The 2 stars are only because most of the products I have used are great but Not only are the products expensive the website makes it impossible to make an order without throwing my phone. Ridiculous popups and multiple change your password. I am very close to never ordering again.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Worst customer service. I have been using their products for over 5 years and I spend about $300 every 3 months... I have an automatic subscription and when I reviewed my order it had my products at a discount along with a gift with purchase. Little did I know that because my order shipped a couple of days after the promo I was charged full price without any promo.
I emailed them saying that it did not say anywhere that I would not receive the products because my order was shipping a few days later. They basically told me they would not honour the promo and when I threatened to leave, they said "we are sorry to see you go". No compromise whatsoever. Not to mention, I was disconnected from the customer service rep and they never called me back to discuss this further. It tells me that it doesn't pay to be loyal to this company. Needless to say, I have cancelled my account. there are other skin care companies out there.

This is the worst online company I have ever used. I have been a customer for years and it has progressively become more and more difficult to login and order product. Not worth my time. If I'm going to spends hundreds of dollars on skin care products, I'll go to a much more customer friendly company where I can easily order product, without the struggle of accessing my account. I highly recommend AlumierMD. Great products and very user and customer friendly. Would really like to be able to give zero stars.

Awful customer service. Besides the high price point for small amounts of product, I encountered very poor customer service/satisfaction after they botched the shipment of an order. I spent hours tracking the package and authorizing an investigation into the matter through USPS. R+F took no accountability for their error and ran the communication in circles to avoid answers. I have no product, I canceled my account and I wish I could invoice them for the time I spent on the matter.

Be sure to double check that the total price provided is the actual price you pay! I placed my third order with the company this morning at 9:03. The total amount due was $87, with a discount code provided to me via email one day prior. I paid using Apple Pay for $87. When I checked my account, I noticed that I was charged $114. I called customer service at 9:04 and was told I was not able to use the discount code provided so it had been removed. I explained that the code had been provided to me via email the day before and that the system allowed me to enter the discount code and gave me a total price of $87. I explained that I was not aware of the charge being $114 until after checking out.

My wife canceled her subscription 5 years ago and even with an expired credit card, they somehow were able to keep charging my wife’s replacement credit card. They refuse to make it right and refund for a service and products that she has not received in years.

Haven’t been able to log into my account pretty much this whole year. When calling customer support I am on hold forever and never get anyone to answer. Months ago they say they will help me and get my account fixed and they still haven’t. Changed my email because they said that would fix it and no, still can’t log in. Very frustrating they won’t help.

I ordered for my teen daughter. Way too strong for her face. Ended up at the dermatologist. Returned the product line within the month of buying. They say they never received my return and refuse to refund.

Make no mistake Rodan + Fields is 100% a pyramid ponzu scheme who has stolen a lot of money from myself & others as documented in one if their class action suits. I launched a full marketing plan that I could literally track views and actions. They told me one post violated (out of hundreds) their standards as an excuse to shut my website down on a total of 4 times but 3 of those times were when I was trying to do it full time because of my rapid decline in health. One of those times I received around $500-$600 then I paid attention the next time and noticed my whole marketing plan (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, tiktok etc) deferred back to their homepage when the link was my website link. After that I would see the posts shared with my webpage that re-routed to theirs. The legal team is an absolute joke and discriminated against me as a person who is disabled and unable to work.
They knew I would not have the money to hire a Lawyer so I am doing everything in my power to spread the word. DO NOT WORK FOR RODAN + FIELDS. Find a different product because we are essentially saying it’s okay to steal from those less fortunate to feed those at the top when purchasing from Rodan + Fields. I’ve uploaded photos to show the drastic difference so those who see this can see why my plan was successful added to being a former woman owned marketing company. It is absolutely a Ponzi scheme. I’d love to get my hands on its ledger and I wish I had known about the class action suits in 2022 because my site went down then too and I was never told that the status of independent Contractor had changed. It was sold as owning your own business. I just can’t stand behind a company like that. Plus I don’t use their products after finding out that some of the secret ingredients are carcinogens and I now have carcinogenic responses.
I’ve used it since 2010 so I have to wonder what’s in the new reverse, the microderm paste, the amp md capsules and so on. I am only still using it because of my disabled status and subsequent financial bind that R+F strong armed me into. These are cowardice actions of the Elite within that company. I plan on taking my products to my doctor for testing purposes and explaining that the lash boost has known carcinogens in it so I want to make sure I’m not harming my own body as well as get the word out for others who may be sick and not have an explanation. Again, I don’t know if there are carcinogens in the current regimens but I will find out and I will come back and warn others or relieve their minds if there are not any carcinogens in the aforementioned.

I’m writing here because I could not find a place on the Rodan + Fields website to write a review for this product. Detox mask is horrible. It goes on clumpy and doesn’t come off easily. It ruined 2 washcloths, the black mask did not wash out. I don’t know if I just got a bad batch or what, but I will never buy it again and I want other people to know.

Rodan and Fields changed my life. I'm not embellishing. I had chronic, cystic acne for years and tried everything under the sun. I got prescriptions from doctors both oral and topical and tried numerous expensive treatments and nothing helped at all. I'd never leave the house without make up. I was talked into trying Unblemish by Rodan and Fields years ago and I'm so incredibly grateful that I was. I cannot say enough good about it. My skin is PERFECT now. I get compliments on it ALL THE TIME and hardly ever wear make up because my complexion is flawless. It's upsetting me to see negative reviews for this brand because I need them to thrive and never leave the market.
I will be DEVASTATED if they ever stop selling these products. The entire brand is incredible. The price is completely worth it for the best skin I could ever have imagined having. I have to believe the negative reviews are people who just didn't use it properly or stick with the regimen long enough. It does take a couple months to fully work but, again, I've been on it for about 4 to 5 years now and my skin just gets better and better. I will never go back. BEST BRAND EVER!!!! THANK YOU RODAN AND FIELDS. YOU CHANGED MY LIFE AND TRANSFORMED MY SKIN AND CONFIDENCE!!!

I was talked into it by a medical doctor who was my husband's friend's wife. She was a liar, a cheater and a bad person! Because of Rodan and Fileds, I lost most of my friends and family! It's **! I'm a doctor myself!!

I have been using R+F products for over 5 years and have had amazing results. I'm 68 years old and my skin looks better than it did when I started using these products. The products I was using before R+F were coming from a Dermatologist office and did nothing to improve my skin. I order on a regular basis. I have never had a problem with customer service. Over the last 5 years I have spoken with them once and they were very pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about this company.

I used to use Rodan & Fields. My account was charged for products I didn't purchase/order. It was shipped to someone else. I had to wait 5 business days to get my money back. I was understanding the first time, and asked my account and all of my information be deleted from their company. IT KEEPS HAPPENING $200 & $300, etc. They continue to keep my info on file and my account is charged. They take their time refunding and do nothing to rectify the problem. Regardless of what they tell you, YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE! It's so inconvenient dealing with unauthorized charges, I wish someone had warned me.

There was a settlement for the class action suit for the LASH BOOST, which ruined my lashes (which have yet to be the same, 2 years later) YET THE SUIT IS A JOKE. Case No. ** Scherr vs Rodan and Fields is a lie, you can only use the voucher to purchase more R & F's products, which was so disturbing and a slap in the face thinking that I would use this company's products when one of them ruined my lashes... Why would anyone in their right mind use a company which has been sued for really bad product performance? I guess people have zero boundaries!!! I have found excellent products (much better) elsewhere and for less! What I'm saying is I've just lost the $250.00 reimbursement for the suit since I will never purchase any of R & F's products again!!!!

I got talked into purchasing this overly expensive skincare set by a super excited "executive" at R+F. A few days into using the products as directed, my skin became red and inflamed. When I requested info on how to return and get a refund, I was told this was "normal" and that it was the products working and that my skin would heal and start to "glow." As my skin got worse, and I now had a rash on a large portion of my face, I stopped using the products. When I spoke to the consultant who sold it to me she instructed me to only use 1 product at a time until my skin "got used to" the products.
I soon found out the R+F "executive" has ZERO cosmetology or dermatology training and was, in fact just a housewife with no skincare knowledge - who was acting like she knew about skincare. When I asked about ingredients that could be causing my issue, it became immediately apparent that this R+F "executive" had ZERO knowledge regarding any of the ingredients contained in the products she was peddling. By the time I got done screwing around with this uninformed "expert" my 60-day window had just expired for my refund - I threw the entire regimen in the trash along with the over $300 I spent.

A scam to get you to use overpriced products. Normally you get prompted, but they set minimums for what you can order and you have to constantly deal with the membership, you can't cancel an order and they make you pay for shipping. I've ALWAYS been prompted to confirm the cycle order every few months, and this time I just got an order confirmation for an order I did not place. I'm livid. I've only tried a couple products, liked one a lot and was waiting for a sale for the one item but I'm done after this. I will be cancelling IMMEDIATELY once I handle this **. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. Many other better products for a better price out there.

I was sent an auto ship product, returned it via my consultant since I didn't authorize the order. Didn't see the credit come through on my credit card so disputed the charge since item was already returned. Called company since I never received refund. R+F told me they will not refund my money even though I returned the item because I disputed the charge on my credit card. So now I'm out the amount and also do not have the product. I was a loyal customer before this incident but now will never buy anything else from them.

I decided to spend money on the dual intensive acne treatment. Well unbeknownst to me after I applied it to my face I wake up and I have a rash completely covering my whole face going on in my ears. Now as the days continued the rash is continued completely down my chest so their product is not safe for anyone. I don't have sensitive skin. I don't have stuff that I can't use because of very fair sensitive skin but this stuff is horrible and has wrecked my skin and my whole body!

I ordered several products from Rodan + Fields and was disappointed with the products, I felt they were overpriced and did nothing more for my skin than what I could buy at the drugstore. I canceled any further auto-shipments with the consultant. The company shipped all products out again. I returned all of the products back to the consultant. I had to go through multiple people at Rodan + Fields, who was very rude and wanted to make a sale, nothing more. Even though my products were returned I had to dispute all charges through my bank to get my money back. Think twice before ever ordering from this company! There is nothing special about what they sell! Buyer BeWare!

My acne went from mild to severe all thanks to unblemish regimen. I broke out very bad all over my face - even after 2 months I was not seeing any difference but it kept getting worse, the consultant kept saying it’s part of the purging phase and tried to sell more products. She had someone else higher up review my pictures but honestly they did not help. They have very vague explanation. Finally I gave up went to a dermatologist and she told me to stop the products as I was breaking out.
While the ingredients themselves are really good for acne on paper, it doesn’t really work well on everyone’s skin. I used to get like 1-2 pimples a month but on using this regimen I broke out every day and had huge cystic pimples at the end of 2 months. Now I have ugly dark pimple marks all over my face. My advice: if you are ok spending on R&F products, please consult a doctor before proceeding. Maybe it works for some. It did not work for me and honestly the consultants can only help you to a certain extent. Only good thing that came out of this: I found a good dermatologist extremely knowledgeable and am getting the treatment. Guess it will take some time for the marks to heal. These products were not worth the hype and I curse myself everyday for even giving it a shot!!!

Honestly, I don't have any issue with their products, but I don't feel the products live up to the hype; and I don't feel they are good enough to support a company with poor customer service who doesn't stand behind their word. I received an email from R+F that the special which included a bonus product had run out, so I would be substituted a different item. When the substitute bonus item was not listed in my order confirmation, I emailed to inquire about it, and the response was a "confirmation" that I would get the product and instructed me to email back if it did not show up in my package. It was not in my package, so I emailed back as instructed. The reply stated I did not qualify for the bonus item. I emailed them and stated my concern that they had told me twice I would get the product. I was told since I purchased a bundle, I would not get the free product.
I emailed again and stated that they shouldn't have told me twice I would get it, if I didn't qualify for it. Their response again did not address my concern. Just reiterated I wouldn't get it. I feel their customer service is very poor to not stand behind their word. I honestly don't care about the free product - if they had just told me it ran out before I purchased it, that would have been fine. They should never have sent me two emails stating I would get it, if they didn't intend to stand behind their word.

I have tried all the products other reviewers have claimed work better or are less money and let me say, for the cost of each product, I am saving tons of money and am less stressed out using Rodan and Fields' products. The R + F products are so kind to my skin, work under year as it was a mess (took me 20 years for my skin to look bad, so that's fast), and no more guessing. I can just shop and go. It's awesome.
The consultant is the key to buying and using this product. They are highly trained and with the dermatologists creating the products, not just a company that sells tons of other products, it is very effective. I could refute every reviewer by just commenting on their review that they weren't happy for one reason or another but this site does not provide comments or help for them. I do not sell R + F, but if I did, I would be especially helpful to my customers, just like my consultant is to me. If you don't like your consultant, get a better one. That's my advice. AND, it is NOT a pyramid scheme, people; do your research. Love Rodan and Fields and their products as my skin is the best it has ever been.

Wow! Received the eyelash boost as a gift and absolutely love it. I had very few, short, thin Asian eyelashes and after a short time, they are full and long. Who knew? And as with so many “seniors”, my eyebrows ended halfway across. Now they are like my eyebrows as a young woman. Thick, lush and all the way to the end of my eyes. I see a lot of negative comments, but my experience with this particular product is wonderful.

This MLM is a scam! I ordered $300 worth of product, tried to cancel within 24 hours and they would not cancel my order even though it has not even shipped yet! Said I had to receive items and pay for the return shipping. I asked to just cancel my order so NOBODY pays for shipping. They won't pull the order, guess it's a cool way to get more $$ from their overly priced gimmick junk anyways!. I am so done with this ridiculously high priced MLM Scam of a business! The high pressure sales drive me nuts, but their return/cancellation policy is ridiculous!

I use these products. I like them so far. The problem I have, that I’ve encountered several times, is this company’s lack of customer service. It’s so unfortunate that the people running this place, don’t value their customers. Maybe they are bringing in so much money selling their VERY high priced skincare products, that they don’t have to help customers. It’s very disappointing. My suggestion to you is... if you’re going to order these products, be very sure of what you’re ordering. Don’t make any mistakes, because if you do, you might email them, but they’ll never respond. And if you call them, they might answer their phone but they will NOT try to help you. It’s basically, “too bad, so sad!”

I met a R+F consultant and she recommended the Redefine Amp It Up Package for $390.00. Before I purchased the products, I did my research about R+F and read numerous reviews. I really, really wanted these products to do what they claimed to do, but they did not. The Micro-Exfoliating Roller and Intensive Renewing Serum, honestly, did not make a difference either. I have found OTC brands that moisturize as well as the expensive R+F products.

I did like the cleanser but the rest of the line was nothing special and very overpriced. Some time after I cancelled my subscription I was surprised to find out another package was on the way. Memo to R&D.... cancel means cancel... not 45 days to think about it and receive another shipment.

I have tried lots of stuff in the past. My skin has never looked so glowy! I have been using Rodan and Fields for 9 months now and always get compliments on my skin. I continue to buy more and invest in my skin. It's expensive, but I see the value in spending more money for my skin - we only have one face.

My credit card on file was expired. So I didn't cancel my auto ship. After all, how can you use an expired card. Well... somehow they did. I was away and my package was sitting out in the open on my front porch for 10 days. I called them and asked how they could use a credit card that had expired, to which they said they just put it through and the credit card company accepted it. At this point I asked them to delete this card from my account. I was told they cannot do that. I then proceeded to ask them to put a note on my account that I did not want them to charge anything to MY credit card to which they said they couldn't do that either. So in other words, they are telling me that they control my credit card. I had to completely cancel my Rodan and Fields account. Very very poor customer relations. I am still waiting for a return label. It's been six days now. Hopefully it will come today since I was told they are resending it by email.

I wanted to let consumers know that the packaging for the two Rodan and Fields products I purchased are deceiving. My microdermabrasion abrasion paste jar came apart to reveal a smaller jar nested inside of it. The outer jar was substantially larger. I also bought the active hydration and noticed the jar was extremely heavy for the amount of product left inside. It was almost gone and the jar was very heavy. I think it’s a deliberate deception. I’m sure the ounces listed are accurate but it definitely tricks you. I haven’t broken open the hydration jar but I’m guessing there’s a hidden second container that’s smaller. Buyer beware.

I was really excited to find something that would boost my eyelash length. Unfortunately long eyelashes comes with a price— infection. Itchiness, red eyes, and a stye were the price I paid in addition to the $155. I’m still trying to ship it back before the refund window closes, but no matter what I won’t get the money back I paid for shipping.

I considered using this company and products to generate an income, my sponsor was very aware I was signing up for the trial period. My error was I thought the time period was longer than it was.... I was left with $1000.00 of products that I couldn't use and the paperwork R&F required was an impossible takes. The products are not better than what you can find in a chemist. The difference is they will continue to bill you monthly which is annoying...

I ordered the Unblemish through a consultant back in February. It’s now September and they are charging me 180 dollars for a new order, WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I call to have this cancelled and they told me “we don’t have contact with the warehouse. We can’t cancel orders.” I said, "Okay so I’ll call my bank and have this charge disputed." She replies back “we’ll just tell them that the name on the account and the name on the debit card match and it’ll be seen as an authorized purchase.” So you’re telling me, I can’t cancel an order I had no idea was coming???! And this is a company? I called my bank up and they can and will dispute it.
I even had to cancel my debit card and get a new one because of this **. Bank told me, "They’ll more than likely charge you again and in a few months so it’ll be best to just cancel the card they have record of and get a new one." Never ordering from here again, never planned on it after my first set of products. No change in my skin condition at all. For 200 dollars I was expecting at least a slight change. It’s a waste of money. No face product costs 200 dollars to make and distribute. I guess that’s stupidity on my part for spending that much in the first place.

Rodan + Fields is run by a 3rd party customer service team with agents from all over the world working from who knows where. They hire and fire their agents frequently to cut costs. Some agents only work less than 2 weeks, before they lay them off and hire new agents, and then follow the same process. They never tell their employees this and say they are being hired for 3-4 months or longer, and then just like that tell them that there are no business needs for them. Well you should have known that before you hired them.
If you ever wonder why your customer service is so horrible, this is why!!!! They do not care about their employees. They use them and drop them like flies. They do not care about their employees or their customers. It’s only about how much the top 2 people make. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! FAR AWAY!!! Find a better company that cares about their customers and employees.

This is an absolute pyramid scheme. Every negative comment you have ever heard about MLM or pyramid schemes relate to this company, from not paying your commission which I am still waiting for after 6 months, to harassing your loved ones, to a product which is very expensive and not that great. Shaming is a a below the surface practice which seems to be the modus operandi of the people making the real money, ie those at the top.
I now have a skin condition from one of their signature products, which is irreversible. (Please note, I have never had so much as a rash or a pimple before) Their recommendation, was to buy a different range of their products to correct it, which I did. No remedy. Some of the products are OK but not at that price! I do not recommend this business in the strongest terms possible.

My mother in law is a consultant for R&F, so I was more than happy to support her and try their products. Fast forward a couple of years and thousands of dollars later, with no change in my skin, I decided to move on and returned a complete, unused Unblemish regimen. I shipped it back 4/11/19 and delivery was confirmed on 4/13/19. It wasn't until the end of May that I called to find out about my refund when I was told "oh, I'm sorry, no one has initiated the refund yet." I was told they had to issue my refund to the CC I paid with (a debit card attached to a closed checking account) and argued with the rep that I needed a paper check. I was told R&F company wide does not have the ability to request a paper check for anything from their financial institution. My request was ignored and they sent money to my old financial institution where I then had to open an investigation to see if I could get my money.
Fast forward through lots of back and forths between myself, my bank, and R&F, and my repeated requests to speak with a member of management. I sent a letter from my bank to R&F stating they sent my refund back as I no longer was a customer of this bank, and made myself very clear that when I called (at a specifically stated time) I needed to speak with a supervisor, and sadly, at no surprise, no supervisor was available to speak with. I was told, yet again, "I can put in a request for a supervisor to call you back within 24-48 business hours." After 2 weeks of going back and forth, many disconnected calls (on R&F end), a few cuss words, and phone calls not returned, they figured out how to cut me a check. But guess what, THEY MADE THE CHECK OUT SHORT OF THE FULL REFUND! My MAJOR issues with this:
1. I was told they have to follow "policy" and cannot escalate things outside of their guidelines...but they broke their own policy when they didn't initiate my refund within the time frame given once product was received back.
2. I was lied to about paper checks.
3. Why THE HELL is a supervisor never available to speak with upset customers. That business model makes NO SENSE to me. Their overall customer service is horrible. "Supervisors won't call until they have done all research and have a solution" is not OK. That makes customers feel that they are being ignored and their problem is not important. There should be communication throughout the whole process. But I guess I just have better customer service skills and hold customers higher than R&F does.
4. Why can no one in management get on the phone with me, or with each other, to take care of this. Company-wide, their employees (including members of management) do not keep promises or call at times they say they will, and even hang up on their customers.
5. After all this, they couldn't even make the check out for the correct amount. It is not worth my time or energy to go back and have them make this right, so I will take the time to warn potential customers of the HORRIFIC customer service and PISS-POOR management. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
