They have been the pillar of customer service. Absolutely amazing. Super friendly. Not robotic. And done everything they have said. 100/100. The 3 people I have spoken with have been genuine, to the point. Open ended and honest. If I had to recommend anyone or a friend or family to a company for the services they offer I will and am doing such!

I have been with the company two short weeks. I have a better understanding as they are educating me as we go. I am getting my questions answered as I ask and everything is in my file. My rep is Sam and she is knocking it out of the park!

Adam has been a huge help in this process, excited to work with such a friendly and knowledgeable team! I am new here so there is still some time to see where we can take things, but I’m confident that the team can get everything looking right again!

After much research, I selected Sky Blue to help resolve 3 bad marks on my credit reports. The service model is time-based, so the longer it takes Sky Blue to solve issues, the more money they make. After 4 months and $300 spent with them, there has been absolutely no change in my credit status. Furthermore, their approach does not appear effective. For that $300, Sky Blue sent out some form letters to the Credit Bureaus, which were ignored. Two of the Credit Agencies sent me letters to inform me that Sky Blue contacted them, but since they were not a properly authorized third party, they ignored the request. Point being, the approach that Sky Blue takes has no effect. I contacted Sky Blue to explain to me why their process was not authorized, and they responded with a vague answer that Credit Agencies will sometimes try to verify the request. Bottom line, I spent a lot of money for no results.

I just joined Blue Sky and I had my first consultation to go over everything on my credit report. The representative Armando was very knowledgeable and made me feel more confident in the blue sky process. He helped me out a ton and I bombarded him with questions and he handled each one on point. I could tell he was genuinely caring about the best ways we could tackle the issues with my credit. He deserves recognition hands down.

It isn’t the first time I used their service, I did years ago and they were and still are number 1 without a doubt. The way they explain things to you, the level of communication can’t be any better at all. Hands down for excellent service all around, it’s worth every penny in my opinion.

I just signed up last month so I could get some incorrect items removed from my report, and so far the process has been a breeze! I called them today after getting a really shady voicemail from a “collections” company, and I was honestly really freaked out by it. Sam was the rep who helped me and she kindly took the time to calm me down and explain what was likely happening. After that she explained the dispute process, my credit report, and answered every question I could think to ask. I really appreciate her for the time she took to take care of me and to educate me. The company did end up calling me, to offer a refund for my 2 months worth of service fees in full. I appreciate the company going out of their way to resolve this.

So, my wife and I have been using Sky Blue for several years. They are HONEST and PROFESSIONAL all day every day. So I joined not out of advertising but word of mouth from my brother. I did not trust the "credit repair" service so many advertised. For a while they worked hard on our credit files, we got a discounted rate for IdentityIQ which we still have to this very day so they could pull merged reports.

I had credit issues and after lots of research and one bad experience with another company, I selected Blue Sky and began an $89 monthly subscription. Things were a little slow because of COVID and reporting agencies and creditors were slower than normal to respond. A few months later and I am no longer paying the repair fee (I did select to opt into their $19 a month program to help keep me on track). My credit improved almost 100 points. All the bad junk is off my report and I am building my credit successfully.

Let me begin by saying I cannot recommend this company highly enough to anyone who has bad credit, especially from collections such as hospital bills. What you get for the price is peace of mind and financial freedom. They will handle all disputes for you, watch over your accounts and keep you posted on what is affecting your credit score. In just 8 months with this company I was able to increase my Credit Score from 520, where I couldn't even get a loan for $1.00 at 3000%, to a 694.

I have to say I was skeptical about giving out all my info out to a stranger but turns out these guys are pretty honest. I was trying to only get one thing removed from my report and the person I spoke to on the phone straight out told me, "It wouldn’t be worth your money to have us focus on this specific item" and suggested I cancel my membership for a refund. Before ending the conversation he gave me a few tips for the future which was nice of him. However I can not vouch for effectiveness of their service being as though there weren’t any.

This occurred in May 2020. They dropped my account because I pointed out that since they are using Windows 7, which is no longer supported, the fact that they are open to security concerns. This is not my opinion, Microsoft states users with Win 7 have "greater risk for viruses and malware." Sky Blue Credit Repair does not want me to voice this fact, or voice my concerns, so they closed my account. It was a crazy weird conversation. I am stunned. I thought they were a legit, big company that could help me repair my credit. Turns out they don't want me as a client if I voice my anxiety over their use of non-supported, outdated software.

Fantastic Service! They did what I asked after they established that it was possible. The agent even recommended that I could take care of the main item that I wanted removed and avoid their charge. I went ahead and paid their small fee and within two weeks the item was removed from my credit report, my credit score went up and I'm now getting a mortgage at a far more reasonable rate. I work as a mortgage lender so I have clients that I send to credit repair. The sign up and completion ratio is not always good. Recommended and trustworthy. I read about them online. Most of the reviews were good, which give me confidence to go with them. I had some concerns but all went away. After talking to the representative, I was glad and the service is also good.

I read a lot of reviews before choosing Sky Blue. The others advertised more, but Sky Blue's reviews are a lot better. What struck me is that they tell the customer when it's time to discontinue their service, when they've done everything they could. I'm glad I chose Sky Blue. In a few months they took me from a "poor" rating to a "good" rating, quickly surpassing the "fair." They got rid of 7 of the 9 bad marks and are working on the remaining two, and that's after I tried to get these deletions myself, to no avail. I can't recommend a credit-help company more highly. You can't go wrong with Sky Blue.

I recently have been very skeptical about credit repair companies and how effective they were. I originally was going to use Lexington law but decided against it due to terrible “most recent” comments. Sky Blue was great. The first day I got it, I was nervous about giving up Experian and credit karma username and password but they were very secure. I ended up not needing the service due to me being a college student and having little credit and what was on there was negative which gave me a low score. After speaking to an advisor he gave me vital info to raise my score and refunded and cancelled my membership. Basically a free consultation. Because of this I will recommend this company to whoever will listen and down the road when I do actually need repair I won’t hesitate to use them!!!

They aided in repairing inaccuracies on all my credit reports in just 1 month. They also communicated what was going on throughout the process, and provided reports on what they fixed with the credit companies. Then when it came time to cancel my subscription.... not a single problem. My credit jumped up 40 points. I highly recommend them!!!

I signed up and gave Sky Blue my information to pull my credit report. They contacted me a few days later with some information that they wanted to go over. The Rep that helped me said that they didn't think it would be a good idea to dispute the small number of things that they found wrong, because disputing these things wouldn't be beneficial to my credit score.

They were honest in what they could realistically help me with and even recommended I didn’t use their services at this time because my late payments were so recent. They didn’t charge me but did give me some advice on how to deal with my late student loan payments on my credit report as well as answering some general questions I had. I will definitely be using this service again in the future if needed.

I had my file reviewed, and while I didn't have many items, I always was curious why my score was low. I was encouraged to call in and speak with an advisor, and they gave me feedback on every line item, and what would benefit my credit the most. In the end, they didn't believe their service was right for me, refunded my initial fee the same day, and still provided me with sound credit advice that has helped me. Fantastic partner in monitoring my credit. Based on their recommendations, I paid off my collections, lowered my current balances, and opened some new accounts. I've increased my on time payments, and also qualified for more credit. They were able to get some negative remarks from my account removed and are still working to get the rest eliminated.
