I have a product I purchased that is theirs. Unfortunately a piece broke and the company says that they do not sell replacement parts, they don't know where I can get them, they have no suggestions except just buy the entire swing again. Really???? What happened to the word SERVICE in Customer Service????

We purchased two outdoor lounge chairs from this company and started to notice that they were rusting all over. Tried contacting the company several times and got no response. We then filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau And included pictures of the chairs. The BBB contacted this company twice and the company never responded. They obviously have no interest in fixing the problem and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Two different scenarios. We restored our back deck and along with the restoration we decided to upgrade our furniture. Found a beautiful swing with a drop down back to converts to a small bed on Amazon for $275, along with a vinyl cover for inclement weather $40 and purchased it off Amazon SEP20. A few days later it arrived and there was a piece of steel protruding from the shipping box. Opened it up to see it was the back support brace for the swing. In the case of missing parts please call 877-539-7436 DO NOT RETURN TO THE STORE. I called in and explained the situation and was assured it would be shipped and within a few more days it was sitting on the front porch when I got home.
Wanting to maintain good graces with my wife, I set into action and had the entire swing (Minus the awning) up and functioning before she got home. She sat down and started swinging/rocking on our new swing. She was fidgeting with the back seat portion of the swing and asked how do we turn it into a bed? I was so deft into the assembly, just following the instructions, I didn't realize that there was no drop back on the swing. Well having such a good customer relationship with Courtyard Creations, I called 877-539-7436 and spoke to Alexia, who assured they had the parts in the warehouse to ship to us, so we could turn this regular swing into a swing/bed, with a new swing seat.
By now it is November and we haven't used the swing since day we discovered it was the wrong swing, but the vinyl cover we had purchased was the RIGHT part. After a couple of weeks and nothing from Courtyard Creations, I replied to their email (Thanking me for our purchase) and followed up the next day calling, only to talk with someone else that said those parts are never maintained in our warehouse, we go directly to the supplier for replenishing missing or broken parts. No problem, when can we expect to get these parts? Should be within 4-6 weeks, doing the math I was figuring around Christmas or shorty after.
New Year's rolls around I call, the parts came in during the holidays (now they're blaming this on COVID19). We'll ship it to you. Another 2 weeks this time, get the bench swing that folds in half, I’m ready to put it together. Pull it out of the box and there are no arms to support the foldable bench. This time, while I am on the phone, I am emailing them at the same time. Now we have passed February 2021 and no new is bad news (NOW). I call again, this time I get the 6-8 weeks spiel, because of COVID19 and delays in shipping across the world. So doing the math again I figure end of April, early May.
Now by the time May rolls around, I am livid, as I got an email in April saying “We would like to let you know that your part (s) is still on backorder and we haven’t received an ETA from our manufacture. You are on the waiting list and we will contact you as soon as we have an update when the part (s) will be shipped out. Please accept again our apology for the delay. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding!”
I called several times a week in May for status of the arm rests and email follow ups on a weekly basis, when I get this response: “Unfortunately, in the time since this order was placed the manufacturer for this product has closed for business and we are unsure if they will be sending the parts we have already ordered, though it is not likely we will get the part you can stay on the waiting list for it or you can cancel your order free of charge. We apologize for the delays and inconvenience.” WHAT?
Cancel my order, sign me up I would really like my money back for the grief this swing has cause and not to mentioned the turmoil between me and the wife. "Oh no we are only cancelling the order for the parts you are trying to get as the manufacturer for this product has gone out of business. If this product was purchased online through Amazon you can contact them about getting replacement parts as they are separate from us and will have a different supplier for parts." And you know Amazon only tries to put you in contact with seller, which has gone unanswered. So now I am stuck with a $100 lesser value swing.
PART 2. Early June, my wife found a outdoor rocking chairs (Wicker) with a matching table at the Base Exchange (AAFES). Met me there with your truck cause I cannot fit it into my car. Picked it up and carried to the truck and from the truck to the back deck. Cracked the box open and proceeded to assemble. Table was a piece of cake, then the chairs needed framing then a curved seat, #1 all good four bolts (two top and two lower), #2 (two top bolts are good to go), but the bottom two are skewed at a 45 degree angle making it impossible to assemble the seat to the frame. So the instructions say DO NOT RETURN TO THE STORE CALL 877-539-7436. Then I see it on the side of the box, for the first time: COURTYARD CREATIONS. OMG SMH! So, I call them (of course I only had to dial the first 4 numbers and my phone took care of the rest.
Talked with Alexia again, explained to her the situation for this occurrence. "No problem, we’ll get the manufacturer to replace that seat, in about 6-8 weeks" (Deja vu). 3 weeks in, I called and followed up with an email, ditto 4 weeks, again in 5 weeks. Week 6 rolled around, nothing. Called again, talked with Alexia week 8, "Please give it a couple more weeks." No communication, calls go to voicemail, I’m flagged. October 5th 16-17 weeks after mid-June call. “I am really sorry to inform you that this order (seat assembly) will be cancelled as the manufacturer has gone out of business and shut down. We will not be getting these parts any longer as a result. I am really sorry you must return or exchange at the store. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.” Now any purchase made, I am scanning the box for COURTYARD CREATIONS

On May 25th 2020 I purchased a Hudson 3 Seat Steel Sling Swing for $ 319.99 at our local home hardware for my mother's 78th birthday. When we received the swing and started assembling it we discovered that there was missing a part to finish assembling the seat. On June 18th the store told us that we had to deal directly with the company for the missing part. That day we sent an online request for the missing part and received an email confirmation. On June 22nd the company contacted me saying that they placed the order for 1 swing arm tubes but that they are on back order by the manufacturer for at least 6-8 weeks, and 1 will ship to you automatically once it comes into the warehouse. They said to note that this is just an estimate and that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, may take longer to come in.
It is now October 13th and I have yet to receive a tracking number. August 30th I sent an email for an update and I have not received an answer. I am truly worried that I will never receive the part. My mother never got to enjoy her swing and won't until next May. I understand that COVID had made it difficult for everyone. But if they are unable to provide the part the swing is of no use and I have list over 300$.

Years ago we bought our Courtyard Creations patio canopy swing from Walmart and we loved it. In April of 2020 we ordered replacement parts for it which included 3 cushions, seat assembly, canopy, and various screws and feet. We were told the parts were on back order and would be delivered as soon as available. A couple of months later we received the canopy and feet and screws. We waited another few weeks and when we didn't receive anything else we e-mailed the company and was told that the cushions had been sent with the canopy and the seat assembly would be coming. We informed them that we never received the cushions.
After weeks of back and forth e-mails we finally received the seat assembly which was the wrong part and wrong color. It was 2 1/2 inches shorter than our original part. We sent them pictures of the original and the part they had sent, per their request. Finally, they e-mailed that they no longer had our colored parts in stock nor the correct size. They also no longer had any cushions for us. They told us to send back all of the parts and they would refund our money. All of this took over 3 months and we doubt that we will ever receive a refund for the cushions which we paid for and never received. Their customer service is so difficult to deal with, I would never buy any product again from them nor would I recommend them to anyone.

It would be very inconvenient to pack it all up put in car and drive 40 miles back to the store. You should send us another chair! Fast before summer is over!!!

I would like to give this product a good review, but not possible! I purchased this same umbrella TWICE from Fleet Farm, and both broke within a couple weeks! The cord that raises the umbrella snapped! The price I paid made me expect better quality and certainly a longer life. Buying a new umbrella every couple weeks was not my plan for this summer. Also the metal work that formed the tilt joint (in both instances), was very roughly made with a significant number of metal burrs that made raising the umbrella very difficult! Not at all happy with this item. Regards.

I would NOT purchase anything ever again from Courtyard Creations! From a big box retail website on April 13, I ordered the Belden Park 5 pc Leisure Set manufactured By Courtyard Creations. Courtyard Creations mailed the product to my house. When I open the package there were SEVERAL missing parts and/or incorrect parts. Out of the 5 pc set I was ONLY able to build ONE piece, a chair. I could not construct the second chair because I was sent TWO right arms parts and NO bolts. I could not construct either of the two ottomans because I received FOUR right legs and NO left legs. On May 7, I emailed Courtyard Creations (service@courtyardcreations.com) With pictures to document the incorrect parts and specifically requested the proper parts providing part numbers.
On May 13 a Courtyard Creations representative (Naana) responded to my email stating they are shipping me my missing parts. On May 30, I opened my replacement/missing parts box from Courtyard Creations and it was STILL completely MISSING the bolts even though the package invoice stated they were suppose to be there AND they were STILL shipping me RIGHT ottoman legs instead of LEFT! The only piece I actually received correctly is the Left arm to the chair, but I’m still unable to built it without the bolts! This company is by far the worst company I have ever in my life experienced. Even reaching out for missing parts I STILL received missing parts! I am attempting to reach out to the big box retailer to deal with this company on my behalf because the chair I could build is actually really nice and with the correct parts I actually DO WANT to have this product.

Wow, I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased my patio set. I thought it was safe since I bought it from my local Fry's grocery store. The screws did not even fit into the holes on the legs of the table. The chairs were already assembled. I too have sent 3 emails and left 3 voicemails. No contact from anyone! Their recorded message say they closed because of the pandemic, but it's pretty much open for business for all other companies. This company is terrible at customer service! They are probably busy trying to wade through all the calls and emails from other customers who have defective merchandise! Wish I could give them Zero stars!

We purchased the Mainstays Wesley Creek table and chairs through WalMart online in May 2019. Upon assembly, I noticed one chair had a bent leg and broken weld. I called for a replacement on June 3 and was told it would arrive in 4-6 weeks. I called again on July 29 and was told to call back in August. I called on August 26 - they were still waiting for replacement chairs to be sent to them. I called on September 5. I called on September 17. I called on October 2 - Each time they say they are still waiting for parts from China to arrive in Canada. We like the design, but are very unhappy with the customer service over replacing damaged parts. I am surprised that WalMart would allow this product to be sold through their stores. I seriously question whether I will actually receive a replacement chair.

It costs the same to buy chairs already put together. If I want to return to the store I have to ....get ready....take it apart and rebox it.

We purchased this table from Big Lots about two months ago. Paid $100 and we loved it! Fit perfectly on our patio. One night, my husband went out to lower the umbrella and the whole glass table busted into a million pieces and he cut up his wrist pretty good. There was no wind, he just barely leaned on it, and crash! Courtyard Creations stated that the 1 year warranty was limited and the glass was not covered and could send us out another glass for $75 plus shipping. I researched online and I saw on ConsumerAffairs that this has happened to a lot of other tables similar to the one we bought. Called them back and they offered to send out ONE TIME another piece of glass. Just be firm with them and let them know that these tables have a history of breaking. I would recommend you NOT purchase this table at all given the history and it will most likely bust again, but it fit so perfectly, it is worth trying again, just will try to be very ginger with the glass.

I purchased a Courtyards Creation patio set that included six chairs and a black glass top rectangular patio table from Albertsons in Renton, WA about two years ago. This morning, around 7:30 AM, there was a large crashing sound out my back window. My wife and I opened the back door to find out table shattered in thousands of pieces all over our concrete deck. The weather was perfect with no winds, a sunny sky and temperatures around 67 degrees F.
I had heard of this happening to others but never thought it would happen to me, especially living in the Seattle area where we don't see temperatures much over 85 degrees in the summer as a rule, unlike other cities like Phoenix and Las Vegas. I am glad my kids are all grown. I did find the contact number for Courtyard Creations on another website's forum page. It is listed as 1-877-539-7436. The reason why I am posting this is to warn others of the danger of these tables pose as they can suddenly shatter into thousands of pieces without warning.

All the other reviewers are totally correct about this company - they are the pits and then some. I ordered a Lawson Ridge swing from Wal-Mart that had a defective canopy (canopy would not even cover the length of the top frame). My husband assembled this swing at our mountain home, and it took an incredible amount of time to get the swing together. In fact, the instructions were so bad, that he had to do it twice. Then when he got to the canopy, he found that it would not cover the top frame - lacked about 2 inches to connect the velcro closure straps - it would not work. I started with Wal-Mart first, and they said I could return the entire swing for a refund or exchange. There was no way my husband was going to disassemble this swing, repack it, and take it back to the store. That was Wal-Mart's (in the store) solution only.
They said I could call the manufacturer, Courtyard Creations to resolve the matter. I found their number and called, only to rudely treated - they made it quite clear that they 'did not replace defective items', that I should take it up with Wal-Mart. :( I then started calling the online Wal-Mart customer service number. I think I made about 5 calls to their customer service people - each telling me something different. Each time I called I had to repeat the whole scenario over again, and each time I called I had to hold quite a while. I was finally given a 'return agreement' by email that was supposed to be for the canopy only but instead they had stated on this email agreement that the entire swing would have to be returned. I had told them over and over again that the canopy was all that I required, and that I would be more than happy to send the defective one back to them.
After the email with the 'return agreement' attached, I replied via that same email (again) that it was not the entire swing to be returned, just the canopy (a piece of cloth basically). They replied via another email that they did not send parts only (???), that I would need to call the manufacturer - Need I say more? The manufacturer is the worst ever. Do not, and I repeat, do not ever purchase anything with this manufacturer's name on it. You will be pulling your hair out like me.I gave up and will make a new canopy myself.

So I would like to apologize for my previous review. I was frustrated because I thought all the parts were not included and it was hard to get in touch with the company. But I finally did get in touch and told them the part number that was missing. They took down my name and address and sent it within a week! I took the parts out and realized that the parts were included just not numbered correctly!!! So I'm a satisfied customer and would recommend this company.

We placed an order for the Mainstays Lawson Ridge Converting Outdoor Swing/Hammock, Brown, Seats 3 from Walmart that is sold by Courtyard Creations and we started to look for all the parts and found that there were parts that were missing. The item is so huge and bulky that both of us need to go to the store to replace it. Trying to reach them over the phone is almost impossible. The wait line is so long and then once you get connected they disconnect before talking to you. Pathetic.
