If there was a minus 10 that would be it. Late to work every day. One worker going through a divorce per the manager. Not my problem. I had to call two times to have the right-side door fixed. It kept coming open 3 inches and would not stay closed for a shower. The floor squeaked around the drain. The manager had to go under the house and move the drainpipe away from a supporting bean. The drainpipe was rubbing against the wood when walking into the shower. Then I had to call them back twice to stop a leak under the house from the drainpipe connection. They also installed 3 water faucets. One faucet water stopper no longer stays closed to hold water. I emailed the Atlanta office, and they said that “workmanship” is not covered under the lifetime warranty and sent a copy of the fine print. A lot of money for a bullshit warranty. Scam!!

We had our shower relaced and all faucet fixtures and towel racks replaced. I love all of it! They finished most of by the second day. They did have to order some towel bars because I added them after they started working. They were polite and listened to my questions and answered them on the spot. They were very knowledgeable. A bit pricey as supply prices are going up due to the tariffs, etc. It is beautiful!

In good faith Re-Bath was hired to remodel a small shower. Price $ 7,907.55 included a Moen folding seat. The seat was not installed at that time but was to be installed at a future date. Since August 7, 2025 we have spoken with Re-Bath corporate office to have the paid for Moeh seat installed. Casey (Re-Bath rep) has been our contact person. We have been told the seat would be installed through many text messages. At one point we were even told the seat would be installed by the end of the week (that was 3 weeks ago). When this did not happen, we attempted to called Casey repeatedly. He has told us he has a seat, then he has told us they won't install it but they would send it to us. Last text from Casey stated he would call within 30 minutes (that was 2 weeks ago)! My parents are 93 each and living at home. They need the seat installed!!!! Lip service only!!!! Shameful.

They did our master bath and it looks great. They even removed a wall and you can't tell where the wall was. They did such a good job, we had our guest bath done a year later. Went to Home Depot for a bath remodel. They used Re-Bath. The salesman was gracious. We picked our components for a shower, flooring and countertops. We had to wait 4 months due to scheduling. When we finally got an installer, he (Paul) only took 2 days! He did a FANTASIC job, all by himself which included a tub removal. HOWEVER, the countertop with the sink started to show spotting and scratches from normal use. The material they use for countertops is manufactured by Piedrafina Marble Surfaces, which is marble with resin. If we had researched the reviews of this material, we WOULD NOT have chosen it.

It took many phone calls, photos and contacting the Re-Bath Co. to try to remedy the problem. They only carry Piedrafina and do not offer an alternative. We are in the midst of trying to get the company to fix our countertop. The walk in shower is great! But how do I give a good review on a company that uses an inferior marble product for countertops?! The installer, Paul, was great! But I wouldn't recommend Re-Bath to anyone.

We hired Re-Bath to install a new shower—a project that was by no means inexpensive. Upon completion, we immediately noticed that the shower was not draining properly. Water consistently pools on the right side of the shower, and if not cleaned every few days, mold and residue begin to collect. We contacted Re-Bath about the issue, and they sent someone out to inspect the installation. The technician took photos and confirmed during testing that the water was indeed pooling—indicating the shower base was not properly leveled during installation.

After that visit, we did not hear back. When we followed up, Re-Bath returned our call only to tell us the issue was our fault due to "unlevel flooring," even though they had torn out all the original flooring as part of the installation. They claimed there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. When we explained that was unacceptable, we were told the company President would be in touch. That call never came, and we’ve been left with no resolution or compensation for a faulty installation. We are extremely disappointed with Re-Bath. They have not taken accountability for their work and have made no effort to correct the issue. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend avoiding this company. They do not stand behind their service and are not responsive when problems arise.

We decided to cancel after: (1) Learning a 50% down payment was required by Lowe’s, Inc. BEFORE the work began; (2) The work would not be started for 14 WEEKS!!! I never heard of such a practice before. That’s like requiring a 50% payment before you are given the title and keys to a new automobile before it’s delivered.

Be careful before you hire this company. Make sure you take your own pictures all around the work area because they will not take accountability for any damaged they contribute to outside the explicit work area including windows, walls, and ceiling. We had a window on the bathroom area that was broken in 8 places all around the work area and Re-Bath says they can’t see how they could have contributed to the damage to the window at all. Everyone that uses the bathroom on a regular basis asked what happened to the window after Re-bath did their thing and in our opinion are being dishonest about window. We just wanted a portion of the cost to repair and they said no.

In addition, there were multiple communication and knowledge gaps about the workflow and permit process. They said they had moved on from our project before final inspection after asking questions about the inspection. I’m worried about the work and the warranty follow up if any additional issues arise after the way they’ve conducted themselves. We have additional bathrooms that I do and there is no way I would use them. Hoping we don’t have to call for any issues. The trust is gone.

Wish my experience was a good as some of you. 1st consultant didn't know anything about bathtubs which I specifically asked for on 1st phone call to them. Sent someone that didn't know anything about bathtubs. I'm an old lady and knew more than him. Called them a 2nd time and evidently even though the consultant was sitting at kitchen table with me couldn't write down my order correctly. Bossman said should have been taped together my walls and hardware, I'm sure wasn't done by 2nd consultant either, but he does recall our conversation about the blue wall. So this is where everything went way wrong. 2nd consultant wrote down everything wrong and since I didn't know the proper names I would say the gray with the gray wall. So every time I talked to one I would say gray to gray.

The other hardware is shiny. Shower Doors are backwards but they say just use the finger hole to open the Backwards Doors to shower and not the door bar to open and close like normal people would only because they did the Shower Doors backwards and the BIGGEST MISTAKE was they changed all the hardware around to opposite rooms. Horrible company. Boss said would redo but I would have to pay for it all over again!!!!

Unbelievable service provided by this company! If you want things turned around from your original order they are the one to do that. Can't believe of how they take advantage of the elderly! Everything should have been right at kitchen table with the 2nd consultant. I didn't realize that I really evidently needed a 3rd one to get it Right. Bossman is not a man of his word either! Still expecting to hear from him after 3 weeks. He said he would call me back...Still waiting.

We chose Re- Bath to remodel (completely gut) our master bathroom. Despite, an impressive sales pitch from Mike, working with Re-Bath was terrible. We were told it would be a 3 day job, which ended up taking over a month to complete. During the demolition process, the contractors, who were unfriendly, put nail holes in my living room wall. They were supposed to spackle and paint them. They spackled but never painted, so we had to do that ourselves.

On day 3, just before the crew was supposed to arrive, we received a text that they were not coming that day - no explanation. On day 5, we received a text stating there was a incorrect part, so they could not complete the job, and we were given the contact info for their supervisor. It took the supervisor over a week to get back to us, during which we learned that one of the pipes had been connected improperly and was leaking into our vanity base. There was already warping from water collecting. I told the supervisor about this problem, and it took him 3 days to come out. He was supposed to come out in 2 days but "forgot".

I called about 5 weeks from the start of the job to find out when the part would be in to finish the job. After my reminder, they came out 5 days later. We asked the contractor what part they'd been missing, and he said everything was already there. So, there may not have even been an incorrect part at all, which resulted in a significant delay.

Overall, we were pleased with the finished product, though one of the ledges of the vanity is clearly not level. Re-Bath was going to give us a minimal (less than 5%) discount in consideration of the damage to the vanity, which they did offer to replace for free. However, given how long the job gad already taken, we did not choose that option. After arguing and having the supervisor discuss with his boss, we were given a 10% discount on the project. This still feels insufficient, given the many errors made by Re-Bath and the overall price of the remodel. I completed a customer satisfaction survey a few weeks ago and never heard from Re-Bath. Clearly, customer satisfaction and quality workmanship are not a priority for Re-Bath.

The installation team was one person, and he was exceptional. However, there is a flaw in one of the shower doors, and they're coming out next week to look at it.

I remodeled my bathtub with Re-Bath. We organized it in a span of 6 weeks and the actual work was four days. Their customer service and installation team were excellent. They were very professional and kept their word for everything. They kept us informed all along the way while we were waiting for products to come in before they could do the project and responded quickly to any phone calls and questions we had. They also worked with us on financing.

I saw Re-Bath's advertisement in those home improvement circulars, and I ended up having three bathrooms completely remodeled by them. I had a half-bath that was totally torn out, a bathroom upstairs with a new tub, new floor, and new everything, and a shower in my basement that was completely redone. I had to wait about two weeks for my shower doors to be cut, but everything was finished in just a week.

The customer service was fantastic. They really went above and beyond. Customer service is a huge selling point for me, the price is not, but I am 10 out of 10 satisfied.

I first heard about Re-Bath on TV, and they were actually the only ones we called because I just don’t like dealing with multiple companies. I just wanted to get something done, so I purchased a shower stall and door back in April. Once the stuff was finally available to install, everything was okay. It was a little quiet before then, but I guess there were no real updates to give anyway. The installers themselves were just great to deal with.

We thought the Rebath experience was worth the value to us because (among our other daily obligations) we have a toddler at home, and that means pausing life to allow for a much needed bathroom upgrade is very difficult and inconvenient. While we could have opted to hire one of our trusted contractors to complete this project at a much lower price, we didn’t want to deal with the typical contractor experience during this stage in our lives. However, we believe that is exactly what we received. The promise of a seamless two-day turnaround was the single most important factor that gave Rebath the advantage or “edge” over hiring a contractor, and that’s precisely what we were sold on by our sales rep.

The morning our installer arrived, we were told it actually was going to take longer than two days. If it were possible at that point, we would have requested to cancel the job and receive a refund on our deposit. It took much longer than two days for the job to even be completed on the first attempt, after which there were multiple issues that still needed to be addressed. After pleading our case for a refund that would bring the final cost of our project down within range of even a higher end local contractor, the final resolution involved Rebath issuing us only a $500 credit.

My wife and I were continually disappointed in Rebath on a number of issues. The communication with the local office management and their handling of our issues were very poor. We believe they didn’t handle our situation properly or professionally, and that they didn’t care because we were legally obligated to pay them the remaining balance at that point.

Given our experience with Rebath, we would not recommend them to anyone. We hope that whoever reads this survey would take this feedback into serious consideration, and if it's a Rebath representative, make necessary changes to their business practices, contracts, etc. We still believe that Rebath has an ethical responsibility to refund us more money, but based on how difficult it has been to reach that resolution thus far, we’re not counting on it. That would be the only way we could honestly give Rebath higher than a 1-star review.

The final product is acceptable, if costly; however, our experience with this company was absolutely terrible! Main points: We were left without a shower for 42 days. 7 day install. $28,000 for 2 showers only. I reached out for a quote and a consultation was scheduled next evening. We signed the contract that night (you get a discount for same-day signing). The sales person took measurements and we selected finishes; the contract was completed with these details and tentative dates were written in. We were advised that we would have a “team” at our home, and the new showers (only showers) would be replaced in 2 days per shower tops. We were also told that a follow-up appointment would be necessary to confirm the measurements.

Those arrangements were made, and another employee came out and stated that that a different base would be necessary for one of the showers. Nothing else was mentioned, and though a change order was signed – nothing was sent to me. When I asked the sale representative, he said that “Even though the base we have to use is more expensive we are not of course passing those cost onto you so we won't have to change anything with the contract.” So I did not push for the change order that was signed. We wait patiently, and excitedly, for our installation date.

Our install date comes…and goes… with no ReBath “team” to begin the install. I had reached out that same day to our sales person with no response. The second day quoted in the contract, same thing – no one is here. On the third day of the supposed 4 day install with no team working, we reached out again (phone call) and received an answer and were told of the new installation dates. On Friday (install was to start on Monday) I reached out expressing my disappointment, and finally, on Saturday the sales person advised that the new base required a longer lead time (this was NOT shared with us at our follow-up). We did not receive ANY notification that our installation had be rescheduled.

So we wait, slightly less patiently, but still excited for our new showers and the new install date finally comes. Our “team” arrived! It was 1 person. He begins his work and ends up completing 1 shower by Wednesday afternoon (so much for the 2 days per shower that was quoted). On Thursday the second shower was demolished, and our installer informed us that “they don’t work on Fridays” and he would be back on Monday to finish the second shower. Not ideal, but what can we do? Monday rolls around and he completes the shower. And the shower door does not close… and there was a massive leak from the pipe in the wall. Making this shower unusable. The other shower had a minor leak in the caulking and some of the fixtures weren’t aligned.

So I reached out, and a week later another technician came out to inspect the work. He was able to fix the minor leak, and aligned the fixtures; and advise the door hinges were backwards and the glass needs to be moved to allow for the door to close and that the water is leaking behind the panel in the wall. He removed the shower head and stated not to use the shower. A month later, an actual team – 2 technicians – came out to fix the shower. In that time, the glass panel started falling off the wall. Which is a bit worrying, as it is a huge safety hazard to have partially mounted glass. Anyway this team completed the installation, and the shower now works as is expected.

After all of this, I reached out and requested some type of refund or compensation. What should have been a 4 day job turned into over 40 days without a shower. And wasted time taken from work due to their lack of communication. The response I received said that the contract “dates provided are merely estimates. They are not guaranteed dates.” Which I understand, but NO ONE from ReBath advised new dates – are we supposed to read their minds?!? And he did finally send a contract of the change order (so it DID exist). And he offered $1,000 refund. I unhappily accepted this, because something is better than nothing; however, between my husband and I (and our extended family) we took 11 vacation days for a 4 day job – and were out of a shower for 42 days. These two showers were $28,000 – and to me, this outcome is still NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Re-Bath offers a concierge-like service wherein I didn't have to worry about contacting technicians. The idea was that I pay one price and they were going to do full servicing. I didn't have to worry about a plumber or another contractor. Their salesperson was really good and the installers were fantastic. We're in an apartment building that's from the 1960s, so our circumstances are not optimal. The installers really did a great job of working hard and figuring things out. The installation went great and was finished.

However, we noticed that the hot water was not appropriately connected. It's warm but it's not hot. If I turn the knob to where it should be scalding, it's not. I like to take a hotter shower. Also, the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink right next door are very hot. I realized that they're not making any money off of coming back and adjusting a temperature gauge or the cartridge. We have been trying to get this dealt with for 3 weeks since the installation. They always said that they’re going to deal with it and set up an appointment. It's disappointing that we paid for this service, but they still don't have a resolution. We wanted the concierge service, and I feel like we're not quite getting there.

The price was appropriate. All of the fixtures and the glass shower door are top-notch. We got what we paid for, and I'm very satisfied. I wish that management could send somebody over to fix it so we can get it done, because those guys don't schedule themselves.

My bathroom looked atrocious and it was full of things. The most I did to my bathroom was paint it and switch the faucet out on the shower. I saw Re-Bath and the price was really remarkable, especially for a professional to come out and do the work. I was researching and the average renovation for a bath was $15,000 to $20,000. I had the money so I used their service.

On the day of the installation, a guy came in and he was really nice. He got there early and he was ready. He was pretty much isolated because the bathroom was in the back. The work didn't really disturb me while I was in the house with my dogs. I could hear the noise and the tearing up. I would go back there. Re-Bath didn't just cover up. The guy actually tore out the wall and the old stuff. That was one of the main things that I wanted to make sure of.

He replaced the bathtub. We did the whole shower, ceiling, fixtures, and added a railing and an easy glide. I got a new and bigger sink. With the heat vent, the tech propelled it. The cabinet was covering it. The tech made way for the heat vent to come through the cabinet so it didn't cover it up. The heat vent pushes the heat out better because my bathroom is even warmer now. I had a stone tile floor in my bathroom but that was taken out and a cushion was put in. Now, instead of getting out and my feet being cold, I can get out and not have to step on the rug if I don't want to and worry about my feet being cold.

It seems like my bathroom stays cleaner now. I don't have to buy the mold and mildew sprayers to clean the bath. I just use the squeegee and regular soft cleaners. It's a lot easier as far as housekeeping. After all the work, it's been heaven. I keep telling my family and all my friends about my bathroom. I bring them in to see it. I told them it was wonderful and the work was fast, maybe four days. My water wasn't off for the whole four days too. The tech would let me know if I had to turn the water off. Everything that he did that my friends thought would be an inconvenience, it wasn’t because he let me know ahead of time. I love my bathroom and I enjoy getting in the shower. I can't get out of it.

The plastic on our old bath was coming apart at the top, and we didn’t want any water damage, so we decided it was time to redo it. I looked up different companies on the computer and went through the good and bad reviews. Re-Bath seemed to be nationwide, so I went with the biggest company, figuring that if anything happens, they wouldn’t screw me too badly. The salesman was very nice. We talked to him for hours, and he matched us up and explained everything.

The installer was on time, and I was surprised it was only one guy. He took out the old bathtub and the plastic around the walls, cleaned everything up, did the plumbing, and had it all done. The next day, all he did was put up the walls, fixtures, and glass doors. It took two days, and it was quick and easy. He was excellent. The only issue was that they gave us the wrong doors. I had ordered clear doors, but they installed a rain door that has a design on it, so you can't see into the shower. I paid all this money for the shower. I'm not putting a rain door on it. I want to see the shower.

The installer reported it, but instead of calling about the door, someone called asking for payment. I said I couldn’t do that because I had the wrong door. But she wasn't really interested in my door problem. She was more interested in getting the money. After I filed a complaint, they ordered the correct door. Two weeks later, another installer came back with the right doors and fixed it. I think they could have been a little nicer when I told them I had the wrong door.

The quality of the materials is gorgeous. Before, it was one of those crappy plastic tubs and the wall unit that goes halfway up, and now, it's black and white and gray swirls all over my walls and black finishes. It's just like you see on TV. It’s really good.

I didn’t realize how much money it cost to redo a shower. This was just the shower, and I still have the rest of the bathroom to do, like the floor and the cabinet. I almost died when they told me the price of the shower. Right now, the rest of the bathroom is on hold because I have to pay this off first. I really don’t know if I’m going to go back to Re-Bath for the cabinet and flooring. I think I can get that somewhere else.
