Refily is where you need to start. The website was easy to use. Everything was good. I was able to get my loan.

I was just trying to determine different costs involved with a new purchase, and navigating Refily's forms was easy. Refily gave me a quick number that I was looking for, and I'm satisfied.

Everything was excellent and done in a timely fashion. They have good response time. I got what I wanted and asked for.

My experience working with Refily was excellent. I got great customer service, and it’s an easy website to use. I'm very satisfied, and I will refer them to anyone. I went to settlement in less than 30 days.

After entering all my information, an agent called me back and gave me options to refinance. The rates were higher, as I expected because I am aware of the current market conditions, but I had questions about 2nd mortgage options and rates. I had another call come in which I ignored but when the same call from a family member came in again I asked the agent if he could hold for just a moment. I checked on my family member on the other line and within 30 seconds the agent disconnected our call. He has not called by to complete my application. I will not do business with a company that treats customers this way.

When I started the process, the websites I used were really user-friendly. Refily seemed to work out in the end. It gives you a lot of good resources as far as finding out about mortgages.

Refily was fantastic and I had a good experience with them. The representative made the process very smooth and easy. The process took three weeks and the holdup was they needed a job letter from my job. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The rate is decent. When I got it, that was when the rates were going up. I love the lender, Rocket Mortgage, too.

Navigating Refily's website was incredibly easy. They connected me with somebody that did the work and it was quick and nice.

My interest rate is lower. I took cash out. And I got a 2,000 credit for my American Express card. That was nice. I was satisfied. But it cost a bit to refinance. I only owed 83, and my loan went up to 101. And I only got 10,000. So, that was 10,000 in fees, and escrow, and whatever else that went. That was the only thing. I didn’t understand. I’m sure Refily sent it to me on print. But I’m still not 100% sure where all the money is going to. But it’s fine. Since I refinanced my house, I had put up a new fence. I’m super allergic to poison ivy and it was all on my fence line. And I would get it bad every summer. But now, that is gone.

The refinance was a little annoying but it was faster than the other ones. Refily was good and it served its purpose.

The refinance options were good and comparable to everybody I shopped around with. It was a little bit higher than a couple other ones, but the other ones seemed like I had never heard of and shady. The refinance with Refily took a month and a half from start to finish. I thought it would take longer. All communications right away were fast and efficient and I’m happy.

The representative I worked with at Refily at the beginning stage was very professional, kept me in the loop real time and told me any documents needed. It was probably the smoothest from when I originally closed on my home. The refinance went very well and it was a quick process. The appraiser was very informative. He looked over my home and was very professional, and educated me on things when it came down to appraisal. So, it was a great opportunity to work with him. The funding was exactly the same that the rep said and the closing attorney was 30 minutes early, which was fine with me. So, overall, I was very satisfied with the entire process.

With Refily, I got connected to a lender that I never thought to use and was able to get everything that I needed. I was very satisfied with the lender.

The process was so smooth I still couldn't believe it. The way Refily had everything set up, I could send everything through the phone. The rep cut my interest rate from 8.5 to 3.9. It worked out beautifully.

The process was pretty painless. It was only a matter of a couple of days that we filled out what little bit of paperwork there was online. The whole thing didn't take three weeks. It was a lot easier than my initial mortgage that we had to do by mail. Refily sent a notary to the house and the next day, everything was pretty much done.
