We called TDN and explained our Tax situation thoroughly, from unfiled returns to a need to electronically file 2024 for college tuition aide purposes. The return was already filed but hadn't showed up on the IRS system. We were told that TDN had its own portal to file electronically, it did not. We were told that we could submit our unfiled, yet completed, tax returns and they would also file them through that same portal. We had a substantial tax debt that also needed to be addressed; it wasn't. We were later told they could only file the returns if they prepared them, which, of course would've cost a few thousand more than the original price quote. A month past yet they had still accomplished nothing, especially the filing the 2024 (already) completed return.

I owed taxes and got ahold of Tax Defense Network right away. I Googled, liked their name and called them. Most of the people I talked to were very nice. Some people are hard to get ahold of, but with the way the world is today, it's not surprising. I've been in sales forever and the lady that was in charge of my case was a little sharp, but she wasn't warm and fuzzy. When someone's in sales, they should be. People want to talk to somebody really nice. The men were great, but the lady could be warmer and fuzzier. Other than that, she did her job, even though she kept asking me for taxes that I've already done and sent her. I would go through so much stress worrying about it and of what's going to happen.

Tax Defense Network helped resolve a very stressful situation. I highly recommend them.

TDN was very courteous and helpful. They quickly reviewed my taxes and was able to file and obtain a reduced fine. I was completely satisfied. I would recommend TDN to anyone requiring tax assistance with back taxes.

So far worthless. All they did was prolong the inevitable. Terrible follow up that took days if not weeks. If you want to throw away 6000 more dollars. Go for it. You might as well go your own. Good luck. Nobody has your back.

While I had another company, their communication was very poor. Tax Defense was good with their communication when I tried them. I didn't know what was going on and they helped me with the IRS taxes that I owe for a couple of years. The rep communicated well, which was what I was looking for. She informed me of some things, and dealing with her was great. But I filed for bankruptcy and my program has been stopped for now. So, no resolution has been made.

I was in a bind. I sought help from Tax Defense. They did some tax preparation and worked with the IRS. They were very helpful, and they were good to work with. I got along fine with their reps. I was satisfied with their work.

I had a great experience with Tax Defense Network. They helped me with a little of everything, tax preparation, and helping me review past taxes that I didn't know I missed. The enrollment process was very easy. It was just a matter of going through a phone interview, understanding what the process was gonna be. They eliminated fears of getting a lien against personal accounts or personal assets. So, it was a great, very easy, and straightforward process.

From 2018 forward, I had two years that was a mess of business and personal taxes, so we needed Tax Defense Network to go backwards as well to fix from 2015 forward. It was all straight. I had 38 people involved and they would ghost me for months because of turnover. I wouldn't get told that they were not working for them anymore, so I went back and did a tracking of who I communicated to and how and what we said and who was responsible for what. I got dropped too many times for several months at a time with no contact. I would have to call and get ahold of the highest ranking person that I possibly could, and I had to do that no less than five times to get put back on track.

I received a letter from the IRS that I had a couple years of returns that had not been filed, so they were trying to put liens and levies on me. I hired Tax Defense Network to help resolve the issue since they had good reviews. I got on the phone with them then they asked me for a credit card number, which I gave them. After that, I didn't hear from anybody for a long time and I had to reach out to them to ask what were they doing. In the meantime, I continued to receive letters from the IRS. I finally got assigned to an agent and her name was Jane. She was handling my case, but she really didn't do anything. Ultimately, the IRS ended up putting a lien on my bank account and they took all of the funds I had in my bank at the time.

The IRS was about an inch away from coming in on me. My girlfriend did the research and sent me Tax Defense Network's number. Enrollment required a lot of paperwork, a lot of stuff I couldn't do because I was in a big truck driving around, then when I was home, everybody was closed. The rep, Dimitri, was very nice and professional, and she's been working hard. I sent her a bunch of stuff again and I get an email or a text from Dimitri. While I would appreciate a faster response, she's busy with a lot going on. I should have less money owed, but Tax Defense Network is only doing by law what they can. I'm still ineligible to pay status and then a three-and-a-half-year process, and it's been fun. I'm happy so far. I recommended someone and he's currently in the process of getting hooked up with them.

The first rep I worked with was slightly unresponsive, but the one who then took over that completed the work, I'd highly recommend. She was very thorough and efficient. She was really good. I would recommend Tax Defense to others as well.

Don't waste your money. These people are cons, they will push your process out for a year or two. At the end they was settled for a payment plan that you can do on your own. Very hard to get them on the phone and don't respond back to emails. You can contact the IRS yourself. You can negotiate with the IRS yourself. These scams are not needed. Jwana ** is a person that assigned to me. Don't waste your money.

At the time I got Tax Defense Network, I thought they were better qualified. But I'm not the happy camper they think I am. They had me in a deferment plan. The debt is over two years old and they claimed that it's almost to the point where they can't collect on it. This time around, they should have been able to get me a tax forgiveness, but they keep saying I'm not qualified for it. I'm being double-charged with tax because I'm paying them for the same thing I paid for two years ago. They're not worried about my concerns and keep telling me what they did. I'm not satisfied with them at all.

Tax Defense Network has been a very good experience. Everyone that I've worked with was incredibly helpful. They answered my questions right away and apologized if they didn't get back to me on the same day. I was a little uneasy working with someone far away. But I'm not working with just one person. I'm working with a bunch of people and doing the bookkeeping as well. They have a really good salesman named Ryan that talked me off the ledge and I feel a lot better about making the decision to do that.

My anxiety was all over the place and Tax Network helped me out. I needed help because I owe the IRS a lump sum of money. The IRS had sent me a letter talking about levying stuff, wage, garnishment, and I can't do those. So, that's why I was reaching out.

I needed my tax filed and found Tax Defense Network online. They prepared my tax returns and the process was fairly easy.

I gave Tax Defense Network a very simple project that they were effective and successful at. It was quick, simple, and not complicated. They did their job.

I've seen a couple advertisements on TV about Tax Defense Network as well as heard some nice things about them. I did a little research and thought, "Let me give them a try." Enrollment went quite well. There were two different conversations, which didn't take very long at all, and they answered all my questions. They've been very helpful in getting my individual taxes for year '23 and '24.

I worked with two people from Tax Defense. One guy was really easy and good to work for. He kept me updated and explained a lot of situations to me. The second person that I was dealing with was Jawanda, and she was amazing, too. They knew exactly what they were talking about. They handed all of the information to me, told me exactly what to expect, what I needed to know and the whole nine yards. They worked with me and let me make payments. So, that was awesome. Tax Defense did their job and it relaxed my train of thought. I got the paperwork from Tax Defense to go home and everything was worked out, but the IRS turned my debt over to a collection agency. So I have to pay the collection agency now.

It’s been almost two years and still nothing has been officially filed with the IRS. Every call I receive from this company is nerve-racking. I provide every piece of information that is required. Even after combing through with a fine-tooth comb. Six months past then now we have to resubmit everything because it has expired. I feel as if the run around is calculated. I waited so long to write a review in fear of retaliation. Because they have ALL of my personal information. After thousands of dollars, hundreds of phone calls, hundreds of emails. Still nothing has been found. I’m ready to sue for my money back now. Stress-free my ***!!! Now, a whole new tax year is about to start and I guarantee they will need more information. I wish there was an option for no stars!!! What a Joke of a company!!!

I was referred to Tax Defense Network and I had a few hiccups at the beginning. The language barrier with the person that I was originally working with was awful. It sounded like she was just reading off a script and really didn't have time for me. Tax Defense Network needs to be very careful. I understand that everybody's entitled to have a job, but if there's a language barrier, that needs to be addressed, especially if somebody's just reading from a script. I was making some important decisions and I needed to be able to understand exactly what I was signing up for.

The first person that I worked with at Tax Network, Demetria, was non-responsive. It was months. I had a deadline to meet for my daughter's FAFSA application. It was just poor communication. Then also initially, I had financed half of the amount I would pay for Tax Network’s services and then would pay the other half. I mailed in a check. But they stopped my services for weeks because of nonpayment. But it wasn't supposed to be that way. There were a lot of delays. I've also worked with Heather and I just didn't feel like she was very friendly. I was also supposed to get a refund at one point because I was paying for services and I was not getting services. But I never received any type of refund.

I had several different individuals that helped me at Tax Defense. Everyone was very helpful. I did have a situation where there was a breakdown in communication and I was dropped as a client. But after an explanation of what took place, I was quickly brought back on, and as a consequence, my case was able to continue. So that situation was reconciled. From there, I've had nothing but a great experience and my case dragged on for years.

I like the person that did my taxes. He was good. I liked all the questions that he answered. The process was a little bit too long to get all the information together when I provided them all the information they needed. There was a follow-up that I had after my taxes were filed because the numbers didn't correlate from what the IRS had versus what we submitted. But even if it was a year late, the fee should not have been so high. I followed up on that but never heard back from anybody.

Tax Defense Network's customer service was great. They went above and beyond to help me to sort out my problems.

Tax Defense Network was the most convenient and easiest one to get ahold of for my IRS and state taxes. I enrolled over the phone, and they emailed me the paperwork I needed, then I faxed or emailed them back. The specialist I was assigned was amazing. She helped me every step of the way, answered any questions I had and it was really easy to get ahold of her. The only thing she can improve upon is keeping up with her callback dates. When she would make a date to call me back, she didn't always call me back.

Tax Defense was great, I had no problems with them.

I've done business with Tax Defense Network for quite a few years, and my experience has been excellent. I like the quality of service and the reps are very knowledgeable. They are excellent as well.

Horrible company! I went to them with a problem and they never return calls. The lawyer they assigned to me left the company and left me with a mess! 8,000 later, I had to hire another company. I have 15 emails from me trying to reach him. I would not recommend them. Please stay away, they only made my problems worse.

I would not recommend working with Tax Defense Network. Communication was terrible from the start — they rarely answered my questions and often came across as rude or dismissive. What the salesperson promised and what I actually received were two completely different things. Nicole and Jennifer, the tax consultants assigned to my case, were unhelpful and hard to reach. They did not provide clear updates or follow through on what they said they would do. In the end, I feel like I just threw my money away. There was no real progress made on my case and no value for what I paid. If you’re considering using this company, be very cautious and make sure you get everything in writing before agreeing to anything.

We had used Tax Defense Network in the past when we saw that they were the highest rated. When we had problems with the IRS this time, they did all the negotiating for us. They're worth a shot.

Tax Defense Network did my tax preparation for me. The enrollment process was easy, and they did a good job for me.

I wanted to get my debt under control. Tax Defense does it step by step, like finding out the total debt that I was trying to eliminate and then they set up a program. The first couple of people that I had talked to had very little communication, and then they set me up with someone else. Initially, everything started off great. But then they progressively became complacent, and then it got worse and worse. They helped me out quite a bit, but some of the main things that I was focusing on, they kind of left me out. And now I’m at this point where I just have to try to rectify the situation. But overall, it was good. I have pretty much completed it.

I signed up for Tax Defense Network’s personal debt relief program. My IRS bills were getting out of hand so I had to do something about it. I talked to three people. I gave them my name and all my information and told them what my problem was. They called me back a couple days later and said, “Okay. We got your bill.” They lowered my bill a little bit so I was happy with that. But I wish they would have been more upfront about how much the bill was, because I was paying them pretty much what they knocked down off the bill for the IRS. It came out even. I found some money and paid my whole bill off.

The Tax Defense Network specialist was absolutely wonderful in their customer service and friendliness. If anyone needed help with taxes, I would tell them to go to Tax Defense Network.

I strongly advise against using Tax Defense Network. I paid nearly $10,000 for tax resolution services, and their handling of my case was negligent, unethical, and harmful, resulting in an additional $142,000 in IRS liability. They assigned personnel with clear conflicts of interest, including someone who resigning to go work for the IRS while working on my case. This is a serious ethical violation that directly impacted the management of my account. My IRS matter was not resolved, only postponed, and their mismanagement of the State of Oregon portion of my case led to garnishments and additional financial harm.

I had a large tax debt and didn't know where to turn. I contacted Tax Defense Network for help and they assigned Craig ** to handle my case. He was professional, friendly, understands tax law and presented my case to the IRS. He remained in contact with me all through the process and brought my tax issues to a reasonable conclusion. I was having problems with delayed tax returns but my experience with Tax Defense Network has been good. It’s been working for me so far, but it’s still too soon to tell on the last bit that I need to wrap up.

I had six years of unpaid taxes. When I spoke with Tax Defense Network on the phone, they said they could help me find information and get documents. They said they would get in touch with me. It sounded reasonable at the time. Thinking I was gonna get a lot of help from them, I moved forward.
