    Do NOT use Ned's home!!! I contacted Ned's Home in Colbert, GA to perform gutter cleaning. The first scheduled date, they couldn't find my house and sent a message. I called and provided directions despite the fact that we live in the age of mobile phones & global GPS systems. The second scheduled date, the exact same thing happened. I call again and attempted to cancel, but they promised they could get it done quickly. After them not showing up for weeks I called someone else and paid to have my gutters cleaned. Six weeks after the original appointment they showed up, my daughter told them the service was already provided and they should leave. They left and charged me $129 for doing nothing, then refused to remove the charge from my credit card despite their obvious incompetence.

    Just signed up for lawn care and tree and shrub care. Paid in full for the service. I catch the technician not test my soil NOR spray my backyard. I get accused of lying by one customer service tech, "the amount of spray he used means he treated both areas". Second customer service rep, same thing, by the 3rd customer service rep suddenly he called in saying he didn't spray the back and they had to go back to do it. I sent the video of him not testing my soil yet reporting a 6.5 reading .... I get no response about it other than the supervisor will look at it.

    It's only been a few weeks in. Will definitely not be renewing with them after the 3rd technician showed up at my home, rang the doorbell and left in under 2 minutes. This is the guy that is supposed to apply the treatment to my backyard the other guy lied saying he did but didn't do. Considering cancelling and going with Trugreen. Clearly, they can't be trusted to do the job they're paid for. They have to be monitored. If you don't have a front and rear camera on your home to watch and make sure the job is being done, I wouldn't consider going through this company. I have yet to get and apology for being accused of lying about the 2nd technician not doing his job.

    The company, Ned's Home and all of its division harass the customers once the customer stops using their services with daily text and calls from different phone numbers each time, so blocking the numbers does not help. I called them back and asked to stop, they said they would stop, but it didn't. The job was not good. If you only consult them for a job they send out the crew without a scheduled appointment and unexpected. I am glad I was home and able to stop them when I heard the crew climbing on roof to change my newly installed gutters!

    I recently had representatives of this company show up for a gutter cleaning. There was not an appointment confirmation. They sent a text, that could not be replied to to say they were coming. They showed up moments later quickly got on my roof with a crow bar in an attempt to break the ice dam in my gutters shaking the entire house and undoubtedly loosening the gutter from the soffit. The worker asked me to turn on the water for him. It was already on, but would not run as it was 26 degrees out. I asked them to leave to prevent further damage to my home. I then received a bill for $130. I called the service this morning and the representative was not at all concerned with my issues. She merely defended the company and its actions. She told me about their outstanding reputation and that they had provided a service according to her records.

    When she asked me what damage I had seen I said I hadn't, because I wasn't out there inspecting it in 26 degree weather. She then used this to claim that I said no damage was done. The whole experience is infuriating. I informed her they will have to take me to court if they expect payment from me. By then, I will be sure to have a copy of the bill to repair whatever they did to my soffit. See you in court. Scam artists. They should be ashamed.

    Ned's Gutter Cleaning is extremely unprofessional. They bought Gutter Pro, which I had used for 10 years. They were supposed to come out and do my gutters for the same price but when they got there, they said, "No, we changed our minds and do not want to do the service." VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

    Buys information from other websites. Constant robo calls. Requested in writing and via phone to stop and to be removed from automated call lists. Continues to call and leave voicemails illegally almost every day. Avoid. There are plenty of options out there that aren't scumbags.

    I had them do gutter cleaning and dryer vent cleaning and it went well. It seemed like they did a good job and they showed up when they were supposed to. Also, they didn't waste any time and got the job done fairly quickly. On the dry vent cleaning, they showed up days earlier than they said they would, which is good but if I were planning on being out, they could have showed up and I wouldn't have been home. But they were easy to communicate with. I'd recommend them. The quality of work seems good and they were reasonably priced.

    Great experience with their Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning division. They cleaned my gutters and fixed a section that had minor damage. I no longer have an issue with overflowing water and the gutters look much nicer.

    Ned's Home cleaned my gutters and they put in new ones a couple of weeks ago because the old ones were starting to lean away from the house. They did a good job and they were pretty complete in explaining the process to me. I have no complaints and my new gutters look good.
