Re-Bath's salesperson was very quick and must have had somebody that he was training. He was in and out of here in 15 minutes. Also, he didn't help me that much with picking the color. He told me that since the one we picked had some of the colors of my tile in it, it probably would be fine. And it turned out that it's a bluish marble color. I have browns in my bathroom, so it really did not match. So we'll figure out a way to live with it. As far as the input, the service of the guy who came to work on our bathroom was wonderful, except for the fact that he did not do any electrical work. So, he couldn't raise the ceiling up because the fan had a tube that bent away and he didn't know how to handle it. Re-Bath didn't have as much experience about doing this stuff as I thought they did and I wouldn't recommend them. But it's easy for my husband to get in and out of their product, and the quality is good.

Their rep was very good in explaining everything during the presentation. I got a new toilet and flooring and I got the bathtub removed and the guy did a wonderful job. He asked me a lot of questions, where to put things, and I was very impressed. It looked great and he cleaned up after himself. I'd tell others to use Re-Bath.

DO NOT USE THEM!! ReBath in Lake Villa. Terrible company! Failure to give information by the consultant when asked about the time frame several times during the visit. I was looking at a certain short time frame. He kept the information even though I kept mentioning the time frame I was looking at to be completed. I was NEVER told it was done in TWO SEPARATE installs which delays my install even longer. I found that out yesterday by the receptionist Peggy. I was told it would be a custom door. He was taking measurements during the consult but never told me that the custom door was not going to be measured and ordered AFTER the original install were to be complete to assure the measurements to be correct.
I am on a time frame and was concerned about the time available. Of course the consultant never told me it would it be possible with that 2-4 week order for the custom door were to follow because I would be out of the window to have the project completed. I was given a callback from the officer manager Christina weeks after as I was told originally she was on vacation.
Finally I got a callback and was told to look in my contract after it was signed and they took half my money. Not a good way to handle an upset customer. Now I’m stuck waiting on them. The office manager Christina just kept telling me “there’s nothing she can do and it’s in the contract.” The consultant is an extension of ReBath and should’ve explained the two part installation process along with the two separate time frames during the consultation. Instead he lead me to believe that the original rushed time frame was the full amount of time to complete the entire install. What a headache and a waste of time. Now I just wait…. Impatiently!

I would never recommend this company to anyone as I had a 100 percent better experience with another company. First my salesperson lied to me twice. She said there was a sample of what I had selected at their showroom and there was not. Also she said that they are booking out till November which is OK as I can bid time off work. Well November was almost over with no communication till I called and encountered the rudest employee telling me that it was 18 weeks from measure. In fact so rude I didn't even want Rebath in my house. There is nothing in my contract that says that. I changed order to antique bronze but got a call that its fixtures was not available only to find out later that it was so they had to make a change after install.
They put a hole in my closet wall which they did fix the sheetrock and compensated me for the painting. Really didn't need another project! They do not have a satisfaction guarantee which is a huge reason I would never recommend them and the other company did. I was very dissatisfied with the color of my panels. The little sample of my panel gave me the impression I was getting an antique white with black and grey veins running through it. When they went to install a panel I had to stop them as the panel did not match what I was thinking I was getting. The color turned out to be this ugly hot chocolate color that did not match the flow of the rest of my house which has warm tones. The caulk was even light grey which is a cool color.
My salesperson Karen had only showed me 2 samples that she thought would work and I trusted her as there was really no picture or sample at showroom. They came out and talked about lighting change before picking paint. Nothing helped. They offered me a crappy deal to get new panels. I do not trust their process. Rebath does not have a brochure or a finished show room. The website isn't that great. Apparently they have 20 colors to chose from but how come I was only showed 2? This company has only one number to call and no one to text directly.

We had two walk-in showers done through Re-Bath. There were two gentlemen that were here. They told me step-by-step what they were doing. It was a good experience as far as them letting me know exactly what was gonna be done. They would bring me in and show me what they were planning on doing. They were very courteous and very pleasant. Everything was great. Quality is good. I like the total look of the shower. It looks nice, clean and modern. It is also easy to clean. I love it. I had one put in my daughter's bathroom and she loves it.

We first used Re-Bath 10 years ago to completely remodel the bathroom. On installation day, one of the guys came in, went to the bathroom, and asked me about a couple of very minor questions. Then, he closed the bathroom door and he walked out 12 hours later complete. I've never seen anything quite so finished looking than what they did. It followed what they said it would look like and I never had to do anything for 10 years.

When I had a guy from Re-Bath come over and talk to me about it, it sounded like he had a good product. The price was a little high, but it seemed he could do a good job or warranty-wise. I put in a new shower and a new floor and so far, it's all working well. It makes a big difference in my shower. The liner is not gonna have any problem with any type of a stain if water runs off.

Everything was 100% with Re-Bath. The work was great and the guy who put it in was great. Everything went smoothly. I was very happy. It's a nice shower and I like that they have rails.

Re-Bath Knoxville BUYER BEWARE: Re-Bath used the old “Bait and Switch” on me. They gave me a written proposal for a “zero barrier” shower, I signed the contract and gave them my credit card. 5 (FIVE!) days later I received a TEXT message that said they can’t warranty what they proposed, and suggested something entirely different. My salesperson was embarrassed and apologized as it wasn’t his fault. Be VERY careful when trying to do business with this company. Cannot recommend a company that does business like this.

Everything looks great. We're very happy with Re-Bath and we would use them again. The rep was very thorough and answered all our questions. We have a drawer that wasn't put in right in the vanity that's not aligned, but we can fix that.

We did our shower and increased the size of it and then replaced all the fixtures in the bathroom and added some things that matched the shower to tie everything together. The sales girl was great, and the installers were very good. We've had several renovations going on in our house over the last year (flooring, kitchen, and bathroom), and by far, these guys were the best. They were professional and knew what they were doing. Anybody that asked me, I would recommend Re-Bath.

My experience with Re-Bath was great. We got a complete bathroom done. We got the floor, the shower, and the bathtub done. The installer was great. The shower took two days and the tub and the flooring took four days to be installed.

We had our tub taken out and purchased a walk-in shower from Re-Bath. The first gentleman that we saw, our experience was a little vague, but then we talked to another person a little higher up, and he got everything straightened up and it worked out well. The installers were great and easy to work with. They were clean and it was nice. The price is always more than you wanna pay, but that's the way it works. We're very happy with what we have, though, for the price. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend them.

We purchased a walk-in shower from Re-Bath. It's great. I love it. The seat is all right and I like the shower head. It's cool. The sales rep showed us samples and gave us finances. He left me his phone number and said, "Call me any time you want." I kept calling him about when they were gonna do the job, but came to find out he quit. But the installers met my expectations for the timeframe. They said it was gonna take about two days and it did.

The sales rep at Re-Bath explained everything very nicely and had nice pictures to show us what the different kinds of lining would be in the shower. So, he was very efficient and very knowledgeable. The installer was one young man and he did a fantastic job. It took two days and it was excellent work. It was a good price for the quality of service though I would like to have it been less money since we were retired and on fixed incomes. Part of the reason we went with Re-Bath was that other ones wanted to come give us an estimate but they couldn't guarantee they’ll even have it finished by June. My brother and his wife were coming from my middle granddaughter's wedding in June and she’s not able to step over that kind of a situation and the walk-in shower provided the convenience of not having to get into a tub.

ReBath contacted me after this review. Surprisingly they made everything right. They fixed the doors so they stay shut & replaced the back wall which had oversized gaps at the bottom where it was caulked beyond a 1/4". They sent out an employee & he spent most of the day fixing the problems. All is good. I just wish the original installers would have listened to me initially about my concerns. Because of fixing the problems I now rate them as a 5 star.

It has been over a year now & the materials were okay, but the workmanship was very poor. I have problems with the shower door staying shut because the shower plan is on a steep incline (they put wood pads under the bottom of the shower pan). They promised me they would have the walls to the floor & trim the shower pan to fit nicely without cutting the walls. They didn't & the wall cuts around the shower pan looks like a 5th grader made the cuts. They filled it with caulk that soon had holes in it.
I talked with the installers at the time, but they were very curt about it & did what they wanted to get it done quickly. They had to come back & re-caulk the huge gaps & try to get the door from opening when I use the shower. It is disappointing from what the salesman promised & what the installers did. Of course they won't correct the problems. I hate law suits but I guess that is my only option. I need our master bathroom re-done but won't certainly use Re-Bath.

I had a Re-Bath guy come over to give me a consultation on 2 of my bathroom. This was last month. We haven't received anything or heard anything from this company in Temple TX. I had call and they said they will have the guy give me a call. That never happen, I guess since we wasn't going to pay them $32,000.00 they didn't need our business. I wouldn't recommend Temple TX company to no one. That wasn't business like what he did. If I could give them a *0* I would had!!!

I would never recommend this company. They do not get the job done in 3 to 5 days as promised. They left one afternoon and left the threshold plate unfinished going into my hallway. I fell and broke my arm in 3 places. So now I will always have a painful shoulder. Limited movement. They charged us 28000 dollars. I promise you it doesn’t look like a 28000 job. Our bathroom is small. We agreed because we have 1 bathroom and thought perhaps it was worth the money to get it finished in 3 to 5 days. Nope. This was done in 2020. We put 10000 down and financed the rest through enterbank. Was lied to about payment timeline. We still owe for 4 more years at 300 a month. Such a bad experience.

I wish I could give zero star. This remodel has been a nightmare from day one. Look at the pictures. They will tell the story. They threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay, but they were not done with the project. Lowe's said not pay until they were done. It took 72 days to complete this nightmare of a remodel. The bathtub walls are still not even. The door is still loose from the damage they created. The toilet sits uneven, and they put in a new subfloor. I don't know, maybe shims? The drywall that they patched is wavy and very noticeable that it does not match the walls. They damaged the walls because nothing was wrong with them before the nightmare. Never again, and I would not recommend you spend a penny with this company. I hate going into my bathroom. That is how mad I am about their work.

I had a tub, and I wanted a whole shower. The sales rep had a lot of things to show me, and installation went good. It was two people and it didn't take but a day and a half. The quality was excellent, and I loved it. It's a beautiful shower, and my life is better.

The salesperson sold us on how it would only take one day to do the install!! Well don’t believe it!! That was the selling point for us to go with company. They said they could do the job in one day so he wouldn’t have to miss more than one day of work to stay here with them. They lied about that we’re still here. Hopefully they will finish up tomorrow. The install guy is the best guy ever. It has nothing to do with him, the sales person is the one that lied to us.

Re-Bath gave us the lifetime warranty and we liked the panels that they had compared to some of the other places. They also offered us different bars. When their rep started the project, he dismantled everything in our bathroom and the guy who came in started putting in the shower base. When he put in the panels, I noticed that there were gaps on the top. I pointed that out to him and he said he'd take care of that. But it looked weird and when I went to check it, every time we walked on it it squished. It sounded like there was water underneath. I pointed that out to the guy and he said not to worry and that they have a lifetime warranty. But what we ordered, we didn't really get when they brought it and came to set it up. They said that they were discontinued on one of the bars that we wanted. Also, one of the shower heads was really short, so we asked for a longer one.
Also, the installer put the doors backwards and they were all scratched because they were glass doors. They left guck everywhere, which were still even stuck to my main tile from where they walked in and out of the bathroom and it stuck on their shoes and on my floor. But they told me that in a time, the guck would come off.
I videotaped the installation from the beginning to the end because I didn't like what was coming out. Aside from that, I had to put down over $6,000 and they wanted a check prior to starting the job. Then after they started, they wanted another 5,000, and then I still owed them 1,000. So when the guy finished the project, I bugged them and pointed out everything that I felt was wrong with it. I sent so many messages to Re-Bath and asked who should I talk to to have it inspected. A week later, they sent Paul who was the inspector for the renovations. He and another guy came out. They did an inspection and they agreed with everything that I pointed out, the gaps in the ceiling, the squeaky shower, and the shower heads. This was a disaster all in one and I would never recommend them.
They started 11-6 and I was told that the work would take four days. But one of the guys didn't show up one day and we didn't hear from them until a week after I called Paul. He said they were going to make it right for me. They sent another kid over and he completely dismantled everything that the first guy put in that bathroom. He took out all the panels, the doors, and the base. He also had to re-cement when he took up the base of the thing. The boy that had done it prior had put a big blob of cement in the middle where he had moved the dray and when he set the base down, he expected that cement to smash down and seal up the base. But it didn't. It stayed intact in one thing, so it was rocky and uneven.
When the second boy took up that base, we understood why it would squish. Then he put up everything, fixed the gap and put up the panel. He was showing us everything that he was doing because I was already upset. This remodel was supposed to be done before Thanksgiving but when Thanksgiving came, there were no doors. Christmas came and nothing was done. I was really upset and I wanted to talk to them but they ignored me. They didn't put me through.
The first installer also cut our tile zigzag all the way across our base and left a big gap there and when I showed that mess to Paul, they decided to hide it with a piece of wood that runs across my shower base. Then they tried to seal it and it doesn't seal. It's still like that and it's an embarrassment. Then they wanted their $1,000. I asked them if they were going to compensate me because we were going to have to eventually re-tile because of what they did to the corner. Instead of taking the whole 1,000, they told me I only owed them $500. I told them that it's going to cost me more than that for the work I needed to get done. But I didn't want to deal with them anymore and I just wanted it all done. In the end, it took them months instead of days to complete our project.

I like that Re-Bath has a showroom I could go to and see what the product would look like, where the other ones didn't offer that. I had a bathtub taken out and a walk-in shower installed. The installer arrived on Thursday morning at 9:00 and was done by 2:00 the following day. He was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. He worked diligently. He wouldn't even stop for a coffee break. Now I see a nice shower instead of an old bathtub.

We liked the salesman that came to our house as well as the people in the office and the workers. We had the complete shower, the walls, the flooring, and the countertop. They came on time and laid down coverings on the floor. They started tearing out the surrounding walls that was around the tub and went right to work. Their workmanship was great. I had wallpaper that I didn't want ruined and they were careful not to nick the wallpaper.

We had a leak so we had to have the pipes replaced. We had to have Re-Bath come and take out what they had done. After the ceiling and the walls were done, Re-Bath came back, put everything back up and it's beautiful. The young man went to work and did his job. He was personable. He would talk to my husband and tell him what was going on. We're very happy. Our bathrooms look as nice as when they were done. Everything is finished beautifully. There are no gaps anywhere. It's very easy to clean. The fact that I have everything white and it doesn't get orange at all from our well water is the best. The coating that Re-Bath has on their shower and tub will never get orange from well water. We've had two different people get Re-Bath after I've told them about it and they saw ours. They're very happy with theirs too.

Rebath did a good job installing our tub/shower, but you need to know something about their lifetime warranty. The water spout needed replacement after a few years so I contacted them. First, contacting them is not easy. Then they told me they didn't have the spout in stock so I had to contact Delta Faucets. Delta Faucets was extremely helpful and sent out the new part right away. Rebath told me once I received the new spout, they'd come out and install it BUT they'd charge me $295 for labor. I told Delta Faucet that and they sent me a video on how to install it. I know nothing about plumbing and it took me 10 minutes. So yeah, you may have a lifetime warranty but they'll charge you a ridiculous amount of money for labor if you try to use it.

I would like to inform you that our limited lifetime warranty only applies to our Re-Bath acrylic products that are manufactured by Re-Bath. Unfortunately, our warranty does not apply to products that we do not manufacture, your Delta faucet for example. Luckily, Delta does carry their own lifetime warranty, which is why they were able to provide you with the replacement faucet. However, since it is Delta's product that failed, and not Re-Bath's, the replacement of the faucet would be subject to a labor fee.
Please rest assured that as long as you are properly maintaining your Re-Bath products (wall system, tub/shower base, liner, etc.), your bathroom will be covered at 100% for replacements of our products that have began to crack, chip, peel, or discolor. I got my whole bathroom redone, and the installers were very punctual, professional and really cordial. They came in and redid the shower, tub, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet, and floor. Re-Bath said it would take about three to five days, and it took the installers about three days. However, I had a couple of touch-up items that required some setting up, so they had to come back and we had to put it on the schedule. The came back, filled my tub and moved it out, then I had an issue with my light fixture, which they fixed as well. I really enjoy my bathroom, and I like the tub because it's bigger than the one I had before.

The installation with Re-Bath was very good. It was just one man and he was very good. He came on time when he said he was coming. He had it done the time they said they were gonna have it done. I did my shower with Re-Bath. The sales guy came out in October and he was very knowledgeable. I had questions that I'm sure sounded stupid to him, but he answered all the questions. He had a great attitude. I kept changing my mind on colors until we finally selected the one I picked. He was fantastic. They had torn down the old stuff and started putting up the new stuff. I thought it was leaking and all the wood was moldy. But he said everything was great. He didn't have to replace any wood. They were fantastic. They had it all done and cleaned up and out of the house by 5:00. It's really good. The grout that they put on the shelves looks nice, neat and clean. I love the whole thing. It makes my bathroom look so much better to the point that I'm repainting and it's gonna be a nice fresh new bathroom by the time I get done with it.

Bob ** contract with Lowe’s bath remodeling jobs but doesn’t use Lowe’s products and only uses re-bath products. Got scammed and already billing 2nd half of bill when he hasn’t finished job that he said would take 1 and a half weeks and still not finished 3 months later. Doesn’t answer your calls, no updates, no courtesy or customer service whatsoever. He dodges you and be called Dodger and Con artist.

We are thrilled with what Re-Bath did because we were very tired dealing with one inch tiles on the floor of our previous shower. The Onyx has been wonderful. We love it. We recently had Re-Bath do the floor, cabinet and countertop too. They did an excellent job both times. However, it was probably more expensive than had we gone with a contractor around here.

I'm very disappointed in the people that Re-Bath had to put in the shower. They left the bathroom a total mess. Their construction and everything of how they left our bathroom is poor. I would like them to come back out and look at what they did and fix it. When they put in the shower, they left out the Formica that goes behind the shower. They never finished the job.
They ripped up the floor to redo the plumbing and they never repaired the floor. They put a piece of wood down there. They were here for three days and they took so long to do this job. The only bathroom that we have is upstairs and there was no way I was able to get upstairs to the bathroom, so I had to use a commode. I'm very disappointed in their workmanship. We took pictures and I'll send them to the customer service. I'm very, very, very disappointed in Re-Bath's services. At this point, unless I get something rectified, I will never recommend them to anybody.

Re-Bath replaced my bathtub with a walk-in shower. I didn't feel like the initial person that came out to my house gave me any choices. She just said, “This is what you want to go with your bathroom.” But the installation team was very nice. They completed it in a week. After they installed it, I didn't have any hot water in my shower and they came and fixed it.

We had two bathrooms worked on by Re-Bath. One bathroom was turned from a bathtub into a shower, and the master shower was redone. The whole thing was done in about a month since my shower doors took longer than expected and I would have liked it to have been shorter. But their team was great.

We checked out a few places, and Re-Bath was comparable to some of the other bath fitting companies that were around here. The Re-Bath sales rep dealt mostly with my husband, but I've also talked to him a couple times on the phone and he seemed very professional. Also, the reps were quick to answer all my questions, and the installers were really quick as well. They brought everything in then took everything out when they were done taking it apart. It took two days and it was done and up. It wasn't a big structural thing. They just took the other countertop off and put the new one on, and the shower part was already there. They just did a new floor and a new surround. It was just a floor pan and that was probably the only structural stuff they had to deal with.
Re-Bath was very easy to work with. They listened to everything that we needed and what we wanted to change, and they made it happen really quickly. They were really nice about everything that we had questions about too. We got a brand new shower stall and a new countertop for our sink. Sometimes the product can be not as up to people's standards, but the one from Re-Bath was excellent. It turned out really nice. We were very happy with them.

Everything went well until we hit a bump in the road. It took three months for Re-Bath to get all the materials and get it going. Then, the door that they first quoted us wasn't gonna fit and we had to wait a longer period of time for somebody else and an outside contractor to come in and do measurements. We had to be in contact with a new contractor just for the door. It's been a long road until just recently. We just got the door installed.

Re-bath came in and did all the work we needed done to have a walk-in shower installed. When the gentleman showed up, I let him into my parents' house. He worked for three days, and he took pictures at the end of every day to show his progress. The walk-in shower has handrails and our parents don't have to climb over a tub. This shower was installed for our parents because they're old, and so they could get in and out of the tub easy. They seem to like it.

After almost three months of waiting, my bathroom just got completed. I am shocked and appalled at how cheap it looks. I am so mad that I got charged almost $18K for this. I was lured in by the sales pitch- "we do so many hotels throughout the country" and "lifetime guarantee". Perhaps the plumbing was done well, but I have NEVER seen cheap acrylic walls (can you believe it, no tiles, WALLS) in any hotel that I have stayed. I was under the assumption that since they are making measurements that they are tiling and grouting the walls prior to. I did not realize that it was cheap acrylic walls. I can't believe it, cheap acrylic walls in my house!

The sales representative came out to the house, showed me samples of the different materials they'd be using and explained the process. She did the measurements before doing the quote, and while the materials were being manufactured, Re-Bath would call me weekly to give me an update on the schedule. Before the installation, they called to let me know what access they would need and what time the installation person would be there. The day of the install, the installer came out, and it took him two days to do the install. I wanted to get rid of my bathtub and make it a freestanding shower, and I had a countertop and a toilet installed as well. Re-Bath is reliable and offers good quality.

I liked that Re-Bath had a good warranty and that they said, “Hey, we're gonna get it done within two to four days,” and that they offered a 24-month interest-free financing. I decided to do it because my old home needed a remodel very badly. I had a subfloor that was rotting out on me. I got a new standup shower, a vanity, a new subfloor with vinyl planking floor installed, and then all of the faucets and all the stuff that comes along with all that were installed as well.
As far as the installation, I got a phone call about a month earlier than what it was supposed to be to let me know that they had a cancellation. This was on a Wednesday, and they said they could have it done in the next couple of days and that they could be here the next day. I had them come by the next day. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between somewhere in the office and the actual installer. So, a two-day project turned into about two weeks. It's something that happens. For the most part, it went smoothly.
The work quality was great. Any problems I had, they addressed them and they came and took care of it in as timely fashion as possible. I felt happy with it knowing that I have an older home. Unfortunately, there were a few things that went wrong but that was part of it. I'd recommend Re-Bath. I paid as much as I paid for the bathroom remodel because I only have one bathroom in my house. So, I had to get it done quickly. It didn't work out that way, but it was done a lot faster than what I could have gotten done.

The installers came in a professional manner and put material down to protect the floors. They kept me appraised of the steps they were doing and were willing to answer any questions we had. So, it was a pleasant experience, considering what we were doing. The final remodel is outstanding and we’re more than pleased with it. The installers went above and beyond and they reflect well on Re-Bath. They believe in their product or seem to. They included me in any of the issues that they were talking about or questions that they were having with satisfaction overall. The tech who took care of my home was very courteous, respectful and educational. The installation took two days as promised. It was one day per project for the two projects that were done in my home. The quality of work was really good. One sticking point for me was that there was some misinterpretation between the communication of the salesperson and my wife. We were looking for certain objectives to be met and all of those didn't get met when the salesperson told us they would be. We were told that drain for the tub was going to be replaced but that didn't happen. Other than that, there have been no malfunctions.

We did a whole remodel with Re-Bath and they listened to what we wanted and showed us the materials that would suit what we were looking for. The sales rep did an in-home visit and had samples for us to look at so we could pick out what we wanted. When the guy showed up that morning for the installation, he did a complete demolition of the whole bathroom in one day by himself. And then it was three days to complete the whole installation. All the work was done good and Re-Bath’s price was cheaper than everybody else. The tub is exactly what we wanted it. We went from a house that was built in the 60s that had the original bathroom in it and it had that old tile that was peach colored. It's a rental house, but we wanted to do something nice for the renters. I had a good experience with Re-Bath. If I have to do it again, I'll call them.

Re-Bath is a local company, so I went with them. During the first part of the process, everything seemed okay. I wanted to write down everything that we talked about and was gonna be added into the contract and the rep said, "No, no. I know what you want. We're good. My word is golden. I'll write what we're supposed to do down, and then we'll get you to sign it." When I signed it, I noticed there weren't some things there. I asked him, "Are you still gonna do this stuff?" He said, "Yeah. We totally plan on doing it." It had to do with laying some additional flooring down that he had built into the quote.
When it came time for it to be done, he said, "Well, I didn't account for that." I said, "Man, you and I had two conversations about it. You said you had worked it in a quote and I didn't have to write it down." I had already written it down myself on a yellow sheet of paper when we were discussing it and I planned on getting him to add it and make sure that it was in the contract. I went around for almost a day and a half fighting with him about it. Finally, he just said, "Well, I'm not gonna make this a big deal. We're gonna lose money." I said, "How are you gonna lose money? First of all, you got a door built into the quote that you're not gonna have to install. Plus, you're not gonna have to frame it out because it's already framed out for y'all."
The people that used to live here took a door out and moved it and they sheetrocked over the old place. When I wanted the door moved to where I thought it should have been, they opened it up and all the framing was still there. All I did was have them move the door that was in the one place to the other door. So, they didn't have to frame it out and didn't have to use the other door. So, they saved probably from $750 to $1,000 right there.
Then, he already said he built stuff into the quote for the flooring that I had bought and that I laid money out for. He said it would cost a little bit of labor, but he would have that done. I had to fight with him for a full day about it. I didn't have a very good experience with him. I would have done it myself because I have been a contractor. I had to close down my business in 2021 because I've had four surgeries and I'm just now getting back to where I need to be to open my business back up. So, it's not like I don't know the prices of things, the labor rates, and the other things that go into all this.
I went ahead and paid him. I was gonna finance it, but I went ahead and paid all of it. I like to finance things to keep my credit good, but I didn't wanna deal with them anymore. I don't ever wanna speak to them again because it was the worst experience of my life of doing business with any contractor that I've had to deal with. When he got on the phone and started yelling at me, that was my last straw. Everything that they were supposed to do finally got completed and they left.
The tub was cracked. When they had somebody come out to inspect it, they said, "Oh, it's just a fracture in that part of the tub. It won't spread. It'll be fine." So, I got a chipped tub and hopefully, it doesn't spread but in my experience over a couple of years, stuff like that does happen. So, I expect somebody to have to come out in a couple of years and fix that. The rest of the stuff was fine. And on the rest of the stuff, I provided the material except for the bath and the bath surround. Overall, the sales process went very smoothly, but what I got in the end was trash.

I was looking for someone to do a remodel for my mother. I was soliciting estimates over the course of a couple of years. I knew a little bit about Re-Bath before, and I had tried a couple other contractors that never started the job. That was when I tried with two others that I knew were big, local, and normally good, but maybe a little bit more expensive, which were Dreamstyle and Re-Bath. Dreamstyle came out and wouldn't even give me a bid. They said the job was not within their scope. It’s not really what they wanted to do, and they weren't interested in doing the job. Re-Bath came out and gave the estimate, and then we ended up going with them because they can get the job done.
I was happy with Marty. She did a really good job. It's for my mother and I'm not good at picking out colors and style. My sisters came out and helped her. She had to put up with the committee, myself, my mother who didn't wanna do the job for herself, and then my two sisters. She was very patient with us and helped get us through, and helped pick out colors and style. The team that came out to install was very good. I was very happy with them. I do have a couple of things that are ongoing and last week, I couldn't get ahold of the gentleman that kind of ran the show. I'm confident that I'll get ahold of him and we'll get it finished and taken care of.
They had to change the bathroom door because there was a vent pipe right in the way. We had to go from the standard 60-inch shower down to a 54. It's the next size down from the standard. Then we ordered the door. It came in right at the end, and he went to put it in, and it was shipped damaged. It was broken when it arrived. They had to reorder again and it hasn't come in yet. They put in a shower curtain for now.
I was very happy with the crew that came out. They were the same people every day. I stayed there for the whole process because my mother who has dementia wouldn't let them in if we weren't there. They were very patient with her and kept me informed the whole time. They were conscious of the fact that I work nights. So consequently, I'm over there, I get them going in the morning and say, “Well, if you need anything else, I'll be in this room over here, but I gotta try to get to sleep.” They had to do their job, but they were still conscious of the fact that I'm trying to get through. They didn’t bother me with a lot of petty stuff. They held questions until I was up, and they worked within my schedule.

I live quite a distance away from the office. So, it was a good two-and-a-half-hour trip for the rep from his office after he picked up my product. When he came in, he introduced himself and got to work right away. There was no fooling around. He was professional and excellent. He asked me only the questions that were necessary for the install and on we went. He also cleaned up that day. Then he had to return the following day to finish the install and install shower doors as well. He installed everything to a perfection.

All the people were very professional and friendly. I got a walk-in tub, toilet, vanity, new floor, fan, light. They painted the whole bathroom. Within three and a half days, Re-Bath was almost done with it, except for the paint and the doors and the final inspection. It's exactly what they said it was. It’s beautiful. The commode had rotted under it. The tech had to take the whole thing out and put a new shower, commode and sink in. He also put a new interior wall. I also asked one him to make the door larger because I'm 85 years old and I don't need a small door to get into the bathroom. It took a week for them to do the job. The tech had a good attitude and did a good job cleaning up after himself. A fellow came by a week after they finished the job and made a couple of adjustments. Water pressure is less but it's sufficient to do the job. However, the remodel was extremely expensive.

Re-bath did a quick remodel of our bathroom, and it worked out well. Scheduling the install took a while though. It was about eight weeks. However, their information said it could take that long to get everything ordered. When the installers came, they went to work and they worked all day and through their lunch hour. They kept working, and they finished in less than a day. We like it, and it seems to be fine.

Had a walk-in shower reinstalled by Re-Bath. Total failure in seams and shower. Tried to implement life-time warranty. They did not honor it and made excuses as to why. I will never use this company again. False advertisement and false promises. I am not the only one to experience this failure of honoring their obligation. If you are going to put in a shower or tub, use someone that is reputable and will not lie for a couple of dollars. It is really bad that we have come to this in the USA. Total lack of commitment and honor...I cannot think of anything else to say to express my total lack of confidence in this company...

I didn't have the best experience with ReBath. It was the length of time and several things that occurred while it was being done. It took 13 weeks. They're great people but the process was not good. It was one delay after another. They had to reorder the shower and the shower door ‘cause when they busted out a wall, it was a different size than they thought. The tub they put in was a jet tub. It came in damaged but they put it in anyway. They had to reorder another one from the company.
In the beginning, it was the same two guys that came every day. But while they were waiting on something to come in for my house, they'd go work on somebody else's house so when something came in for my house, then ReBath pulled whoever was available. We had so many different people coming in and out of our house. When the first crew would come, it would be 10:00, 10:30 then they would leave at 3:00. They didn't work a full day. But I'm pleased with the product and the way that it turned out. I like my new walk-in shower and my tub with the Jacuzzi.

Working with Re-Bath was great, and I would recommend them. The installers said they would be here at 8:00 and they were very prompt. They were ready to work and they were very professional and clean. I was very impressed with that. I expected for us to have to move to a different room to sleep because of the dust and dander, but there was nothing. They cleaned up after themselves, and as they went, they had their drop cloths all the way through the house into the work area. I didn't have any qualms at all with the way they handled things.
I'm very impressed with the quality of their work. It's very nice. I was concerned more about the walls because somebody had painted over the wallpaper. It was curling in the corners and there were creases in different places. It looked like it was gonna be horrible, but the guy that did the job was great. He was very intent, and we tried not to bother him. He went in, closed the door, and did his thing. He didn't stop till the end of the day, then he came back ready to work the next morning. Everything went as planned and a bit ahead of schedule, which was a plus for us. We were very pleased. I couldn't even imagine it being done so quickly 'cause we did a full bathroom, down to the walls, the flooring, the tub removal, and they put in a new shower.

Re-Bath was 100% great and I would recommend them. When their rep was doing the bathroom, he asked me where I wanted the rails to go and he put them exactly where I wanted them. So, I was very pleased. He took the tub out, put a new shower in, put rails in, and a seat so I could sit in and be more comfortable. The installation took a day and a half, and the installer did a fantastic job. I like the seat and the rails, and that I can sit down, hold on, and get up. I have arthritis and it's hard for me to move around. But it's very much convenient to get in and out of my new bathroom area. My kids came over and they loved it, too.

My youngest son had Re-Bath do his bathroom and it looks very nice. The company was referred to me. My daughter-in-law called them and they called me. They came and did a consultation. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and he had samples that he brought with him. He also made some good suggestions so I was very comfortable with that. The installation went fine and it took two days. When I first talked to Re-Bath, I was only gonna have the tub taken out and a walk-in shower put in. But after thinking about it for a while, I decided to have the toilet and sink replaced. This was after we set up having the tub done into a shower. It took two different times because there was a little bit of time in between. But both times went very smoothly. The workers were very polite and it was a good experience. I’m very pleased. The quality is very good. My oldest son swears by Moen fixtures and that's what Re-Bath used.

I had a complete renovation of my bath, and I love the remodel. ReBath demoed it then took my tub out and replaced it with a shower. They took my vanity out and replaced it with one of their vanities and painted it. The vanity which was custom-built is so beautiful. They did an amazing job. They are coming back because one of the pieces was not the right size. As soon as it comes in, they're gonna schedule with me. I trust that they'll do that because they've been in contact with me ever since.
I've already been telling people that they should use ReBath. They were not the cheapest, but I went with them because of everything that they guaranteed and their community support. They guarantee that their contractors would show up on time. They employ their own contractors and they're very family-oriented. They do this whole 45-minute demonstration when they come to talk to you and tell you about the company. They donate to local charities and to things that are important to their employees.

Re-Bath has everything that you would want to make it last for a long time. Do it if you want to redo your bathroom. We spoke with a nice guy. He assured us that everything we wanted to do in the bathroom was doable. We got the biggest size jetted tub that they have. It's a two-person. That's what we were looking for. We got a new shower. We got the one-piece wall thing with the seat. And we got a vanity, a new toilet, and a new cabinet over it.
We had a lot of people helping. We were done tearing down all the old stuff on the first day. And they used the garage to hold some stuff. So, had to work around it. It was fast. They would give updates like, "We're gonna do this. We're gonna do that today." And they would ask questions like, "Where do you want this shelf in the shower? Do you want it here? Do you want it there? Which side you want the drain on? Which side do you want the faucet on for the bathtub?" So, I appreciated the communication, making sure that we got what we wanted with everything. The quality was great. I was very happy with it.

I have a small bathroom and the tub was way overdue to be replaced. Out of all the house projects I have ever done throughout the decades, either by professionals, or as a helper, or by myself, this one was by far the most seamless and stress-free, from sales to completion. The Re-Bath team never tried to upsell me and always worked to find the best solution for me. Marcos was my salesman/designer and he was so personable and paid attention to my needs and helped me with the selections. The installer, Melvin, was clean, efficient, and precise in fitting. I honestly could not have dreamed of a better experience. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend this company. The adage "you get what you pay for" certainly holds true.

The sales guy came out and he was there for four hours. He was kind of pushy. But he left and then he said they would send me the quote. The quote wasn’t itemized. They did went through the guest bathroom and the master bathroom, but not the toilets and faucets. The overall project was a lot pricier than we thought. But talking to a few friends, remodeling the kitchen and bathroom can be pretty escalated and high. It's just the way it is.
The installers that came out worked together for over 10 years. Their name was DJ and Alex. They were a good team. They complemented each other. They really paid attention to measuring things and reinstalling. I was really impressed with the two of them that came out and did that. They were professional. They covered everything up in the bedroom that might collect a little dust. They were very thoughtful in making sure everything was done right and look good. When they installed the shower and the bathtub in the master bathroom, there was a big space between that and the tile. We changed our minds on a few things along with their options. It was kind of good that we waited until then because until you get everything torn out and reinstalled, you don't really know what's left. So we decided to change out a floor piece and a couple of shelf pieces and a window mantel.

We had the two showers redone along with two toilets and the vanity. Re-Bath was very good. They explained how it would go from start to finish, the pricing, and everything that went on. So, I was very impressed with that. The installation team would give me a call prior to coming over, were there when they said they would and worked most of the day. It was a three-day thing and they cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional. And if I had any questions or concerns, they made sure they were answered.

Re-Bath's salesman had the patience of a saint. We were deciding what to use for the wall on the shower. Eventually, we did a mosaic tile and it made it so much lovelier. He went to Home Depot to get the mosaic tile and he had what are our shower would be. He put it up to five different things at Home Depot to tell me, and sent me pictures. We narrowed it down to two. His wife works in a furniture store that has design to it. And she thought that one of the two that we had narrowed it down was the best. We went with that one and it turned out good.
The shower install took three days. That was a tile and the doors and they take it down to the studs. They don't do it over what you have now. I didn't like that idea. I also got the sink with the countertop. I decided I only wanted one sink because that's what we had now and I like one sink because I like all that space. When I blow dry my hair, I have a towel. I put the blow dryer on that because I do one strand at a time, put the blow dryer down and up. So, I like all that space. That was only one day.
I'm going to get a medicine cabinet from Re-Bath. They measured and the first one they brought, it was the measurement, but it stuck out. So, they were supposed to do it this week, but a guy called out sick and I want that one guy who has been doing everything. He is a stickler for detail. And I wanted a Monday or Tuesday. So, it's going to be the Tuesday that's coming up to put in the medicine cabinet.

I got the floors, the shower and the vanity through Re-Bath and they also removed the tub and put in a shower. It has bench seating in it. The installation was great, quick and done in the time period they said they were gonna do it. It’s been a couple of months almost and it’s been good so far. Re-Bath did a great job and I would recommend people to go the same way.

My bathroom was horrible. The floor had fallen in and water was leaking everywhere. Re-Bath came earlier than they thought they were gonna be able to make it. They said April, but they ended up getting to me on the last week of February. The house is old so it's not a huge bath but the installer did an excellent job. He didn’t complain at all and saw it as an opportunity. The installers did not leave a mess and they were very professional. I didn't pick up any negative vibes at all. The designer, Mandy, did an excellent job helping me to design the bathroom and she was very nice. They went overboard to help me out and I appreciate that so much because when you get a certain age, people overlook you. But I didn't feel that way at all with the personnel at Re-Bath. They took pride in their work. I'm very satisfied. Even my daughter-in-law from Tennessee said it looks like a new house.

We remodeled and replaced the bathtub and did this tiling for the floor. The sales rep walked us through each of the different offerings and set expectation. It was good. The contractor, Chris, was quick and polite. If he needed something, he would ask or let us know ahead of time. Everything was tidy after he left. The installation was very smooth and straightforward. The quality is awesome and I'm so glad we did it. I'll definitely be using Re-Bath again because we wanna do another bathroom. They left a good impression. Everything was seamless and I didn't have any outstanding questions or worries. Things were answered either before I even thought the question or immediately if we ask the question. So it was super simple.

It was a very good experience when the sales rep of Re-Bath came out. He spent a couple of hours, went through measuring both bathrooms and figured out the expense and told us about everything. I had a great big mirror that took up most of the cabinet. I asked him if I had to do that. He told me to only get a single mirror because the light was going to be a three-prong single. He helped me do some things I didn't quite know. If I had a question, he would answer it. We had two different projects. Project A was the big bathroom. Everything was redone, the bathtub was taken out, and a shower was installed. The quality of the work done was wonderful. Project B is gorgeous too. We went from tiles to a wall. The floor is a dark grey.

Re-Bath had a good pricing and timeline. The guy came in, gave a quote, was super helpful explaining the process and pointing out what needed to be done. And it was all ready and straightforward. Everyone was friendly. They installed a shower in my bathroom. They did a great job. I lost power right before they were supposed to be there, so they ended up doing the whole job site without power in the house. They worked with me and put up battery-powered lights, used battery tools. And the second day, when it was supposed to be cold, they came prepared with heaters and were ready to knock it out with the harsh difficulties. They got it done in a day and a half. And the shower works smoothly. I like it.

We had to tear out a shower and the tub, and we put the shower in where the tub was. Then we had to form a closet in the area where the old shower was. They finished it in early February. The team was very polite, and they did good work for the most part. They showed up without the door they were to install at one time. It was a little odd. But they got it done.

We weren't sure if we wanted to go with Re-Bath, but our sales rep told us that he'd be willing to take a cut in his commission to lower the price. He was pretty nice about everything. It was pretty good. The installation went mostly really well. We did have some leakage on the second day which got onto our furnace and some electrical stuff which we had to have an electrical company come out and look at. But they looked at it and there was nothing wrong, and they didn't charge us for the appointment. Overall, it was quick, affordable as far as what we were looking at and fairly painless.

Re-Bath turned the bathtub into a walk-in shower. We also got a new vanity sink, a new toilet, new flooring, and a new shower. We're happy with the end result, except the valve on the toilet that comes in from the wall keeps leaking. They've been out once to fix it, then we called and now we're just waiting for a callback for them to come out again because it's still dripping water. Also, we got one of those newfangled toilets, which we don't know how to problem-solve, and it keeps running, so we had to shut the water off to it. We called about that as well and it seems like it takes them a long time to get back to us to get a repairman out. And that's brand-new.
Other than that, we were very happy with the installers from Re-Bath and the salesman was good. But because we have a hot water heater and there was a heat register that ran underneath the tile, it ran underneath the bathtub and it kept the bathtub warm. So, the salesman told us that there would be a plumber that understood hot water heat who would take care of that, because that would have to be taken out before they started rebuilding anything. And it had to be taken out before they even tried to take the bathtub out, because it was underneath the bathtub. However, they didn't send any furnace or plumber guy out.
I felt really bad for the man who did the remodeling, because he listened to all of our input but he had no idea how to handle hot water heaters. So, between the worker who was very kind and my husband, they figured it out. But then, we had to have the furnace man come in and it cost us another $500 for them to get everything right. Re-Bath's salesman also said they'd send an electrician to put the new ceiling fan in and the one who came out did a great job. He was very pleasant, too.
Aside from that, the panel samples that Re-Bath gave us looked like they were mostly white and light gray, kind of marbleized. But when they brought the panels in, my husband and I were shocked because they had a lot of black in them and we didn't plan on any black-black in there. And the panels that got put up were totally different from the samples that they had. It's because the sample wasn't cut to demonstrate how the pattern and color really go. So, Re-Bath needs to do is make sure they have a good representation of the product. At first, I couldn't stand to look at what we got put up, but I've gotten used to it now. One day, I tried to call the salesman to voice a couple of concerns and he didn't even want to hear it. He said he'd call me back on Monday and he never called me back ever. It was like once he did the sale, he didn't care to communicate anymore. That's typical with sales people no matter where you go.

I initially had a meeting with the salesman from Re-Bath. I was told that I would have the same crew from the beginning of the project to the end. But that didn't happen. It must have been three different crews. I was told my project would start around Halloween so I had assumed that some time around Thanksgiving or Christmas it would be done. But they didn't get done until some time in January. I also lost my project manager, Scott. That was what delayed it. That was terrible. There could have been more communication 'cause I didn't know that Scott had left. Scott and I had spent, at least, an hour talking about what I liked and what I didn't like, whereas Chad was trying to get caught up. I would have liked to have finished up with Scott.
I love the bathtub and the plumbing that I selected but no not so much the flooring. When I selected my flooring, there was an issue, and I had to go with another one. We had a part that was missing for the floor and we couldn't match that piece for the flooring. I picked out my own bathroom hooks and lighting. As far as the other hardware, I like it. I like the valve because I have the handheld. I like the shower doors and the tub. As far as the vanity and the dressing area where the vanity is, I like my seat and the top. The remodel was expensive though. I put in a Robern vanity medicine cabinet, and I knew ahead of time that it was expensive, but it was that labor to put it in that was expensive.

Cindy, who owns the company, was really a lovely lady and I was impressed that she came to this house three times. I was also impressed with her attitude, demeanor, and professionalism. Matt, the guy who did the work, was awesome as well. But I waited months for everything to be done. They had half the money in April of 2021, but it didn't get done until recently this year. So, I would never tell anybody to go to Re-Bath. One of our problems was that they couldn't do the demolition. All the times that I called and went on hold, I had to listen to them say that they have one team that would come in and do the demolition. In the end, I had to hire somebody outside but it came out of their quote because their quote included the demolition.
Also, I told Cindy that I wanted a medicine cabinet that matched the hardware in the shower. She said okay then she went out to her car and put it down as an over-the-toilet thing. But when I found out how much it cost, I told her that I would just order one. I ordered one, it arrived, I put it together, and I put it out there. Then, she told me it was too late, the thing she ordered already arrived and I had to pay for it. I didn't even argue with her because I didn't want to argue with anybody about this. So, I ended up with her $1,200 over-the-toilet thing. But I took it down and put up the one I bought for 300 at Kmart because I liked it a lot better. It ended up costing me extra money to have the trim work, botch and paint done.
Aside from that, I ended up getting a shower door because when Mary, the lady who the bathroom is for, sat in that shower, water was all over the place. Cindy told me to just use towels to clean it but that was not what I wanted. Water went right on the seat over to the floor and there was more going on the floor than down the drain. That was not what I paid for. So, I paid Re-Bath to install a shower door.
All in all, there was a lot of work that I had to do and I had to pay somebody additional to do. Also, I wasn't happy with the time it took to get the products. I get it that these things happen with the COVID, people not wanting to work, deliveries being slow, and prices being raised. But I'm really very disappointed with Re-Bath. They should be upfront and tell their customers that they're having problems getting the products in time. When they knew that they weren't going to do the demolition, they should have said so. Instead, Cindy got involved because it was $3,000 out of their money that they quoted to do the demolition and she wanted to see that it was being done. Despite that, the shower looks nice, and I'm happy the products that were used and the quality of the work. The shower doors close, the water stays in the shower, and Mary's safe in there.

Installation was hit or miss. Re-Bath did a subcontractor for the paint and texturing of the walls and baseboards. They led us to believe that they would remodel the whole bathroom including the drywall removal and install. They never removed any of the drywall. So, that wasn't up to standard.
The subcontractor for the paint and texturing had to come back multiple times to complete the job and fix it. There were some running issues and paint detail issues that they didn't do right the first time. I've also had an issue already with my shower. The seal at the bottom fell off. And I called to have it redone, and they said they would order the part. That has been three weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything back from them.

They completely ripped out my shower and redid it from the pan to the walls and put a new floor down. They did the floor, they took out the tub, and they put a whole new countertop with sinks and fixtures. The sales reps were all really nice. I changed my mind half a dozen times. I went down there to the shop and looked at the different walls that we could select and they were very patient. Also, the guy who did the remodel was outstanding. On the first day, he did a demo on the whole thing. He got to my house at 10 o'clock every day and worked till about 5:00. Friday was the very last day and he stayed a little bit longer than 5 o'clock. He was such a joy to have here. He was clean and quiet and he did his job. He swept up every single night and he laid drop cloth from the front door all the way into my master bath.

We had a full bathroom remodel done by Re-Bath. The person who came to do our consultation and design was Tricia. She spent a long time at our house on the first day and we went over everything. She's a lovely person. We got a nice big walk-in shower that has a bench. It's very nice. We also got a double vanity. The main person during the installation was Anthony and he was really great about making sure everything was how we wanted it. He would ask a lot of questions if he wanted to get our opinion on something. He was very helpful and professional and he did a really good job of cleaning up after himself. He was really meticulous. We had a very good experience with Tricia and Anthony. I can't guarantee that the price was better than other places, but for us, it was worth it. We are happy that we went with them.

We purchased a new shower in our bathroom and they did a beautiful job. It took a month and a half to get all the parts in because it was custom and I understood at the outset that they couldn't commit to an exact date. The installation took three and a half days. The techs took very good care of our house. They worked in the garage and had to bring things up and down. They laid mats so they wouldn't get anything on our carpet. Go with them. Getting our shower installed has made us feel very good about the bathroom downstairs. It has completely changed it. We are very happy.

The reps from Re-Bath came in and showed me some samples of everything. It seemed like they knew a lot about what they were talking about. The installation guys for the whole bathroom remodel were here on time and got it done quickly. They were nice about it. But the quality of the material itself wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. The flooring is not like tile. But other than that, they did a good job. Re-Bath brings in the material but people should check around before going with their first quote. Don't just jump on the very first one.

I needed a walk-in shower and new flooring. I went with Re-Bath because they told me that they would be fast to install my bathroom. But the delivery took longer than I expected. They told me it would be at the beginning of December and I got it in January. Despite that, the installation took three days and the guy was very good. The new area is easy to clean.

Re-Bath’s customer service representative was very personable, seemed knowledgeable and was able to work with us. The individual installers and staff were very nice people and trustworthy. But the process was not very good. The installation was delayed several times because of inadequate supplies arriving and personnel being taken out. So what was promised to be a two-week project took approximately four months, which was not a satisfactory outcome.
We did the shower, tub, sinks, flooring, painting and toilet of the whole master bathroom. Re-Bath couldn’t get the tub in which backed us up four weeks. Then, the marble tops had to be recut and these things put in and redesigned. That took another 10 days to two weeks. The primary installer that was supposed to be in charge of the project became ill. A fourth team came and then, we had painters who don't speak English trying to understand paint schemes. So it was not exactly the way we wanted it to go. The final product is nice but the process was not as prompt. We were trying to get a handicapped accessible shower for my sister-in-law who was visiting and because of the delay in the install, she wasn't able to use it. She was coming for a wedding and we were only barely 50% through when the time the wedding came so that was very frustrating.

The reps did a good job when I spoke to them. They showed me options. The crew who did the remodeling was very good and knowledgeable. The remodel was nice and I was pleasantly surprised by the product when it was all said and done. I'm happy with my choice. When I went through this and I liked mine, my sister turned around and got Re-Bath do a remodel for her shower too.

Re-Bath was the only company that was approved by our homeowners association. They were very cooperative. The installation went very well. There were a few complaints that I had after it was done and they immediately addressed them. All the neighbors said that they were very respectful and clean and took out all the debris. Their work is excellent.

We converted from tub-shower to just the shower. The other one, we put in the new tub and the surround. We did new toilets. We did vanities, sinks, mirrors cabinets and flooring. It was a great pair. The designer we met with who gave us our quote was amazing too. She knew her stuff and helped us. When I said to her, "I can't make one more choice," she gave me some ideas and helped me make a choice. The guy that measured was in and out quickly and was nice.
We loved the installers. They were the cutest guys. They were efficient, worked hard and did a good job. They checked with us on little details. They told us what they planned on doing for the day and they let us know when they were leaving and what the plan was for the next day. They cleaned up well after themselves and it went well.
We had one little snafu. But even that, I'm pleased with how it worked out. When they came to get me to say, "Where do you want the mirror in this bathroom?" I went in and said, "It's white. I didn't order white." So, we went down and looked and the cabinet that goes above the toilet was also white because we figured they did that because my vanity was white. But I figured it was a very white bathroom, so I ordered a mirror and cabinet that had color. They just reordered it and I got a call yesterday. It's in and it will be installed on Tuesday. They took care of it. I had a phone number for Holly who was wonderful. I could either call or leave her a message and either she or Michelle would call me back.
The lighting fixture we ordered for our basement bathroom wouldn't fit above the medicine cabinet we ordered. So, the guys gave a suggestion and choices, and the next day, they brought the other fixture and put it in and we love it. We like it better than the one we would have had. I was pleased. It was smart to pay more and get better quality. We love to go in the bathrooms and look at them. I was cleaning my bathroom a week ago and thought, "It's just a joy to paint it because it's so pretty in here." This was one of those top-notch experiences.

The rep from Re-Bath, Jerry, had all the answers to everything I asked. His knowledge and salesmanship was awesome. The crew was good, meticulous, clean and explained everything. I would recommend these people. My wife wanted the remodel and she’s happy so I’m happy. The workmanship was nice.
