I was not able to find the location. Patients should be notified that it is in the Catholic Health Services building. There is no sign indicating Quest Diagnostics from the road. There is only a tiny sign displayed in the window. There is no one to talk to for directions or anything. The menu doesn't work with my cell phone. I had to go back home to reschedule. Your waiting room is too small and overcrowded. The keypad is confusing and difficult to use. I've fasted for nothing. I am extremely dissatisfied with your entire operation.

Very disappointed with new Quest check in process, when you can not text "I am here" anymore. This make the scheduled appointment more difficult, more time for check in. People who has a scheduled appointment has to stay in line together with people who comes as walk in for checking in and scanning documents which can make you late and cancel your previously scheduled appointment!! Very bad wrong decision!

Quest Diagnostics has no sympathy for senior citizens or cancer patients. After my pathology report came back with lung cancer, Quest ran a Solid Tumor Genomic Sequencing Test. The doctor ordered it through Quest, and I was not informed until I received a bill. The test helps determine next steps, including immunotherapy.

Insurance denied the claim because they said it was not medically necessary (even though a doctor ordered it). Insurance would have paid $842 for the claim, if it had approved it. The original bill was for $5719. After 7 1/2 hours of conversations with insurance, my doctor, and Quest, I finally contacted Quest and said I would pay the $842 that insurance wouldn't. NO, they wanted the full billing amount of $5719 paid. I think it is so sad that a cancer patient with limited funds has to pay $5719 while a multi-million dollar insurance company only has to pay $842. There is no discounted amount to be offered to me. Finally, as a side note, no one I spoke to on the 5 calls to Quest, expressed any sympathy for my cancer journey or the stress this huge bill was causing.

McCandless, Pittsburgh, PA. Mar 25, '26 Photo of resolving bruise 4 days later. Young lady was not friendly and thought I was mad at her for wanting to confirm the lab orders from 2 different doctors so that all the tests were accounted for. Everyone should do that and the lady should have welcomed the customer's oversight. She also left me with a bruise and the 'draw' was painful. The overnight results are appreciated but more training is needed for staff. She was well-groomed and her make up likely took hours, but I'd prefer better people skills.

Went to Quest Diagnostics on Aliante Pkwy, North Las Vegas, NV. My PCP sent in an order in December for a complete blood workup in March. My urologist gave me a paper order to be done in March. I made an appointment online for 12 March at 740am. I told the tech that I had the paper order and my PCP resent an order on March 2. She said she had seen both orders. She only 1 vial of blood. I questioned that, as they usually take 3. She told me she had what she needed.

When I got my test results online, they only did the PSA test from my urologist. They did NOT run any tests my PCP asked for. Is it now my job at Quest Diagnostics after they draw my blood to put on a white lab coat and follow my specimens to the lab to make sure they do the required tests? The people they hire are either illiterate, or they do NOT care about the patient, it's just a job and a paycheck. They would be as happy in a job asking if a person wants "fries with that Big Mac". To tell the truth, that is the job they would be better off doing.

I paid the bill Quest sent me and then my insurance company also paid. I contacted Quest at least 10 times and each time was told by the agent that I was not owed a refund. I faxed Quest the EOB from my insurance company showing they paid, I provided the date and check number of the check that Quest cashed from my insurance company. Every agent I spoke with told me that was not true and I was responsible for the full amount. After several hours on hold, several complaints to the BBB, several calls to supervisors, I finally spoke with a supervisor who got me the refund (or at least he said it's in the mail). It's unfortunate that every single agent I spoke with couldn't be bothered to help.

I had an appointment this morning at 10:00 am at Quest Diagnostics on Stirling Road and Palm Ave. In Cooper City, Fl. I had a very bad experience with the tech in room #3. She asked me which arm is the best to get my vein. I replied the right one, she inserted the needled and started moving the needle to be able to get my vein. I said, "Please don't do that, you can try another vein." Unable to find a vein on my left arm, she poked me on a vein in my left hand. She was not able to draw blood. I asked her to please get someone else to get my blood. The manager came in and apologize on her behalf and was able to get my blood on my left arm. I apologize to the tech, saying that I don't mean to hurt her feelings, but I don't like to be poked several times. Her response was, "You are rude. My name is (i don't remember) Next time you come in make sure you don't come to room three." Very unprofessional behavior.

Customer service with Quest Diagnostics at local locations is non-existent. So if you have a general question you will have to take time out of your day, drive to the lab servicing you, go inside the building, and ask the general question. Don't bother calling the national service number as the info is worthless. If customer service is this bad, I question the accuracy of the testing services. I will take my lab needs to someone else in the future.

Lab tech did a good job in withdrawing my blood work, but the lobby is extremely dirty and unwelcoming, it’s look like a prison lobby and not a clean lab. It’s super plain and smells. I’m referring to the location on 1st street in Fresno, CA. Bathrooms are dirty also. Overall, the physical location of the lab (inside) is poor in hygiene, lacks welcoming lobby, and seems cold lack of humanity. I gave it a 3 star review only because my blood tech, Cristian, was a professional and very polite and patient. He explained the work order and what he was doing each time. Otherwise, I may have given a 1 start. I didn’t take photo of lobby because it’s prohibited 🚫.

Do we have zero star? That's what they deserve. I have used my current insurance for more than 10 years. Each year after my annual physical lab test, they always send a bill and ask to buy up receipt. They always send my bill to the insurance I used 10 years ago! I called them a few times and they never update it. I guess it's because they ask me for a few hundreds and they only can get from my insurance for 1/10th as they asked.

My physician ordered routine blood work back in January 2025. My insurance did not pay for one of the tests and stated that I do not owe for it, either, based on Quest's agreement with the insurance. Quest continues to bill me for over $160 for this test, despite my insurance reps contacting Quest multiple times and my mailing the paperwork that Quest requested to resolve this issue 3 times. I know that they received it, as I mailed it certified and have the information when it was received by Quest. Ohio Health made the change to Quest, and it has certainly not been for the patients' benefits.

Quest is the closest laboratory to my residence and that's why my family and I are normally use their services. For years we almost had no problems with these guys until today. They hit me with the bill just shy of $800! I had to waste my time on the phone to learn that they (for some ungodly reason) did not bill my insurance. Upon me asking their billing rep why they did not do their job, the answer was that the "system" is not perfect! Whatever that means. So, I guess, if you are a patient get ready to help poorly trained Quest associates to do their due diligence. It's time to start looking for some lab that doesn't expect you to lend them a helping hand.

This company does not properly train their staff, nor do they hold any of their staff accountable for how they behave. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful and actively obstructionist regardless of location. If you ask a question, they will attempt to punish you by intentionally taking other patients ahead of you regardless of your appointment time.

One woman intentionally made me wait an hour while she serviced walk-ins and patients with later appointments ahead of serving me.... She then told her colleague in front of everyone that she would not service me because she felt I was harassing her because I had questions about 1) how to email my paperwork and 2) because I questioned why she took 6 other people ahead of me that showed up on the patient monitor as either a walk-in or with an appointment later than mine. This is the type of behavior you see from petty people who know there are no consequences for their behavior. The staff needs to be trained in the basics of customer service which includes answering questions in a professional manner and behaving professionally.

Francis Lewis Boulevard location, Saturday 12/06/3025. I arrived for my scheduled bloodwork appointment at 12:00 p.m., based on the orders from my doctor. The medical office is about ten minutes from the Quest Diagnostics location. Online, the posted hours indicated the site closed at 1:00 p.m., with no restrictions listed about walk-ins or cut-off times.

As I began registering, a tall, slim staff member approached me in a forceful manner and immediately discouraged me from completing my check-in. She raised her voice and refused to allow the phlebotomist to take me, stating that the last appointment was at 12:20 p.m. and that the lab did not accept walk-ins after 12:10 p.m. None of these restrictions were posted on my patient portal or at the site.

She continued to speak loudly, telling me I would not be seen. This behavior is unacceptable in a healthcare setting, particularly toward patients who may not be feeling well and rely on these services. Quest Diagnostics already operates on limited hours, and many working patients depend on the availability of afternoon time slots. If a business cannot accommodate its patients and staff are combative or lack compassion, it raises serious concerns about customer service and professional standards. I strongly recommend that Quest review its operational practices and ensure staff are trained to treat patients with respect, empathy, and professionalism.

Five days (and counting) for routine results to be reported? Seriously? The results themselves were probably ready at least 3-days ago, but they obviously do not have enough people at the center actually looking at the results to "approve" them and get them posted. And that's just blood work - I waited nearly 2-weeks for the full results from a stool sample in October. Tell me you don't have enough humans working at your testing centers without directly saying it.

Am not sure about his name but he was the only guy in that facility and then he was like name does not match. We never had an issue with any other facility. I would never go to this facility. They keep getting the orders mixed and once I schedule an appointment on Quest website after 2 days I see there is no appointment on the site and I don't get text message either. Does Quest have no other competition. Is that why they are so bad at customer interaction.

So, after the 5th day, I went online I created account. It told me that is not ready. I waited a week then I went back online, and it did not get me any reports. Then I went to one the local Quest branch to request my lab reports. They said that I need to go back to Beverly Hills branch. I did yesterday then they told me sorry, they cannot help. They gave me a customer services phone number. I called them, it is all computer and talked about promotion. Then I came back to staff in that branch, they were very rude. They said to call the supervisor.

I called more than 10 times. Then she said she will call me back. The reason that I wanted to get my report because number one, it is my right, number two, what Quest did is against the HIPPA regulations and number three, I wanted to read it myself before visiting doctor. My doctor who I was supposed to see yesterday, got the result, but not me. The supervisor of the Quest Beverly Hills branch called me after my visit to my doctor. Quest is federally doing a fraud business and breaking the HIPAA regulation law. This company is not keeping your information. They share your information like they did to me to others. I will have my attorney to reach out to headquarters of Quest company. They need to learn lesson to respect the right of the patient.
