I started on Henry Meds in Aug 2024, When I started they told me to take 5 units for 4 weeks then 10 units for 4 weeks then 20 units for 4 weeks. After 8 weeks I had only lost 5 lbs. I was contacted by Henry Meds telling me I needed a refill. I had so much left in my vial. Then they discovered that they gave me dosing for Semaglutide and I was on Tirzepatide. WAIT WHAT? So they instructed me to use 25 units for 4 weeks then move up to 50 units. In Dec 2024 They switched pharmacies on me from Hallandale to Health Warehouse. That's when all weight loss stopped. I had only lost 25 lbs mostly because of diet and exercise but the new compounding pharmacy is basically water. Henry Meds will not replace the order and refuses to take my 3 unused vials back. Buyer Beware of Henry Meds.

I signed up with Henry Meds in December 2024. Met with the provider and prescribed the medication. Finished my first month, my account was charged the fee, yet no refill was sent. I was given 2 refills. I have contacted support numerous times, each time being told my refill would be expedited. To this day no refill is in process or been sent, it's been over a week now. Beyond frustrated and ready to cancel my account. I'm done contacting support, I have tried to call the number during the business hours they provide and always receive an automated message. I had really high hopes going into this and I am to the point where I'm frustrated, discouraged and lost money.

I had a severe allergic reaction to the Semaglutide on the first dose. Blisters all over my body, nausea, vomiting. Well, that is the chance we take when taking any new medications. I have an issue with the fact the cancel my subscription and are not willing to refund me. Plus they said they gave me 2 months' worth which they did not. It is a bit scammy so understand if you are allergic to any of their meds you will lose out on $300. They say satisfaction guaranteed unless you get a severe allergic reaction then you want you to pay for a medication you can use. I cancelled the charges but not a good way to do business. Please do your research because this can be a very dangerous drug.

** from Henry’s is a waste of money. Please go to a local doc for Rx. Henry’s will overcharge you for an inferior product and membership fees. I have been completely scammed, yet worse, I’m not sure what exactly I was putting in my body.

I experienced an allergic response to HenryMed product and requested cancellation of the next month's shipment. The product did not arrive as requested, but was charged $379 and a refund was refused.

Signed up for this service, paid my money upfront for the doctor's screening and medicine. Got approved, got a prescription and everything was processing to be shipped. I decided I did not need this for more than one month so I cancelled it before the next month's charge. In doing so they refused to send the medicine I paid for and told me I'd have to pay again to receive it. I was getting **, a pill that costs 10 bucks. If your pitch is all is included in the fee how can you refuse to send the medicine I paid for and got approved for. Can't even get a partial refund. Total rip off.

Buyer Beware! Even if you decide to get off of medication you're on and stop getting "treatment" from them. They will continue to charge you every month without providing you any services or products. They also don't tell you that when you mention that you are stopping the treatments. They stop any follow-ups and all shipments but they don't stop their relationship with your credit card. If you cancel your subscription you will not receive a refund for all the money they charged you while you not being provided with any telehealth services or medication. Make sure you cancel your subscription immediately if you don't want to pay for absolutely nothing once you are done with whatever "service" you are getting from them.

Customer service is poor, dosing is not a therapeutic dose. It is not effective because they start you out and maintain you at such a low dose that it is not considered therapeutic, they will add an additional fee to reach a full therapeutic dose. Customer response emails are slow and disorganized.

I got on Tirzepatide and towards to end of my medication my urinalysis blood work came suspicious. I immediately informed them to cancel my subscription and asked for reimbursement for the one I didn’t use. They didn’t even care what I’m going thru. They have a scripted email, keep sending the same one. It is all about transaction for them. I made a comment on their social media and they blocked me immediately! Please be careful, work with someone truly understands the concern and doesn’t see you only $$$$. I will continue spreading the word. Social media, media stations etc

I was on semaglutide from Henry Meds for about 6 months and lost only 3 pounds. It was like sugar water. My consultations did not help and I feel like they are only interested in getting the monthly fee. Very disappointed.

I barely spoke with a nurse practitioner before receiving my medication. It made me very sick starting 2nd week. After 6 weeks I had to stop and gave notice of what was happening. I never heard from them the entire time. They still charged my account and now I am not sure I can receive a refund. I feel I am getting the runaround. I didn't lose weight from taking the medication, just from vomiting for days straight.

My experience with Henry Meds was terrible. Upon the first consultation a reputable company needs to explain not only the units that you need to inject for every 4 weeks, but what is the strength of the medication they use. Nothing of the above was explained to me. I was for 6 months on their "plan" with Zero results- no appetite reduction, no feeling of fullness, and of course no weight loss. After doing some research and speaking with other companies that are prescribing the same medications I realized that Henry Meds is using very diluted medication. At 5mg/0.5 ml even at 100 units you will get 5mg. Tirzepatide. Dosage starts at 2.5mg and they kept me at 5mg after 6 months and thousands of $$$. My suggestion is if you want results go with company that works with more responsible staff that will care about your health not only your money.
