It wasn't very hard to tell them the amount I wanted and the credit score that I estimated to have and how long I owned the home. Then they presented different companies that could provide loans with the best rates or service. They also gave me the different categories of companies to select based on whatever my preferences were.

I got a VA loan and the process took a week longer than it actually needed to but it went smoothly. After my first phone call with them, it was a handoff experience. It turned out great.

We're very satisfied with Refily. They set us up with Rocket. They had other people call us and we ended up liking Rocket enough to talk to them. I didn't like that a lot of people call and technically, we had too many call.

AmeriSave called me but they were bombarding me with phone calls from the moment I did this thing online. It kept coming up as scam likely and I didn't know what it was. They were robo calling me back to back and it wasn't even the same person was calling. So even when I had talked to someone I knew was AmeriSave, I was like, “I'm already working with somebody". If you fill this information online, you're going to get multiple calls which are very irritating. There has got to be a better way than for the same company to keep calling me.

We're very satisfied with our experience with Refily. It was good. Working with them was very easy, and I'm glad that I did it.
