. So, it was good. I did a shower conversion. The reps took out a shelving wasted space area next to it and then put in a custom shower walk-in. They finished the afternoon before I was leaving the next morning. So, I had to let it sit for 24 hours. It hasn't been used yet but it looks great. It ended up being a little pricey but maybe it was more of COVID pricing. It was a little more than I had intended to spend but it was very high quality work and good workers.

The installation turned out really well. We had a couple of delays but those were caused by the water heater that quit working. Also, my wife got sick and that caused the delay in the bathroom rebuild. But when the techs said they were gonna be here, they were and got everything done close to schedule. They did a great job. This bathroom is the one my daughter uses most of the time and she's ecstatic. If you want somebody that's gonna show up when they say and do what they say, Re-Bath is a good company to go with.     The consultant, Danny, was very helpful throughout the entire process. We had two baths that Re-Bath remodeled, and for the first one, we weren't in town, but the gentleman was very good with giving us updates throughout the day. He was very professional, and he either called or texted. He sent pictures, asked questions, and let us know when they were in the house. Everything was good there. They did the second remodel when I was there and they were very communicative of what was going on. We have two kids that were napping throughout the day as well, and they were able to help with that and worked around them.

    Re-Bath replaced our vanity, the flooring, and the shower. They didn't do the toilet 'cause we told them to keep the toilet. They also didn't do the painting 'cause they didn't quote it. There was a little miscommunication there, but we're okay with them not doing the painting. Overall, what they did turned out really good. We loved it, and we can't be happier.

    The first rep walked me through planning everything and choosing different options with a bath remodel. He told me what I should expect along the way and that they were backed up. This was in June and it would be September before they could get to my project. But that was okay with me. The techs came when they said they would and it took them three weeks to complete the job. They were very knowledgeable.

    They replaced the shower and wrapped a garden tub that was in there which had marble tile that had been in the shower and on the floor and on the countertops and around the tub. They covered that and made it look much better. They replaced the cabinet as well. Also, there were wall-to-ceiling mirrors around the vanity. They took all that down and replaced the drywall. They also did two mirrors over the sinks that matched the cabinet. They did the towel rods too. The glass around the shower and the door had to be ordered after they finished the shower so that they could have an exact measurement. They measured and called me within a week. They had the door and they got it installed. I like the finished product and I'm very pleased with it.

    The sales rep from Re-Bath was good. We did three bathrooms all at once and she came and looked at them, and gave me suggestions because I'm not good at putting things together. She helped me pick colors, countertops and cabinets. She was very helpful. The job trailer got stolen the night before the reps were supposed to show up and it had my countertop in it. So, they were a day late because they had to make the police report and repurchase all the tools and everything that was stolen from the trailer. Then, Re-Bath was having some employee issues. One guy got hurt over the weekend and wasn't able to work on the job because the doctor put him off work. But it's the nature right now. The workers gutted all three bathrooms and put in new flooring, new paint and new baseboards as well as new cabinets, countertops, toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors and light fixtures. I’m happy with the final product. I would recommend Re-Bath.

    They did our bath. They put in a shower instead of a tub, put in flooring and a new vanity. The shower got handles so we can hold on if we need to. They said two days. But it took a week and a half. And it took almost two months to get the vanity in. I wasn't happy about that. But the vanity’s great. The flooring looks really nice. The shower is great and looks pretty. It seems to be all good. Had one little area of the molding that they put in around the floor that we'll have to fix. But other than that, everything's good.

    We redid our upstairs bathroom and Re-Bath did a really good job. We also had them do our second bathroom. The first guy for the first bathroom was really good. He talked to my mom and helped her pick out everything. For the second bathroom, it was a lady and she was nice. She showed me all the samples and we went through everything and I was able to pick everything I needed. So, it was cool. With the first bathroom, they were really fast and they definitely met their criteria. For the second one, they had to go get some stuff, so it took a couple of days longer. But I liked the finished product, so it wasn't a big deal. Both bathrooms are pretty good and they have a good guarantee on them. Re-Bath is a pretty good company. I liked how they did everything.

    The sales representative from Re-Bath was good. She listened to me and gave me all of the options that I could use. The installers were awesome. They were always working. They weren't standing around. You could tell that there was one guy in charge and the other guy was his helper. When he needed something, he was right there in the middle of doing whatever it is he was supposed to be doing. It took them a little bit longer than they thought and I've no idea why that was, but it wasn't because they were slacking. I felt bad for them that third day. We also had the same flooring put in the utility room and at 6:00 that third day, they had just started. I don't know how late they were there because we left. They stayed until they were done. That was nice.

    Everything was all cleaned up when they left, too. They were so accommodating because we were trying to sell the furniture that was in there. They were constantly having to move their stuff out of the way so we could get the furniture out and they never griped about that at all. That was very nice. They did a good job. They listened to what I wanted and they did it.

    We did a full bath remodel with Re-Bath. The bathroom was approaching 22 years. So, we had designs on doing this for the last five years but because of other projects in the house, we just pushed that to the back. We finally decided we better get after it. So, we decided to go with the full, and then there's a walk-in closet that adjoins the bathroom that they did the flooring in it as well, which was nice. The folks that were on-site were very good. We were trusting someone to be in the back reaches of our house and we didn't have any issues with them.

    We got the vast majority of the remodel done and the last phase was to install the glass walls to the shower, and there were some hiccups there. It took three times before that got resolved, and that really dragged it out. When the first delivery was made, we were told that the glass walls had not been cut properly and many of the brackets that were associated with that were the wrong ones. So, they had to send everything back. I don't know who their supplier was but it took a couple of weeks.

    Then, the second time they came back, only one segment of the glass was correct and the others were wrong again, and then there were still issues with the brackets. So, it took a third time and it dragged out a couple of months to get to that endpoint. We were fortunate that we had a bathroom on the second floor that our kids would use and they were off to college. So, we had access to their shower and we had another shower downstairs. So, we just dealt with it. We were just happy that everything else had been done very expeditiously and well done and it wasn't worth getting worked up about. The staff on-site were very apologetic. We certainly didn't take that out on them by any means. They did a good job on it.

    The sales representative from Re-Bath was very nice. I liked him. The installation was amazing, but it took them a little bit because this was a whole big master bath. It took them a little bit to figure out how they were gonna do these things because it was the first time that the installers really took a look at this. This whole thing with Re-Bath was a fiasco but they did the best that they could. It just took time for them to get the doors and stuff for my shower and then, they got the wrong measurements. My bathtub went in, the flooring went in, and everything was good except for my shower. Once they got to the shower, then they measured wrong, and so then they got the wrong door in.

    I feel like it could have been a little bit quicker than that. Overall, I like the tub, I like the floor, and I like the shower too. It's all good. Re-Bath compensated me. They gave me some money back. I didn't have to pay in full because I told them I'm not paying for this whole thing. It's taken me this long. They also gave me another shower door.

    I just had my bathroom remodel by Re-Bath. The floor is half- finished because they didn't order enough of the (horrible) tile, and so it sits.... I almost cry every time I enter the bathroom, I totally hate how it looks. The shower surround looks very cheap, the window trim has these ugly raised squares at the corners I was never told would be there, the floor tiles look like plastic, and the shower fixtures are bottom of the line so much so that it is embarrassing, and they force you buy theirs as part of the "package", for the price I paid I feel totally ripped-off.

    My salesperson talked everything up like it would be the most beautiful bathroom I could imagine, not the monstrosity I received. I'm considering tearing the whole thing out myself and trying to DIY it, it would feel like throwing over $15,000 into the wind. Anything would be better than what I received. Beware consumers, don't make the same mistake I did!

There was a slight measuring error when the job was set up but when he finished no one would know. Every detail is exactly as we had hoped and better and it was a pleasure working with him.     We recently used ReBath for our master bathroom remodel. Our sales rep, Chris **, was great the night we received a quote and after that was completely unresponsive via the GroupMe chat. We agreed upon a price reduction and asked to change hardware from brushed nickel to gold to which we had a verbal agreement and followed up over 10 times to get a written contract updated. We never received a change order and as such our gold hardware was never ordered. We later found out Chris was no longer with the company and we were not notified.

    We also had written in our contract that we would use tile we had previously purchased from Lowe's for our floor. ReBath overlooked this on the contract and purchased additional tile, then told us to get a refund from Lowe's on our original purchase. Because we purchased our tile more than 30 days ago, Lowe's refused our refund and ReBath would only refund us the amount it would cost them (which is significantly discounted since they purchase in bulk).

    Marvin, the VP, was involved in these conversations and not once did he take responsibility. To quote him on the hardware issue, he said "this is not my fault since we never received a written contract" even though we followed up many times to get one and never did!! He also attempted to argue they "did us a favor" by finally agreeing to come down on price. Horrible customer service for a "VP" level executive. Ray **, our contractor was on time every day and very responsive. He also gave us recommendations for errors made in the contract. If I could leave Ray a separate review, I would give him 5 stars. Overall, I would not recommend using ReBath to anyone.

    First of all it's very expensive. Secondly, the person who installed my bathroom got fired. Have had problems with water leaking in the tub. Fixtures they give you are cheap. The tile they laid down the grout keeps coming up. Not a happy camper.. Look somewhere else for bathroom refinish.

    This has been the worst experience with Home Depot and Rebath. Home Depot referred me to Rebath when I reached out about bathroom remodel project. I signed a bathroom remodel contract for $15,900 in August 2021 and sales agent promised that they would complete the remodel before thanksgiving. We had visitors coming and wanted remodel to be done by Thanksgiving. There was no communication from Rebath between September and November. I phoned them one week before Thanksgiving and they said they will not be able to come but will come week after Thanksgiving. They did not come week after Thanksgiving and there was no communication and total silence.

    In December I received an offer in a different city and in January 2022 I called Rebath to cancel order since I was now moving. All of a sudden they want me to pay for materials at a cost of $11,900 for a bathroom remodel they quoted at $15,900? I phoned Home Depot who washed their hands and said the $11,900 was for materials and I should either get the installation or cancel and pay $11,900. Home Depot did not try to protect me as a customer given the two months delay by Rebath and the fact that my circumstances have changed and am now moving.

    I regret ever signing a contract with Rebath and would not advise anyone to do so. I thought I was paying more for a timely professional service and job but two months delay with no communication and then when situations change being told you have to honor a contract they themselves have not honored. I wonder why they charge more if they cannot meet deadlines and have such a bad customer service. And Home Depot continues to deal with them. Makes me sick in the tummy that Home Depot referred me to such a terrible company.

    Will change review to 4 stars if they make it right regarding wall cabinet. Had two bathrooms totally redone by Rebath, they began work on a Monday. The first four nights we stayed in hotel as they started on our master bath, we were prepared to stay through the entire remodel. By Thursday we were told we could use the master shower, main bath completely torn apart, we decided to come home. There was a problem with cabinet over the toilet, shoddy painting and patchwork. Rebath stated they would replace, it would be remade. Bathroom completion ran a week longer than planned, annoying but not unexpected as there were some unexpected issues; subfloor rotted, plumbing clogged. There were some days when no one showed, communication was poor at times. Bathrooms completed after approximately 17 days, except for replacement cabinet, final paperwork signed.

    One day after completion we noted a bulge in wall of master shower, of note this shower is about 30” x 30.” Informed Rebath following Monday, we were blamed for defect because we did not wait two weeks to use master shower (hot water not supposed to hit shower walls directly), were asked if we wanted to know cost of replacement. As we were never told this, I reached out to our Rebath designer, Megan (who is awesome), Oregon contractor’s board, and sent certified letter to Rebath GM. One week later GM came to our home, stated it was not installed correctly and they would replace shower wall, it was not due to us using shower immediately after completion. Upsetting but comfortable with outcome. Two months later shower panel and wall cabinet replaced.

    Unbelievably the cabinet was again flawed and had no shelving. Reached out to Rebath, as of yet no response as to how this will be addressed. Overall I am satisfied with Rebath, their communication has room for improvement and they shouldn’t blame the customer if there is a problem. Kyle and Megan were both great to work with.

    Re-Bath of Reno is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My parents signed a contract in February, my father passed away in April, it is now October 25th and the work is still not done. My mother has gone months, yes months, without a working shower. Literally everything that could go wrong has. They hired unskilled, unlicensed men to work in my elderly mother's home and things got so bad I hired a plumbing company to do an inspection and found that it was all done incorrectly and not to code. The shower drain, the trap, the hot/cold water, all was wrong. The shower doors and flooring were all installed incorrectly and have to be redone...seriously, the list goes on.

    I filed a complaint with the Nevada State Contractor's Board and that put some pressure on them but I found out recently that their license was suspended and they were still out working on her bathroom! They are still taking on new clients! I have called and filed a complaint with the Re-Bath HQ and someone took a report but not sure what good that will do. I am at my wit's end. The Re-Bath product may be a great and if you have a reputable installer, good... but if you are in Reno, Nv...please do not use this company.

    Lowe's suggested this company (Re-bath in Reno NV). We wanted to do some renovation for our bathroom and we already have the tiles and we already choose the sliding door and the Vanity stuff from Lowe's Carson City, NV. The Re-bath guy Jeff came over to check and we explained everything what do we want and we got the stuff from Lowe's and he said it doesn't matter.

    We've been waiting for almost a week from them to reach back to us. So today we decided to sent an email and they said that they REFUSE TO DO THE JOB BECAUSE WE HAVE OUR OWN STUFF ALREADY! Honestly, we don't appreciate the way they did to us. They didn't contact us to let us know that they can't do the job due all those stupid reasons. Instead they just let us hang in with no clue what's going on " What a professional company huh!" They could just call or email us right away a day after that they can't do the job. I guess, they're thinking that we won't spending lots of $$$ for their pockets them to get any stuff from them.

    So this is just my feedback to re-thinking to hire this company do your bathroom renovation who wants to do renovation for their bathroom. They suck & not professional. Local Contractors will be happy to do the job.

    The job just finished up 2 weeks ago and looks pretty good, however it would look better if we would have gotten what we wanted. We got the right pattern but the salesman ordered the wrong color, we could have waited another 6-12 weeks for the right color to come in but our master bath was already tore up. Another thing about Re-bath is they send a salesperson out to look at the job and he explains what they do and how they do it to justify their high price however when they do the job they don't do everything the way the salesman said.

    Another issue is the shower pan has deep grooves in to assist in water flow but if you have sensitive feet they could be uncomfortable. We were told the pan would be the same as in our other shower (no grooves). So in summary they will tell you anything to justify the high price and make a sale and once they have your money they don't care. Seems I should have been compensated something with having to live with the wrong color. This job was done by the Wilmington NC Re-bath.

    We contracted Re-Bath of Northeast Wisconsin to do a new tub and shower surround for us. The initial meeting went well and we selected our fixtures and what we wanted. The lady that came to our house was very friendly and put up with our crying newborn quite well. Then came the installation. We were not happy with the height the curtain rod or shampoo holder were put at. My wife was home at the time, they asked her about the location of the shampoo holder without her knowing what the shampoo holder actually looked like. Come to find out it sticks out quite a bit and now my wife is hitting her elbow on it constantly. The shower rod was put at an odd height of 81", when a standard curtain is only 72" in height, so the curtain and liner are barely staying put.

    The drain is also not working and we have standing water whenever we shower on top of the other problems. When we called about these problems, they did schedule the plumber they contracted to come back and fix it, two weeks later we are still waiting on that plumber. This should have been checked and tested before completion.

    As far as the other concerns, the vice-president of the Green Bay location spoke with my wife on the phone in such a condescending manner that my 15 year old daughters jaw dropped to the floor with she was talking to her. She has continued this condescending tone with us as we try to address the issues, and has simply stopped replying to email at this point. She said my wife OK'd the height of the rod with the installer, when that never happened. My wife mentioned it was too high when she first saw it, the installer said it is 84" which is standard. It isn't even at 84", it is 81", and I can find nothing that states 84" is standard.

    All we are asking is for some way to fix this, some attempts at a solution. We would have taken a shower curtain and probably said fine, we will just deal with the problems besides the drainage issue. Instead, here I am writing this because I am experiencing them not standing up for the work they "guaranteed". It looks great, but if you want somebody that can actually problem solve and give you what you want for $9000, I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

    We initially went with Re-bath as that is who Lowe's uses. I was apprehensive about using any vendor from Lowe's as we have had two bad experiences with home remodels. A Re-bath vendor met us at our home in February and we went over everything we wanted to go into the bathroom which was a complete demo/reno. It would take about three months for them to install it and we said, ok.

    Come 3 months later, we get no communication from them until they show up at our door. The lead apologized and said he did not know that Re-bath did not reach out to notify us they would be coming this week. A few days, a lot of work, but still bad communication, a painter/drywaller that didn't show up which puts the bathroom project by more days, mirrors not centered, backsplash that doesn't fit, still no plumber or electrician. We are really disappointed how this has turned out and we will never recommend them to anyone.

    Chose ReBath for conversion of tub to walk in shower and new vanity. Countertop clearly did not fit new vanity and installer was told to make it work. He then went as far as to change the initial design rather than admit a mistake was made. Had to get Home Depot involved, who I’m happy to say has stood behind me. Signed off on project in late November 2020 and am looming at mid June before completion. Note: Rebath sends one installer to put in large, heavy shower doors, vanities - in short 2 man jobs. Amazing to me that Rebath’s satisfaction scores are as good as they are - I believe they may be fine with a small 1/2 bath with short, straight vanities and standard shower doors. Do not use them for anything more! I regret my choice immensely.

    So we decided to have our tub taken out and a walk in shower installed. After some disappointing estimates we went to Lowes. They referred us to Re-Bath. The sales person, Jodi came out on time and did a heck of a job explaining what they offer, different choices, the cost difference, everything was covered. And my wife made her choices and things got rolling. A few days later Kira called to confirm the order and made sure we understood how thing were going to go. Over the weeks emails were exchanged and the final appointment was confirmed.

    On the day scheduled Brian and his team showed up on time as promised. Even though our house had some interesting issues they did the job. OMG did they ever do the job. Our new walk in shower is fantastic. Every detail every little thing was looked at and made perfect. What a team, what a professional outstanding job. I do not do recommendations much, but after this experience I am left speechless. I have no choice but to tell everyone, anyone that cares to get the best bang for the buck, the best of the best, the absolute most for their money - Re-Bath really takes the gold.

    We needed to remove our existing bathtub in our downstairs bathroom and put a new shower in there. The project was overpriced, made mistake twice, and ever time they made a mistake, there was a 2 to 3 weeks delay, and finally got that done after 3 and half months of signing the contract. During this time (after the project started), we couldn't use that shower for over 3 months.

    Spoke with Lowe's and they assigned Re-Bath for the project. A lady from Re-Bath showed up on July 21, 2020 to talk about the project. Initially she gave us almost $26,000 price quote just to replace the bathtub with a shower. That quote included natural stone wall surrounds. Because of the price, we decided to go with Sonoran Granite SSP, which is basically acrylic. This time, the price went down to $16,549. This was already way too high. But still we decided to go with them since we trusted Lowe's. Anyways, the project did not start until Aug 31, 2020.

    That same week Friday, a third party glass company came to take the measurement of the glass door and the glass wall. The design was already cleared out when we got the quote. 2 and weeks later the glass company came back with completely different design glass and didn't tell us anything, just installed it. When noticed, we complained it to Re-Bath. An inspector from Re-Bath came and said that we will have to pay them more money to fix it. When argued, he said that he will let us know. 3-4 days went by, didn't hear anything from them. When called, he agreed to do it based on our design with no extra cost. 3 weeks later the same glass company came back. This time with band-aid fix. When opposed, he spoke with Re-Bath, and the project was on hold for another 2 and half week. Finally they got the right door on November 2, 2020 and finished the work.

    This shower remodeling was a big time hassle for us. Initially we were told that it will take 3 weeks from the start of the project. In reality, it took over 2 months after the project started, and over 3 months from the day we signed the contract. Really not happy with Re-Bath. Would definitely not recommend anyone. I think we could've done a much better job with much better service, faster for much cheaper.

    I had a previous project a couple years ago and Re-Bath did a really nice job. When I started looking around to do this particular project, I called them and several other people, and the pricing was about the same. It was about eight months at least before I decided to go ahead and do it. The first people I called back was Re-Bath. I asked them to update the pricing because I changed what I wanted to do with the project. They came in with a reasonable price and since I had used them before, I felt like I didn’t really need to shop around.

    Re-Bath was very thorough and fast and they have a good warranty. The fact that they had done such a nice job on my previous project, I really didn't expect any less on this one though it was a different type of project. I wasn't having a shower remodeled. I was putting a new bathtub and the walls surrounding the bathtub and they did a great job. They were very neat and they did everything they said they were gonna do.

    We were at Lowe’s looking at remodeling and that was how we heard about Re-Bath. We had two bathrooms remodeled and we had two showers put in. The first one was done a month ago then the second one was finished last week. With the first one, the installation went very well. We were really happy with it and I was totally satisfied. But with the second one, the experience wasn’t as good. There were two guys who came. One was a supervisor and one was a young gentleman who seemed to be in a learning process. The supervisor who had the lead was supposed to come back the next day, give us some paperwork and discuss the warranty. We also had some issues with caulking and other stuff that we thought we could talk with them but he never came back. I called the company after the fourth day and they said they would contact that supervisor and get back to us but nobody ever has.

    The quality of workmanship on the first installation was great. On the second one, the actual material for the shower bed and the walls is good. But the whole process at the end there could have been much better done. I’d be hesitant now to recommend R.e-Bath That was a lot of money that we put in for those products and Re-Bath hasn't provided good service. It’s a one-day service generally and they do a great job on most of the stuff. But I’m remodeling the rest of that bathroom in that area myself and I wanted to move forward with my plans. We wanted to finish it up. I couldn’t wait there for any longer than three days.

    I went ahead and put caulking into where I thought it needed to be and then proceeded on with the work I had to do. So not only did I not get a response from them but they delayed the work that I wanted to do. Another thing is that the young guy had said that I could go online and make the payment. But the senior guy said to wait until they contact me and they come back. Five days later, I got an email from Lowe’s saying I need to make the payment and that they're gonna hold me liable on all the stuff. That's not right.

    We heard good things about Re-Bath from several friends plus my brother who used Re-Bath to redo several of his bathrooms and it looked good. We did a tub to shower conversion in February. The designer came to our house and met with us and helped us price everything out. We picked our product and then about three weeks later, James came and installed it, which took a couple of days to do so. He did a great job and he was very nice. At the end of the day, he left everything clean. The quality of work was excellent. We would have loved to have done everything, but it was a lot.     Do not do it if you need to finance any part of your purchase. ReBath of San Antonio told us it would be no problem to get us financing even though we were not sure we should get our bathrooms done because of the cost. We actually wanted our entire master bathroom remodeled but by the end the guy who came out was only discussing turning our shower into a walk in shower and putting in a new standard tub for our children. The cost was crazy and I honestly don't know why we even moved forward. But we did and after jumping through some hoops he did finally get us approved for financing. He did not even know our income before he started having us sign. Big life lesson, I questioned it but he said it was fine and he would get us financing. From now on, I will stop there.

    My husband and I cancelled the next day. I could not sleep the whole night following our visit from Brian Gutierrez of ReBath of San Antonio. I went back and looked at the paperwork and realized that, because we had to finance, it would end up costing us so much more than the already high number he quoted. So I emailed the cancellation notice immediately and got a response from Brian that day. We also sent ReBath's Notice of Cancellation signed by both of us via certified mail with signature required next day. ReBath signed the receipt on the 3rd business day. Two weeks later we got a bill with first payment being due in October from the bank ReBath got us approved through. No money was supposed to be dispersed in our name. This is SO wrong! I will be reporting and reviewing both companies everywhere until this is fixed.

    Re-Bath came up as a specialist when I searched for kitchen and bath remodeling online. So I called them up and found out that they only did bath, but I figured that I'd still like to have them come out and take a look. I described to them what I wanted to do, which was basically remove the bathtub, install a bigger shower and some other minor things. They were pretty upfront and said that they could do the shower and the flooring. But they'd give us names for people to do the lighting and some other stuff. They also told me how they would do it. The enclosure would be a resin-based flooring, synthetic side, but it would be thicker than fiberglass. Their presentation was clear and concise, and the gentleman went over the time frames, which was 10 weeks to make the product and then three days to install it. So my bathroom would only be down for three days and that was the real deciding factor.

    The first day they came, they did the demo and it took them a good portion of the day. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The next day, they did the framing. The drywaller came in after them. Then the third day, they assembled the product and then the last day, they put in the floor, which was a half-day. But each day, they cleaned up after themselves and it was pretty clean. It turned out really well. It looks nice and I like it. It has now been about a month since I've used it. It’s holding up well.

    It was a very positive experience with Re-Bath. The people in the office were very responsive and were always prompt in their communication. They gave me a week and a half heads-up when they were gonna come and start and the time frames it was gonna take. If you want tiles, they aren’t your guys. But they were efficient and professional. They did the job in the time frame they said they were gonna do it and there were no surprises.

    We had a disabled bathroom put in. We did everything full, the shower, toilet, and the vanity. We also had some additional things that we purchased and they put in for us. They did an excellent job on everything and it was very professional. The installation took about four days 'cause they had to pretty much do a demolish of taking all the old stuff out and fixing some of the piping and all the little things that go behind it. The installer would've been done in about three days but there were emergencies. They had to be called away too but we were fine with that 'cause we had an extra bathroom. The gentleman who came and did the work was very professional. He explained everything and my husband was a plumber in the past and he knew exactly what he was talking about and it made it flow really nicely.

    We're having a second bathroom done and it is just gonna be a standard one. The salesman that came here was fantastic 'cause he came back about doing the second bathroom. He was here the same day which was awesome and very professional. He already knew what was entailed when he did the job. It's always good to have the same people come back. I really would like the same guy who did the initial work if I requested it, even if I had to wait. But you have to get used to another person to come again. It was my first time ever having a company like Re-Bath come in and they did a fantastic job on the communication and on the marketing part of it. The cost was a little high, but it was great. The installer was very courteous and respectful. He kept everything clean and he stayed in touch. The communication was wide open.

    Because of my leg amputation, I had the opportunity to get my bathroom remodeled. I heard about Re-Bath through a friend and they were reliable and had a great price. I bought the walk-in shower about a month ago and Steve, the sales rep, was very considerate. He knew exactly what I needed and he did the measurements. He did an excellent job on convincing me that Re-Bath is the way to go. He was an expert knowledge-wise. He was very precise and he told me exactly what this product would do, the lifetime warranty of this product and he also told me that this product was better than any other product.

    The installation went smoothly. The two gentlemen came and did it on time. It took them a day and a half to complete. It was outstanding. I have no complaints about that and I give them A-plus. I had a bathtub but I couldn’t get in it the way I wanted to. But with the walk-in shower, you just move on in with the new shower head that I received, and it fits my needs, especially the seating arrangement that it has. I had my grab bars, three shelves, the seat, the bench and the shower doors installed. Almost everything was brand new.

    Our bathroom was pretty out-of-date. We've been wanting to do a bathroom remodel for quite a while. I felt pretty comfortable doing most of it except the shower and we had Re-Bath put in a new shower. The people that we dealt with between the salesman and the installation guy were all really nice and friendly people. I ordered it and the salesman come out early March. He seemed really knowledgeable. He talked to us about how it was installed and what all they put in and everything.

    The installation took about three days and the guy did a good job. He put in new plumbing. We ran into one problem when he was installing it. There was an air duct running behind the tub that blocked the new shower. So, we had to have a furnace man come out really quickly and redo that. But other than that, it went really smoothly. They also put in a couple of small shelves for soap and shampoo. It's a nice shower and we like it really well. It's attractive and everybody seems pretty impressed when they come over.

    We're old and most of our guests are old and we decided to get a tub for the guestroom. There's a Re-Bath in town here and I had their sales rep come over. He did very well but we had to cut some things on the tub that we wanted because of the price. Other than that, the installer, George, was so efficient and clean in his work. He covered everything and cleaned up each day. He had a man come in and help him put up something one day but I can't emphasize enough on his performance. You couldn't ask for anybody better and he's a great asset to Re-Bath.

    We had two bathrooms redone and Re-Bath did an excellent job. We had one toilet, one shower and a sink in one bathroom. The other one had the shower done and a new sink in the other one and a new vanity. If we did a toilet and had the floor done, that would have been a complete remodel. The installation was excellent and everything was right. They even started earlier, but they called to make sure that was all right and they finished on time. The installer was very friendly. He protected the tile floor by putting cardboard down and every night he left, it was vacuumed clean. The bathrooms look nice and they’re all functional. Our daughters love them. One of them was for my one daughter’s master bedroom and the other one was for the hallway, which was my other daughter’s bathroom. We had another sink put in too in our master bedroom. My wife is happy with it.

    My wife and I decided after research that Re-Bath was the best to go with so we gave them a shot and it worked out well. We had our shower taken out and then made to be the rest of the room. We ended up putting a dresser, drawer and a vanity and some other things. And we had a huge bathtub taken and the new shower put in there was over-sized custom. The installation team was outstanding. Their supervisor was really good. The workers are were fabulous.

    The people that work in the office were good. It ended up being an outstanding job and we’re happy with it. However I talked to their boss about the salesperson gave us the pitch. He just needed to be schooled a little bit more. When we filled out our paperwork, got the price and agreed to everything he didn’t mention to us, that because the shower had custom glass, once everything came in for the shower, they put the shower in but then they had to stop because they had to have everything in place for the shower before they could make the glass. So instead of having it done in five days, like he said, we had to wait an additional five weeks for the glass to come in. We didn’t get to use our bathroom for about two and a half months and we probably would’ve got the size that is smaller and in stock instead. We just wanted our shower done the way we wanted it. And in the end, everything was fabulous. I will recommend them to people.

    We went to Lowe’s because they remodeled our kitchen with new cupboards and so, I thought they could do the bathroom but they don’t do that anymore. We went to Home Depot and they are the ones who setup the appointment for us and got us with the Re-Bath people. They setup an appointment, Aaron came out in February, and we picked out all of our stuff we wanted, and it just went from there. Aaron is a doll. He was very, very helpful.

    My husband is either in the hospital or rehab center since February. And this is one reason why I want to get the bathroom done because we’re trying to get him a hip replacement. But in the meantime, I want to get all this stuff done while he wasn’t here because it wouldn’t affect his sleeping. We had to have some major plumbing done before we could get the bathroom put in because the house is old and the plumbing is old and the washer was coming up to the tub and he said, “Okay. I can’t have this with the shower.” They tore up my other bathroom in the back. And they had to get in there with a jackhammer, tear up the tile and get down into the dirt. And in the meantime, while that was being done, the guy that was one of the plumbers did stuff on the side. He put in a new sink and toilet and new tile the back bathroom for me. Everything just kinda worked like clockwork.

    The installer was wonderful. He was on time. He was courteous, professional. We had a good rapport and he was just a really great guy and did a fantastic job. I couldn’t have been happier with him. I would recommend them. I had my neighbors come over and look at it. They wanna come and see it ’cause they saw their little truck out front, and the installer was here almost two weeks and they’re probably wondering. Everybody thought it was beautiful. My husband’s going to see it for the first time when he comes home. He’s gonna love it, too

    I got bathtub, shower and vanity and toilet from Re-Bath. What made me decide to go with them after their presentation and proposal was the ease of getting it all done at once and not having to work with multiple people to try to get everything done. However I haven’t been super pleased with the installation. They’re going come out to fix one more thing. We finished in a week, but it has been tons of follow up. I also realized that the texturing on the walls was awful. They had to have somebody come out back and replace that. They had someone come out to finish some of the punch items and he scratched the vanity, and that’s not even anything I will be able to get fixed.

    I haven’t been able to use it and I don’t want to use it until it’s completely done. It’s really nice, really expensive vanity and to get it over the plumbing, they used a multi-tool and it’s not even a circle. It’s like this jagged, nasty cut in this beautiful vanity to get it over the plumbing. Overall I don’t feel that it was worth the amount I paid. It's a lot of money. And they did not even say sorry which could have gone a long way. The tub is nice. The shower is nice. The vanity is nice but the actual installation was not nice.

    The two center doors in the vanity need a slight adjustment. You gotta line them up just right and push them both together to get them to shut. The guy totally forgot to do it and I didn’t check but we’re thinking about doing another one, so it's no big deal. Re-Bath is a little pricey for what they put in though and I will probably get another quote from somebody else the next time. Still, the quality of work was great and we liked our installer. If we do another bathroom, we'll just have the same guy. It was done in a week and they were in and out. So, all that was good.
