Very nice person I spoke with on the phone. Incredibly honest and straightforward. Reviewed everything on my report with me and answered all my questions honestly and thoughtfully. An experience that really exceeded my expectations. Genuinely. I felt like Sky Blue was interested in improving my situation, not in making money for themselves. That's super rare in 2022.

Spend 20 minutes on the phone and they gave me such good insight how to improve my credit. After the assessment he told me to just do those steps and call back in 4-5 months to see if I need more help. Years ago, I attempted to clean my own credit up. It was hard and took lots time- where SKY BLUE- truly got more done raising score 25-30 points 1st month- I @ 63 would never believed- the cost is SO DAMN CHEAP- per the results already allowed me unsecured credit cards - SHOCKING ME. Now I can allow their years experience to allow me to play guitar as scores GO UP- just follow their suggestions.

I thought that I may need their services as I’m trying to buy a house soon. But the counselor said I was already on the right track, so I signed up for the Credit Watch instead. The advice is worth $20/mo as I prepare to make a major purchase.

I was a paying member for several months, during which time, several dispute letters were sent. Because I had to cut expenses, I closed my account, and evidently when I closed my account, the dispute letters were "archived" (they said archived, but I suspect they were just deleted). So 2 months ago when I had to sue a former creditor for multiple FCRA violations, I had to prove that dispute letters had been sent on that account and they refused to fix the inaccurate information. So I contacted Skyblue, who told me that after an account is closed, the dispute letters are "archived" and "it could take a while" to retrieve the letters, but they swore they would retrieve it for me.

A very pleasant experience. Although they were not able to assist with my current situation. They were honest and upfront about it. You should be wary of the entities that claim they are certain to be able to help everyone.

It is very hard to find honest people who tell you the truth about what they can offer you and give you advice based on your best interest. Sky Blue is an excellent company and works hard for their clients. I give this company a five for honesty and knowledge about their service.
