They did a test for my pancreas without asking me to be fasting that gave wrong results. They took another sample and after 2 weeks they say the results will come out after 3 weeks since they have not set up the test in two consecutive weeks! Very disappointed.

Great staff, little waiting time! Seen few minutes before schedule appointment most times! The tech was nice and professional. No pain when my blood was taken. Clean and comfortable settling. All in all Quick and easy! I recommend Quest to all.

Lab tech did a good job in withdrawing my blood work, but the lobby is extremely dirty and unwelcoming, it’s look like a prison lobby and not a clean lab. It’s super plain and smells. I’m referring to the location on 1st street in Fresno, CA. Bathrooms are dirty also. Overall, the physical location of the lab (inside) is poor in hygiene, lacks welcoming lobby, and seems cold lack of humanity. I gave it a 3 star review only because my blood tech, Cristian, was a professional and very polite and patient. He explained the work order and what he was doing each time. Otherwise, I may have given a 1 start. I didn’t take photo of lobby because it’s prohibited 🚫.

How I miss Lake Hospital and their great customer service with the lab. Now that Quest Diagnostics is doing the lab work for University Hospital I find it so frustrating. Don't even think about showing up without an appointment otherwise you'll spend hours waiting in the lab. And of course the customer service in the lab is nonexistent. And trying to get the Quest Diagnostic portal to work is like impossible.

I was at Quest Labs at 5960 Beach Blvd in Jacksonville, FL 32207. I had over 8 blood tests to be performed. There was a question about one of the tests so they had to call the ordering physician. That unfortunately took much longer than expected so I was there over an hour (I was taken to the back right away since I had a scheduled appointment). ** was VERY patient with the doctor's office lack of response and had to call several times but she never gave up. She handled the situation beautifully with professionalism and patience and never got bewildered. She even had a sense of humor about it. She was great and I hope she gets to see this post.

Do we have zero star? That's what they deserve. I have used my current insurance for more than 10 years. Each year after my annual physical lab test, they always send a bill and ask to buy up receipt. They always send my bill to the insurance I used 10 years ago! I called them a few times and they never update it. I guess it's because they ask me for a few hundreds and they only can get from my insurance for 1/10th as they asked.

My physician ordered routine blood work back in January 2025. My insurance did not pay for one of the tests and stated that I do not owe for it, either, based on Quest's agreement with the insurance. Quest continues to bill me for over $160 for this test, despite my insurance reps contacting Quest multiple times and my mailing the paperwork that Quest requested to resolve this issue 3 times. I know that they received it, as I mailed it certified and have the information when it was received by Quest. Ohio Health made the change to Quest, and it has certainly not been for the patients' benefits.

Quest is the closest laboratory to my residence and that's why my family and I are normally use their services. For years we almost had no problems with these guys until today. They hit me with the bill just shy of $800! I had to waste my time on the phone to learn that they (for some ungodly reason) did not bill my insurance. Upon me asking their billing rep why they did not do their job, the answer was that the "system" is not perfect! Whatever that means. So, I guess, if you are a patient get ready to help poorly trained Quest associates to do their due diligence. It's time to start looking for some lab that doesn't expect you to lend them a helping hand.

Terrible. Request certain labs not be done they still do it and charge me. Online portal terrible payments don’t go thru. Emailed in issues get canned reply that is meaningless and doesn’t address issues. I have called quest at least 10x this year trying to correct billing issues and billing errors. Run fast away from this company.

This company does not properly train their staff, nor do they hold any of their staff accountable for how they behave. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful and actively obstructionist regardless of location. If you ask a question, they will attempt to punish you by intentionally taking other patients ahead of you regardless of your appointment time.
One woman intentionally made me wait an hour while she serviced walk-ins and patients with later appointments ahead of serving me.... She then told her colleague in front of everyone that she would not service me because she felt I was harassing her because I had questions about 1) how to email my paperwork and 2) because I questioned why she took 6 other people ahead of me that showed up on the patient monitor as either a walk-in or with an appointment later than mine. This is the type of behavior you see from petty people who know there are no consequences for their behavior. The staff needs to be trained in the basics of customer service which includes answering questions in a professional manner and behaving professionally.

Francis Lewis Boulevard location, Saturday 12/06/3025. I arrived for my scheduled bloodwork appointment at 12:00 p.m., based on the orders from my doctor. The medical office is about ten minutes from the Quest Diagnostics location. Online, the posted hours indicated the site closed at 1:00 p.m., with no restrictions listed about walk-ins or cut-off times.
As I began registering, a tall, slim staff member approached me in a forceful manner and immediately discouraged me from completing my check-in. She raised her voice and refused to allow the phlebotomist to take me, stating that the last appointment was at 12:20 p.m. and that the lab did not accept walk-ins after 12:10 p.m. None of these restrictions were posted on my patient portal or at the site.
She continued to speak loudly, telling me I would not be seen. This behavior is unacceptable in a healthcare setting, particularly toward patients who may not be feeling well and rely on these services. Quest Diagnostics already operates on limited hours, and many working patients depend on the availability of afternoon time slots. If a business cannot accommodate its patients and staff are combative or lack compassion, it raises serious concerns about customer service and professional standards. I strongly recommend that Quest review its operational practices and ensure staff are trained to treat patients with respect, empathy, and professionalism.

Five days (and counting) for routine results to be reported? Seriously? The results themselves were probably ready at least 3-days ago, but they obviously do not have enough people at the center actually looking at the results to "approve" them and get them posted. And that's just blood work - I waited nearly 2-weeks for the full results from a stool sample in October. Tell me you don't have enough humans working at your testing centers without directly saying it.

The Quest in Prairie City Folsom had a worst staff. Kept my father waiting for 1 hour. Could not draw the blood so they told him to come the next day and then this guy was telling us we should keep appointment. The worst staff ever. Am not sure about his name but he was the only guy in that facility and then he was like name does not match. We never had an issue with any other facility. I would never go to this facility. They keep getting the orders mixed and once I schedule an appointment on Quest website after 2 days I see there is no appointment on the site and I don't get text message either. Does Quest have no other competition. Is that why they are so bad at customer interaction.

Hi, my name is Dr. **. I came on 11/14/2025 to Beverly Hills Branch and Ms. Leila very professional personnel, took my blood test. She told me it takes 3 to 5 days for me to get the results. So, after the 5th day, I went online I created account. It told me that is not ready. I waited a week then I went back online, and it did not get me any reports. Then I went to one the local Quest branch to request my lab reports. They said that I need to go back to Beverly Hills branch. I did yesterday then they told me sorry, they cannot help. They gave me a customer services phone number. I called them, it is all computer and talked about promotion. Then I came back to staff in that branch, they were very rude. They said to call the supervisor.
I called more than 10 times. Then she said she will call me back. The reason that I wanted to get my report because number one, it is my right, number two, what Quest did is against the HIPPA regulations and number three, I wanted to read it myself before visiting doctor. My doctor who I was supposed to see yesterday, got the result, but not me. The supervisor of the Quest Beverly Hills branch called me after my visit to my doctor. Quest is federally doing a fraud business and breaking the HIPAA regulation law. This company is not keeping your information. They share your information like they did to me to others. I will have my attorney to reach out to headquarters of Quest company. They need to learn lesson to respect the right of the patient.

In MIRAMAR. The service is awful, really bad. The employees are grumpy, other people's pain isn't their problem, and they're not gentle with patients. They won't let me in with my very nervous daughter for her blood test. What are they hiding? The terrible job they do? Besides having to wait an hour to be seen, they don't care about anything except money. How awful!

I came to a quest location in Brooklyn with a doctor's requisition for bloodwork. The tech/phlebotomist welcomed me vary nasty, verbally attacking me for no reason, when I told him I'll report it to the higher-ups, he decided to dangerously fix me up. All tests on the paper requisition he entered into the computer twice (as separate orders) then he went ahead and drew twice as much blood/tubes than required/authorized. Now since all tests were done twice, another serious issue came to light, the inaccuracy and unreliability of Quest's lab work. The same tests were done twice on separate specimens collected at the same time, yet for most tests the results differ, for some pretty significantly.

Never again will I use Quest. The MyQuest app does not work. I managed to view my lab results one time. Then I've been attempting to view again because I wanted to research some things. Apparently the site is having difficulties..FOR 3 DAYS!! Unacceptable, particularly with medical info. Plus, while the lab techs were okay, there's no one staffed at the front desk. No thanks. I was also told I could upload my previous lab results into the app...so I can compare certain things.. but it's either not possible or extremely difficult. Not going to bother to find out which. Plus, I read where someone was billed because Quest inputted incorrect codes...really? I plan to recheck the over 500 lab bill I received....seems like it might be sketchy. Stay away.

Terrible service. You can't get lab results for more than a week. It takes more than a week to get your account set up online. If you need anything immediately just forget about getting any help from the website or any phone number that is listed or they give you. They never call you back you know what and apparently don't even have access to your lab results. If you need your lab results quickly, stay far away from this place/company.

In my opinion, the Quest Diagnostics system is broken. The location I visited was the one at 7460 W. Lake Mead Blvd in Las Vegas, NV. I had an appointment, but that did not seem to matter. It was 30 minutes after my appointment before I got to get my blood drawn. I also needed a test of my urine. When I went to provide the sample, there was fecal matter on the toilet seat making me wonder if they ever check the restrooms for cleanliness. When I returned the urine, there were 4 other specimen containers there making me think mine could easily get mixed up with others.
The place in general looked messy like they did not have time to take care of things as they go. The technician tried to explain that they were overloaded and understaffed. I can easily believe that. The last thing is that my arm turned black around the needle injection site. I did not appreciate that. After this experience, I have no plans to go back to Quest Diagnostics for any type of testing and I sincerely hope that my test results are accurate and that they get to the right doctor. I have my doubts.

I was scheduled to take a drug test in Chipley at Quest. It was closed today on a Saturday. So I scheduled for Marianna. Showed up, and they couldn't transfer my test over to the Marianna location, but they advertise differently. I drove 2 hours for nothing. There were no clear instructions, and all help lines are closed on the weekends. The biggest issue was that it was not stated anywhere, that there would be an issue regarding testing at alternative locations. If I had known that I needed to only visit a specific location, it should've been clear. This is failure on Quest and First Advantage. They obviously don't care about wasting people's time.

People's health literally hang on your accuracy of test results, and it's been my experience with you that you are absolutely not accurate. I have been sick with autoimmune issues that are verified by experts, and your ANA and RF factor tests are absolutely not accurate! And I have been very sick with inflammation, autoimmune issues, and am sick of getting false results!

Absolute garbage customer service. Inept at basic tasks. Nancy M, as rude as possible and unwilling to help in any coherent manner. It would be ideal if my doctor did not have to deal with this group, but they seem to have a monopoly on my region.

Horrible customer service here. Stay away. First time I’ve ever walked out of an appt in my life. They discriminated against me and my disability pretty openly. They don’t care. I will never go back there again, or any other Quest because of this.

First of all, there is NO human to help, Secondly, for whatever reason, the check-in machine did not recognize my appointment and the tech told me to wait until all the people with appointments were seen and then she would see me. An hour later, all the people were gone, but no one came out to get me. I knocked on the door to alert the techs that everyone had gone. Someone arrived at the door and told me that I could no longer be seen since I had the audacity to knock on the door to alert them that I was still there and waiting. This was just to punish me. For what? Waiting patiently for an hour? Are we back in first grade? I'll never go back to Quest. No respect given or willingness to help with a bad situation..

They do not prioritize urgent cases, they have created monopoly at the hospital. They they got patients defaulted to them. They make a 5 day old baby waited hours. When asked the test results are urgent but not the test itself. The system does not make sense. Even there is no place to talk with to solve issues. Nurses are coming in and out but no talking.

There really is no customer service since everything but the blood draw is done online. They have some sort of contractual relationship with Analyte Health that seems like the website manager that collects client info, payment and then directs the patient to the closest lab. I scheduled online thru the app and I was directed to Quest Diagnostics in Boerne TX. I paid and got an appointment for today. It was a time sensitive test. I printed out the confirmation and arrived at the lab but I could not check in. There was no record of me. I had to leave.
The fee was collected, the lab was scheduled but there seems to be no connection between Analyte and Quest other than payment. That's no fault of mine but I can't get a refund unless I pay a 20% cancellation fee. They CANCELLED me. This is a very sketchy business model and I would recommend that you go somewhere else where you get the service you pay for. I will continue to dispute this charge thru my credit card company. I hope they get enough complaints like this that these labs are tagged as a fraud.

I am severely disappointed in this company. I was supposed to test today and when I went in to test the lady told me she couldn’t find my test even though I have a receipt and had already registered. Now when I try to register it won’t let me and at this point it feels like my money has been stolen and to make matters worse the woman who was supposed to help me gave me no help or support on what to do. I would like my money back asap.

On 10/21/25, I arrived at the Boynton Beach Quest Diagnostics location 20 minutes early for my confirmed 6:50 AM appointment. I checked in using the Quest app about 10 minutes before my scheduled time and confirmed on the TV screen that my name appeared with my confirmed appointment time. After waiting in the lobby for over 20 minutes, I noticed that other patients with later appointments were being called in ahead of me, and my name was no longer on the screen. I approached the LAB TECH to ask for help, but she brushed me off without checking. When I tried again a few minutes later, she was equally rude and dismissive. I explained that I had a confirmed appointment and attempted to show her my text message confirmation, but she interrupted and told me to wait.
A few minutes later, she returned and again asked me the same questions. When I tried to show her the confirmation again, she told me that I did not have an appointment and refused to even look at my phone. Her dismissive and condescending tone in front of other patients made the experience humiliating and deeply upsetting.
I left the building feeling completely defeated, embarrassed, and in tears. No patient should ever be treated with such disrespect, especially by a healthcare professional in a patient-facing role. Her behavior was unprofessional, uncaring, and unacceptable. I still need my lab work completed as ordered by my doctor, but after this experience, I am seriously considering using a private lab or switching to LabCorp, where I have never encountered such treatment. This experience was truly appalling and has left a lasting negative impression of Quest Diagnostics. Location: 11076 S Military Trail, Unit 47, Boynton Beach, FL 33436. Appointment Confirmation #: **. Appointment Date: October 21, 2025. Appointment Time: 6:50 AM.

The DMV has better customer service than the Quest Diagnostics at Beach and University. The staff were rude, untrained, and acted like patients were an inconvenience. During my visit, the phlebotomist’s gross negligence caused a painful hematoma on my arm. No apology, no concern, and no accountability. It’s unacceptable that a medical facility allows such poorly trained employees to handle patients. Management should fire everyone at this location and hire competent, properly trained staff who actually care about patient safety.

Appt on Oct 15, 2025. Made appt and checked in. Was called back but a walk in interrupted employee. Was sent back and continued to wait for employee several minutes. When employee came into room, she immediately told me to smile. She then proceeded to screw up her face and tell me that’s how I looked. Sarcastically, I said thanks for telling me. She said she would want to be told if she looked like me. I immediately told her how rude she was to tell me this. I also complained to her about taking the walk in before me. Her excuse, no one out front.
Employee was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I am so upset with her telling me how horrible I looked that I will never visit that location again and will look for other labs outside of Quest Diagnostics even though I have been a customer for several years. I am a 75 year old female and understand I look old but for someone to point it out is just mind boggling. Employee didn’t say sorry for the delay, welcome to Quest-nothing. Instead the first thing she wants to do is critique my appearance which isn’t in her job description. I give my experience zero stars.
