What is Eden?

Eden is an online health company that offers a wide variety of metabolic health supplements and medications through subscription services. The company connects patients with licensed medical professionals who provide personalized support for weight management plans. It works with a network of state-licensed pharmacies to deliver prescription medications to customers nationwide.

How does Eden work?

To get started with Eden, you’ll complete a three-minute questionnaire about your health goals, which includes your ideal target weight, your current Body Mass Index (BMI) and your motivation for wanting to lose weight. You’ll also answer questions about health conditions and any medications you may be taking.

Once you submit the health form, you’ll be connected to a medical provider for an online consultation. Your provider will work with you to develop a treatment plan that may include prescription medication shipped free from one of Eden’s licensed pharmacy partners.

Compounded medications sold by Eden are mixed in state-licensed compounding pharmacies that undergo third-party testing by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). However, it’s important to note that compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated for safety or effectiveness in clinical trials like brand-name drugs.

Eden weight loss medications

Eden offers both brand-name and compounded GLP-1 medications, like Wegovy and Ozempic, which are used to manage Type 2 diabetes and obesity. It also has other health-related prescriptions, like Methylene Blue for mood enhancement and Sermorelin to support muscle growth. Additional weight loss medications available offers include:

  • Oral semaglutide: Compounded semaglutide administered using a dropper once daily.
  • Compounded semaglutide: Same active ingredient as Ozempic and Wegovy and is injected weekly.
  • Compounded semaglutide with MIC & B12: Includes methionine inositol choline (MIC) and vitamin B12, which can promote weight loss and improve energy and mood.
  • GLP-1 Rx Gummies: Chewable semaglutide gummy taken once daily.
  • Mounjaro: Once weekly injectable with tirzepatide that’s FDA-approved for managing blood sugar levels in adults with Type 2 diabetes.
  • Zepbound: Once weekly injectable that also uses tirzepatide and is FDA-approved for weight management plans in adults with obesity.
  • Compounded tirzepatide: Once weekly injectable that uses the same active ingredient as Mounjaro and Zepbound.
  • Everyday+ Weight: Weight loss pills customized by a doctor based on your health goals (may include ingredients like inositol, low-dose naltrexone and L-carnitine).

Eden cost

Weight loss injection costs generally range between $1,000 and $1,500 per month. Eden offers billing discounts on its compounded and proprietary medications. For example, you can save money on compounded semaglutide if you opt for quarterly billing ($276 per month) instead of monthly billing ($296 per month). In addition, Eden provides discounts on the first month’s dose.

We appreciate that Eden promises transparent, upfront pricing. Costs include shipping as well as an initial consultation and ongoing doctor’s visits. The company promises a “same price at every dose” guarantee, which means the cost per dose won’t rise as your dose increases.

Here’s a breakdown of Eden’s other medication costs:

*As of publishing

Keep in mind that Eden does not take insurance, so you’ll pay the full list price for medications, which includes ongoing medical visits with your provider and shipping. The company does not charge a separate membership fee, and you can cancel your subscription anytime without penalty.

They are shady and scammers! I canceled my Subscription in September. October 27th they charged me 728.00. When I called to get a refund they gave me a runaround. Told me they were going to email the pharmacy to cancel and process my refund. Once this was completed they would be sending me a email to confirm. I never received an email of confirmation but yet still received the medication I didn’t want. Do not sign up. They will still charge you even after you cancel and you’ll jump thru hoops to get your money back.

So far I’m not excited about this company. The customer service seems to be lacking and reaching someone at the company is very difficult. I connect with chat and no representative ever messages back or joins the chat. Approval has been extremely slow as well. We will see if anything changes and I will update. As of right now I’m not satisfied.

I signed up for a one-year membership with Eden back in June, hoping for a reliable and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The first shipment took over a month to arrive, far beyond the promised timeline. At the time, Eden had no customer service phone number, only a chatbox that took nearly a week to yield a response. I didn’t receive my package until a full month after they claimed it had shipped.

The second shipment was even worse. Sent on September 29th, it was mailed to the wrong address. This means a complete stranger now has access to my full name and knows what medication I take. This is not just inconvenient, it’s a serious breach of my privacy, and I’m currently exploring legal options to address it. Eden has since added a customer service number, so I called on October 1st and spoke with Deondra. She was friendly, but unfortunately couldn’t offer a real solution. She said the product would be reshipped, but as of October 10th, it still hasn’t even been mailed.

I called again today (10/10) and spoke with another representative, LeAnn, who was shockingly rude and dismissive. She hung up on me mid-conversation. This experience has left me feeling frustrated, unheard, and genuinely concerned about how Eden handles sensitive customer information. I would strongly caution others before signing up. Reliable service and basic respect for customer privacy should be non-negotiable, and Eden has failed on both fronts.

The customer service is terrible!! Actually breathtakingly bad. Once you sign up it auto renews. If you want to end it you have to time it perfectly. There is no way to say that after what you’ve paid for you don’t want more. If you end your subscription you won’t get the rest of what you already paid for.

I do not recommend. Formula and dosage directions kept changing, received a concentrated solution, and if I had followed the directions provided to me in the app an overdose could have been possible. I was messaged twice by two different doctors saying that the amount I would inject would be different. They also added niacinamide without my consent. I had to go through my medicine cabinet and check my supplements because I was really worried about a possible overdose (which is possible with certain B vitamins, I am not a medical professional).

The portal notified me that I was charged twice. Customer service said this was an error on their part, thankfully. It took 3 weeks to arrive. You can see in the photo (this is an unopened "full" bottle). There are so many other options on the market, please keep looking. Dosage and medical advice should not be provided by a customer service representative, they could hurt someone prescribing medicine in this way.

Paid for a compounded GLP-1 and it never shipped. There is no response from customer support for information on that or a refund. They essentially ghost you the second you give them money. I’ve reached out numerous times over the last few days and have not heard back.

Try Eden Review: -5 Stars if Possible. Try Eden is hands down the worst “medical” service I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is nonexistent, their medical advising is sloppy at best, and their shipping practices are laughable. They mailed my product in a flimsy envelope—it arrived damaged—and they refused to replace it. To make matters worse, my order was delivered to the wrong address. Even after I sent them clear photos showing the mistake, their response was basically “take it up with UPS.” Zero accountability.

This company takes your money, delivers poor (if any) guidance, and disappears the second there’s an issue. They make you do all the chasing, and they couldn’t care less about their customers’ health or satisfaction. If you actually want a reliable, professional peptide service with a solid reputation, go with Mile High Compounds instead. They do what Try Eden pretends to. Final verdict: If I could give Try Eden -5 stars, I would.

I signed up and paid upfront for a 6-month GLP-1 program with Eden, and it has been an absolute nightmare. The first 3 months were fine — I received the correct dosage. But when it came time for the remaining 3 months, everything went wrong. Eden made me pay again for a 4th month even though I still had $828 on my account. When that month arrived, the medication was half the strength of what I had been taking, which meant I basically got half a month’s worth and had to start over.

I contacted customer service multiple times (I’ve honestly lost count), and their response was terrible. Eventually, I was told I could take a refund for the remaining months. The refund they gave me was only $252 — completely wrong based on what I had paid. When I pushed back, they told me the “pricing changed” since I didn’t complete the 6 months. That’s ridiculous. I didn’t complete the 6 months because of their mistake, not mine.

This company is not only bad at customer service, they’re bad at basic math. Their policies and practices feel dishonest at best, fraudulent at worst. I’m left shorted, frustrated, and with my treatment disrupted. Warning to anyone considering Eden: don’t waste your time, money, or health here. They do not deliver what they promise and will fight you on refunds when it’s their own mistake.

I would give zero if allowed. This company has gone downhill and their current choice of pharmacies are not safe. Twice I have received my medication in flimsy envelope packaging with one hot melted ice pack. The medication being bright red. Customer service had the nerve to tell me this was safe because the pharmacy says that’s how they do it. A very short amount of time on Google to learn that is not safe. Also adding so much vitamin b that it turns bright red is unacceptable and not the quality I paid for. I’m disgusted by this company.

BEWARE: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The company has not shipped my medication and has not responded to my inquiries. It has been six days and still no email response. The chatbot is a joke... there is no one there to assist you, and I got an automated response from a chat 3.5 days later. I am trying to cancel my order and get a refund, but no one is responding. Even after literally hours on hold, no one from the company ever answered my calls. If I could give negative stars for this company, I would.
