I purchased my home in Nov. 2025. I called Jacuzzi for a consult and unfortunately regretted the decision. It was a 2-day remodel just for the tub and shower. Let's just say they ruined what should have been a great upgrade. The installers peeled the paint off my walls, chipped my new sink. Not to mention the mess they left. They did not quarantine the bathroom all and the walls and floors throughout my house need cleaning of the dust. Two days later the basement and my unpacked belongings was full of water after they left the tub spout with a leak! Don't do it, run. They're not communicating on how they'll fix my home and clean up only that they'll replace my sink. Not to mention the mental distress this caused me in my NEW HOME!!!

We would not recommend the Jacuzzi brand to family. We discovered an electrical issue which required hiring an electrician to fix the problem. ##Contractor replaced 2 custom wooden baseboards with cheap plastic, didn't ask us if he could do so. Workmanship on a closet shelf they were to add was poorly done. They said it was the best they could do. Our electrician rebuilt the shelf to perfection. The company would not give the initial signing discount if we thought about it and called them to come back. Military/senior discounts only would apply. Workers were friendly and courteous. The house was kept neat during the construction period. All in all, hold off on filling out the contactor's paper regarding his evaluation until such time you are have enough time to use the product and to check for flaws that appear over an interval of time.

My dad remodeled his bathroom went from a tub to a shower. We were sold a fixture that could not be installed and was recalled. Took 3 tries to complete the so-called one-day remodel. Never heard from the salesman Anthony. Now the shower fixture is loose for the second time in less than a year and the warranty company is a nightmare to get in touch with. They do not answer the phone and do not call back.

They do not double check everything. The shower looked fine but the shower doors aren't even cut straight leaving a gap. My father was sick so he only got to take a couple showers and had no clue what I was talking about and I couldn't be there to have them come out. I emailed letting them know the issues and they have ignored them.

I contracted with Dreamstyle Remodeling of San Diego on 11-5-2024 to replace my 20 year old MAAX shower enclosure. This project was started due to a fall in the existing shower when pushing the door open. We decided and agreed on a 42 inch corner shower with sliding doors. After the order we were informed of a change order. The order states there will be a change in the shower doors from apollo square roller door to Jacuzzi door. The installation went terrible and took several months to complete.

Now dreamstyle a licensed representative of Jacuzzi Bath has gone bankrupt. We have a seal failure on our shower wall next to the door. I have contacted Jacuzzi for help. They referred and arranged for a new contractor to look at the issue. This contractor agrees there is a new seal needed, however the doors are not manufactured by Jacuzzi and as such have no warranty.

I spent the next months attempting to get a response from Jacuzzi. I finally got a return and was told not their doors, not their problem and that Jacuzzi has never made a shower to meet our needs. All original contracts and communications show all components Jacuzzi with a lifetime warranty. I now am left with a non repairable shower with Jacuzzi telling me I need to purchase a swing open door, which will not fit, to make my shower correct. So over $13000 spent on a shower that is basically useless with no help to be had. Buyer beware. Jacuzzi is not a good company to deal with. I truly regret my purchase and will make sure to share my experiences with anyone that will listen.

DON'T DO IT - Jacuzzi farms it out to contractors and the contractors that did ours were bulls in a china shop - they ruined our floor, didn't finish off the shower, the product molded quickly, the floor of the shower already has micro-fishers in it. The product is poor, the installation was worse than poor and to top it all off Costco was promoting it. I hope they no longer are promoting Jacuzzi - worst thing we've done and it was expensive!! If I could leave this without a star I would.

If you are smart, DO NOT REMODEL your bathroom from JACUZZI!!! You are better off going to Lowe’s or Home Depot. My mom got the bathroom installed since she has had a couple of knee surgeries and another health issue. She wanted to install jacuzzi. They charged so much money and DID NOT install it one day. My mom almost FELL in that shower due to the CHEAP shower. The SEATING they added she was SLIPPING. This is absolutely DANGEROUS for elderly. SAVE your elderly parents. I had to go to TARGET and buy tons of non-slip bath mats. It helped. What was the point of getting the shower remodeled if my mom kept slipping??? I HATE JACUZZI for FALSELY ADVERTISING!

The product is nice, the problem we’ve had is with customer service. During the installation process, they damaged our newly installed linoleum floor and during our initial visit with the representative, he said that we would need a longer shower rod than what they have. The installer said the shower rod wasn’t long enough and that they would order one for us and that it would be a week. They had 4 weeks to get it right before the installation. And here we are 6 weeks later still waiting for the shower rod.

They only started to communicate with us, after I reported them to the BBB. Someone came to look at the floor damage and said they would contact the company that installed our new flooring to see if they had the linoleum in stock and they had their own person who would install it. They said it would be the following week, it’s been over two weeks and they haven’t made contact with us. They said they’ve tried calling several times, our call log shows no missed calls from them and they haven’t tried emailing us. They have made no effort to right the wrong and have lied saying they’ve tried to contact us. Supposedly the shower rod is on order and they said they should have it on the 10th. My husband said, he assumed that they would contact him when they receive it. I won’t hold my breath that they will contact us, as we’ve been contacting them for the past 7 weeks!

Several years ago Christina Hall began the Jacuzzi bath remodel ads on tv. I was excited by the free upgrades and the free installation. I contacted the company on the Internet and was called back by a company operating out of Pensacola, FL. Not only did I not get free upgrades or installation, they refused to install the door I very much wanted. I'm stuck with a big, ugly shower curtain rod. I was never given an itemized list of costs and will be paying for this mistake for years to come. Not a happy camper.

We purchased the 6032 Elite Whirlpool directly from WaterTech Tennessee through their online platform. Our objective was to invest in a high-quality product to ensure enjoyment of the whirlpool for many years, particularly during our retirement. We meticulously planned the renovation and budget to accommodate this premium purchase, resulting in an expenditure of $2,610. Unfortunately, after just two years of use, we discovered a crack near one of the whirlpool's spouts. This raises concerns regarding the product's quality. While it seems unlikely that a plastic bottle falling may have caused this damage, we do not recall such an incident occurring.

I contacted WaterTech to initiate a claim, and they have declined to assist, offer a replacement, or address our inquiries related to the quality of the product's surface. The company's owner refused to engage in conversation with us, and their staff member, Kenny **, Director of Operations, appeared hesitant to reveal the owner’s name. After persistent inquiry, Mr. ** disclosed that the owner's name is Andrew Paduch, who serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Furthermore, Mr. ** indicated that this situation had occurred previously, and Mr. Paduch was again resolute in his unwillingness to assist in any capacity. When I expressed that I would share my experience through social media and with others, Mr. ** responded that the company does not prioritize customer satisfaction, as they continue to market the product despite consumer feedback.

The lack of customer service and disregard for product quality raise significant concerns about the company's commitment to its customers. I feel misled by the belief that purchasing directly and paying a premium price would ensure greater satisfaction. The only resolution offered was a referral to an external company for repairs, to be carried out at our expense. I urge prospective customers to reconsider purchasing a whirlpool from WaterTech, as the lack of support when issues arise is disconcerting. Yvonne ** 2025_1119

Tundraland is the contractor in the Minneapolis area, they just want to get in and out, do not care about quality. We were promised a discount because they did not start on the promised date, that never materialized, and we were charged twice for an upgrade in the accessories (faucet and handles). AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The bathtub and surround are very nice, but the silicone that was place on the top for lifting up after less than a month, screws that held the grab bar up were stripped, I called the company to complain about these things, it took over 2 weeks to get someone out to do the repair, he was very nice, I also asked him about where the curtain rod was placed, he said the installers should have asked where we wanted it placed, he said he could have redone it but that would leave holes on both side that would have to be filled and could be seen. We had two bath surrounds placed one on my tenant's side and one on our side, I think for the kind of money we spent on this, they should have offered to repair the curtain rod placement.

Prior to October 20, 2025, I had contacted Jacuzzi Bath & Remodel per their online advertising to set up an appointment to discuss the renovation of my bathroom. On Oct 20th I thought Jacuzzi Bath & Remodel was coming to my condo instead NewPro, subsidiary of Renova Partners, came to the appointment. They discussed with me that they contract with Jacuzzi Bath & Remodel in providing the renovation of the project, but Jacuzzi provides the materials. After negotiating the contract with Liam **, Design Consultant from NewPro, I agree to pay a 3rd of the contract price with work to be completed in mid-December. My check was dated Oct 20, 2025 for $9,026 and cashed on Oct 22, 2025.

A family member notified me the following Tuesday, Oct 28th, 2025 that she heard on the news that NewPro had abruptly closed their doors without notification to employees or consumers. Now I am out $9,026 and have hired an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Why Renovo Partners did not notify NewPro not to accept any more contracts from consumers to me is a crime knowing they were going to close operations. Instead, they fraudulently accepted and cashed checks of consumers leaving them high and dry. Renova Partners should be held criminally liable for this. Jacuzzi Bath & Remodel also bears responsibility in not notifying the consumer that they will be sending another company/contractor to do the renovation. Another question I have for Jacuzzi how well did you vet NewPro?

$21,000 for a small shower is not affordable. The shower door doesn’t stay closed and I’ve called several times to get it fixed, and no one is getting back to me. The shower seat was a disappointment, since it was too big to be installed-something I would have liked to know ahead of time. The people that worked on the shower drilled the holes wrong and covered them up with putty. Not professional.

Purchased a Costco Jacuzzi tub to shower conversion. Very negative experience. Spent $25K (after Costco rebate). It took three days, not one. Has major problem with shelf/grab bar sticking out so far on one side and inside rail of glass door on the other; an average size person can hardly turn around. Scratched my slate floor and walls. Contacted both Jacuzzi and Costco with three week response time and then no help. I purchased through Costco due to their reputation. Bad choice!
