I am trying to claim for heating problem at my home. The 24/7 claim number or website does not work!! We have no heating for 2 days now. I signed up for 3 years and no one picks up the phone! I will not be renewing my policy and looking elsewhere 😤.

My wife and I have tried to contact Elite home warranty for several months now without any answer by email phone or online without any success. We have paid into a policy and are receiving no answers at all.

Zero stars if I could, I paid $3,500 for a five year plan and the first time I filed a claim for my a.c. it was denied, however they said they would send a $500 dollar check to help with the cost. They said it could take up to 45 business days to arrive and that was back in July and still nothing. Now none of the phone numbers I've called have worked. I think it's time to file a lawsuit!!!

They will steal your money and disappear. It's been almost a year since my first claim, and they still owe me a $300 check that they promised would come in the mail. For months, they kept making up excuses (their system is down, they have a new system, check was mailed but got lost, etc). And now I have a new claim, and they seem to have disappeared! The website is not working, all +6 different telephone numbers appear to be disconnected, and no email responses.

We paid $1,200 for a property coverage for a year. When I couldn't get a person to respond with claim issues I canceled and asked for a refund. Elite owes us $1,200. All the phone numbers I have tried are now invalid. I have an email from Elite from months ago saying they will be sending the money within 45 days. I'm not sure what to do now. We have been had.

I have been with Elite Home Warranty for 18 months already. I paid for a three-year plan, the best I could purchase. I have tried unsuccessfully for the past two months to get a human being on the phone to help me. I have submitted at least five email to the email listed on their website, and to date have not even received a "We've received your email and will get back with you soon," auto-response. I am assuming they went out of business and are trying to stave off the people who have paid for a full three year policy with them. All I can provide as proof of purchase would be my bank statement from the purchase, which will take some time to get my hands on. I will provide that in a later review, so as to get the "verified" purchase on this review.

I wish I had found this site before buying a home warranty policy through this company. They have zero customer service. They did not reimburse on AC repairs made this year in April after it was approved. I have wasted numerous calls, emails and time trying to have them do what their contract says. Please do not buy Elite Home Warranty. It is not what the advertising says. The copy of the email below was received in September….still have no contact from this company regarding my reimbursement.

Submitted three service requests, one of which to the "person" I purchased our "Home Warranty" from to repair my gas furnace. I have yet to receive any acknowledgement of my service requests. I tried phoning them and was told they're having communication problems. According to BBB the company still exists, but how does one actually get a live person to talk with or some response to service requests. I switch to Elite because of their high BBB rating in 2024. I should have suspected something was funky with this company when they didn't offer online service requests and monitoring. I guess my HW with Elite is worthless.

      Reviewed Nov. 10, 2025

On June 16, 2025, my air conditioning system required service. I contracted Baker HVAC Services for the repair, and the total cost came to $775.00, which I paid out-of-pocket. I subsequently submitted a claim for reimbursement for this covered repair. Despite my contractual right to this reimbursement, I have been unable to get a resolution from Elite Home Warranty. My attempts to contact the company have been consistently met with a recording stating their phone system is not working and that all inquiries must be submitted via email. I have sent approximately ten (10) separate emails to their support address and have received no response whatsoever. I have also left messages, which have gone unreturned.

Furthermore, per the company's own request, I submitted my bank information for a direct deposit of the funds on two separate occasions: October 3, 2025, and October 19, 2025. It has now been over two months since I first provided this information, and the $775.00 reimbursement has still not been deposited into my account. This complete lack of communication and failure to honor the terms of my home warranty agreement is unacceptable. If I could leave a Zero I would.
