Very disappointed. Our bathrooms were a little quirky, but Re-Bath didn't identify that upfront. They flooded pour downstairs neighor twice and caused damage to the condo building exterior. We have had to have plumbers correct some of the faulty installation. This was by no means a cheap project but Re-Bath consistently underperformed.

Women - be warned! I called ReBath to get a quote on remodeling two bathrooms in my home. When I was called back by the representative, she kindly asked for all my information, which I gave her. She then attempted to book the in-home consultation. She asked for times when my husband would be available. I told her my husband would not be making any design or financial decisions on the remodel, so it would just be me. She then told me it was company policy to have my husband present at the consult. I again told her I was the decision maker, and she would not budge on their policy. I was shocked! What kind of 1950s policy requires "the husband" to be present to make decisions.

Last year, we spent 14 grand on a remodel using Re-Bath. The installation of the showerhead was completed before the side glass was installed. So when we took a shower, the water would come out of the side of the glass. I contacted Anna, the person I had made a contract with. Instead, I spoke to Gaby ** and explained the issue I was having to her. She will get with me in 7 to 10 days.
After 7 days, she proposed that I buy a shower arm extension and pay $280.00 to have it installed. I explained to her that it was an error in the installation of the arm extension and the showerhead, and I should not pay $280, because it was not my error during installation. Finally, I received another email reducing the price to $140. Or buy a sliding door for $1500. I emailed them back, informing them that the proposal was not acceptable. I haven't heard from them in 3 weeks. Bottom line, they created the installation error, and they refuse to correct it without a cost. Bad customer service, and they could have accommodated me without the cost. Pompano Beach Florida.

We recently had a Re-Bath renovation of our master bathroom that included a laundry area, and I can confidently say the entire process exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The initial consultation was thorough yet relaxed — they took the time to understand my needs, style preferences, and budget. They brought a variety of samples and walked me through different layout options, finishes, and accessories. I appreciated how they balanced aesthetics with functionality, helping me choose a design that not only looked great but also worked well for my daily routine.
Scheduling the installation was easy, and the team was punctual and professional. They arrived exactly when promised, protected the surrounding areas to prevent any mess, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. The installation itself was completed in just a couple of days, which was impressive considering the transformation. They also handled the removal of my old shower, bath and vanity, disposing of it neatly and without disruption to the rest of my home.
The finished bathroom is a huge upgrade. The walls have a sleek, modern finish that’s both stylish and easy to clean. The fixtures feel solid and well-made, and the glass doors glide smoothly without sticking. I’ve noticed the water pressure is excellent, and the drainage is quick, so there’s no standing water after use. The space feels brighter and more open, making my bathroom look larger than before.
The value for money comes from the combination of high-quality materials, skilled installation, and a strong warranty that gives me peace of mind. I didn’t have to worry about coordinating multiple tradespeople or dealing with unexpected issues — everything was handled by one team from start to finish. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a stress-free, professional bathroom upgrade that blends style, durability, and convenience, Re-Bath is an excellent choice. The quality, speed, and long-term reliability make it a worthwhile investment.

I went through HOME DEPOT for Rebath, they called and set up appt. The female rep came to my house unprepared with selection of tiles, or panels. She had 1 panel example with her. She knew nothing about the tile process. I was told a male will contact me about tiles, when asked about samples and colors, she had no samples or idea of pricing. She never contacted me after I called and asked rep for her to return my call. She was very unprofessional and unprepared. I will not be using them and will not refer them to anyone. Installation was quick and the installer courteous. Was very happy with the results until I noticed a gap between the shower wall and the caulking. Enough for water to get into. We were still within warranty, so we called and someone came out to fix it. However, after a couple of years, it's started to do the same thing. Also, there are other gaps in other areas where mold is starting to grow, and because of where it is, it can't be cleaned properly unless I gouge into the gap and mess up more caulking.
And now I notice a gap in the corner of the footrest where more mold is growing and is very difficult to clean or even prevent from growing without damaging anything. Also, the plastic parts on the edge of the door and bottom of the door are easily damaged, and water gets trapped, causing mold to grow quickly. I've tried making sure these areas are dry after showering and cleaning, but it doesn't help. Aside from literally cleaning every day, I don't know what to do to prevent this. I want to be happy with my shower because overall it's beautiful. I'm just not happy with some of the workmanship.

I was contacted by Re-Bath due to the fact I was in Home Depot looking to have a tub to shower conversion and was informed Re-Bath was their provider. I was contacted promptly - MANY TIMES - to discuss and set up an appointment. I fully disclosed I was interested in a quote and will make a decision from there. The two men who came were very professional and verbally quoted me a price. I requested a quote proved to me so that I can look this over and discuss with a family member. I was assured I would receive one the next day. That was over one week ago. Response - crickets!! Re-bath then sent a text on Friday (two days later to inquire about my experience. I wrote that I have NOT BEEN CONTACTED - NO CALL - NO QUOTE. The verbal quote was extremely HIGH. After contacting a number of contractors was told that this was an inflated quote and not to proceed.

I would give negative stars if possible. You are better off finding a local handyman to do this overpriced, substandard work. I went through Lowe’s to get just my shower walls replaced (and shower head, water handle). I specifically asked for the old tile to be removed which the 2 men that came to do the work weren’t even going to do. When they came back to install the walls one of the men was sick in their truck the whole time. I have 2 corner shelves and the caulk is already separating from them (even though I’m using only the approved cleaning products for the material). The shower curtain bar is sagging because they stripped out the screws when installing and now it cannot be tightened. For $6000 you would think I could have gotten more/better… So glad I’m still paying for this and it’s already falling apart. DO NOT USE!!!

This company is just prowling for old boomers with more equity than brains. They send a salesperson over to your house, not to provide an accurate price quote, but to lure you into signing a massively inflated contract without thinking first by using hard sell sales tactics. Asked to replace a bathtub, nothing else, and got quoted nearly $16,000 nonnegotiable for a 2 day job per the persons estimate. Absolutely absurd figure that they refuse to itemize. Then they pressure HARD to sign right then and there, after wasting your time for 30+ minutes asking cult-ish leading questions about why I, the consumer, think that Re-bath is the best company ever created. It's all designed to get a sucker to sign. NOPE.

I was initially impressed by the promise of a full bathroom remodel in just three days. In hindsight, I should have asked myself whether I wanted the job done quickly or done correctly. Buyer beware. First, I believe we had to wait approximately three to four months for our installation. From the time we ordered our products to that time, we heard nothing from Re-bath. I finally had to call to find out when we would be scheduled for our install and they immediately added us to the calendar. Our installer, Steve, was courteous, professional, and respectful. He made us feel comfortable having him in our home, but he was alone, and he said he usually had a helper.
Unfortunately, most of our experience has been deeply disappointing. Their salesman made multiple false statements. He told us the tub would be non-slick. That’s not true. He said a handle would be installed to grab when stepping inside. That wasn’t true. He said our exhaust fan would have a sensor and automatically run when moisture was present. That definitely isn’t true either.
The siding for the shower did not look like what I thought I had picked out from the salesman’s computer and small samples. It was blue. I definitely don’t recall choosing blue. It doesn’t match the color of my bathroom. The end product also looked somewhat sloppy with thick, visible caulking around the tub area. One of the biggest problems is the tub creaks loudly. Whoever takes the first shower of the morning wakes up everyone else in the house. Multiple service visits have not completely fixed the problem.
There have been additional issues. Our exhaust fan drips. The tub spout has a stream during showers. The knob from the shower diverter came off. The floor makes a cracking sound in one spot where there is a dip. One baseboard, original to the house 30 years ago was missed and still hasn’t been replaced despite the many opportunities during visits by technicians for the tub.
In the months since July, Re-bath has been to our home multiple times to work on the tub. I have asked if we need a mortar bed, but they don’t do those, and they do not feel support is the issue. Their last visit was Wednesday. It was a terrible service experience. I was told they were coming to completely take out the tub to find the creak and to work on the other issues.
My husband arranged to be home to let the technicians in, then he left. He said they seemed upset to be here and expressed frustration with the work order because they didn’t hear the creak when they stepped into the tub. That was unexpected because it creaks with every shower we take, but I also didn’t understand why they were diagnosing the creak instead of starting on the work. The creak isn’t new. They’ve heard the sound before, and we had a plan in place (their plan). But apparently, they left shortly after my husband and did no work because they said they heard no creak. They didn’t notify me they left and were not going to do the work. I came home late that evening to find an empty house with MY DOORS WIDE OPEN, not unlocked, wide open and no one home.
Needless to say, that ends my trust with Re-bath. After months of rearranged schedules and unfulfilled promises, I feel like I need to hire another contractor to correct the issues. That will be another expense on top of this $16,000 remodel. Did I mention the tub feels like a rock when you sit in it? It isn’t flat. It has a slope with a higher back that descends toward the drain. I didn’t know that would be the case when we purchased it. It’s not comfortable for those who want a good soak in my opinion. I can’t recommend Re-bath for a tub installation. Maybe they do beautiful showers. And I wouldn’t leave them alone at your house. Good luck.

My salesperson was extremely friendly and seemed ok. I signed the contract and paid. The first day of demo to the 3 tiled walls in my shower resulted in wall damage on the other side of those walls. Multiple large holes, hairline cracks in the walls. The crew cleaned the floor and left without telling me. I found the holes and cracks after they left. The third wall was in my full linen closet. Wall debris all over my sheets and towels.
I texted my salesperson who had someone in Production call me. He said this was not an unusual or unexpected occurrence. My salesperson never mentioned this! I have texted and emailed him several times asking for him to call me to have a conversation about why he didn't give me an opportunity to decide if this was something I could accept. He won't call me. As for Re-Bath, the filled the holes, didn't fix all the cracks, and I will repaint. I cannot recommend this company. Overpriced for what you get.

Home Depot (HD) recently shared an offer to contact them if interested in free bathroom remodeling estimates. Rebath supposedly has secured a national contract with HD to provide free estimates or consultations. Unclear what else is involved in the partnership, as it lacked transparency.
1. During scheduling of the estimate, Rebath shared that I could not purchase bathroom remodeling products directly from Home Depot; Rebath stated they purchase the products themselves; unclear if they purchase from HD at reduced rates or another source?.
2. Designer wanted a response that day. Said project was around $20k. I shared I was only interested in estimates (as HD offered). The scheduler insisted that the designer would want me to pick out and sign for products. Scheduler was unclear if this action was a 30-day hold, involved restocking fees or other limiting consumer constraints.
3. Rebath eventually provided an estimate after several weeks of follow-up. The $30k estimate arrived without itemization for a very tiny/tight gutted bathroom.
I felt Rebath attempted to use hard sell tactics to secure contracts, without a review of the details or finer print. For example, are workmanship issues included in the touted long-term warranty policy? How does the practice of opaque pricing avoid misunderstandings and mistrust? There was no service justification in the estimate, nor understanding of what is top-of-the-line products vs. functional, ...
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any confusion regarding our partnership. Our goal is always to provide transparent and trustworthy service to our customers. We will certainly look into your concerns and make sure there is clear communication in the future. Let me start by saying this was my husband and I 1st bathroom/shower upgrade and to say I am very disappointed is an understatement. We went to Home depot as most do with high expectations for a new shower we could both enjoy. Not at all what we received. Our project consultant (Drew) was very helpful at first but we were not pleased by our follow up or initial results. We were told by (Drew) we could not get a shower door as there was not enough room in between the shower and toilet and it was suggested by (Drew) to go with a shower rod as we had with our old shower. Upon completion of initial shower install. The pressure from the shower and lack of shower door caused shower curtain to come up and water from the shower went everywhere. Not to mention I ordered a specific shower head I did not receive.
I then called Re-bath with concerns and spoke with Hunter/Chase and was told we could NOW receive shower door... without either of them visiting my home to see space. I felt that was suspicious. But ok if I could get what I initially wanted then this would be great. WRONG... Chase told me the cost of the door and shower head but not once did he say this could not be included in the original contract. 1st shower door per Chase came broken and a new door would have to be ordered. Very disappointed as by this time i have been unable to take a shower in this $11,000 shower that was ordered in May and still is not complete as of the 1st week in September. Shower door is finally installed and then I get harassed by (Chase) for payment as this is not added to my original contract at no fault of my own. I am then told my (Chase) I need to contact my finance company or apply this to my personal credit card as they are in need of payment.
I then contact Home Depot to lodge a complaint. They reviewed my complaint and said I would need to either pay for door or establish another account with Service Finance which will result in 2nd account to cover the cost. Fast forward to now I feel cheated and taken advantage of and not only will I not recommend Re-bath but I refuse to give Home Depot anymore of my business as a result of this. I hope this review helps someone else make better choices in any home improvement projects in the future. I am definitely now a Lowe's shopper. Thank you for reading.

I began searching for a company who would complete a small bathroom remodel in a short timeframe. I’ve worked with Lowe’s on a previous remodel and decided to see what they had to say. They explained they contract with Re-Bath but financing can be completed through Lowe's. This sounded perfect and I continued on with the free consultation. While the staff at Re-Bath was very eager to get my consultation set up, they weren’t as eager to keep in contact when the timeframe I was provided was no longer accurate.
First - the salesman that came to our home was very friendly and appeared to be knowledgeable and really cared about our wants with this remodel. He explained the lifetime warranty, that the products were made in their own manufacturing facility, and it was all custom made. I wanted some time to think through things because the price was much higher than I’d hoped for. After feeling pressured by the salesman (because I felt bad that he said he’d have to drive an additional 2 hours to come back to our house for measurements), I agreed to the remodel and began signing my life away.
Next - We were informed that the surround wall would come in one piece and that we wouldn’t see any seams, which makes sense if it was all one piece - but this is not the case. We were also told that we wouldn’t have built-in corner shelves - also not the case. We do have shelves, but they are not built in. At the time of the consultation, we were informed the projects were 4-6 weeks out… very understanding and we had portions of the demo to do as well.
Fast forward 4 weeks, I reach out to Re-Bath and ask for an update. At this time, they don’t have any information for me as they wait on the product. Several weeks go by and once again I reach out - no update. Two weeks later, I have to contact them AGAIN to get an update. They tell me they’re waiting on one more piece to finish (but don’t inform me of what piece). I explained my frustrations on how everyone was so fast responding and eager to get my sale, now that they had it - they couldn’t care less on reaching out to their customer to inform them of the installation delay. I tried reaching out to the salesman, via text, where it shows the message being read, as expected - no response.
Within 10 minutes of that phone call, I am finally hearing from the scheduler... it just so happened my bathtub was scheduled to be delivered that following Monday and they just so happened to have time from Wednesday - Friday to complete the installation. We were told the installers would arrive Wednesday between 10-1130 - they showed up at 1215 - no call to inform me they would be late… while they did have lengthy drive time, they spent roughly 3-4 hours per day actually doing the installation. All in all - the product itself is beautiful (not worth the money)... but the rest of the process through Re-Bath could benefit from changes. They may appear to be customer-focused, but that changes once they get your signature and your money.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for any delays or miscommunication during your remodel process. Your feedback is truly appreciated and will help us continue improving our services. We’re glad to hear you’re pleased with the final result and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Updated on 11/13/2025: I got my installation completed November 11, 2025. Previously, I had disagreements with Re-Bath about pricing. They justify their pricing and inability to cancel a contract (even before installation begins), stating that items are CUSTOMIZED and shipped from out of state. (I'm in Tennessee). They are unable to resell customized goods, they say. I challenged exactly HOW CUSTOMIZED everything is. It did not matter.
So, I went ahead with an installation (though Re-Bath worked with me a bit on the pricing.) The installer informed me (AFTER my old tub had been broken down), that my "customized" tub with Re-Bath was too big. I would need to have my doorframe knocked out, or I could go with another tub they had. The other tub reportedly was the same but would properly fit my space. I went with the latter option. That being said, my challenge about how customized everything was, was on point. They just happened to have another "customized" available? The same day? I wonder if they will sell the tub they initially had for me. I wonder if it will get shipped back. I supposed I’ll never know.
Original Review: On 8/5/2025, I entered into an agreement with Re-Bath to renovate my bathroom. Though my bathroom is quite small, about 60 sq. feet, Re-Bath quoted $30,000. At this time, I no longer want Re-Bath to renovate my bathroom, and I have told them so. No work has been started. Nevertheless, Re-Bath is forcing me to pay $22,873.50 for the cost of the renovation without labor. NOWHERE in their documentation that I signed, did Re-Bath warn me that cancellation would result in this type of “robbery.” I'm told that I have custom items. So, the technician showed me some pictures, and I picked the things I liked.
It's the exact same thing a person would do with online pictures for Lowe's or Home Depot. They show you images and you choose what you like. It's not like anything was engraved, that I required special measurements, or asked for anything that's not standard. I have a small, modest bathroom in a standard condo unit.
There was no cancellation language in the Re-Bath documentation, no warning that by cancelling I'd be required to pay tens of thousands of dollars. I understand restocking fees. I was more than glad to work with Re-Bath in that regard, in good faith. But $22,873.50?! That is unconscionable. I believe I am being taken advantage of. Whatever the outcome, I want other consumers, especially women, to beware. Also, I asked for an itemization, something to show WHERE the $22,873.50 is coming from. Re-Bath told me there is no such thing, that the price is for a "grouping" of items. I was totally shocked that this company would charge me this outrageous amount. Somewhere I read that someone was charged something like a 20% restocking fee.
For me, that would only be under $5,000. But they want to charge me $22,873.50 for something I can't even get an itemization for, in case I wanted to fight the matter before a judge. This has been one of the worst experiences. I rate a 2, instead of a 1, only because I spoke with one or two people, at Re-Bath, who were quite friendly. I've uploaded a supporting document with redacted information, to safeguard my privacy.

If there was a minus 10 that would be it. Late to work every day. One worker going through a divorce per the manager. Not my problem. I had to call two times to have the right-side door fixed. It kept coming open 3 inches and would not stay closed for a shower. The floor squeaked around the drain. The manager had to go under the house and move the drainpipe away from a supporting bean. The drainpipe was rubbing against the wood when walking into the shower. Then I had to call them back twice to stop a leak under the house from the drainpipe connection. They also installed 3 water faucets. One faucet water stopper no longer stays closed to hold water. I emailed the Atlanta office, and they said that “workmanship” is not covered under the lifetime warranty and sent a copy of the fine print. A lot of money for a bullshit warranty. Scam!!

I complained and Lowe’s didn’t care and Rebath didn’t care! Don’t ever use these companies Lowes or Rebath… really horrible!!!

Went to Home Depot for a bath remodel. They used Re-Bath. The salesman was gracious. We picked our components for a shower, flooring and countertops. We had to wait 4 months due to scheduling. When we finally got an installer, he (Paul) only took 2 days! He did a FANTASIC job, all by himself which included a tub removal. HOWEVER, the countertop with the sink started to show spotting and scratches from normal use. The material they use for countertops is manufactured by Piedrafina Marble Surfaces, which is marble with resin. If we had researched the reviews of this material, we WOULD NOT have chosen it.
It took many phone calls, photos and contacting the Re-Bath Co. to try to remedy the problem. They only carry Piedrafina and do not offer an alternative. We are in the midst of trying to get the company to fix our countertop. The walk in shower is great! But how do I give a good review on a company that uses an inferior marble product for countertops?! The installer, Paul, was great! But I wouldn't recommend Re-Bath to anyone.
Hi Kathi, we are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the countertop. At Re-Bath, we are proud of the high-quality products and the effortless experience we deliver throughout the bathroom remodel process, and we are disappointed to hear we fell short of your expectations. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any remaining concerns.

We hired Re-Bath to install a new shower—a project that was by no means inexpensive. Upon completion, we immediately noticed that the shower was not draining properly. Water consistently pools on the right side of the shower, and if not cleaned every few days, mold and residue begin to collect. We contacted Re-Bath about the issue, and they sent someone out to inspect the installation. The technician took photos and confirmed during testing that the water was indeed pooling—indicating the shower base was not properly leveled during installation.
After that visit, we did not hear back. When we followed up, Re-Bath returned our call only to tell us the issue was our fault due to "unlevel flooring," even though they had torn out all the original flooring as part of the installation. They claimed there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. When we explained that was unacceptable, we were told the company President would be in touch. That call never came, and we’ve been left with no resolution or compensation for a faulty installation. We are extremely disappointed with Re-Bath. They have not taken accountability for their work and have made no effort to correct the issue. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend avoiding this company. They do not stand behind their service and are not responsive when problems arise.
Corey, it is our goal for every customer to enjoy the bathroom remodel experience, from design to done. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was anything less than great. Your feedback helps us improve, so thank you for taking the time to let us know how we did. If you are willing, please contact our local team so we can discuss your experience further and help make this right.
