I hired Sky Blue Credit to assist me in assessing my credit. This is an excellent company. They provided me with a free consultation only to tell me that I was doing the right things and on the right track to my desired credit score. The gentleman I spoke with even offered me a piece of advise I hadn't thought of. Overall, I felt like they took care of me on a personal level and they did not take a dime of my money. They were true, honest, and very helpful.

I contacted them. Did as I was directed to do. They were fast getting back to me. Every one I talked to was very nice. They did have decent price for their service. Also were honest with me, although I did not end up using their services. He was honest in saying he feels this is a better way to go for my situation. I was never charged a dime.

I was able to work with Sky Blue Credit for a few months and they were able to dispute everything that was possible to do so. After getting to a certain point where all was done; they were professional enough to admit that I wouldn't need their services any longer. They provided solid advice to continue growing my credit and I recommend them to anyone looking to improve.

I just signed up last month so I could get some incorrect items removed from my report, and so far the process has been a breeze! I called them today after getting a really shady voicemail from a “collections” company, and I was honestly really freaked out by it. Sam was the rep who helped me and she kindly took the time to calm me down and explain what was likely happening. After that she explained the dispute process, my credit report, and answered every question I could think to ask. I really appreciate her for the time she took to take care of me and to educate me. The company did end up calling me, to offer a refund for my 2 months worth of service fees in full. I appreciate the company going out of their way to resolve this.

I was recommend by my daughter who told me about this company. I use someone in the past for a year and was scammed. I didn't see any results at all. I love their customer service and how they call and go over reviews with you again. I can go on and on about how happy I am. So happy I took a chance with them.

Paying two months on couples plan (not cheap) to get nowhere. Zero results. Now in the dead zone which began month one. Dead zone meaning no response or at least human response to any concerns, questions, follow up or emails. Over them. Do not use.

So, my wife and I have been using Sky Blue for several years. They are HONEST and PROFESSIONAL all day every day. So I joined not out of advertising but word of mouth from my brother. I did not trust the "credit repair" service so many advertised. For a while they worked hard on our credit files, we got a discounted rate for IdentityIQ which we still have to this very day so they could pull merged reports.

I had credit issues and after lots of research and one bad experience with another company, I selected Blue Sky and began an $89 monthly subscription. Things were a little slow because of COVID and reporting agencies and creditors were slower than normal to respond. A few months later and I am no longer paying the repair fee (I did select to opt into their $19 a month program to help keep me on track). My credit improved almost 100 points. All the bad junk is off my report and I am building my credit successfully.

I have to say I was skeptical about giving out all my info out to a stranger but turns out these guys are pretty honest. I was trying to only get one thing removed from my report and the person I spoke to on the phone straight out told me, "It wouldn’t be worth your money to have us focus on this specific item" and suggested I cancel my membership for a refund. Before ending the conversation he gave me a few tips for the future which was nice of him. However I can not vouch for effectiveness of their service being as though there weren’t any.

This occurred in May 2020. They dropped my account because I pointed out that since they are using Windows 7, which is no longer supported, the fact that they are open to security concerns. This is not my opinion, Microsoft states users with Win 7 have "greater risk for viruses and malware." Sky Blue Credit Repair does not want me to voice this fact, or voice my concerns, so they closed my account. It was a crazy weird conversation. I am stunned. I thought they were a legit, big company that could help me repair my credit. Turns out they don't want me as a client if I voice my anxiety over their use of non-supported, outdated software.

I read a lot of reviews before choosing Sky Blue. The others advertised more, but Sky Blue's reviews are a lot better. What struck me is that they tell the customer when it's time to discontinue their service, when they've done everything they could. I'm glad I chose Sky Blue. In a few months they took me from a "poor" rating to a "good" rating, quickly surpassing the "fair." They got rid of 7 of the 9 bad marks and are working on the remaining two, and that's after I tried to get these deletions myself, to no avail. I can't recommend a credit-help company more highly. You can't go wrong with Sky Blue.

I recently have been very skeptical about credit repair companies and how effective they were. I originally was going to use Lexington law but decided against it due to terrible “most recent” comments. Sky Blue was great. The first day I got it, I was nervous about giving up Experian and credit karma username and password but they were very secure. I ended up not needing the service due to me being a college student and having little credit and what was on there was negative which gave me a low score. After speaking to an advisor he gave me vital info to raise my score and refunded and cancelled my membership. Basically a free consultation. Because of this I will recommend this company to whoever will listen and down the road when I do actually need repair I won’t hesitate to use them!!!

They also communicated what was going on throughout the process, and provided reports on what they fixed with the credit companies. I signed up and gave Sky Blue my information to pull my credit report. They contacted me a few days later with some information that they wanted to go over. The Rep that helped me said that they didn't think it would be a good idea to dispute the small number of things that they found wrong, because disputing these things wouldn't be beneficial to my credit score.

They were honest in what they could realistically help me with and even recommended I didn’t use their services at this time because my late payments were so recent. They didn’t charge me but did give me some advice on how to deal with my late student loan payments on my credit report as well as answering some general questions I had. I will definitely be using this service again in the future if needed.

Fantastic partner in monitoring my credit. Based on their recommendations, I paid off my collections, lowered my current balances, and opened some new accounts. I was told that given the small number of issues on my credit report I did not need to use Sky Blue's services. The gentleman I spoke with gave me a few simple tips on how to improve my credit score on my own then cancelled the service and refunded my initial payment. They could have easily strung me along for a month or two but they didn't and I think that says a lot.

I was skeptical going in but faced with the task of trying to do this on my own (and having tried and given up in the past) I went ahead. They’re aggressive in pursuing negative items. First set of challenges resulted in removing the worst of the worst from all three CRAs. They continued another month with a couple other accounts, unsuccessfully, although these were probably listed legitimately. I was so thrilled with the first results. I did terminate service after their second attempt at the others. FICO went from 649 to 724. I couldn’t be more pleased and wholeheartedly recommend them. Be aware though if you are trying to remove negative items that truly belong on your report you will not be spending your money wisely - with any credit repair service.

I signed up for Sky Blue Credit Repair services on April 30th. They charged 99 dollars from my account to sign up and then they said that I needed to pay a separate fee for the credit report from another company. So I did that and paid them again 19 dollars for the credit report and emailed them the login and password for to obtain the credit report.

Sky Blue works to remove derogatory marks from your credit, makes sure your credit history is accurate and is very fairly priced. The thing that made a huge impact on me is their integrity, being that I was given a phone call and told by the rep that they really didn't think it would be worth me spending more money to follow up on the few remaining things on my credit. As a business owner I really appreciate that type of honesty and they are proving themselves to be going for results and not just trying to collect from folks every month.

Believe the Google searches. This company is reputable and will advise you properly. In my instance they were not able to provide dramatic results because there just wasn’t that much on my account. However, they made clear recommendations and were very responsive to emails and calls. In several instances they credited money back or called me to stop Service because they felt they could not make further improvements.

Wasn't able to get some stubborn student loans off but they are over 10 years old so have little impact on my credit; I may go back later to take another stab at those. Very shocked and surprised. I called them and reviewed my credit report. They gave me great advice and told me how to take care of it myself. If it were Lexington Law they will take your money and you won't see results even after 6 months. I gave them 10 months of my time and saw nothing except emails and text when the next monthly payment was due to them. Sky Blue spoke with me told me that they wouldn't charge me because it was a easy fix that I can do myself. Thinking about the customer not the company. If you want honesty and profession feedback give Sky Blue a call! By the way I'll not a bot. I'm 100% real not some guy they pay to market them. Lol.

Let me start by saying The credit repair Industry is full of Con artist and thieves. I worked for a debt collection Attorney for a few years and have seen some nasty stuff done by these companies. NOT the case with Sky Blue. Yes I could have done all the disputes myself but just don't have the time. 3 kids, a job and a home to care for eats most of our time. I enrolled with Sky Blue back in March of 2017. I had done my research in advance in terms of reviews and even checked out their Better Business Bureau ratings - all with positive feedback. My credit was a nightmare, mainly because I had put myself through six years of college which took its toll financially and now that I am in my 30's I really wanted to try to repair it but doing it alone seemed impossible.
