This company is dishonest, I made a claim and they wanted me to take pictures which I did, I sent like 15 pictures and they insist those pictures were not right. After that they wanted me to charge 150 for somebody to go to my house and check the mattress. Please stay away from this company. The warranty is a lie.

NOT WORTH IT! I’ve had my firm Tempurpedic mattress for 9 years and it has a major sag in lumbar section even after rotating accordingly. When filing a claim you must have a copy of your receipt or bank/credit card statement reflecting purchase. Also, picture of issue must be evident but the way my mattress is designed, it doesn’t show the sag but you can feel it when lying down. If it’s not evident according to their representative they will not pay and it cost $150 to send out a tech if one is available that you may not get back. The warranty process is a joke and the people who answer the phones are not knowledgeable. I guess this is why, they have changed the length of their warranty. The product is not worth standing behind. RUN!!!! I am going to burn this sucker up and buy a new mattress but it WILL NOT be a TEMPURPEDIC!!!

I purchased a Tempurpedic mattress in 2022 for $3,899 for our adjustable base. The bed completely broke down in the middle (you can feel a gap), and no longer has any firmness. I tried to file a warranty claim considering it’s only a few years old, and they make you submit pictures of a quarter sinking under a broom stick in order to “prove” it’s sunken in?! Since you can FEEL the indentation and not SEE it, the claim was denied and they could care less about trying to help!! I will never purchase another tempurpedic!!

DO NOT BUY FROM TEMPUR-PEDIC!!! This company is dishonest, unethical and misrepresents their products! After two years, my Tempur-Pedic "firm" mattress began to sag. Soon, all the "firmness" was gone. This company is impossible to deal with. Even when you're honestly trying to explain a problem, they know every trick in the book for turning your complaint around, and then, blame you for any problems with their defective products.
The company is all geared up to protect themselves from spending a nickel on returns or cancelations. Five years ago, I bought a Luxe-Breeze mattress which lost all support after 3 years. I spent thousands of dollars on chiropractors and doctors because of the $4,000 Luxe-Breeze mattress. After threatening a lawsuit including reimbursement of my doctor bills, they finally replaced my $4,000 Luxe-Breeze (first edition) with a firm Adapt King model that sold for $2,200 at the time.
I didn't mind losing the $1800 differential between the two beds, as long as the mattress was truly firm. For two years this mattress retained its firmness, but now it sags just like the last one and offers no back support. It's at the point where I have to sleep with a back brace. So, last week my wife noticed that Tempur-Pedic offers a "hard/firm platform." So, I called and their salesperson assured me that this "charcoal platform" would restore my bed to its original firmness.
So, for $545 I agreed to buy it due to the convincing representations of this salesperson. However, after a couple of days, something didn't feel right about the salesperson's claims. So I called our local mattress store today and asked whether a "charcoal firm platform" restores the firmness of a mattress. He immediately burst out laughing and said, "Man, did you get conned." He told me the platform I ordered was the SAME EXACT platform I have now. I couldn't believe it. Especially, after believing the salesperson and her claim about restoring the firmness to its original condition. So, I immediately called Tempur-Pedic and canceled my order - (4) days in advance. They reluctantly agreed to cancel the order, but had the gall to tell me I still owe them a $175 cancelation fee.
Next, I spoke to an unsympathetic agent in their "escalation team" who listened to the tape of the original conversation with my salesperson. After listening to the tape, she had the nerve to say that I "led the conversation" and the salesperson did nothing wrong. Okay - if asking questions means I "led the conversation" - yes, I did. However, the salesperson lied to me about the benefits of the platform by absolutely assuring me that the bed would no longer sag. Incredibly, this salesperson was selling me the same exact platform I already own! I've canceled my Amex payment and this company will never get a dime from me. However, they will be hearing from the Kentucky Attorney General's office, the FTC and my attorney about deceptive sales practices.

We felt our topper was no longer providing support. I removed it from the cover and found long splits where we lay. I provided documentation to TP asking they honor their 10 year warranty. There is nothing wrong with the cover but they insist of a photo of the topper inside the cover. Trying to get a decompressed topper inside the zipper cover is like trying to get toothpaste back inside the tube..can't do it.. I'm in my late seventies but it seems impossible to do and just a road block which apparently TP throws up frequently according to the reviews. Never again, TP-your warranty is worthless.

adjustable frame is garbage. Mattress is overpriced and doesn't offer any benefits and sleeps hot. Sheets don't fit with the bed, so you'll constantly be re-arranging the sheets if you ever move the bed. Bluetooth connection is faulty. Customer service is the most unaccommodating, unprofessional, and generally worthless I've ever encountered. If I could do it all over again I'd buy an 8 Sleep as that actually seems to work based on customer reviews and feedback from friends.

Totally disappointed! The massage motor stopped working! I purchased it directly from Tempurpedic on 4 May 2019 and the motor stopped working January 2024. I called in today on 13 May 2024, and was told that the massage motor was no longer covered and that I must pay for all parts and for the technician visit, etc. After spending over $5,000 in 2019, on this worthless bed, buyer beware! I do not recommend this product or company! A total disappointment! Their products are substandard and the buyer just has a bed that is forever inoperable! Choose another company! Do not spend your money on this substandard product!

I purchased a Tempur-pedic Sleeptracker adjustable base in 2022. The product is great but their business practices and warranties are not. The warranty for this product is 3 years for parts and service, then 2 years for parts. The sync cable for my bed just went out and I spoke with their technical support who felt it was a problem with the cable. I ordered a new one to be sent to my and then called to have someone come out to install it.
I was informed that I would have to pay $220 for a trip visit for them to come out. When I told them it was still under warranty they told me that warranty was null and void because of a power outage. I checked the terms of their warranty and nowhere in print is this spelled out. I then tried to contact their corporate offices and ending up leaving a message of which was never returned. They will not let you get through to a person.
So I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General for Kentucky where they are located and left a bad review on BBB. I am an Interior Designer by profession and have promoted and sold their product for many years. I no longer promote them and let all of my clients know about my experience with them as a warning.

I had to have my mattress warranties, the link that was required to order through was $800.00 more than the in store price. There wasn't any promotion, I spoke with the store manager to be sure. I brought this to the attention of the person handling my claim and was told that I was incorrect. Also I only received a partial credit (approx $1400). Less than what I paid for the mattress. I had to pay $2100 out of my pocket additional to purchase the mattress. Yea, some warranty on a piece of foam....

Tempur-Pedic Warranty is a joke and they do not stand by it. I spent $7100.00 on a mattress and the layers shifts, resulting in an indentation. I am a disable Marine that requires lumbar support and the mattress isn't holding. Since there was a stain on the opposite end of the bed, they are denying my claim. I have requested an appeal process an escalation. As this company sucks.

AVOID TEMPURPEDIC, they are no longer the great mattress company they once were! They sold me a defective mattress (Cloud Elite) which started sagging catastrophically within months & started giving me lower back problems I never had before. I filed a warranty claim & even though their own website says my mattress (which had been discontinued) was equivalent to their LuxeAdapt, they would only exchange it for an Adapt (which, hybrid or not, still has their *terrible* “TemperES” (extra soft) that breaks down so fast it might as well not even be there). Apparently that is their go-to warranty move: give you an Adapt regardless of what you’d bought initially. And you don’t get a new warranty on your new mattress unless you upgrade (pay them even more) for a better quality mattress line.
Well, they happened to be rolling out new “upgraded” models right as I was doing my claim, so I called and asked, “If I pay for an upgraded mattress, am I going to get the “new & improved” model coming out now, or are you going to try and pawn off your old models that are now on closeout pricing everywhere & send me that instead?” The phone rep went to check, came back and said “You will be getting one of the new 2024 models, not the previous one.”
Fine, I borrowed money to order the “upgraded” ProAdapt (still lower quality than the mattress I initially bought from them, but I couldn’t afford their LuxeAdapt, & couldn’t sleep on the Adapt) yet when it was delivered, it was the older closeout model (you can tell from the mattress cover designs). I called immediately & they said “We’ll have to listen to the phone transcript & get back to you within 2-3 business days.”
I waited 2 weeks & finally called again & the rep said “No, we don’t send our warranty customers the latest model” & acted like I should be grateful to receive anything from them at all. She said they weren’t going to exchange it for the new model, that the new model “just has a different mattress cover.” Well, tempurpedic sales reps in the stores say otherwise - that the foam is new & improved (& I laid on one & it did feel better than the older version right next to it) so either tempurpedic is feeding their sales reps lies (that it’s “new & improved foam”) or their Escalations Team lies & says that the old model is the same as the 2024 models & only the mattress cover changed. They can’t have it both ways.
So since they didn’t want to exchange it for the new one, I suggested they give me a discounted price since they’re selling their closeout mattresses at full price to their warranty customers. She laughed & said I should just go to the store and buy it discounted if I wanted the sale price. The cognitive dissonance was astounding.
Tempurpedic may have started out a great company with a great product (I’ve loved their mattresses since I first slept on one over 20 years ago & had an original mattress I sadly had to get rid of when I moved overseas) but they clearly have different management now & are downgrading their materials/product while simultaneously raising their prices & trying to squeeze all the extra money they can out of customers who have already spent thousands on a faulty product.
It’s truly shameful, & while I used to recommend tempurpedic to everyone I knew, I now advise you to STAY AWAY FROM TEMPURPEDIC, they’re overpriced & selling worse quality mattresses for more money. ***Buy something else & don’t let them lure you in with their “great” warranty - they’ll try everything they can to weasel out of it &/or get more money out of you in the process!*** I’m genuinely disgusted & thousands of dollars poorer. I can only imagine if this mattress fails what they’ll try & do next.

We purchased a pillow top. The chemicals and material used to make the product has caused allergic reaction. I have contacted Tempur Sealy. They informed me they are not responsible for any problems in their toppers, and they do not care about people medical reactions to their products. I am requesting for our money back because we can not use the topper nor there were no tests made to ensure that the material were safe.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SWITCH MATERIALS. I GOT SCAMMED OUT OF TWO PILLOWS. PLEASE READ. I own a 3 year old Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual cooling pillow. I use it every night, and will continue to do so. I bought two new ones because I wanted to give one away, and use a new one. The old ones were far superior in firmness, and maintaining their shape. If I press down on my old 3 year old Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual cooling pillow, it goes back to it's shape in a few seconds.
The new Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual cooling pillow's go back to their shape after much longer. When I rest my head to test them. The difference is night and day. The material is completely different than the old Dual cooling. I'm 100% positive. Right now, I honestly feel scammed. I'm going to continue using my 3 year old one instead of these new ones I just wasted $200 on because as others have stated. TOO SOFT. I know I'm not going to get my money back. Which I had accepted their terms and conditions because I figured I knew what I was buying because I own a 3 year old one, and I use it nightly. It makes me sad because I LOVED TEMPUR PEDIC. I DREAMED OF OWNING ONE OF THEIR BEDS SOMEDAY.
I LOVED/LOVE MY TEMPUR-CLOUD BREEZE DUAL COOLING PILLOW FROM THREE YEARS AGO, AND I'LL USE IT TILL IT FALLS APART. I feel scammed. I am open to changing this review if something is done. Switch me pillows for the older firmer ones, or give me something different. I currently have an email chain with this company... I'll be giving them the benefit of the doubt because maybe these two that I received are the wrong ones. Maybe they put the cooling stuff on the wrong type of pillow.

Bought for a 1 week and it's sinking a lot. Before I suffer from back pain, now I suffer from nerve pain and back pain. It didn't provide any support, I can't sleep since I sleep on this mattress. I bought ProAdapt Firm, it's nothing near firm. I'm only 100lb, and keep sinking down. I can't even get up. After long time probably will cause misalign your spine. Save your money and try other. I ask Mattress Firm to return it, and the salespersons say he will schedule pickup as soon as possible. Hope he won't lie.

For the record I sent them everything they needed, we paid over $4000. Even bought an adjustable base, the mattress failed after 5 years. They say it doesn’t qualify… However our backs literally kill us every morning. They do not stand behind their warranty.

Bought a Tempur Pedic Hybrid Pro Breeze last April. We owned a tempur pedic for just about 20 years with no issues until the very end. We went to Mattress Firm in Shrewsbury Nj where we have bought several mattresses with no complaints. Our sales person was not knowledgeable and is no longer there. After several months my husband and I started to have severe back pain. I went in to Mattress firm only to be told we missed their 120 day turn and needed to file a claim with tempur pedic.
To be honest Tempur pedic basically wanted our first born!!!! Never in all my years as a consumer have I experienced such a difficult return policy. Every step was met with difficulty that after several attempts I have thrown my hands up. After spending close to 6k we ordered a mattress topper hoping that would ease our discomfort a firm foundation neither have helped!!! You can’t reach a human on their support line. Beyond disgusted and frustrated!!!! The problem is we have owned several Tempur pedics without any issue. This particular mattress is just not for us. The hybrid model does not work for us!!! All we wanted to do was exchange for a different Tempur pedic!!!!

I bought the protector from Fry's about 5 years back. Protector's inner plastic portion ripped apart on one side. Contacted them and they said since you bought it from Fry's we can't honor the warranty of 10 years. I would say, anyone who thinks of buying a mattress or a protector from Tempur, think twice because they will provide any excuse to not honor the 10-year warranty. Ridiculous customer service. I will never buy anything from Tempur-pedic in the future ever again. I love the mattress I have and the protector, but if they are going to provide an horrible customer service, don't expect me to buy anything from you ever again. Only reason I bought an expensive mattress and protector is mainly because of 10-year warranty. If you can't honor that stop falsely advertising it.

I was looking on the Internet for a pad for my chair. After some searching, I decided to try Tempur-Pedic because their pillows are quite flat and would be ideal if available in the right size. I found the exact size I wanted: 27 x 19 inches as indicated on their website. When the pillow arrived, I immediately saw that it did not fit the chair. I measured its size to be 24 x 15 inches. I noted that the pillow was labeled as a Tempur Cloud Breeze Pillow Dual Cooling 27 x 19 inches but its size was actually 24 x 15 inches on measurement. I advised Tempur-Pedic of the problem and asked to return the pillow which I had kept sealed in its plastic wrap.
I asked for a prepaid UPS label to send it back for a refund. They asked me to take several photographs with a measuring tape to prove that the size was wrong. After they received the photographs, they asked me to remove the plastic wrap so the pillow would "expand" to its proper size. I did so and advised them that the pillow did not change in size when the wrap was removed. At that point they advised me that they did not accept pillow returns under any circumstances.

When we purchased this $8000 bed, we were told we could "return it" and pay a restocking fee. When we tried to return it we were told NO, we could only exchange it for another mattress. This type of sales gimmick should NOT be employed. This is the kind of store that gives ALL other stores a bad name. Every other company has a return policy for up to 365 days. This outfit, you looked at it, you bought it!! Do not buy from "Sleep Masters" in Longview Tx. They lie and remember "NO RETURN POLICY"!! In fact if this is how Tempur-Pedic co. does business, I would advise you to buy something else.

I have owned a Tempur-Pedic Mattress for 6 years and it has the biggest dip in it over 2 inches!! And they will not stand behind the warranty the worst customer service I have ever received. I paid over $6,000 and it is supposed to have a 10 year warranty! Their warranty department is a joke. Took several weeks and multiple attempts only to say the mattress was abused and or stored wrong after the second set of pictures. I would never buy a mattress from them again! I would however buy a Sleep Number bed!! The first one I had lasted 14 years with no issues. Just thought a new bed would be better for my bad back and it was for a few years. The dip started many years ago but I just slept on the other side. Once I got married we need the whole bed not just half of it. Save your money and buy a cheap mattress from Walmart!! I have their bed on my boat and it's amazing especially since it was only $400. You can see here how stained up it is... NOT.

Had a senior moment and ordered the wrong sized mattress topper. Customer service was understanding and very helpful. One phone call and Several emails and my problem was solved. Kudos to the service staff.

Purchased a Tempurpedic for thousands of dollars. Received a dangerous, defective mattress that made me physically sick and sagged after only a few months. Mattress was made in Mexico with China chemicals. Received a USED replacement mattress under warranty that had been used in a HOTEL ROOM. The Hotel name and address tag was on the mattress. This mattress failed after a few months. Since the warranty had been "honored" with a used Hotel Room Mattress - no further warranty was honored. Both mattress were defective. Both were discarded. I was scammed for thousands of USD. People have been made deathly ill by these mattresses and depending on your body type they can destroy your back as they sag. Tempurpedic did nothing to honor anything. I don't know how they are in business. They should have a huge lawsuit filed against them, I will never purchase another Tempurpedic.

Upon purchasing the mattress in good faith, I encountered an unexpected problem after the expiration of the return window from Amazon. Regrettably, the mattress has been causing persistent back pain, prompting me to follow the seller's instructions to contact the Tempur-Pedic manufacturer and seek a resolution. I am deeply disappointed by the response received from the company, as it disclaimed responsibility for products sold through Amazon. This stance has put me in a challenging situation, as the mattress continues to aggravate my back pain despite my attempts to adapt to it.
As a consumer who relies on the reputation and reliability of Tempur-Pedic products, this experience has been disheartening and frustrating. I respectfully urge Tempur-Pedic to reconsider its stance and take responsibility for the quality and impact of its merchandise sold through affiliated platforms. The Tempurpedic Neck Pillow has caused SEVERE NERVE DAMAGE AND PAIN from its terribly flawed design! I purchased it because their old version was my favorite, but it's no longer available. I unfortunately chose this new model to replace my old one and it's literally THE WORST PURCHASE THAT I HAVE MADE IN MY LIFE! I now have permanent damage to my neck and shoulders and they have the nerve to refuse my request for refund under the warranty, even though the defective product is clearly cracked and falls under their terms of warranty. Do yourself a favor and avoid the pain. Their products are all worthless now and lack the quality they had in the past. It's very sad that this piece of garbage even made it onto the market!

DO NOT PURCHASE A TEMPUR-PEDIC MATTRESS!!! We purchased a Tempur-Pedic California King mattress for a very large sum of money and want a refund as the mattress has a LARGE bump in the middle of the mattress after less than 4 months of use. While we were a previous Tempur-Pedic owners for nearly 20 years, this experience just shows that you cannot trust the quality of the company products any longer. Terrible experience, horrible customer support, no empathy, and not reliable. NEVER AGAIN! If we could give them 0 stars we would.

I won $5000 (not cash, just credit) from Ashley Furniture (as a promotion) to spend at the store. Because I did not need any furniture, I decided to replace my 12 year old Beautyrest mattress with a really good mattress. So I asked the salesgirl at Ashley store which is the best mattress available. She took me to the back of the store and showed me the Tempurpedic mattresses. They were also the most expensive that the store carried. They started at $3200 for a queen size (after the promotion discount). I had seen these mattresses before but never bought them because I did not know about them and I thought that they were too pricey. This time, I had all this money free money to spend so I bought the lowest end Tempurpedic ($3,200), with the matching base and mattress cover and other bedding items just to spend the entire $5,000.00 winning.
BIG mistake: I have never had a good night sleep since. The hip part of my body is the heaviest and it sinks in more than my legs and torso, which makes sleeping very uncomfortable. I move around all night long trying to find a comfortable spot or position. In the beginning, I did not want to return it to the store because I basically got it for free and was hoping to get used to it. Now, after more than one year sleeping on it, it's worse and my lower back is now painful from sleeping on this bed. All my previous mattresses were cheaper traditional ones with springs and foam and no problem at all. I have no problem sleeping on hotel room mattresses. I called the Tempurpedic company and they said that the warranty is only for defects and there is nothing that they can do for me. When I can afford it, I will buy another mattress and give this one away!

I bought my mattress and ergo power base in 2019 from. I provided my receipt and even bought it at a flagship store (Bound Brook Nj). My bed is in horrendously bad shape causing me severe back neck and hip pain. I went into the store for help and the reps couldn't care less. So I left. I started the warranty process and it was swiftly denied because the sag didn't pass the quarter test. Now how would that foam top sag without weight on it? So I got denied. They also didn't have a mattress protector for the beds on movable bases, so they also denied because of stains.
The MANAGER OF THE ESCALATION TEAM SAID, "There's a STAIN ON THE SAG AREA" in the email so he acknowledged the sag right there. But they consider the matter closed. So about $6,000 in the hole and they couldn't care less. Super sketchy warranty and extremely eager to deny your claims. So I guess you just have to suffer because they said so. Horribly disgusting management. Avoid at all costs not worth it.

Completely dissatisfied!
#1 We were told that the frame would fit in our Thuma Bedframe. This was not true, it fit at its highest height- my wife and I are both short and that was too high for us. We had to get rid of our bedframe to make the NON-RETURNABLE adjustable framework.
#2 - The frame itself is loud and very awkward. We cannot find comfortable spots. We purchased the bed and frame because we really liked the idea of the sleep technology. I am not a light sleeper, but every night the head raised, it woke me up. Leaving me wide awake at 2:30 nearly every morning. We also now have to call out support because one side of the frame vibrates loudly whenever motors engage to raise or lower the bed.
#3 - The mattress itself is actually warmer than our previous mattress which was a Saatva. The cooling technology (the luxe breeze line) simply does not work. We are using Tempur-pedic mattress pads (which we were told we should purchase to protect the warranty, but actually got to protect our long term investment) which don't seem to let any of the cooling properties through. The Luxe Breeze "upgrade" was not worth the extreme cost.
#4- Neither my wife or I have got a good night's sleep since purchasing this mattress.
#5- Making the bed with the frame rails at the bottom is nearly impossible, especially in consideration with the weight of the mattress.
This horrible experience cost us $4368.00. And you cannot put a price on the time lost to process the return, write this email, arrange to be home for the pick up, etc. Lastly, their website boasts 100% customer satisfaction. When I made the return I specifically spoke with the representative and calmy shared our concerns, no one even made an attempt to address those concerns, simply issued an email approving the return. We bought the Tempur-Pedic split adjustable King mattress from Gallery Furniture in Houston, Texas. The salesperson told us that the firm mattress will get about 10 percent softer over time. Both mattresses started to sag so much we have a hard time getting out of bed. We filed a claim with Tempur-Pedic along with pictures and measurements and they denied the claim on the grounds that the mattress is doing what it is supposed to do and adjust to the person weight. My wife weighs only 150 pounds. The edge of the mattress touches the crossbar when we get out of bed and my wife has fallen twice already.
I had bought two queen sized Tempur-Pedic mattresses for the guest bedrooms about 12 years ago and never had this problem with sagging. They are still very comfortable. Either the quality of the newer mattresses has declined or the split adjustable mattress have a very big flaw in them. The Tempur-Pedic consumer people refused to send a technician out to our home to look at it unless we pay $150.00, but they warned us that their decision to not replace the mattress based on the photos would stand.

Like many other people, we bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress from its good history. We went out of our way to spend $2600 and it lasted less than 5 years (which is long compared to some here). Tempur-Pedic will not cover the mattress under their warrant because and I quote their warranty "Deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than three-fourths (0.75) of an inch (measured without applying weight or pressure to the mattress)" --> notice VISIBLE indentation there; that's their "get out" clause for not covering anything. We all know foam springs back once weight is no longer on it. I've appealed 5 times and Cc'd in the CEO and head of US sales and all I get is a copy & paste of "our decision is final". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Customer service is quick to review. They are the worst. We have had our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt mattress for 3 years. After two years, we have been getting back pains for the last year. The indentation is bad and we showed pictures. They said we need 3/4 in indentation for them to replace our mattress. We aren’t asking for reimbursement, just for them to correct it with a replacement. A simple picture will not do justice on how bad this bed is. I slept in my old mattress and my pain went away. Still this product isn’t worth its price.

I am shocked by such lousy customer service. I have been a Tempur client for 18 years. I ordered a mattress they recommended online. The Adapt, medium. Terrible mattress for my back issues. I went and got a credit line to upgrade. I called and chatted with the staff. I want the mattress returned. After 1 week, I'm am still waiting for someone to complete the return. I was going to purchase the upgrade. I sit here with a mattress I can't sleep on and I'm told as of yesterday, I will hear back by Oct 6th.??? What???? I'm going to my credit card company next and will file a BBB complaint. Always bought thru a store. DO NOT BUY ONLINE WITH TEMPUR-PEDIC.

Do not buy anything from this company. Their product bled through color and destroyed topper cover and two pillow cases. We spent over $1000 on their topper and two pillows. This happened after first wash following the instructions exactly. They declined the claim. We called and called and they are not helping us at all. They do not stand by their product!! It’s hard but yet provides no support. It molds around me like a bag of flour, which makes me having to wake up and sit up for EVERY single toss and turn. I have chronic neck pain and this mattress only makes it much worse that I cannot bear to sleep on it for a single night more.

If you are contemplating purchasing a Tempur-Pedic bed, keep shopping around. While the Breeze we bought is a nice bed, I ended up with a tremendous amount of buyer's remorse. Granted, the place we bought it from gave us a 30 day use trial, we had to purchase bedding from the same place (Ashley's) to get the trail period. What we were not told was how much off a headache it was going to be to return it if we do not like it. And, it is not that we do not like the bed (mattress), it is nice, sleeps well, but we felt it was not worth the thousands of dollars we paid for it.
There were several other mattresses we tested that were half the price. Moreover, the store display was way more comfortable than the actual mattress we received. When you are shopping for a new mattress, just be sure and not listen to all the "gimmicks" that are tossed at you - free trails, guaranteed money back, blah, blah, blah. Or you too might end up with buyer's remorse, having spent so much money on a mattress and thinking you should have bought the one that was half the price and almost as comfortable.

I bought a mattress topper from their website. Everywhere it's advertised that they take all returns, no questions asked. I ordered a topper for my bed and halfway through sleeping on it, I woke up with the worst back pain I've ever had in my entire life! I ended up having to remove the topper in the middle of the night. I contacted Tempur-Pedic about the return and after a week of waiting for response someone gets back to me saying their policy doesn't allow mattresses or mattress toppers (what else do you sell???) and sent me some very fine print specifying this. Like why would you advertise having a return policy and then not allow returns for basically the only thing you sell?! What a scam!

IF you want a sore back, to sweat and a mattress that will make you feel like you need to move all night then get this mattress. Oh - and if you want to give a a business thousands of dollars to treat you like crap - give Tempurpedic your money- you will get no customer service, a company that make you jump through so many hoops to try and get your money back that you finally give and pay someone to take the bed to the dump for you!

Paid 8500.00 for our King size Grand Plush mattress 8 years ago. The warranty is supposed to be for 10 years. Both sides now do not provide adequate support but the middle section has remained firm. Tempur warranty dept requires detailed photos of the mattress, down to the frame support. After sending required photos they have declined replacement and did not offer any compensation to purchase a new mattress. Your photos must show at least a 3/4” gap in the sagging areas which is hard to show. We do not recommend this product and will not purchase another Tempur.

We spent $4000 on this mattress and its box spring. A couple months ago we started waking up with very sore necks and shoulders. We took a look at the memory foam mattress and there are very clear body impressions, an inch deep (warranty covers impressions that are greater than 3/4 of an inch). I was concerned that our warranty wouldn't cover the impressions as there were a couple of small stains on the bed but the rep reassured me that if the stains obviously didn't cause the defect it would be fine.
Our first claim was denied because the person didn't understand their warranty policy, so we had to start another one. Then they needed more pictures. Then they needed more pictures. I sent a total of 30 pictures and finally, a month and a half later they declined it because of the two small stains that were nowhere near the body impressions. For over a month and a half I've woken up everyday needing to go back to my physiotherapist to address the damage that mattress has done. They told me there was nothing to be done and that is all. So, buy Tempur-pedic if you want to waste thousands of dollars on a garbage mattress from a company that strings people along.

I ordered Tempur-Pedic Prohi king-size pillow around 3 weeks ago and I am already having difficulty sleeping on it due to reasons below. The pillow sinks in and becomes completely flat in less than 15mins and the entire night I have to keep adjusting my neck and head for the pillow to reset. Now, I am having neck pains since pillow completely lays flat 90% of the time in the night and pillow lacks to provide support for my neck. It has only been 3 weeks and the pillow already has formed head impression on one side.
This is an expensive pillow, that I have invested into and don’t appreciate having these problems so early on. I contacted the company in regards to above issues and they told me that they can’t help me. Worst customer service. Please don’t buy this pillow - it’s totally hyped up and not worth the money at all. I would have given only half star if there was an option.

We bought the ProSmart split king bases and Pro Breeze mattresses and have had a while now and are not happy with the product, especially given the cost. It is nice to have the adjustable base option/zero gravity adjustment and the mattress is comfortable but that is it. Therefore is it not worth the extraordinary cost and we regret it. All the bells and whistles that are advertised do not work as advertised. The vibration is a joke and is not worth anything, it is NOT "massaging" and advertising should just say "gentle vibrations", use of the word massaging is very misleading.
The "responds to snoring...automatically" um no. Again false advertising. I sit up all night while my husband snores and it does not respond...when he snores, however randomly it does respond when he is NOT snoring and it wakes him up. WHAT? I am not even kidding. Probreeze cooling mattress is no match for menopause - hot flashes and night sweats so if you get hot at night and this interests you it is not worth it. No difference from my cheap guest room mattress to this one in terms of temp. Tried for several months to use the app and monitor the results that use the so called AI sensors. As mentioned the snore detection does not work. We have the split king and when I sleep in our guest room and no one is even sleeping on my bed it gives a sleep score with stats for each category. How? No one is in it.
"White glove delivery" BAHAH, the men that delivered ours did not wear gloves, one cut his hand and got blood all over the $5k mattress and asked if we wanted a new one. Um YES. They hauled away our old bed and mattress, and we were left with one half a split king for several weeks before they came back. NIGHTMARE service and it was nearly impossible to reach anyone or get help or a response. Tried submitting this review on the Tempurpedic site several times and it will not let you submit.

We bought Tempur-Pedic mattresses based on our in-store experience. After a couple of years, one mattress failed and we submitted a claim for replacement within the 10-year warranty period. Tempur-Pedic's only criteria is based on measurements of sag of the mattress surface when the mattress is not being used, with no consideration for lack of support during use of the mattress.
Our claim and subsequent appeal were immediately rejected with no consideration for the failure of their product. Their warranty gives no consideration to performance of the mattress, only to arbitrary measurements when the mattress is not in use. The mattress fails when I lay on the bed, sinking to more than half of the depth of the mattress, at the center of the mattress, with the head and foot remaining with no sag. I weigh only 170 lbs, so my weight is not a factor... the mattress is quite simply a very poor product. There must be better options, which I will soon be exploring.

The mattress is sagging and causing back pain for my wife and I. Their method for proving the sagging is not scientific at all. Just a quarter and a broomstick. Since the fabric on top of the bed is tight, you cannot see the sagging using that method. I'll be looking at some of their much cheaper competitors for my next bed.

10 months after purchasing medium adapt mattress we have a major sag/dip in one side of the bed. If you’re on the good side and go too far into the middle, it’s like you’re rolling over into a hole. 10 year warranty is a joke as they want you to send pictures with a quarter and stick for their gap measurement, with no pressure being applied. Never mind the back pain and no sleep and the $3000 you spent for a mattress that’s suppose to support your body. Waste of money, couldn’t last a year. Warranty Claim was denied.

I purchased a Tempur Pedic Pro Adapt from a Mattress Firm in my area last year. After 8 months I noticed it started to develop tears in the foam. I contacted the store and they said I needed to go through Tempur and use the warranty for replacement. FINE. It took MONTHS to get things squared away with Tempur. They wanted a ton of pictures, emails back and forth, proof of purchase…, more than once. Finally they give me a code to find a replacement mattress. I was told by the rep that could go back through the store I purchased in, to make another selection. Or go through their site. Why would I want to go back to the same product I don’t trust? I go back to the store… oh “sorry, but this code only allows you to shop through the tempur online store.”
I go to the Tempur store….. What A Joke. I get 3 whole choices of mattresses!! I Don’t Want To Go Back To Another Foam Mattress!! I Don’t Trust Them!!! They refuse to give a refund. This was a once in a lifetime purchase. Between the frame and the mattress it was almost $6k. I’m not a rich person, and trusted all the HYPE about this company and their product. My Mistake!! They box you in and you don’t give any choices except for what THEY want to give you. AND you CANNOT get your money back!!! I thought (boy was I wrong) I was buying the thoroughbred of mattresses, and ended up with a true dud. And they made a ** of me to top it off.
Do. Not. Trust. This Company!!! Their site shows ONLY all the top 5stars reviews, and they pitch the others. The more I dig, the more angry consumers I find when it comes to Tempur-Pedic. They make it very difficult to file for your warranty …, and they refuse refunds, and won’t allow you to have a range of other types of mattresses to chose from. Tempur also owns/ produces Sterns and Foster /Sealy…, but will not allow you to chose from any of those mattresses. I contacted the BBB…, their policy is they cannot do anything if a company refuses to work with you…, Well…, TEMPUR REFUSED to work with my situation. It’s about the big companies.. never mind the consumers anymore. All I asked for is my money back.. I’ll go elsewhere…. But they refused, and insist I take another foam bed. I Do. Not. Want. Another. We purchased a Tempur-Pedic adapt mattress in 2018. After only two years it felt like the mattress had a hump in the middle and was starting to have sagging where you lay. I only weigh 115 pounds and I feel like I’m sinking into bottom, I submitted a claim and was denied. Now it is almost 5 years since we’ve had the mattress and the holes that we’re lying in are ridiculous, again we are not large people. We have spun this mattress around every four months to try to make it last and it feels like it’s 15 years old, I can’t even sleep in it anymore because we’re waking up stiff, sore, and with headaches. I submitted another warranty claim and was denied again. Every picture that I sent them was not good enough.
I’ve submitted pictures three times and none of them were good enough. They want to see the sagging, but it only occurs while you’re lying on it, so they’ve got you there. I told them that I wanted an inspector to come out and look at it and they wanted to charge me $150 for him to look at it and they still couldn’t guarantee that my claim would be accepted. This company has so many loopholes for their warranty, because they never intend to give it to you in the first place, I am about ready to junk my $2000 mattress and I just purchased a box mattress, which I have another one on another bed, for $400 which feels way better than this Tempur-Pedic. Customer service reps are rude, unhelpful and ignorant. This was the worst $2000 investment that I have ever made. Lesson learned. Stay far away from this company!

I bought these Rayon from Bamboo sheets from Tempur-pedic and they are defective. They have a one-year warranty, but Tempur-pedic refuses to take them back or refund me. Horrendous customer service that lied during complaint process claiming a Warranty Claim was never submitted. I sent email evidence that a Claim was submitted and they still refused to uphold their warranty, refusing to even give a reason. the sheets were brand new. Never buy from this company! these sheets cost me $160 and are worthless due to their defects.

I have had no problem with my Tempur-Contour-Supreme Tempur-Pedic mattress until about six years of ownership. Unfortunately, even though the mattress was properly supported, the mattress developed a deep sag over 2 inches deep and several square feet wide. The warranty claim I requested was declined because there was a stain on the mattress cover. Not the bed, the cover. This stain is completely unrelated to the mattress failure and didn’t even soak through to the mattress itself. I believe Tempur-Pedic does not honor their warranties and I suspect they approve very few claims. It’s a decent mattress but I would not expect it to last ten years, and please understand that their warranty is a scam. The terms of the warranty are also written such that there is very little to be done about the fraudulent marketing tool they call a warranty. Please do no support this incredibly dishonest company.

If you want a good mattress at a fair price with the security of a warranty, do not buy Tempur-Pedic#. I paid almost $3,000 for a twin XL mattress ProAdapt medium firm mattress from a so called authorized dealer. There was a short trial period and the mattress was very hard. When I tried to return or exchange it within 60 days, a 20% fee was required, but when purchased I was guaranteed a full refund! I was high-pressured to buy the luxury firm mattress for another $ 600. When I objected, I was told they could match the price for another returned mattress. I was informed the warranty would still be good, but three months later I found out the warranty would not apply.
The Tempur material is very stiff until it warms up. Who has one hour to fall asleep? When the material warms up, then there is no support and a large sag in a narrow twin size mattress. Then it is HOT! I used to sleep straight through the night and now it takes a long time to fall asleep and I wake up at least 4-6 times per night. This is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on including a lot of hotel stays for business and personal travel.
Within 3 months the mattress sagged by more than one inch and is extremely hard with little support. I have back pain, neck pain and muscle spasms. Tempur-Pedic cares about their branding, marketing and profits. They do not care about their clients or their sleep quality. Instead of sleeping on my split king bed, I have to sleep in the guest room (on a bamboo bed, queen size bed that cost only $300, which is 90% less! I cannot believe I have to shop for and buy another mattress and feel taken advantage of. Do not fall for the hype or high pressure sales tactics when you can get a much better mattress for far less. Do not buy Tempur-Pedic# if you want a good mattress with a reasonable trial period and real warranty! I wish I read reviews rather than fall for hype before purchasing Tempur-Pedic#

Worst mattress we have ever owned. Have had it only nine years, it was virtually top of-the-line. The mattress came with a twenty-five year warranty and all documents state full replacement if less than ten years. Warranty department is now third-party group and only knows how to send out form letters and denied our claim based on made-up story of "stains" on a mattress that has been covered with water proof mattress cover its whole life. After nearly forty pictures (you can only send pics because they will not inspect in person) they denied completely the claim and we have to sleep in a $6k mattress that continuously makes you roll into the middle of the bed because it has collapsed over an inch. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else.

The topper itself is excellent but I ordered the wrong size due in part to my error and in part to Tempur-Pedic's website design. I contacted the company immediately upon receipt of the wrong size and my call was transferred to their escalation team. Even though the item was unused and in new condition with the original packaging, the company refused to make a return. I am out $265.23 and because the topper was needed for surgery recovery in a hospital bed, I still had to order the correct size.
Bottom line is find and READ their return policy before ordering anything. They give no warning that items in your shopping cart are not returnable even though their retailers offer returns. Don't buy directly from Tempur-Pedic if there is any question, especially on high ticket items like power bed frames. Purchase through one of their retailers or Amazon instead. The only thing they take returns on is the mattresses. Absolutely terrible experience. Would give zero stars if I could.

I would not recommend these pillows to anyone. I’ve had my pillows for a few years now. I have to interchange the pillows because the memory foam does not go back to the original form after laying on them overnight. I have stopped using them all together. They are flat and have a divot in the center. I have tried to file a claim with the warranty department to replace the pillows and they told me that my pillows do not meet the requirements for replacement.

I bought a Tempur- Pedic mattress in January 2021. We tried the mattress at City Furniture and we liked it. We knew it was overpriced but we want the most comfortable bed for us. Since the first night, we are not sleeping comfortably. Many friends said we needed to adapt and everything would be fine after a couple of weeks. After all these months, we are still not sleeping comfortably. We noticed the mattress was sagging and filed a warranty claim with Tempur -Pedic. Now they are stating they can not cover my warranty because my bed frame is the problem. How can my bed frame be the problem if I had a mattress before Tempur-Pedic and it did not have any problem? When I bought the warranty City Furniture told me it was the best warranty and they cover anything. I feel I have been robbed.

I have had this Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed for 4 months and had to file a warranty claim. Tempur Pedic uses 3rd Party Contractors to provide warranty service and these contractors are not professional nor respectful. The problem was electrical on their adjustable split bed pedestal. On one side the massage motor would not turn off and then had to remain be unplugged until repairs could be completed. Tempur-Pedic was contacted and they stated that the replacement parts would be sent to a local Tech who would arrange a time to install the parts. This is where things went sideways and the 3rd Party demanded that the bed frame to include headboard, baseboard and side boards be removed prior to the repair. Are they not the Technicians who work daily on beds expect the clients to do the heavy lifting and doing the hard stuff so they don't have too?
My expectation is Technicians should access by removing parts of the frame necessary to do their repairs. I do not have to tools nor the health to remove and re-install the bed frame for the Techs. Tempur-Pedic uses the excuse that they don't want to do any damage so these Techs don't remove the frames. The Tech insisted that Tempur had sent myself email explaining this issue which they did not. In addition, had I know that Tempur had this policy I would not have purchase their product. So don't expect a quality service experience but the opposite with Tempur 3rd Party Techs. Also get good at removing and installing bed frames if you have warranty issue because their Techs don't that.

My wife and I have owned a Tempurpedic Adapt mattress for a little over 3 years. We bought the mattress in LA, and moved with it a year and a half ago to our new home in Georgia. For the past year or so we have been dealing with some abnormal pits in the mattress. We kept turning the mattress to try and work them out, but when my parents visited and stayed in our bed, only to complain about how it made them feel, we decided to see about the warranty. The warranty process is all online, requires typical information, and photos of the mattress.
One thing to note, pits on a foam mattress can be deceiving. The mattress almost always rests at the proper shape, but when you lay on it the level with which you sink is unmanageable. The middle of the bed is firm as well, or ours was, and pushes people off the sides into the pits (holding on for dear life not to fall on the floor).
Regardless we did the full process, only to have a rep tell us that because of a stain on the mattress (we have a toddler) it was clear that the mattress had "physical abuse," and told us a mattress cover would have helped. How a mattress cover would help pits from forming on a foam mattress is beyond my understanding.
All that to be told, for us to spend over 2k on a mattress to have it unsleepable in 3 years and get one message back without having someone at least come take a look is not a great experience. I reached out to TP on twitter privately to make a plea. They looked into it... for 5 minutes. Then told us they couldn't do anything. I've had better customer care for appliances that cost a fraction of a mattress. At least reps come out to check on the damage in most circumstances. Based on the expense, and the short period we had the mattress. I expected better. Easiest decision never to go back to a Tempurpedic.

The Tempur-adapt + cooling mattress topper traps you in it and is like sleeping in a hot hole. You have to dig yourself out. There is zero firmness and it provides no neck and back support. Horrible product, fraudulent claims, and awful customer service, it's no wonder they don't allow returns or exchanges on this product.

I bought 2 small neck pillows and the received products are smaller than what the online listing description and pillow tags state (20x12.5x3.5). The true dimension for both pillows is 19 inches in length and 2.0 inches in height on lower size (very low) and 3.0 on higher side. Both pillows had plenty of time to inflate and they don’t get any bigger. I called customer service twice and was told that the pillows are not returnable. After I sent them photos of the true dimensions with a tape measure including what are listed on pillow tags, Amy H. in customer service told me that they “can only replace with like model product” and would not exchange for medium size pillows regardless of the dimensions for small pillows being smaller than what are listed online and on the pillow tags.
I told her that I didn’t want to exchange for other small pillows with wrong dimensions and then still have to deal with nonreturnable policy. Customer service then asked me to contact their warranty department. Sandy C. in Warranty department told me that her team would not exchange or replace a product unless “Any physical flaw in the product that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage.” Since the dimension defect does not meet this guideline, then warranty department would not replace my pillows. Such a disappointing experience for such expensive pillows!

I bought a king size luxe mattress. I paid about 5,000 for the, please don’t waste your hard earned money. This is the worst bed I have ever slept in, so hard! My back hurt everyday that I wake up. Right now it’s sitting in my basement because I can’t return it after 5 months of having it. I ended up buying a nectar's king size mattress for 1,000, my sleep quality has been much better. I was told that the bed will adjust to your body and that is the reason I didn’t return it after 90 days. The bed never felt better. I’m so upset about the purchase.

Sealy/Tempur-Pedic hates the military and veterans by illegally discriminating against them by actually charging them more money for less of a product/service bundle. Tempur-Pedic says they support the military and veterans by providing their mattresses to the Military Exchanges (more or less the military box department store). Under that logic, they support Mattress Firm and Mattress Factory. But also, nearly every product found at Target or Walmart can be found generally found at the Military Exchange. So how does Tempur-Pedi actually support the military?
But let's look at the facts: the Exchange price is nearly equal to the MSRP value on Tempur-Pedic's website. However, Tempur-Pedic and their other partners are normally running discounts of some sort making purchasing through the Military Exchange more costly. Secondly, Tempur-Pedic does not provide the military or veterans with their 90-sleep trial that everyone else gets even those who buy through other 3rd-Party vendors like Matress Firm. Thirdly, the maximum financing that the Military Exchange generally provides is 18 months using their credit card at standard credit card rates instead of the 24, 36, 48, or 60 months 0% financing provided by Tempur-Pedic or their Third Party Vendors (e.g., Mattress Firm).

Deceptive marketing practices - No returns and exchanges. I bought 2 king-sized TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling - the top-of-the-line pillows. My wife tried it for one day and went back to her old pillow. I used it for a week and as time went on my neck and shoulders began to ache by day 7. At first, the pillow feels really comfortable. In about 5 minutes it depresses into a rock-like surface with very little support.
So I reached out to customer service to ask about returns and their response, "due to the personal nature of pillows, we don't accept returns or exchanges." I called support, I went back and forth with them via calls and emails, and it was explained that this is a clause deep in their return policy. It's a bit misleading as they claim a 90-day satisfaction guarantee but that is only on mattresses. Buy at your own risk. Just know if you want to shell out $150 for a pillow from Tempur-Pedic it's yours forever.

The reason they give for not accepting returns on pillows is because they are "used as personal items". For hygienic reasons, I can understand. But if the pillow is still sealed in the plastic packaging, then it was NOT used as a personal item. And yet they would not let me return it. They don't care about customers and just want your money, using deceptive practices to do so.
The visual guide for choosing the right size pillow is deceptive, which is why I bought it and immediately realized it would not work for me once I received it in the mail. The visual guide says to measure neck to shoulder to find the right size, anyone would assume that is to determine the right length of the pillow. Yet the size of the pillow does not refer to the length, but to the HEIGHT/THICKNESS of the pillow. My dad fits the "Large" size, yet it is too high for him because the guide is incorrect. I will be recommending everyone to avoid Tempur-Pedic. You cannot trust the guides, and they refuse to let you return it even if it's in brand new, never used condition. My whole family uses Tempur-Pedic mattresses and pillows in all our houses, but we will no longer purchase from this company.

I have been lied to over and over about the progress and now the ETA is 4 weeks after my order was placed (and who knows if it will even deliver then). I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress about five years ago. As of today is badly sagging in two different spots. One is so bad you physically feel the springs below it the foam is completely failing. Supposedly this mattress has a ten year warranty so I got into contact with the exchange department and sent in my claim. It was instantly denied apparently because there is a stain from a spilled drink on the corner of the bed. Despite this stain being nowhere near the sagging parts and having no damage at all because of the spills they instantly denied my claim. Then they justified it saying the bed was clearly "physically abused" and "improperly stored" a couple of made up assumptions they just threw in there.
They also claim there are "burn" marks in there, which there are not. This is all coming from pictures I sent them by the way I have no idea how they came to this belief without actually seeing the mattress in person. I did ask them to send someone to inspect the mattress, as per their exchange guidelines, and they again completely refused to even consider it.
So three big warnings for anyone buying tempur-pedic beds. The beds can start to sag badly to the point of being unusable within five years. The warranty is a lie it has no warranty. Finally, their exchange department isn't an "exchange" department. They do not exist to help you exchange your bed or fulfill the warranty. They are there to deny claims in any and every way they can find or just make up and write you off completely.

The customer service and repair of their adjustable bed was a nightmare - long hold times, not being able to fix it the first time, reps are not empowered. Disappointing. I did like their product, but won't buy it again for the above reason.

Sad to tell you - if you are thinking of buying a Tempur-pedic because you heard it is the "top of the line"... You've been misinformed - the only thing "top of the line" about them anymore is the price!! We bought their mattress when the company was small - cared about its customers - also when they had no competition. Unfortunately, our 1st mattress did have to be replaced due to serious sagging issues. Even though that was an ordeal, the lady was great to deal with, she even verified that we would have a new warranty starting with the new replacement mattress.
It has now been 8+ years and this 2nd mattress has lumps, ridges and is extremely uncomfortable. I contacted the company's customer service - who now is also doesn't also outsourcing that portion to place a wall and not take care of customers' issues regarding their "supposed warranty". Basically, I was blown off regarding the warranty replacement stated in the paperwork for issues prior to 10 years - and remember this is our 2nd go round with a bad mattress... Seriously! - Oh - by the way, I did let them know I was disabled, and that this is a serious problem for me.. They couldn't care less! Don't buy a Tempur-pedic. You will regret it - warn your friends and family.

This is my second Tempur-Pedic. My first one has never given us any issues. This one has broken down and become basically unusable. It has a big hump in the middle and dips on each side. We have submitted multiple photos including photos with a measuring tape and they refuse to honor their warranty. There are no stains and the bed has always had a protector. I have taken photos both with and without the quilted top. Buyer beware!! THERE IS NO WARRANTY even though they claim to provide one.

I purchased my mattress in 2013 and for the first five years it held up pretty well but after a while I started having a lot of back pains, but I just continually tend to ignored it. When finally I couldn’t take it anymore. I come to find out it was because of the mattress was sagging so bad. It became a daily routine for me constantly having to add air into it. I contacted the warranty department and complied and sent all the pictures they asked above and beyond but no matter how many times I sent pictures and their request there was always some form of an excuse. I have a 10 year warranty on it which I paid for. I feel like they’re trying to get me to the point where I’ll just give up so they don’t have to replacing the mattress, which isn’t fair. I’m a chiropractor, so after many patients asking if I could recommend the Tempurpedic, I bought one of these overpriced mattresses. The mattress killed our backs, it collapses underneath you. Forget about having sex on the bed or having any comfortable sleep. The bed quickly sagged and when calling the company to complain we were advised to let the bed set to our bodies over the next few months. Conveniently for scam company Tempurpedic, this time they told us to wait took us out of the 3 month return period.
I can not emphasize it enough. DO NOT EVER BUY A TEMPURPEDIC!!!! Horrible bed and worse customer service and they don’t honor warranty.

We purchased our mattress a few years back and they guaranteed a 10 year warranty on it. Couple years passed and the mattress got softer and softer until we were sinking in it and could barely move. We had the receipts, all paperwork, etc and filed the claim with all paperwork included. We got a message back that it had a mattress protector on it and would have to take it off and resubmit all paperwork. That was done. Their claim department told us 5-10 days to receive a response. We have emailed twice since then with again no response.
It has now been almost two months since our email and we have heard nothing. We were forced to purchase a new mattress because we were awakening in so much pain. Both of us could barely move. Their warranty department is not a warranty. For a $5,000.00 mattress, I guess I would expect a little customer service. Guess that was too much to ask. I rarely ever write reviews unless the product or company is stellar or horrible. They have all my contact information and have chosen to not even respond. Will never buy a product made by this company nor recommend it. Sorry for all those that have a Tempurpedic. It’s only a matter of time..

My now husband purchased a queen-sized Rhapsody in 2013. The mattress slowly developed a significant “crater like” sag from neck to knees on one side that eliminates all support. I have suffered poor sleep quality and neck and back pain since sleeping on it a few months since getting married and moving in. The company gave us a huge runaround, asking for specific photos that can’t possibly show the problem. They don’t want to see photos on an actual person lying on the bed. Our request to honor the warranty was escalated several times, culminating in a call from a company rep and she once again refused to do anything more and declined honoring their warranty. I recommend staying away from purchasing a mattress from Tempur-Pedic, and to spend your money a better quality mattress that will hold up and has a reputation for upholding their warranty.

I received Tempurpedic LuxBreeze mattress today and immediately tried to go on the recommended web page given in order to register it. The web address was not found, so I called the customer service number. After verifying my purchase information, I was told I needed to give them the serial number to activate the warranty. I was told this was not on any paperwork I had received, but that I would have to lift up and search for it underneath the mattress. As a 70 year old woman, this is not possible. So I was told I should call someone to help me lift it! Therefore I was told my mattress could not be registered. For the cost of the mattress and the long wait for delivery, I certainly expected better customer service and a warranty as promised.

Ordered this bed on July 15. Estimated ship date was Aug 1. Never heard anything. Called Tempurpedic, waited 45 min to talk with someone, find out it’s not shipping for another month. A month passed, still nothing from tempurpedic. I call and wait 50 min to talk with someone. They say it should ship soon. Finally I get an email at the end of August that it has shipped and once it arrives at the local company that is delivering it that I’ll get a call to schedule. It gets delivered to the company and nobody calls for over a week. At this point I have payments due on the bed. I call tempurpedic, wait 50 min to talk to someone. They try to contact the local delivery company but can’t and give us their direct line. The next day we are able to get the local delivery company on the phone. They can’t find the mattress. We call tempurpedic and they say they are going to figure it out and get back to me.
A week goes by and I hear nothing. I call tempurpedic and wait 40 min to talk to someone. Find out that they are sending another mattress and I should have a tracking number on 3/5 days. No tracking number shows up. I call again and wait 55 min to talk with someone. They tell me that the bed will ship on Oct 18. That’s more than 2 weeks from now. And mind you that’s to the local delivery company. So I’ll likely not get this bed until Nov 1. 4 months after my order and 3.5 months after it should have been delivered. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. They have failed on every level. Communication is garbage. Avoid this company at all costs. I’m blasting this review everywhere that I can think of.

Memory foam is not a natural product, in fact it's a cheapest material in the industry because it can easily be made from chemicals. It's unfortunate that we paid 4000$ for mattress and it's hot like a hell. When we reached out to Tempur Pedic they explained that warranty does not cover comfort preference, which is basically telling you ** off. I will never again buy products of this company. Please invest in GOLTS and GOTS certified natural mattresses and Tempur Pedic is not one of them. All materials are made from junk like fiberglass, memory foam and they way they process the cleaning of materials are just horrible, please do your research.

My Tempur-Pedic mattress gives me the best sleep I ever had outside of the full-flotation waterbed I slept in for over 20 years. It's soft, yet firm enough to support my back. Some folks don't like the original mattress because they say it is too hot for them, but since I'm easily chilled, even in summer, I'm perfectly fine with it. For the 'it's too hot folks', Tempur-Pedic has designed a mattress with a material they say alleviates that issue. Give 'em try. You'll like them!

Trying to be budget conscious, tried a Casper Hybrid, sent it back; next a Nectar, sent it back. Forgot the budget, went to the Tempurpedic store. Husband fell asleep & snored on the showroom model New Tempurpedic Adapt after 18 years and no more aches and pains—guess it’s true, you get what you pay for.

I purchased two sets of Egyptian cotton sheet sets to open after I moved. When I did unpack the sheet sets, I found that they were the wrong size. I contacted Tempur-pedic and their Customer Service Department said that they do not accept returns or exchanges on bedding products--even though the product was in unopened packages. First off -- growing up I simply had a bed. Nothing special - no thought given to whether it was soft or hard or anything other than it was a twin size. Fast forward to age twenty and I purchased a pillow top mattress. Thought it was the best thing ever! Til now - Since purchasing my Tempur-Pedic I'm now a spoiled girl! I am livid. This is our 2nd Tempur-Pedic that has SAGGED and caused back and knee issues within 2 years of purchase! Our 1st mattress (Q. Cloud, $2500) gave out after 3 years, so we opted for the more expensive/firmer breeze (K. $5000). We are still paying it off (!), and can’t sleep on it. After an hour, the entire middle just sags like I’m sleeping on a piece of wet bread. I have had ongoing knee and back issues since this purchase...but wanted desperately to think it was anything OTHER than the 5K bed!! Seriously SO AGGRAVATING. After being vaccinated and traveling again, we are on relatives’ beds etc. & the difference is mind-blowing. The worst is, I know we are hosed on the warranty because the archaic stick measure simply doesn’t work with memory foam. And, to pursue it would just add insult to injury.
Listen We did everything right - never set it on its side, bought it directly from Tempur-Pedic...and we are out now close to 9K in 6 years between 2 mattresses. Hopefully you won’t make the same mistake. I wish I hadn’t trusted this company. The world is exasperating enough without being lied to by a formerly trustworthy name. This mattress failed after 4 years by either materials/craftmanship or both. This mattress was a replacement selected by Tempur-Pedic. Tempur-Pedic was contacted and sent their independent inspector who confirmed the failure. The mattress was advertised in print and verbally by a customer service representative that offered a 10 year warranty, now Tempur-Pedic is back dating their warranty to the initial failed mattress. This was never discussed or included in the replacement paperwork I received. No matter how one looks at this, the mattress failed in its 4th year and that should be a concern to Tempur-Pedic, but it is not. I would not consider Tempur-Pedic, especially with all the foam mattresses available.

I ordered a high dollar mattress on 1/21/2021. We received the mattress on 2/2/2021. By 2/9/2021 we knew there was absolutely no way we would be able to keep this mattress. We ordered the extra soft plush. This thing was like sleeping on a concrete floor. When we woke our whole body just ache. We waited the full 30 days before asking for a refund per their policy. In the meantime we sleep upstairs in the extra bedroom. When the time came we called to request a refund. Staying on hold for 1 hour and 37 minutes to finally getting a rep to begin the refund process. It took her 30 minutes to get this complete. I was told we would be contacted with 48 hours for a pickup time. A week later no contact so I emailed because I was not waiting on hold another hour and 30 minutes.
As of today, 3/19/2021 and 14 emails back and forth and promises I would hear from someone for a pickup. I was told due to COVID all pickups are on hold. I responded “why picks and not deliveries?” I got my mattress during COVID with no problem and now there is a problem with getting it picked up and refunded. Customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your time or money!

We purchased a Tempur-Pedic Cloud Supreme Breeze Mattress 5 years ago from Sleep Country. It came with a 10 year warranty and it was not cheap.... The top foam portion of the mattress literally disintegrated and we started sinking into the mattress. We reached out to Sleep Country to ask about the warranty process. We had to go online and input all kinds of information and upload pictures. After going through this extremely painful online warranty process, we have been told that Tempur-pedic is not going to replace anything under warranty because there is a stain on the mattress pad. They basically accused us of lying, telling us that we must have spilled something on the mattress and that is why our warranty is void.
We tried several times to tell them the stain is coming from the disintegrating foam underneath and a stain is seeping upward into the mattress cover. Didn't matter how many pictures we sent or how many conversations we had, the answer was "no". They don't even have anyone who could actually come out and look at the mattress for themselves. We paid good money for this mattress and will "NEVER" again purchase a Tempur-pedic mattress nor will I recommend one to anyone I know.

I purchased a mattress topper during the holidays at half off. The mattress topper which was normally 600 was on sale for 300 for a king. It arrived frozen and wouldn't even open up. I called customer service who said to give it a day to defrost and it should be ok. It did defrost. However within a week of trying to sleep on it my husband and I were in pain, his hip and my back. I called customer service and they assured me I'd hear from the pick up company in 7-10 business days and once it was picked up they would refund the total purchase price.
3 weeks later no contact of any sort. I called and they said to give it another week. Still nothing and mind you when you call be prepared to sit on hold for an hour at minimum. This king size mattress topper is now rolled up and sitting in my garage taking up room so I can't pull my car in now. I get them on the phone and ask them kindly to let me donate the thing and just refund. The cost of the pickup probably exceeds the cost of the used topper anyways. They agree and said I could donate and I should have a refund in 3-5 business days. Of course a week later and nothing.
I've also tried their facebook page by posting and chats with service and alls you get is, "I'll reach out to my team...." Useless. I call on 2/5/21 and speak to Savannah ** who honestly sounded like this might be it, maybe she is honest and will finally help me. She even emailed me she would get back to me in 3-5 business days with when I should see the refund. Well today is 2/17 and no call, in fact I tried replying to the email twice and no response. Wish I could attach a pic of my phone to show I'm now on hold 2 hrs 17mins. I am totally shocked at how back their customer service is. I can honestly say they are the worst I have ever had to deal with and I have never written a complaint on any company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! I don't care what they offer or what their warranty policy states, it's all lies.

I am very disappointed at this company. We decided to get a mattress topper (not a cheap one at that). We were very excited to receive it, but went all downhill from there. We received the wrong item. I ordered a king size but received a queen. Huge difference in size and price obviously. I tried chatting with customer service, no help whatsoever. They just said I had to call, but the machine automatically warned about a 90 minute wait.
Two and a half hours later, I finally get someone to help and said they will be sending a replacement 2 day shipping. I was extremely upset already, but I said ok, what is 4 more days right? Wrong. The day the topper is supposed to get here, nothing. I try chatting again...and the person says there is no record of any other order being sent to me. Said to please call customer service. SMH, so who is chatting?? Pointless to say the least. I will never, ever buy anything else from this company and I will probably dispute the charge with my credit card company since they seem to have no issue charging, just delivering.

I’m really sorry we bought our Tempur-Pedic mattress 2 years ago. The mattress has to be turned every couple of months to prevent sagging and is not very comfortable any more. The gel top is freezing during the winter and makes for a very uncomfortable night’s sleep. After finally getting warm, the gel then retains your body heat to the point that is unbearable. I was told by the salesperson that the gel would help one stay comfortably cool all night and that is certainly not the case. This was a very expensive purchase, and one I wish I never made. After a lot of research we decided to purchase this mattress. I felt confident in the brand and refund policy if we were not satisfied. We purchased in July. Received in August and called to return the mattress the first week of October under the money back refund policy. It took them several weeks to pick it up and came a day ahead of schedule w/out notifying us until they showed up at our door. I waited a few days and called to inquire about the refund and was told the mattress had not shown up in the system yet and that can take up to a week to do. After two weeks, I was told the same thing. I started to get nervous at that point and I was right to do so.
After about three weeks they agreed to process my refund. I was told that take 5-7 business days to hit. After seven biz days I called again and was told it would take 7-10 biz days to hit. After 12 biz days I called again and was told it would be any day now. Waited another week to call and was told it was processed on 11/23/20. My credit card showed no credit. I called the card company and they confirmed no refund was processed. I called Tempur six more times over the next thirty days and each time, they took my information and assured me that somebody would call me back. That never happened. On 12/23 I called and spoke to a nice woman in service who saw all of the issues and calls and said she was a supervisor and would get this taken care of. She asked if I would send her all of my credit card statements since the purchase to prove that I did not get a refund. I immediately emailed her the statements.
I waited until the first week of Jan was over thinking everyone is back to work and I called again. Was told they see the contacts. They see the statements were sent and AGAIN, I needed a special dept tech service something.... They were to call me in 24 hours. Two days go by and I call again. This time the rep said that was not who I needed and he would email the right dept and assured me they DO call back and it would be 48 hours or less. Needless to say, it's been four days and no call back. At this point, I'm out my $5,214 refund on the mattress and oh, btw, they also have the mattress. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone here and don't know where to turn. I have filed a complaint with BBB and left feedback on their FB page, which they removed quickly. I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company if you have any potential to return it under the warranty and get a refund.

Spent almost $8,000 on a bed system. Yeah warranty is great. 10 years but trying to get anybody to answer their phone I spent an hour-and-a-half on hold waiting for somebody to pick up. The second time I called a different number 45 minutes on hold. No one to pick up. I called sales. Oh they have call back waiting. Spoke to the salesperson and she says, "Well what do you want me to do?" I said, "I'd like to have somebody call me back."

I ordered the Cool Breeze pillows, which were advertised as being medium-soft firmness. On arrival it was clear they there were already too firm but I gave it a try anyway. The pillow barely had any give when I laid my head down. I woke up with a stiff neck because of the lack of compression. I called customer service and learned that Tempur-Pedic’s satisfaction guarantee only applies to their mattresses. Their reasoning was that pillows are somehow more “personal” than mattresses so they won’t accept returns or exchanges. Most smaller companies allow you to donate your items if unsatisfied and they’ll give a refund. But apparently one of the largest mattress companies isn’t able to do the same.
I was told that they’d be able to grant me a one time return or exchange but I’d have to call back after the New Year. When I pressed for a confirmation email, suddenly I was no longer guaranteed the ability to do so. Now I’m stuck with $200 bricks masquerading as pillows. Save yourself some grief and buy from other, more customer friendly, companies.

Tempur-Pedic is not honoring their return policy. I called tempur-pedic on Nov. 14th to return the mattress I purchased. I was within my sleep-trial window and the mattress was/is not working for us. I received an email confirmation stating the return would happen within 1-2 weeks and that someone would call to arrange the pick up. It's now been 5 weeks and no one has contacted me to complete the pick up of the mattress. I called Tempur-pedic, several times, to follow up and was told to contact NVC logistics (shipping co) directly to arrange the pick up.
I did what they asked. I called NVC and gave them the return number provided to me in the email as well as over the phone. When I did they told me they have no record of this return or pick up requested by Tempur-Pedic. I've already called Tempur 6x about this and none of the reps were capable of assisting me apparently. The one I spoke to last said they're "too busy" and wasn't able to get me to a manager. (Wow). At this point, because Tempur-pedic has been giving me the run-around, I have to resort to reporting this to the Better Business Bureau in the hopes that they will finally honor their return policy.
Consumer's Desired Resolution: I'd like for them to pick up the mattress immediately as promised and issue my refund as per their return policy as advertised. They need to actually contact the company who picks up the mattress, as they claim to have done but haven't and make sure this return is finalized. I also must insist at this point that they issue my refund immediately since they've been giving me the runaround for over a month.

I bought a neck pillow and mattress topper from Tempur-Pedic. It just wasn’t for me. Matter of fact the mattress topper and neck pillow caused more damage in my back. I reached out to the company about returning my mattress topper and pillow. Basically they wouldn’t take anything back because they did a courtesy return in the beginning because I ordered the wrong pillow. They only do courtesy returns once per household. I feel as though if the customer is dissatisfied with product especially within the 30-90 day window that was given they should receive a refund. This cost too much money. Know what you’re getting yourself into when you choose Tempur-Pedic.

I hope my experience will warn others.. I ordered the ProAdapt Hybrid Medium mattress online. Delivery was great, mattress was comfortable. However, when it was removed from the packaging, a strong chemical smell emerged and filled up my entire apartment. I also started having a metallic taste in my mouth from it. The first night, I had the mattress in my bedroom on a frame, and I did not sleep on it. But, I woke throughout the night with a chronic bronchial asthma-type cough. I coughed all during the next day, and the days after. I removed it from my bedroom and put it in the living room on its side with the windows open to try and help the off-gassing. However, the horrible smell never went away. The off-gassing and odor continued for 2 MONTHS... During this time, I was never able to even sleep on the mattress!
I finally tried to sleep on it again (as did my husband) and immediately, we both started coughing. My husband said his chest felt "tight" and that he needed an inhaler. I ended up returning this mattress. It is clearly NOT Certi-Pur certified, and has toxic chemicals in it. Even if you aren't as sensitive as I am, please be careful. It can't be healthy to sleep on a mattress like this, especially with your face so close to the toxic foam.

Purchased a ProBreeze because of all the hype, cooler bed, firm support, company history, I mean it's a "Tempur-Pedic". The first month I think it lived up to its name. After that the top foam layer in the mid section got too soft and started sagging. Memory foam remembers where it's supposed to be so you cannot tell it's sagging, good luck with the warranty at that point. But once you're on it for a couple of minutes, maybe 10 or so, the midsection gives way and your body is in a very awkward position. Pain is relative, waking up every hour or so to readjust, side sleeper or stomach sleepers beware. Back sleepers might be ok.. We purchased through Sleep Country which were fabulous on their Sleep Guarantee and allowed us to exchange it for another product. Can't say enough about their help on this, they were great. As for the bed itself, for the price it's one of the worse beds we have slept on.

Although we were very happy after purchase of a Tempur mattress, after a bit more than 2 yrs we started to notice mattress vent, along with pain in our backs. We remembered the sales speech of 10yrs of warranty which it was the last push for leaning to decide to go on with it vs a lower price and shorter life cycle. We were very frustrated after elevating our claim to Tempur warranty department saying "Unfortunately, we must decline the request as the documentation and pictures provided do not fall within the guidelines of warranty coverage. The underlined bullet below explains the reason for the denial of your claim."
Also highlighting: the following on they answer " A normal increase in softness of the TEMPUR pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress." All they used to probe our claim was picture with an stick over the mattress and a coin stand by to see the claim. Of course is memory foam mattress will not see anything but density and firmness is totally different on the sides where we lay down to sleep. So, take care. Don't repeat our story....

My wife and I purchased a Tempur Pedic mattress 8 years ago. We purchased the medium firm mattress. Note that we paid close to $3000.00 for it. What a mistake, never again. At first we were fine with it but after a few years we noticed that it sinned more and more. Now we wake up with body pain since it has no support what so ever. I am writing this review about the causes of my lower back pain caused by excessive sagging and the denied warranty mattress claim which was submitted in early October 2020. I find this unscientific, more than 10 years old unproven method and reasoning for denying my warranty claim completely unacceptable since I am the one suffering daily every morning every time I sleep in my bed waking up with lower back pain. To prove my point, when I sleep in my living room Sofa I do not wake up with lower back pain, the same is true when I sleep on the edge of the bed rather in middle or center. I have also had the opportunity to review many similar denied claims on Google website reviews including formal complaint which have been filed and registered with Better Business Bureau.
Your company ought to care and be concerned about customer satisfactions and quality you represent if indeed it matters to you to increase your sale productivity. It is a well-known fact by know that these type of beds specially when used after few years causes lower back pain due to increase sagging which is direct result of generated body heat. The material used in your bed for some reason stays firmer with cooler climate/temperature and of course when the heat is generated when one sleeps in the bed and that is exactly when the sagging happens causing the pain. I tried several times to contact the the corporate office and yet they denied to provide me information every time I called and the representative stated that since my claim was denied, there is nothing more.

We purchased this mattress and box set for my daughter for a gift following graduation from nursing school. We have one at home and thought the support would be helpful. So far they have wasted over 8 hours of our time including setting up a delivery that hasn’t taken place. The customer service agents are clueless and can’t straighten anything out and put you on hold while they do paperwork they could complete after they hang up. They have supposedly passed my issue to an “executive” who has not managed to call in a week's time. So much for white glove delivery. It has been almost a month since ordering and I have no mattress and no idea when one will be delivered. Wish I had ordered something else with someone else.

We used to be fans of Tempur Pedic, before we needed to claim warranty on our mattress. They do not want to exchange you the mattress and when they do, and if they exchange they will give you a used one and ask you to pay $300 for shipping. We escalated it all the way to executive level. It is even worse. Some customer Support Samantha J. was so rude with us, and doesn't care about your satisfaction or health. Her goal was for us to give up, not to help us. She agreed to change the used mattress that they supplied us, which is not even equal to what we initially purchased, if we wave the insurance! What does it say about their product? That it is a cheap product sold for a lot of money. Now we sleep on the used mattress which creates pain in our backs.
The bottom line: Tempur-Pedic products are not the same anymore as they were 10 years ago, they are cheaply made and create real health problems. Tempur-Pedic company do not care about customers, all they care is to take as much money as possible from you and scam you on warranty. Just research real reviews before you decide to buy any Tempur-Pedic. Also that NASA material statement is false too. I know people from NASA and it is a false advertisement.

Loved it for first two years. And I felt confident with the ten year, no sag guarantee. Here's the real story: no, the mattress won't "sag" if measured with a yardstick across the top (as the warranty stipulates). BUT the area of the mattress most relied upon DOES lose support within 2-3 years. No, it won't "sag" below the surface, but if the slightest weigh is applied (anything heavier than a small kitten) the support disappears. That's the con of these guarantees, you have now been educated.

I spoke with the Staff of Tempur-Pedic regarding the warranty. The First Staff member (Mr. **) hung-up and did not call me back even when I had provided her with my call back telephone number. The Second Staff member (Mr. **), in my opinion was not reassuring about the outcomes of the Warranty process outcomes. I have had this mattress for less than a year which has a warranty of 10 years, the company is not able to keep its promise even at less than 1 year of purchase. From my interaction with the company so far it is evident that the warranty is misleading and unreliable. I would recommend people to think about purchasing this product before putting in money into it. I do not find it to be a reliable company through my experience with them so far.

I purchased a Tempurpedic in 2010 and it was firm, like a brick. Ten years later it was still like a brick. I have a bad back and at the time thought I needed a softer bed as the solution. Worst decision of my life because I repurchased a new and so called improved in the firmest I couldn’t buy and it is soft and squishy. The quality is not the same and I suspect it’s because they sold their company and can be found at every low end mattress store. I spent $3000 on a crappy bed. This company has lost their integrity.

I purchased a mattress from Tempur Pedic online thru their website during their 4th of July sales event. Their website stated that they have a "90 day Try Out" if you are unsatisfied with your mattress, they will refund or exchange it, therefore I felt confident buying a mattress online without testing it since I would not be stuck with such a large investment if I was unhappy with it. After the first few nights, I thought the mattress was too firm for me, so I called and asked to have the same mattress exchanged for the soft version since I purchased the firm version. I was told at that point that they could not honor their guarantee due to COVID 19 restrictions. After many unsuccessful calls to resolve this issue, I finally just purchased a second mattress in the soft version and I was told in the future when the COVID restrictions were lifted, they would pick up the original mattress and then at that time, refund my money for the first mattress.
In an attempt to try and get my money refunded,when the second mattress arrived, I used that packaging and wrapped up the original mattress and called them to pick up the original mattress since I boxed it up and had it ready for pick up, they could simply do a door pick up as they did a door delivery. Again, I was told they would not pick up the original mattress nor refund my money until COVID was over, whenever that will be in the future. So, I am now out the money for two mattresses for an indefinite period of time.
This all started in July, the country was well into the COVID 19 situation, I was never told nor is it indicated anywhere on their website (even to this day) that they will not honor their 90 day try out guarantee, I understand if they don't want to take the mattress back, but why should the customer be out the money? This is a gross misrepresentation of their guarantee. Buyer beware, you will be stuck with your purchase even though they are misrepresenting this on their website.

We purchased a double mattress set forming a king sized bed. After 2 years we noticed my wife and I were both experiencing each mattress with a depression. So, we were either sleeping in a depression or could lay on a high side of the mattress and a slight angle. For the money we paid for this stuff, I'd say it is a ripoff. My wife has developed painful spinal problems that we are suspicious of at least some contributing aspects because of these mattresses. After reading other reviews about people's difficulties getting Tempurpedic to stand up for their products, we are now just looking for another new mattress. And will never recommend Tempurpedic as a mattress choice.

Love my mattress, sheets but wish they would come in more colors. Love the massage and love the option that lifts when I choose to. The option to massage both top and bottom or just top or just bottom is great. Also like that it is cool to sleep on but not that cold.

I purchased our tropic breeze for 3k, a lot to pay for in a mattress. We looked at a great deal of companies and just didn't want to purchase again in the coming years. It had a 10 yr warranty which was exceptional for our needs. As it turns out the stitching came on the top cover started coming loose within 12 months. It was replaced within a week and we were very pleased. This is a mattress we intend on using for many years and now have peace of mind that if it fails we will get it replaced.

Nice mattress but like most of these highly advertised mattresses, they are outrageously overpriced. It was great for the 1st few years but eventually we had to add a memory foam topper because their memory foam began to forget (became less comfortable). Also seemed to hold heat more than when it was new. I probably would not buy another unless the price drops by 1/2. It would actually be much cheaper to just buy a good traditional mattress every 3 years.

When we went shopping it was hard to find a bed that we both wanted - everything was either too hard for him or too soft for me. But when we found our Tempur-Pedic we both loved it! My initially arrange delivery was terrible as the provider lied to me and never delivered. Second delivery was fine but base was damaged. Third delivery was fine and on time. Tempur Pedic offered to provide a $500,00 credit for all the difficulty. That hardly covered all the time i invested but it didn't matter as I never got the $500.00. Called their customer service and was told that customer service would send an email to corporate people in Lexington. This was not how they do business and the $500.00 would be taken care off immediately.
A week later I did not get the money and called again. Spent over one half hour on phone with customer service. Most on hold for a supervisor as the first person said all she could do was send another email. The supervisor never took the call. So I called my sales person at Tempur Pedic who put my order through. He never returned my call. I still have never received the money. But the mattress is fine just their service is terrible. Worse in the industry.

The first time we had our mattress replaced under warranty we chose the same mattress. When this mattress failed after 6 months we requested a Luxe Breeze Mattress which sells in Living Spaces for $4,899 before a $500 discount - They offered us $3,699 credit for our existing mattress and said the new mattress would be $5,399! $1,700 more! We have been Tempurpedic Customers for over 20 years and the quality and customer service have deteriorated horribly.

I purchase a Tempur-Pedic bed 5 years ago and now it is causing me to have neck spasms. I am currently seeing a chiropractor and I realize that it’s my mattress that’s causing the spasms because it is so uncomfortable now from wear and sagging! I contact the warranty department and was told 3X that I needed to send pictures of my mattress. Each time that I spoke to someone I was told something different and claimed that They didn’t receive the pictures of the broom and the quarter. The last person said the pictures weren’t there but changed after I challenged the fact that I have sent the pictures 3X then he claimed he saw the picture and that I have to turn the broom horizontally instead of vertically and that the picture of the top of the bed isn’t attached! I was not contacted stating anything to these facts and from June to July I have not heard anything from Tempur-Pedic.
When spending over 2000. For a bed I feel that the customer service and the life time warranty that you claim to provide isn’t being honored in my case. All I want is a replacement mattress so that I can better my spinal health which was the reason I purchased the bed in the first place. I am providing my phone # to ensure that I am contacted because your Customer service has failed to live up to the qualities and standards in which your company hasn’t upheld in my case!

If you are planning on spending big bucks on a Tempur-Pedic mattress they have about a 10 year life. Ours came with a 15 year warranty, and it started sagging in the center of both sides after about 9 years. My wife is not a big person and her side sags as bad as mine. I am 6'1" and weigh 225. It has continued to sag and has about a 3-4" sag on both sides. I am sure they would prorate the remaining 2-3 years off of new retail, but that is not adequate for a mattress we paid $3,500 for in 2007.

This bed is comfortable, but certainly not THAT comfortable for the price tag. My biggest issue is that it does nothing to make you feel cool. I even have a mattress topper (Vertex 6.0) with even more cooling technology and I feel nothing. In fact, I still sweat in bed. I had high hopes for this mattress, but it was a poor purchase by me. I have had this mattress for 1 year now and I will say it still maintains its shape thus far.

I made the mistake of buying my mattress, closeout with no returns. But the reviews were stellar, and as a frequent traveler I have never really had issues with mattresses. This mattress is labeled as soft/medium but it is truly hard as a rock. I have started taking melatonin so I can fall asleep. It has no sink, and as a side sleeper the only way I can fall asleep is with the melatonin and on my stomach-it is destroying me neck. Most the day I feel sore like I had a workout, but it is from sleeping on this stiff board. The only good thing is that is does stay cool. Oh-their suggestion was to sleep in a bedroom that is 75 degrees! Hello I bought the cool mattress because I am a sweaty sleeper as is. By the way, turning the heat up didn't help.
I will never buy Tempur Pedic again. My spring mattrees with a pillow top was infinitely more comfortable and much cheaper. They told me it would be 1 week to a month to break in, but it has been 2 months and it is as stiff as ever. Have never been on a worse mattress in my life, and my career has me traveling and staying in hotels one week every month.

I got this Tempur-Pedic Mattress in the winter. It felt firm enough for me. However, in the spring/summer the foam became so soft that only my hips would sink deep into the mattress. I then developed sciatica and other hip and lower spinal issues. I was in constant severe pain. My back only got better when I switched to a spring mattress. I lost $3000 because tempurpedic refused to take it back or exchange it for me.

The Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed may be expensive but well worth it. I can adjust it to my comfort level. I never have pressure points or aches in the morning. We purchased it during a promotion. The financing was zero interest over 4 years. They delivered and set it up along with instructions. We have now paid it off and never had any problem with the finance people. Even though we have had it for 4 years it is as if it's brand new. I am a large lady and it is not breaking down under my weight. I love our bed?

Very expensive split King with lots of bells and whistles. The adjustable head and feet functions very well and as a Godsend for recuperating from surgeries both husband wife. We can independently control each side of the bed and it is very comfortable providing a good nights rest for the entire family (our 2 Welsh Terriers just love the comfort). Very sturdy framing albeit very heavy to move. Now we are retired on fixed income and hope it will last the rest of our lives. Have had for at least 8 years with no issues. The massage built in is also a nice perk!!

Tempurpedic Cool Breeze queen. Owned three years now. Slept good till now. Bed sags! Rotate as warranty states, still major sag. Liked very much in the beginning however, a lot of money upfront! Sleeping on a 90 day warranty does not do justice. Loved the bed first year and then, until my third year. Expected for the $000 I paid out to last much longer before issues began. I thought I was buying the top of the line. Today, I hug the sides!
Started looking around. The Cloud offers 365 day warranty, no questions asked. Just what I read! Now my neck aches unlike before. Maybe overall, manufacturers just don’t make beds like they did in the day due to costs etc. I used to own a Boss Bed, wish I never gave it away! Slept the best than ever Before. Hybrid! I bought the Tempur-Pedic deluxe base and mattress approx 3 years ago from a local mattress store. The adjustable base with massage is excellent and works very well however this review is for the mattress. I really wanted this mattress to help me, truly I did but the pain that I have is terrible! I am a healthcare professional and sleep is vital for functioning at your highest level. This truly did not work for me and I now have to purchase another mattress after only three years. It is very disappointing this mattress has a long warranty so I am hopeful that Tempur-Pedic will refund at least a portion of my money.

We purchased the Luxebreeze Firm and it is very firm. We wanted something cooling and while it is cooler than other mattresses you can’t use a mattress protector with it because you lose the cooling. I sleep cooler on it but it still gets warm. The mattress is really expensive but after trying 4 other mail order mattresses we went with this one. On a scale of 1-5 I give it a 3.

I love that my mattress allows me to sleep better. I like being able for it to let me sit up for reading or I can raise my legs. It is very heavy, so doesn't slide around as other mattresses sometimes do. Any guests who have slept on it have remarked that they really like it.

I love my bed. I can honestly say that every morning it's a struggle getting out of that bed. However, I'm certainly lucky that when I'm off work I get to jump back into that real life cloud of a bed.

We purchased our Tempur-Pedic Cloud Prima mattress 3/18. Our mattress dips on both sides WHEN someone lies down on it. When no one is in the bed, there is no dip. It's so bad my husband has to get out of bed, turn around and get back into bed in order to turn over. But, this doesn't meet the dishonest company's warranty. The memory foam doesn't sag when no one's on the bed. My husband and I are attempting to work with the company, but when we take pictures, etc., we're well aware we're among the multitudes of others with the exact same problem. I think Better Business Bureau needs to investigate!

We purchased this Tempur-Pedic mattress about 10 years ago and it looks like new today. There is no sagging like you get in a typical mattress and the firmness is great if you have a bad back. This was ordered directly from the Tempurpedic website, and it was delivered into our bedroom, which was nice because that mattress is heavy! My only complaint is that it tends to hold in body heat and can get too warm for my liking.

Love the mattress for its good support cooling system that provides comfort. Mattress system was somewhat expensive compared to comparable brands. The ten year warranty is adequate. The mattress provides even distribution of weight for comfort and support for the entire body. Overall, this is a decent mattress.

Purchased from a local furniture store. Delivery was very good. Had my grandkids walk on the mattress to break it in. I have not had any issues with the temperature. I also purchased an adjustable bedframe at a later date. No more propping up my pillows!

It is great. It is comfortable. Takes away back pain. I sleep better and wake up refreshed. I sleep with less tossing and turning and I recommend this to everyone. I am a satisfied customer and recommend it to everyone.

I have had my mattress for 10+ years. I love it. I know that mattresses are to be replaced sooner than that but.. there was no need to. I plan to get another one on a year or two. I lived in a different place and they delivered the mattress and took the old one away. My late husband was heavier than me but he chose the Tempur-Pedic. We both got a great night's sleep the first time.

We purchased this brand mattress 3 years ago and paid 4500. It has deteriorated to the point that it hurts to sleep on it. We filled out the proper forms and took the proper pictures as it is still under warranty. Even though it sags they told us it wasn't sagging enough. Do not buy this brand.

I think that the mattress with its cooling technology is a failure on the cooling factor and it wore down quickly and left me with a depression that was too large in a matter of no more than 24 months. BTW, I am a 5'11" man and weight 180 so it's not me!

Awesome fantastic mattress. Been sleeping well since. No issues yet or anything crazy. Pretty cool at night. No sweating or stiffness. Look to get a few more for each bedroom. Can’t wait to sleep at night.

I do not own my own but I have slept on one and am doing my review based on my experiences. I suffer from Adult TCS and it was a miracle to have slept on this mattress. Being on a fixed income it is only a dream to own one myself at this time. I have researched this product. The warranty seems legit. The prices seem fair although out of my league currently. Based on my experience I would highly recommended this mattress for anyone who suffers and back issues.

Mattress became very saggy within 10 years (on a 20 year warranty) and Temperpedic made me jump through hoops to show them the problem. After I did they said nothing was wrong with the mattress. I paid over $8000 for the mattress. I will never buy a mattress from them again and will tell anyone who will listen what I experienced!

Our TempurPedic mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. It is amazing and my husband and I both love our Tempurpedic!! This makes it difficult when and if we travel because we can’t take it with us! Their guarantee is pretty good, but rest assured, you won’t return it!

This is the most comfortable bed I have ever had. I have been sleeping on one for 20 years and it is a joyful experience every night and with a great nights sleep. The bed is a king size and both my wife and I love it.

One thing I like about being able to pick out a mattress besides the obvious is when they come in colors that’s not your typical mattress. I bought a mattress in June thinking it was just right. Come to find out it was too stiff and the exchange for a better fit was hassle free. I couldn’t say much for delivery as I bought my mattress out of state and had full intentions on bringing it home myself but I’m sure delivery was excellent as well.

The bed is too firm and is, therefore, uncomfortable. I don't feel like I had sufficient time to test the mattress. It felt fine when I sat on it, but when I got it home and tried to sleep on it I was unable to get comfortable. Unfortunately, I could not return the mattress and I have tried to sell it to no avail.

This is the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. It is the standard by which I judge every hotel bed I sleep in. When I broke a vertebra in my back, the Tempur-Pedic mattress is the only one that would cradle and support my back adequately without the extra supportive padding I required when sleeping on other mattresses.

All overrated like all advertising of products and the quality is not good anymore as the products are not made locally and done in cheap labourer and the company rakes in the profit without lowering the consumer price.

I sleep better than I have ever slept in my life, it take a little to get use to it, I also bought the king pillows but I like the queen size better because they are more solid than the kings. I have a Tempur-Pedic king and queen size mattress of the top of the line Cloud Breeze Soft. I do not like the company and the employee and management. They are rude, do not back up the merchandise and will find any way to get out of any returns or problems that arise.

The bed is so uncomfortable. I feel like I’m falling off bed. Wake up with a backache. This is first time, we have ever paid this much for mattress. Customer Service very rude. Attitude was abrupt. Very uncaring about what I was telling him. Almost like he couldn’t believe, what I was saying. Was very disappointed.

After a year of having it, my area has developed a slump, which I was told wouldn't happen, so I'm a little disappointed with the quality. I'll keep trying to find the right mattress. The people were friendly, but that doesn't change the quality of the mattress.

My shopping experience was great and the mattress is exactly what I wanted. We wanted a firm mattress for our backs and the mattress exceeds our expectations. Delivery was great, I just didn’t want to pay for delivery.

Tempur-Pedic mattress saved my back and my sister had one for her fibromyalgia then handed it down to me when she purchased a smaller size for herself and this mattress is awesome. I had back problems for few years and they are gone. Most importantly I can roll over at night not being scared of the pain I used to feel each night. Now I sleep great. A blessing. Best mattress ever!!!

Best sleep I have had. Miss it when I go on vacations. Got it due to hip pain and no more hip pain. Price is high but worth it. Lives up to the advertising. This is our second one, had the first for about 14 years and was very happy with it but wanted the king size and adjustable.

Great for a single no pressure points. Not so good for two as you roll together. It takes a few minutes for it to warm up to your body but then it mold comfortably to it. And it adjusts to your body when you move. It is like sleeping in a cloud.

My mattress is one of the best I have ever slept on. I would definitely recommend one to whoever is the market for a new sleeping mattress. I would definitely recommend the pillow top mattress (I have one).

Tempur-Pedic has some really great mattress. I ordered one a few years back and it had some kind of defect. Tempur pedic replaced it right away. Great customer satisfaction. My husband and I had back and neck pain which is why we chose tempur pedic. The first week my husband kept asking if I slept well. We were both amazed at the restful sleep we were getting. We pledge to only buy tempur pedic from now on.

I find overall it is one of the best mattress anyone ever can buy. I find that it's well worth the money and it is worth buying, it is well made and it offers the best comfort for sleeping on, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is willing and looking for a great night's sleep and experience.

THE MATTRESS IS VERY COMFORTABLE. It is very thick and heavy and as a result I cannot rotate it. After a length of time it starts to sag if not rotated. In my opinion the mattress is overpriced. I would not repurchase the mattress because of these factors.

I bought Tempurpedic due to some advertising I saw on TV, but since I bought it, we didn't like it at all. Too hot. Too hard. No handles to grab it. In general the experience was horrible, and I'm still suffering because I have no money to change my bed, so I'm stuck.

I really like that when my husband moves or get up the mattress doesn't bounce around. One difficulty is trying to sit on the edge of the bed. It is so hard that I have to move more toward the middle when I sit to put on my socks and shoes. My husband feels like there is a ridge in the middle but I don't notice it. The mattress definitely doesn't sag.

I had a horrible with Sleep Experts in Hurst, Texas where I purchased the mattress. It took over a year to get the financing straightened out but the delivery was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I like the mattress except for the heat that comes from it and it’s heaviness.

I am a pain management physician; I highly recommend Tempur-Pedic Mattress. I have tried out several mattresses and Tempur-Pedic is my personal choice of all mattresses. I have been using a king size pro-health tempur-pedic since 2006. My wife and I both have cervical, thoracic and lumbar pain. We are able to get up in the mornings and work daily at the clinic.

Crazy expensive mattresses. I did a test once, and yes it is thick and cushiony and all that it is cracked up to be... But wow, that price tag!! I'm guessing it's to pay off an aggressive marketing campaign, because everyone knows the name, and people won't know your name unless it's pumped into their eyes, ears, etc, and frequently at that.

I got this mattress because of my back issues, with two herniated discs on my neck and one on my lower back, and I purchased this mattress about five years ago to help me rest the best way and the mattress still feel like new and my back feels great... Love it...?

We. My husband and I love the mattress, it has been the most comfortable mattress we owned. We have the adjustable frame too, so my husband doesn't snore anymore. Although we have not called customer service. So really don't know how that will be but the mattress is great lay on at the end of the day. It is costly but all worth it if you can afford it.

I own 2 mattresses. After 3 years one of the mattresses was slightly sunken. Tempur-Pedic took away the old mattress and replaced it free of charge. Both of the mattresses provide excellent back support.
