How do Jacuzzi Bath Remodels work?
Jacuzzi provides a free design consultation to help you find an ideal tub or shower for your new or existing bathroom. The company offers everything from walls and bases to fixtures and accessories to replace your existing tub or shower. You can buy its products online or at a local showroom. Installation is available through the retailer or a local service company.
Jacuzzi Bathrooms operates through third-party dealers nationwide. Bathroom options, offers and experience vary from location to location. Installation timelines can also vary by dealer.
Jacuzzi Bathrooms advertises one-day remodels. "One-day" refers to the physical swap of the tub or shower unit once preparation is complete. Pre-work — including measurements, product ordering, permit approvals and any structural repairs discovered during demolition — can take weeks. Reviews often note confusion around this timeline.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel cost
While Jacuzzi offers some budget options, many of its products are known for luxury materials and styling, making much of its catalog more expensive than competing brands’ showers and tubs. For example, Jacuzzi bathtub prices typically range from about $1,100 to $9,800. Prices can vary significantly by item type and retailer.
Jacuzzi provides a custom quote during your consultation. That price is valid for one full year.
FAQ
How long does a Jacuzzi bathroom renovation take?
Jacuzzi bathroom remodels can be done in as little as a day; however, for larger bathroom remodeling projects, renovations might take longer. Your remodeler will walk you through the timeline before starting the process.
Does Jacuzzi handle the installation process?
No, Jacuzzi does not handle the installation process, though local showrooms typically offer installation services. If you purchased your Jacuzzi tub at a big-box hardware store, you’ll need to arrange installation with a bathroom remodeler or install the tub yourself.
What warranty do Jacuzzi Bathrooms products have?
All Jacuzzi baths are covered by a limited lifetime warranty that applies to the bath and all components, as long as they were purchased through an authorized dealer and installed by a certified technician.
Where is Jacuzzi bath remodeling available?
Jacuzzi bathtubs are available nationwide. Check its website to find a showroom and to view nearby retailers’ product selections. Ratings and reviews can vary by retailer, so make sure to narrow down your search to the showroom closest to you.
What materials are used in Jacuzzi bath remodels?
Jacuzzi bath remodels use Tri-Tek™ composite acrylic for its tubs, showers and wall surrounds. This material has a high-density PVC core and dual aluminum backing. It’s scratch-, UV-, and wear-resistant. It also has an antimicrobial surface layer, making it easy to keep clean.
Still have questions?
Are Jacuzzi Bath Remodels worth it?
Jacuzzi is a household name for bath products due to its high-quality, reliable fixtures for both standard and luxury bathrooms. Many of its products are expensive, but the company has options for varying budgets, and financing is available. Jacuzzi bath installation is often fast, but note that it’s typically arranged through a third party.

If you're thinking about a remodel on your bathroom, Jacuzzi is the best. They're good to work with, and they're helpful. I fell and hit my head in the bathroom, getting out of the shower, and had a concussion. We decided maybe this is a good time. We called the Jacuzzi people and said, "We're interested in looking at a shower.” That was when they came out. They were great from design on. The first guy that came out was the design guy, and he went through. We designed our shower, and we got the pricing on it. He gave us a timeline and told us exactly what to expect because they were out several weeks before they would be able to install our shower. He said they would talk to us. He walked us through what all the financing options were, exactly what to do, very specific about what to do, and what would happen.
We would get at least weekly calls from Jacuzzi or emails giving us updates on where they were with getting the materials and getting things fabricated and where we were in the installation queue. Really, really good about communicating. We were very impressed. The financing arm was good. They were Johnny-on-the-spot to say, “Here's the consumer portal. This is how it works. This is how your contract with us will work.” You can go out and check your stuff at any time. We always got an email from them.
Once the work started, the materials were purchased, we got emails from the lending company asking us to approve the purchases. We hadn't changed our mind. We got two emails from them, one approving the purchase of the materials, and the other was a sign-off that the installation was successful and that we would pay for the labor. That was good.
When they were getting ready to install, we got a call from Jacuzzi three weeks in advance, so we could set up a specific time. We got another call a week in advance to let us know who will come out. The guys showed up at 8 o'clock in the morning, and they were done by 5 o'clock. It was like nobody had ever been there. Everything was cleaned up. They vacuumed out the bathroom. They got all the crap everywhere. And the shower was in. The lead on the install team walked us through, explained everything to us about how everything worked, how the warranty worked, what cleaners not to use, had handouts showing us what cleaners not to use because you didn't wanna avoid the warranty using the wrong kind of cleaner. It was good information.
Half an hour after they left, we got a call from Jacuzzi saying, “How’d they do? And what can we do better? And would you recommend us?” We told them that the only thing that that we thought that they could have provided would be a handout on using the different settings, because it's different than the shower we're used to. But it was easy once we got into it. It looks a lot more complicated than it was. But they called half an hour after to see, how was the team? Were they polite? Were they thorough? Did they do everything they needed to do? And yes, yes, and yes.
It's a gorgeous shower, and it's easy to use. It's nice to be able to step into it without having to step over. So, you feel a lot more comfortable. Because we're 70 and we each have mobility issues, we got the grab bars. We picked out the shelves that go in, and they double as grab bars. Plus, we got grab bars. We also got the drop-down seat, which is amazing. We also got a handheld wand feature that we wanted. You can always grab on to a grab bar in there. They're handy and sturdy.
The installer told me the seat was rated up to 325 pounds. The seat is sturdy. They put it at exactly the height we wanted it. We asked them if they could raise the shower curtain rod because we opted not to have doors. But when we did the design, our designer said, "How about if we just make the shower a little wider so it's more spacious?” Which made all the difference in the world. Most walk-in showers are narrow across them, so they always feel claustrophobic. This feels extremely spacious. It was 4 inches that they added. We have a small lip. We got a 4-inch lip on the shower, which you can still use with a wheelchair if you need to. Also, the shower is easy to clean and keep clean. You just spray it down with your spray of choice, as long as it's one of their recommended ones. They don't recommend a brand. They recommend a type.

I called Jacuzzi, and they came out and told me what they had to offer and gave me a quote. Then I called Kohler after that, and they came out, and they also gave me a quote, which was a little bit less. But I ended up going with Jacuzzi for the name and the advertising I saw on TV, even though it was a couple of thousand dollars more.
I'm 83. I had a tub that I had to step over to get into, and it just wasn't very safe. I ended up using the shower that I had next to it, which is just a regular single-person shower, and it was fine enough for me to fit into. I did miss my tub, and I still do, but I'll get over that. Safety is more important. Jacuzzi sent a representative out, and he showed me all the options, which I ended up getting a few in the shower, and it just grew from there. The installation process was good. The installers were great. They were very helpful, and it went okay. There was a part that had to be ordered. It was the pan for the shower. They said it would take two to three weeks, but it ended up taking four weeks.
The only discrepancy I had with the whole project was that I kept calling in because two weeks had passed and nobody had called me, and the only answer I got was, “We'll call you as soon as the part gets in.” I said, “The part was due in, and how much longer is it going to be?” They said, “There's a delay on it, and we'll just call you when the part comes in.” I said, “Okay.” But then it went on, and nobody called. The communication at the beginning wasn't good. But the installers were great. The installation was good. And once it got installed, it moved along from there.
Having the Jacuzzi shower made my life safer, as I'm a senior. And taking the bathtub out was a big job for those guys. They were wonderful. I got the rain-head for the shower. I got the handheld. I also got a built-in shelf in the center of it, and then I got some shelving on each end that goes in the inverted D in the corner, which I can put my shampoos on. I also got a grab bar and a bench. Everything in that shower is aimed towards safety and convenience.

I replaced a bathtub with a shower. The quality is good. The sales representative was very good. He used a sales technique that is called putting pressure on the customer, or making them think it's their last opportunity to get a price. I kept telling the guy that I was not going to fall for it. I didn't fall for it until he gave me more money off. So, that stupid technique actually has some effect, but it's fine. But again, I perceived it as greater pressure, particularly at the point where I had not actually talked to any other installers. But I was under the impression that the deal that was being offered was not going to be extended past the time that he walked out the door. I'm not fond of that as a salesperson.
It was approximately May 20th that I signed a contract, and I received weekly emails from Jacuzzi saying, "Project continuing forward." I already knew that it was going to take four to six weeks. At approximately the six-week mark, I got an email saying, "Get ready for your installation." But what installation? So I called Jacuzzi and they said that they would have somebody from installation call me. But I never got a call.
I let it go for a couple of days. I called Jacuzzi and told them, "Still waiting for an installation date, waiting for a call.” They said, “Oh, yeah, we'll have somebody call." But no one called. That continued for the next two weeks or so. I kept telling them that I had been calling, and there's a record of my calls of all of these inquiries. I wasn't getting any emails at that point. There were no updates in email after about the six-week mark. No installation date in limbo. No one calling me. No one to give me a date.
I finally got a date, and it was on a Thursday. I was not fully convinced that I was going to have an installation the next week. I was expecting a call on Friday, saying, "Oh, we'll be there next week." Then I got a text over the weekend from the install supervisor saying, "We're going to be there on Monday, bright and early." So, I confirmed that was fine.
I was surprised because up to that point, I'd gone two weeks without any communication at all. At that period of time, as a customer and somebody who had already put down 50% on a $20,000 job, it was discouraging. If I had just continued to get emails from Jacuzzi, they didn't even have to be from the installation people, they just needed to say, "We're still working on getting you an installation date, and somebody will call," and that would have been fine. But as it was, I had to keep calling, and I never got a call. So, that's a central point of a fall down in the customer service experience for me. It took eight weeks for me to go from contract to install, which is fine. I was already expecting four to six weeks. It's not the time span that was my concern. It was that after a point in time, I stopped getting regular communications.
The installation was fine. The guys were professional, friendly and informative during the install. They were on time every day. They didn't make a mess. It went without a hitch. The customer service was good up to a point. The website sucked. There was no information there at all. There was no way to chat with anybody. I had to really look deep for the local installer because I did try to contact the local installer, and it flipped back to the Jacuzzi customer care when I called the local number. So, the website needs more customer care on it. But overall, I would have no hesitation about recommending Jacuzzi to my neighbor.

My husband's very ill. And the bathroom we had, even though it was a step up of maybe six inches, was too high for him. He was holding on to the shower bar to get in, and he needed to be able to sit down. We went with Jacuzzi for remodeling because they're a well-known name. Second off, I could go back to Costco if I had any problems, and Costco gives an incentive if you buy through them, which was nice. I didn't know that at the time until after we bought, or after the guy was already here and we were measuring up.
The salesperson wasn't pushy. We laid it all out; he walked through with me. Because I wasn't going to buy that day. We had an independent contractor who kept telling us he was going to come over, but he never showed up. And when we got done with the whole process, and he gave us the estimate, I asked him if he could give me some time to talk to my husband, and he did.
He had a phone call to make. So he went out to his truck, and Bill and I talked, and we decided that we needed it to get done right away. And they couldn't do it right away, but they said they could do it within six weeks. The other thing was Jacuzzi told us that it would be done in a day, and that was another thing. We only have one bathroom. So you need that one-day thing. But the guy came back, and we made our decision to go ahead with it.
We did the shower, and we did the seat. We did the grab bars, and those grab bars come with it. We did the corner shelving, too. We didn't feel like we could afford to do any more fancy stuff. They have a tray that I might have liked to have had, but it wasn't that big a deal to me. And he doesn't get so anxious when he has to take a shower now, which is wonderful.
Installation couldn't have been any more perfect. Those guys came in. They were very polite. They asked if they could use the patio to set things out on, and we told them, absolutely. They brought all of their equipment up onto the patio. Whatever they moved, they put back at the end of the day. They were in and out of our back door, getting things and taking care of things.
They were not loud. They had some music going on that I could only hear when I went to the back of the house where our shower is. They were courteous. I offered them something to drink; I told them where it was, and I told them to help themselves. They were just very nice, young men. There was one other thing they did: throughout the process, they would ask me if I wanted to look, which I did. Several times, I went back and took a look at what they were doing, and they were so efficient and cleaned up at the end and cleaned up the patio at the end. Couldn’t ask for more.
Hi Cathy! We're delighted to hear that our team provided a seamless installation and that the new shower with the seat and grab bars has made such a difference for your husband. We hope your new setup brings you comfort and ease for many years to come. If you ever need any assistance, don't hesitate to reach out.

I just recently moved to Tucson and purchased a house that I knew I was going to have to do some renovation work on. One of the things that I wanted to do was remove the old plastic bath-shower combo in my second bathroom and replace it with a walk-in shower. Although it wasn't the thing that I was thinking about doing immediately, I knew I was going to do it down the road. I got a call from Jacuzzi, and the salesperson came to my house. He was nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. I decided to go for it because I know Costco vets very heavily all of the specialty companies that they work with, so I was confident that I was going to get a good thing.
Also, I've had a spa tub in my house. We bought a semi-custom home and that was already in it. We never used the Jacuzzi feature because we never used the bathtub. But Jacuzzi has been around for a long time, and it's a good and reliable brand. Plus, they could do it fast. They had materials that would match exactly what I wanted to do, and by using my Costco card, I knew that I would get money back. Because I signed the deal that day, I got a nice discount on doing it, and they offered me 12 months of free financing. I was prepared to just write a check for the whole thing, but when you get free financing, you’ve got to take advantage of it.
I wanted just the plain, bog-standard almond because I had just painted my house a very similar color, and the second bathroom is a powder room and guest bathroom. It's tiny, only five feet by eight feet. Removing the shower curtain and having a glass shower door would allow the light from the window not only to brighten the bathroom, but also to make the hallway brighter. So, I was thrilled. The rep told me I'd have to wait four to six weeks for the product to be made because the plain almond isn't the most popular choice, so it would have to be manufactured. And I said it was fine. But I didn't have to wait that long.
The guys who came and did the work were amazing. There were three of them in a five-foot by eight-foot bathroom, and they kept the door closed all the time so the mess wouldn't get into my house. I don't know how they did it, especially during the heat wave. It must have been 125 degrees in that bathroom. They didn't do it in one day, but I didn't think they would.
One of the things I was happy with was that when they took everything out, one of the installers called me over and showed me a little spot on the outside wall where you could see light coming in from the inside, which totally freaked me out. He told me not to worry and that it was all going to be redone. When they cleaned out the P-trap, they went all the way down to the actual sewage connections, the city pipes, and redid everything. I love the little detail on the finishing around the window with the little squares in the corner. I had to pay extra for a built-in shelf, and I was expecting some little thing that was eight inches wide and 12 inches tall. Instead, I got a great big, beautiful shelf with the two spots on it. I was amazed and I couldn't be happier.
One complaint I have is just a design feature. The shower head is just a shower head and I'm going to have to replace it and buy one with a handheld connection. I don't know if Jacuzzi offered it, but I don't remember him suggesting it to me, so I don't think they did. The other thing is the silicone the installers used when they were gluing everything into place has a life of its own and gets everywhere. It's all over the glass. I've had people come out here twice to clean it, and the silicone is still making my shower door look a bit smeary. You clean it in one spot and it just moves to another. The silicone thing is an issue for me even though most people don’t even notice it.
The week before last, I got another call from Jacuzzi as a follow-up. Last Tuesday, somebody was supposed to come to re-clean the glass between 9:00 and 11:00, and I waited all day. Nobody came and nobody called, and I was going to call. But other than that, I'm 1,000% happy. I’ve recommended Jacuzzi to my best friend. We both moved to Nevada, and she just bought a house and is a Costco member, so she is going to talk to Jacuzzi.

Installed more than 1 1/2 months ago. We were told to expect job to finish in 1 to 1 1/2 days. It took 4 days to complete and some things were left undone. Window area not sealed at the bottom (we had to fix it ourselves). Some caulking areas opened up and we had to patch them. Crew was not properly prepared for this job, seat was not built as requested, crew had to redo. We were not contacted after completion to find how we liked the job, thus this review. We wanted the crew to come back and finish these areas, that we couldn't see during inspection. Our phone call was not responded to.

The sales guy represented a company that is not dealing with third-party people like Offshore or Bath Remodel or somebody that has a crew that's here today and gone tomorrow. Jacuzzi has their own people. The installation was great. The installers were here in the morning, wrapped up late in the evening, and they were gone. They also cleaned up. It was good quality work. We got a walk-in, and it's easy to maintain. I'm still waiting to hear from Jacuzzi as to whether or not they're going to be able to clean our glass doors and/or replace them. They can't wash them. They sent the guy out there. There's something on them, and the more he washes it, the more it smears.

I'm disabled, and the bathtub we had was too difficult and unsafe for me to use. We needed a stand-up shower with a seat in it. We had a lot of less expensive options, but if we call a company and they come out and give us an estimate, and they don't get back to us in a while, we don't use them because we're afraid they won't get the job done as well or we're unsure about their reliability. We chose Jacuzzi for the quality and life expectancy. The follow-up care that they offered was much better than anyone else and it was huge for us because it has a lifetime warranty. And if the plumbing or something leaks that they worked on, they’ll fix it. We saw that in action because we had a plumbing issue. The pipes were sticking out too far so the team had to break the concrete and get the pipe going in the right direction. And they didn't charge us anything extra for that.
The installers did what they said they would do, were on time, didn't delay, and didn't call and cancel. We knew exactly when the project was going to be done and exactly what it was going to cost. Jacuzzi also offered a payment program, which helped because it was a lot more expensive than other estimates we received. The salesperson was great. He stayed within the range that we needed to be in and explained where costs could be lowered or added, and there were no hidden charges. We also liked the design. They were able to design it on a computer and it looked exactly like what we got in the end. We could pick and still stay within our price range.
We like the fixtures, the seat, and the quality of the Jacuzzi material. The floor is textured and not slippery. The base is also designed so the water doesn't pool. My favorite feature is the sit-down chair that’s built into the wall. It's made from teak wood, so it would be long-lasting. I feel safe in the shower. There are bars included, and I don't feel like I'm going to fall. Safety is huge for me, and that's probably the biggest benefit, along with the workmanship.

We had Jacuzzi Bath Remodel come out a year ago, but they were too expensive. Then we happened to be at Costco one day and they had reps there. We talked to them and got a much better deal through the Costco incentives and Jacuzzi's offers. We had been talking about remodeling the bathroom for a couple of years, and the price was right. And because of their reputation and the cost, we decided to use Jacuzzi. The salesperson was great. She was very personable and knowledgeable. She was new to ChatGPT and showed us what our bathroom would look like, which was cool. We liked her.
The installation went great. The installers were on time, worked quietly, cleaned up and let us ask questions. They didn't make us feel like we couldn't come in and look. We replaced a shower and tub combo with a walk-in shower and the quality seems great so far. We haven't had them very long and don't use that bathroom a whole lot, but it's been good. I would highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, but I would also encourage people to go through Costco if it's available.

I got a walk-in shower from Jacuzzi Bath instead of a tub. I've been wanting one for a long time. I'm just about to turn 80. I like Jacuzzi Bath's reputation. Their salesperson was cordial. The installation was incredibly well done. The man that put it in had to do it himself because he didn't have any help that day. So, he did a wonderful job and he was very kind and understanding. The salesperson and the installer were both professionals. The only thing is Jacuzzi Bath's pricing is extremely high. I was expecting to pay up to $3,000 for the shower and I was charged $14,000. Also, I wanted a showerhead that had the extension and they wanted about $1,000 for that. I bought one for 80 bucks at Home Depot.

I wanted to update the bathroom for my newborn as she was growing up. When I was going through Costco, one of Jacuzzi's salesmen asked, “You need a bathroom?” I was, “Yeah, I need a bathroom.” Go through Costco because of the rebates, quality, communication, and teamwork that Jacuzzi guys had to knock out our bathroom. I liked Jacuzzis' great timeliness, effective communication, cleanliness, and professionalism. It took three days with the inspection and it turned out nice.
It was interesting to see the style that they put in. I did tile work in my master, but I'm not a tile guy. It turned out decent. But they went in with these fiberglass sheets in the bath pan, and it interested me on how quick, smooth and clean it looks. They made sure the caulking lines looked good. They taped off everything. They laid carpet down throughout my house, so they didn't make a mess. Before they cut and mounted any of the handrails or the fixtures in to the actual job, they made sure my wife and I had our input on height and areas we wanted them to put in.
My wife has some medical issues so having the grab bar and the handle helps her while she's taking a bath to get in and out. It’s not just mounted as a fiberglass wall there. They put backing and secured it to the studs. You can do pull-ups on it. My wife has liked that feature to be able to crawl in and out of the bath easier for her. I haven't had a bathtub in 10 years. It's nice having a bathtub again. The original homeowner did the old bathroom shower by himself, and it wasn't done properly. It's nice having a bathroom that I can have people go into, and I'm not wary. They're not gonna question me why my bathroom looks the way it does anymore. They will walk in and go, "Wow, look at this! Looks clean.”

I'm not completely satisfied. I was looking for one day installation, but it took two days. Jacuzzi came in at 9 o'clock. Instead of saying it would take longer than one day, they went ahead and worked until almost 8 o'clock that night. I'm 91 years old, and it was exhausting to have the bathroom held up for that period of time. We have a second bathroom, so it wasn't terrible. But it was exhausting to have people working that length of time, and not saying, “Okay, we can't finish it today, unless we stay until 1 or 2 o'clock in the morning.” They did not stay until that time because we couldn't stand them here any longer working in that bathroom.
The other problem is, when they pulled in, it was a snowy day. It was terrible. It was blinding snow. But there were two men in the truck that pulled into our drive. One man got out of the truck, and he guided the other guy in. Our drive is wide, but on each side of the drive is a deep ditch that you can't see. But we have white poles on each side of the drive with red reflectors on them. When the guy was guiding the other guy in through all this heavy snow, he failed to see the poles, and they knocked one down. And the promise was that they will replace it. But they couldn't. It was February. The ground was frozen, and it was too cold to replace a pole immediately. Plus, they had to find a pole. It didn't happen, but they promised they'd come back. I've heard nothing from them, and it's now September.
I had the shower because I'm 91 years old, and getting in and out of the shower could be a problem for me. I had a tub before, and I waited on the doors. I said I want the doors, but I wanna try it without the doors first, because I'm afraid of falling through the glass doors or through whatever they're made of. But we've had no contact about the doors since. So, I'm dissatisfied with that. Also, they left a lot of that adhesive that they use, the metal on the showerhead, anything that was metal that was put on. A lot of that adhesive was never removed. They said that they would come back and remove that. I feel they took advantage of me because of my age. The representative that we talked to over the phone, wasn't listening. It's back in the winter time when they were coming. My son was here, and he was not as upset as I was because the poles haven't been replaced. And they haven't said anything about the shower doors.

I watched the Jacuzzi ads on television and I loved it. I'm 80 years old, and I got tired of stepping in and out of a tub. The gentleman who came out was fantastic. He took his time. He didn't rush anything. He made sure I had the right product that I ordered. He was very personal and caring. He put drop cloths down over my carpet so he wouldn't make any messes. He was very, very professional. The quality of work was outstanding. This is just so, so much easier. Especially with the grab bars, it just makes me feel so much safer. I would recommend Jacuzzi to anybody that wants a new bath or shower. I always tell my friends that if they want to redo their bathroom, go with the Jacuzzi.

Jacuzzi removed the bathtub and put in the walk-in shower for us. They were pretty accurate with the turnaround time from when we signed the agreement and how long it would take. Everything went smoothly. We got the rainfall head and we like it. It works great. They did a good job. We have recommended a few friends to them. If we ever had to use them again, we would also.
When the guy came out to do the presentation, he was knowledgeable about Jacuzzi and the company itself. He gave us all the history about the company and about all the products that they have and the description of everything, like how the materials are made and what kind of materials they use. Even every step by step and what they can do and every detail. He also answered any questions that we had. It is a little expensive, but it is good quality stuff. There were options available that were lower. But we got the expensive stuff because we're gonna remodel it once, so might as well get the good stuff.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us, Shalvin! We're delighted to hear that your walk-in shower installation went smoothly and that you are pleased with the rainfall head feature. Enjoy your new shower for years to come!

We are not young biddies anymore, and stepping over the tub wasn't fun. So, the walk-in shower was the best option, and I love it. Jacuzzi was really great, and the salesman was excellent. The installation took two days, and they ripped out the tub. We didn't have any problems at all. The installation took one day, and then the next day, the inspector came. I love it. It was very expensive, but the salesman was good at telling us, “Well, if you do this, this is going to bring it up more,” which I'm glad he told us because we're on limited income. Sometimes you have to pay for quality. Jacuzzi is a good company. They do great work.

Jacuzzi has a history of water items, so I thought that would be a good one to go with. The only disappointment I had was the in-home consult. I wanted an estimate, and the rep was a little bit too high-pressured and wanted to give me a contract right away, and I really wasn't really ready for the contract. I ended up signing it, but I wasn't happy about it at first.
The installation was good. There were two people who came, and they put down covering over the carpet, and checked out everything in the bathroom that was out of their way. They set up their little table with all the things that would have to go in the shower and asked me to verify that they had faucets and those new things. Then they started in, and they found that there was a leak in the ground, and they took care of that. We really like the final product. The color is good. It goes with the house. The kids liked it, and it was easy to step into. The biggest benefit is being able to just walk into the shower and not have to worry about gliding over the tub. I'm very happy with it. I would go with Jacuzzi again.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We appreciate your feedback regarding the in-home consultation and will use it to improve our service. It's wonderful to hear that the installation team did an excellent job, addressing even unexpected issues, and that you are enjoying the ease and style of your new shower. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

We purchased a shower from Jacuzzi. It was put in in March. The only thing that we were very disappointed in was that, afterwards, the cover for the drain was chipping. And somebody came out, and then they had to order a part. They came out one day to look at it. They ordered the part, then they came out. They were out in front of the house in their van, and they couldn't find the piece. Then, the next day, they showed up, and they had the wrong color.
After that, we had to wait over a month for them to come back, which was ridiculous. The whole time they were selling us this, it was like, “You only have to call this person and that person.” I said, “Okay. Great. This should be simple to fix.” It was an easy fix, but we had to wait over a month to have it fixed, which was very disappointing. I didn't understand why it took so long. I know they had the part in stock. And it took them less than 10 minutes. So, it wasn't like it was a big project where, for scheduling, they needed a whole day.

We'd been wanting to do a remodel in our bathroom for a while and never had enough money until recently. We went with Jacuzzi. A lot of it had to do with Costco guaranteeing the service and some of the incentives that Costco offered, in addition to how quick and easy the service was guaranteed to be and the warranty on the product. We just got the shower. The install was about four weeks ago. We signed the contract about six weeks before that. The salesperson was straight to the point. He went over what the product was with us, and it was a sales pitch but it was fine. He was friendly.
As far as the product, we went with basic options. I don't think we had too much added features. We upgraded some of the hardware. We had the grab bars. We had the shelves as well. The installation was quick and easy. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. Then they finished by about 3:00 PM. Everything was fine. I liked the people that came to do the install. They were very friendly and very efficient. They did a really good job. They were very helpful in helping us answer our questions and make sure that it was smooth. I would recommend Jacuzzi Bath if people are able to afford it. The pricing is competitive, but it's not cheap either. So, I think it could be done for less, but it is a good deal, and having it done through Costco made it really easy for me.

I had gotten a bid from another company, and Jacuzzi's bid was better. That was a $2, but it was still better. My husband and I were growing older, and I needed to change my shower. I didn't remodel my whole bathroom. I just changed my shower. I like the clean lines, handicap bars, and the color. I like everything about it. The installers were wonderful. They came on in, did what they had to do, and got on out. They didn't make a mess. They cleaned up after themselves. They were really nice.
The only thing that I was dissatisfied with is they recommended a company to do my doors because I got two-sided glass, and they didn't do two-sided glass. They only did the front. The company that they recommended was sorry. They just took so long to get my glass put in. So, I just started enjoying my shower. My shower was put in the 28th of July. It's almost the 28th of August, and I'm just not going to use it tomorrow. They could have made sure my glass installation was done quicker. They could follow up. They didn't follow up.

I had no handles inside the walk-in shower. So, I wanted handles to improve safety. I had Jacuzzi do a shower remodel. They put in the pull-down seat. The installation day was a disaster. Anything that could go wrong went wrong. There were many issues. But these guys were terrific. I don't know how they did it. The electricity went off twice. Once at 9:44 in the morning and it was a good 40 minutes or more. Then again at 10:20 in the morning, and it was well over an hour and a half.
There were more than two hours that these guys had to deal with the darkness and the heat. It's an inside bathroom, no windows, and they did a terrific job. They were well trained. So, that aside, the job should have been done between 4:00 and 5:00, and they didn't leave here until 7:00 PM. The job did get done in a day's time, but it was one problem after another, through no fault of theirs or mine. I like the quality and workmanship and all of it. I feel safer because I have the handles now.

We did have a couple of issues, and I was able to get a hold of somebody. They were very responsive both times that we had to have them come out. All in all, we've been very pleased with Jacuzzi's performance. And the shower seems to be doing well for him. I had a good experience with Jacuzzi. Everybody was receptive and answered questions. I was in the market for a bath-shower conversion. I was going to do it privately. I was shopping in Costco, and I was stopped by one of Jacuzzi's sales associates. So, I went ahead and just agreed to have just a consult, just to see how the prices would vary, and just to have just one company versus private. So, I just wanted just really the consult. I didn't think I would actually choose them, but I did. The price was right, and there were some discounts, me being a senior, military, and being a Costco shopper. I would be able to finance it.
I liked the product because I wouldn't have problems with cracking. There will be no tiling, no grout, and it was seamless. I actually chose from floor to ceiling. So, it was the whole surround. The sales rep was great, very engaging, very knowledgeable and very informative. The two gentlemen were very knowledgeable as far as with the installation. It took two days versus the one because I do have an older house. So, I appreciated them taking the time. There was some extra damage, but it was taken care of, and they were upfront about it taking a little longer. They were very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the results.

I was tired of stepping over the tub and I decided it was time for a bathroom remodel. I bought the walk-in shower with the chair and the rep from Jacuzzi was good. He came in and took measurements, and told me what was happening. His personality stood out because it was easy to communicate with him. I told him I didn't wanna be bullied, and he understood what I meant. I explained that to him from the beginning.
The installers came out and set up out in the yard. Then, they came in and started tearing things down. They thought they saw some asbestos, but it turned out to be the foam because I had insulation put in the walls. They took the tub out and took everything down to the bare walls and replaced it with their material. The installation took longer than expected but I like the final product. I can get in and out without having to climb over that tub. I don't have to worry about falling. And I have a seat if I wanna sit. Jacuzzi did great. The shower is holding up and didn’t fall down on me. The price was a little bit more than I expected. But I knew when I sat down that it was gonna be high.

We liked what we saw at Jacuzzi, so we went with it. I did a Jacuzzi shower. The sales rep we worked with was AJ. He was very well-spoken, talked a little bit too much, but he was friendly. And he made it easy to want to make the purchase. Installation was a little bit rough because the gentleman who did the demo was brand new. He took it upon himself to do the demo and then try and set the new shower pan when, clearly, he shouldn't have done so, because the next day, the installer came in and took one look at it and said, "What's happening here?” I said, "I don't know. I'm not the one doing the install.”
The normal demo and rough installation person had to take the new shower pan out. I said, “Why did you get it out? We were looking to get a bigger one anyway.” The installer said, "We could have done a bigger one any time you want.” In his favor, he said, "If you want a bigger stall, let's get you a bigger stall. It'll add a couple weeks.” We said, "Okay.” He fixed the problem and then got us what we wanted. He turned a potential obstacle into a win. The installation took about five weeks. The only reason it took so long was that they had to get a bigger pan. They had to make a lot of changes to the dimensions, which is understandable. But they fixed it, and it looks great. And we're happy. We love it. We'd recommend Jacuzzi to somebody else.
The installation team was thorough. When they were here, they were efficient. They were very friendly. When they left our bathroom, the floor was cleaner than when they got here. They did a good job as far as that stuff goes. They were very conscientious. They offered to put on booties. They laid down drop cloths throughout the whole house. We were thoroughly impressed.

But Jacuzzi oversold themselves capacity-wise because it took forever to get the job in process. It was sold in June and wasn't done till August. But it's a great product. It was worth the wait. But Jacuzzi needs to grow their manufacturing part of their business, or they need to hire more installers, or address the issue during the sales process that it won't be done in two weeks.

There were two gentlemen on the installation day. It took all day. Originally, I thought it was going to take two days because of having to remove a couple items. The rep did a good job and presented everything very clearly. Our project got delayed because one of the people putting it in had a death in his family, which was really sad. My home is 29 years old. I've got three bathrooms. I've done two of them already and redid them, one by Bath Fitters and one by another company about four years ago. They both turned out beautiful. I was ready for this one and went with Jacuzzi Bath. We just did the shower, which turned out beautiful. There's a tub in there that's like a miniature Jacuzzi tub, the guy said he could not get it out because it's on the first floor. So, we didn't bother with that. We just did the shower, and that was it. I’m gonna have a contractor or somebody come in and take a look at pulling down the old mirror.
I had no real reason going with Jacuzzi Bath except I liked what I was seeing on the television. I knew it would be ridiculously priced, and it is. Bath Fitter was about 9,000. The one downstairs was a huge Jacuzzi that they cut up and got out of there. That was about 13,000. This one, unfortunately, is 15,000. And I just bit the bullet and went along with it. Installation went fine. There were two people here, a young man and a young lady. They did a very good job. Everything looks beautiful, and we found no problems at all.

I had my shower done because I had it done six years ago, and I hated it. The people who did it did a crappy job, and I hated going in there every day. I hated thinking that I paid them to do this crappy child job. I'm 74 years old, and I want to live in this house till I die, and I didn't want to have to look at that shower anymore. I wanted somebody to be able to back me up, who is Costco. And I know that Costco has high standards and knows that companies can't get on with Costco unless they are proven to be quality.
The salesperson who came out was fine. He was very factual and very accommodating. First, I got excited, and I thought I'll get a bathtub too. Then, when I saw how much it was, it was like, “You get a 10% Costco shop card.” I don't want a $3,000 Costco shop card, and I didn't want to spend that much money either. I just said, “You need to take the bathtub off.” And he did. He was fine about it, but it took a lot of additional paperwork to go through that. It wasn't just like crossing off that line and recalculating it. He had to start over from scratch. And a couple of times, Costco billed me for that, and I had to call and tell them, “No, I did not get the bathtub.” Twice that happened. And then I called Jacuzzi.
The installation went perfectly, though. There was a two-day delay. It was supposed to be installed on a Monday. They couldn't come till Wednesday. But the two guys who came and did it took two days. But I watched them carefully, and I'd go in there and look, and I could see that their workmanship was really good, and they showed me the different steps. I told them what I was worried about, what was behind the walls, or if there was mold back there, or their installation process. And they were very good about that too. They left it clean. Both of the days, they were very considerate about how they left it and the cleanliness and what I wanted.

He picked the wrong style for me, though, and the wrong style was sent to my house for installation, and I had to wait another three weeks to get what I actually ordered. He had me sign on his laptop, and he picked the wrong style for me instead of what I wanted, which I didn't realize ‘cause there are just weird names for these different styles of stone. Then when it showed up, the guys came to do the installation, I said, “That's not what I wanted.” They said, “That's what the contract says.” I had to call Jacuzzi and talk to their people. They said, “We can get you the same thing, but not textured.” I said, “No, that's not what I want. I want what I wanted.” They said, “Okay, we'll have to reorder it.” So they reordered it. It took another three weeks for the product to get in, and then they had one guy install it in two days. But it looks nice. The quality is good. And I like that it only took a day or two to get it done.

They had to order the equipment, and they had to receive it before they would schedule it. So that went by without any problems. Then, three weeks later, we were contacted by the second group of installers. Jacuzzi uses a two-man team and a van to do it, and, in one day, they said they could do it, and both of them went well.
My daughter and my grandson were well pleased. They chose what options on each remodeling job as far as a shower rack or a soft-close door. The downstairs got the soft-close door, and the upstairs got a shower curtain. We took advantage of the discount on both projects. We had the offer that it was interest-free for a year, and that was of interest to me since I was doing the financing on it.

So we went with them. The sales rep was nice and thorough. The installers did a very thorough job as well. They took everything down to the studs and put a new wall in before they put the shower surface in. They were really clean and respectful to the property. Overall, it was a good experience. We're satisfied with it.
It is very expensive, but we took into account how fast the job was going to go. So, we thought that was worth a little bit, and it was no hassle. We thought that was worth a lot, too. We saw the commercial for Jacuzzi. We went with them, and we did redo the shower stall, and I did the bars and the seat too. The sales rep was here for five and a half hours. She never stopped talking. The installation was fine, except it wasn't totally completed to my satisfaction. Somebody called to check on the installation, and I called, and then the manager called, and he sent somebody out, and they finished the job. I had something extra added. My shower stall had about an eight-inch-wide column on one side. The other side was the straight wall. Then, I had the product put on that column, but they didn't put an edge on the other side. So they had to come out and put an edge trim on the corner, and that guy did a nice job too.
However, I had two other companies' estimates, and they all included the shower door and Jacuzzi's did not. I had to get it separately. They had recommended a company, but I got my own. But the fact that it wasn't included with my price the way they advertised. They said it comes with a shower, and it didn't, because it was just a small shower stall instead of a bathtub.

The guy from Jacuzzi Bath came and we sat down and discussed the color and which way we wanted, the height, all the other walls and what I wanted then. Then he went through everything. I picked out what I wanted and left off what I didn't want. He showed me four different colors. The installers came in. They went to work. They were great. They got here about 8 o'clock that morning. About 3 o'clock, they were on their way out. Their work looks good. We just did one of the showers because both me and my husband both are old and climbing over that tub. I was getting scared of it. So, I’m still satisfied with it as it was the day they finished. As far as everything is right now, I’m completely satisfied unless something changed.
