I have owned Jacuzzi sand filters and pumps for my inground pool. Sadly, Jacuzzi has been bought and sold many times by private equity, and the company no longer supports its products. I went to Leslie's pool store today to buy a pump coupling for $50 (you can't find them, and Leslie's could not either!). Leslie's said they were dropping Jacuzzi. If you buy into filtration systems, you'll need to buy parts later. I cannot get Jacuzzi parts anywhere. In 1987, Kidde was acquired by Hanson PLC. In 1995, Hanson spun off Jacuzzi and other brands into a public company called U.S. Industries. USI renamed itself Jacuzzi Brands in 2003. This was in turn bought out by Apollo Management, and then by Investindustrial in 2019.

Purchased tub in 2013, in 2019 developed a leak from door. Since then multiple calls, wrong parts sent, over $1000 in plumber fees, tub still leaks. So I haven't been able to use this tub since 2019. I call every couple of months, put on hold, finally hanging up (longest time on hold 2 hours). Lately told Manager was aware of problem, she would get back to me. Been a year and still waiting. Life Time Warranty is useless.

After my experience with Jacuzzi’s bath remodel service, I cannot recommend this company for anyone looking for solid, long-lasting results. While they may be good for cosmetic upgrades, their approach lacks the depth and durability you’d expect for a major home renovation.
The initial consultation and sales process were straightforward, and the product offerings were clearly explained.
Cons:Major Delays: The project encountered severe delays. It took several months longer than anticipated to complete due to issues like mold discovery, miscommunication between scheduling teams, and plumbing concerns. I experienced a long gap between project pauses and clear guidance on how to move forward.
Communication Issues: Throughout the process, communication between the various teams (Costco, Jacuzzi, and their installation teams) was inconsistent and confusing. I had to follow up multiple times to get clarity on project status, scheduling, and next steps.
Quality Concerns: There were significant quality issues with the initial installation in one of the bathrooms, which required a redo. Even with this, the plumbing flow in one bathroom remained below expectations, despite being told it was up to code.
Final Thoughts:Jacuzzi’s remodel service might suffice for minor cosmetic updates, but if you need a lasting, durable solution that goes beyond surface appearances, look elsewhere. The time, energy, and additional costs I had to invest to fix issues were not worth it.

I had a bath to shower done last week. Although there was glitch with the plumbing inspector coming the next day, and not being notified that the job could not be completed the next day, till later in the day, I am very happy with my new shower! Feels like a 5 star hotel! My sales rep. Eric ** was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! The installers, Kenner, Mark, Tulio and Sinval were all very friendly and they were excellent at their craft. Thank you.

Shame on Costco for using such a poor vendor to represent their company. From contract signing it took almost 3 months for the install. Paid a premium price and expected Costco quality. Just like others have mentioned, wrong materials and accessories were on the order. Took weeks of my personal follow-up to get the right items. City inspector never showed up. I still have a patched hole in a bedroom wall waiting and waiting for them to repair. Also, have YET to receive my Costco gift card. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS FOR YOUR BATHROOM REMODEL. RUN AWAY!!!

Excellent return policy gives peace of mind. Though I didn't end up needing to return anything, it was reassuring to know that the process would have been straightforward if I had. Great quality and top-notch service!!!

I just need a little tiny spare part... just the little plastic label with the company name which is glued in the spa... and so I made a contact to Jacuzzi. I got a mail with a case number and the information that an agent will take care and that I can give additional information by answering the mail. Well, I remind them 3-times and until today (since 6 weeks) no answer. This is for sure a very bad customer service.

I purchased a J-495 jacuzzi. The top controller unit was replaced twice and now it is broken a third time. The waterfall lights stopped working. The company does not provide assistance to the buyers. They only support the certified dealers.… Well the dealers in my area for 100 miles do not like dealing with them either. They don’t get paid from Jacuzzi. None of them will warrant the replacement if it is out of the factory warranty time frame because Jacuzzi will place nice with them. We had dealers outright turn us down. Total waste of money and time. I would have been better to go with a cheaper spa unit and buy two more for backup than for the price that I for this pile of junk. You think with the name and price that it would be quality with service after, but that is not the case with Jacuzzi.

The service provided by Liz, the Jacuzzi associate in the Barrie store, was impeccable. She followed up quickly on delivery and other issues, and was most pleasant in our conversations. I would rate her service as A+. I would highly recommend the Barrie Ontario store, and particularly Liz, to anyone who is interested in acquiring a hot tub.
I would rate the service from the factory as C- at best. When I received the hot tub, I could only get a couple of feet of the electrical cord out of the tub surround. The cord was wedged under one of the metal structural supports of the tub. After much pulling, I managed to dislodge it. In addition, the water (waterfall) feature did not work as I could only get water to trickle down the two spouts. This issue required a service call/visit, which was arranged quickly. The problem was similar to the electrical cord issue as the pipe feeding the two spouts was wedged under the tub. The problem was solved two weeks after the hot tub delivery. Obviously, the factory needs to better inspect hot tubs prior to delivering them as both issues that I experienced were highly visible. Pierre **

Replaced a very old toilet to attempt to conserve water. SHAME ON ME!!!! I would give my plunger arm for my old toilet. Once a week the toilet - Jacuzzi Model SW07959 from Lowe's fails and MUST BE PLUNGED. Former toilet had not needed a plumber's helper in 20 plus years. ONLY A FOOL WOULD BUY THIS USELESS PIECE OF CRAP. $189.00 flushed down the hole at Lowe's. I got a CRAPPY deal. I would like to put this toilet where it belongs. Remember - 1 piece Jacuzzi (Lowe's model) SW07959 - TRASH.

I purchased my new Jacuzzi bath thinking that I would get high quality service because I thought this company was a premium company. NEVER!!! My bath was splashing out water over ceilings, floors, walls so I called customer service and explained this. They asked if all water was above the jets and yes they were. So I asked them to send me an engineer because they felt the jets could be misaligned. After the booking they sent me an email stating that if there was no fault I would be charged £125.
I called back and asked why they sent me this email and they said it didn't apply to me because my bath was new and it's still under warranty. When the engineer arrived he said although the jets were covered with water the bath must be filled so that the headrest is half coved too which is nearly to the top of the bath. It is so ridiculous that when my husband who is a heavy man gets in the bath overflows. The engineer said that this is not chargeable but the next day customer service sent me a personal email to say I have been charge. Jacuzzi has since been harassing me for the money. This bath IS NOT fit for purpose. Jacuzzi is not following their warranty terms and condition. They are unlawful taking money for a service that should not be charge.

At this time I am not convinced where my problem lies so I’m more so making an inquiry. We gutted our bathroom to bare studs and rebuilt a gorgeous bathroom using a non jetted Jacuzzi soaked tub and bought the Duncan series shower/sink faucets and drains. I am about 6 months post completion now and have been smelling a wet towel mildew smell coming from somewhere. I have crawled around floors, looked at floorboards from underneath in the basement, I’ve removed the exhaust fan, and I keep coming back to the sink drain. I’ve poured bleach down it several times but I can get it to go away. Has anyone experienced something similar? My gorgeous fancy bathroom can’t continue to have this smell. Any help/insight would be very much appreciated.

We have a Jacuzzi brand toilet that plugs up CONSTANTLY! This happens so frequently that when we go to do our no. 2 business we actually have to stop, flush... pray that it goes down before we can finish our business. 90% of the time it plugs up! What makes it more unreasonable is there is only TWO of us living here! Don't ever buy this brand of toilet! IT IS THE WORST!

Also, I just found out why I’ve had water flowing into my Kitchen from the Jacuzzi Primo Jetted Tub. I figured it was a drain problem (drain at bottom of tub) improperly installed by an NJ Licensed plumber. It’s a fiberglass forming problem on the underside of the drain hole. After I removed the drain (top and bottom) I felt around the underside of the drain hole. I can feel a V notch where the rubber gasket would sit against the bottom of the tub and your extremely expensive tub drain. It is due to poor work control (as also the cracked jets may be referred to in previous email). What can be done about this. The tub has been installed. It doesn’t leak when a shower is taken, only when the tub is filled and drained. This lack of quality control should not have happened. Didn’t anyone look at this drain before it got shipped out? Same email sent to Jacuzzi. Too early for an response.

I bought the Jacuzzi Duncan shower faucet. After I installed it, following the instructions properly, I tried to connect the faucet, but the faucet is too short to reach the valve stem. I contacted the company to determine how to get around this. Well, they don't sell extenders. And during this call I flat out asked, "So you're telling me this unit is not possible to install?" He said yes. HE ACTUALLY ADMITTED THEY SELL A PRODUCT THAT YOU CAN'T USE. What an absolutely horrific company, and I cannot believe they're allowed to sell this product.

We are remodeling our master bathroom. We have had a Jacuzzi bathtub for 25 years which we love - never had one day of problems! I decided since we were gutting the entire bathroom to buy a new one (Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bathtub Solna 7242)! How could I go wrong? Well, apparently Jacuzzi decided to build thin poorly constructed junk - instead of the quality tubs they once built. The contractor installed it, hooked up drain and plumbing - installed quartz since it was an undermount - filled it and the sides sag half inch - it's so soft and thin that when filled just sags at the base near the drain on both sides! The silicon separated from the quartz. Then we tried it and the one jet in the back leaks water! Tech comes out to tell us horror stories of other tubs with similar problems - not fixed after even 3 replacements! How can they have done this to their product and their company?
Customer Support is insulting and ridiculous! Said we should have inspected it before installing it - isn't that what their Quality Insurance is supposed to do? Tech wrote up that it is defective and they want to send me another one - why would I want another piece of junk? I plan to speak to a manager and get my money back or I will call my credit card company and fight the purchase price that way. But who is going to cover cost of my contractor coming back to remove drain, plumbing, 200 lbs of quartz from the platform and a 200 lb tub? And who is going to pay to dispose of it? They aren't going to stand behind that - that is not under warranty. Are you kidding me? It's not like I bought a cheaply made toaster that I can throw away? How are we going to get this poorly constructed junk out of our house? WHY JACUZZI? Why do you have no respect for a company and product that was once quality construction? I can't believe it. So disappointed.

I purchased this toilet a few years ago. One of the reasons that I chose this was because it was suppose to have a quiet flush. About a month ago it started making a loud hissing sound when it was flushed and it took forever! I called Jacuzzi and explained that I wanted the actual Jacuzzi parts that provide the quiet flush and I did not want a universal replacement.
Long story short, she sent me a new flush valve replacement. Very nice! But the problem is that I was sent one of those cheap, universal flush valves that I could have purchased at Lowe's and that replacement would have come with detailed directions. This one didn't! I finally got it installed. Now I have a fast fill but the noise could wake the dead. Bottom line, don't waste your money buying this more expensive product from Jacuzzi because after a few years you have the same thing as the cheap toilets and you are stuck. The Jacuzzi name doesn't mean anything any longer. Total waste!! Save your money!

My Jacuzzi is two years old and has had many problems. I bought it from a dealer that was unaware the electrical set up should be 220, they told me 110 was fine. At 110 the water wasn't filtered enough to be clean, my daughter got a severe skin infection from dirty water. In the first six months the thermostat was replaced ($250). In the 2nd year I have chronic flow errors, nothing seems to work. Needs another visit from service technician as the circulation pump won't run. The bills are adding up! Very disappointed in the quality.

We purchased the Jacuzzi tub had it put in 1 week later. It's cracked in the bottom. Called Jacuzzi after about 6 months. They sent someone to look at it. Yes it's a factory defect there's a hollow spot in the bottom he said. Then 2 more months go by and several phone calls and refusing to fix our tub. Then they send the said guy back out to check it again and his story had changed this time it was installed wrong and they refused to fix it all together. I'll never buy Jacuzzi again. They lie and won't stand behind their warranties.

I hope people read this before buying this toilet!!! AWFUL to say the least. First off I can clean this toilet 4-5 times a day, everything sticks to the side of this toilet and flushing it numerous times does nothing! So much for trying to conserve water. Next the flush handle sticks which in turn makes the toilet run, so you have to stay and wait until it's filled and then you have to jiggle the handle until it stops running! It's great when you have company using it, running in after they've used it to make sure it stops. I have never reviewed a product before but thought I might save someone the aggravation. This is as honest as it gets.

Purchased a Jacuzzi bathtub from Leekes in Cross Hands, had it installed and a few months later noticed a small crack in the base of the bath - thus meaning could no longer use it was it would have been leaking! Contacted Leekes who didn't want to know, said it looked like I had been wearing heels in the bath (Cos I tend to take a bath in my heels!!). Contacted Jacuzzi and they wouldn't even send anyone out to inspect. Just said that the damage must have been caused by myself as their baths do not become defective. I spent £1800 on this bathtub and am no longer able to use it. Appalling customer services. What is the point of giving a 10 year warranty on the shell if they refuse to even look at it to see what has caused the crack!!!

My Jacuzzi Nova 6 whirlpool tub was installed in 2007. In 2009, the first foot jet (small jet) cracked. Luckily, water damage was minimal since it all ended up in the crawl space of my house. Jacuzzi replaced the jet for free (parts and labor) since the tub was still under the two year warranty. At that time, I heard from the service rep that Jacuzzi had problems with cracked jets and the issue seemed to be a factory assembly problem. In the factory, the jets were tightened up too much and therefore eventually cracked. In November 2015, the other foot jet cracked in the same way it had happened in 2009.
I called the Warranty Service Department and got two replacement packages mailed to me for free. However, I had to pay for the labor. I had both the cracked foot jet and the (still working) lumbar jet replaced by a plumber. Took me quite a while to find somebody who wanted to do this project since it involves tight spaces under and behind the tub! Jacuzzi is not what it used to be. Cheap parts and bad quality control in the factory. This issue should have been handled as a "recall on all foot, lumbar and small jets in all tubs".

I received your Clipper Magazine and contacted the vendor Jacuzzi Hydrotherapy Shower company. I spoke with a representative Chad who was extremely invasive in my personal opinion and continue to ask inappropriate questions that would be asked by a doctor who has an oath of patient/doctor confidence. Next I received a follow up call from the scheduler and I explained I wasn't comfortable by the process and she (Kelly) told me that my husband had to be on premise or available by phone before they would keep the appointment. Our intent is to pay cash so why does it matter who is at the house for the appointment. We have homes in a number of states and either one of us have never had a problem having a vendor do work on any home without the other being on premise due to working conditions.
I cancelled and they cancelled our appointment based on this fact. I wanted to point this out because this practice seems very strange to me and maybe not a honest dealer. With their questions, I feel as if this is a scam to sell medical data to outside services and would recommend not running their advertisement. They are not doctors so have no right to ask questions they ask of a customer. We just thought the shower looked nice. After reading this site, I'm happy that I didn't get involved buying a junk product but still think the service is a scam.
