I recently (within 2 weeks) purchased a split king frame and mattress combo for approximately 6500$ (including sheets and pillow). I just saw that Costco online has the same frame and mattress selling for 2899.99$. I called Ghostbed and they said there is nothing that they will do. I asked them price match and their words were “definitely not.” So pls… save yourself the burden and don't deal with this company directly!!

I agree with many posts in here. In their site, everything looks honkydory. To start, their customer service is terrible. They just Ghost you when inconvenient to them. You buy a "bundle" (mattress and platform) and in the process of selling to you they fail to tell you that the 101 trial period only apply to the mattress. We slept terrible in their Venus Williams mattress. While trying to return, not a word of the platform, even though I requested the return of both. They gave me the run around for weeks to then point out the say in the site that the platform is not part of the 101 night trial regardless that you are buying a "bundle to "save" money (did you read the fine print?). Finally they said platform is now used so it can't be returned.
In their final offer, they pretend the mattress is way cheaper than the platform and charge 3 times for the platform (money they want to keep). I acted in good faith to support a "made in the USA" product and fell for their scam. I will not recommend doing business with them to anybody. Planning to take legal steps towards them.

We bought this mattress and it took longer to deliver than it was supposed to. We tried it for at least 30 days then asked to return it. Took them four days to get back to me. Because I didn’t answer the question properly of why I wanted to return it they said I didn’t cover the stipulation of returning it. Said I didn’t like the bed, that’s all I should have to say, but they said because I didn’t say it was hurting my back or Uncomfortable or causing me pain that I couldn’t return it because wasn’t my initial response. On the website, they say that you won’t get ghosted if you want to return this product, that is absolute complete lie. They will go screw you over. They have no integrity whatsoever. Do not buy this product. You will hate it and it you’ll never be able to get rid of it.

This company was heavily promoted by Disabled Veterans and hopeful Politicians on Unsubscribe from both Apple Podcasts and YouTube. I purchased the Split King Adjustable bed as I have 2 multi-level spinal fusions and chronic pain from them. Sleep is very difficult for me and this company as well as their spokesman Eli ** lead you to believe that this is a great company who cares and provides a phenomenal product. They do not. They lead you to believe that they have great customer support with helping to pick the right mattress and ensuring you get a great night's sleep. They do not. After spending over $5100 on their setup which they price at over $10000 you might expect that you would be getting a new condition bed? You would be wrong.
I randomly received my adjustable frames without ever receiving a FedEx tracking number, and 1 of the 2 boxes was literally destroyed. I called expecting that great customer service and the response was and I quote, "It only looks slightly damaged" and "You will have to take that up with FedEx" but I didn't purchase a slightly damaged bed, and I didn't contract with FedEx. They contracted with Fed Ex and you literally have no option to do otherwise when purchasing from them. Their response from their Director Dennis **, "We can offer you a $100 return for having received your frame in that condition." I don't want $100 I want the experience you promoted, I want a bed frame that wasn't kicked from the factory to my gate, I want a mattress cover that isn't stained yellow in the vacuum pack. I want my $5100 to be treated with the same amount of respect I worked my tail off to earn and than was lied to in order to spend it with you.
There is also no way to leave a review for the company, which means they use it as manipulation to appear to resolve disputes. I have emails from their customer support supervisor, Ryan that indicate the mattress frame as "slightly damaged" and still no intention to fix this problem. I have over 2 dozen pictures of the box in question and the mattress.

I purchased the Ghostbed split king adjustable base bed and at first loved it. After about 4 months (too late to return) the mattresses had softened and were extremely uncomfortable. The gap in the middle was tolerable at first but not as time passed because the sides of the mattresses sink and cause us to end up in the “valley”. This is by far the worst bed I’ve ever owned.

This is the worst mattress topper I have ever bought. It smells horrible and the foam looks and feels extremely cheap. It feels like the car wash foam from the dollar store. I tried to return it and the customer service was horrible. They told me that the topper was not returnable because it was a personal item which is ridiculous because a mattress is also a personal item but they give a "30 day trail" for it. I'm sure they'll find a shady way to deny it though.
When I bought the topper, nothing on the return policy stated it was non-returnable. When I called, they were rude and told me it was non-returnable. I told them no one ever told me when I bought it. They told me I should of done my research before buying it. They said it stated on the frequently asked questions that it was non-returnable. I said, well I didn't see it. How do you suppose to try it before buying the topper? They can just send you garbage and force you to keep it because you can't return it. Be aware before you buy. The topper is garbage and the customer service is trash. I recommend not to buy from this company. The ones from Walmart are even better

Love the quality of the mattress, bed frame, and sheets. The bed frame itself was vey easy to put together which I really liked since I live alone. Because the mattress so wonderful, my back pain has gone away. I am a back and side sleeper and love it for both positions. :)

Bought the topper. Completely defective. Doesn’t work as advertised. Unusable. Tried to get my money back and the company won’t do it. Look them up with the Better business bureau. DO NOT BUY. There are plenty of online bed companies that are legit. This is not one of them.

I purchased a Ghostbed mattress cover for my King Size bed. The Ghostbed website said the cover provided cooling. Upon receipt of the box I opened it and removed the mattress cover to look at it. I immediately realized that it was essentially the same as the cover that I am replacing. I placed the cover back in the box and chatted with a service representative regarding a return. The representative informed me that it the box was opened that the mattress cover was not returnable! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased this mattress less than a year ago and it has been the worst sleep I have ever gotten to the point where I think there has been permanent damage done to my lower back. The mattress is already dipping in the spots where we sleep and the edges are bulging so badly it doesn't sit flush with the wall. I emailed the company with my concerns and was told that since I was past the 101 night trial that there was nothing they could do. I was also asked if I wanted to buy a mattress topper from them or told to try flipping the mattress even though it's not something they advise. Pretty much told me I was SOL and to deal with the pain and poorly built mattress even though I spent $1,857 on it, which is more than many of its competitors. Do yourself a favor and buy literally anything else!

I bought this mattress in 2019. In the last year, the top of the mattress is form balls of fluff which wind titling in rice size kernels and are just has hard. It is not possible to sleep on these hard hard kernels. I have sent photos three times to sleep@ghostbed.com without success. I plan to elevate this to the Office of Consumer Affairs and or Attorney General's Office.

I purchased their mattress and when I looked at the shipping, I noticed they were sending the wrong mattress. Their mistake. I tried to cancel. They refused. Charged me a restocking fee and shipping.

Terrible mattress -terrible customer service. After inquiring about the mattress via chat, they called me constantly until I purchased a mattress at over $2000. Very aggressive sales pitch. The mattress was poorly made and very soft. They would not honor their refund policy apparently because I mentioned that other sites have the mattress for MUCH lower prices. I followed the rules and filled out a return form like I was instructed to do. They kept telling me that the returns department will determine the "next steps" and the amount of my refund. Well, I never received my money- I had to have my CC company withhold the payment to them.

I bought a GhostBed Luxe package with the 101-day "money back" guarantee.
A. The bed is terrible and amounts to a torture device. DO NOT listen to Consumer Reports.
B. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They will at first refuse to return the bed, try to get you to change your mind, ask you to fill out multiple requests despite saying the return is valid solely by e-mail or phone request. Then they will refuse to honor their warranty for the full price of the bed.

Be aware that this company misleads the public about their products. My salesperson (Jael) shipped me a $300 bed frame instead of the adjustable $900 frame. The company then informs me that there is no returns unless you pay a restocking fee. I was never told this was a FINAL sale until after I received the order. No customer service. Fraudulent company.

We paid extra for white glove delivery to have the bed set up, they had no idea they were supposed to set it up and we paid them cash to do so. We contacted Ghosted and absolutely no support after our sale. This was a big splurge for us because my husband has a very bad back and hip replacement, we were told this adjustable bed would help tremendously. Not only does it make a loud noise when going up or down, my husband slept intros bed 3 nights before going to the recliner, where he has slept for the last 3 weeks because it's so uncomfortable. We just want to return this bed, but I Can't get anyone to respond, I have screenshots of my attempts.

I recently purchased the Ghost Pillow and I'm so glad I did! It's made a huge difference in my quality of sleep. The pillow is incredibly comfortable and supportive, allowing me to get the rest I need. I wake up feeling more refreshed and energized than before. It's definitely helped me sleep better and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upgrade in their sleep experience.

If you place an order with GhostBed, you cannot cancel it! Even if you cancel within 5 minutes, and they haven't pulled it from stock or shipped the item, you will be forced to pay a restocking fee and a freight fee! I have reported this to BBB and now I am reporting here! Their Customer Service Representatives are less than helpful and blame you for not reading their full policies before you place an order! Who reads all of those before they place an order? Also, in America, we expect FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! YOU WON'T RECEIVE FAIR TRADE FROM GHOSTBED!!!

This bed is very hard. It does not matter how many layers it has. If you are a side sleeper, this mattress will eat your shoulders. They told me that the mattress just needed to be broken in. Three years later, the bed is still hard, and it’s too late to return it. This should go without saying, do not buy a mattress without trying it out. I thought ghost implied something soft and luxurious, I thought wrong.

I'll admit T was skeptical about the chances of it helping me get and stay asleep throughout the night. I've had the topper in place for a little over a week and I have actually NEVER had such a good refreshing sleep. I am not sure how the topper achieves this, but it does. From the moment I settle down my normal aches and pains seem to disappear. My hips don't bother me and my legs and feet don't bother me. It is literally a life changing bed accessory. I just LOVE it. When we were doing purchase, I asked if we didn't like bed, can we return for refund. The sales girl said YES. Bed cost $4529.52. They refunded $1075.68. This is a ** company. Looking for Attorney to take case for the balance Ghostbed OWES ME. Thank God, the money isn't the issue. this company lied, and should be held accountable.

This is a terrible pillow. We have been pillow searching for some time and this is one of the most uncomfortable pillows we have tried. It is very hard and does not give at all so your neck is at a very uncomfortable angle. After using the pillow for a month, I began experiencing terrible neck stiffness and pain. I switched pillows and it subsided. Unfortunately, when the pillows were shipped we were traveling so we missed out on the 100 day trial period and are unable to return the pillows. I hope the dogs at our local shelter find them more comfortable!

The mattress was "delivered" when it was thrown in a stairwell in the general vicinity of my residence. GhostBed did work with FedEx to have the package actually be delivered, but in the stairwell it remained. After a couple of days I finally received a call from an argumentative CSR. My options were:
2.) return it and pay a 15% restocking fee.
I choose #2 as I would like GhostBed out of my life. Buyer beware, there are better mattress companies (I have purchased mattresses online before).... try them out

I bought this mattress because of back issues. This mattress is extremely firm and my issues have gotten worse. The customer service team is honestly the worst I have experienced in quite some time. I was told that someone would call me about my issue which they never did. The next associate said they would send a topper. I followed up only to be told by the customer service manager I had to wait 30 days. In this economy, spend your money with a company that actually cares. I wish I had read more reviews.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered the all in one bed from exactly one month ago. Was charged in full at the time and still no shipping updates. Customer service ended up blaming it on Fedex immediately after confirming its a supply issue. This company filters out all bad reviews on their website. Serious red flags, avoid at all costs.

Ordered on 1/5/22 and have yet to receive the mattress. Received everything else tho. Can’t use it but I have it. I made multiple calls and I was told it was getting ready to ship or it had shipped. Never received it. Would call and ask for a supervisor and be told one wasn’t available, then would receive a random call. If you couldn’t take the call and had to call back you were told a customer service rep couldn’t transfer to a supervisor. I later found out that was a lie.
I finally received an email from Emmerson ** and I was asked to send pictures of the labels on the boxes I did receive. I sent them only to be told it was the wrong label. The boxes have multiple labels and you are given no direction on what label to look for. I took more pictures and sent them back. I have heard nothing. This company is trying to scam me out of $11,399.43. I have now had to involving my bank, lawyer, PayPal and the Better Business Bureau. Do your research!!!! I trusted Google only to find out the reviews can be deleted. Search for websites that don’t allow the company to remove the review. I wish I had done that!!!

So...my one and only child, the light of my life, graduated high school earlier this year and started college this fall. He is required to live on campus for freshman year. I knew I wanted to get him an awesome, top of the line mattress topper. Didn't see anything that fit that bill at Target. Looked online and found the Ghostbed topper. Zoned for the different pressure points of the human anatomy and comfortable for different sleeping styles. Overall super positive, rave reviews. And, the kicker, it's not so horrible that I waited until pretty much the last minute to order. According to their website all orders ship within 24 hours. That's SHIP not process. There's a little (i) info link right after the 24 hour shipping claim that simply states that most customers receive their orders within 2-5 days. NOT BUSINESS DAYS, it just says 2-5 days, AFTER you click the (I) next to the promise of shipment on 24 hours.
I have screenshots of the website that proves what I'm saying is true. So , yes the website does say MOST customers receive their orders in 2-5 days, implying that this is not a guarantee. HOWEVER, the promise of shipment within 24 hours is not worded in an ambiguous way. It is stated very plainly that my order will ship within 24 hours. I received an IMMEDIATE email confirmation of my order, which I placed on Sat. 8/13, it advised me that I would be provided with a FedEx tracking number as soon as my order was shipped. So imagine my disappointment when I still hadn't received tracking number info by Tues. 8/16. That is when I started looking more carefully at the company I had entrusted with my hard earned money. Somehow I found my way to the Better Business Bureau website, where surprise! This company with the overwhelmingly positive reviews has a BBB rating of F.
Here's the other thing...They claim repeatedly to customers that had little recourse but to file a BBB complaint that their website clearly states that items are not returnable. At least that's what it says if you scroll through the mattress topper FAQ page and click on the return policy I don't know about anyone else, but when I see a product with over 90% positive reviews, I'm not thinking about the return policy, because I'm not expecting to have to return it. Too bad I didn't read the BBB complaints about verified buyers being blocked from leaving a negative review.
And I experienced this first hand. After I complained to Ghostbed and spoke with one of their reps, I received an automated email that asked me to rate my satisfaction with how my complaint was being handled. I was only given 2 options, good I'm satisfied or bad I'm not satisfied. When I clicked on Bad I'm not satisfied, I was immediately informed on the email that my complaint was now cancelled and that I would not be allowed to leave a review! I know right?! This may not be illegal but it is highly unethical and really a dirty way of doing business.
Mind you, I don't know what the rules for their mattresses are, but I have screenshots that say that, as far as the mattress TOPPER is concerned, it is not returnable. The thing is, when I called to find out what was going on with my order, as I had not received the SHIPMENT tracking number within the stated 24 hours, and requested to cancel, I was then informed that Ghostbed does not accept cancellations of orders because they process their orders so quickly. I was told via phone and email that I would have to now refuse service by FedEx and would be charged a 15% restocking fee as well as a return shipment fee. MIND YOU THE RETURN SHIPMENT FEE THEY ARE SAYING I AM FORCED TO PAY ON AN ORDER THAT HASNT ACTUALLY SHIPPED YET!
The topper FAQs says toppers aren't RETURNABLE, yet they are telling me I need to wait until FedEx actually receives the product from them and then refuse service and have returned. How is that the procedure when it states it's not returnable? Mind you, it doesn't say I can't cancel my order that hasn't yet shipped. Fine, they pulled the order and put it with other items TO BE SHIPPED (but haven't gone yet). I understand I have to pay the 15% restocking fee (so excited to see if I'm going to be yet another customer that is charged the 15% restocking fee on the original price of the items I ordered instead of 15% of the over 50% sales price that I was actually charged (SHADY, SHADY, SCAM, SCAM). Check the BBB reviews if you think I'm not being truthful. You cannot return an item that isn't in transit to you. Returning and cancelling are NOT the same thing.
Please don't give this company a cent of the money you worked for. This is hands down the slimiest business I've ever been involved with. I'm still in shock that a business built around intentionally trying to mislead, deceive, and rip people off can remain in business. I don't see an option to upload documents, but I have proof of everything I've said, if there's a way I can provide my proof please let me know.

We ordered the Comfort Bundle from GhostBed with the 3D Matrix Mattress. We had done a lot of research on online mattress companies and felt like GhostBed had good reviews and good customer service. We tried the mattress for 30 days and were not impressed. We sank in the middle and the edge support was nonexistent. We decided to return it thinking that we would get the value of the mattress back in a refund. Instead the company charged us the full listed price for the sheets, foundation, and pillows that came with the Comfort Bundle. Thus it ended up costing us $800+ to "try out the mattress for 101 days."
I tried to deal with customer service to see if they would just give us the actual price of the sheets, foundation, and pillows listed on their website. They didn't respond. I tried again and was sent a link to their terms buried on their website stating that they could basically upcharge these items to the highest listed cost in giving out the refund. If you buy from GhostBed, then I hope you have a better experience.

Bought a mattress topper $250 on "sale" to replace my existing one as I was waking up with shoulder and hip pain and this topper was supposed to relieve those pressure point pains, HA! After trying it for 1 week, it is so bad I will go back to my old topper. Also the cooling effect they claim was not evident to me or my wife and the Topper cover had a very strong chemical odor. I purchased it believing I had a free trial, even during checkout the "free trial icon" was on the checkout screen, however after applying for a refund I was told that toppers are not covered by the free trial. This company is no more than a SCAM!

July 2022-Bought a mattress topper $200 on "sale" to replace my existing one as I was waking up with shoulder and hip pain and this topper was supposed to relieve those pressure point pains, HA! After trying it for 2 weeks, it is so bad I will go back to my old topper. Also the cooling effect they claim was not evident to me. I purchased it believing I had a free trial, even during checkout the "free trial icon" was on the checkout screen, however in the fine print it states free trial does not apply to the toppers.
When I received the topper, it was "partially" wrapped in plastic somewhat like saran wrap(the brochure states it was vinyl packaging... not!) and the topper cover was waded up and rolled up inside the topper. Not how I expect a $200+ topper to arrive. When I called their customer service, I was told that's the way they are all shipped. Insane, I said it looked like I received someone's return, then she told me they don't take returns on the topper. It wasn't even totally wrapped and there was no branded packagin. I will be returning the pillows since those do have a free trial. They did not work for me either. I was advised I am responsible for return shipping...where is the "Hassle-Free" return promise there??? Free trials and Hassle-free returns are marketed, however the truth is in the fine print. Oh and I love how you get the email from the owner welcoming you to the GhostBed Family... Blah, blah, blah! Do yourself a favor and keep shopping!!!
