I had a friend that recommended Embrace Hearing, and the sales rep I dealt with was very polite. She always kept on following up with me, and I can call her any time. I've been having excellent care with them. I took a hearing test and decided I wanted the Wi-Fi ones. I could answer a phone from them, and I have no problem with them at all. I'm more sociable now too. I can hear people when they're talking. I don't have to say, "What did you say?"

I can hear better with my Embrace hearing aids. I can hear my grandchildren better. They always speak so low I couldn't hear them before. I'm hearing a lot of different things now like the birds chirping when I have my hearing aids in. I took Embrace's hearing test right on the computer. It's nice. It worked well after I got the right earbuds.

I like their consistent professionalism and very prompt responses. Tim called each time. He was relaxed, spent a lot of time answering questions, and called on his own just to check how things were going. He started the process immediately. I was on my way flying out to Arizona soon and they were going to fulfill my order and ship it. They were gonna do it overnight so I could get it here in Wisconsin before I left. But he said there was no guarantee with the postal service that they really would do it overnight. They were willing to send it to some address that I was eventually gonna be out in Arizona and they jumped on that. When I got down there, the product was there. Everything went right. The cost I was happy with too. They were very reasonably priced and the service was more than I expected for an online service. I'm happy with Embrace.

I'm pleased with the hearing aids. I like the Bluetooth and the fact that it adjusts to my conditions without me having to adjust it manually. If there's wind noise, it'll compensate for that. I'm in a noisy restaurant, it will compensate for that and try to zero in on more just face-to-face listening. It's not perfect but I'm happy with it overall. I am hearing things better.

I had to go in for my DOT physical and failed the hearing. I had a week to get it done before my physical went through. I googled hearing aids and the DOT recommended Embrace Hearing. I read the reviews and called. They reached out and everything was done. They've been very supportive. I got my hearing aids in January and there have been a lot of differences. One is that I keep working. My hearing aids are behind the ear and they're comfortable. But sometimes it's hard to hear with them. But I'm learning. It's an adjustable thing. I highly recommend Embrace based on all the help.

I took the online hearing test on Embrace Hearing’s website. It was administered by Sonic Cloud. The result was only displayed as a number. No audiogram with thresholds was provided. Based on this, Embrace Hearing made a recommendation. I called and asked what my specific hearing loss was. The person said he was not able to give me that information. I asked how I was to know if their hearing aids would meet my needs. At that point he gave me a general idea of what my hearing loss was.
I purchased the C540 series hearing aids and wore them for about six weeks. During that time, I took online hearing tests with an audiogram printout at the end of every week to see if the aids were helping me or not. They did nothing to help my hearing loss. I emailed Embrace Hearing and requested a Return Form. Embrace Hearing offers a 45-day satisfaction guarantee. The audiologist called me and left a voice mail asking why I wanted to return the aids. I returned her call, but she was not available.
To avoid playing phone tag with the audiologist and to escape the pressure into keeping the aids, I sent an email stating why I was returning the aids. I don’t anticipate them sending me the Return Form without a discussion and pressuring me to keep the aids. I understand Embrace Hearing wanting to know why I wished to return the aids. I provided them with the reason. No discussion is necessary.

In twelve years of operation, this is our first 1 star review, and we take this very seriously. Our goal is to provide the best hearing technology available, coupled with world class service, at half the price changed by local clinics. Although thousands of customer reviews support this, we clearly missed the mark in your case.
Our audiologists work extensively with new customers to provide an optimum hearing experience. When someone asks to return their aids, our audiologists first contact the customer to make sure that there is no further adjustment or fitting enhancement that can be made prior to providing return instructions. Unfortunately, in your case, we traded phone calls several times and it took two days to connect. Once we made contact, you were immediately given the return instructions.
We have been unable to reach you by phone or email so we have provided this update here in the hope that you will see it. Since we were not able to speak by phone or connect via email, we provided you the return logistics and label several days ago (two days after your first contact). We had an excellent experience with Embrace. We supplied them with the audiology report. They looked at that and asked us questions about what things were most important for my husband to be able to hear or situations that he would be in. They also followed up several times to make sure that the sizes of the ear domes are correct. Made him check and use different ones to be certain before sending out multiple ones to go with the hearing aids. Because initially, they just came with a selection. Then they sent a year's worth after we selected which one was best for him.

The hearing aids from Embrace fit okay but they didn't help me all that much. I haven't used them for quite a while. I'm a teacher and I got them so that I can hear my students better. But they didn't seem to work in the classroom very well. They didn't minimize the interference of outside noise.

Embrace Hearing was the first one I'd seen that had the hearing aid I wanted, connect to my phone and change the volume, et cetera. My dog ate my first hearing aid. They gave me my second one with no cost to me. I like them. They were helpful, from the doctor to the customer service.

I have a good friend that has various hearing aids. My wife also tried Embrace Hearing and they work very well. I got the one that works through the phone, and although I have minimal high range sound loss, getting Embrace seemed like a good arrangement for me. It turned out to be very positive. The reps were very courteous and caring, offered a lot of good explanation, answered my questions and offered me many opportunities to offer new questions. The Embrace hearing aids made hearing better, at least in certain situations, like in crowds and with people that have a tendency to have a higher voice frequency. It’s a lot of women mostly.

I've been very satisfied with my Embrace hearing aids. When I got them, they sent me a good supply of batteries. I talked to them on the phone later and they sent me an additional pack of covers for the little squeaky earbuds. There was a small learning curve on getting the ear pieces set in my ear. But having the speaker right in your ear is so much better than the other ones that uses sound tube. The Embrace hearing aids are also very comfortable. I gotta be careful not to leave in my ear when I go take a shower. I love the Bluetooth. My girlfriend told me, “It sounds like you're sitting here with me.” It works great both directions. I wanted to download the app so that I could control the hearing aids from the phone. But I can't do that ‘cause my phone won't let me download anything.
I invested $2,500 in the hearing aids which was $1,000 cheaper than anything else I liked to look at. It’s a lot of money, but it's worth every last penny of it. I could hear birds and hadn't heard birds in years. It was a very moving experience. It darn near brought tears to my eyes. I've already told other people about Embrace, how happy I am, and how much they've helped me out.

I tell everybody about Embrace Hearing because they're so much more reasonably priced than going to an audiologist's office and their customer service is phenomenal. I've worked with Tim for six years. It seems to always be him that responds and he's there so quick. Also, my son likes the hearing aids. They're comfortable and he feels like he hears well.

I've had a good experience with Embrace. The customer service representatives are extremely good. I priced hearing aids in several different places and there wasn't any question that the prices that they offered were far less than most anywhere else that I had inquired. I live in Savannah, Georgia and there are two big hearing aid places here that I went to. They were talking about the same kind of hearing aids that I received. They were talking about 3,000 for each hearing aid, so you talk about $6,000 for a pair of hearing aids, where I was able to get the ones from Embrace for a little under 3,000.

I had my first pair of hearing aids for seven years and they finally pooped out. I’ve had this new pair from Embrace Hearing for maybe three months. I got the top-of-the-line product even though they’re not rechargeable. I talked to a gal who referred to herself as Doctor and she was very helpful in helping me program my smartphone to control my hearing aids. Every time I talked to her, she said she was gonna send me a free package of the cones or a new package of wax guards and I felt good about it. I enjoy being able to hear better and in higher frequencies through my hearing aids. So, it's been good.

A friend of mine told me about Embrace because I have ear problems. He was having problems too. He researched it and he really sold me on the product so I went with them. My insurance paid for them so it was awesome. I am very pleased with Embrace and I have told a couple of people about them. Everything is fine and I love them. It's just unfortunate that I have that ear problem that I've had since I was a child so I can only wear them once in a while. Right now, allergies are really big for me, so I can only wear one. But it works and I can hear.
I used to be a switchboard operator. I could not answer the phone with the headset because it would bother my ears. I can't wear my hearing aids all the time. I find that if I wear the right one by itself, I'm fine. The right one is the one that's okay. It's the left one that gives me problems. I have enough hearing with that one that I don't even have to worry about putting the other one on.

My son-in-law was anxious to communicate with me again. He knew someone that had used Embrace and he took care of the cost of that for me. I'm delighted with this product. Friends have asked me about this product and I tell them it's life-changing. I couldn't hear anything before and then I could. Nobody should live without being able to hear. Embrace is a very good product.

I've tried three companies so far and I'm going to try some more. I like the Embrace hearing aid but there are a few things that I don’t like about it. I wasn't pleased with the quality compared to one of the others that I had tried. Also, when I'm watching TV, I get a notice on my phone, and it changes the volume. It’s annoying. But they were cheaper and the Embrace team did a good job. They helped me decide what I needed.

When I was on my phone researching stuff, Embrace gave me the best information on their product. It went into detail through a lot of stuff. I was happy with them. The audiologist that I was dealing with was super. But the big issue is that I drive a truck and the hearing aids were worthless in the truck. They're trying to get that straightened out because there's so much noise in the truck and it's overwhelming the hearing aids.

So far, the Bluetooth features have been outstanding with just one exception. I listen to books and I can turn the hearing aids off of the earphones, but I can't turn them back on again. I was told at one point in time that was possible. But from checking with everybody else, it's not.

It is true that although you can stop listening to your book by pressing a button on the hearing aids, you are not able to re-start it that way. If you want to temporarily stop listening to a book, the best thing to do is pause the book (on your phone) and then re-start it on your phone.

When Embrace did a hearing test for me, it showed that my hearing was not so bad. But they took the time to figure out what was going on because they believe something was going on instead of saying, "Oh, well, it's not on your test. It was wrong." I got the X series because I wanted to make sure I had to be able to use my cellphone in my business life. So that freed me up to use my cellphone hands-free. I haven't mastered it yet because I still answer from my phone. But it's wonderful, especially while I'm driving or at work. I can hold a normal conversation and people can hear me better than they actually hear me when I'm just using the phone. I'm not missing conversations and just saying, "Yeah, okay, don't know really what's going on." Also, I can keep my TV at a normal level and still be able to hear what's going on on the TV.

A friend referred me and I'm very happy with Embrace Hearing. It's almost like you can't wait to put your hearing aids in in the morning when you get up so you don't miss anything. I'm very satisfied with their customer service too. I feel as though I can call and talk to any of the doctors and they'll listen and try to solve the problem. They respond within 24 hours and that's trying to get ahold of them on the weekend. During the week, they're there all the time.

I got the Embrace hearing aids with the batteries. They work as good as some of the other ones that I previously had but the Embrace ones were cheaper.. I like them and I can hear a lot better.

I liked the reviews and rating for Embrace Hearing. They were very friendly and tried hard to make it work for me. I got their in-ear Nano model and I like that it's adjustable by the phone easily. The cost was reasonable compared to other hearing aids of that quality. The hearing aid has made it a little bit easier to hear in the classroom, which was the reason I bought them. It may not be quite strong enough in the classroom but that is a personal preference.

I had trouble with hearing individuals talking and when I was in a crowd or in a restaurant or just around a lot of people talking. I couldn't make out what any one person was saying. But with the hearing aids, I haven't noticed that problem at all. I can sit and talk and I can make out what people say and it's delightful. It's clear and helpful. The doctor at Embrace has called me and kept in touch to see how things were going. When I had a problem, she helped me then. I like the follow-up that I got from her. She cared whether or not they were fitting and doing well and checked to make sure there were no problems. I really like that kind of service. When I lost my hearing aid, Embrace was very helpful in providing a second pair. I had to buy new ones but I got a discount.

I had a little bit of difficulty hearing conversations. I gave Embrace Hearing a try. I like the ability to select the different modes on it and change volume levels. The Bluetooth connection is to adjust the volume and change the modes. But I can't hear phone calls or anything through it. I don’t often wear my hearings aids. Before I tried Embrace, I had some Eargos. Although I didn't necessarily like the sound correction, the Flexi Palms on the Eargos were much more comfortable in my ears and they stayed in my ears better. The Embrace ones tend to slide out a little bit. The one on my right ear will eventually work its way all the way out so I push it back in. I tried the different sleeves that go on them and I tried all the different sizes. On the whole, Embrace had good service and good hearing aids. I told my brother that.
