What is Eden?

Eden is an online health company that offers a wide variety of metabolic health supplements and medications through subscription services. The company connects patients with licensed medical professionals who provide personalized support for weight management plans. It works with a network of state-licensed pharmacies to deliver prescription medications to customers nationwide.

How does Eden work?

To get started with Eden, you’ll complete a three-minute questionnaire about your health goals, which includes your ideal target weight, your current Body Mass Index (BMI) and your motivation for wanting to lose weight. You’ll also answer questions about health conditions and any medications you may be taking.

Once you submit the health form, you’ll be connected to a medical provider for an online consultation. Your provider will work with you to develop a treatment plan that may include prescription medication shipped free from one of Eden’s licensed pharmacy partners.

Compounded medications sold by Eden are mixed in state-licensed compounding pharmacies that undergo third-party testing by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). However, it’s important to note that compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated for safety or effectiveness in clinical trials like brand-name drugs.

Eden weight loss medications

Eden offers both brand-name and compounded GLP-1 medications, like Wegovy and Ozempic, which are used to manage Type 2 diabetes and obesity. It also has other health-related prescriptions, like Methylene Blue for mood enhancement and Sermorelin to support muscle growth. Additional weight loss medications available offers include:

  • Oral semaglutide: Compounded semaglutide administered using a dropper once daily.
  • Compounded semaglutide: Same active ingredient as Ozempic and Wegovy and is injected weekly.
  • Compounded semaglutide with MIC & B12: Includes methionine inositol choline (MIC) and vitamin B12, which can promote weight loss and improve energy and mood.
  • GLP-1 Rx Gummies: Chewable semaglutide gummy taken once daily.
  • Mounjaro: Once weekly injectable with tirzepatide that’s FDA-approved for managing blood sugar levels in adults with Type 2 diabetes.
  • Zepbound: Once weekly injectable that also uses tirzepatide and is FDA-approved for weight management plans in adults with obesity.
  • Compounded tirzepatide: Once weekly injectable that uses the same active ingredient as Mounjaro and Zepbound.
  • Everyday+ Weight: Weight loss pills customized by a doctor based on your health goals (may include ingredients like inositol, low-dose naltrexone and L-carnitine).

Eden cost

Weight loss injection costs generally range between $1,000 and $1,500 per month. Eden offers billing discounts on its compounded and proprietary medications. For example, you can save money on compounded semaglutide if you opt for quarterly billing ($276 per month) instead of monthly billing ($296 per month). In addition, Eden provides discounts on the first month’s dose.

We appreciate that Eden promises transparent, upfront pricing. Costs include shipping as well as an initial consultation and ongoing doctor’s visits. The company promises a “same price at every dose” guarantee, which means the cost per dose won’t rise as your dose increases.

Keep in mind that Eden does not take insurance, so you’ll pay the full list price for medications, which includes ongoing medical visits with your provider and shipping. The company does not charge a separate membership fee, and you can cancel your subscription anytime without penalty.

They lied to me and assured me they could provide a smaller dose than the ones they initially prescribed and that I didn't have to be on their rising-dosage system. They told me to just tell the doctor when I placed my order. I tried this twice and both times the doctors wholly ignored my messages, didn't even acknowledge them in any way and sent copy-pasted looking messages prescribing me the same higher dosages from a pharmaceutical company I didn't trust, and even when it was from the place I trusted the dosage prescribed was 4x the dose I'd asked for, and always on this rising-dosage system. Like screw me for wanting LESS drugs in my body right?

They charge you IMMEDIATELY upon prescription and don't confirm it in any way, like a real doctor would ask if you'd want that, or you'd get a script and have the option to just not pick it up & pay for it. Not here, no, they charge you then you get to wait a week for it to refund IF they refund it, and try again with another doctor who ignores you and doesn't respond and does it wrong all over again while waiting on average 15-30 hours for a response from real people in their support chat.

Then their 2-day shipment was late by 2 more days and arrived in a normal box truck, not dedicated-refrigerated delivery, and spent half it's transit time sitting around in hot-as-heck Florida in standard unrefrigerated facilities. I wouldn't trust this company, their doctors are clearly not real doctors, just people copy-pasting what a doctor told them to while the doctor gets paid to be used like a script-pad. There's no guarantee you will even get real medicine as far as I'm concerned or that it will arrived in a safe condition even if you do.

Very deceptive tactic with medication pricing. I paid $1695 for what should have been a 12-month supply of Wegovy. It ends up that it is $1695 per month. I’m not sure why their partnership with Klarna would approve this, as I would have to pay $20,000 over the course of 12 months, financed. A proper receipt was never given with my order. It stated your first month supply, which led me to believe this was a 12-month payment plan. I have not been given a response and am now out $1700 on a payment plan. AVOID.

Eden charged me for a full year prescription, quoted me a quarterly price on the order page which was different, said I only needed to buy one quarter at a time, committed to refund the difference, and now went back on this commitment (in writing) and now are unresponsive.
