I was a paying member for several months, during which time, several dispute letters were sent. Because I had to cut expenses, I closed my account, and evidently when I closed my account, the dispute letters were "archived" (they said archived, but I suspect they were just deleted). So 2 months ago when I had to sue a former creditor for multiple FCRA violations, I had to prove that dispute letters had been sent on that account and they refused to fix the inaccurate information. So I contacted Skyblue, who told me that after an account is closed, the dispute letters are "archived" and "it could take a while" to retrieve the letters, but they swore they would retrieve it for me.
Two and a half months went by and I heard nothing; Meanwhile, Transunion is demanding that their lawsuit be dismissed because they claim they never received a dispute letter, when I know Skyblue sent at least two of them. So I called today, and got a bunch of excuses why the letter was never retrieved, and then told that it "might be the end of next week." I don't have until the end of next week, according to my lawyer. And I realize the account was already closed, but I WAS paying $80 a month for their service, so the least they could have done was not deleted their records, at least for a couple of years. So I guess thanks for nothing, and enjoy the $80 per month you got for that nothing.

I had questions regarding my dispute process and Adam was AMAZING. He was thorough with his explanations. He really made sure I understood what he was saying and kept asking if I had any questions. After much research, I selected Sky Blue to help resolve 3 bad marks on my credit reports. The service model is time-based, so the longer it takes Sky Blue to solve issues, the more money they make. After 4 months and $300 spent with them, there has been absolutely no change in my credit status. Furthermore, their approach does not appear effective. For that $300, Sky Blue sent out some form letters to the Credit Bureaus, which were ignored. Two of the Credit Agencies sent me letters to inform me that Sky Blue contacted them, but since they were not a properly authorized third party, they ignored the request. Point being, the approach that Sky Blue takes has no effect. I contacted Sky Blue to explain to me why their process was not authorized, and they responded with a vague answer that Credit Agencies will sometimes try to verify the request. Bottom line, I spent a lot of money for no results.
Dean, I know it probably seems like we have been working on your credit for a long time, but to be fair, you did not give us permission to start disputing until 1/20/22 and your first disputes went out the next day, 1/21/22. We discussed the results of your first disputes with you before we sent out the second round of disputes and only after you said it was okay to continue. Your second round of disputes went out February 25th, so they are still in process.

I just joined Blue Sky and I had my first consultation to go over everything on my credit report. The representative Armando was very knowledgeable and made me feel more confident in the blue sky process. He helped me out a ton and I bombarded him with questions and he handled each one on point. From the start they have been so professional and laid back. That approach is needed in other vendors I’ve had to deal with for a number of things. Sky Blue’s guidance was based on what was best for my personal situation. They were extremely helpful, professional, and focused on my needs. In my case, I had some late payments, charge offs, collections, etc. Sometimes the concern is that a company will only focus on their own profit margin, but I can safely say that my experience was entirely focused on my needs and my plan.
