The sales rep was good. She told me what it was going to cost and how everything was gonna be. She was nice. She went and measured everything and what she was supposed to do. She did her job. The installers did the work in two days but they had to come back and put the sink in the third day. Then I had a leak down at the bottom of the tub and they fixed that. I got a ceiling that I had to cut through to filter. But they came in and then they got it fixed and it's been working very good since.

We redid our upstairs bathroom and Re-Bath did a really good job. We also had them do our second bathroom. The first guy for the first bathroom was really good. He talked to my mom and helped her pick out everything. For the second bathroom, it was a lady and she was nice. She showed me all the samples and we went through everything and I was able to pick everything I needed. So, it was cool. With the first bathroom, they were really fast and they definitely met their criteria. For the second one, they had to go get some stuff, so it took a couple of days longer. But I liked the finished product, so it wasn't a big deal. Both bathrooms are pretty good and they have a good guarantee on them. Re-Bath is a pretty good company. I liked how they did everything.
Jolene, we're proud to be the nation's most trusted bathroom remodeler, and that you are another happy customer. It is our goal for every customer to enjoy the remodel experience, from design to done. Thank you for your business and for your positive review.

The rep that I spoke with did a fantastic job. The installation team's timing was good. Their work ethic was fantastic. The only thing was the younger guy messed up the solder the first time around. So, I did have a water leak in the house. Re-Bath came back, and have taken very good care of it. Things are working well. The only thing I would request is more updates during the stage where they're waiting for the product. If I had gotten an email every couple of weeks just letting me know, it would have been very helpful.

The sales representative from Re-Bath was good. She listened to me and gave me all of the options that I could use. The installers were awesome. They were always working. They weren't standing around. You could tell that there was one guy in charge and the other guy was his helper. When he needed something, he was right there in the middle of doing whatever it is he was supposed to be doing. It took them a little bit longer than they thought and I've no idea why that was, but it wasn't because they were slacking. I felt bad for them that third day. We also had the same flooring put in the utility room and at 6:00 that third day, they had just started. I don't know how late they were there because we left. They stayed until they were done. That was nice.
Everything was all cleaned up when they left, too. They were so accommodating because we were trying to sell the furniture that was in there. They were constantly having to move their stuff out of the way so we could get the furniture out and they never griped about that at all. That was very nice. They did a good job. They listened to what I wanted and they did it.
Suzy, our goal is to make the bathroom remodel process effortless. It is wonderful to hear that our team was able to provide such a fantastic experience. Thank you for your business and your wonderful review.

We did a full bath remodel with Re-Bath. The bathroom was approaching 22 years. So, we had designs on doing this for the last five years but because of other projects in the house, we just pushed that to the back. We finally decided we better get after it. So, we decided to go with the full, and then there's a walk-in closet that adjoins the bathroom that they did the flooring in it as well, which was nice. The folks that were on-site were very good. We were trusting someone to be in the back reaches of our house and we didn't have any issues with them.
We got the vast majority of the remodel done and the last phase was to install the glass walls to the shower, and there were some hiccups there. It took three times before that got resolved, and that really dragged it out. When the first delivery was made, we were told that the glass walls had not been cut properly and many of the brackets that were associated with that were the wrong ones. So, they had to send everything back. I don't know who their supplier was but it took a couple of weeks.
Then, the second time they came back, only one segment of the glass was correct and the others were wrong again, and then there were still issues with the brackets. So, it took a third time and it dragged out a couple of months to get to that endpoint. We were fortunate that we had a bathroom on the second floor that our kids would use and they were off to college. So, we had access to their shower and we had another shower downstairs. So, we just dealt with it. We were just happy that everything else had been done very expeditiously and well done and it wasn't worth getting worked up about. The staff on-site were very apologetic. We certainly didn't take that out on them by any means. They did a good job on it.

The sales representative from Re-Bath was very nice. I liked him. The installation was amazing, but it took them a little bit because this was a whole big master bath. It took them a little bit to figure out how they were gonna do these things because it was the first time that the installers really took a look at this. This whole thing with Re-Bath was a fiasco but they did the best that they could. It just took time for them to get the doors and stuff for my shower and then, they got the wrong measurements. My bathtub went in, the flooring went in, and everything was good except for my shower. Once they got to the shower, then they measured wrong, and so then they got the wrong door in.
I feel like it could have been a little bit quicker than that. Overall, I like the tub, I like the floor, and I like the shower too. It's all good. Re-Bath compensated me. They gave me some money back. I didn't have to pay in full because I told them I'm not paying for this whole thing. It's taken me this long. They also gave me another shower door.

I just had my bathroom remodel by Re-Bath. The floor is half- finished because they didn't order enough of the (horrible) tile, and so it sits.... I almost cry every time I enter the bathroom, I totally hate how it looks. The shower surround looks very cheap, the window trim has these ugly raised squares at the corners I was never told would be there, the floor tiles look like plastic, and the shower fixtures are bottom of the line so much so that it is embarrassing, and they force you buy theirs as part of the "package", for the price I paid I feel totally ripped-off.
My salesperson talked everything up like it would be the most beautiful bathroom I could imagine, not the monstrosity I received. I'm considering tearing the whole thing out myself and trying to DIY it, it would feel like throwing over $15,000 into the wind. Anything would be better than what I received. Beware consumers, don't make the same mistake I did!

We recently used ReBath for our master bathroom remodel. Our sales rep, Chris **, was great the night we received a quote and after that was completely unresponsive via the GroupMe chat. We agreed upon a price reduction and asked to change hardware from brushed nickel to gold to which we had a verbal agreement and followed up over 10 times to get a written contract updated. We never received a change order and as such our gold hardware was never ordered. We later found out Chris was no longer with the company and we were not notified.
We also had written in our contract that we would use tile we had previously purchased from Lowe's for our floor. ReBath overlooked this on the contract and purchased additional tile, then told us to get a refund from Lowe's on our original purchase. Because we purchased our tile more than 30 days ago, Lowe's refused our refund and ReBath would only refund us the amount it would cost them (which is significantly discounted since they purchase in bulk).
Marvin, the VP, was involved in these conversations and not once did he take responsibility. To quote him on the hardware issue, he said "this is not my fault since we never received a written contract" even though we followed up many times to get one and never did!! He also attempted to argue they "did us a favor" by finally agreeing to come down on price. Horrible customer service for a "VP" level executive. Ray **, our contractor was on time every day and very responsive. He also gave us recommendations for errors made in the contract. If I could leave Ray a separate review, I would give him 5 stars. Overall, I would not recommend using ReBath to anyone.

We had a number of things not go well. Poor quality of medicine cabinet. The retail price of what was installed was $29.99. Limited choices of product. Mismatched color of brush nickel fixtures. I purchased a new sink fixture and had them change it and they kept the fixture which I paid for. I also purchased a matching towel rack a toilet paper holder to install and give them the bag of screws and they took all the remainder so I did not have what I needed to put up the two towel racks. Gaps left in the wall when installing the vanity to the wall.
Being Re-bath works through Lowe's in Temecula. You don't have the same choices you would have if you bought them at Lowe's. Very Limited. I wanted a tile bathroom floor and they would not install it. Shower floor drain hole did not match up with drain. Installed shower door backwards. Shower leaked after install. Received the wrong vanity and had to wait 6 weeks for correct one to arrive. Sales rep forgot to order custom medicine cabinet had to wait 8 weeks for that to be arrive. Walls were not textured properly Overspray on back of door. They were short one box of flooring and installer brought pieces from home and still charged us for a full box.
After installing our marble shower installer took the remainder of material without asking. There was quite a bit left over. Re- bath of Temecula does no paint the walls so we had to pay extra to have someone paint. For the price I was being charged this should of been included. It would of been very easy to have been painted before everything was installed. We were never given any paperwork with a list of what we were being charged for the items we purchased. The overall outcome of the remodel turned out very nice and I am satisfied the the overall outcome and the installers were really nice and hard workers. I would not choose Re-bath to do this work it I had it to do over.

This has been the worst experience with Home Depot and Rebath. Home Depot referred me to Rebath when I reached out about bathroom remodel project. I signed a bathroom remodel contract for $15,900 in August 2021 and sales agent promised that they would complete the remodel before thanksgiving. We had visitors coming and wanted remodel to be done by Thanksgiving. There was no communication from Rebath between September and November. I phoned them one week before Thanksgiving and they said they will not be able to come but will come week after Thanksgiving. They did not come week after Thanksgiving and there was no communication and total silence.
In December I received an offer in a different city and in January 2022 I called Rebath to cancel order since I was now moving. All of a sudden they want me to pay for materials at a cost of $11,900 for a bathroom remodel they quoted at $15,900? I phoned Home Depot who washed their hands and said the $11,900 was for materials and I should either get the installation or cancel and pay $11,900. Home Depot did not try to protect me as a customer given the two months delay by Rebath and the fact that my circumstances have changed and am now moving.
I regret ever signing a contract with Rebath and would not advise anyone to do so. I thought I was paying more for a timely professional service and job but two months delay with no communication and then when situations change being told you have to honor a contract they themselves have not honored. I wonder why they charge more if they cannot meet deadlines and have such a bad customer service. And Home Depot continues to deal with them. Makes me sick in the tummy that Home Depot referred me to such a terrible company.

Will change review to 4 stars if they make it right regarding wall cabinet. Had two bathrooms totally redone by Rebath, they began work on a Monday. The first four nights we stayed in hotel as they started on our master bath, we were prepared to stay through the entire remodel. By Thursday we were told we could use the master shower, main bath completely torn apart, we decided to come home. There was a problem with cabinet over the toilet, shoddy painting and patchwork. Rebath stated they would replace, it would be remade. Bathroom completion ran a week longer than planned, annoying but not unexpected as there were some unexpected issues; subfloor rotted, plumbing clogged. There were some days when no one showed, communication was poor at times. Bathrooms completed after approximately 17 days, except for replacement cabinet, final paperwork signed.
One day after completion we noted a bulge in wall of master shower, of note this shower is about 30” x 30.” Informed Rebath following Monday, we were blamed for defect because we did not wait two weeks to use master shower (hot water not supposed to hit shower walls directly), were asked if we wanted to know cost of replacement. As we were never told this, I reached out to our Rebath designer, Megan (who is awesome), Oregon contractor’s board, and sent certified letter to Rebath GM. One week later GM came to our home, stated it was not installed correctly and they would replace shower wall, it was not due to us using shower immediately after completion. Upsetting but comfortable with outcome. Two months later shower panel and wall cabinet replaced.
Unbelievably the cabinet was again flawed and had no shelving. Reached out to Rebath, as of yet no response as to how this will be addressed. Overall I am satisfied with Rebath, their communication has room for improvement and they shouldn’t blame the customer if there is a problem. Kyle and Megan were both great to work with.

Re-Bath of Reno is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My parents signed a contract in February, my father passed away in April, it is now October 25th and the work is still not done. My mother has gone months, yes months, without a working shower. Literally everything that could go wrong has. They hired unskilled, unlicensed men to work in my elderly mother's home and things got so bad I hired a plumbing company to do an inspection and found that it was all done incorrectly and not to code. The shower drain, the trap, the hot/cold water, all was wrong. The shower doors and flooring were all installed incorrectly and have to be redone...seriously, the list goes on.
I filed a complaint with the Nevada State Contractor's Board and that put some pressure on them but I found out recently that their license was suspended and they were still out working on her bathroom! They are still taking on new clients! I have called and filed a complaint with the Re-Bath HQ and someone took a report but not sure what good that will do. I am at my wit's end. The Re-Bath product may be a great and if you have a reputable installer, good... but if you are in Reno, Nv...please do not use this company.

Lowe's suggested this company (Re-bath in Reno NV). We wanted to do some renovation for our bathroom and we already have the tiles and we already choose the sliding door and the Vanity stuff from Lowe's Carson City, NV. The Re-bath guy Jeff came over to check and we explained everything what do we want and we got the stuff from Lowe's and he said it doesn't matter.
We've been waiting for almost a week from them to reach back to us. So today we decided to sent an email and they said that they REFUSE TO DO THE JOB BECAUSE WE HAVE OUR OWN STUFF ALREADY! Honestly, we don't appreciate the way they did to us. They didn't contact us to let us know that they can't do the job due all those stupid reasons. Instead they just let us hang in with no clue what's going on " What a professional company huh!" They could just call or email us right away a day after that they can't do the job. I guess, they're thinking that we won't spending lots of $$$ for their pockets them to get any stuff from them.
So this is just my feedback to re-thinking to hire this company do your bathroom renovation who wants to do renovation for their bathroom. They suck & not professional. Local Contractors will be happy to do the job.

The job just finished up 2 weeks ago and looks pretty good, however it would look better if we would have gotten what we wanted. We got the right pattern but the salesman ordered the wrong color, we could have waited another 6-12 weeks for the right color to come in but our master bath was already tore up. Another thing about Re-bath is they send a salesperson out to look at the job and he explains what they do and how they do it to justify their high price however when they do the job they don't do everything the way the salesman said.
Another issue is the shower pan has deep grooves in to assist in water flow but if you have sensitive feet they could be uncomfortable. We were told the pan would be the same as in our other shower (no grooves). So in summary they will tell you anything to justify the high price and make a sale and once they have your money they don't care. Seems I should have been compensated something with having to live with the wrong color. This job was done by the Wilmington NC Re-bath.

We contracted Re-Bath of Northeast Wisconsin to do a new tub and shower surround for us. The initial meeting went well and we selected our fixtures and what we wanted. The lady that came to our house was very friendly and put up with our crying newborn quite well. Then came the installation. We were not happy with the height the curtain rod or shampoo holder were put at. My wife was home at the time, they asked her about the location of the shampoo holder without her knowing what the shampoo holder actually looked like. Come to find out it sticks out quite a bit and now my wife is hitting her elbow on it constantly. The shower rod was put at an odd height of 81", when a standard curtain is only 72" in height, so the curtain and liner are barely staying put.
The drain is also not working and we have standing water whenever we shower on top of the other problems. When we called about these problems, they did schedule the plumber they contracted to come back and fix it, two weeks later we are still waiting on that plumber. This should have been checked and tested before completion.
As far as the other concerns, the vice-president of the Green Bay location spoke with my wife on the phone in such a condescending manner that my 15 year old daughters jaw dropped to the floor with she was talking to her. She has continued this condescending tone with us as we try to address the issues, and has simply stopped replying to email at this point. She said my wife OK'd the height of the rod with the installer, when that never happened. My wife mentioned it was too high when she first saw it, the installer said it is 84" which is standard. It isn't even at 84", it is 81", and I can find nothing that states 84" is standard.
All we are asking is for some way to fix this, some attempts at a solution. We would have taken a shower curtain and probably said fine, we will just deal with the problems besides the drainage issue. Instead, here I am writing this because I am experiencing them not standing up for the work they "guaranteed". It looks great, but if you want somebody that can actually problem solve and give you what you want for $9000, I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

We initially went with Re-bath as that is who Lowe's uses. I was apprehensive about using any vendor from Lowe's as we have had two bad experiences with home remodels. A Re-bath vendor met us at our home in February and we went over everything we wanted to go into the bathroom which was a complete demo/reno. It would take about three months for them to install it and we said, ok.
Come 3 months later, we get no communication from them until they show up at our door. The lead apologized and said he did not know that Re-bath did not reach out to notify us they would be coming this week. A few days, a lot of work, but still bad communication, a painter/drywaller that didn't show up which puts the bathroom project by more days, mirrors not centered, backsplash that doesn't fit, still no plumber or electrician. We are really disappointed how this has turned out and we will never recommend them to anyone.

Chose ReBath for conversion of tub to walk in shower and new vanity. Countertop clearly did not fit new vanity and installer was told to make it work. He then went as far as to change the initial design rather than admit a mistake was made. Had to get Home Depot involved, who I’m happy to say has stood behind me. Signed off on project in late November 2020 and am looming at mid June before completion. Note: Rebath sends one installer to put in large, heavy shower doors, vanities - in short 2 man jobs. Amazing to me that Rebath’s satisfaction scores are as good as they are - I believe they may be fine with a small 1/2 bath with short, straight vanities and standard shower doors. Do not use them for anything more! I regret my choice immensely.

Re-Bath of Greensboro did an outstanding job replacing our old, tiled, outdated shower. Aaron and Scott did outstanding work on installing new walls, base, and a beautiful glass enclosure. We couldn't be more pleased with their work. They were friendly, professional and conscientious. We would definitely recommend them for any bathroom update.

So we decided to have our tub taken out and a walk in shower installed. After some disappointing estimates we went to Lowes. They referred us to Re-Bath. The sales person, Jodi came out on time and did a heck of a job explaining what they offer, different choices, the cost difference, everything was covered. And my wife made her choices and things got rolling. A few days later Kira called to confirm the order and made sure we understood how thing were going to go. Over the weeks emails were exchanged and the final appointment was confirmed.
On the day scheduled Brian and his team showed up on time as promised. Even though our house had some interesting issues they did the job. OMG did they ever do the job. Our new walk in shower is fantastic. Every detail every little thing was looked at and made perfect. What a team, what a professional outstanding job. I do not do recommendations much, but after this experience I am left speechless. I have no choice but to tell everyone, anyone that cares to get the best bang for the buck, the best of the best, the absolute most for their money - Re-Bath really takes the gold.

We needed to remove our existing bathtub in our downstairs bathroom and put a new shower in there. The project was overpriced, made mistake twice, and ever time they made a mistake, there was a 2 to 3 weeks delay, and finally got that done after 3 and half months of signing the contract. During this time (after the project started), we couldn't use that shower for over 3 months.
Spoke with Lowe's and they assigned Re-Bath for the project. A lady from Re-Bath showed up on July 21, 2020 to talk about the project. Initially she gave us almost $26,000 price quote just to replace the bathtub with a shower. That quote included natural stone wall surrounds. Because of the price, we decided to go with Sonoran Granite SSP, which is basically acrylic. This time, the price went down to $16,549. This was already way too high. But still we decided to go with them since we trusted Lowe's. Anyways, the project did not start until Aug 31, 2020.
That same week Friday, a third party glass company came to take the measurement of the glass door and the glass wall. The design was already cleared out when we got the quote. 2 and weeks later the glass company came back with completely different design glass and didn't tell us anything, just installed it. When noticed, we complained it to Re-Bath. An inspector from Re-Bath came and said that we will have to pay them more money to fix it. When argued, he said that he will let us know. 3-4 days went by, didn't hear anything from them. When called, he agreed to do it based on our design with no extra cost. 3 weeks later the same glass company came back. This time with band-aid fix. When opposed, he spoke with Re-Bath, and the project was on hold for another 2 and half week. Finally they got the right door on November 2, 2020 and finished the work.
This shower remodeling was a big time hassle for us. Initially we were told that it will take 3 weeks from the start of the project. In reality, it took over 2 months after the project started, and over 3 months from the day we signed the contract. Really not happy with Re-Bath. Would definitely not recommend anyone. I think we could've done a much better job with much better service, faster for much cheaper.

Office clerk Angie was very professional and knowledgeable and set up an in house appointment with Angie in sales. Angie came to our home and was quite pleasant to talk with. She showed us numerous shower options and we were pleased with her representation of the options. We decided on our shower and set up an appointment for installation. We wanted the work done by Thanksgiving and Re-Bath was able to make this happen. Installer Ben and Cameron did an excellent job and our shower was finished in less than 2 days. It looks great and we are extremely happy with the service from beginning to end.

I had a previous project a couple years ago and Re-Bath did a really nice job. When I started looking around to do this particular project, I called them and several other people, and the pricing was about the same. It was about eight months at least before I decided to go ahead and do it. The first people I called back was Re-Bath. I asked them to update the pricing because I changed what I wanted to do with the project. They came in with a reasonable price and since I had used them before, I felt like I didn’t really need to shop around.
Re-Bath was very thorough and fast and they have a good warranty. The fact that they had done such a nice job on my previous project, I really didn't expect any less on this one though it was a different type of project. I wasn't having a shower remodeled. I was putting a new bathtub and the walls surrounding the bathtub and they did a great job. They were very neat and they did everything they said they were gonna do.

We were at Lowe’s looking at remodeling and that was how we heard about Re-Bath. We had two bathrooms remodeled and we had two showers put in. The first one was done a month ago then the second one was finished last week. With the first one, the installation went very well. We were really happy with it and I was totally satisfied. But with the second one, the experience wasn’t as good. There were two guys who came. One was a supervisor and one was a young gentleman who seemed to be in a learning process. The supervisor who had the lead was supposed to come back the next day, give us some paperwork and discuss the warranty. We also had some issues with caulking and other stuff that we thought we could talk with them but he never came back. I called the company after the fourth day and they said they would contact that supervisor and get back to us but nobody ever has.
The quality of workmanship on the first installation was great. On the second one, the actual material for the shower bed and the walls is good. But the whole process at the end there could have been much better done. I’d be hesitant now to recommend R.e-Bath That was a lot of money that we put in for those products and Re-Bath hasn't provided good service. It’s a one-day service generally and they do a great job on most of the stuff. But I’m remodeling the rest of that bathroom in that area myself and I wanted to move forward with my plans. We wanted to finish it up. I couldn’t wait there for any longer than three days.
I went ahead and put caulking into where I thought it needed to be and then proceeded on with the work I had to do. So not only did I not get a response from them but they delayed the work that I wanted to do. Another thing is that the young guy had said that I could go online and make the payment. But the senior guy said to wait until they contact me and they come back. Five days later, I got an email from Lowe’s saying I need to make the payment and that they're gonna hold me liable on all the stuff. That's not right.
We are disappointed to learn of your recent experience with us at Re-Bath HQ, but will take this opportunity to improve. If you would like to further discuss this or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

We heard good things about Re-Bath from several friends plus my brother who used Re-Bath to redo several of his bathrooms and it looked good. We did a tub to shower conversion in February. The designer came to our house and met with us and helped us price everything out. We picked our product and then about three weeks later, James came and installed it, which took a couple of days to do so. He did a great job and he was very nice. At the end of the day, he left everything clean. The quality of work was excellent. We would have loved to have done everything, but it was a lot. We couldn’t afford everything all at once and we wound up doing our floor ourselves. It was a wonderful experience with Re-Bath and I would recommend it to everyone.

Do not do it if you need to finance any part of your purchase. ReBath of San Antonio told us it would be no problem to get us financing even though we were not sure we should get our bathrooms done because of the cost. We actually wanted our entire master bathroom remodeled but by the end the guy who came out was only discussing turning our shower into a walk in shower and putting in a new standard tub for our children. The cost was crazy and I honestly don't know why we even moved forward. But we did and after jumping through some hoops he did finally get us approved for financing. He did not even know our income before he started having us sign. Big life lesson, I questioned it but he said it was fine and he would get us financing. From now on, I will stop there.
My husband and I cancelled the next day. I could not sleep the whole night following our visit from Brian Gutierrez of ReBath of San Antonio. I went back and looked at the paperwork and realized that, because we had to finance, it would end up costing us so much more than the already high number he quoted. So I emailed the cancellation notice immediately and got a response from Brian that day. We also sent ReBath's Notice of Cancellation signed by both of us via certified mail with signature required next day. ReBath signed the receipt on the 3rd business day. Two weeks later we got a bill with first payment being due in October from the bank ReBath got us approved through. No money was supposed to be dispersed in our name. This is SO wrong! I will be reporting and reviewing both companies everywhere until this is fixed.

Re-Bath came up as a specialist when I searched for kitchen and bath remodeling online. So I called them up and found out that they only did bath, but I figured that I'd still like to have them come out and take a look. I described to them what I wanted to do, which was basically remove the bathtub, install a bigger shower and some other minor things. They were pretty upfront and said that they could do the shower and the flooring. But they'd give us names for people to do the lighting and some other stuff. They also told me how they would do it. The enclosure would be a resin-based flooring, synthetic side, but it would be thicker than fiberglass. Their presentation was clear and concise, and the gentleman went over the time frames, which was 10 weeks to make the product and then three days to install it. So my bathroom would only be down for three days and that was the real deciding factor.
The first day they came, they did the demo and it took them a good portion of the day. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The next day, they did the framing. The drywaller came in after them. Then the third day, they assembled the product and then the last day, they put in the floor, which was a half-day. But each day, they cleaned up after themselves and it was pretty clean. It turned out really well. It looks nice and I like it. It has now been about a month since I've used it. It’s holding up well.
It was a very positive experience with Re-Bath. The people in the office were very responsive and were always prompt in their communication. They gave me a week and a half heads-up when they were gonna come and start and the time frames it was gonna take. If you want tiles, they aren’t your guys. But they were efficient and professional. They did the job in the time frame they said they were gonna do it and there were no surprises.

We had a disabled bathroom put in. We did everything full, the shower, toilet, and the vanity. We also had some additional things that we purchased and they put in for us. They did an excellent job on everything and it was very professional. The installation took about four days 'cause they had to pretty much do a demolish of taking all the old stuff out and fixing some of the piping and all the little things that go behind it. The installer would've been done in about three days but there were emergencies. They had to be called away too but we were fine with that 'cause we had an extra bathroom. The gentleman who came and did the work was very professional. He explained everything and my husband was a plumber in the past and he knew exactly what he was talking about and it made it flow really nicely.
We're having a second bathroom done and it is just gonna be a standard one. The salesman that came here was fantastic 'cause he came back about doing the second bathroom. He was here the same day which was awesome and very professional. He already knew what was entailed when he did the job. It's always good to have the same people come back. I really would like the same guy who did the initial work if I requested it, even if I had to wait. But you have to get used to another person to come again. It was my first time ever having a company like Re-Bath come in and they did a fantastic job on the communication and on the marketing part of it. The cost was a little high, but it was great. The installer was very courteous and respectful. He kept everything clean and he stayed in touch. The communication was wide open.

Because of my leg amputation, I had the opportunity to get my bathroom remodeled. I heard about Re-Bath through a friend and they were reliable and had a great price. I bought the walk-in shower about a month ago and Steve, the sales rep, was very considerate. He knew exactly what I needed and he did the measurements. He did an excellent job on convincing me that Re-Bath is the way to go. He was an expert knowledge-wise. He was very precise and he told me exactly what this product would do, the lifetime warranty of this product and he also told me that this product was better than any other product.
The installation went smoothly. The two gentlemen came and did it on time. It took them a day and a half to complete. It was outstanding. I have no complaints about that and I give them A-plus. I had a bathtub but I couldn’t get in it the way I wanted to. But with the walk-in shower, you just move on in with the new shower head that I received, and it fits my needs, especially the seating arrangement that it has. I had my grab bars, three shelves, the seat, the bench and the shower doors installed. Almost everything was brand new.

Our bathroom was pretty out-of-date. We've been wanting to do a bathroom remodel for quite a while. I felt pretty comfortable doing most of it except the shower and we had Re-Bath put in a new shower. The people that we dealt with between the salesman and the installation guy were all really nice and friendly people. I ordered it and the salesman come out early March. He seemed really knowledgeable. He talked to us about how it was installed and what all they put in and everything.
The installation took about three days and the guy did a good job. He put in new plumbing. We ran into one problem when he was installing it. There was an air duct running behind the tub that blocked the new shower. So, we had to have a furnace man come out really quickly and redo that. But other than that, it went really smoothly. They also put in a couple of small shelves for soap and shampoo. It's a nice shower and we like it really well. It's attractive and everybody seems pretty impressed when they come over.

We had two bathrooms redone and Re-Bath did an excellent job. We had one toilet, one shower and a sink in one bathroom. The other one had the shower done and a new sink in the other one and a new vanity. If we did a toilet and had the floor done, that would have been a complete remodel. The installation was excellent and everything was right. They even started earlier, but they called to make sure that was all right and they finished on time. The installer was very friendly. He protected the tile floor by putting cardboard down and every night he left, it was vacuumed clean. The bathrooms look nice and they’re all functional. Our daughters love them. One of them was for my one daughter’s master bedroom and the other one was for the hallway, which was my other daughter’s bathroom. We had another sink put in too in our master bedroom. My wife is happy with it.

We ended up putting a dresser, drawer and a vanity and some other things. And we had a huge bathtub taken and the new shower put in there was over-sized custom. The installation team was outstanding. Their supervisor was really good. The workers are were fabulous.
The people that work in the office were good. It ended up being an outstanding job and we’re happy with it. However I talked to their boss about the salesperson gave us the pitch. He just needed to be schooled a little bit more. When we filled out our paperwork, got the price and agreed to everything he didn’t mention to us, that because the shower had custom glass, once everything came in for the shower, they put the shower in but then they had to stop because they had to have everything in place for the shower before they could make the glass. So instead of having it done in five days, like he said, we had to wait an additional five weeks for the glass to come in. We didn’t get to use our bathroom for about two and a half months and we probably would’ve got the size that is smaller and in stock instead. We just wanted our shower done the way we wanted it. And in the end, everything was fabulous. I will recommend them to people.

In my house, I took the bathtub out and got a walk-in shower. I got a new toilet, a new mirror, a new ground fault plug, new lights, new sink, new paint job, and new floor. Next door, they got a new bathtub, new toilet, new sink, new vanity, new floor, paint, mirror, lights, and ground fault. Re-Bath's rep, David, was absolutely so helpful. I had two separate groups working. A different group worked on mine that worked next door, and they were both excellent.

We went to Lowe’s because they remodeled our kitchen with new cupboards and so, I thought they could do the bathroom but they don’t do that anymore. We went to Home Depot and they are the ones who setup the appointment for us and got us with the Re-Bath people. They setup an appointment, Aaron came out in February, and we picked out all of our stuff we wanted, and it just went from there. Aaron is a doll. He was very, very helpful.
My husband is either in the hospital or rehab center since February. And this is one reason why I want to get the bathroom done because we’re trying to get him a hip replacement. But in the meantime, I want to get all this stuff done while he wasn’t here because it wouldn’t affect his sleeping. We had to have some major plumbing done before we could get the bathroom put in because the house is old and the plumbing is old and the washer was coming up to the tub and he said, “Okay. I can’t have this with the shower.” They tore up my other bathroom in the back. And they had to get in there with a jackhammer, tear up the tile and get down into the dirt. And in the meantime, while that was being done, the guy that was one of the plumbers did stuff on the side. He put in a new sink and toilet and new tile the back bathroom for me. Everything just kinda worked like clockwork.
The installer was wonderful. He was on time. He was courteous, professional. We had a good rapport and he was just a really great guy and did a fantastic job. I couldn’t have been happier with him. I would recommend them. I had my neighbors come over and look at it. They wanna come and see it ’cause they saw their little truck out front, and the installer was here almost two weeks and they’re probably wondering. Everybody thought it was beautiful. My husband’s going to see it for the first time when he comes home. He’s gonna love it, too

I got bathtub, shower and vanity and toilet from Re-Bath. What made me decide to go with them after their presentation and proposal was the ease of getting it all done at once and not having to work with multiple people to try to get everything done. However I haven’t been super pleased with the installation. They’re going come out to fix one more thing. We finished in a week, but it has been tons of follow up. I also realized that the texturing on the walls was awful. They had to have somebody come out back and replace that. They had someone come out to finish some of the punch items and he scratched the vanity, and that’s not even anything I will be able to get fixed.
I haven’t been able to use it and I don’t want to use it until it’s completely done. It’s really nice, really expensive vanity and to get it over the plumbing, they used a multi-tool and it’s not even a circle. It’s like this jagged, nasty cut in this beautiful vanity to get it over the plumbing. Overall I don’t feel that it was worth the amount I paid. It's a lot of money. And they did not even say sorry which could have gone a long way. The tub is nice. The shower is nice. The vanity is nice but the actual installation was not nice.

He was also having trouble standing and doing showers without getting out of breath and having back pain. Pacific Bath came out but we didn't like what they were offering. And so, we had called different companies.
The salesperson of Re-Bath, Celene, was just very nice and very detailed. She went into the master bath and we had talked about what we needed. She wasn't pushy. She allowed us to give our opinions and it wasn't a hard sell, which was nice. But the product sold itself. We did the total Re-Bath, and then we took off the shower and the bathtub, put a double shower in where the bathtub was and then did the standing cabinet where the shower was. New counters, new cabinets, new flooring, everything was new.
She gave us options and we were able to pick up colors and theme. And I used to do physical therapy. So, we were talking about where we wanted the door of the shower to open to make it more convenient if we had a wheelchair or a walker and where to put the grab bars. It was very detailed. And because we had so many options, we were impressed. I also love the installation team. Adam and Juan came out. And there was a third person, but he quit halfway through. But Juan and Adam were very good, very friendly and experienced. They cleaned up after themselves every day. It was really nice.

I’m familiar with the advertisement of Re-Bath on television. I had gotten a previous quote from another provider and I wanted to get a second opinion from a longstanding company like Re-Bath. We had them come out and we liked what they had to say. We did a remodel of the master bathroom. And they were very thorough, flexible and affordable. It took them four days and I love the quality of the job they did. I was very satisfied. The installers were also wonderful, polite, skillful, clean and efficient.

We felt that the cost that Re-Bath quoted was a good value for the money compared to other companies. I love the selection and materials as well as the design that they came up with. The installation went great. It took them five days to finish as they demolished the whole thing. They tore the walls and built a half wall. They had to dig down to get to the bottom pipe drain in the shower and pull out the whole shower. A new shower went in. They also covered every walkway they were gonna walk through in the house. They did a fantastic job and were amazing. I love the shower.

Met with Chuck ** & was very pleased with his presentation. Signed up for shower remodel. Shower was done beautifully, technician was professional & efficient. After installation I had a close call with the bench. I am disabled & security is most important. I called Chuck & left a message but I got Matt. My experience with Matt was a horror. I told him my problem & he told me he had to order special strips to fix the problem & I had to wait a week for it to come in. Two weeks later a technician shows up with a bucket & tells me its a sand mixture that will solve the problem. I had to wait two weeks for a job that took 5 minutes & was not strips. Remember I am disabled. I agreed to accept the solution. After he left I could smell an odor that was so strong I had to open a window & close off the area. Matt did not care & it is a shame because everything else was great.

My nephew in Chicago used Re-Bath and were fascinated. Then I had a shower stall and toilet in one section installed through them. It’s divided by a door and I had a vanity in the next section. I had the shower stall totally gutted. The floor was damaged. They put in a brand-new shower stall surround doors, and they redid the floor and patched a hole that was left in the wall. I was fascinated. They moved the shower head up some. It took less than 16 hours. I like what I chose and the way they installed it. The guy was really a professional. I’m over satisfied with Re-Bath.

Everything with Re-Bath during the installation went great. I like the heated water, the whirlpool and how fast the tub drains. And then it has been straight bad. After we used it twice there's no longer power to the electronic head. The company is trying to do the best they can to get it to us working. But as of right now, it's not working at all. When we called they had people come out and take care of it. But lately we have not been getting a response because, apparently, corporate is the one drawing out the issue. And the last, where we got, corporate is sending all new electronics to the guy here so he can install all new electronic.

We were changing the ceramic tiled walk-in shower to a safer and more attractive walk-in shower for my handicapped mother who lives with us. Donna was very helpful in making sure we had everything measured and ordered for this remodel. Chris ** and William ** were very polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. They worked hard for 4 days to get the demo and new walk-in shower installed. They made sure that we were involved during the entire installation. We couldn't have asked for a better installation crew. We just wished we had another bathroom to remodel. Thanks, Rebath for a quality product and quality people.

I was looking around, then I came up with Re-Bath. I was a little freaked out because of the cost, but that’s what you gotta look at for. The sales rep was very good but it took four months to get it in. They kept telling me some parts were in and we could set up a date. But then the next time, I would get a call and they would say that not all the parts were in. It’s just weird. I signed the official paperwork on 9/17 and didn’t get it completed until last week. Besides that, everything else was great. The workers knew what they were doing and did it as quick as they could get it done. Also, the areas look beautiful.

When we started looking for companies to replace our tub, we looked at three contractors and of the three, Re-Bath presented itself the best. They had samples, pictures and catalogs so that we could actually see what we were choosing. We got the walk-in shower with sliding glass doors and it was installed in January. The installer came in, took out the old bathtub and prepped the whole area for the shower to go in the next day. He crossed all his t's and dotted all his i's. He put drop cloths down throughout the house. Since we had the tub installed, we repainted everything. It looks great and it's fun to take a shower.
Everything was done with care and professionalism. They're also very responsive. When I called with a question or a concern, I got callbacks within the hour. When we got ready to paint, we had to strip out the clear silicone that the installer put in because it was not paint-friendly. It was on the sidewall at the front and at the back of the shower. I called and spoke to Josh. I told him what we were doing and why we had to do it. He told me to give them a callback when we're finished with the painting and they would have someone come out and recaulk those two areas. Everything went smooth as glass.

I worked with Re-Bath and it went very well. They have their own people to do the work which was the main reason I picked them. I got a bid from another company that was about the same price and they were well-vetted but they had subs. When I went to Re-Bath, I talked to David. We got along well and I really liked him. He got my idea and he knew where I was going. He put out some ideas there that I hadn't thought of. Then the crew that was sent to me was on time, neat and tidy. There was no loud music, no bad language and no arguments. They did a fine job every day. They kept me well informed and I knew where everything was every day. The project was finished on time and when I went in to look at everything, it looked good.

I called them because they are associated with Home Depot and they do have a name and something to live up to as a business. So I will give you that. I made it very clear to the person I spoke to on the phone and to the person who came out to give me the estimate what I wanted. He tried to talk me out of what I wanted and get me to sign on the dotted line to redo my wet area of the shower. Which isn't what I wanted tin the first place.
He kept telling me how much better he was than anyone else and how all contractors are crooks and that I was going to spend so much more money with a contractor over them. Then he asked me for quote I had gotten which I gave him. And he said well that doesn't include XYZ. Well A, you don't know that, and B, do you know how much X, Y and Z cost? I do about $1100 more. So for a full gut with a contractor he can do to it for roughly 11K. For you to put tile on top of tile just in the shower alone will cost close to 9K. How is that a better deal. Because you say so? Don't trust these people, all they want is a sale. Find a reputable contractor and go from there.

I have seriously been calling and waiting almost 3 years for a repair person to come and reset or replace one of my glass shower doors. It was not straight when it was installed so it bangs against the side when you close it. When I inquired the first time about getting it looked at, I was told by Bob (specifically of the Pike County, PA area) multiple excuses and "reasons" why the door is like that (i.e. Glass isn't always straight. It can be bowed.0 Your house is not level. Your house must have settled).
I have called multiple times since the original install date. I was even willing to pay extra to install more shelves in the shower stall (which they would have made more money on) and have literally been told Every Time by Bob that he had no one on his route so it will have to wait. 3 years??! Wow. Thanks, Bob. Funny that when I had it installed for $7000 plus dollars, they sent a team within DAYS to install it. But when I need it fixed because it has never been right, I am told every single time that there is still no one in that area to do it. I would never use this company again since they continue to employee people like Bob and just take your money and tough luck with the rest. Very disappointing.

This is our second Re-Bath. We requested the same representatives to come out because of our experience with him the first time. His name is Heath and he has such a good personality and very informative. We were laughing and joking. I didn't feel like I was talking to a used car salesman. It was honest, open, and aboveboard. He showed us all the products. We also requested the same installer because of the experience we had the first time.
They did everything I asked them to do. I wanted a four-foot vanity and I wanted it moved over enough so that I could hide my clothes hamper at the other end because it was sitting where you walked into the bathroom. They said they could put the countertop from the edge of the vanity all the way to the wall. Then, they said instead of just leaving it open and putting ledges to hold it up, they decided that the best way to make it look nice was to have two panels--one on the sidewall and another on the back wall so that it matched the cabinet and if ever I decide that I'd move that out of there and have a little vanity chair, then I'd have that space to do makeup. It looked so nice in there.
I know it was expensive, but it was well worth it. We also talked with a couple of other companies and had gotten quotes but all they did was the tub or the shower. I wanted the whole thing done. We were afraid to do it piecemeal because what if someone came in to do the floors and messed up the tub that someone else had installed? This was another reason that we went with Re-Bath for the second time. We had tile and I wanted it gone. Then whenever they took the tile out around the tub, they left the tile on the floor because it was in good shape. Now, in the first bathroom, the subfloor was not in great shape, so they took out the tile and had to redo the subfloor.
My husband and I are old. I can't get down on the floor, on my hands and knees and scrub 'cause I have arthritis in my hands and he has back issues. I want something that's gonna be easy to take care of, to clean, not something that looks nice, and it's gonna be real labor-intensive for me to take care of. Plus, it would increase the value of our house as well for them to match. After he left, we thought we could actually be with this guy. He's such a nice guy. We felt like we had common ground with him.
I'm thrilled with my new bathroom. I've told my friends and family all about how good the experience was and how I was not out of a bathroom for months. This house was built in the early 70s, so it was a light harvest gold. But now, it looks sleek and modern and it's so much more functional. We loved the first one and we love the second one just as much. I just wish they did kitchens.

I had my kitchen remodeled two years ago and we went through Lowe's because we had a bad experience with a private contractor who stole our money. So, I wanted to go with a national, reputable firm instead of a regular contractor. When we decided to do the bathroom, we tried Home Depot but they didn't contract out anymore. Then we went to a place called Floor and Decor but it was overwhelming and I had to leave 'cause I was getting claustrophobic in there. There was too much to see. We went to Lowe's again but they didn't do it anymore. Then the guy from Lowe's told us about Re-Bath.
Re-Bath called us right away and we set up an appointment. The rep came over and it took so much off of me because they brought everything to me. I picked out of whatever they were showing me and it was much less stressful. I really liked it. There were a few hiccups in the process but Re-Bath was very accommodating and they fixed everything that I didn't like. They also fixed whatever questions I had. It was perfect.
The consultant was the best and the crew was so professional, friendly and accommodating. They did whatever I wanted. I had an issue with the showerhead at one point. I didn't like what they picked. They went out of their way and got me what I wanted. Re-Bath was way more expensive than we had ever wanted to pay or that we could have gotten elsewhere but whatever they said, I paid. My bathroom looks absolutely beautiful and I love it. I am very happy and I can hardly wait to do the other bathroom.

My husband and I had talked about doing some changes to our home but hadn't really started researching it. When I saw an advertisement on Facebook where Re-Bath was offering a discount, I called them just to see if we were even eligible and within the area that they work in. Their customer service was very accommodating. I was going to class outside the city, and my husband was here, so they came out and did the initial inspection while he was here. They also answered all of his questions. When we had to go to the office to go over the different materials, they made it very convenient for me to get out of class 'cause I was already in Waco and filling out a report.
For the installation, I was surprised it was only gonna be one person, but we didn't have a huge job. They did their best to get it done before the holidays, even though I told them we didn't have family or anybody coming if they wanted to wait. But they scheduled it on time. The guy came out, did the job, was done exactly when they said it was gonna be done. So, we've had no issues at all with any of the procedures from point of start to end.

Erin was the one who came and talked to me about Re-Bath. She helped me a lot and I loved her. Reed did the wire and he was great. He was the only one that did the work except for the plumber. He was very polite, and I loved him too. Even though it was just Reed, he got the work done by three and a half days. This house was built in the 60’s. I work at home so I was able to see all that was under there and all the mildew in it. He explained to me what he was doing and I thought it was great. He kept it like the original, and it’s beautiful. But there were a few things that I wish I had known.
Erin told me that it would be a sliding glass door and she told me they can do it that way, but it may be a little bit tight because it was a small shower to begin with. It's very, very tight getting into the shower. But compared to what it was, it’s a million times better. I was really excited. I’m gonna be 64 in April and Erin said this will kinda age with me. The bars are wonderful. I love all of that once I get in the shower. I can get in and out but my grandson could not get in it.
My mother is in assisted living, but if she was here and needed to get into the shower, there was no way I could help her in it with a walker. So I was thinking more handicapped but I wanted it pretty too, and so it’s not handicapped accessible at all. I called Re-Bath and talked to Reed. He said they could take off the little knob on the second door and that would open it up a couple of inches. When I emailed about it and then I called, whoever I talked to said that I could just put a shower curtain up. But I don’t want a shower curtain.
When the guys came out to give me a price on painting, there was a nail that had come through, and there’s about a two-inch place where it had come through. One of the guys said it was easy to fix. It had a shelf in front of it and they moved it to look at painting the bedroom too. Also, Re-Bath didn't replace the sink but they showed me how the pipes were horrible and they did all that, which is great. They also put in a new faucet on there that I love. But the sink has a cut in it and it’s about an inch. I showed it to Reed and he said he was not surprised because the plumber had a heck of a time getting all that pop out, which he needed. Reed said I could get some silicone to fix it. I feel bad because everything else is wonderful.

I got Re-Bath to do the floor in my bathroom and put in a new bathtub. The installation was 10 weeks from the time I signed the papers, but when the people got the items here, it took them about three days. So, I was happy with what they did. I'm just a little worried about the greenish stuff in the cracks where they put the grout down. I haven’t had much time to go in there and either clean it or see what it really is, but hopefully, it just needed to be cleaned up. The job was professionally done, and they did a little bit of plumbing, so I liked that part. I just think the price was super high for my bathroom being so little. I was kind of in a hurry, so I didn’t really explore other options.
The only thing that really bothered me was when the guy brought his son over. My kid just got out of the hospital for RSV then, and the boy was coughing and had a runny nose. But the guy was really nice and understandable. He seems to have his son staying there with him, and when I told him, he got the job done quickly and cleaned up. As a whole, I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

Well they still did not finish. Had to have someone come back Mon and he did not have the grab bar on his truck. I called 3 weeks ago and said that some places had gaps near the seams. I was told Paul would call and make arrangements to have it repaired. I called again the next week and was told the same thing. Still no call about repair. The web site says they accept credit cards and I wanted to put some of the cost on my card as I get cash back and was told I couldn't. They did come quickly to install as I had a leak in my old shower, I think if a man was home I would have gotten better service. Afraid to have anyone else recaulk as it is supposed to be guaranteed. We had a bathtub and sink with vanity installed. They did a good job on the tub, except we had to keep after them about some of the details. However, they made a mistake measuring for the vanity, so the one they brought was too big. As they had already pulled out our old sink, and messed up the pipes, we had to do without an upstairs bathroom sink for over a month until they could get a new vanity from Arizona.
When they ordered the base they should have ordered a new proper sized top to go with it. Instead they just used the too long top they had by cutting it off a couple of inches on one end. As the cut off edge is an outside edge it is visible and it is apparent that it is not quite straight and has a sharp edge. Also, the corner point is sharper than is desirable. They could not have cut off the other end because then the sink would not line up right on the cabinet. In addition, they promised me an another hold bar for the shower as compensation but then they claimed it would not be possible to install after the shower walls were in place because they would not have proper backing. If this was not just an excuse, they should have known that from the beginning and not made the offer.

I'm combat disabled and can barely move. I got five different estimates for a roll-in shower and the cheapest bid I got was $10,500 for all the handicap shower and bars. Re-Bath said their bottom line was $10,000 but they were only gonna charge me what the VA was going to give them. It was $6,800 so they saved me over $3,000. I had the bathtub side done and the rep gave me a fair estimate. I got a window frame, different odds and ends and new fixtures. They put in a couple of handicap bars for me too. They charged me for that and I was very comfortable with the price. In fact, they matched everybody else that gave me the estimate. I worked with Kim and supervisor Josh and they were absolutely wonderful.
But I was not happy Fernando, the first guy who came to install. He tried every way possible to take shortcuts. I was very upset when he said there was no need to rip everything out and bring the new fixtures in. I told him I was charged a substantial amount of money for that. Also, he did not frame the window at all. We wanted it to be like the picture in the book that Kim showed us but he never even asked how we wanted it. Then I wasn't paying attention when he was framing it and when I checked it out, he was finished. He told me the window was too big to be able to do it the way I wanted it. But it was custom-made so how can it be too big? Also, he didn't speak good English so I told him not to worry about it and go. It was a language problem so I don't know exactly what happened with him. But he was polite and a very nice guy.
I called Josh and told him it wasn't what I asked for. He told me he'll send somebody out Monday morning. Mike came, showed me some samples and I told him what I wanted. About an hour and a half later, he walked out with the perfect frame window. When they do the shower side, I'm gonna ask if I can get Mike back here 'cause he was really good. All in all, I am very happy with Josh, Kim and Mike and I am very pleased with Re-Bath 'cause they back their product. Re-Bath wanted to come out that day or the next day, but I wasn’t available. Then a week later, a guy called and said that he'd be here in 15 minutes. I said there was no appointment made. He said that his sheet said he was supposed to be here that day. I said that someone was supposed to call and make an appointment. He then said that he'd mark it done and he'd have the gal at his office call and make an appointment. I haven’t heard from anyone since and it has been over a week. Other than that, the new tub and shower are a hell of an improvement over what was there.

He showed me what it looked like in a catalog and measured everything. He gave me a quote and I pulled the trigger on it and bought the glass for the shower. They then had another person come in and measure it again.
They said that it was gonna be up to eight weeks before the installer comes out, but with it being a small job, they said that it would probably be a lot sooner. They finished up a large project and then did infill work so the installer ended up coming in about four weeks. Installation took less than four hours, but after I started using it, I noticed that there was a leak. The installer came back, touched up the caulk, and it has been great since. All in all, it was a good experience.

Our remodeling experience with Re-Bath was great, and we are very pleased with it. We went with them because had better reviews and they returned our call more quickly than any of the others did. We got brand-new shower-tub combos in both of our bathrooms. The sales rep we dealt with showed up on time, which was very nice. That doesn’t happen a lot around here. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough. I also appreciated the fact that he didn’t take a hard sales tactic, which was very different. We really appreciated him taking the time to come over here and explained that to us and offered what we felt was a fair price. He also let us know upfront that the installation team would take about 10 weeks to come out.
We were very happy with the installation. We were on vacation when they were able to come in and do it, so we gave them permission to come in. They did a terrific job. It was nice to come home and the vast majority of it has already been done and we didn’t have to deal with any of it. The tub is easy to clean, and we had a crack in our previous tub, so I don’t have to try to be careful and watch where I step anymore.

We got Re-Bath to do a total rehaul of the shower and put in a new vanity as well as new floor and walls. We ordered the stuff in July and the sales rep was very helpful. We were told it would take six to eight weeks to get it started, and it was done in September. The installation was completed in six days and the installers were very good and professional. The remodel changed the whole look of the bathroom.

I did a search online and nobody else offered the options that Re-Bath had as well as the general understanding, caring, and interest of Chris, the owner. He was fantastic and the installation team was wonderful. They kept the bathroom door closed for most of the time while they were working and if I knocked to see what was going on, that was fine. But they kept it closed and sealed off so that there was not a drop of dust or dirt in my house. When they left at the end of the day, they opened the door to show me what was going on and when they were done, the floors were immaculately clean. They were incredible.
We redid the shower and got the acrylic for the surround, and for the vanity counter tops, which we also redid, we got the onyx. This is my first ever purchase from Re-Bath. We’ve had four different houses over the years and we’ve remodeled the bathrooms in each of them a couple of times, and the quality is superior to most of the things we’ve used. It’s one of the best we’ve ever had.

The service of Re-Bath is fantastic. I’ve seen one of the commercials and I thought I would call and see what it was about. And from the moment the guy came out, it was so professional. He was friendly and knowledgeable. It was every step of the way and he worked with me on my budget. And so, it was a good fit. I had an old shower stall taken out. I had a new bathtub put in with acrylic look. It looks like tile all-around and the tub is exactly what I wanted. The installation was fantastic. It was done in two days, September 5th and 6th. It was unbelievable. The person that did the service was friendly, professional and courteous.

I'm very satisfied with Re-Bath. They did a wonderful job. I was looking for a place to do it and I hit upon the actual store – the contractor, and I had heard good recommendations about them online and other places. When I checked them out with Better Business Bureau, they had a very good record. The representatives were the folks at the store. They’re in Albuquerque, off the highway. I went over there, saw their products, described the situation, the installation, what I was going to need. They were extremely helpful. They planned it all out. Their techs came to my home to scope it out. It was a very positive experience.
The construction workers were knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me dealing with the Rio Rancho building permits. It was a very positive experience. I purchased a walk-in tub, and they had to break out an old Jacuzzi that I had in there. They did all the tile and electrical work, the full gamut. They were shooting for a week and a half for the remodel to be completed, but the permit situation became a little bit of a problem and took about two weeks for the work to be completed. I like everything about the tub.

We contracted to have our bathroom updated - bath to shower conversion, sink, vanity, toilet, and flooring. It was very expensive and I thought it might be worth it if they did a good job. However, the walls were not sanded and ready for painting as promised. The threshold was not cut to fit and it protruded over the section of the threshold that was behind the open door. The bathroom door did not close because the threshold was scraping the bottom of the door. But the tipping point was the installation of the toilet.
From the beginning, the toilet was not flushing properly. Since it is a low flow toilet, we thought we’d give it a chance. But the flow of water slowed down to a pace that made the toilet unusable, so we called Rebath to take a look. They could not come for 6 days. So we did what any reasonable person would do. We called a plumber, who had to pull the toilet to solve the mystery. We saw that the toilet had not been seated properly and the sealing material was blocking the drain. This cost another $150 to repair a mistake that was not ours.
We took pictures and the plumber documented the problem. We explained this to Rebath, who referred us to Home Depot, who referred us back to Rebath. No one cared to see the pictures and documentation we had. Home Depot had Rebath call me and the rep seemed unaware of the problem and couldn’t understand why we were asking for reimbursement from Rebath. His defense was “Why didn’t you call us?” I explained several times that we did, and couldn’t wait 6 days to have our toilet unblocked. And we didn’t know what the problem was until a plumber came. He said he would try to get approval for a reimbursement and did not call me back to date. Combined with all the other small omissions they made, the incorrect installation of a toilet made the entire experience an unsettling one. Hire Rebath at your own risk. You may have a good experience or you may have an upsetting one.

The Re-Bath gentleman came and he talked to us for a consultation. We were sold on the product, and the delivery. We knew that was what we wanted. We took our bathtub out and put a shower in. The installation was great and very clean. We couldn't ask for anything better. They put down runners in the house, all the way down the steps and they cleaned up. You couldn't even tell it's there. They did a great job. The installation took two days to be completed. I like everything about the shower. I've seen on the pictures, there's a corner seat that's a little bit bigger than the shelf. I wish I would have gotten one of those, just so I could prop my leg on 'cause I didn't get a seat. But I don't know if that's an option to get back and have that put in.

Re-bath advertises on their website that the costs do not change throughout the project. They are charging me $15,000 for a bathtub and two countertops. They did no tiling, no painting, and left two very large holes in my living room and in my kitchen. And told me I would need to pay them an extra $1600 and then on top of that, pay someone else to fix the damage they did in the ceilings. They advertise the project will take 3 to 5 days. They started the project one month ago and it is still not done. I would not recommend re-bath to any of my family or friends. They kept changing the price on me even though they guarantee that wouldn’t happen. It was the only reason why I went with this company, they claimed a set price. I am very disappointed and probably could have gotten a complete remodel with another company. I can’t believe I paid 16,500 for 1 bathtub, two countertops and two large hole in my ceiling. What a complete rip off.

It was a surprise that they use a company called Re-Bath. First a sales person comes and she told us that they would get done sooner, faster and more cost effective than a regular contractor. The quote she gave us was several thousand over the contractors quote for less work to be done. Then the high-pressure sales came in and said we had to decide today to get a discount. We were able to get them down closer to the contractors quote, but what made us decide to go with them is that they said they could get it done by the end of July. We were having a major family event on Aug. 1st so we wanted it done by then, which was still 4 1/2 months away.
We didn't hear from them at all after several months. I started to contact them to schedule our remodel because we had vacations planned. For a month and half they kept telling me they were working on it. By the 2nd week of July, we left the country for our vacation without our remodel getting scheduled. Finally the workers called us, but we couldn't answer our phones in Europe and were gone for a week and a half. We emailed right away to have them email us. Rebath said they would tell the workers to email us and they didn't.
Finally when we got home, they called to schedule. They said they could come the last week of July and be done on August 1st! I just broke down and cried! We have been paying on the Home Depot credit card and waiting for 5 months to get this done! And we wanted it all done before Aug. 1st. I would still have to paint after they finish, so it was very disappointing and frustrating! I asked if we could get some money off or have an upgrade to make up for them taking too long, not communicating well with us or each other. NOPE! They only care about getting their money. They would charge us half for cancelling. They did not apologize for being so late. They were not helpful and made me feel like it was my fault for wanting it done at a certain time.
I apologized later for getting emotional about them not getting done on time and they accepted my apology, but did not apologize on their end. The family event took most of August so we had to schedule for Sept. The contractors that came were very nice and even have suggestions that make things better. The work is done well, but the material is okay. They don't believe in tile and grout. There were some wrong measurements given so what was supposed to take 4 days, took 8 days! We understand that construction can be longer which is why we were willing to go with a contractor and we wish we did.
Communicating with them is difficult. They care most about their money, less about making the customers happy. The material they use is their own proprietary stuff. This was disappointing also, because we paid more than the contractor quote and did not get upgraded materials. I will not recommend Rebath to anyone. It costs too much for the plastic stuff they use and minimal work.

It was a two to three-day project that went more like six. But it went well. The contractors were very tidy so that was a definite positive. We dealt with Barry from Re-Bath and he was wonderful. He was very professional, but yet, down to earth and explained things. He recorded the conversation with Stephen on what they were gonna be doing. The contractor came out after about six weeks, but we were fine with that, as long as we could get them to come in. And knowing that it would be done in one day was a big factor for us. So, we had other things we were able to do while waiting for them. Stephen cut out the shower and the bathtub, and got it down to the studs for them. And then Re-Bath credited us quite a bit of money for that because they didn't have do that. It saved them a couple of hours of work.
The installers got here a little bit late, but that was no big deal. They said that they would do the work from 7:30 to 5:00, but they were out by 3:00. It was better than what we expected. We got the big walk-in shower and we got them to put in a long 36-inch handicapped bar and then a little bit shorter one for my mother-in-law. They put the soap dishes in exactly where they needed to be for her. They also put in three corner shelves, and the Moen fixtures in there. And they put a brace in the back of that so when we want to put in a dropdown seat. We also got the two shower heads, and we can do them both or one at a time. It’s very comfortable in there. And so, when my payment went through the next day, I didn’t recognize the name. I thought it would go through to Re-Bath. And that kinda concerned me because there’s all kinds of scams out there. But I cleared it up right away with Re-Bath. They said, “It’s perfectly safe. This is the name of our company, and the company that’s in Shreveport that owns the franchise is a very big, reputable company.” And they took care of easing my fears.
They did a great job on everything. And the workers that they sent out were very good, and they worked hard. We customized a very large tub to shower, and they did a fantastic job. So, we are very pleased with them. We also added the double sink counter with the fixtures, and the commode. We had another contractor that came in and painted for us, and refurbished and painted our cabinets the way we wanted.
The shower is so convenient for me because it’s a walk-in and they put the handrails where I wanted them, and they have the extended, long metal hose to the thing. My recently widowed mother called them because they had done previous work at her home that she had been happy with. She needed a couple of grab bars installed and she had a towel bar (original to her 1950s/60s bathroom) that was falling off of the tile wall. The new grab bars seem fine and the installer was pleasant, however the new towel rack was not installed into the same holes (it's longer) as the previous one. While the design of the new rack is ok, my mother was not made aware that this was going to be the case or given any sorts of options. Once it was installed, the installer showed her how he put some white plaster (or similar material) over the holes (in the middle of the pink tiled wall). She went ahead and paid (over $500) and then the more she looked at it, the more dissatisfied she grew. She called and complained and received a message back from the receptionist that they cannot help her.
At this point, I agree, as replacing the two pink tiles, that now looked damaged, will be complicated. However, I do think she is owed perhaps some sort of money back. She is going to have to hire someone else to fix the tiles, when/if we can find vintage ones that match, that we will also have to pay for. We are also hoping that your system can be improved upon as far as letting customers know up front what exactly is going to happen (even if the customer ends up opting out of having you do the work). Furthermore, I think after expressing her dissatisfaction, it would have been nice for someone to call her (and make sure they spoke with her) to discuss if any other options might be feasible and how they planned to make her experience with them positive.

He stated that he was alone performing this job and that everyone else was in Aiken, S.C. working. He came into my home and assessed the situation and went to his truck and retrieved the required tools for the job. He laid out his drop cloth over the floors and proceeded to dislodge the old vanity from the wall.
When he got to the point of removing the old vanity from the Master bathroom, he paused and began to look around as if he was searching for something. Prior to starting this job, he called someone and told them that he would need a body, someone else to help him move the old vanity out and bring in the new vanity, which is bigger and heavier. He was at the point of removing the old vanity from the home and bringing in the new one but no help had arrived. After watching this display of uncertainty by this person, I asked him, "Do you want me to help you carry this vanity outside, since no one is coming?" He said yes. We carried the old vanity outside and he came back into the house and continued his work.
I began checking my phone messages. He came up to me about 20 minutes later and asked if I would help him bring in the new vanity, which was located in the garage. I got up and helped him bring the new vanity into the Master bathroom. This vanity has a marble top and it is too heavy for one person to try and carry.I read the contract and I did not see anything in it indicating that I was required to help out in anyway to facilitate the job progress. We purchased our house in 2010, so we're at that nine to 10-year mark where things just aren't brand-new anymore. We had three companies come in, three different quotes and different understandings of materials being used. Re-Bath was the most cost-effective and was able to prove the efficacy of their products and the warranties. Aaron didn't come in as a salesman with, "We start off at $20,000 and you can figure out how we can work our way down." What we asked for, he gave to us, and then he gave us a price for it. He gave us his cellphone number in case we had any questions, and he kept us updated as things changed in terms of setting up the appointments.
We had a tub shower combo and we removed the tub out and made it one big shower. The installation was seamless. Re-Bath called us, made the appointment and made sure they made the appointment with the inspector for our county to come out. A gentleman came and did the whole installation. He was in and out. And asked me just a few questions. I had the shower remodeled with the acrylic and had a new toilet put in. And Re-Bath took out my towel bar and my toilet paper holder. I purchased one just in case for them to possibly install but it wasn’t installed. I had to figure out somebody to install it. Plus, the paint wasn’t included so I had to do the repaint and figure all that out myself.

The Re-Bath team of Chris ** and Josh ** were at our home July 15-19 to remodel a bathroom. They removed the tub, took out old floor tile and installed a new flooring, replaced toilet, and created and installed a beautiful large shower. We are 100% pleased with the work that was done and will recommend Re-Bath to friends and family. Chris and Josh were highly professional, positive, courteous, and very hard workers. From the time they arrived in the morning until late afternoon they worked to do all of this work perfectly. They took pride in their work and the end result looks fantastic.
When they left in the afternoon they closed the bathroom door and there was not a sign that they had even been there. Carol ** was a fantastic, professional sales representative and designer. She did an excellent job and would always return my call or text if I had a question. We enthusiastically give a 5 star recommendation to Re-Bath and these 3 employees. Liz and Bob

I knew that Re-Bath wasn’t the least expensive option, but I liked their marketing, sales, and construction process. I did two complete bathroom remodels with them and it was well worth it. I had the showers, tubs, sinks, vanities, mirrors, and lights, and the workmanship was excellent. So far, the tub and showers are my favorite features. Their sales rep was also very good and the installation took 18 days total, 9 days per bathroom.

We just bought a condo and the bathroom was kind of outdated, and we just wanted to update it. We chose Re-Bath because I like the choices of the backing. To me, it looks like it is not tile. It looks more like a granite to me, and I like that look. We took out a bathtub and we made it into a shower. We liked the idea it had a seat for my husband because he has two bad knees. The rep of Re-Bath knew exactly what I wanted, and he listened to what I wanted. And I thought it was good. And we loved that it was being done in one day. The installation went very well too. He was very professional and he cleaned up after himself. We were very satisfied and we just liked the whole product. The quality was excellent.

I picked up a Re-Bath brochure at the Home Depot in Mattoon then I went online and looked it up. My bathroom was old and things were starting to fall apart, and it needed replacing. I wanted someone who only did bathrooms. I figured Re-Bath would be quicker and know more. I had the entire bathroom remodeled from floor to wall including the shower, toilet and sink. I had two designers, and they sat down, went through all the materials and figured out the cost. They knew more than I did and they were great to work with. The installer changed some of the designs as we went along. This is an older house and there were some unexpected problems. It didn't faze him a bit and he went right along. So, we took about three days longer than what he had planned because of the problems, but he was wonderful to work with. The quality of work was fine and I’m happy with it. It was a great job all around.

I purchased a shower from them and the guy who came out to install it was super. For less than a day and a half, he was around taking the tub out and putting the shower in. He did an excellent job and made sure to go over how everything worked. Thus far, I love the final product and the people and family members who have seen it love it too. I like the shower with the fold down chair. Also, where the water comes out is on a magnet. So, I can just pull it and set it down. I can sit there all day if I wanted to. It is totally awesome. Re-Bath's architect was very thorough in his presentation. He had some creative ideas which were convincing. We got a walk-in shower, various fixtures and sliding glass heavy doors from them. We also got all the top-of-the-line things such as a new vanity sink with fixtures. We also got flooring that goes down on top of an existing floor. However, I had the president of company come because I had a question about the sliding doors. He and the head service person came as a result. Overall, working with Re-Bath was an excellent experience. The materials were what we expected and the installer was very meticulous. We were very pleased with the outcome.

I had a whole bathroom redone by Re-Bath and they did a new tub, new shower, new surrounding around the shower and upon the ceiling, plus a new vanity and sink, toilet and floors. Any questions I had, Nathan took care of everything. He explained everything really well. The installers had a problem with the tub from the manufacturer and it wouldn't drain right. So, they took it back and the manufacturer told them, "Just prop the tub up and it'll drain." The installers said they were not doing that. So, they really went above and beyond. They had some extra stuff that they used on the surround and they did a fancy ledge across the tub, and it ended up looking really good. The bathroom upstairs had a sink that was leaking, and we tried to fix it. The installation team fixed it for me.

They were very people-friendly, so they made the whole experience perfect. They did everything they said they would do, which is pretty rare these days. After about 2 months, some of the grout in the floor is coming up. The sealant around the tub is also peeling. It's like it's not secure. That’s what I liked about it - getting a whole new bathroom. I chose them because of the name - Re-Bath. It's getting a new bath which was what I wanted. Everything was out of there and they put something in that was new. They were the only estimate that I got and the only people that I worked with because I was happy right from the get-go. The sales rep was very nice. The installation took a few weeks because of a cabinet being wrong. It wasn’t what I ordered. But I was in no hurry for it so all was good. I would definitely recommend Re-Bath to a friend.

So my wife and I live in an older home with a less than appealing bathroom. We chose to use Re-Bath since they advertise 4 a day install. I knew the price was high, nearly double what a typical contractor would charge, but the ease of install and the fact they promised I wouldn't go without a toilet or shower convinced me this was the place to go.
I work in the mortgage industry and I know a lot of contractors don't like to work for homeowner's because they're just one off jobs. They usually do shoddy work at higher prices. Since Re-Bath directly targets homeowner's I assumed they'd be customer focused. We signed our contract in November. We were redoing the floors, covering the tiles on the wall, taking out the tub, putting in a walk-in shower, & replacing the old window that was in the shower with a new, double insulated one, that had frosted glass on the bottom; so people can't see you shower anymore.
In November we were told they'd begin work in the beginning of February. By the middle of February I hadn't heard anything; so I called their office. They said the person who does scheduling was out and would call me back that day. They did not. I called a week later and was told the person that does scheduling was out and would call me back that day. I pushed a little and asked why she was always out. They said it was just a coincidence and she would definitely call me back same day... A week later I called again, she was in, and told me she was just getting ready to call me! We scheduled the install for a week from then.
So March, a month late, the installer shows up to do the work. I also let my boss know I needed 3 or 4 days off work to be there while the install happened. He allowed me the time off, but without pay. I was told by my sales rep that it would be a team of installers. It was one guy. The scheduler told me he would be there by 9am that morning. He showed up at 2pm. He tells me that he had a flat tire on his trailer and it took forever to get it fixed. He said that Re-Bath's trailers are all pieces of crap and they refused to pay to fix it even though it's their trailer and he's just a sub-contractor.
My street is a dead end. It's about 50 to 60 yards long. He wants to turn his trailer around so he can work. I have this very small driveway. It's big enough for one car. He asks if he can turn around in it. I tell him it would be better to just back up to the start of the street, turn around there, and back up to where he wanted to park. Instead he goes into my driveway and yard. He dug 6 foot trenches into my grass! He gets out of the truck, sees all the mud, sees the ruts he's put in, and doesn't say a darn thing.
He comes in the house and looks over my bathroom a bit. As he's reviewing all the work, he fails to mention the new window. When I ask him about it he doesn't know what I'm talking about. I pull out my signed contract and there it is! He calls the main office and is on the phone for an hour or more. He comes back and tells me that even though my contract has the window as being installed during the renovation Re-Bath changed that to a post-install. This is seemingly because their sales staff doesn't know how to measure a window and they've had lots of windows come in as the wrong size. I fuss about it and since it's in my contract as being done during the renovation my installer tells me he'll try to get one. I call the main office to speak with the manager. They tell me they'll have him call me back. I call my sales rep. He tells me he'll see if he can find a window and it shouldn't take but a day to get one in.
After all that it was quitting time so the guy gets ready to leave. He tells me Monday was a wash, but he's here now and it should only take 2 or 3 days max to finish the work. He says he'll be back at 9am the next morning. The next day the installer shows up at 11:30am. He proceeds to sit in his truck for 2 hours and doesn't come to the house until around 1pm. He tells me he spent the whole morning trying to get his boss to order my window, but his boss is in his words incompetent and doesn't do his job well. He says he'll have to try to find the window for me. Then he goes to work demoing the bathroom. I call my sales rep, he used to install windows for a living, and ask if he has any news. He tells me he's talked to the manager and it's on expedited order. It should be here by the end of the week.
After 1 hour of demo my installer goes to his truck and disappears for 3 hours. I go outside and he's on the phone every time I go out there. He comes back in the house and says he's done for the day. However, he's removed the toilet. I have a wife and it's 5pm. So he begrudgingly says he'll put the toilet back. I look in the bathroom, the only thing he's really done is take out the toilet. He's supposed to re-tile the whole floor. So he puts down the 4 or 5 tiles needed to re-seat the toilet and leaves. He tells me he'll definitely be at the house tomorrow by 8am and all the demo will be done Wednesday.
Wednesday he shows up at 11am. He once again sits in his truck for the first 2 hours. When he comes to the house he doesn't even give an excuse. He barely even grunted when he came through the door. He just went to the bathroom and went to work. He worked for an hour then went to his truck for 2 hours. He comes back in the house, works for 1 hour and goes to his truck for 2 more hours. He comes back and tells me he unfortunately wasn't able to finish all the demo, but Thursday he'll definitely finish everything. He has just a little bit of demo left and getting the new walls, floor, and shower will be a breeze. He tells me he'll be here by 9am Thursday.
Thursday he shows up at 12pm. Sits in his truck for 2 hours. Comes in and does his normal work an hour take a 2 hour break. I ask him about the window. He tells me it hasn't been ordered yet. He has to do the measurements today then they'll have it expedited and it should be here before the install is done... Well it was supposed to be done that day; so I ask him if he'll finish that day. He tells me he's only got an hour or so worth of work, but Thursday is his family night so he packs up and leaves at 4pm. Mind you, I've been without a shower since Monday. I call the main office, someone tells me they'll call me back. I call my sales rep. He goes on a tangent for 10 minutes and hangs up without any resolution.
Friday my installer shows up at 10am! Only sits in the truck for an hour before he comes to work. He's still not completely done with the demo; so he finishes that, then gets to work on building my new bathroom. He does go outside for an hour at a time, but it's not as frequent as the rest of the week. Come 6pm the bathroom is not done. I do have a shower however. He tells me he needs one more day and hopefully the window will be in then too. Monday he comes in, no window, finishes most of the work and packs up. He tells me he doesn't have what he needs to get the sink drain plumbed in so I'll have to do that. He also tells me the window will not be installed, but it's been expedited ordered and will be in, in 2 weeks. He leaves.
2 weeks later I get a call from Re-Bath's main office. Yes, they can call people back. But they only called for me to sign my final payout docs. They want to get paid for their work. I tell them I'll pay them once they're done. They make some vague threats and tell me they'll sign anything I want them to as a promissory to finish the work. I tell them, "That's called a contract and we already have one."
2 months go by after the initial install and finally a new guy shows up with my window. He comes in, tears the wall down in the shower and walks out of the house for 2 hours. He comes back and tells me they measured the new window wrong and will have to order a new one. That won't take but 2 or 3 weeks. It's being expedited mind you. So what do I do with a hole in the wall in the middle of my shower? Well, he put black trash bags over it and duct taped the whole thing. And now it's May and I don't have a finished bathroom. In fact, my bathroom looks worse than I started as there's black trash bags hanging from the wall.

I asked Re-Bath of Oklahoma to remodel our bathroom about 4 yrs ago. I was told at the time of purchase that work was covered by a lifetime warranty. I recently noticed some ‘pitting’ has occurred in my bathtub. When I called the company, the staff was very rude. They also told the that the tub unit I was sold only had a 3 yr warranty, and there was nothing they could do. They said, "We are not going to discuss this with you.... There is nothing we can do", I was treated rudely and the company refused to honor their commitment to their product. Buyer beware!!! Will never use this company again!!! I feel robbed!!!

We just had a wedding in the family, so our home has gone up 18% in one year and we thought about pulling the money out of the home and getting out of it, and, at the same time, doing the bath remodel. We used HomeAdvisor app to look for contractors that could do it in the area and HomeAdvisor recommended Re-Bath as well. We did the shower replacement and it was done about two months ago. The sales representative from Re-Bath showed up on time and she was pleasant and very cordial. She understood the process and did a good job.
The installation team came out on time also. I let them use the garage as the work area. They laid down mud carpeting, so they didn’t track a lot of dirt in. They did the job quickly. They also didn’t mind me asking a lot of questions and getting in the way. They did a good job and were done within five hours. I like the final product, although there were a couple of things that could be improved on. They installed the shower door, but they missed a couple of end caps, so there were some sharp edges that I didn’t want someone to cut their skin on. They ordered those, then I installed both. I’ve also got a bit of drainage around the bottom seal of the shower door. There is a plastic seal, but it is not quite long enough. The water leaks between the top shower base and the bottom of the door, so I’ll get them to come out and address that or just do it myself.
The only thing they could improve on is the regular routine repair and maintenance. The people at the store didn’t know as much as the salesperson did about it, so when I went to follow up on which products to buy to keep the thing looking new that wouldn’t void the warranty, not too many people knew. Re-Bath would be wise to carry their own line of maintenance products for their shower installs, so they can make some money off the stuff that doesn’t void the warranty. Our experience with Re-Bath has been very good, nevertheless.

We also got several other quotes, and some were higher and some were a little bit lower, but we felt more comfortable with what Re-Bath was doing versus anybody else. For our money, we felt like they were the way to go. We had both of our bathrooms completely remodeled. We did everything - tubs, commodes, flooring, and vanity. The only thing we didn't change out was our lighting. Everything else is new. We had to do the painting ourselves though because they don't do any painting. It took them five weeks after we signed on with them to get to us. They started the project on March 11.
We have nothing but good things about the two men that came out. They really worked hard and we were very impressed with the way they work. They worked non-stop except for lunch, plus they were always here when they said they would be here every morning. We had them scheduled for the whole week, but they got done in three days, which was very impressive and surprising. When my neighbor asked what I thought of Re-Bath, I said that I was very pleased. We came into contact with Re-Bath through Home Depot, which is called Modern Re-Bath here. The designer lady Amy came to our house several times and made good impression with my wife. Amy requested for the plumber to come out, I informed him of the leaky pipes below, he said to replace them all. On the day of drafting a contract, Amy had a note pad, we downgraded from a steam shower and tile surround, to their ssb product for a new shower. Small shower with everything else extra. She put the basement plumbing into an allowance, I want to say $3000, she said that should be enough to fix everything. She also sold my wife on closet hanging rods and shelves for $1000 allowance. The total came to $41000 with new vanity, tub surround, and flooring and lights. She said it will take a little bit to put all that in a contract and I left.
She then convinced my wife to sign a bareboned contract, claiming she will add all the detail from her notes in it. Amy said this will get us on the schedule sooner so my wife signed this contract with my name on the top. Amy promised her she will amend the contract with all the detail from her notes and send it to me in a day or two. 9 days later I received the same bareboned contract from a different email address. Not knowing their arrangement, I did not say anything. I did ask Amy before I left if we will get unused money in the allowance/contingency back, she said yes.
Now forward to present day. The person in charge on site is Hal, nice guy. When I asked, he seemed had no idea about the closet system, so I start asking. The next day Hal said there was a note but did not say much more. Second day the plumbers came, I noticed that night they did the bare minimum, not what I was told. I had the operational manager Jon on the phone and he said, sorry, the master plumber forgot to tell them, they will come and do the rest. The next day Jon called again at my work, saying they will only replace patched copper pipes, and only the leaky drain below the tub to pvc. I said OK, the leaky copper pipes are more of my concern. That night the pipe below the toilet leaked, I had a hard time patching it, so I asked if the plumbers can come out earlier.
Jon called me at work the next day and told me the plumbers are coming but for the rest, they will only repair the patched spots, not changing out the faulty pipes from 70s. I started to email again and called out Amy to respond because she had been silent. I got Beth the GM instead, she said none of the leaky pipes are in the bareboned contract, therefore they will only quote me to pay more. She said Amy will email me to reference her notes to show me how these things are not included.
By this time my wife emailed Amy and fearing her closet hanging system is in danger, Amy email back a price list we had never seen before. In the email she claimed she went over line by line, explained line by line for both of us and signed. She listed the ssp shower replacement at $12100 without shower door, hardware upgrade, niche, light above, and no plumbing allowance anywhere to be seen, definitely no closet system. I confronted Beth that we had not seen this agreement and we would never sign off a $12100 shower and not have faulty plumbing fixed.
Their position is that they will just follow the contract, no plumbing allowance, they do not offer closet system, and start to shield Amy. We have Home Depot regional manager Regan involved, he suggested we have a walk through with Amy and go through the original notes line by line. Beth offer conference call only. I have yet to hear back from Beth. I called Re-Bath national customer hotline as often suggested in reply here, they said they are toothless with their franchises. They can ask, that is about it. Yes, my wife should not have signed that contract and trusted Amy, shame on us. However, this bogus price list and false claim by Amy is now documented. Re-Bath customer service gal said it is a good idea for me to shout from the rooftop, and encourage me to do so. Do not sign anything without all the details written down, have to keep your eyes on the ball all the time!

Got Re-Bath to install acrylic tub and walls years ago and was satisfied until I recently got water retention in the liner. Drained it and now the water is back. Called Re-Bath and they transferred me to their store in Cherry Hill, NJ. Spoke to Kim and told her about the problem, and she offered to have salesperson come out to quote me a complete new tub installation. Asked her if there was a guarantee still valid on the job with respect to water leakage, and her response was that a new tub and wall installation would cost a minimum of $7,000.00! Went to the Re-Bath national site to express my dissatisfaction with my experience several days ago, and still no response from them. Thought they'd extend some courtesy to a past customer but guess that only comes with another check. I'll call someone else to resolve my issue.

We had been talking about remodeling our bathroom for years. Re-Bath was more full-service and we did the whole bathroom with them. Our sales rep was courteous and answered all of our questions. We made our purchase around April 18 and it's been two and a half weeks since the work was done. We watched the installers work and they were excellent. They were like a fine-tuned valet. They worked well together, were very pleasant, fast, and efficient. They kept our floors covered as they went in and out of the house. They also answered the questions we had. They did the cabinets, flooring, and shower. We did the painting. We had a tub before and we had to climb in and out of it. Now, we have a walk-in shower. Everything I had experienced was very positive - the product, the people, the questions answered. We're totally satisfied.

We bought this house in November and the people who owned the home before had remodeled one of the bathrooms but it was remodeled in an antique way. It had the old Victorian bathtub with the legs. The problem with it was that it was completely non-functional. A woman who’s 5’2” could not fit in the bathtub. It was so small. It was actually beautiful-looking though. Then they also had a nice sink but they had no counter or cabinet space. It also had a bidet and we have never used a bidet. Our bathrooms needed remodeling and Home Depot has a service wherein we talk to them about the project and then they recommend certain providers. They gave us the name of Re-Bath and we contacted them.
We demolished the bathroom and put in cabinets, new counters and faucets. We also put in a walk-in shower and took out the bidet. So we got tons of storage, cabinet space and lots of counter space that we didn’t have before. That was the number one reason we did that. Then we had another bathroom that had a tub and shower which was not necessarily claustrophobic but it was a real narrow shower and tub and it had a curtain. When you’re showering, the curtain would be on your skin. We knocked out a wall in that bathroom, took out the tub and shower, and put in a therapeutic tub. We hike a lot and when you go on a 12-mile hike and come home, to be able to get in a therapeutic tub really is wonderful. The main reason we did that bathroom was to get a therapeutic tub in. The other one was to get a walk-in shower where you’re not touching the walls when you’re showering.
So we kinda had two separate projects, and we were told it would be three to five days from demolition to completion. We didn’t believe that but we said okay. The first project took five days and the second project took three days. I was amazed that they were able to come, do the demo and complete the project in as short a time as they did. To their credit, they also didn’t start it until they had all the parts. They didn’t start the project and worked one day then waited two weeks and worked another day. The first project was five straight days and the second project was three straight days. In addition to that, three days before they started the projects, they said they were gonna start and they were there at the time that they said they were gonna be there. Then every day, they cleaned up so that we could still live there.
The two installers were really nice guys. They were very polite. They recognized that they were disrupting our home life, although it was really minimal. Both of them knew what they were doing. There was no wasted time and the quality was exceptional. They did an excellent job with the aesthetics. The salesman had described how it was gonna look and had some samples, and it looked exactly like he described. It’s extremely functional but it’s also really beautifully finished work. It also had to be permitted and the inspections went without a hitch.
It was really a wonderful experience. Even the sales guy was extremely knowledgeable. He was a really nice guy. They were also honest about everything and the quoted price was the price. We changed some things during the process and they told us it was a change that wasn't gonna cost them any more so they weren't gonna charge us a change order fee. So we were extremely pleased. We're absolutely gonna recommend Re-Bath. We also have another bathroom and when we remodel that, we’re gonna call Re-Bath.

My wife and I called for an appointment to have our downstairs tub/shower replaced. The representative came out on schedule and gave us a presentation of Re-Bath's products and services. He gave us the full estimate in writing. Since we had already asked for a bid from another business, I asked the rep to give us a couple of days and I requested that he call us on the following Tuesday for a decision. He agreed. The following day my wife and I decided to go with Re-Bath and schedule a date for the work to begin. But the rep's call never came...and that was that.

We can install 2 30” vanities and do your floor (40-50 sq ft) don’t need walls finished." I’ll do that, no toilet, have a new one. Oh and a nice shower door. $37,000.00! “Gasp” no. How about you buy your own vanities? New price, $29,000.00 ($8,000 for 2 small vanities) no thanks. "How about just the shower with a fiberglass pan and this plastic crap we make?" Re-Bath converted a tub to a handicap shower for my mother-in-law, Brenda. We did the countertop for the vanity, all the fixtures, the shower, and the vanity faucet. The sales rep was great and very professional. We always like somebody to listen more than they talk. Brenda is 91, so you gotta let her figure out what you’re doing, which the sales rep did. I used to be a kitchen and bath designer for Home Depot, so I'm used to making selections. The sales rep had a clue that I might have been in this kind of business, so he just followed right along, and we slow-served it to Brenda. He worked really well. He saw what was going on and went ride with it.
The installation was awesome. It says that the installers need to keep the place in a broom-swept condition when they're done. They left nothing, and Brenda was just amazed at Re-Bath. I asked the installer to explain to Brenda because she was gonna be using it, and the went over everything. The remodel was about $10,000 and in Brenda's mind, $5,000 was a lot. But I explained to her that value is defined by the materials, the labor, and the customer's experience. So she trusted me with the expenses, and as Re-Bath was doing the remodel, Brenda got it. She said all the cuts are perfect, the shower door is fantastic, and everything looks great. She said it was money well spent.

We wanted to get rid of the tub and go with a full shower, and after Re-Bath's presentation, I decided to go with them. I was impressed by the sales representatives' dedication to their work. They guided us and were so nice. We got the wall surrounding and fixtures, and the contractor walked us through the whole nine yards. He let us select everything that we wanted and guided us from that aspect. The installation took about a day and a half, and the installers were so clean and so professional. I would ask them back again soon. I am 100% satisfied with the shower too.

Our experience with Re-Bath... I’m sure this may be confined to the local ReBath but this is no way to run a company and no way to treat the customer. It started with us visiting their booth at a home remodeling show and listening to the sales pitch; we explained our current situation having a tub and tiled on three sides. The sales person told us they would simply cut it into sections and carry it out (didn’t happen like this AT ALL). Salesman came out to the house to measure and write up the sales agreement. Everyone that stepped foot in our house had a guided tour of the underside of the tub where I explained to them the joist doubler that would be right tight to the new drain system.
Prior to starting the job, the local company sent someone to measure and double check all the measurements that the salesman had on paper. Since the tub would be replaced with a shower pan that was 4 inches wider, that meant the drain (center point of shower floor) had to move over 2 inches. At first the person sent to check measurements said the drain would be moving 4 inches after which I corrected saying it will only need to move 2 inches. That should have been our first clue of things to come.
The first day on the job was “demo” day. What they did was cause damage to our house – taking a sledgehammer to the walls to bust off the tile and the cement that the tile was set onto (house was built in the 70’s). The plumbers stopped to install water shutoff valves so that the entire house would not be without water (very nice). Then during the process of installing the new shower base, they drilled a new hole for the shower base … right through the double joist! If you were to google “how to notch a floor joist” you would find a formula explaining how deep a person can cut into a joist.
So while cleaning up downstairs, I questioned the notch depth, whether they have or use inspectors, was told they are allowed to cut that deep and that they “always” cut that way. I explained that sounds like I should call for an inspector; I explained that I have experience in the building trade and the notch looked too deep; the demo person from ReBath decided he had enough and didn’t like me questioning his work and looking over his shoulder; I explained that this IS our house he is destroying. He walked off the job, told us he will never be back, and to call the office and let them know what is happening... which I did.
The next day, a different person came to finish prepping the new install, adding green board on the walls. He installed the new shower sides, caulked all the seams, patched all the nail holes that popped when hammering the walls; he used touch-up paint wherever needed. All in all, it looks VERY nice. The plumbing and building inspectors were called in; the second installer contacted a building structural engineer to determine how to “fix” and support the double joist that was cut out for the plumbing drain.
While looking outside, along the siding on the back wall, I noticed a bump out (or bowing) right along the new shower area – where the excessive hammering took place, cracking a stud, and pushing out. Additional repairs that were done included: disassembly of the new shower (outside wall), pull in the stud that got pushed out, apply the added 2x4 onto the stud and reassemble the shower. Plus they added the support post (4x4) under the damaged joist.
Lessons learned: clarify the “sales pitch”, have the demo people, office people, and work people agree to what is being said, having a more thorough review prior to demo; insist on inspections by having them pull the permits, (plumbing and building), all at the various stages of the process, after demo, prior to drilling, prior to covering walls – especially outside walls. On the PLUS side, the second installer was very conscientious, did a very good job fixing all the damages and installing the shower walls. If I were to have other work done I would request this person.
Herm, thank you for taking the time to leave us this detailed feedback about your experience with us. We would like the opportunity to address all of your concerns. Please reach out to our customer support team when you have a chance. Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you.

I'm really enjoying my bathroom now. We had a tub before and were looking for a walk-in. It's not a very big bathroom but I wanted to see what Re-Bath would be able to do and they were able to accommodate it. I spoke with them and had them come out, and they did well. I purchased the walk-in shower, the vanity and the toilet. That was at the end of November then the work started at the end of January. The installers did their work in a timely manner and got it taken care of.

Our shower was leaking and we kept having people come out to try and fix it. So, we're done with it and had Re-Bath come and rip it out. The sales rep was very nice and helpful. She showed us all the products, and we knew what we wanted but that was way more than we could afford. We made a compromise and went for a corner shower but went bigger. We also got everything that goes with the shower like the shower head and the faucet.
We did it in November but they had to order the parts and it was gonna come in February. However, the glass was leaking so, they had to take the glass out and reorder that. On one of the occasions, the installers didn’t clean up so, there were pieces of metal which wasn’t great in a bathroom because you’re usually walking barefoot in there. Then, in the shower drain, we had one of those chains that helps catch hair. They broke that but then just kinda left it there and didn't say anything, which is not a big deal. I had another one. But still, they should have said something. That was the only thing that my husband wasn’t happy with and other than that, they got the shower to where it’s not leaking.
Deanna, we really appreciate your feedback! We regret to hear of the broken chain and will be sure to address this with our team. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out!

I fell backwards, hit my head under the soap dish and broke my shower tile. My daughter knew that we needed to have that repaired and mentioned Re-Bath. My daughter has a bathroom with the shower threshold. It’s just right to step into that I don’t lift my leg up higher than three inches. Everything is so perfect in there. It’s gonna last a long time. I told my daughter that Re-Bath was the one we had the first time. They didn’t do such a bad service, they just didn’t have the quality that they have today. The sales rep showed us from start to finish what it would look like. I expected him to know his product and he did, backwards and frontwards.
After we got the price of what it was gonna cost, it sounded practical and just to me so I went along with it. He wanted a down payment though. Some companies don’t request a down payment, but he said we have to have at least half upfront, which was $5,000. I was happy to provide that so we could get this job started. He said that by doing so, the contract would pick up faster. It did and I was happy when they could start it. Once Aaron, the serviceman who came, was on the job, I felt comfortable. I found somebody I could talk to for a few minutes. Then he’d get on the job and I stayed away from him so he could get the job done.
I expected the job to go well, but I thought it would take more than one person. I’m tickled with everything Aaron did. He was a skilled craftsman and he didn’t play around. He came in, started his work, and didn’t leave until he was finished with it. It took less than two days to complete. He was so clean, thorough and competent in everything he did. He had to go back and forth to his truck to get his stuff. And when he came in, the first thing he did was lay down covering on the rugs so he wouldn’t mess up or stain it. He did a wonderful job and I love my bath.
Now I have a shower that I have the proper equipment to hold on to that’s deep to the studs. It’s not gonna come loose or be shabby. I tell everybody that comes into my home to look at the shower and they’re impressed. The service was perfect and I would recommend Re-Bath to anybody. I also appreciated the basket that was sent to me. My daughter couldn’t believe they sent a basket and almost fell over. Plus, some of the things were ideal. They sent a squeegee for the glass door that I have and that was neat.

I was thinking of redoing my bath and so I went online and looked at different places that specifically do bathrooms. I called a couple of companies that were in town and Re-Bath was the only company that has an actual showroom, so I went with them. I appreciate that because you can go in there and see their products. With the other companies, you come and talk to them but you can't see their stuff. Re-Bath's people were wonderful. Mike was the gentleman who came here and he was very thorough. He spent over two hours here in my house measuring and explaining everything. Then, if I had a question about whether one thing could be done, he was honest and told me if it wasn't gonna leave much room, or if I wanted to consider the length of something as my bathroom is not very wide.
I had Re-Bath take out my old clawfooted cast iron tub and had it replaced with a walk-in shower. I also had them put in a commode vanity, new flooring, and cabinet above my toilet. I have a low threshold because I did not want it up high and grips on the floor were also put so that I don't slip and fall. The installers who came were wonderful. I stood there, watched them, and talked to them. The first day they came, they were here from 8:30 to 3:30 and worked non-stop. The second day they came, there was a bad storm. They did everything they could do, they were here at 8:30 and they left at around 10:30, but they could not do everything that was left to do, which was the ceiling to put the shower up. It was too wet to seal. But they did all the plumbing that needed to be done. They came again on the third day, and they were here from 8:30 to 12:30.
What I got done with my shower, the fact that they went up all the way to the ceiling, ensures no mode. But you could not get what I have gotten at Home Depot, Lowe's or any place like that. With the showers that you can get there, you can get mode but they don't go all my way up to the ceiling. The color I chose for the shower is so calming and I love it. One of the installers even said that of all the stuff that he has done, he liked the one I chose the best. I also love the vinyl flooring that was installed. It's wonderful and it goes with any color. If I ever did my kitchen flooring again, I want to match it up with that flooring. I also love my cabinet and my vanity.
I really love my bathroom and my family who has seen it has been very impressed with it. Also, the price that I paid was reasonable compared to what I got. One of my coworkers whose church has had their smaller bathroom done told me that I got the better deal for the price. I would recommend Re-Bath to anyone. If you're gonna have a bathroom re-done, go to someone who only deals with bathrooms because it's a major overhaul. Don't settle yourself short.

The salesman Frank, was very businesslike and knowledgeable. He didn't spend time on any kind of pitch. Proceeded directly to the bathroom, took very detailed measurements and then attentively listened to what we wanted to do and gave professional advise without any pressure to buy anything which is not needed. Both bathrooms also had an existing toilet removed and a new one put in. In the other bathroom, the work also involved the sink. The whole remodel took about a week and a half, and the installers were fantastic. They were very much on the date that Re-Bath said that the installation was going to be on. My house has one and a half baths and we really needed two full baths. Besides that, we had a lot of damage from some flooding that had happened last summer, so the baths needed to be redone and we were looking into how we could do it. When I really got serious about needing our bathrooms redone, I saw that Re-Bath had a little place over here at one of the malls that I drove by. I stopped by to see what they had and to talk to them, but no one was there. I left them a message and they called me back. Re-Bath stayed in contact and made an appointment for a designer to talk to us.
Still, we are really liking everything else. I had to adjust because I was used to cleaning with bleach, but you don't do that to these things, you use the more nature-friendly or more natural products. It is a bit of an adjustment for me, but it will be okay. I would definitely recommend Re-Bath. We had a lot of work done, so it was very pricey and the interest rate was high on the loan. But as far as the work and the company are concerned, there are no problems.

Sad to say our experience with Re-Bath was just un-called for, but I will keep this simple and factual. First of all we had our consult with the sales rep, we picked out the layout, the color, the doors, the shower head, the handles, etc... and gave a deposit for the work. Additionally we were told it would be a couple weeks before they could complete the one day install and we would be contacted. No one contacted us after a month or so, we called them! Then the install was set up, the guy came and asked us what he was supposed to do! We told him and he started the one day install that turned into more than one day!
Then after he installed the shower and knobs he said they were down, wait where are the doors? They said we were supposed to get that ourselves from another company! Umm and then had to go back and forth with Home Depot and Re-Bath with the he said/she said issue on the doors, for Re-Bath to finally call and say, "After further investigation you guys seem like good guys so we are gonna do you a favor cause we found some doors that will work!" Additionally this was over 1 month later! We requested a refund because their one-day obligation was not honored and Home Depot who we purchased the services through, just communicated with Re-Bath and only got back to us once or twice during the early stages of this situation afterwards taking Re-Bath's word on their commentary with us! Just Sad. We will never use Re-Bath again or recommend them.

After shopping around, they were a hair more than another company, but the other company didn't give us good vibes. Re-Bath told us everything we needed to know and were very upfront and good people. The installers were great people. They took out an existing shower, put in a new shower with a seat, and then put in a new countertop with two new sinks. It was nice. They did a good job and cleaned up well. They actually did it ahead of schedule, so we were very happy. The actual work only took two days, but they said it would probably be 10 weeks or so before they could get to it, which was okay for us. And it was six weeks and they were able to do it.
Al, thank you for your kind words and this wonderful review. We're glad to hear we delivered such a great experience. If there's anything further we can do for you, we are happy to help. Take care.

The company did come out and do some repairs that make it look much better. I am much happier with the appearance of the product and appreciate that they did address our concerns. I am still upset that we were mislead by some of the things the sales person said, but I would change my opinion of the product overall to be much higher.

Don't believe the promises the sales guy makes while he is in your home. They will promise you they are committed to making everything perfect. Then they film you while you are in the bathroom and they are just stating what you've ordered and don't bother to mention their commitment to getting it right. Then they use that film to say "we never promised that" and, "We aren't fixing that."
On top of that, they make modifications like moving your shower head up 2 feet when you are only 5 feet tall so that you can't even reach your shower head and then tell you to go buy more plumbing and put it in yourself so that you can fix their error at your expense. Plus they make STUPID choices without consulting you like using white caulk under your bone colored toilet on your dark brown floor. They make crooked joints in your shower and try and cover it with wide sloppy grout dark brown grout and then tell you, "Oh well we can't change it." Bad deal all around, hire a qualified remodeling company with good recommendations and get things done right. This place will lead you to believe they are cheaper, but only the product and the service is cheaply done, the price tag for the crap you get is outrageous.

My son is a Realtor, and he told me to try Re-Bath. They did a whole new shower, the countertop, all the accessory lighting and then the mirror. I was supposed to get the mirror frame and that took a while. I was a little disappointed in that because it should’ve been done before Christmas and it ended getting done almost two months later. But other than that, I’m very happy. They did really good and the clean-up was so awesome. Everything was wonderful. And we’re gonna do our other bathroom again next year and we’ll probably use Re-Bath again.

I never seen a company talk down to their customers and treat them like they are stupid as much as this one did. They left the job the last day knowing there was a weak spot, a dip, or what I consider a huge air bubble under the floor. Call it what you want but you screwed up and the point is it was not done right. Correcting me on my use of the word bubble shouldn't even be happening or calling me anal! When a customer is paying you over $13,000 for a job they are not anal. They just expect to have it done right! Not to mention you left mold untreated and just covered it up. Your sales man assured us you would not do that.
A month later you come back out to fix the floor and add even more excuses as to why it's not correct. 1-That's normal. 2-All floors are uneven. 3-Even in new houses floors are not even. 3-I have this exact floor in my house and it's not even. 4-You're being anal. 5-Your joists are not level. 6-Mrs ** you do realize that your old floor was not even. 7-This seam on the subfloor is causing issues. NO actually that is not a seam. That is where you cut a half inch by a few feet out of my subfloor and tried filling it with your leveling putty. And when you put the bathroom back together and called me in to OK the job I didn't say a word. I slid my foot across the area and out came excuse number 8-I fixed it the best I could. The more stuff I put down in this area it started raising the floor in other areas.
Obviously we are not happy and it has nothing to do with me being anal. If you would like me to be anal I can. The shower door frame has scratches from the install and glass door has a scratch and we now have to repaint after having the guy out to redo work that should have been done right from the beginning and it still is NOT done right and yet again the guy left knowing it's still not correct and no phone call was made to us to apologize. In fact I don't think we have heard that one time. Just excuses after excuses.
This was the worst experience for us and we dont even have to say anything when friends and family come over to see it. First thing that's noticed when you walk in is that there's a huge soft spot and now high spots in the floor. The quality of the work speaks for itself. We wouldnt recommend them to anyone. The salesman uses pressure selling and makes promises this company can't keep. Said we were getting what we paid for by choosing them over Tom with a toolbox.
Said unlike other companies that will charge you more for unseen problems. Told us no matter what they found when they took out the shower walls they would fix it and our price was locked in same with our floor that was visibly uneven. We were upfront with our bathrooms issues. We knew our floor was bad and we knew we had a mold problem from a previous leak. Too bad. This company couldn't have been upfront with us from the beginning and just sent us to Tom with a toolbox. Maybe he would have done it right and treated us with respect.

We were recommended by my son to Re-Bath. During the initial contact, the rep was nice and he explained everything and answered all our questions, so we went ahead with the project. They installed a shower and they were very thorough and very quick. The installation crew was very professional, very nice, and neat. They didn’t damage anything. They put stuff on the floor and told us what to do. We stayed mostly out of their way and they installed in two days, which was magnificent. They did a great job. The shower is wider and it has more depth, and the quality of the materials looks like they are top-quality stuff. They even told us how to clean it and how to keep it from tarnishing. Everything was put in its place, even the bench, and we love it. I would recommend Re-Bath to my friends saying, “You’re getting top-quality.”

We had three other bids that came out, but none of the other salespeople were as buttoned down as Tiana at the Re-Bath Meridian office. She had her act together. It wasn’t the best price of the others, but the samples that she had were bigger. She was here for at least two hours measuring and I got a level of confidence with her sales pitch. She showed me some samples and I saw one that was really nice. She advised me on how our shower was way too short, so it needed to be higher. She also told me it would look bigger because of the way the old shower was installed versus what they would do. Then, she set up an appointment. We thought it was gonna be much later in January when they would be able to put it down, but for some reason, they were able to do it at the beginning of January. So, we set up a time and they were here on time.
The people that were here were all great. They were here on time and they were done quicker than we thought. It only took four and a half hours and there was absolutely no mess. I couldn’t be happier. It was absolutely better than I even expected. It was awesome from the first sales call to when it was all set and done. Then, there has been a follow-up where they called to make sure and they asked for a survey. The only thing I was concerned is that the survey site they sent me to was Re-Bath for Twin Falls. I had to make sure that they understood I dealt with Meridian in Idaho. Other than that, everything was great and clean. There was not a speck on my floors or anything anywhere. It was perfect.

My mom had arthritis in her knees and legs. She's had leg problems for years. Therefore, she needed a bathtub with easy access of getting in and out. My family had been in construction for years. My dad was until he died and my brother was at the beginning. But he was busy so she decided to just go with something that was coming in and redo it in a timeframe that they did. We saw Re-Bath on TV and called, and they came right on out. My sister has a certain shower in her house and that’s what my mom wanted off the top. The sales representative was a good person. He came in and showed me everything ‘cause while my mom was in the hospital, I handled everything. And then my uncle came down when I came to work when they remodeled it. I met the team when they started at 8:00 and I was with them through the whole thing. It took them exactly from about 8:00 to 2:00.
The experience was good. Once we talked and got everything situated, Re-Bath came right on out, took care of business and was taken care of promptly. I wanted it done after I talked to them. My mom was going to the hospital and she had to do about a week in rehabilitation. But right after I got with them, they got out there in a couple days. In 48 hours, they got there and they were knocking it. They did the whole thing and they had it all ready for her before she got home. She was surprised. Also, when I called Re-Bath and they needed something, they got right back with me. There was no playing around and no waiting. They did what they said they were gonna do and the salesman did everything just like we wanted it done.

I made this purchase two weeks ago and the sales reps were all very nice and professional. We had an idea of what we wanted and they told us the options that were available. I had the showers replaced in the master and in the guest. I went from tubs to walk-ins. The installation experience was very smooth and the installers were very professional with what they did. They did each bathroom back-to-back and it took them a day and a half. They explained everything in advance and they were very well-organized which was great.

I have been seeing the commercials of Re-Bath on TV. I have also seen a few of their trucks around Crane and Odessa. We've been wanting to do our restroom for a long time and I knew no other people would do it. I didn't wanna bring in somebody as a contractor that would work on it and then if I needed him, I couldn’t find him anymore. With Re-Bath, they told me that they're always gonna be available because they have an office. That's what I liked about them. And the person who came to do the job showed up by himself. His name is John and when I asked if he got some other guys coming, he said that there was none and he has been doing the job for six years all by himself.
First of all, he removed the commode, the sink, and the vanity. Then, he took out an old bathtub that we had. The faucet was leaking so we had to have it done as well. While he agreed to do the job, he needed to knock out all the walls in the restroom and part of the ceiling. John said that since we have insulation in the ceiling, he can just add sheetrock which will make it stronger and we'll still have our insulation. It was a great idea and I would have never thought of that. He then installed the walk-in shower, which I’m proud of. He also did all the plumbing.
He installed the floor and the little closet that we have in the restroom, and he put back the walls, as well as three lights that we had. He also installed the little heater and a vent that takes out the heat vapors where your mirror won’t fog over. Although it took him a little bit longer since we had some problems with the vanity, he had done it all in a little over seven working days.
All in all, we are totally satisfied with everything John did. Every problem that he had, he was able to solve within 15 minutes. He also said that if I got any problems, I should let him know and he'll explain the best he can. If I ever want anything done at my house again, I want John to come and do it. My neighbor asked if one man did everything, to which I said yes, and he was surprised.

Re-Bath's ability to get the job done quickly as well as their lifetime warranty on the job were the reasons I chose them. The salesman was polite and friendly. And while my experience went smoothly, there were a couple of hiccups with the pipe leaking overnight because the installer didn’t seal it. Also, there's one wall that doesn’t have support behind one part. The wall moves a little bit on the right side of the bathroom where it meets the shower wall and they needed to cut out the sheetrock and put a piece of 2x4 in there to raise it. There were also some spots that needed a little more caulking.
They could have someone to oversee when the job is done and do an inspection to make sure everything was completed 100% perfectly. I had to do the inspection myself and then I came up with those things. And while the price I paid was a little too high, I was overall happy with Re-Bath. The installers were quick and clean, and they're very accommodating on the small issues that I had.

Very aggressive sales tactics, in spite of being offered a free estimate at the outset. Did not get breakdown of material and labour costs. Messed up on shower door which took 3 trips to fix. Water leaks from shower door when standing near the door. Very expensive for a shower remodel. Cost me $7997 for shower remodel. This company along with home depot rips off seniors. Home Depot's site even states that bathroom shower remodel should cost only $3500 to $4000 dollars.

Several months ago, I called Home Depot because I needed a new shower. My old shower stall had big rips and it was ready to collapse. So, Re-Bath came to my house. I really wanted a new shower stall, but the salesman directed me to a whole new shower. I picked the materials. Workmen came and they did a good job. Problem is, I hate it. The floor is so slippery I had to buy a Mat to put on the shower floor. The grab bars are not comfortable. I do not like the shelves. The big problem is turning the water off and on. I hate the fixture that I picked. I thought I would have a good strong water pressure. But I don't have that. I called Re-Bath and asked if I could get new fixtures at my expense. The expense was very high and the associate suggested I try to get used to it. But I still hate it. Here are my questions: Why didn't the salesman suggest a new shower stall only? Why is the floor so slippery? Can I get more water pressure? Sad about my shower.

I was having knee replacement surgery and there was no way that I could get into a garden-sized tub. It was too tall on the side so it was gonna be a safety factor. Since I had heard nothing but positive experiences from Re-Bath, I thought I was gonna go ahead and give them a shot. The sales representative came out on a Saturday morning because I teach school and that was about the only time that I would be able to see anybody. We chatted for about an hour. We got samples out, went in my bathroom and figured out what we wanted and what would look best. We had it figured out pretty quickly.
They came in a week out from my total knee replacement surgery and I was able to walk through with them. Instead of going through the house completely, we were able to go out a side door and around. We were able to get everything done for them to move in and out of the house with least path available to them. The one thing is that they went through and took off things on the wall that would have fallen during their construction and demolition. There was not any problem at all. We got everything laid out and there wasn't a lot of questions to do with me having to walk around so I was able to get back and go through my recovery.
They took out the garden tub and the shower and replaced it with a walk-in shower and bench. Since then, I’ve shown off my new shower a lot and everyone is saying it looks awesome. They're asking where I got it and I have praised Re-Bath over and over on how everything went. I’ve given Re-Bath a lot of positive feedback and I hope it turns into good experiences for other people.

If you want a bathroom remodel, Re-Bath is the Cadillac right there. That’s who you wanna go to. I’ve never dealt with anybody quite like them. From the beginning, they did exactly what they said they would do and at a good price too. The experience was outstanding. Initially, I went over to Odessa, where Re-Bath's main office was. I talked to a little girl and she was great. She answered all my questions and when we decided that we wanted to talk to the consultant, she explained to me that it was gonna be X amount of days before they could get in there. And he showed up when she said he would. Then when he got there and we decided to go ahead and do it, he told me how many weeks out they were and that they could start ordering materials.
Everybody that I dealt with, including the lady up in Amarillo, had exceptional customer service. The kid who did the install, John, was a craftsman. He showed up right on time everyday and worked all day long. He was right off the chart. I told him to take a break but he just smiled and kept on working. They did a really good job, all the way around. We did a complete remodel on both bathrooms. It was in August that I first talked with them then we actually got started in October and we were through before Halloween. And we’re so happy with those bathrooms. Every time I get in that brand-new walk-in shower, I just smile. It’s wonderful.
Best wishes,

We love Re-Bath. We have a condo in San Antonio which we bought kinda low-priced and we knew it needed a lot of work. And so, we remodeled it and we did our master bathroom. We were in San Antonio and we saw Re-Bath's advertisement on TV, and we liked it. We went to the main facility they have there and we looked around. We looked at prices of stuff and we thought they were reasonable. We also decided to go with them because of the material they were using. It was gonna cost us a lot more removing the tub and putting tile. So, we have a shower that we remodeled and just decided to put tile. We love it so much because it’s easy to clean.
The sales representatives at Re-Bath were really good. They get back to you if you have any questions. We arranged the installation day. We had to set a date for them to be there. So, we made an appointment so that we could go back to San Antonio and have that work done. They were very good and they did well. We had them do our two bathrooms and we’re satisfied. Go for Re-Bath. I recommend it highly. In fact, I called their office to see if they could do our bathroom here in Corpus, but they don’t have a facility here in Corpus Christi.

We had two remodels coming up on the bathrooms, and we had checked with some other companies and didn’t like their products and processes. Re-Bath was our next one to check with and before we called them, we had attended a RVOS dinner. And the couple that sat across the table from us were talking about remodeling homes and a lot of people were in a remodeling process. They said they had just finished their bathroom and when we asked them who they used, it was Re-Bath. They were extremely happy with theirs and so, we went ahead and put in our request for a consultant to come and do everything. We put it in online, and then a couple of weeks later, they got in touch with us. We got a visit lined up, and then we went from there.
We had a tub removed and replaced it with a walk-in shower. We had them add four shelves and handicap bars. We had lots of interactions with Brad. He was Re-Bath's sales rep and he was a lot of fun. He made the process interesting, was very open upfront about what our options were, and he was really easy to work with. The installer did a great job, too. One of things I really appreciated is how he cleaned up everything. From demolition to every step of the way, he didn’t leave until everything was clean. He started on a Monday and finished on Thursday. And had it not been so terribly cold that week, he would have been able to finish on Wednesday. The cold kind of slowed things down. We’re gonna do the other bathroom, too. We were pleased about this.
