BCI Bath & Shower Reviews

We liked the way that BCI's reps came right out and gave us an estimate. They did everything that they said that they were going to do and there wasn't any pressure. They left us to make our own mind up and they were very reliable. They had a good reputation, too. The installation went wonderfully. The techs came out on a Thursday morning at 7:00 and they worked until 2:00. We had ceramic tiles, so it was very difficult for them to get that out. But they worked until they got that out and they started the shower. Then it came time for them to go home, and they were back first thing the next morning. They finished up at 12:00 and their work looks great.

Rome Bath has a showroom in Quakertown, which isn't far from where I am. I took a ride down to see what their baths looked like and I was very pleased. What I saw and the people that I spoke to made me decide on them to do the bath. The customer service reps were polite and answered any questions I had. They came out and had samples of different types of walls because they did the whole enclosure. There were different types of finishes to the plumbing portion of it. So, you're able to pick right from the person who came to your house without having to even go to their showroom.

We had a tub/shower combo put in by BCI Bath & Shower. They took out the tub and replaced it with a walk-in shower. They also replaced the toilet and the vanity. We had a very long vanity. We shortened it to 4 feet and added a tall cabinet on the side of the vanity. I like having the storage there. We had bought our own flooring and they put in the flooring as well. We bought our own mirror and had an electrician put it in because it had lighting. They didn't wanna touch that. My biggest complaint was they didn't put up any barrier between our bathroom and our bedroom, so the dust was horrendous in our bed bedroom. I have allergies and couldn't sleep upstairs for several days. We had to wipe down every single surface in our bedroom including the walls and doors. But the quality of work was good overall.

The sales rep went out of his way to show us different colors because there were popular colors that everybody wanted to buy. He also showed us other layouts as far as the types of showerhead we could get and the different bars and the placement of the bars. The walk-in shower which we ordered around the end of May was installed in the middle of August. We had done some previous renovation of the upstairs. Our pipes broke, so we had to have the old pipes redone with PVC, and we could never get the door which covered the piping on right. When they tore that up to get to the piping, they ripped up some paneling, and it was a mess. The installer took it upon himself to fix that though that was not part of the plan. His attitude was great. The workmanship was fantastic. It was the best $13,000 I have spent in a long time. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I'm so happy with BCI Bath & Shower.

We did a walk-in shower with BCI. We weren't really thrilled with the sales rep. But we liked the company. When we called, they worked everything through with us really fine and we got what we wanted. The installation was impeccable. They did exactly what they said they would do and they did it on time with no problem. I'm very pleased with the quality. It's very well-sealed, sturdy and easy to clean. It's exactly what I wanted. We're happy with it. The product is reasonably priced for what we wanted and what you get. I would definitely recommend them.

BCI Bath & Shower had a good price, and they had a good rep. Everything went all right. The rep was good. He went over everything. He came on the appointed time and had everything ready, explained everything, and had all the samples. We could adjust anything to where we wanted it. It was flexible. And the guys that came and installed it were good, too. It's excellent quality. They had a little problem with the showerhead. It dripped. A couple of days later, a guy came and fixed that. He was in and out of here in 15 minutes.

BCI came out to strip everything, put a flat walk-in shower in and did a phenomenal job. Put a new sink, a cabinet over my toilet, and did my walls. They were very good. Whoever got them would be lucky. I was very happy. It's a bit easier for my mom to get in so I could get her in and out of the shower better. And they made the sink smaller so we have more room. It's a lot better. It was an old bathroom. Now, it looks nice.

They tore out the old shower and bath and put in a walk-in shower. They were very professional. They were on time and they were in and out. Everything went along just like we planned and without any snags. I highly recommend BCI.

They did the shower and the quality of work is pretty good. The contractor tore out the old one and put in new walls, a base, and some plumbing. What I like the most about the shower is that I can set the temperature and then I go right back to it the next time. My wife likes it, too.

We did a walk-in shower with BCI. I like it. The installer ran into a bump in the road but that was to be expected. The rep took the time out to reach out to us after the fact.

We got a walk-in shower from BCI. The installer had it done in two days. The installer was wonderful. My wife absolutely loves it. It's perfect. Couldn't be any better. However $11,000 for a shower is freaking ridiculous. But they are cheaper than anybody else.

BCI had a great price for me and they listened and did what I wanted. So, I really appreciate that. It's great when you have a company come in and you say, “This is what I want,” and they price it for just that. I would recommend BCI to everybody. As far as the products, I got the tub wall kits. They did the shower pad and the faucets. I also had handrails added. Two guys came for the installation, and they switched off doing stuff. They were very nice and personable. It was all done in one day. They did a great job and cleaned up great. I had the bathtub re-enameled. I have an old iron bathtub, and that's what I wanted to keep. I was very happy with their work. I love it. I show it off to all my family.

I made an appointment for a quote, rearranged my whole morning and 10 min before he was supposed to be here he called and canceled. When I called the office to ** they told me they called the day before but didn't leave a message because... "it's against the law to leave a message." Say what??? He left a message he wasn't coming??? I have lots of people working on my house that leave me messages even city inspectors so don't tell me "it's against the law". How lame... Bottom line I wouldn't do business with them, who knows once they start the job they'll pull a bait and switch on ya. Buyer beware of this company....
