    I rarely leave long reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared so other customers know what they may encounter. Our issues began with the original refrigerator, which required repair. We scheduled service appointments, but the company canceled three repair appointments without notifying us. After repeatedly waiting at home for technicians who never arrived, we were eventually told the refrigerator could not be repaired. A replacement was then arranged, and the delivery problems began.

    Delivery attempt #1: The refrigerator arrived without the required pairing kit, making installation impossible. Delivery attempt #2: The refrigerator arrived scratched and visibly damaged. The damage should have been identified during quality inspection, yet the unit was packaged and delivered in that condition. See pictures! At that point, a manager named Mary M assured us she would personally monitor the order to ensure there would be no further issues. Unfortunately, not only did the issues continue, but not once did she follow up to provide updates or demonstrate the level of customer service that had been promised. Delivery attempt #3: The wrong refrigerator model was delivered. The model number on the invoice did not match the model number on the refrigerator itself.

    Throughout this process, we lost multiple days sitting at home waiting for repair appointments or deliveries that either never happened or resulted in units that could not be installed. To make matters worse, the 10% refund that was offered was initially issued incorrectly, which required additional follow-up to have it corrected.

    After all of these issues and repeated quality control failures, the situation was finally resolved this past Friday when the correct refrigerator was delivered and installed. Once again no follow-up or follow through from Mary! Terrible customer service! While I appreciate that the matter was eventually resolved, the overall experience was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. Better communication, quality control, accountability, and respect for customers’ time would have prevented most of these issues. Never again will I purchase anything from them!

    I bought a new construction house that came with all Frigidaire appliances. Everything is cheap and nothing but problems. The customer service is much worse than the products. I have no idea how they can stay in business.

    Frigidaire refrigerator, four years old. The drawer panel shorted out and went on fire. Thank goodness we were home. Frigidaire refuses to do anything because it’s out of warranty. DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE.

    I’ve been waiting for almost a month for filters. First tracking they sent was with Fedex which didn’t work. I got in touch with them and found out it was with UPS. Which never arrived. They finally had to order more for me and when I asked for expedited shipping they disconnected me.

    Don’t buy anything from Frigidaire; my stove was broken from day 1. They “fixed” it 7 times, including replacing then fixing that unit. Now they want 300 dollars for a part and they won’t warranty the part if I buy it and it’s bad. No warranty, I think that’s a bad company, but I can buy the part from a 3rd party with a 90-day warranty. Makes no sense. Stay away.

    Absolute garbage company and product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! We have had issues for over a year (bought in Nov 2024). Now of our microwave/oven just randomly completely shut off. Happens sometimes multiple times a day. They have been out probably over 7 times. And many times it just gets worse. Every time we call they say they will send someone out before they deem it unfixable. After over a year and many many people coming out (often rescheduling at the last minute after we moved our day around for them to come, as me and my husband both have jobs- crazy concept I know), I would think it would be deemed as unfixable. They are the absolute worse company. Don't ever ever ever buy from them. All I want is my money back so I can buy from a different company.

    We purchased a new side-by-side Frigidaire refrigerator in Dec. 2022 during the covid shortage. It was the only brand in stock at the time. I guess that the known issues would be a good indicator of why. From day 1 the ice machine would not operate properly. Additionally, the fridge side freezes food at random, no matter the temperature setting. It loves to destroy lettuce and other fresh veggies.

    The warranty is a joke, on the consumer. The company will honor nothing related to these malfunctions, although they did send a replacement ice machine due to a recall which involved the cheap plastic breaking and dripping it in among the ice cubes. The replacement ice maker is no better than the original, it does not operate. It dumps water all over the ice cube bin as well as failing to empty the tray once the mess is frozen. FRSS2623AWD is the model number, but don't bet on this being the only problematic model.. Beware!

    Garbage. Back ordered, nobody cared to tell me. When finally delivered it was delivered 2 hours late, nobody cared to tell me. I had it installed myself. Within one week the control panel was not working properly. They set up a service call. Technician supposed to arrive in 4 days. Got message the day before they would not be arriving for another 8 days. Returning the product. Beyond frustrated. I am certain the return process is going to be hell but I just want an appliance that works properly and a company I can count on. So disappointing. Don't waste your money or time like I just have.

    I order model GCFE306CBF, oven range. After one month, I had issues with the temperature control then the oven circuit stopped working three times prior to them considering doing anything. The last visit technician advised that they should replace the unit because it's a KNOWN issue and they don't have the parts to fix it. Fridgiraire didn't show up for two appointments and one of the appointments they made themselves. It's awful. The oven is not working again for the fourth time and the temperature doesn't hold. For the fourth time without a functional appliance, needing to purchase food at restaurants, losing money because Frigidaire continues to sell a product with known issue. They are replacing the unit, which will take 7-10 days. Also equals another week without a functional appliance.

    I bought my Frigidaire oven (Model #GCFG3060BFB) about a year ago, and while the stove top works fine, the oven has been a constant source of frustration. The temperature display is inaccurate and inconsistent: when set to 350°F, the oven undershoots the temp by 25-50°F. At higher temperatures, like 400°F or above, it overshoots by 50–75°F.

    I tried using the built-in calibration feature as instructed by Frigidaire support, but it didn’t resolve the issue — the oven still cycles unpredictably and reports it’s at temperature when it is not. I’ve called Frigidaire twice during the warranty period. The first time I was told to use calibration (which I did), and the second time I was told that inconsistent temperature is “not a warranty issue.” It’s shocking that an oven that cannot maintain a stable, accurate temperature isn’t considered defective.

    For anyone who ever uses the oven— for casseroles, cookies, cakes, biscuits, a turkey, or anything— this oven is a nightmare. You have to constantly monitor the temperature with an oven thermometer and manually adjust the heat. The stove top works well, but if you plan to bake, be prepared for a lot of babysitting. Overall, it’s disappointing that a new, supposedly high-quality oven is so unreliable. I plan to replace it with a GE Profile oven, which I’ve always found to be far more accurate and consistent.

    I’ve bought a lot of Frigidaire but never again. I recently purchased an oven and it was supposed to come with an air fryer tray. I contacted Frigidaire as told, customer service was supposed to call or email me to fix the situation and they never did. They kept trying to claim they didn’t need to add the piece even though it was a clear incentive upon buying the oven. Absolutely terrible customer service. They don’t care if you’re happy with your products and they’ll try to cheat you out of their incentives. Don’t buy Frigidaires. There are plenty of other good options out there with better customer service.

    I would give it 0 stars if I could. I have owed a Frigidaire wall oven since April 2025. It is a total piece of crap. I wish I had never bought it. I had a repair person yesterday because the oven temperature varies so widely. Things were not cooking properly. I was told that when you set the oven temperature, say 350 degrees, that when is comes up to temperature and beeps, that does not mean that the temperature is ready to cook. No, you should wait an additional 20 minutes. So the temperature beep in a totally worthless feature--this from Frigidaire!

    I baked muffins. While they were in the oven, the temperature varied from 300 degrees to over 400 degrees. I was also told not to look at the temperature, but at the food. (But don't open the oven or turn on the light.) Well, I have been looking at the food. When it doesn't cook properly, I look for a cause. There are other features I dislike, but the uneven cooking is the worst.

    Bought double convection ovens model number GCWD3067AFD and discovered after installation, the ovens do not have time bake but instead have delay bake of only 1 hour so am unable to time-bake a potato in the morning to have ready for dinner in the evening. Wrote a review about this, and Frigidaire replied to call customer service, which I did.

    Also discovered that ovens have only 1 timer, so timing cookies while using both ovens is a challenge, plus the lowest rack position is 5" high, which means I cannot proof my bread by covering it with a container for rising as does not leave me enough room to remove container without touching the bread after it has risen which causes it to collapse. I do not want to put plastic wrap on my food. Spent a considerable amount of time with "Mage?" who repeatedly apologized but when I asked her if I would be getting a call from Frigidaire and will I be getting any help? She replied, "No. You will never be getting a call from Frigidaire, and no, you will not be getting any help."

    If I could give zero stars I would. Buy from Frigidaire if you want to waste thousands of dollars on actual garbage that doesn’t work. They wait weeks before sending our repairmen who then cancel day of. Customer service is a waste of time zero% helpful.

    If I could give Frigidaire/Electrolux 0 stars I would. Absolute garbage products that fail within the first month of purchase, terrible customer service based in India, and the slowest repairs I've ever had. It's taken multiple months to fix my microwave (after it caught fire and they wouldn't replace!), range, and dishwasher. Worst trash I've ever seen.

    Frigidaire stove has been a nightmare. The stove errors while cooking and even errors during the middle of the night when it's off. One of Frigidaire's outsourced techs kept taking bathroom breaks during short visits and asking personal questions about my kids. Frigidaire then sent another outsourced company and the first tech stayed 5 minutes and refused to do the work - then their second tech never even showed up. Will never purchase Frigidaire again.

    I don’t know if these are made in America but the company is. They never answer the phone or transfer you all over the place to incorrect places. It’s been a disaster from day one. The stove leaks gas giving my husband a headache. The refrigerator was damaged as well, we told the driver to take it. They told us to call Frigidaire. Since two hours wait the drivers left. No one to communicate with. DO NOT BUY FROM FRIGIDAIRE. You will not be happy if you do. I was advised multiple times of refund but no confirmation of refund. They wait until your timeframe is up then say you stuck with it. I emailed CEO, no response. There needs to be a class action to get this to stop.

    I purchased a Frigidaire dehumidifier in 2019. While under warranty, it broke and they replaced it. I registered the new unit upon receipt using the serial number on the unit. 3 years later, I received an email to extend my warranty and I did. However, the serial number on the renewal began with a W and mine begins with a K. But that wasn't the issue. My serial number ended in 969 and the one they claim they sent me ended in 923. All other numbers were the same. Their system is screwed up and they wouldn't honor my warranty after about 4 hours of conversations.

    The good news is they refunded my warranty payment. But I will never buy another Frigidaire again because I couldn't convince them that it was nearly impossible for me to have both KN11904969 and KN11904923 and that this was their error not mine and why did they send me a renewal for WN11904969? Don't buy their dehumidifiers. I told them it is fraudulent to sell warranties that are not honored. How many messed up warranties have they sold that never get used so the consumer doesn't know they shelled out money on something worthless. Please check your serial numbers with Frigidaire. I think their database is trash!

    Purchase a dishwasher and the tub was warped so the unit was leaking from day one, after numerous calls to customer support (out sourced to countries like the Philippines and Nigeria) to get this rectified but to no avail as they are poorly trained. I had asked to speak with a manager and was told that they would tell me the same thing and eventually was told there was no manager available and they they were ending the call. It has been over a month to be told that the store where I purchased it from would be dealing with the matter as an email was sent to them for replacement, when I called the store it was purchased at I was told that they have no knowledge of a email. The experience was beyond horrible and I am still dealing with the matter and yet to receive an answer. Steer clear of this company and their products as I am learning the hard way!!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!

    I purchased 3 appliances. All are broken within 3 years and they refused talk to me. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. My refrigerator leaks, my dishwasher stopped working. My microwave there tape on the handle. It all bubbled up.

    Frigidaire is the world's worst appliances that was ever made and the company needs to be shut down! Every Frigidaire brand I bought was no good, constantly high temperature and service techs that comes out to fix the Frigidaire are extremely mean. In other words Frigidaire in North Carolina needs to be shut down.

    I purchased a gas cook stove. Which had a problem with the clock and timer control board when you used the oven the clock would lose time. I finally got them to send a repairman out. He determined it was a bad control panel. Frigidaire told him it had to be the power coming into my home which I had checked, and it was correct. Finally after nearly two months and numerous phone calls they finally sent the part. Their tech installed it but it did not fix the problem. This is where the real problem began.

    I got them to send him back out he determined the stove could not be repaired. He made his report to Frigidaire. They hung up the phone on him and would not answer when he tried to call back. This was done while he was at my home. When I called customer service they claimed they had no record of his call. They use recorded lines. After about six months lots of phone calls and work orders which were either cancelled by them or no show from the repair service I finally realized after they hung up on me also that they were not going to honor their warranty.

    New matching broke after 13 months due to manufacturing default in assembly. The foreign customer service didn’t care at all. I will never buy from Frigidaire or affiliates again. Complete junk. Had to pay $350 to repair their screw up.

    After clearing my entire day so I could be available for the 8-5 window I was given for today for repair of my Gallery Induction Range (which has never worked properly), I received an email at 6:45 this morning telling me that the service technician would not be coming and that I needed to call to reschedule. Below are their rules regarding service calls:

    Cancellation Window:

    If a customer cancels their appointment before 12 PM (noon) the day prior to the scheduled service event, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.

    If a customer cancels their appointment after 12PM (noon) the day prior to the scheduled service event, a non-refundable Cancellation Fee (Trip Fee) will apply.

    Cancellation Fee:

    The Cancellation Fee, also known as trip fee, is collected when the service appointment is initially scheduled and is non-refundable if the customer cancels after the cancellation window.

    According to their rules, if the appointment is not canceled by 12pm the day before, a cancellation fee (trip fee) will be charged and is non-refundable. That was about $350 for me. My service call for today was cancelled today at 6:45am which is certainly not within their Cancellation Window.

    I called customer support to reschedule and asked for a discount on my pre-paid service call, as I had to arrange my entire day today to accommodate the 8 hour service window I was given. Because of their cancellation, I also needed to clear another day for my rescheduled service appointment. If I had cancelled my appointment the morning of the day it was scheduled for, they would have kept the entire $350. It seems to me that since these are the rules they have for customers, they should honor those rules and have a cancellation fee (or discount applied) for the inconvenience and trouble they have put me through.

    After not getting a response to my request for a discount, I tried calling twice and was disconnected both times so I did a chat. When I was told that they could not apply a discount, I asked to cancel the rescheduled appointment and was told they could not assure me of a full refund because, get this, I was beyond the 12 noon of the day before cancellation deadline. Unbelievable. I will never purchase another appliance from Frigidaire and will never bother to use their "customer service" department either for the appliances I currently own.

    1) Not enough certified tech, take 2 weeks to have tech available to evaluate our dishwasher (please dont buy their appliances). It broke down after 6 months from brand new. 2) Their part delivery service is slow (they always said 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS). Sometime it took longer as the part do not come out from Fridgidaire, it from third party warehouse. 3) Customer service cannot help with any of these issue. In the end, you are at their Mercy to coordinate things slowly. So, if your appliance broke and under warranty, it will takes 6 weeks to fix.

    Selling refrigerators knowing that freezer compressor will fail. I purchased on September 25, 2025 from Home Depot. Within one month of purchase problems begin. "HI" Temperature warning on Gallery 36 in. 22 cu. ft. Counter-Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator in Smudge-Proof Stainless Steel. Turns out the company knows of this problem based on reviews on Home Depot and Lowe's a common complaint. Purchased on September 20, 2025 from Home Depot.

    On October 22, 2025 warning came on reset it and took 5 hours to correct temperature. Fine for 5 days then alarm all weekend. Kept resetting kept going off. Called manufacturer who sent a tech who said it was the mother board but wasn't sure. This morning alarm went off reset but this check the freezer food has thawed. Will end up losing hundreds of dollars due to a known error. Call told them I thought it was the compressor. They said they will send a new tech. Try selling me an extended warranty. Buy something else at Lowe's next time.

    Purchased a Frigidaire gallery Oct 5, 2023, Oct 5, 2025 fridge stopped working completely (motherboard). We did not have the extended warranty. We have called Frigidaire multiple times and they have been useless. Suggested ordering the part, therefore we ordered it (they said there was 1 in stock), paid 245$. Part was never shipped, when we called to inquire, they said part not available. They said unsure of when it will be available. They aren’t helping in any way! It could be months before they have the part in stock. We have been without a fridge for 3 weeks now! They don’t back their product at all. I will never purchase another product from them! Don’t waste your money! And we wonder why our landfills are full?!? Shame on you, Frigidaire!!!

    I can't comment on the product yet because I've not received them. My comment is to their customer service and lack of follow-through. I signed up for a Friday delivery to make sure I had the day off. Their delivery partner wanted to change the date to the day before. After many phone calls to Frigidaire assuring me that I would still receive my appliances on Friday, they never arrived.

    The company they contract with (Diverse Logistics), for which they felt no responsibility for, called on the wrong day and because I couldn't be there told me they didn't know when they would be able to deliver them. All attempts to speak with the delivery company directly futile. One phone number they listed said the mailbox was full. The other phone number I was given and had left two messages on resulted in no return call. AND as I write this I even called back the first number and this time was able to leave a message.

    I was told after speaking to the fourth person at Frigidaire that the delivery dates are only suggested. Do they not understand people work? I received two different emails with the correct delivery date from Frigidaire and two other emails with the wrong date. These were intermingled- first the correct, then the not, then the correct, then not.

    So after getting rid of my old appliances to make room for the new ones, I am without any. No one seemed concerned that I had no place to put or cook food. The 4th representative told me the calendar that they post is only suggestive of the date I might get... even though I got a confirmation email (2) with the date of delivery. The second person I spoke to stated, without my prompting, that the first person didn't put the information in properly to reschedule. She then did that properly presumably because I got an email after stating the correct delivery date. A couple days later followed by another email with the wrong date. So Frustrated!
